Warriors' Steve Kerr opens up about DeMarcus Cousins' rehab, says center will start in return - Duration: 3:05.
Warriors coach Steve Kerr revealed Thursday that DeMarcus Cousins will start when he returns from an Achilles injury that has kept him sidelined all season, though Golden State will need to figure out the best way to use the center
Kerr said they haven't figured out a minutes restriction yet for the 28-year-old, and his role could change after his first game back
"I'll start him," Kerr said. "After that, everything's on the table. We have to figure out what the rotations will look like, how many minutes he can play
We'll have to play around with him — the minutes, the combinations, the sets. We haven't had a player like him here before
" Steve Kerr said DeMarcus Cousins will definitely start in his first game pic.twitter
com/06F5EbOY45— Mark Medina (@MarkG_Medina) January 10, 2019 The Warriors reportedly are hoping Cousins will return when the team faces the Clippers on Jan
18. Kerr said earlier this week Cousins' return "is closer now" after the center has "gotten through a barrier" in his recovery
Kerr opened up Thursday about the challenges Cousins has had to overcome, saying he has "a lot of compassion" for what the center has been through
"When you think about when the injury happened, he's getting ready to sign a max or near-max contract, whether it was with New Orleans or something else," Kerr said, via The Athletic
"A life-changing amount of money. Not to mention the gratification that comes with being one of the best players in the world, an All-Star right in his prime
That all went down the drain for him. So think about that. Read This http://images

18 vs. Clippers E.Jay Zarett "As he's going through his rehab, he's only human, he had to be thinking, 'Man what happened? All of a sudden I'm in Golden State, on the mid-level for one year, watching everyone else play basketball?' That's not easy
So we've tried to help him though that. . The last couple weeks, his overall happiness just seems better
He's in a better place." Cousins tore his Achilles last season in late January while playing for the Pelicans, forcing him to miss the rest of 2017-18
He averaged 25.2 points and 12.9 rebounds in 48 games with New Orleans.

Liverpool transfer news: Final Nabil Fekir stance revealed - THIS is Jurgen Klopp's plan - Duration: 3:51.
That's according to Daily Mail reporter Dominic King. The Reds have been linked with the France international once again since the January transfer market opened this week
Various bookmakers' odds have dropped massively with Liverpool linked with a big-money deal to add further potency to their fearsome forward line
*PREDICT FIVE RESULTS AND WIN £25,000 - FREE TO PLAY HERE** But King insists Liverpool have absolutely no plans to reignite their interest in the 25-year-old
That's after Jurgen Klopp came close to recruiting play-maker Fekir on the eve of the World Cup in June, agreeing a £53million deal with Lyon for their captain
But despite undergoing a medical and even doing interviews for Liverpool's in-house TV channel, Fekir's move to Anfield fell through late on due to concerns over a previous injury
It is thought the Merseyside outfit were not satisfied by the quality of reparative surgery Fekir had on a knee ligament injury a few years ago and believe it likely he will suffer a reoccurrence in the future
And while he remained linked with Liverpool throughout the remainder of the summer window, Fekir - who was also briefly tipped to join Real Madrid and Chelsea - remained in Ligue 1
The forward has seven goals and four assists in 17 games this season and while Liverpool are flying high at the top of the Premier League, there have been suggestions they lack a natural No 10 such as Fekir despite Xherdan Shaqiri's excellent first six months at the club
Shaqiri was the player who convinced Klopp he did not need to rival Chelsea for Christian Pulisic - who signed from Borussia Dortmund for £58m this week - according to the Liverpool Echo
And satisfied with his options up top, King insists Liverpool have absolutely no plans to make any moves this month
He said on Twitter: "Some bookmakers are offering prices on Nabil Fekir joining Liverpool and suggesting "odds are tumbling"
It's absolute garbage. "Let's be clear for one last time - Nabil Fekir is not a Liverpool target
He will not be a target again. Liverpool won't sign anyone this month." Manager Klopp has previously insisted it would take something "crazy" for him to enter the market
He said: "If crazy things happen then maybe we have to think new but I don't expect that
"At the moment it doesn't look like we will be too busy but it all depends on injuries and things like that
In the moment we have each position twice, three times and sometimes four times covered
"I don't think there is any reason to try to do something really big like bring in another striker
"We have all that we need. Our job now is to use the quality that we have and to work with it because one player doesn't change it
"

Liverpool 'won't win anything' with THIS player in Jurgen Klopp's team - pundit - Duration: 2:48.
That is the opinion of former Newcastle forward Micky Quinn. Liverpool hit a roadblock in their title charge by losing to closest challengers City 2-1 at the Etihad Stadium
The Reds' first loss of the season came despite a tightly-contested match in which they were unlucky not to take the lead, and Vincent Kompany was lucky to stay on the pitch
Stand-in defender Dejan Lovren, playing in the absence of the injured Joe Gomez, had a shaky game, while City's twinkle-toed midfield, armoured by the robust Fernandinho, won the middle-of-the-park battle
**PREDICT FIVE RESULTS AND WIN £25,000 - FREE TO PLAY HERE** Klopp named his tried and trusted midfield three of Georginio Wijnaldum, James Milner and Jordan Henderson for the showdown, omitting new signings Fabinho and Naby Keita
But former top-flight striker Quinn, who supports Liverpool, believes the side will not win anything with Lovren in defence, or that trio in midfield
"The best team won on the night," Quinn told talkSPORT. "I think Jurgen Klopp got it wrong tactically with those three midfield players
"At the very highest level that midfield won't win anything, and with Lovren at the back they won't win anything either
"[Lovren] might have been in the World Cup final, but he wouldn't be in my Liverpool team
"Virgil Van Dijk must have got him out of trouble about seven or eight times, covering for him
"Even in the last seconds I nearly put my head through the television, because he kept making mistakes under no pressure, and that just sums him up
" Klopp remained calm after the defeat, insisting he is content with the team's position
"I have so much faith in my players you can't imagine," the German tactician said
"But if somebody would have told me that after both the City games – not that I've thought about it – that we would be four points clear, I would have paid money for it
"

Las Luces mas Raras de Mustang / Mods y arreglos para el GT y Cobra - Duration: 21:43.
Good afternoon everyone!
hope you having a great day
not a rainy
or sucky day
have a wonderful day
ok thats it
you can leave now
Not really
its the rain
sure sucks
so today
i'm on my way to pick up
more like trade my taillights
with a friends taillights
because he happens to have rara 1999-2001 cobra
taillights
and those have the amber lights
I originally thought
the taillights with the
amber lights
were european lights
but it ended up
having to do with the cobra
instead
should have known
since mustangs weren't fabricated
in europe
so i'm on my way now
to trade the taillights
since he doesn't use his mustang
so if you actually need these
really?
i mean true
you enjoy learning spanish
but
ok i'll keep going
with the story
so as I arrive to my friends
I remove the taillights
ONLY TO FIND
that one of the taillights
seems to have a leak
and whoever installed it
wrapped it with tape
its horrible
some people
just have no class
so I end up not being able to take
the taillights
so I drove 1 hour and a half
for nothing
so then I return
but its already late
so the next day comes
and I drive to a mustang junker
to get a new steering wheel
which i'm going to mod
for my mustang gt
then I go to katcare and pick
up gabriels brakes
which he asked me to pick up for him
and after that i go home
I fix the dash on my cobra
which was a bust
again
horrible ex owners
people can be so lazy
and stupid
and disgusting
and after that
at night
I go to twoautosolution
and ramy helps me
by doing a datalog
on my car
to see if what is limiting the car
at 5krpm
is either the tune
or the fuel system
after that I finally get home
so thats it
that is the whole video
in 3 minutes
so I hope you liked my fast narrative
thank you for reading!
and see you
on the next one!

How to Delegate Effectively (7 Steps MAGIC!) | How to Delegate Work as a Leader | Self-Help Yourself - Duration: 10:13.
how do you become a great leader that's a great question
how to delegate effectively the task and divide the work amongst your team
members today I'm going to give you a seven step process that is going to
allow you to understand step by step how do I make sure that my team gets the job
done using a variety of conversational tactics that are so simple that you will
be able to use them with anything in any given situation if you're a leader or a
team player or just a manager looking to make sure that your team gets the job
done how do you actually do it using the seven step process that I'm going to
share with you today this will become more easy because you will learn how to
communicate to your team in a very simple and straightforward process
realize that any team member is looking to do a few things with being a part of
the team and that includes feeling like they are a part of something that is
bigger than themselves they want to achieve they want to have status they
want to be recognized for their work so if you want to actually make sure that
they are effective contributors of the team make sure that you make them feel
like a part of the group having said that use the seven step
process to actually make sure that the task gets completed and at the same time
you are taking into consideration each and every one of your team members
remember every team is as important as each one of its members so counting one
person out and making the leader more important
none of that stuff really works each person has something to contribute and
if they are on your team they are there for a reason so how do you actually
delegate the tasks how do you actually divide the work to make sure that not
only does it become easier but people actually feel like they are contributing
and achieving something follow the seven step process and it becomes really
straightforward now the first thing that you need to do is plan plan exactly what
it is now let's say you have a project coming in from somewhere how exactly are
you going to go about doing this now as the leader or the team manager it's
important for you to consider what the task actually is your job is to plan as
to develop a map something of a concept like hmm this is all of the stuff that
needs to be completed now once you have planned it out laid it out as to what
needs to be achieved then you relate to them go down to your team and talk to
them that hey now we have received the project this is how we can actually go
about doing it this is what I feel this is what I think needs to be done now
that's your perspective while it's important to deliver your perspective
it's important to get your team's perspective on how they are going to go
about doing the job now you know what needs to be done but it's important for
them to deliver it for you and that's the most important thing dividing the
work amongst your team and not just dumping it on them remember if you can
focus on actually being a part of this entire process especially if it's a hard
project as a leader if you can take the majority of the brunt of it then you'll
be doing your role quite effectively and at the same time dividing the work ask
them for their opinion this is what needs to be done how do you think we can
go about doing this now often they will have multiple
perspectives and they generally will not be the best at planning and that is your
rule so if you want to actually see them execute the job well you need to make
sure that you have planned it and you can make it very clear to them exactly
what the needs are and once you do that you have them really the same
information back to you what did they understand from what you said do they
actually understand the task that needs to be completed what didn't they
understand then they that same thing back to you and what do you do you
clarify the same info back to them clarify exactly what needs
to be done what were the gaps in the things that they just mentioned now the
project that they need to actually complete is within a certain time frame
they may say that I don't know if I can actually do it within that time frame is
there any possibility we can get an extension
now you can clarify by saying that no we have a deadline to meet and this is the
amount of time that we have to work with now it's up to you to actually manage
the task within this given time frame and actually get the job done the thing
is often there will be too many voices within a team especially if you are in a
larger team or company of some sort consider that you aren't going to be
able to talk to each and every person but how do you make them feel like they
are still contributing to the project well it's easy have representatives from
each group make them form small groups and let one representative report
directly to you or to another manager remember one of the most important parts
about delegating a task is about having captain's other generals and other
people who have their immediate roles taken care of remember that you need to
be flexible as to your different delegate ease if the job needs to be
done effectively delegate is need to adopt different roles just like you
there is no one constant role however a delegating will probably not be as
motivated as you because you are the leader you want to leave from the front
so their motivation is usually a reflection of how motivated you feel and
how can you make them feel as motivated as you this is a skill this is a certain
talent that is developed over a period of time and if they actually feel that
from you the likelihood that they will complete the task becomes so much
greater once you've done that you you need to clarify and gain more knowledge
from them how do we actually go about doing this what do you think what do you
understand what needs to be done next in order to accomplish
within the given time frame now the focus is more on the how how do we do it
because once the house is covered then the job is pretty much done and that
allows you to do the final negotiations which is the next step if you can have
the final negotiation set up like okay now that we have explained everything
all of the people have got the picture that they needed to gain now let's start
doing the final negotiations once the negotiations are done and they have
agreed to the time frame that you have said or the customer or the project that
has been given to someone else or there's a training schedule that the
entire team has to adhere to then you can move into the final thing which is
feedback feed-forward and actually understand if there is anything else
that they are concerned about what are the final points that need to be covered
so that the job can get started and get done within the assigned time frame so
all of this is very important to consider so keep a plan in mind
how are things going to be executed always gain a back and forth kind of
relationship in your team because the more you can be information and the more
you gain it back from them the more easy it is for you to go about a different
project and that communication pattern the relationship improves over a period
of time provided you follow the simple seven step process just go about doing
it in this manner once you've done that you have clarified everything negotiate
it and reach the conclusion that okay now that we are ready now we have
everything in place let's get started and get what needs to be done done once
you do all of this then you are in a more effective position to reaffirm your
place as a leader and actually cement your place in the eyes of your team this
is what a great leader does they pick up off the slack of other people they lead
from the front and whenever the team members need some kind of help they are
there give them some kind of assistance so if
you can manage to do all of this there should be no problem and again if you go
in the seven step pattern of planning and getting to the actual beginning of
the job and until it gets done then there should be no issue at all having
said that if you have any further questions on this how do you actually
delegate how do you lead a team from the front how do you actually get the
results that are desired how do you do it consistently you have any of these
questions comment down below and let me know and I will make a video about it in
future if you want to understand these concepts of leadership delegation and
all of that stuff it's something that I'm looking forward to in terms of

How to get through Tough Times in Life - It's Not as Bad as it Looks - Motivational - Duration: 8:07.
it's a boy Robert Lawson jr. and I want to start off by telling you it's not as
bad as it looks today I am grateful I have my moments
some days I'm on cloud nine feeling grateful and good and some days I'm just
existing but what I do want to say is it's not as bad as it looks I don't care
where you are I've been there I want to say ten years ago 19 years old making
three hundred plus dollars a day grinding smoke weed all day drinking and
I party with chicks at night and it was the life at that time but some hard
times came and that fast money wasn't coming as fast and I got desperate
me and a partner of mine ended up rolling around town
Carson Compton looking for a lick and and if you don't know what a lick is a
lick is an opportunity to potentially commit a crime for your benefit so we're
rolling around town looking for homes people situations to come up so we can
take advantage of an opportunity at that time I still was in contact with both of
my parents my mom my dad man went to juvie two years before but you know it
we've always had open communication to say that I was desperate at that time I
can't necessarily say I just maybe I that maybe only had two three hundred
dollars in my pocket I'm not too sure why I was out here potentially about to
put myself in a situation where I can get
I be put in jail for something as petty as a couple of hundred dollars right but
here I am riding around town looking for trouble I found a house we found a house
we jumped the gate was in the backyard and somebody was actually inside of that
house at that moment hop back over the gate got in the truck that we had at the
time and I paused and at that time it was more like I had to make a decision
is what I'm doing worth what I'm about to receive because if it was then hey I
can keep going but if it wasn't you know how to sit back and really take this in
and say hey you know what this isn't for me
I stopped went back to the house and really have to think about it and humble
myself eventually I slowed my life down moved back with my mom's I had to humble
myself went back to school it was tough moving back with your mom's going back
to school humbling yourself ultimately received a an associates degree but
saying this to say if I would have gave in into the quick temptation of fast
money I wouldn't be where I am today I would possibly be dead or in jail I
wouldn't have the beautiful wife I have 7 years 7 years plus of marriage I have
two beautiful daughters one more on the way I have a successful career managing
30-plus people at an eight-figure company I'm a real estate professional
and I find myself constantly having to make these decisions on resetting and
renewing my mind about where I am and how bad life is so if you're in a
situation where you feel like life is bad life is horrible let's sit back take
a couple of seconds and reflect on what your situation really means right if you
don't have a car or you don't have the car that you want what something
positive right you do have a vehicle that you can get you from point A to
point B if you're on the bus the good news is you have an opportunity to take
public transportation that you can actually afford if you have a job right
and it's not the job that you want it the fact that you have this job use that
as a stepping-stone stepping-stone to allow you to climb to
that next opportunity that may present himself present itself once you
accomplish what you need to accomplish on that opportunity but saying this to
say life is not always as bad as it seems I have a daughter in and she falls
down she comes to me what a little bitty scrape crying uh-uh I heard daddy hurt
so bad I need a bad date I need a band-aid I look at it and it's it's it's
a surface wound it's something that didn't even produce any blood and she's
sitting here no skin is missing but to her it is the
biggest one the biggest scar bruise mark the biggest pain in her life at this
particular moment and what I would say is when we're going through life we find
ourselves crying out screaming about a particular wound situation circumstance
whether or not it's financial something at work it's a family member
it's a friend it's a relationship something we find ourself crying out
about but I think with I can't necessarily say age nor majority but
with the experience we find ourselves not allowing that to affect us as it
would in the past so the theme of this video where it's not as bad as it looks
how about you really take a look sit back and reflect of how this situation
our circumstance will affect you three weeks from now how this will affect you
three months from now and then a year from now and then three years from now
because of this situation circumstance is a temporary situation that will not
be here in three weeks three months then let's take our time in responding to
this so it doesn't find itself haunting us in the next three weeks three months
three years like the decision that I made ten years ago when I was looking
for look looking for an opportunity to commit a bad crime or something that
would affect my life in a bad way have a good day

Liverpool ace Mohamed Salah WARNED ahead of Premier League clash - 'time to shut him down' - Duration: 2:36.
The Reds face Palace at Anfield on Saturday afternoon as Jurgen Klopp's side look to extend their lead at the top of the table
They currently sit four points ahead of rivals Manchester City as they look to continue their fine season
Salah's currently the league's joint-top goalscorer, netting 14 times this season
When the two sides met earlier this season, the game finished 2-0 to Liverpool at Selhurst Park thanks to goals from James Milner and Sadio Mane
And Palace full-back Van Aanholt has said that he'll be going all out to ry and "shut down" Salah
"Yeah, I always want to play against the best and Salah is one of the best in the league," he told Sky Sports
"It's my time to shut him down and make sure he doesn't score or play well. "If we can beat Liverpool like we beat City then I'll be very happy
"As well as the front three, they have [Xherdan] Shaqiri and [Daniel] Sturridge so it's going to be hard but we're capable of doing it
The Dutchman also noted how the Eagles had already beaten Liverpool's title rivals City 3-2 back in December
"We know they're going to come at us, they're going to press us so we have to focus on our own game and see what happens," he added
"We did it against Manchester City so why can't we do it again? "Wins always give us a boost
A win against the champions is always special." Providing both Liverpool and City win at the weekend, the Reds will be afforded an 11-day break before they play their next league game
City play Huddersfield on Sunday but will be back on FA Cup duty the weekend after, but Liverpool's third round loss to Wolves has afforded them some rest time
