(upbeat music)

(exploding)

(click and beep)

- (clearing throat) Ready?

Take five.

- (boom) Yeah!

Sometimes it takes five tries to get it right.

Argh.

(click and beep)

- We're on five, right?

Five, no?

- [Jean] Seven, but who's counting.

(click and beep)

- Okay.

Oh no!

History lesson.

Alright, we'll make this quick.

I grew up in Toledo, Perrysburg area in Ohio.

Um, I grew up in (beep) Ohio.

God, I suck at this.

(people gasping)

(Erik laughing)

I vacation in North Carolina every two weeks of every year.

My parents would come down here and vacation,

so I got used to this area.

(happy music)

- [Announcer] And now another

(bang)

useless fact.

- Uh, this led to me to living in North Carolina.

I went to Perrysburg High School.

Graduated from the University of Toledo.

I met the admiral there.

And then I took my sailboat and headed to North Carolina,

because two months, sailing season Ohio just sucks.

Yeah, I'm a fair weather sailor,

or should I say I'm a fair temperature sailor.

(click and beep)

I what? - [Jean] You took me too.

- Do what? - [Jean] You took me too.

- No, I didn't take you, you came later. I went first.

Yeah, and then you came.

- [Jean] More or less.

- What do you mean more or less?

I remember calling up,

"Hey, you coming down here?"

I mean, yeah, granted that was after I got --

you know, asked you to,

to marry me into that engagement thing, so.

- [Jean] We came down here, picked out the place together.

And then I had to go finish school.

- Well, then you had to go back, yeah, so, okay, fine.

(giggling)

So I kind of took you with me.

(giggling)

(click and beep)

Um, okay, warning also, I sometimes dress up like a pirate

and might start talking if the mood strikes me.

- So, what was that?

- Uh, you might also see a pirate pop up

in the videos occasionally, so, mm, yeah, argh.

- I work for a TV station.

So yes, I'm a video professional,

but I'm not putting that much work into these videos.

- (boom) See that.

What's up with that?

I don't understand what's going on here.

- It might start to seem like actual work.

- Aye, what a great idea that was, argh, matey.

(choking and coughing)

- My sailing history is this.

I had a 127.

Actually, it was my dad's.

Starcraft 14 and O'Day 19.

Then I had a 19-foot Powersailer MacGregor.

Then I had one stinkpot, which --

(woman screaming 'No')

I went to the dark side.

And then we went the MacGregor 26,

and now we're up to the Gulfstar 44.

So, um, Admiral, your turn.

(thundering)

- I was born in Maryland. Lived there for a little while.

Moved to California.

Moved to back to Maryland.

Moved to Iowa in the fourth grade.

Went through high school there.

Moved right after high school to Ohio.

- Huh, where's the rum?

- No, I was not a military brat.

In Ohio, I went to the University of Toledo

where I met the admiral, or the captain.

- Yeah, I got a promotion.

Woohoo, I'm the captain, and I'm admiral.

Woohoo, promotion.

So, what does that make you now?

(giggling)

(singing) I wanna be an admiral.

- Makes me the land lover.

- [Erik] Yes, yeah, good.

(click and beep)

I went to the University of Toledo where I met the captain,

and we had a photojournalism class.

We got to know each other in the darkroom.

Old school photography.

(film rolling)

And things developed from there.

(laughing)

My sailing history.

I have a little, tiny experience before I met the captain

with a dingy-style sailboat that my family had.

We didn't get to use it much.

It was hard to transfer to water.

(click and beep)

- So, I was gonna talk to them about

how I corrupted you into sailing.

- On this boat or in general?

- In general.

- Okay.

- Yeah, 'cause really, I mean you weren't

into sailing really that much --

- I like to go out on the water.

I was more of a powerboat kind of girl.

- Mhm.

(woman screaming 'No')

But when I met the captain, he had his Starcraft,

and things started from there.

And that's where I developed my love for sailing.

And for the captain too.

- [Erik] Bonus.

(giggling)

- [Jean] I'm getting really hot and I --

feel this close to your awesomeness.

- [Erik] Yeah, that's what it is, awesomeness.

(laughing)

(click and beep)

(clank)

- Don't hurt for me too.

(giggling)

Woohoo.

(chuckling)

Alright.

Hehe, yeah, dude.

(chuckling)

never let me do 80s collar popsin in a video.

Give me a few minutes.

(cheerful music)

(click and beep)

when we do actually post something.

(laughing)

and we still, we have this old boat from 1970s

that we're working on all by ourselves and --

- I feel like we like to go a different direction with this.

- But that's not the pirating way.

(sigh)

- Okay, it would help.

Caso realmente saia do papel, o novo programa vai unir entretenimento e jornalismo

He doesn't drink water for 20 years. [Hello Counselor/ENG, THA/2019.01.21] - Duration: 20:36.

This one is called, "I Want Him to Drink Water."

Hello, I'm a 30-year-old guy who's really worried

about my childhood friend.

"Man, it's hot. Aren't you thirsty?

Drink some water."

"No way, man!"

"You're choking on something. Drink some water."

"I said no!"

My friend never, ever drinks water.

He hasn't drank water in 20 years.

(Yikes...)

Time for my medicine.

Waiter, can I get some cola?"

"What? You're taking medicine with cola?

That stuff is going to end up killing you, man."

"I don't care if it does! I'm not drinking water!"

Does he really want to die? He never drinks water.

And then...

"I feel like I'm going to die."

"What? Where are you?"

I'm in the hospital. I got a kidney stone

because I never drink water."

But he still hasn't learned his lesson.

As soon as he was discharged... "I'm thirsty.

Let's get some beers tonight. Sound good?"

He's going to end up dying.

Someone please make my friend

drink some water.

Let's bring in the friend that wrote to us.

Come on out!

(Who is worried about his water-hating friend?)

(Jang Yongju)

(Welcome)

You said your friend hasn't had water in 20 years.

He really doesn't drink water?

We've been friends since high school.

And I've never seen him drink water.

Is there a reason why he doesn't drink water?

I was curious, so I asked.

He vomited from drinking water when he was 9.

That's why?

I guess that traumatized him or something.

But sometimes you have to drink water.

We went out to eat once.

We didn't have enough for beverages.

So he could've drank some water, but instead

he waited until he got home to drink a beverage.

What does he drink when he eats?

Soda, lemon soda, cola...

Oh, carbonated beverages.

He doesn't even drink water when he takes pills.

He takes them with other drinks.

They have a lot of different kinds of teas now.

With all sorts of healthy stuff in them.

I suggest stuff like that a lot, but he never listens.

Yewon asked you the question.

You should look at her when you respond.

- Are you just shy? / - Yes...

How insulting. Why are you looking right at me?

(I'll try to be more careful)

Is that okay for his health? Not drinking water?

His face and lips are all dark.

He never drinks water, so he was taken to

the emergency room twice for kidney stones.

Kidney stones really hurt.

It hurts him like crazy, and yet...

Even the doctor told him to drink water.

But even the kidney stones didn't change his mind.

I told him that he'd die early.

I told him that he could die. Then he said...

"Might as well go early."

(I'm worried something terrible will happen...)

The first two concerns were so...

They were so serious.

How is not drinking water a big deal?

How is this a big concern?

He's just a friend, darn it.

You two are just friends.

You two are young. Is it really that big a concern?

This is what I think.

He's living alone right now and we've been

friends since high school. He's like family.

You described his face. Dark...

I think I know who it is already.

Hello.

Hello.

(I'd rather die than drink water!)

Are you two the same age?

You're the same age, right?

Your friend is concerned that you don't drink water.

Do you understand why he's concerned?

Not really...

You never drink water? Just like what he said?

Not since I was 9 years old.

I haven't drank water in 20 years.

(How are you still alive?)

I drank groundwater in the countryside once.

And it tasted really fishy.

It made me throw up once.

That really traumatized me, so I don't drink water.

What about tea? Like burdock tea.

My parents suggested different kinds of tea...

Some made with dried fruit...

Right, stuff like that.

I tried to drink more water that way...

But it's such a hassle.

And it tastes bad.

(You don't drink water for the taste)

A coworker of mine bought me 500ml bottles

of corn silk tea every morning.

He told me if I didn't finish it by the end of the day,

he wouldn't let me leave work.

But I couldn't finish them, so I threw them out.

That's so peculiar.

Why do I feel so thirsty talking about this?

We keep talking about water...

Not being able to drink water...

I'm curious about this. There's a water bottle there.

Can you just take a small sip?

Could you do that for us?

That isn't groundwater. Try it.

Geez...

That's what we do when we don't want something.

He just opened that bottle now.

He's smelling the water.

He just opened that bottle now.

- He's smelling the water. / - The smell...

(It doesn't smell like anything...)

He's pouring it in the cap.

Just pour a little in the cap.

Yeah...

(He doesn't want to, but will he drink it?)

(The water is going in)

(He's drinking it)

(Come on...)

Down the hatch.

(Tasting the water)

No good?

(I can't drink this...)

Even that water is smelly and weird?

It smells like a reservoir.

- A reservoir? / - It smells like a reservoir?

So it smells like fresh water.

(Does it smell?)

(No)

What do you do when you're thirsty?

I drink other beverages.

Beverages?

You can't always drink other things.

What about in the army?

Yeah! The army.

They sell this powder at the PX.

They have powdered drink mixes.

Oh, the kind you add to water?

So you mixed that into your water?

Do you not use the bathroom much?

Aside from defecating...

I urinate around once a day.

You urinate once a day?

(Just what kind of life does he live?)

I do defecate a lot.

Don't you get constipated?

Not enough water leads to constipation.

Doesn't it come out when you defecate?

This is way too much information.

(LOL)

Ever seen anyone that doesn't drink water?

No, this is my first time.

All crops and livestock need water.

Goats drink water too.

Yes, I've seen a goat get a kidney stone.

- It really suffered. / - Really?

Wasn't it hard for you?

(That was so natural)

If you've never had it, you wouldn't know.

It really hurts.

I got my first kidney stone 6 years ago.

The doctor told me that I'd get one again

if I didn't drink water.

And I got my second kidney stone

two months ago.

I keep vomiting and I can't get up.

If you get a kidney stone...

You could feel pain in your back or all over.

You get on an apparatus that pounds this area.

They break into little pieces

and come out through your urine.

But that level of pain

is almost as bad as giving birth, they say.

If I ever developed a kidney stone,

I'd drink a lot of water afterwards.

I tried that for around a week.

But I just couldn't keep it up.

You'd rather be in pain than drink water.

How about drinking it with your nose plugged?

(Hates the thought)

- You can't do that? / - No.

How about ice?

Ice? I've tried eating ice.

I think it tastes even worse.

Really?

I thought it dulls the taste.

When you see others drink water,

do you ever wish you could be like them?

Gosh, it's so smelly. How do they drink it?

(Watch! This is how you drink water!)

(Drink it like this)

(Unfazed)

(Your plan didn't work)

Do you rinse your mouth with water after brushing?

Yes, I rinse with water, but afterwards

I have to spit a lot.

Because of the water left in my mouth...

Taewoong was curious about that.

That was a very good question.

(Hehe)

If you don't drink enough water

your body starts sending you signals.

These are the symptoms from lack of water.

Viewers, see if this applies to you as well.

You get headaches regularly. Yes or no?

No.

- No headaches? / - No.

Okay, so no headaches.

Not enough water gives you headaches.

I guess that's why he isn't worried.

If he would've said yes...

If you don't drink enough water, your brain fluids

have to protect your brain, so you get headaches.

But I guess this doesn't apply to you yet.

Second...

You get hungry again soon after eating.

Yes.

(Me too)

You get hungry again soon after eating.

That's something wrong with your stomach.

I guess I have a different illness.

We believe that we need more food,

but that's actually a signal from your body

saying that you need water.

Do you get constipated?

Yes.

Does your body feel heavy and lifeless?

Yes.

Do you feel dizzy when you stand up after sitting?

Yes.

- You feel dizzy at times? / - Yes.

95% of your blood is made up of water.

And lack of blood can cause anemia.

So that causes dizziness.

If at least 3 of these apply to you,

your body is sending your signals.

So you really need to drink water.

What do you think about that?

Do you think you should drink more water?

I tried, but...

(Frustrated)

It's not really working...

Just what does he smell from the water?

He cut off water after one traumatic experience...

This happened to me once. I drank that peach

soft drink once as a student and got indigestion.

I haven't touched that beverage since then.

But it's so peculiar that it's water.

Water is so important.

The other friend up there. Are you worried too?

Yes, I'm very worried. I suggested exercising

together to get him to drink water.

I suggested playing soccer and going hiking.

He flat-out refused to exercise.

(He's not even trying)

Your skin looks very nice.

So vibrant...

- You must drink a lot of water. / - I do.

(Oh...)

(Embarrassed)

Show your friend the big difference.

You two look so different.

(Dark, vibrant)

He has such nice skin.

Do you drink a lot of water?

(Glances over)

(Instinctual envy)

I drink around 2 liters a day.

They say to drink 1.5 to 2 liters a day.

That's why your skin is so nice.

- And you don't get constipated. / - Right.

And your body doesn't feel heavy.

No, I'm heavy. I gained weight.

It's from gaining weight.

The second time he got a kidney stone...

I took him to the emergency room the first time.

We were drinking and he was

in so much pain that he couldn't lift his glass.

It really hurts.

He even has a stomach ulcer.

He was in pain, so I took him to the emergency room.

The doctor told him he had to drink water,

but he said, "I'll just drink beer."

(This isn't serious to him at all)

He does drink a lot of alcohol.

I think he drinks it in place of water.

Alcohol instead of water?

Alcohol dehydrates you.

So you have to drink even more water.

He doesn't drink water, which is bad enough,

but he drinks a lot of alcohol too.

Did you know that he drinks a lot of alcohol?

We drink together at least 2 or 3 times a week.

But on other days he drinks with other friends.

When I call him, he's out drinking.

I think he drinks 2 to 3 bottles of soju a day.

2 to 3 bottles a day?

He always says yes if you ask if he wants to drink.

He has a nickname. We call him 5 minutes.

Because he always shows up? He never says no.

Right.

You don't drink water,

but you can drink alcohol just fine.

Water is smelly.

But alcohol tastes good.

Is it sweet?

Your friend said you have a stomach ulcer.

Then you shouldn't be drinking so much.

I feel fine after taking medicine.

- So you drink again? / - Yes.

You drink after taking medicine?

What do you take your medicine with?

I really like this one vitamin drink.

Or I take it with a carbonated beverage.

Did you ever get checked out?

I've had 4 to 5 endoscopies in the last 2 years.

Endoscopies?

I went to the hospital last month for my stomach.

I've gotten so many endoscopies

that they just prescribed medicine for me.

Maybe you should cut down on drinking too.

But alcohol tastes so good.

He's still drinking a lot without drinking water.

I don't think he realizes how serious this is.

What are you most worried about?

He drinks so much...

He wasn't always so fat... Oops...

Fat... Oops...

He didn't used to weigh that much.

So he didn't weigh as much.

Right, but he gained around 30kg.

Wow, that's a lot.

He gained 30kg.

Let's see a photo before he gained weight.

(LOL)

It's a different person!

(He looks so slim)

It's a different person!

Isn't that you next to him?

Yes.

Who is the guy with the hair? Is it that guy?

That hairstyle... Wow...

You were in great shape!

But you didn't drink water back then either.

Right.

So the alcohol made you gain weight.

You drink even though it's painful for you.

Is there a reason why you drink so much?

Aside from the fact that it tastes good.

I have trouble saying no.

Whenever my friends call,

I always go out to meet them.

Why can't you say no? You're in pain.

I don't want us to grow apart.

(They're not real friends if they grow apart from that)

He lost confidence after gaining weight.

He thinks of other people...

He's always cautious.

He's worried how people will react

to what he does.

(Please be more confident)

Not drinking water can not only cause obesity,

it can cause short-term memory loss, bladder cancer,

colorectal cancer or even orthostatic hypotension.

We prepared something that's good for you.

Please step up on stage and try these.

An expert recommended some things

you can drink in place of water.

That's lemon water that's rich in vitamin C.

It's very good for your skin.

Just drink it. We're not trying to scam you.

Stop smelling the water.

Just drink it without thinking.

(You can do this, buddy!)

(Excited)

(Small sip)

It's good for you.

Just swallow it now.

(Disgusted)

Here.

(He ends up spitting it out...)

(That's really serious)

- This is... / - Burdock tea.

It's great for dieting and it's really healthy.

(Takes a sip)

Don't hold it in your mouth.

Just swallow it.

(Instant reaction)

- It's burdock tea. / - It's burdock tea.

This burdock tea is different

from the one my mom makes.

(Sheesh)

We're really excited about this last one.

It's rich in minerals. It's great for dieting.

Just take a sip.

Take a small sip.

(Sip)

This one should taste good.

What? What? What?

What? What? What is it? What is it?

(What's wrong?)

I think that was mineral water.

The last one tasted like mineral water?

You're right.

(We hoped this would change his opinion on water)

You can tell just by tasting it?

Yes. I can't drink that stuff.

Which of the three do you prefer?

The burdock tea.

Take another sip.

For your own health.

Don't keep it in your mouth. Just swallow it.

Like it's beer.

Chug it down. Swallow. Swallow.

Just swallow there.

Don't keep it in your mouth. Swallow.

(Just once!)

Swallow.

Yes, that's it. There you go.

He swallowed it.

Congratulations. He drank water!

Congratulations!

Could you try sticking with burdock tea?

You need this for your health.

Yes, I think I can do that.

Yes, please drink plenty of burdock tea.

Here's something funny I noticed.

You haven't thrown up from water

since you were 9, right?

Yes.

You're just worried that you might vomit, right?

Keep thinking that it never made you vomit again

and try to drink more and more.

He likes drinking alcohol.

If you're so worried that you came on this show,

don't drink with him.

Make a deal that you'll only drink with him

if he drinks water after every shot of alcohol.

If you want to drink with us,

you have to drink 1 liter of water."

I think we should try doing that now.

Or else just walk away.

Any last words for your friend?

We're not young anymore, my friend.

I'd like to see you drink water and get healthy.

Get your confidence back and learn how to say no.

I've been doing this show for 8 to 9 years and...

"Please drink some water, my friend."

What a peculiar concern.

Yongju.

Thank you so much for worrying about me.

Let's cut down on the drinking

and I'll try to drink more water from now on.

So let's keep being good friends.

Thanks, buddy.

(They're so loyal!)

- Staring with Taewoong. / - Is this a concern?

I think it's a concern.

A cultivator runs on diesel.

Gasoline will make the machine break down.

That's right.

People need water, not beverages.

(Wise words from the 17-year-old farmer)

(Impressive)

People need water

so that their bodies won't break down.

You keep remembering that traumatic experience.

If you want to forget that,

you have to be determined.

I believe that you can if you make an effort.

So it's not a concern.

I say it's a concern.

I don't think it's a concern.

I remember you saying you lost your confidence.

You don't have to feel that way at all.

I'd like you to live a fun and healthy lifestyle.

I say it's a concern.

If you think this is a concern,

please press the button!

Adam Ruins Everything - Behind the Myth that Video Games Cause Violence | truTV - Duration: 3:15.

'Sup, fam?!

It's Reaper666 streaming for you live

from the reap den.

Today we're going old school with a classic!

"Gut Cruncher III: Blood-pocalypse Rising."

Henry, it's time for lunch.

Dad?!

Get out!

Wait. What is this?

Are you playing violent video games again?

You're gonna wind up on the 6:00 news.

(Adam) Don't worry, Dad.

The idea that video games cause violent crime

is a total myth.

That is disgusting.

They're trying to brainwash you

into thinking that video games are safe.

(Adam) Nope.

You're the one who's been brainwashed.

For as long as video games have existed,

they've sent American parents

into a frenzy of fear.

In 1976, the National Safety Council

panicked over the arcade game "Death Race,"

calling these tame little pixels,

"Sick, sick, sick."

Actually!

And in the '90s, politicians had a full-scale freak-out

about a little game called "Mortal Kombat."

Democratic Senator Joe Lieberman claimed

it taught kids to, quote,

"Enjoy inflicting the most gruesome forms of cruelty."

But despite these repeated parades

of pearl clutch and panic,

there is still no actual evidence

linking video games to violent crime.

I don't know.

I'm still not convinced.

(Adam) Well, let's look at the facts.

As video game sales in America have spiked,

violent crime has actually gone down.

And other countries where games are popular

have even lower rates of violent crime.

(speaking Japanese)

(Adam) And despite the lazy media narrative

connecting mass shootings to video games,

multiple studies, including an analysis

by the Secret Service,

have found that school shooters

actually consume significantly lower amounts

of violent media and video games than their peers.

So you're saying video games

don't have any effect on our kids at all?

Not even that game "Fork Knife,"

where you kill people with pickaxes?

It's called "Fortnite," Dad!

(sighing)

A pickax is a harvesting tool.

(Adam) Well, some studies do show

that violent video games can cause a temporary increase

in aggressive thoughts and behavior.

But those studies are pretty flimsy.

Because they didn't measure anything the average person

would actually consider aggression.

One study just measured whether or not

people who played video games were more likely

to feed their opponents hot sauce.

Hey!

And even if these studies had tested

real-world acts of aggression,

the change in behavior they measured was tiny.

Just 2% on average.

Other studies have shown a similar effect

in racing games and even real-life sports.

Dad does rage out

whenever I beat him at ping-pong.

That's 'cause you play dirty, Henry!

Oh...

Uh, I see it now.

Guys, meet video game researcher

and level-30 demon slayer,

Dr. Patrick Markey.

'Sup, Reaper666?

Hope you don't mind, I already defeated

that final boss.

Blaming video games for real-world violence

really took off after the Columbine shooting,

and it was an understandable mistake,

because we all desperately wanted

some reason why someone would commit

such a horrific act of violence.

But today we know

video games actually aren't what's to blame.

And yet politicians across the political spectrum

still scapegoat video games.

As recently as the 2018 Parkland tragedy,

the president of the United States

was saying things like...

And reporters parrot this lazy narrative right back.

After the Newtown school shooting,

it was widely reported that the gunman played video games.

But what they left out was that his favorite game,

the one he'd play up to ten hours a day,

was "Dance Dance Revolution."

The fact is, it's just easier to blame

video games than to tackle societal problems

that actually impact rates of violence.

Things like educational and employment disparities,

stigma against seeking mental health treatment,

and, especially in the case of shootings,

access to guns.

(Adam) Instead, we're wasting time

and tax dollars on even more research

to try to prove a link

between violence and video games

that just doesn't exist.

That's right.

I'm a video game researcher,

and even I think this is a waste of time.

And that's why I'm taking a break

to beat the next level.

Oh, man, it's underwater!

See you, guys.

The truth is, scapegoating and banning

violent video games doesn't protect kids;

it just distracts us from figuring out

what we really need to do

to keep people safe.

Ah, you're right.

Henry, you can play that gut game,

with supervision.

(sighing) Okay, Dad.

You just gotta narrate everything for the stream.

Mm-hmm.

Let's see what we got.

(gasping)

Did you just shove that gun up his...

(gasping) Oh, God!

ATTITUDE IS EVERYTHING | How To Be A Better Person & Entrepreneur - Duration: 6:52.

You may have heard the saying, "Your attitude determines your altitude."

You see, attitude, it's defined as the way that you respond to certain people or situations,

based on the beliefs, the values, and the assumptions that we have.

It's attitude that's going to help us determine whether or not we're going to hit our goals

or whether or not we're going to be able to solve challenges that get in our way.

It's the framework for solving all problems and feeling progress.

You see, attitude, it determines your reactions.

If you expect a certain thing to happen, and then it doesn't happen, you get to make a

choice on how you're going to react.

Will you be happy, or will you be unhappy with the event?

Will you allow the event itself to change your physical or emotional state?

What meaning will you give the event?

You see, happiness or unhappiness, completely artificial.

We make it up.

It's something that we create.

We can't buy it, rent it, or own happiness.

We have to manifest it and give it meaning in our lives.

Dale Carnegie once said, "Happiness, it doesn't depend on any external conditions.

It's governed by our mental attitude."

Will we allow an event at work or at school or at home to cause us to have a shitty day,

or will we give it a different meaning?

It's totally up to you.

I think starting off the day with a positive mindset is how your day's going to go the

rest of the day.

If you start your day and you have a positive attitude, then your day is more likely to

end up on a positive note.

Too many people nowadays are just negative.

They don't want to try.

They just approach the problem like, "No, I can't do this," right away, rather than

actually try to [inaudible 00:01:57] and see if they can do it in the first place.

Positivity leads to more positivity.

So, if you're trying to do something in life, you've got to look at it from a positive aspect.

That way, you can accomplish whatever goal you're trying to set your mind to.

And is it important to have a positive attitude?

I agree, I agree.

Having a good attitude is super important.

Like attracts like.

When you have a good attitude, when you put that out into the world, other people sense

that.

You repel bad people, negative thoughts, negative emotions.

So, it's all about putting yourself in the right mentality, in the right state, to achieve

better in the realm of what you want to think about yourself.

So, think positive, positive things will happen.

If you think positive, positive things might happen.

It might be small, it might be big, but if you just keep thinking good things are going

to happen, eventually they will.

People with a positive attitude, they just rise to the top faster because they expect

success.

They expect good things to happen to them.

They look and act as if they're already successful, even if they're just starting out.

Listen, if you want to become the best at whatever it is you want to do, it's so vitally

important to start with the end in mind.

Mentally act as if you already hit your goals and move forward taking massive action with

the right attitude, and what's going to happen is, eventually the physical rewards of success

will follow.

Now, what I'm trying to say is, you can have massive success within five years, but you

have to start immediately acting, dressing, and thinking like you're already there.

This is going to compel opportunities your way, this is going to compel the right relationships

to come your way.

It's not luck that will attract more influence, more money, or more opportunities your way,

it's your positive attitude that's going to do it.

Here are three things that you can do right now to begin shifting your mindset towards

the right attitude.

Number One: Each day, for the next 30 days, I want you to think of the results that you

want to achieve.

What does a person that experiences those results act like?

How do they carry themself?

What type of language do they use?

What's their body language like?

For the next 30 days, I want you to act, dress, and talk like that person.

This is going to help you develop the right success mindset.

Number Two: Each day, for the next 30 days, I want you to treat everybody around you just

like you want to be treated, as if they're the most important person alive.

Listen, even though most people don't want to admit it, everybody thinks they're the

most important person in the world, including yourself.

So, let's just treat them this way.

Your co-workers, your wife, your husband, your kids.

Treat them like they're the greatest relationship you have, because ultimately, they are.

The results you're going to get after 30 days of doing this, by making other people feel

important, making them feel special, it's going to amaze you.

Watch as more people and business and money gets attracted towards you because of your

positive attitude towards others.

You're going to become a habitual positive person, and when you make other people feel

important, they're going to treat you in the same fashion.

The results that you seek are going to follow those actions.

Number Three: Over the next 30 days, become hyper aware of how you react to situations.

Having a positive attitude doesn't mean negative things or challenges or hardships won't happen

to you.

In fact, you should expect them to.

That's just life.

But when they do happen, we have to choose.

Are we going to react to those things in a positive or a negative way?

Will we have a bounce back spirit, or will we become a victim?

Will we allow the moment to define us, or will we use that as a learning lesson that

makes us stronger and wiser?

Slow down your reactions.

Give yourself time to process the moment.

This is probably going to be one of the most challenging things that you ever do, but if

you force yourself to do it for the next 30 days, others are going to see resolve, and

learn to count on your temperament, to get you both towards your goals.

I know it sounds so simple.

Having a good attitude towards other people and towards life is going to get you the results

that you're looking for?

Of course that's what happens, but so many of us fail to actually implement simple things

that can make a big difference in our lives.

I hope this video is a reminder to all of us to just carry ourselves with a positive

attitude and make success an obligation rather than an option.

I'm Cody Sperber, signing off for now.

Don't forget to like, share, and comment down below with your thoughts on this video.

That's all I have for you right now.

Until next time, take care.

Comb your hair.

Sperber out.

Peace.

Oh, hey, I didn't see you there.

Hey, listen, while you're here, why don't you click the tab in the upper right-hand

corner and grab my new book, How to Flip Houses with Little to No Money Down.

It's a step-by-step guide on how I got wealthy in real estate, and how you can too.

Hope it helps!

series known as Dragonball after a cornea seven volumes and episode 11

finishes at the end of volume 7 the good news is that volume 8 has just most

recently been released however it has yet to be scanned and translated just

yet but I can assure you it will be at some point translated by the great guys

involved in doing that most notably the Dragon Ball Kai 75 who's often a view of

this series a shout to him there are however some drafts on paper which are

out which don't show much but give us a brief look at the first page or two and

also an interesting look out how gg even starts his work so first is just the

front page as evil Goku there and in front of him is kid

straight out of the original Dragon Balls suggesting we may get some sort of

flashback sequences to possibly times where cakra almost came out and then the

second page is evil go who's saying again something typically evil to

Pickler which goes into sweat but move on to the third page and Pickler looks

relaxed before powering up with a small possibly to a new level of power we had

previously not seen before could he have fuses dende as well for that extra boost

in power who really knows but when volume 8 drops you can be sure episode

12 will be here but yeah guys until next video

Cheers PS a reminder to all you guys who are new here and just subscribed make

sure your notification bow is here and definitely go to my video page to see

all previous episodes of Dragon boo after in order in case you missed out on

Journalist has named the Zaha moment vs Liverpool that says a lot about Salah criticism - Duration: 3:39.

To say Mohamed Salah was slammed for his 'dive' against Crystal Palace would be putting things mildly

The Liverpool man - who has been criticised for simulation recently - went down easily under a challenge from Mamadou Sakho and Twitter erupted with protestations just moments later

There was the slightest of touches from the Palace defender, but Salah fell to the ground after a sizeable delay and raised his arms in theatric fashion

Plenty of pundits have come out and condemned Salah for his behaviour during the victory, warning that it could impact his reputation that has thus far revolved around his incredible goals

One of the most damning responses came from Garth Crooks, who wrote during his BBC Team of the Week: "Why would such a wonderful player do something so grotesque? Salah's 'dive' vs Palace  "Mo Salah is breaking my heart

He went down in the penalty area as though he had been poleaxed."  Salah will have to tread very carefully ahead of games with Leicester City and West Ham United or face being treated very differently by Premier League officials

However, despite the justified criticism aimed at Salah, Liverpool Echo journalist Ian Doyle wanted to highlight a moment involving Wilfried Zaha that hasn't received nearly as much attention

Journalist notices Zaha moment  Zaha has something of a reputation for going down easily and Doyle noticed him trying to win a penalty during the second-half, producing a fall that instantly angered Fabinho

"Opposing players were unimpressed, one pointing at the prone attacker before angrily gesticulating towards referee Jon Moss

Except this isn't Liverpool's Mohamed Salah we're talking about," Doyle penned.  "It's Wilfried Zaha

"The Palace winger hit the deck during the second half when attempting to race beyond a covering James Milner, prompting Fabinho to respond unfavourably and ensure the officials were aware of what happened

"Of course, there has been little subsequent mention of this."  A few Liverpool fans did mention the incident throughout the game and a video of Zaha's theatrics can be seen in the video below:   Of course, two wrongs don't make a right

And Doyle certainly wasn't saying that Salah was completely innocent, but it does suggest that the Liverpool man is receiving far more criticism than players doing similar things

More accurate footage of Zaha's fall hasn't emerge, so it's difficult to compare the incidents with absolute certainty but you can see why plenty of Liverpool fans are displeased

It will certainly add to suggestions of a conspiracy with Harry Kane's 'dive' against Wolverhampton Wanderers proving the main example in the argument: 'why is Salah being singled out?'  At the end of the day, though, diving needs to be stamped out of football whether it's Zaha, Salah or Joe Blogs

Do you think Salah is being harshly criticised? Have your say in the comments section below

How an Australian couple unwittingly befriended Paul Pogba on a Manchester train - Duration: 6:01.

Manchester United stars Paul Pogba and Nemanja Matic left an Australian mum and dad baffled after a chance encounter on a Manchester train

The Reds pair were playing the card game Uno, as originally seen on the Frenchman's Instagram, on a Virgin Train service from Manchester

The parents, who don't like football and had no idea who Matic and Pogba were, started to become disgruntled by the loud volume at which the pair were playing

Following their card game, Matic and Pogba respectfully approached the parents to apologise and ask if they would like a picture with them, their son recounts

Incredibly, the father gave the World Cup winner his phone thinking they would take a photo of him and his wife

Pogba hastily corrected the dad much to his bemusement and a picture was taken, reports the Mirror

The mum and dad just so happened to be the parents of Nate Patrick, an Australian FIFA commentator

They sent him the picture and, as most fans can imagine, he was left gobsmacked and embarrassed at his parents' ignorance as to who they were

It was only then, thanks to Whatsapp messages from their footy-mad son 10,000 miles away that it was actually one of the world's most expensive ever players, £90 million man Pogba, and his United teammate Matic

Patrick the documented the interaction with his parents in a thread on Twitter: "This morning, I wake up to a few messages," he began

"They're from Mum and Dad. Read today's top stories here  "They were on a train, and a group of people were behind them, playing Uno

Mum and Dad turned around a few times, as apparently they were making a little bit of noise

Yes my parents get disturbed by an exciting card game, now you can see I don't think they'd cope with Wembley

"These lads knew they were making a bit of noise, so they come up to Mum and Dad, and apologise, and ask if they'd like a photo

Dad is like, oh, that's nice, and gives one of the gentleman his phone for this stranger to take a photo of Mum and Dad on this train from Manchester

"The stranger looks weirdly at my Dad, and says (with a French accent) "No, no no, I am asking if you would like a photo with me, sir?"

My Dad looks at my Mum like who on earth does this guy think he is? But also my Dad is mega-polite, and obliges to be in the photo

Having read through all of these messages, my Dad sends through the photo, and asks "Nathan, you wouldn't happen to know who this is?"  "IT'S PAUL BLOODY POGBA (and Nemanja Matic)

"MY PARENTS ARE ON A TRAIN WITH THE ENTIRE MANCHESTER UNITED SQUAD AND THEY DON'T HAVE A CLUE BECAUSE OF COURSE THEY DON'T

"MY DAD ASKED PAUL POGBA TO TAKE A PHOTO OF HIM AND MY MUM.  "THE NOISY UNO HOOLIGANS AREN'T LOUD UNIVERSITY STUDENTS ON THEIR WAY TO WATCH A FILM IT'S THE MOST FAMOUS FOOTBALL TEAM ON THE PLANET YOU STUPID STUPID GORGEOUSLY IGNORANT ADORABLE STUPID PEOPLE THAT I DESCENDED DIRECTLY FROM

"It's been about an hour since this all went down, but I'm still angry and hurt and confused

HE JUST WON THE BLOODY WORLD CUP WITH FRANCE FUNNY THAT HE HAS A BIT OF A FRENCH ACCENT YOU ADORABLE MUPPETS

"They are now sharing photos of a dog they saw after they got off the train, so I think it's safe to say they've moved on

"  Patrick's story has exploded on and already racked up 9,200 likes.

'Drunk' plane passenger starts mid-air mass brawl after being refused more booze - News Live - Duration: 2:09.

This is the dramatic moment "drunken" passengers threw punches in a vicious brawl on a busy aeroplane during a flight.

One passenger, who had reportedly been drinking heavily this afternoon, was restrained by staff on the Scoot plane.

The delayed Flight TR7 was heading from Australia's Gold Coast to Singapore but had to divert to Sydney, Australia, just one hour and two minutes in.

It is believed fights started flying moments after crew members refused to serve the man any more booze.

It was later confirmed the intoxicated Aussie had punched another passenger and had been handed over to police at Sydney Airport.

And the other travellers had to be transferred onto other flights to complete their long journey to Singapore.

Scoot apologised for the delay and admitted a "disruptive passenger" was on board.

It added no one required medical treatment.

Responding to a customer's complaint on Twitter, Scoot said: "The flight was diverted to Sydney, as there was a disruptive passenger on board.

"The passenger was handed to local law enforcement for processing. We have arranged for alternative flights to affected passengers."

It comes after a drunk man on a plane for Miami fought with a fellow passenger after getting into a rage when a fight attendant wouldn't serve him anymore more beer.

Jason Felix was later escorted off the plane after demanding more alcohol from the flight attendant, asking him: "You're my bartender, right?"

Footage taken by fellow passenger Bill Bolduc shows Felix repeatedly punching another man who had asked him to calm down on the American Airlines flight.

And a 31-stone man allegedly forced a flight attendant to undress him in a plane lavatory and wipe his backside during a long-haul flight this week.

Mohamed Salah could cost Liverpool the title by doing ONE thing - Chris Sutton - Duration: 3:36.

The Reds are flying this season, with Jurgen Klopp's side currently four points clear ahead of Manchester City at the top of the table

Liverpool beat Crystal Palace 4-3 on Saturday afternoon, however, accusations of Salah diving stole the headlines

The Egypt talisman went down after slight contact from Palace defender Mamadou Sakho

It follows Salah's theatrical fall against Newcastle on Boxing Day which earned Liverpool a penalty

And pundit Sutton insists Salah's actions could cost Liverpool their first Premier League title if the forward is banned for diving

"Every time Mohamed Salah dives, he risks costing Liverpool the Premier League title," Sutton wrote in his Daily Mail column

"His tumble against Crystal Palace was the second time in the last month that Salah has gone down too easily

"He won a penalty against Newcastle on Boxing Day after going to ground theatrically following the slightest of touches from Paul Dummett

"If he keeps diving, he risks being hit with a two-game FA ban. Liverpool only need to slip up twice to put Manchester City back in the title driving seat

"Without Salah's firepower, would Liverpool have won the topsy-turvy game against Palace? This match proved that Klopp needs his main man available for every game

" Salah has been in fine form under Klopp once again this season, with the forward netting 16 Premier League goals

And Sutton insists the Egyptian doesn't need to dive, claiming Salah is too exciting for it to hinder his game

"When Salah stays on his feet, he is one of the most exciting players in the Premier League," he added

"I love the way he is capable of blowing away teams at will. It would be a travesty if it is simulation, not his goalscoring, which ends up settling the most thrilling title race for years

"Salah's diving comes at the end of a week in which Leeds manager Marcelo Bielsa was branded a cheat for spying on opponents' training sessions - 11 Championship clubs have complained

"If we really want to do something about cheating in our game, why not crack down on diving? When Salah dived against Newcastle, the FA did not take action

"It was deemed that it did not meet the threshold for 'attempting to deceive the referee'

If that was not a dive, then what is? "Until football gets to grips with this, we will see more of the same from players like Salah

"

YMCA of Freehold - Duration: 6:10.

The YMCA located in Freehold Township in Monmouth County New Jersey has so many cool activities,

But what should you do when you get there? That's what we're talking about today and we are starting right now!

Hey everyone, welcome back, it's Cori Dunphy your full time realtor right here in Monmouth County

New Jersey with RE/MAX Central and Monmouth County Dream Homes.

Just a few weeks ago, I found one of them best kept secrets in my opinion located right here in Monmouth County.

It's the YMCA right in freehold. How many of you have actually been inside the Y?When I say YMCA

What's the first thing that comes to your mind?

For me I thought,

Maybe an old beat-up gym where you could shoot some hoops, or maybe take aerobics or step aerobics?

Boy was I wrong. There's so much you can do at your local YMCA. The local why is so affordable.

I just can't believe what you get for your low monthly membership. Another great thing about the Y that I found out is.

they also provide financial assistance to those people who need it.

I'll put a link in the comments below where you can get some information and there's even an application you can fill out.

So let's go take a look.

Fitness classes

The local YMCA offers classes for all ages all levels and all interests

They have low-impact classes,

stretching strength training and even cycling.

They also offer water classes and yoga. There really is a class here for everybody.

Classes are offered all week long.

I'll post a link in the comment section below

So you can access their group fitness schedule and see if any of the times will work out perfect for your schedule.

#2 personal training

Who knew you could actually get a personal trainer at the local Y/

Right now they're offering some

fantastic deals and I have to be honest the fees here are way way way cheaper than some of those other gyms.

#3 Did you know there was a men's basketball league here?

You must be 18 and over and all games are on Sundays.

#4 Are you really not feeling like you want to join a competitive lead?

Not a problem come on in and shoot hoops. You'll find Fabulous basketball courts to use.

It's a great way for you to come in burn a few extra calories and even get the kids involved.

#5

Pickleball and Racquetball.

Is that more your speed? The freehold YMCA offers courts for that, too.

Did you know that the Y has three indoor pools? Tere is an Olympic sized pool

where you can do laps or even participate in fitness classes.

There's a pool more geared towards

therapeutic use and relaxation and

there is a dedicated pool for swim lessons.

People of all ages can go to the local Y and learn how to swim.

You're never too young and you're never too old to take a class.

Youth sports and fitness classes.

How great that the local Y

starts giving classes as early as Age 3 for the younger kids.

They have Taekwondo, Kiddie soccer, basketball and so much more. There's something there for

every young one to get involved in.

#8 summer camps

There are 5 options for camp throughout the Y of Western Monmouth County.

The different locations are called: camped Topenemus,

Freehold Borough,

Freehold day camp, Old Bridge day camp and My Y summer camp.

The camp locations may look very different however, they all offer:

Red Cross certified swim instructors and lifeguards,

Allergy aware staff and facilities,

Low camper to counselor ratio,

Instructional and recreational swimming,

Counselor in training programs,

flexible scheduling and

extended day options.

The Y camps don't believe in leaving any children out.

They also have inclusion specialists at some of their locations,

So those children with special needs can enjoy an experienced camp as well.

There is just so much information available on all of these different programs.

I will include links to all of them in the comment section below.

Thank you so much for joining me this week.

I'm glad I had a few minutes to tell you all about the YMCA located right here in freehold

New Jersey. If you get a chance to try to stop off at the front desk.

You can pick up some additional brochures and they're always willing to give you a tour of the entire facility.

You might be surprised just how much you can do right here in your own local area at the YMCA. Thanks for watching

See you next week. Bye

Online therapists for treating anxiety without medications - Duration: 8:53.

Welcome.

If you're looking for online therapists to help you overcome anxiety without depending

on medications, then I invite you to take a look at my website.

My name is Peter Strong.

I'm a professional mindfulness therapist.

I specialize in a system of psychotherapy called Mindfulness Therapy, also known as

mindfulness meditation therapy, that I've developed some years ago now and have been

perfecting over the last ten years at least and offering online to people who are interested

in learning how to overcome emotional suffering without using medications or without years

of talk therapy.

This style of therapy that I teach is really designed to teach you practical methods that

you can use yourself to work with your mind.

These are methods that are based on years of experience and have been found to be extremely

effective for treating anxiety and depression and also for working with addictions and other

forms of emotional suffering.

So all emotional suffering is basically based on patterns of reactive conditioned habits.

Anxiety is not a disorder it's a habit.

Depression is not a disorder it's a habit.

These are habits that we learn.

We are not born with anxiety or depression.

These are habits that we acquire usually through the experience of emotional trauma and other

forms of emotional suffering that we are unable to resolve at the time, so that they become

stuck and then they form reactive habits.

But really the problem is simply the habits themselves and we need to focus on changing

these habits and this is what we do during online Mindfulness Therapy.

We change the underlying psychological habits that create your anxiety or depression.

How we do this by cultivating mindfulness, which means that instead of avoiding your

anxiety or depression or emotional trauma we actually approach it in a very mindful

and conscious way.

This will include Meditation.

That's why I use the term mindfulness meditation therapy, because we understand the importance

of learning how to meditate on our anxiety or depression or other emotional pain.

If you try to avoid it, it will not heal and will simply grow.

If you try to reject it or suppress it or distract yourself away from your unpleasant

feelings then that will reinforce the underlying habits and the emotional suffering doesn't

heal.

The tried and tested way to heal anxiety and depression is to meditate on your anxiety

or depression.

Now this is a skill and training.

It takes some practice.

And that's my job.

I will teach you exactly how to do this, how to meditate on your anxiety to help it resolve

and heal.

Healing is the objective here, not just treating symptoms or trying to manage anxiety.

We are not trying to manage it, we're trying to heal it, and the same goes for depression

and the other forms of emotional suffering that we experience.

[00:04:30] So if you would like to learn more about how to overcome anxiety or depression

without using medications, then please send me an email and let's schedule a Skype Therapy

session.

I see people worldwide.

All you need is a good Internet connection and a quiet place to conduct your sessions

and then we can get started.

The mindfulness training that I offer online is very powerful and people see changes very

quickly.

So medications may have some value and providing a temporary relief from symptoms but medications

are not going to change those underlying psychological habits.

And often talking about your emotions is really not getting to the heart of the emotions themselves

and working on this reactive habit.

That really requires consciousness much more than understanding.

You have to see clearly what is going on.

That brings with it choice and choice allows you to begin to change the way that you respond

to those conditioned stimuli, whether they're external or internal in the form of thoughts.

Just because something unpleasant happens is not a sufficient cause for anxiety or depression.

Even having negative thoughts, in itself, is not a cause of anxiety or depression.

These can be seen as objects and like any other object they can be seen consciously

without causing emotional reaction.

You can sit with your anxiety and not react.

You can sit with a painful thought or belief or a memory, including traumatic memories,

you can sit with those experiences and not react.

That is the whole basis of mindfulness training.

When you stop reacting, you stop feeding the emotional suffering.

When you stop feeding the emotional suffering it makes it possible for it to heal.

And you can then participate in helping that emotional suffering heal.

And this way you're training the mind how to heal its own suffering.

And this becomes automatic after a while.

So Mindfulness Therapy is very effective because it does this and it does it in a very focused

and very practical way, during sessions and gives you the tools to practice between sessions.

So most people see dramatic changes in the intensity of their anxiety or depression or

other emotional suffering usually within the first three or four weeks of working with

me.

And then what you learn will continue to grow and you'll get more and more back to a state

of wellbeing, which is our natural state.

Anxiety and depression are not natural states of being.

They are learned habitual states of being.

So if you would like to learn more and you like the idea of online therapy and you would

like to work with me then please send me an email and schedule a Skype Therapy session.

Thank you.

Mohamed Salah: Mark Clattenburg reveals why Liverpool star 'went down with no contact' - Duration: 3:37.

That's the belief of former Premier League referee Mark Clattenburg after Salah appeared to fall to the ground easily against Crystal Palace at the weekend

The Liverpool star was not awarded a penalty though he wasn't penalised by the referee either

It came just a week after Salah did earn a soft penalty after going down in the box against Brighton

Salah is the current Premier League top scorer having bagged 16 goals this season, two more than Harry Kane and Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang

The Egyptian won the Golden Boot last campaign with 32 strikes, beating Kane's 30

And Clattenburg believes Salah's apparent dives are in an attempt to keep hold of his trophy

"Mo Salah went down with no contact from Mamadou Sakho," Clattenburg told the Daily Mail

"It's irrelevant that he did not appeal for a penalty, because he was trying to deceive referee Jonathan Moss, who should have issued a yellow card

"Salah was accused of going down easily to win penalties against Arsenal and Newcastle

"In all these situations, he has no chance to score, so it seems he prefers to try to win a penalty

"As he is Liverpool's penalty taker, he will know winning a spot-kick means he has a free shot at goal

"He is then likely to increase his chances of winning the Golden Boot." Liverpool currently sit four points clear at the top of the Premier League but Chris Sutton believes the Egyptian is at risk of costing the Reds the title with his falling

"
