Was so cute
I went bowling with Sora-chan the other day
I do go bowling once in a while so
I wanted to show off how good I was
Since Sora-chan told me she hasn't done it before

about the legend. of the the planet Apex civilization.
It is the primary civilization.

After the people have concluded their work.
on the planet's surface.
They began moving to live In cities.
under the planet's surface.
They found themselves trapped in a rocky environment.
Under the surface of the planet.
Where they worked on reproduction technology.
For over more than 100 years.
And eventually.
after many successes and failures.
They reached the point of increasing population.
And reduced mortality.
This was happening in shelters under the planet's surface.
For hundreds of years.
After they had a complete genetic adjustment.
on their bodies.
To adapt to the new environment.
And create a new generation adapted to the environment.
They are small.
and do not tolerate physical reproduction.
They depend on the absorption of liquid nutrients.
from the skin.
Their eyes are large.
and adaptive to optical spectra.
In underground shelters.
This change also led to.
the disappearance of hair.
from their bodies.
Hair, here is not needed.
Where there is no radiation of the their star.
under the surface of the planet.
There is no need for head hair, eyebrows and eyelashes.
Their body automatically adapts to that.
and the hair disappeared from their bodies.
They worked hard in shelters under the planet's surface.
To create a very clean and healthy environment.
And with their technique to absorb liquid food.
Through the skin.
This made the skin very smooth.
They were very interested to keep it clean.
The Direct access to nutrients via the skin.
led To absorb the skin for its essential elements first.
The first thing they fed in their bodies.
was the skin.
Which helps it to be soft, and has smooth appearance.
But it led to something else.
that is not desirable.
It is the spread of unpleasant odors on the skin.
As a result of the fat constantly nutrients.
This has been confirmed by some people who.
Meet these aliens face-to-face.
The smell of their bodies is foul.
It smells like rotten fish.
in the interior of the planet.
They discovered that emotions.
were the cause of the destruction of the planet.
Where disputes and differences led to.
The outbreak of wars on the planet.
And the invention of new types of weapons.
And the energy sources.
that causes the occurrence of radiation pollution.
and destruction of the planet.
Cultural diversity has also helped.
They decided not to Reliance on their emotions anymore.
And they worked to be the new generation.
without emotions.
And ending cultural diversity among future generations.
So that everyone will merge into one nation.
Away from conflicts and differences.
Life flourished in the interior of the planet.
With a lower death toll.
Their numbers are increasing.
Where a new problem has emerged.
namely the lack of resources.
And nutrients produced in shelters.
In the interior of the planet.
There is a real threat of famine.
And the spread of diseases.
In a bold move.
The decision makers of the shelters decided.
Equip a special team to climb the planet.
Which Destructived and full of radiation.
To find viable sources of food. and medicine on the planet.
The team is equipped with necessary equipment.
And to immunize them as much as possible.
against radiation.
To climb the surface of the planet.
And when they ascended the surface of the planet.

The long term game plan to a healthy white smile
1.
Take dated photos of your smile so you can track your progress.
You know we love feedback mechanisms as they give us an objective way to see our progress.
Without feedback mechanisms like a photo, it's really tough to see the positive changes
you're making.
2.
Set a course.
Read through this list below and decide what strategy you plan to use.
Then give yourself 2-3 months and mark on your calendar the day to take your second
"before/after" photo.
Be sure to take the photos in the same location at the same time of day, for lighting purposes.
3.
Whatever strategy you choose, be sure to know how to stop causing your teeth to dull so
you can get a jump start on your natural whitening plan.
After all, letting red wine or a green smoothie sit on your teeth while wanting to naturally
whiten your teeth is taking two steps forward and one step back.
We've tried every teeth whitening treatment out there from strips to pens to in-office
appointments.
But sometimes it's the little things you do that can make a big difference between having
a-ok ivories and an A-list Hollywood smile.
Board Certified Prosthodontist and Oral Care Expert Dr. Levine offers some of his favorite
DIY teeth whitening quick tips.
Clay.
Clays have a unique ability to be very soft (low abrasive) yet able to polish more effectively.
In fact, one specific type of clay, white kaolin clay, has the high score from the research
on its "Cleaning Efficiency".
This cleaning efficiency is a combination of a low abrasivity score and a high ability
to remove stains.
While any clay is decent, white kaolin clay is the best by quite a bit.
Same game as with baking soda.
Focus on front teeth while the clay is incorporated into saliva.
Eat Foods That Whiten and Protect.
Foods that require a lot of chewing, meaning fibrous foods like apples, celery and carrots,
will whiten teeth because they naturally remove stains on teeth, says Dr. Levine.
They act as natural exfoliants.
He also recommends maintaining a diet of greens, such as spinach, broccoli and lettuce. They
prevent staining because when chewed they create a film over teeth that acts as a barrier.
This biofilm prevents stain molecules from adhering to the teeth.
Use a Straw.
Drink foods out of a straw, so stain molecules bypass the teeth.
We knew we loved our morning smoothies for a reason.
Drink Water.
Drink water consistently throughout the day, especially after meals.
This keeps any residue from building up.
Look for Antioxidants.
When purchasing whitening toothpastes, Dr. Levine suggests looking for ingredients that
are also beneficial to gum health, such as antioxidants.
And always avoid sodium lauryl sulfate because it can cause or irritate existing allergies,
canker sores and bad breath.
Activated charcoal.
Activated charcoal is another very popular at home alternative teeth whitening strategy.
Some say it does wonders.
Others argue that it doesn't work.
We think much of the disparity of opinions could be that those who say activated charcoal
doesn't work expect charcoal to work like their commercial whitening strips aka overnight.
Remember the marathon.
Similar to oil pulling, it makes sense how activated charcoal would draw stains out of
the teeth.
After all, activated charcoal is used internally when one suspects a recent case of food poisoning.
In fact, we always carry a bottle of activated charcoal capsules when traveling in case of
the risk of food poisoning from eating out while on the road.
I hope you found this information about diy teeth whitening strips without hydrogen peroxide
quite useful.

Hello to all friends of YouTube, I'm Fabio and here I bring you the review of one of the many online streaming sites, but I assure you that it is special, because it is also one of the few with true quality and availability.
It's called MediaEmpire, contains movies and TV series, soon also anime and cartoon.
It has a very different video, audio and buffering quality from common streaming sites, because their servers are private.
The video quality starts from the base of the 360 up to full hd 1080.
Some films are on cam or registered with a camera but are always updated; so the latest movies released at the cinema are available.
There is also the possibility to download content, to read the plot, to view the trailer and the various salient images.
If something went wrong, maybe in the reproduction, you can report a problem through the appropriate section.
The exclusivity of the site is definitely the app for android, not officially downloadable from the Play store but easy to install, with a simple and intuitive graphics.
The site where you can download the app, also clean and easy, I will leave in description. Soon it will be available also for smart TV.
You must be registered, but the registration is fast, without the hassles of the rest of the other competitors, allowing you to keep some useful data during the various browsing of the site, such as the number of comments made by you, the number of reproductions, the list of favorites and more.
In short, I highly recommend you use this fantastic site to see many movies and TV series in clear, which are added constantly,
and do not forget for each content to make a personal judgment in the comments section and leave a like if you liked it; in order to support MediaEmpire and help the various visitors.

Arsenal fans are sharing video of Ozil interview talking about Emery back in September - Duration: 2:48.
Mesut Ozil's situation at Arsenal is certainly an odd one. The German is their highest-paid player by some margin on a reported £350,000-a-week
But Under Unai Emery, he's struggling to get into the team. The midfielder had been one of Arsenal's star players for almost six years, but under his new boss, Ozil has fallen way down the pecking order at the Emirates
He hasn't featured on the pitch since Boxing Day which has raised a few eyebrows, especially considering Emery has said that he can't afford new signings in January
Given the circumstances, it's rather strange that he's chosen to drop one of the club's biggest names, and that decision was questioned following a defeat to West Ham earlier this month
It's clear that Emery now sees Ozil as just another player and he's made it clear that if the midfielder isn't suited to the job required, he just won't play
DROPPING OZIL Despite the awkward questions, he stuck to his guns again last weekend too, as Ozil failed to come off the bench during the 2-0 win against Chelsea
This time, the Spaniard's decision to omit his highest-paid star paid off as his side closed the gap to fourth spot to just three points
Still, things aren't looking great for Ozil, who's out in the cold right now. The strained relationship between the pair also looks even more odd considering the comments Ozil made back in September following a win against Newcastle
A GOOD RELATIONSHIP "I've said in the past that I'm very, very happy to play for Arsenal and especially the new coach," he said after scoring his first goal of the season
"He knows what he wants. The team accepts that and all the team supports him and we have a good relationship with him
" Just a few months ago, it sounded like all was well between Ozil and his new manager
So just what happened to push him out of Emery's plans remains a mystery for now

Sai Baba Miracle - The Prophetic Forewarning - Duration: 9:41.
Greetings to all Sai devotees and my children.
I am like your mother or grandmother.
I apologise in case I have uttered anything that might be inappropriate.
I shall now relate an incident that actually took place.
I bow down to our land where some of greatest saints have resided.
Our country is so blessed in its purity that we need not ape other cultures.
We should preserve our culture and traditions,
conduct ourselves righteously, and be devoted to Sai Baba.
That is all I am saying.
One day, while going through the newspaper, I read about the Saptashringi shrine (near Nashik).
Before that I had known nothing about it.
I read of the various miracles associated with it.
We decided that one day we would visit Saptashringi temple.
I doubted if the opportunity would ever present itself
but it so happened that one day all of us hired a bus and went.
We went to Shirdi.
We first paid a visit to Shirdi,
and then we went to Saptashringi.
And how we managed to go there at all...
It was a very narrow road at the time, and our mini bus could not go.
The driver said he couldn't drive the bus on the incline,
and we were told we would have to climb up the hill.
We were younger and stronger, so we agreed to walk uphill.
We began the climb. Several others were with us.
We slowly went up the path,
and we spotted snakes and other wildlife in the bushes.
That didn't deter us from going.
We chanted the name of Saptashrungi Ma and Sai Baba, and continued our climb.
It soon got dark. It was almost 9 pm and we hadn't yet reached the top of the hill.
It was still a long way up.
We were wondering how we would go, it was so dark now.
Half the group had gone ahead, and we were trailing behind.
It was 9 pm and we were wondering what to do.
It was pitch dark and we couldn't see a thing.
We prayed to Saptashrungi Ma and beseeched her to do something.
"You are our Sai Baba, and you are our Divine Mother, you please take us from here somehow."
Saying this, we proceeded on our way.
A little while later, a water seller turned up.
"Take some water," he said to us in that darkness.
We took some water from him, drank it,
and were so happy that we started walking with renewed vigour.
A short distance later we saw some people coming towards us, carrying flares.
They had come to take us safely up,
and in the light of their torches, we somehow reached Saptashringi temple.
Our feet were so swollen and hurting from the exertion,
that we just wanted a place to lie down and rest our aching feet.
The temple priest had food made for all of us.
It was very late, 11 or 11.30 pm by now. How could one eat dinner so late?
I would rather go to sleep, I told myself.
When I was about to retire, the priest asked us to eat some dinner first.
We had some Pithla (spicy gram flour curry) and rice.
After that we slept.
The next morning after my bath,
I sat under a Parijat tree and waited for the others.
As I sat there, a very beautiful woman came up to me.
Being a woman myself, I couldn't help staring at this beautiful woman.
I couldn't keep my eyes off her.
"I know you," she said emphatically. "How would you know me?" I replied.
"Yes, I do," she replied, and then she started rattling off familiar names - Hulyalkar, Madhusudan, and others.
So she probably knew some of my family, I thought, and I didn't pay further attention to her words.
"Madhusudan is dead, right?" she asked.
"Hey, my brother-in-law is very much alive," I responded.
"Oh, he's still living, is he?" "Yes, he's living," I assured her.
"Your father-in-law is dead, then."
What nonsense this woman spoke! I was a little angry now.
"What makes you say that my father-in-law and my brother-in-law are dead? Both are alive and well."
"Yes, yes," she vaguely replied, then said, "Namaskar, I now take your leave," and left.
I thought this woman was definitely deranged.
We watched as she slowly walked away and went down the valley.
I have no idea of where she went.
We stayed there for two days and during those two days I kept looking for her,
but she was nowhere to be seen.
We then somehow reached home,
after this trip to Shirdi and Saptashringi temple.
When we arrived home, there was a telegram waiting for my husband.
In those days, people sent telegrams for conveying urgent messages.
<< COME IMMEDIATELY. BROTHER SERIOUS >>
We were fatigued after this trip, how could we immediately again go so far away?
My husband said that he would go there alone.
He left for his hometown.
When he reached there, his brother had already passed away.
When I heard the news, my heart stopped. What's going on, I wondered.
And then a couple of weeks later, my husband's father also passed away.
Strange, isn't it?
It seemed that the woman had appeared just to forewarn me about the future.
Even I had no inkling then that it was no ordinary incident, so what can I say now?

Xherdan Shaqiri came from relegated Stoke City and has been a fantastic rotation option for the Reds this season
Andy Robertson came from relegated Hull City is absolutely fantastic and is by far the best left-back in the league right now
And finally, Gini Wijnaldum from relegated Newcastle United who has created a fantastic partnership with Fabinho in the middle of that park and could even be the most underrated player in the league this season
Sadio Mane and Virgil van Dijk from Southampton are self-explanatory, one's a part of the most formidable front three in England, maybe even the world, whilst the other is arguably the best centre-back in the world full stop
The strategy of buying the best and hungriest players with Premier League experience, putting them together in a team and then allowing them to reach their full potential has worked unbelievably well for the club
As it's been so successful in the past, you'd expect that it would be something that you saw the club do again this summer and they wouldn't be short of options in a number of positions that Liverpool need depth in
Ryan Sessegnon, Ben Chilwell, Nathan Ake, James Tarkowski, James Maddison, Ryan Brooks and Wilfried Zaha are just a few off the top of my head
But there is one player who stands out the most for me. He is a player that has everything Liverpool need
He's naturally a left-winger but posses the ability to also play as a number 10, a position he has played in and excelled in for his current club
He is unbelievably skilful and has ball-control like Coutinho, he drives at defenders like Mané and has the physical ability to back it up when games get a bit rough
If you haven't guessed already, I'm talking about West Ham's Brazilian attacker, Felipe Anderson
With eight goals and two assists this season, the former Lazio man has adapted incredibly well to the league
It's no secret that Liverpool have lacked depth in the front area, we've often played with a 4-2-3-1 this season with Mané, Bobby, Salah and Shaqiri
We have players like Sturridge and Origi waiting on the bench, but let's be honest, they aren't good enough back-up
We've also got the added depth of Keita who has been utilised as a left winger at times this season, but again he isn't good enough in that role as he is a central midfielder
So a versatile attacking option for depth is much needed. Buying one this month would be great going into a title race but one in the summer transfer window is an absolute must
I've seen a number of tweets recently saying Zaha would be a great option for Liverpool and those people aren't wrong
He's quick, skilful, direct and under Klopp would go up a whole another level. But for me, Anderson's versatility makes him a much better option for the Reds
The fact he can play left wing makes him a great rotation option with Mané and also gives the Senegalese international some much-needed competition
But his ability to play behind the striker and also on the right in a 4-2-3-1 is a key factor for me
This season we've seen Bobby drop a bit deeper and play as a no.10 and he is still as influential as ever
As a result of Bobby being able to play this role, we understand that Liverpool have changed their intentions of signing an attacking-midfielder to signing a world-class striker
A move that would allow the Reds to have four unbelievable options across that forward line
But signing Anderson as well as a world class striker would be fantastic business and would mean Liverpool would have quality in depth to compete on multiple fronts next season
You'd think that Liverpool would be a favourable option for Felipe. It is a massive step up in quality and he must look at our three samba stars – Fabinho, Alisson and Bobby – and see they are enjoying every minute on Merseyside
If you follow me on social media you'll know how much I rate the lad and would love to have him at the club, but the only issue with signing him is his possible price-tag
Having only signed for the Hammers this season for a fee of around £40 million you'd expect West Ham to command a very high fee before they even start listening to offers
He could and should be an option for Liverpool. But for the time being, let's get behind the Reds and keep pushing them towards dreamland!

Colin Jost Talks About the Bizarre Rejected SNL Sketch He Wrote for Seth - Duration: 4:29.
-What's up? -What's up, Seth?
-Good to see you guys. -Hi.
-Hi. -Hi.
-You are bundled up, Michael Che.
-Yeah, man. I'm not used to this weather.
-Really? -I'm from the Island.
[ Laughter ]
Manhattan Island. -Yeah.
-You guys are actually both from the islands.
You're from the island of Manhattan.
-That's right.
-And you're from the island of Staten.
-Yeah. -Yeah.
[ Laughter ] -Sounds just as tropical, right?
-Yeah. Well, they --
Now JetBlue goes direct to Staten Island, so...
-JetBlue has ferry service now.
I was gonna come out and wear --
I was gonna wear a Hawaiian shirt,
but he talked me out of it. -Really?
-And say that I was more dressing for the job I wanted.
-Oh, gotcha. -Versus this, but then he --
-And the job you wanted is "Magnum P.I."
[ Laughter ] -Yeah.
Why not? -What job do I want? Panhandler?
[ Laughter ]
I should be selling batteries on a D train.
-I was so -- You guys had a month off,
which is unheard of in my 10 years, which is --
-No, we never left. -You had a month off.
Did you enjoy yourselves? -Uh, yeah.
[ Laughter ] -Okay.
You didn't go anywhere.
-Yeah, I had to see a lot of family.
That wasn't fun. -Really?
-Yeah, 'cause, you know, they just tell me
who else they think is funny. -Oh, really?
I know -- I know what you're talking about.
-Yeah, that's not fun to hear. -Yeah.
Do you think that happens with athletes, like when --
-"You know who's fast?" and stuff like that.
-Yeah. Or like Eli Manning at, like,
Thanksgiving dinner, someone's like, "You know who's great?
Tom Brady." Like, do you think he --
[ Light laughter ] -100%.
-You think 100%.
-I mean, based on your own -- don't you think 100%?
Based on knowing any family. -I think they must.
-You know who says that to him is Peyton Manning.
-Peyton does, yeah. [ Laughter ]
As a super burn.
I had a lovely time.
I got to come back and host this year.
It was so fun to be back with you guys.
-Yeah, it was great. -Got to come back
on the "Update" desk, which was for me the highlight.
I'm not gonna call it a low light, but it was not --
in the end, did not turn out to be a highlight.
You wrote a sketch for me. -[ Laughing ] Yeah.
-I should point out, it was not new business.
-No, I wrote it probably about 12 years ago.
-And you resubmitted it for me, because --
-And I thought, "Only you could do this sketch."
-Well, I -- the actor you originally wrote it for
is someone that I think a lot of people mistake me for,
and so it made sense that you would try it again with me.
-Well, originally, it was Taylor Lautner.
[ Laughter ]
So I was like, "Who else is in sort of the 'Twilight' space?"
[ Laughter ] -Yeah. Same fan base.
-You read as a classic "Twilight."
-And I was there for that, so I knew,
"Oh, Jost submitted a Taylor Lautner sketch for me."
-Yeah. So, you're welcome.
-Do you want to explain the premise of Manny Manimal?
-Well, should we -- -Manny Manimal.
-Sure. -Manny Manimal.
-Manny Manimal. His name was Manny something.
He worked at the radioactive lab
where, like, Spider-Man had been bitten by a spider.
-Yeah, the radioactive spider. -So, this guy,
after he was bitten by the radioactive spider,
he was also bitten by a radioactive raccoon,
a starfish... -Yep.
[ Laughter ] -...a pelican...
-Yep. -...a couple snakes...
-Yep. -I think there were like
three squirrels?
-And then he died, and a gorilla had sex with his dead body.
-Yes. [ Audience groans ]
-Then brought him -- -And then he was revived
by a radioactive parrot. He was given CPR.
-And so, unlike Spider-Man -- -This isn't a real guy.
-Yeah. [ Laughter ]
Yeah, don't worry. -They're like, "Aww."
[ Laughter ]
-But anyways, then he is a superhero.
He was Manny Manimal, the man of many animals.
-Yes. [ Laughter ]
And you mentioned Emmy-nominated at the beginning, right?
-Yeah, yeah, yeah. -Okay. Great, great.
-And also, so his name is Manny Manimal,
the man of many animals, but also his first name was Manny.
[ Laughter ] Which was unnecessary.
-Very unnecessary. -Yeah.
-I think I found that late in the writing process.
-One of the great costumes of all-time.
-Yes. -There you go.
-I mean... [ Laughter ]
-And I will say, great opening title sequence.
-Yeah. -Comes out in this.
Audience goes crazy. -Yeah.
-And then what would you describe the audience
for the rest of the sketch? -Nightmarish?
-Yeah. [ Laughter ]
-Basically, they were so excited to see a real superhero,
and then you basically immediately started
coughing up blood, because that was the premise.
-Yeah. -That they were all --
-I had too many animal organs in my body.
-Yeah, and no one wanted to see 10 animals die.
-Yeah. Again, not real.
[ Laughter ]
But, yeah, it bummed people out.
But it was still fun to do, and now Lautner and I --
And we talk about it all the time.
-Oh, definitely. -Yeah, 'cause we hang out a lot.
-That dress audience talks about it all the time, too.

Carbs for Serotonin and Stress-Resistance | Chris Masterjohn Lite #105 - Duration: 6:54.
This is why carbs can boost your
serotonin and your stress resistance.
Hi. I'm Dr. Chris Masterjohn of
chrismasterjohnphd.com. And this is
Chris Masterjohn Lite, where the name of
the game is "Details? Shmeetails. Just
tell me what works!"
And today we're going to talk about
how carbs can boost serotonin and
stress resistance. Now, in the last
episode, I talked about whether collagen
would bonk your serotonin. And the
general conclusion was as long as you're
not using collagen supplements in a way
that decreases your protein and you are—
or decreases your non-collagen protein
and you are getting enough non-collagen protein,
that's not an issue. But what could bonk
your serotonin is not eating any carbs
or not eating enough carbs, being on a
low-carb diet, too low, too often.
And the reason is as follows: in order to
make serotonin inside your brain, which
protects you from stress—you don't want
too much serotonin, but you want enough
to allow you to cope with stress and
prevent you from being overwhelmed.
In order to make that in your brain, you
need to get tryptophan into your brain.
Where does tryptophan come from?
It comes from the protein that you eat.
It's an amino acid. You digest that protein,
you get tryptophan and many
other amino acids.
The thing is, many of
those other amino acids will
compete for entry across the blood-brain
barrier with tryptophan, and so if those
other amino acids are high in your blood,
the tryptophan has a harder time getting
into your brain. How do you get those
other amino acids out of your blood to
allow tryptophan to cross the
blood-brain barrier and get into your
brain where it can make serotonin?
Insulin brings those competing amino
acids into your muscle cells. And where
do you get insulin? You get insulin
mainly from eating carbs.
Now, generally it's the high-glycemic
carbs, which are often demonized because
they raise your blood sugar,
it's those high-glycemic carbs that are
the best at getting tryptophan into the brain.
For example, white rice has a very
high glycemic index, meaning it breaks
down into sugar and raises your blood
sugar rapidly, and that creates a bigger
insulin spike that gets more tryptophan
into the brain.
If you look up on Google "glycemic index
of foods," you'll be able to find a list
of high-glycemic and low-glycemic foods.
So, those high-glycemic carbs are the
ones that are most effective. Now, you
don't need to eat them all the time, and
in fact, there's research suggesting that
even at breakfast
if you have high glycemic carbs, you'll
get enough tryptophan into your brain
that you have it there at
nighttime when you make not just
serotonin but melatonin to help you sleep.
So, if you can get the carbs in the
morning to help you sleep at night, then
it's probably just the case that you
want some high-carb meal somewhere in
the day if you feel that your stress
resistance is low. So, I am not saying that
no one will ever make enough serotonin
without eating one high-carb meal a day.
I'm just saying that if you feel like
you get overwhelmed easily and that your
serotonin could be low, it's worth
testing whether having at least one
higher-carb or high-glycemic index meal
per day will help make you feel better
and more stress-resistant. And if it does,
then that's something you can incorporate
into your toolkit to feel better more of the time.
Now, if you search for a list of
high-glycemic foods, you're going to find
sugary junk food. I'm not recommending
including a lot of sugary junk food in
your diet, and so I would—although I'm
not an absolutist saying you can never
have any junk food, I wouldn't use junk
food for this purpose. When you're
thinking of trying to boost your mood
with a daily meal that has some
high-glycemic carbs, I would use natural,
whole foods. Some examples of fairly
high-glycemic carbs are rice, potatoes, sweet potatoes,
pumpkin, watermelon if you eat enough of
it, although watermelon is fairly low in
calories, so you have to eat quite a bit
to get that carb boost. So, incorporate
some of these foods to see the effect on
your mood. I would say potatoes and
sweet potatoes are the most nutrient-dense
options out of the ones that I just listed.
So, what if you're on a low-carb diet
for other reasons and you don't want to
give up those reasons?
Well, if you want to try an alternative
to the carb approach, I would suggest
trying a tryptophan supplement on an
empty stomach. Ordinarily when you get
tryptophan from the protein in your food, you get
that flood of amino acids in that compete
with it for entry into the brain, but if
you take tryptophan supplement while you
are fasting and you wait a half an hour
or an hour before you eat a protein-
inclusive meal, that might give the
tryptophan a better chance of getting
into the brain.

Sam Allardyce is getting slammed after making alarming prediction about Marcus Rashford - Duration: 2:56.
Marcus Rashford's form since Ole Gunnar Solskjaer arrived at Manchester United has been very impressive
The 21-year-old made it five goals in his past seven matches with United's second goal in their 2-1 win against Brighton on Saturday
And what a goal it was, too. Rashford sent Pascal Gross the wrong way and bent an effort into the top corner
It was the perfect way for the striker to celebrate his 150th appearance for the club
That's an incredible number of matches to have played at the highest level at such a young age but it says a lot about Rashford's abilities
Jose Mourinho didn't always trust him to deliver but he realised that the England international could add a dynamic element to Man United's attack, often from the bench
But while Rashford is gaining plenty of experience, Sam Allardyce believes it will cost him in the long run
Allardyce: Rashford won't get to 30 Allardyce appeared on talkSPORT on Tuesday morning when he claimed that Rashford may have to hang up his boots before he gets to 30
"No, probably very difficult to get to 30," Allarydce said when asked by Alan Brazil whether Rashford will make it to 27
"Because of the demands, physically and mentally, the fatigue that he will suffer
He will have three weeks a year off. That's it. "He'll play all over the world because there's no pre-season anymore, they go straight away across these tournaments
"He'll play for his country in the summer and he'll get barely three weeks off
"I think when you look at the wear and tear… by 25, he will have niggles. Even if he doesn't get any major injuries, the knees and the ankles, the hips, the back will be a little bit of a problem as he goes on
"They won't stop him playing but I think later on in life it will bring his career to an end quicker than before
"But if you look at the Premier League now, I think there's less players over 30 playing now than ever
" It's an interesting point to make but to suggest that Rashford's body will fail him is a little strange
He has a great work ethic and has shown he can cope with the physical style of the Premier League
Michael Owen had a wretched injury history and yet he was 33 when he hung up his boots
So, unsurprisingly, Allardyce's comments didn't go down particularly well.

Adding Value: Increase your Clientele, Relationships, And Sales With This 2019 Business Strategy - Duration: 12:15.
In today's video
we're going to talk about how to increase your clientele how to increase the relationships with your clientele and
overall how to increase your sales in this
2019 business strategy
This video is brought to you by our new video gear for mobile users list our most
Recommended list equipment to bring your video quality of your phone from a beginner to a pro without emptying out your wallet
Make sure to check out the links in the description of this video below
Hello, my name is James Martin. Welcome to magic of media and
Promotion, we're here to transform your business so that you can add better value to your clients both offline and online
Using videos the reason why this is so important we're talking about this in further detail
but the main reason why we're so passionate about
Adding value to your clients is because it's a known fact that it will improve the number of clients that you come in contact with
Improve the relationships with your clients and then overall increase your sales today
I want to talk to you about a very special business strategy when you go into the new year
2019 it's fine. When we talk about sales. We've come through a very long process
We're back in the day. You used to just do sell sell sell sell sell and even nowadays
unfortunately
This may be you and I hope that you're not in the mindset of just sell sell sell sell sell
Because if that's you, I promise you that will not work in this point of time
There's so many options of where you can buy things where you can research things
A lot of the things you can get for free
so just plain out selling does not work any more you got to find a new strategy and
so the new strategy I'm going to talk to you and this is something that we're so passionate about a match cut media promotion and
That is adding
Value you add value to your clients. Now when I say value, I always associate two words with value of
educating and
Entertainment, the reason why these two are so important is because with education what you're doing is you're teaching your knees
You're teaching your clients something. They don't already know
so this is where you're offering a blog where you're teaching people, you know how to
You know do something they don't already know or maybe you're just having a one-on-one conversation with them give that free value upfront
Or go into videos as we love doing go on Instagram
snapchat Facebook YouTube and do a tip or how to
deal the situation the entertaining part is where you become your brand as a
Sold business owner you are your brand and how you become yourself you be bold you be confident
Then you're stimulating your audience. And that's where the entertain part comes in and that's just the bare minimal
I mean when people think about
entertaining
Sometimes you think about like music and singing and dancing not always although I have meant different business owners who have multiple different talents
I met this one real estate owner
She can actually sing but a lot of times her videos and she's got a great singing voice, by the way
She actually seems a lot in her videos
But that's how she becomes very well known and that's a way of getting people to become
Interested in her and become more inclined to watch her videos because she's providing that value
Now I know what you might be thinking like James
Why would I want to give all this free stuff away, especially if I'm giving stuff away, but I already know
here's why the reason why adding for the free value upfront is so
Critical is because we add free value what it shows to clients is that you're not after their wallet
You're after their challenges
You want to help them focus on what their challenges aren't and see about helping them out
Obviously, there's some things that we not we cannot necessarily do
right without charging but
That's of it sort of like the bigger package. You can do a free sample here
You can do a brief talk here and there like one of our big topics we love talking about is providing
Content if you want to deal things professionally and we could talk about this later then that's something that I can provide to you
But in the meanwhile, here's something like you can do for yourself
I can give you the tips and the strategies and the tactics that you can add more
value to your
customers when people watch you on a consistent
Basis and this is going to be another tactic especially for YouTube if you're interested in this let me know in the comments
But when you show up and you're constantly providing free value, you're showing the stuff that you know
You're trying to help people and you're doing it on a consistent
Basis the daily weekly. However that works for you. Well, that's doing is number one when you're teaching people something
They don't already know you become the authority, right?
I mean there could be someone out there who's had way more
Experience and knows so much more about a particular topic than I ever will or you ever will
However, the fact that you and I show up on a consistent basis and talk about and show our expertise around a particular topic
People who want to talk to us even more because we're the one providing the value
we're the ones that look like we're the authority on that particular discussion now going back to oh
You can't make money off of your videos. That is so not true. But it's 100% not true
There are different tactics how to make money you can do like sponsorship affiliate programs
Crowdfunding, you know, there's ways you can actually make money from your videos
but I don't want you to think of videos as being like the moneymaker again the idea is
you need to get in the habit of
providing valuable
Content to your audience and when I say content I talk about videos a lot
But again, you could post pictures you can write a blog you can do voice memos do what podcast
do
free
webinars do live videos on social media
there's a thousand different ways how you can provide that free content and the reason why I find content so
Amazing. It's especially on social media when you post a video on YouTube that's there for life
You don't have to constantly come up and just say that same thing again again again
You can create a video that discusses up ticular question or address a particular issue
That's out there for life. You can constantly bring that to your clients now here comes a particular challenge
What kind of topics should you do to provide value to your audience? What challenges are your audience is facing?
Ask them questions do a bit of research
What are they searching up and think about what are some of the common questions you get asked so often?
That you can just address in the video
and this is one of the reasons why I think
providing that free valuable content can be
Super helpful because there is a time when I had so many people come to me and ask me questions like James
How do I become a better speaker in front of the camera, you know and just happening again again again?
And finally, I made a video on my 7 pro tips on how to become a better speaker in front of the camera
Which I'll link up in the card up there and put a link in the description if you wanna check that out
But whenever someone came to me and said James how to become a better speaker
Unable to take that video and share it to them. I don't have to have that discussion. I'm just like here
Here's the video go watch it. I'll explain everything they have any questions
Let me know or I've had a lot of people come up to me and say James
How can I not look stupid in my videos? And guess what?
I made them to another video in another topic
Which I'll link it up in the card up there as well as put in the description
Below if you want to check that out how not to look stupid in your videos
These are specific questions that I'm addressing and it just helped me because I send them out and I don't have to answer the questions
Right, it becomes less work and you build this up again and again and again and again and finally after a while
Here's the magic not only are you going to be improving the relationship with your clients?
Because you're providing free value on a daily or a weekly
Basis, but now within other social platforms you're attracting other clients remember because we're offering free
Value no one has to pay for it
That means more people are going to come to you which means you're gonna get more views more likes more subscribers
That's gonna get out and reach even more people. So it all comes around in full circle
That's the idea. You need to get in the habit of
This is why this is the new
2019 business strategy
I hope you take this in I just want to leave you with one final note because if you're not convinced that oh
This is not going to convert
I want you to do a bit of research take Shawn Cal for instance from think media
This guy is a total inspiration on how to grow on
YouTube
This guy has a huge business just on YouTube
he has mastered the art of getting people to find his videos using affiliate programs and sponsorships and
Adsense in all sorts of different ways to make money and to grow from his YouTube videos by adding value
But here's one more thing
I want you to keep in mind giving away free value has really helped out and this is not just in videos
But how about the last time you went to a Costco Costco has mastered this idea like I want to show you an article
From shine consultant dog biz where they talk about the three samples given in grocery stores and restaurants
And cafes that have been proven to increase the sales of that particular product. Check this out
This was an article released in
2017 Perry abinanti the vice president of marketing for snack factory
states that the average conversion rate of the free sampling efforts, they leverage yields a conversion rate between
25 and 30 percent meaning that at least a quarter of those who tried a free sample end up buying the
Product this isn't just happening in videos. This is happening in your local grocery store. This is a proven strategy
I mean
this is perfect where if you're doing an online course or a
Master class or something and give that free value people will want more if you're offering a service
To help different people's needs that you got a charge for them
well
When you're educating them when you're entertaining them
Don't like you even more and they'll want more of what you have and they're willing to pay for it
At least the people that have the money to pay for it will it's getting reach out to those people
So listen, I hope you take me up on this 2019 strategy. This is all what we're about
We want to help your business to become the person that add value to your customers
Especially in video we love doing video
But right now question of the day what it's one of your tactics that you use to provide value to your clients
Please let us know down in the comments if you got any value from this video
I would love to encourage you to please subscribe to our channel so you can watch all our videos and get all the latest updates
we provide weekly tips and tactics in our videos to help you provide better value to your clients and
also
Please give this video a thumbs up smash that like button because we want to spread this out to more people and that's it
I hope you got value out of this best of luck with your business
Keep up the business strategy to add value because it is proven to increase
the clientele increase relationships with your clientele and
increase your sales
Bye for now

The concept is to deconstruct making cabbage rolls, the result is a fantastic
one skillet wonder. To begin the recipe let me speak quickly about a key utensil,
a cast-iron skillet. The skillet is thick bottom, lots of room to brown and saute
meat and vegetables. I love the way this performs. A couple of additional things.
We're using stewed tomatoes in this recipe if you're not lucky enough to get
some prepared by a friend, you're looking for a can of stewed tomatoes. You're also
going to need a can or a bottle like this of sauerkraut and the sauerkraut in this
recipe really amps up the flavour. When you go to make this dish at home or at
the cottage first step is to get your rice prepared. 2 cups of water, bring
them to a boil. We're adding 1 cup of rice. I'm using a brown rice. You can use
white or jasmine - up to you. Bring your rice to a boil, reduce to simmer, we're
going to cook our rice. It'll take about 30 minutes which is perfect because we'll
prepare the rest of the skillet dinner. Main ingredient is cabbage. I got a honkin head
of cabbage at the local market stand. We're going to trim out that central core
and then I'm dividing it into quarter or half you'll only need a quarter of a
head of cabbage for this recipe so the rest you can give away to friends.
Take it to work, "hey, here have a quarter head of cabbage" or you can make
coleslaw. Find another use for the rest of your cabbage. We're taking our quarter
head of cabbage, I'm going to roughly chop it and stick it to the side. You need
1 Vidalia onion, finely diced. 2 ribs of celery, split down the centre, finely
diced. 3 cloves of garlic, finely chopped. 2 carrots, cut in half and then into
smaller bits and then diced. The herb compliment for this recipe is marjoram,
it's the end of the season I grabbed the last little bit from the garden. Marjoram
is a member of the mint family. It has kind of like a citrus pine flavour that
works so well in this recipe. Vegetables are prepped, rice is cooking, we're
heading to stovetop. There's that large skillet. Temperature to medium-high. Give
the pan a bit of time to come to heat before we add 2 pounds of ground beef
We're going to add the beef into the pan and I like to move it around all
throughout this process so that the meat breaks up. I then take a slotted spoon
and transfer the meat to a paper towel lined strainer to remove all of the
excess fat. I'm going to clean up the skillet and now we're ready to start
with the vegetables. Add about 2 tablespoons of oil. It'll shimmer as
soon as it hits the pan and now we add the onions. Add the garlic. Add all of
that cabbage. Stir everything together. Hopefully you have a lid that will fit
your skillet. Place it on top and we're going to cook for 5 minutes. At the 5 minute
mark we're taking up the lid. The onions and the garlic are caramelizing. The
cabbage is getting nice and soft. Now we can add our celery. Add the carrot. We're
going to stir. Then we reduce to simmer, cover and we're going to cook for
another 5 minutes. Now all of the vegetables are nice and soft. We're going to
add our stew tomatoes. You can break them up a little bit as you stir them in.
We're going to add our chopped marjoram. Add a little bit of salt on the top and now
we're going to add the entire jar of sauerkraut. I want you to include the
liquid from the jar. Stir all of these ingredients together. If you need a
second spoon to do so, go ahead. Cover and we're going to cook for another
5 minutes. As you lift the lid you can see all of the vegetables are bubbling. We're
going to add our cooked, strained beef on top. We're stirring again. Now's a final
chance, take a spoon, do a taste test. You can adjust seasoning with salt and
now you're ready to serve. You head to table side. I like to serve this at table.
Plates to one side, our rice is perfectly cooked. We're going to start with the
rice. Add a dollop onto a beautiful plate. Next we take some of the Deconstructed
Cabbage Roll from the skillet, onto the rice and then we add that dollop of sour
cream and a sprinkle of chives. Which is exactly what I just did. And now that
first fork full. I'm going to spread things around a little bit. I have rice, I
have that gorgeous sauerkraut, a little bit of meat. Mm-hmm really delicious and
yes, it does taste exactly like a cabbage roll except it's deconstructed and it
was a lot less time to make. Hopefully we'll have that same great experience
when you make this dish at home. After that, come on back and hang out again
with Weekend at the Cottage where it's always about good food, good friends, and
good times. We'll see you again hopefully soon!
Take care

Tearful Andy Murray reveals injury could force him to retire after Australian Open - Duration: 3:34.
Andy Murray is certainly one of the top tennis players of all time, and surely Britain's greatest ever, but his career has been seriously derailed by injuries
And now, with the Australian Open fast approaching, he may be closer to retirement than once thought
He had originally said he planned to retire after Wimbledon of this year, but after an emotional press conference on Thursday, Murray revealed that the Australian Open could be the last tournament he plays, as reported by the Daily Mail
Murray has been dealing with a hip injury since 2017 and after doing some preparation for Australia, it became clear that he's still in quite a bit of pain and not feeling nearly close to 100 percent
When asked how he is feeling, he replied, "I'm not great." "Obviously I have been struggling a long time and I have been in pain for about twenty months now,' he said
"I've pretty much done everything that I could to try and get my hip feeling better and it hasn't helped loads
I'm in a better place than I was six months ago but still in a lot of pain. It's been tough
"' Murray reiterated that he intends to play in Australia. "I'm going to play here," he said
"I can still play to a certain level, not a level I'm happy playing at. It's not just that
The pain is too much really, I don't want to continue playing that way." Murray was in tears during the press conference, as he explained again his intention to make it to Wimbledon, but also that he may not have it in him to make it that far
"I said to them maybe I could get through this until Wimbledon, that is where I would like to stop playing but I am also not certain I am able to do that," Murray said
Unfortunately for Murray, the way forward is still very unclear. He said that he's considering another operation, but it would be more invasive than the procedure he had around this time of last year "I could have my hip resurfaced, which would allow me a better quality of life," Murray said
"I'm seriously considering that right now but there's no guarantees with it." Murray also said that he doesn't enjoy competing anymore due to the pain, and that it's mentally draining to constantly being asked about his health
Hopefully, he can play and perform as well as he'd like to in Australia, and take his final bow at Centre Court at Wimbledon later this year — but so much is still up in the air
Murray is a three-time Grand Slam champion, two of which came at Wimbledon, the most recent in 2016
He's also reached the final of the Australian Open five times and the final of the French Open once
He has two Olympic gold medals and has 45 career titles. He achieved the career No
1 ranking in November 2016, but is currently ranked 230th in the world.

Ted Cheeseman: Hurd, Charlo and Munguia are beatable - Duration: 8:15.
Ahead of his EBU European super welterweight title fight against Sergio Garcia on Feb
2 in London, which can be watched live on DAZN, super welterweight champion Ted Cheeseman sat down with Sporting News to discuss his early days of boxing, why his fighting style makes him a fan favorite, and why he's ready to take on one of boxing's big names
Sporting News: Ted, you won the British title in your last fight. The European title is up for grabs on Feb 2
Over the past 18 months it feels like you're being fast tracked to world title honors
Ted Cheeseman: I was being held back as I'm only 23; I couldn't fast track too quickly because once you go up you can't really come back
But they [my coaching team] feel that I am ready now. I have a good manager and a good coach behind me and now I'm taking these steps
Join DAZN and watch more than 100 fight nights a year SN: Sergio Garcia likes to bring the pressure and have a fight, and he is the champ
How tough do you expect this fight to be? Cheeseman: This is a very tough fight
I think my last few opponents have doubted me and also thought there was a chance I might get turned over and beat, but I always perform and always train very hard
I know what's in front of me so I know what I have to do to win. SN: Many fighters struggle with the tipping point, when they go from being the hunter to the hunted once they become a champion
Now you have a belt, and there are many fighters queuing up at your door. How are you finding it? Cheeseman: I think on the domestic scene I'm the main man now, but obviously you have the likes of Liam Smith and Kell Brook, but they are at world level
I feel this is the fight that pushes me onto the world level where I'll be back to being the hunter and hunting down the likes of Liam Smith and Kell Brook
But first I have to get this fight against Sergio Garcia out of the way, then we can see what's next
SN: There have been a few words said between Anthony Fowler and yourself in recent months
What do you think when you look at Anthony Fowler? Cheeseman: I think six to eight months ago I probably needed Fowler as a stepping stone to get up the levels, but now it's the other way around and Fowler needs me
I'm the British champion. After Feb. 2, I'll be the European champion with a high ranking with all the governing bodies
If the fight happens, well, I'm a fighter and I'll fight him tomorrow — but I have a manager and if he feels there are better opportunities for me then that's what's going to happen
SN: You had a good amateur career, but you didn't go down the Olympic route. Do you feel there is too much emphasis put on the Team GB fighters, and that they are held in a better light than the fighters that just turn pro? Cheeseman: Yeah 100 percent
Out of all the boys on the Team GB squad probably one in five of them becomes a world champion
There's a lot more that fail than succeed. Not everyone that was a great amateur will turn into a great pro
A year ago, I was chasing these types of fights because I wanted to show people that it's all hype
But now I'm past that level, and after this fight there are going to be big opportunities for me, and I'm not the type of fighter that'll turn them down
SN: Jarrett Hurd wasn't at his best against Jason Welborn, Jermell Charlo got beaten, and there are some very good fighters like Jaime Munguia that you've seen from ringside in Mexico
If you could pick one fighter you would like to face, who would it be? Cheeseman: To be honest, any of them three I'd be happy to fight because none of them are a Canelo or a Mayweather, do you know what I mean? All three of them are beatable
So whatever opportunity I get offered I'm going to take it. MORE: In defeat to Pacquiao, Broner punked out SN: Take us back to your early days of boxing
Cheeseman: When I was 12, I loved football [soccer]; my whole family loved football
But I started boxing at the age of 12. I went a couple of times, and my coach liked the look of me and said that I could come every day if I wanted to
From then I never looked back. After six months I got my medical card and went to a show as a spare fighter and ended up having my first bout
I think as a boxer, when you start having a couple of fights, every boxer's dream is to become a world champion
When I was 17, I had been boxing at a high level for a couple of years. I'd been to the World games but didn't go to the European games — AIBA banned England from competing — and when I turned 19, I decided to step up to pro, and I won my first few national titles by boxing on the back foot
In the end I got into a rhythm of keeping my hands up tight and walking my opponents down and just have a fight
Now I'm training with Tony [Sims], we've been working a lot more on my boxing ability and making me a more technical fighter, so I don't just bully fighters and walk through them
So, I've added a bit more to my game, and it's all starting to come together. Right now, I'm training for a European title and the world is my oyster
SN: The London fight crowd has always taken to you as you walk down your opponents and take the fight to them
You've been described many times as a throwback fighter. How would you describe your fighting style? Cheeseman: I always train really hard, even when I was a kid
Whenever I lost, I used to get really, really upset. For weeks it would drive me mad until I had my next fight and won
Then I would be back on a roll again and happy. If I had a bad decision, it made me want to just get them out of there inside the distance so there was no chance of a decision going against me
I think I had a 20 odd win streak towards the end of my amateur days, but as an amateur it's just an apprenticeship
But with my style, whenever I box it's always exciting because if I'm beating my opponent and winning, I'm going to try and smash them and get them out of there
I'm going to be spiteful and people are going to enjoy it because I'm going to be landing the big shots and hurting people
If someone is coming to fight me and it's a struggle for me, then I'm going to use my heart as well as my head and dig deep, so it's always exciting
It's hard for me not to be in an exciting fight.

Smore Newsletters | How Districts Empower Their Team and Stay on Brand - Duration: 2:33.
At the district level, every month, I produce a board notes, which is summary of the board
meeting for our employees.
We have twelve different campuses, probably I would say, about ten of the twelve are using
it regularly.
What we have is, a communication position in every single building, and they pull in
all the data and all the information from the different parts of the building and put
it into one concise newsletter.
So that way, parents can know what's going on and find out information.
I can just see our principals using this every day, every week, in their communications,
and really it serving as a branch to reach out to their parents and students.
We have about twelve schools that we have in the district and each one of them is using
Smore.
At each school, our principals are doing Smores.
Our principals can look at it and see what worked and what didn't work if people are
clicking on their links.
Our teachers are primarily using it to communicate with their parents, particularly at the lower
levels.
Maybe a second grade teacher is communicating with just her parents.
And then we have administrators who use it in different ways.
We have principals who decide that they want to directly communicate with parents, there
are some who use it as an internal newsletter, just for their staff.
And then there are other people who use it at the district level for just communicating
with other campus-based administrators.
We create a template, where show them the look and feel we want, in terms of ideal font,
ideal background, and whatnot.
And we hand the template to schools, so they have a good place to start.
However, we have so many principals who are already Smore users, where they were like
'I already know what to do, we're going to do our own thing, but we're still going to
take your guidance.'
So things that we've kind of recommended: making sure that there's still a calendar
of events, somewhere in there should be contact information, for further information.
As well as, just the idea that it should be short, sweet, and to the point.
It gets to what parents truly want.
Those are really the three big things that we ask for.
And, because, we've given them both sides of the coin, our principals have more buy-in.
And, since then they've loved it.
For us, we do have that branding, but we're not forcing principals to commit to it, so
because of that, they like the tool more!
