John Deere E 100 Series Lawn Tractors Buyer's Guide - Duration: 3:23.
Hi, I'm Ron Weingartz I'm here today to talk about the John Deere E 100 series riding lawn tractors
John Deere offers nine different models in ranges of 42, 48 on up to 54 inch cut, with different features depending
on the features you're looking for but they're all the John Deere quality that you expect from a company
like John Deere. Start with the E 100 series. This is the only model in the line that uses what's called a CVT
transmission. The CVT is a
Continuously variable so it's a mechanical transmission
Basically just shift it in forward and push the pedal the further you push to faster it goes
Neutral and round to reverse for backing up. So this is a more economical transmission
So it's a nice entry-level price point
Still get the job done, comes standard with a 42 inch mower deck
as we move up in the John Deere Line all the rest of the models have a
Hydrostatic transmission which is operated off two pedals
so from the operator's seat you have a forward pedal the further push the faster it goes and
reverse pedal
Further you push the faster it'll back up
So the hydrostatic transmission is basically a hydraulic drive is like an automatic transmission like what you'd
have in your car. As you as you see it comes with a higher back seat as standard equipment
All the controls are community mounted up on the dash
Electric PTO clutch to engage the mower deck
The throttle and choke all in one lever and you keep in your keypad
Control handle off to the side for your height of cut very easily. It's playing assisted for less effort to the operator
And you notice it comes standard with a cup holder and little glove compartment as well
As I mentioned they all use the Briggs and Stratton engine designed to John Deere specifications
But you notice some of the engines have this large oil filter canister
To change your oil on these models they call to 30-second oil change
There's basically the oil is stored in the container and you just twist this filter off like you would on automotive filter
The oil is right in the cartridge and then you just replace with a new filter. So there's no drain plugs
There's no mess, the oil is stored right up in the cartridge
So depending on the models
You will find that quick change filter system on some of the different models in the E series lineup
Okay, the mentioned there's nine different models in the John Deere E series
some of the different features you'll see are front bumpers. This particular model has the adjustable. It's a
larger seat a little more support and it's also adjustable to give you more support in your back and
This particular one is the largest that's the 180 the largest in the lineup and this runs up to a 54 inch
54 inch mower deck and as you move up the line, you'll also notice that you have larger front rear tires
So gives you better traction or if you have rougher terrain gives you a little nicer ride

NOVA SÉRIE! Confia no Duo - Feat. MC Davi - Duration: 30:53.
What's up, guys?! We're starting here our very first episode of TRUST THE DUO.
The new Series of "Verdadeiro" where I'm gonna bring here some great people
to teach them a little about CS:GO. Then, we're gonna put into practice on a real game.
The level of each people will differ, some of them know a good portion about it, some don't.
So the tips will vary according to their levels
Our first recording will be on Twitch. That's why you'll see some donations on the screen.
We're trying to help BravadoGaming, a team from South Africa
Their competing in the U.S. They're needing some money to sustain their stay
Basically, the same situation I was when we we're playing with Kickstarter on 2015
So with me today: The King of Funk, The King of Youtube and Music
MC Davi my friend and soon King of CS:GO.
How are you MC Davi?
MC Davi: Shoutout! Family...
Nice my dear!
MC Davi: We're in this together. It's a pleasure to open this, to be the first...
To be the first one in this new project that Fallen is doing. I'm pleased!
How long do you play CS Davi?
MC Davi: I used to play the CS 1.6
In a Lan House, that my uncle used to have
Now CS:GO, it will complete a year, still
Fallen: But that's Ok, It's a lot of time. You're already ahead of "Verdadeiro", I saw that you're Eagle.
"Verdadeiro" is still D. Master Guardian. Never advances on this FROM SILVER TO GLOBAL.
Well, each guest will choose a map, and you chose Overpass. Why did you chose it?
Explain to us why did you chose Overpass
MC Davi: I always tripped onto the map design. The upper part and the B part, bombsite
A site and B site. There's some manholes. There's Monster. There's Heaven, where you can play a lot using the AWP
Well, I don't know. I got to attached to this map. The very first map that we like when we start is Dust2 right?!
Fallen: But I really like the fact that you like the Overpass Map. Because it's a map that gets unnoticed by many
A lot of people doesn't like it. The biggest difficulty for many newer teams out there
Is that is a very big map. And the way for you to deffend it as a CT, can be quite vary
What position do you like to play more as a CT, MC Davi?
MC Davi: I like to play on Heaven, I get some peaks under it. I prefer to play on bombsite B

How to Improve Change of Direction for Athletes - Duration: 3:49.
hi guys Ashley here from performance groan and today we're going to talk
about three things you need to know before you change direction so when
we're running we're trying to propel us out forwards and work but enforcing to
the ground vertically so to change the change direction we need to change this
force into lateral force so we can deflect our momentum so if we were
running in one direction we want to change another way we need to create
lateral force to the answer then propel ourselves in another direction the three
things we need to know is your center of mass we need to drop off center of mass
so that we can angulate and get our foot away from our body and away from our
center of mass this Creek creates this lateral force and then we can incline so
we can pull our body upright this is also called hip lock and that's going to
keep force going through that foot and forces through that foot as we plant and
change direction if we stay at all when we're trying to change direction we
can't get off away from us which means we can't angulate we can't create an
angle which means it's a lot harder to change direction so to put this into
perspective I'm going to show you leaning against the wall so let's say
I'm running in one direction I want to change direction and come back this way
so I'm going to drop my center of mass I'm going to get my foot away from the
body which creates this angle angulation the incline so creating this incline
between the leg and the body that's going to help me keep my center of mass
right underneath me putting force straight through that leg which is going
to help me different moments and then go in this direction so to demonstrate this
I'm gonna do the 5:05 test and this is just in pure essence how quickly you can
change direction of going from one direction into the other so
in return we're going to use the Brauer timing gate so essentially there are
lasers one is a laser one is a kind of a mirror reflector and when I pass through
the gates it's gonna know it's gonna break the beam and it's gonna record the
time for me so we'll get this set up the clocks on zero as soon as I break the
beam starts the timer as soon as I break the beam again stops so you can see that
this is the only section that actually gets time from here to here that's why
it's called the 505 we're timing how quickly it takes to go five meters
change and then come back five meters so from about this point I'm going to be
starting to drop my center of mass get loads to the ground and then I'm gonna
the bigger the angle I can get the more deflection I can get when I'm changing
direction and the quicker I'm gonna be in the way out of the turn those are the
three things you need to know before you change direction so drop your center of
mass create an angle so you can produce lateral force and then incline so you
can keep that force on that outside leg have a go at this let's know how you get
on in the comments section below and also if you have any suggestions for
upcoming videos let us know we want to know what you want to see in the comment
section below so if you've liked this video hit like and don't forget to

Language learning techniques: #3 - Association and Visual memory - Duration: 7:13.
Hi ! I'm Carmine and welcome back to my short series on how to learn any language quickly and easily.
So far we've seen a couple of ways in which we can acquire new words,
which is fundamental because words are the bricks of a language,
and one of them is repeated exposure to the language
which is fun and requires almost no effort.
The other one is the use of flashcards
which is less fun and requires a little more effort
but we saw how we can make even flashcards
an interesting and an effective tool to memorize new words.
In this video we're going to see how we can achieve the same thing
through a couple more tricks
to help the memorization process.
Let's say you've been learning so much
through movies, tv shows, books,
and that you've learned even more words using flashcards,
but there are still some words that you have a hard time to remember.
What can we do then ?
Well, there are a couple of tricks that once again imply storing information in our brain
together with some kind of emotion.
And we've seen that we are more likely to remember something,
some event that happened to us,
a scene from a movie or a verse from a song,
if that event, that movie, that song
produced some kind of emotion:
if it made us laugh, if it made us cry, if it scared us even.
So the same thing happens with words.
If we learn a word in a context that is funny or moving or scary,
we are more likely to remember that word and use it in a conversation.
Now, one of these tricks is association. How does it work ?
When we store a word in our memory,
all we have to is to attach some extra information to that word
that we can use later to retrieve it from our brain,
just like some websites do when they ask you to choose a password
and then they also ask you to choose a personal question like "what was the name of your first pet ?", for example,
that you can use later to retrieve the password in case you forget it.
Now, association works in exactly the same way.
What we do is to create a visual image that we can attach to the word to describe it, to remember it.
And usually this visual image turns out to be funny.
And that's how that extra information that we attach to the word that we want to memorize
becomes an emotional factor.
Now, we said it can be funny, but it can be scary or disgusting even.
Any emotionally charged information will do.
Let's say for example that you want to memorize the Italian word for mouse which is "topo".
I'm sure that if you saw one, you'd climb on top of a chair.
"on top of a chair"
TOP Of a chair... TOP O.
See ? This is one way to remember this word.
We created - and attached to the word - a funny mental image
of you jumping on a chair because you're scared by a little mouse.
And we are making it easier for our brain to retrieve this information later on.
Now, association doesn't really work with just any word,
unless you are really, really, really creative !
In that case, you can make it work with just any word.
Let's say for example that you want to remember the Portuguese word for train which is "comboio".
Now, if you use this image,
chances are you're going to remember the word for "train" in Portuguese,
because we have a comb, we have a bow
and we have a rapper saying "Yo ": comb-bow-yo. Comboio.
See ? Now you're never going to forget this word, even if you're not studying Portuguese.
So far we've actually seen all methods that work through association
whether it is a scene from a TV show, a verse from a song or a mental image that you create,
but we can also have the actual word in front of our eyes all the time.
Reading the word, visualizing its letters can be a good way to remember it.
But how can we have the actual word in front of our eyes all the time ?
Well, one way, one classic method is to stick post-it notes on everyday objects,
So if you've just started learning the language and you want to memorize the names of all the objects in your home,
you can use a post-it note with the word written on it in big letters.
So every time you use a toothbrush, for example, you will see the Italian word "spazzolino".
So after breakfast you will see "spazzolino",
after lunch you will see "spazzolino" and after dinner once again "spazzolino".
Now, unless you don't take much care of your oral hygiene,
you will remember the word "spazzolino".
See ? It's a good way to learn and avoid dentists.
Another way you can have some words in front of your eyes all the time
is to set the language of your computer, your phone or your tablet to your target language.
I can assure you that reading menus or system messages in that language all the time can really help you memorize new words and expressions.
When I studied Greek, I set the language of my phone and computer to modern Greek
and sometimes I just happened to use some words in a conversation
that I had never made any effort to memorize,
they were just there in my head probably because I had see them a hundred times on phone or my computer.
So every time a new word pops up, just look it up
and the next time you see it, you already know what it means, it looks familiar
and when something starts looking familiar, it's becoming permanent information that you own.
So let's say you use whatsapp a lot.
Think of all the words that you'll be learning.
Every time you open a conversation window you'll learn how to say
"Last seen on..." in your target language, you know – the last time your contact was seen online.
You'll learn how to say "conversations", "Edit", "new group", "yesterday", "Tuesday", "Status", "Calls", "Camera", "Settings" and so on.
And this goes for all the apps on your phone, so that's a whole lot of new words.
And if you feel comfortable enough, you can even set your GPS navigation system to give you directions in your target language,
which is also a great way to learn new words.
Unless you've just started learning the language and you might get lost,
so I wouldn't recommend doing it.
Anyway, let me know if you've used any of these techniques to memorize new words
or if you use any tricks of your own to boost your memory.
Let me know by leaving a comment in the comment section.
And I'll see you in the next video where we'll talk about cognates.

Sabonete Caseiro-Óleo de Coco com Azeite de Oliva / Homemade Soap-Coconut Oil with Olive Oil - Duration: 17:03.
Hi everyone, welcome to Batistenha Homestead, I'm Joselito and I'm Iva.
Today we want to share with you, as we made this unbelievable
homemade coconut oil soap with olive oil
so follow us. Guys to make our soap of olive oil and
coconut oil, we'll need it; the first thing is the lye,
We have here 313.5 grams 313.5
grams, distilled water we have 860 ml of
distilled water. If you do not have distilled water,
you can use or filtered or ordinary water clean water.
coconut oil we will need 858 ml 858 ml coconut oil, olive oil
we'll need a liter and a half, 1.5 ml or 51 ounces. We're going to need those buckets.
to mix the lye with the water will need a bucket.
We'll need another bucket here to mix the oil and we'll go
need these metal spoons.
We're going to need a crusher like this one, which has the metal blades.
because we have to use metal for this simple to use.
Okay for security you already know, but it does not cost anything to talk, using
gloves rubber gloves. Especially if you have a broken finger
gloves. You can wear only glasses, or you can wear this mask here it comes
with everything. We will also need vinegar,
because if you accidentally drop something on your arm in your hand you will
sprayed and cut off the effect on time. So let's start, always put the
lye in the water, never the opposite always put lye in the
water and stirring.
Gradually, stay as far as possible because the smoke will rise,
you will stir until it is transparent.
You'll let it cool to 100 degrees Fahrenheit,
approximately 37 degrees Celsius, we have a temperature of
approximately 77 degrees. So lets wait for it to cool until
37 degrees, in our case as it is very cold outside,
we'll go outside and it'll cool down quickly. You have to be careful not to get too cold.
Because it has to be the exact temperature. People while the lye is cooling to
desired temperature, we will mix the oils before I
I wanted to tell you about this thermometer. We have this thermometer that
you can measure the temperature, but if you do not have one of these do not worry.
You can observe with the touch, when you catch in that bowl and get up and
do not feel burn your hand, it's a sign that you can mix in the oils
the coconut oil has to be in liquid form, you can not put in the microwave
to do this. If you like it, as our temperature here is very low
It gets harder but we can, we put it in water and put it near
our wood stove. There it was naturally getting liquid,
or else you can put, if you go to work in your car you can put on the windshield
so the sun hits and it will defrost, it will be liquid.
This is an extra virgin oil and is not refined, coconut oil
extra virgin unrefined. You will put it in your bucket, you can
use a bowl as well. Guys extra virgin olive oil, was
a very good price that we found. One thing I want to talk about is that it's already
right the measure, this here is the right measure to make this recipe does not have
is not even measuring olive oil nor coconut oil, already
facilitates So let's mix here too,
We are already at 37C, our oil is ready well blended.
Now let's mix the lye in the oil,
You're mixing with the spoon.
then with the mixer. It's a bit heavy, when you put the lye
feels different. You can do it with the spoon,
you can use only the spoon, but the mixer helps, and now you go
put it here and it will stir.
You do a little, give a little stir in it without working and come back.
Look guys the consistency, we want a little more.
But it is almost at the point,
Look, it's starting to appear is that the bucket is white, it is difficult to
to see. But when you pass like this, you already see that you have a few traces. This one is
the stage where you can put some coloring if you like, you already want
can put some coloration on it. In our case it is so beautiful let's see how it is
will come out to, the coconut olive oil blend. Guys and that's the point
that you can put the essence that you desire,
we'll put some coconut essence a spoon.
People look at it as it already is, you see, look at the consistency. Already
on the spot, I'll just give one more mix.
People are already going to stop here, let's start putting in our
mold. I'll start with this one here it will be easier to put, beauty I'll clean here.
And let's start with our silicone molds here you can use one
spoon like that.
The fact that you do not make it too hard, that's why, because sometimes it will not
Give you time doing what I'm doing here.
People, it's nice to say that if you do not have these molds, that's the way it is. You
can even use a shoe box, any cardboard to make
then that's not the problem.
Guys it is ready, our olive oil soaps
with coconut oil. Now they can not get very cold
quickly, we'll cover it with cardboard and then
Let's put cloths, towels on top. It is going to spend 24 hours now.
resting, it is not a joke
it really has to, it has to go chilling gradually.
So look, let's put the cover, look how wonderful.
It's going to be there for 24 hours and we'll see how our soap will come out.
People, 24 hours has pass and we will take the cover of our
soap, let's see how it is.
Look here, just look how ease these silicone molds are
it can make it much easier
look that.
Look at the shape of the heart, look how nice, it gave 23 bars and
and this one here Now we're going to put it like I said, it has to be
where the air can circulate and they will stay here for six weeks
before being used. They can be well together but not
can touch each other. we have this one here too,
this big bar here that we'll cut into bars.
Look that
we have nine more bars here, giving a total of 32 bars and gives
basically a year for us.
Yeah, people remembering that all the utensils, the
spoon the buckets. Everything you used to do soap you hold to make soap, you
do not use to do anything else. So here's a hint, and that's it.
Many thanks for joining us here in the Batistenha Homestead, doing this
Olive oil soap with coconut oil.
We try to put the two oils together, because one gives more foam the
coconut oil and the other gives the softness that is the olive oil. So thank you so much
for accompanying us if you got here now, give us your like in this video.
Share the video with your friends, thank you very much I'm Joselito and I'm Iva

Here's the real reason we don't hear about Paris Hilton anymore.
"Have you ever clocked in anywhere before?"
"No."
"Have you ever had a real job?"
"No."
"Okay…"
The internet is forever
In a 2011 interview with Piers Morgan, Paris Hilton revealed she's never been able to
escape her 2004 sex tape, 1 Night in Paris.
"People assume, 'Oh, she's a slut," just because of one thing that happened to
me.
And it's hard because I'll never, I'll have to live with that for the rest of my
life."
Hilton blames her ex-boyfriend, poker player Rick Salomon, for the debacle, telling the
The Telegraph in a 2015 interview:
"I don't think I'll ever be able to fully trust any man again after that.
It was just the most hurtful and awful thing that anyone could do to a little girl.
I was very young, it wasn't my fault."
According to New York Magazine, Hilton was 19 years old when the tape was filmed.
Taxicab Confessions
In a 2012 recording obtained by Radar Online, Paris Hilton can be heard going on an apparent
homophobic rant.
In the tape, reportedly recorded by a cab driver, Hilton calls gay men "disgusting,"
and says:
"Most [gay men] probably have AIDS…
I would be so scared if I was a gay guy."
When the scandal went public, Hilton's camp released a statement deflecting the criticism.
A rep for the starlet insisted that Hilton's comments were taken out of context, saying:
"Paris Hilton's comments were to express that it is dangerous for anyone to have unprotected
sex that could lead to a life threatening disease.
Paris Hilton is a huge supporter of the gay community and would never purposefully make
any negative statements about anyone's sexual orientation."
Though that controversial conversation wasn't a career-ender, Hilton's remarks certainly
could have dinged her celebrity status.
Racism isn't hot
In a 1999 interview with journalist Neil Strauss, Hilton reportedly expressed disgust at the
idea of dating a black man.
In an excerpt from the interview, which was published in Strauss' book, Everyone Loves
You When You're Dead, Hilton says she went on a date with a celebrity who starred in
Saving Private Ryan, but that she "made up an excuse" to leave once the pair moved
to a place with better lighting and she realized her date was black.
Hilton told Strauss:
"I can't stand black guys.
I would never touch one.
It's gross."
So, who was the actor?
According to Slate, multiple sources speculated Hilton was talking about Saving Private Ryan's
multiracial star Vin Diesel.
During the same interview, Strauss reportedly asked the heiress "how black" a guy has to
be for her to consider him off-limits.
Hilton responded:
"One percent is enough for me."
And the Razzie goes to...
Like many people who are famous for doing next-to-nothing, Hilton has attempted to legitimize
her fame by appearing in a number of extremely questionable movies.
Her first real starring turn was in 2005's House of Wax, which got a rough 25 percent
on Rotten Tomatoes, and earned Hilton the annual Golden Raspberry Award for worst supporting
actress.
"Yas."
A year later, Hilton appeared as a brunette in the direct-to-DVD Bottoms Up, co-starring
Jason Mewes, which only scored 22 percent on Rotten Tomatoes.
However, her most serious offense was the 2008 so-called comedy The Hottie and the Nottie,
which came in at an amazing 4 percent on Rotten Tomatoes.
The Hottie and the Nottie earned Hilton another two Razzies, and spent some time on IMDb as
the worst film of all time.
Having fun is hard work
Paris Hilton is more than just a would-be movie star.
She's busy running her own accessories line, which includes handbags, wallets, beauty cases,
and jewelry, as well as promoting her own fragrances.
In September 2016, Hilton told People magazine:
"I've grown so much as a person and a woman…
I've been through a lot, but I've worked really hard, and I've built my empire.
I run my company with 17 different product lines.
I'm going nonstop, constantly traveling."
"It's just all part of an image and a brand and being a product."
In a 2014 interview with Women's Wear Daily, the mogul estimated she'd spent 300 of the
last 365 days on the move, insisting that her glitzy appearances might seem to be all
fun and games, but they're actually part of a greater business strategy.
Hilton told the publication:
"People got to know me from being a New York socialite and a teenager at every party at
every club since I was a kid.
But I've actually turned that into a huge business.
It is a part of my brand that I'm having fun and living an exciting life and being the
life of the party, but it's a lot of work."
"Honey, I'm running an empire."
Pop flop
While she's never claimed to be the best singer, dancer, or even entertainer, Paris
Hilton deserves a fist bump for at least attempting to break into the music scene.
Her self-titled freshman album was released at the height of her popularity, but it didn't
quite top the charts the way some expected, only hitting number 6 on the top 200.
But if you still have Paris Hilton's 2006 hit "Stars are Blind" in your iTunes playlist,
you should know that you're not alone.
In 2013, Hilton sat down with Billboard to reminisce on her early days as a pop princess,
obviously still very proud of her first single:
"I love that 'Stars Are Blind' is still an iconic song, it's timeless, and people still
love it.
So, that makes me really happy."
Hilton's sophomore effort has been in a perpetual state of limbo for years.
At the 54th Annual GRAMMY Awards, the star teased her second album, revealing it would
be quite a departure from her first.
"Well, it's a little bit pop, but it's mostly house music, dance, that's what I'm
really into.
I love it."
Hilton's album never dropped, but the reality show pioneer told Time magazine in a November
2017 interview that she was back in the studio recording her second album, describing it
as a mix of "deep house, techno-pop, and electro-pop."
No offense, but we'll believe it when we hear it.
Famous falling outs
Paris Hilton has a hard time staying close with her pals throughout the years.
In 2005, after a rumored falling out with her Simple Life co-star, Nicole Richie, Hilton
issued a response to those wondering about her relationship with her former BFF, saying:
"Nicole knows what she did, and that's all I'm ever going to say about it."
"You're gonna be really sorry."
"Yeah."
Hilton's relationship with Kim Kardashian also seemingly went down the drain after The
Simple Life ended.
Once seen as nothing more than Hilton's sidekick, the balance in the friendship shifted
when Kardashian suddenly became the big name around town.
After taking a page from Hilton's playbook and creating an intimate tape of her own,
Kardashian and her entire family launched Keeping up With the Kardashians, a reality
show that made The Simple Life look tame.
Hilton seemed more than a little salty about her pal's sudden success and popularity,
famously saying in a 2008 radio interview:
"I would not want [Kim's butt].
It's gross!…
It reminds me of cottage cheese inside a big trash bag."
"Oh, it's on."
And don't forget Hilton and Kardashian's friend, Lindsay Lohan.
In a 2006 video, Hilton can be heard laughing as Hollywood bad boy Brandon Davis refers
to Lohan as a "fire crotch."
For what it's worth, it does seem like Hilton has made an effort to mend some fences.
In September 2017, she even posted a touching birthday tribute on Instagram for Nicole Richie,
who went on to defend her friendship with the heiress in August 2018.
"The short answer is I haven't spoken to her in a while, but we are very good friends."
Whatever Nicole supposedly did, it's obviously water under the bridge now.
Finding her voice
Paris Hilton's soft and child-like voice hypnotized fans during her heyday, but when
she revealed it wasn't actually her real voice, some people felt duped.
"This is actually my real voice.
The baby voice died."
In recent years, Hilton has leaned in to using her natural, much deeper voice, admitting
she started using the baby voice at a young age to get what she wanted.
Nicky Hilton backed up her older sister's story, revealing:
"Her voice octave went very high and sweet when she wanted something."
"Mmmm, that sounds sexy."
Short fuse, much?
When word gets around that a celeb is a pain in the you-know-what, they risk being blacklisted
from the industry.
Nevertheless, Paris Hilton put her career on the line and tarnished her reputation when
she got a bit snippy during a 2011 interview with ABC's Good Morning America.
In the interview, ABC correspondent Dan Harris asked Hilton about her relevance in relation
to other reality stars at the time, such as the casts of Jersey Shore and Keeping up with
the Kardashians.
Hilton, clearly agitated by the question, glanced around the room, stood up from her
chair, and walked out.
After a reportedly heated conversation with her publicist, she returned to the interview
with an answer.
"I've been in this business for 15 years now, so it's been a very long time…
It's always important to reinvent yourself and come up with new projects."
While her response was that of a total pro, storming off the set was a rookie move all
the way.
Heartbreak Hotel
Paris Hilton kicked off 2018 in a major way when her boyfriend, The Amazing Spider-Man
actor Chris Zylka, popped the question with a 20-carat diamond stunner.
The hotel heiress told People magazine:
"I have never felt so happy, safe and loved.
[Chris] is perfect for me in every way and showed me that fairy tales really do exist…
I knew right from the start that I wanted to be with him forever."
Though rumors were swirling about a possible wedding date set for 2018, Hilton revealed
in August that the couple had decided to postpone the wedding until 2019 due to their hectic
schedules.
Now it seems that the wedding has been postponed for, well, forever.
On November 19th, 2018, a source revealed to People magazine:
"[Paris and Chris] broke up a few weeks ago.
The relationship moved very fast and she realized it wasn't right for her…
She wishes him all the best and hopes they can remain friends."
"I hate this."
"Oh, I hate this."
"I hate this."
The source added that Hilton is busy traveling the world for her skincare and perfume lines,
so calling off the engagement just makes sense.
It's hard to plan a wedding from your private jet!
Out of this world
Perhaps the real reason you never hear about Paris Hilton anymore is because she's living
in her own little world, literally.
In April 2018, the Netflix documentary American Meme treated fans to a behind-the-scenes look
at Hilton's newest venture, virtual reality.
In the documentary, Hilton talks about how her desire to escape inspired her to create
her own virtual world in which she can party, interact with fans, and even DJ in Ibiza without
ever having to leave home.
While Hilton probably isn't the first name to come to mind when you think of virtual
reality, the heiress insists that VR is right up her alley.
In an interview with The Hollywood Reporter, Hilton revealed that she's "a huge tech
geek," saying:
"I've always been ahead of my time and now that I think about it, I've always loved being
a pioneer."
However, creating her own virtual world isn't just about escaping reality.
According to Hilton, it's about staying relevant for years to come.
"I already do have a legacy, but once you start that, you just can't stop…
You need to be sustainable forever."

👫2 SEX: NOFAP - Don't FAP Your Life Away #TheNORoutine 21 ★ #TheDay1Journey Ep. 91★ - Duration: 11:12.
hey I have a personal question for you
how often do you FAP?
yeah I said FAP F.A.P.
FAP and the message of
this video is don't FAP your life away
yeah that's the message
so if you don't have any idea what FAP means
or if you don't want to fap your life away
stay tuned with this episode more about that
just after the amazing panoramic intro
with the sunrise here in Iceland
let's go welcome to the
day one journey episode 91
chi ching yeah episode 91
and today we'll push the message
don't fap your life away so what fap means
that's pretty personal usually people don't talk
about that but here we talk about everything
there's no a taboo subject here in these episodes
so fap means masturbation
yeah that's the slang term for masturbation
usually male masturbation and usually in front of porn
so we talked about that in last episode
but today we make it pretty simple and right now
I'm telling you pretty straight I'm talking to my children
as well okay children this is for you
and this is my opportunity for you my opportunity to tell you
that there is no taboo subject that I don't want to talk
with you about I want to talk with you
about everything also about this subject
so we make it pretty simple so anyone can understand
also you children I'll talk about that generally
what fap means what I think about it
objectively and then I'll dive into
how I choose to approach it personally within my routine
are you ready let's go
so I remind you we are in the NO routine
series still and the NO routine is about
the stuff that we don't do to make room
for the most important stuff in our lives
so we're going to it back right after we explain
what fap means so we said...
yeah a little bit windy today FAP is masturbation
okay so it's pleasurable it's nice to do
however this is still the NO routine
and I emphasize the NO routine is about
cutting the stuff the "not so much important stuff"
to make room for the stuff that we really really want
yeah that's the thing that's the idea behind
the NO routine afterwards we spoke
about discipline discipline is the tool
to enable us yeah that's the tool to enable us
to enable us to cut the not so important things
so they might be fun these things
fapping might be fun it might be pleasurable but
still there might be other stuff that we can do with that time
with that energy as well
if you are a guy yeah and if you're a boy
you also lose some energy there
yeah we won't dive too much into that but we still talk
about the NO routine about the time we get
and the energy we get not doing
the not so important stuff yeah we cut this stuff
to make room for the stuff that we really really want
yeah it's a game of priorities it's a game of priorities
that's the game it's a tough game
being able to cutting this cut these stuff to make room
to the stuff that we really want which is the basic of self-discipline
I remind you as well we talk about the second desire
the desire of expression of sex yes the second basic desire
that most responsible for our lack of self-discipline
yeah exactly this so this is the place where we want
to start and control our self discipline yeah in this second basic desire
so it's about choosing what's most important to you
so now I go personal I'll tell you
how do I choose what are my priorities
regarding this habit so we talked about energy
so I see that as the basic energy of life the sexual energy
that we have that's life energy
this is the same energy that created us yeah
that's the energy so I again this is my life
this is my personal choices choices my personal game of priorities
my personal priorities you can listen you can relate
and you choose whatever you want but as far as my priorities goes
go something like this I have this sexual energy
okay I choose not to FAP so I take this extra energy
and right now I managed to transform it to transmute it
into energy to do the stuff that I really want to do
which is my projects which most of them
I talk about in these episodes this video is also part of my
projects I'm so passionate about that and I realized and practiced
how I can take my sexual energy and put it even here
transform it and put it even here but that's a subject for another episode
about how I can do that that's a little bit about Tantra
and about other practices that we won't go deep into that
I'm not a big expert on that but I practice these things
and still am this enables me to take
this energy and transform it this sexual energy I have
that I choose not to put on FAPPING on FAP
and to put on my projects this is what I'm choosing right now
remember this is a game of priorities
but your priorities might change yes they might change
it depends on what time on the time right now in your life
so in my time in my life and I'm saying this to all of you
and especially to my children this is what I choose
to do right now with this energy
these are my priorities right now
with this sexual energy I transform it and
put it on my projects on the stuff that
really really really important for me
which is again as we said the
core of the NO routine understanding what
we don't want to do having the discipline not to
do them and put them right back into the things that
are really important for us now in the future for me
in the future I'm telling you this my children in the future
I will take this sexual energy and I still prefer not to put it
on masturbation not put it on FAPPING
but to put it with my relationship probably
yes I'm talking to my children probably with your mother
yes I want to take this sexual energy and put that
in the relationship with her this is what I want to do
I don't judge yourself what you're doing with
your time I'm just sharing with you
what are my priorities to push you to think
about yours in the moment of truth of course
so this is my message for you for the day
so we're really out of time so I have an interesting assignment
for you both men and women of course the next time
when you have the urge yes next time
when you have the urge to FAP
I just want you to again to raise the level of awareness
raise the level of awareness and ask yourself
do you have something else that is more important
to you to do right now maybe just even going to sleep
and have a good night of sleep cause tomorrow you have an interview
yes you have an interview and you want to be
at your best because this is your dream job
or maybe another job on the way for you to reach your dream job
or you want to put this sexual energy
with your partner maybe that's tomorrow
but you still want to save this sexual energy
for him or her or any other priority you might have
so I push you I urge you
next time you want to FAP raise the level of awareness
and ask yourself be honest be true with yourself
do you have some other thing that you prefer to do
to put this energy in again it might be even just sleeping
so you can get the energy for tomorrow
for tomorrow priorities be true to yourself
this is my message for you it's pretty easy to
fall down into this fapping habit and get all your energy
drained from you to this instead of the things that really
important for you this is what I'm pushing you to do
raise the level of awareness ask yourself the right questions
for you and make the tough choices they are tough
the game of priorities is tough either way do this today
and of course of course have an amazing
amazing day one see you tomorrow

Sarah Paulson Touched Adele's Magical Voice Box - Duration: 5:34.
I'm scared.
Oh my god.
Can I open it up?
Yes, there's nothing in here.
There's nobody in there.
You guys know what they like to do to me, right?
Oh, god.
Oh my god.
You did it to yourself.
Now I'm scared.
I know and you just screamed for no reason.
I did scream because I saw you look
a tiny bit over my shoulder like something was happening.
Yeah.
Nothing's happening.
Nothing's over your shoulder.
You know how I feel about you.
He scares me too.
The last time that you were here you
called this the worst place on Earth.
It is.
Yeah.
You feel that way?
I do.
It's cold.
I'm afraid of clowns.
And I'm afraid that things are going to come out of places.
I don't want to see.
Like the--
[SCREAMING]
What are you doing?
They showed that.
That's what they're reacting to.
You're so--
I'm nervous.
I've never ever come here and had something horrifying not
happen.
Do your friends worry for you?
Yeah they care that I'm OK.
This is what--
Look at this.
This is what happened.
I know.
So I mean.
We're showing what's happened in the past.
Right.
It's not happening now.
There's nothing-- you want to look in there?
[SCREAMING]
Stop it.
There's nothing.
Oh my god.
It's really tragic, I know.
But you have done a lot for my career.
Yeah.
You have.
Well, you've made me a very memeable--
I mean, look at this.
People send these things to me all the time.
They think they're hilarious.
Yeah.
And it's not helping further my desire
to be taken seriously as a performer.
But this is giving me a little comedy currency.
What do you mean, taken seriously?
You've won an Emmy.
You won a Golden Globe.
You're an amazing actress.
You've been taking.
[APPLAUSE]
OK.
So congratulations on Bird Box.
Thank you.
Everybody is-- it's hype.
[APPLAUSE]
Now your character dies before you get to wear the blindfolds.
I didn't get to wear it.
I have a blindfold for you.
So if you want to do the entire interview--
I do.
All right.
Yep.
OK, wear it.
OK.
And so--
Hold on.
I don't know how to do because I didn't
get to wear on in the movie.
This is a little-- oh this is going
to mess up my whole thing.
All right, good.
[SCREAMING]
Stop it!
[SCREAMING]
[SCREAMING] Stop
It!
Well maybe you don't want to wear the blindfold then.
I thought that was a good idea for a minute, you guys.
No, but I like that look.
You like this look?
Yeah, that's a good one.
You look like you could tell my fortune.
You look--
Let's see your palm.
Let me see, yeah.
Oh yeah, definitely--
Your palms are sweating.
I know, I'm so nervous for you.
I'm sweating, too.
[SCREAMING]
You're going to do things.
Was that you tapping me?
Who's doing it?
Andy?
I don't know.
How could he get there that fast?
All right--
I like this thing.
I like it too.
We actually just enhanced your outfit.
It was good before.
It's great now.
Over the top.
Over the top.
Yeah.
It's over the top now.
Your big Christmas skirt wasn't enough.
Now you've got a big bow tie on your head.
Definite improvement.
It is kind of a Christmas skirt.
It is Christmassy, right?
It is Christmassy.
It's a little late for that.
All right, well.
Thanks for your notes.
[LAUGHTER]
What's happening behind me?
Something?
Nothing.
I'm going ask you questions.
You're going to ask me a question.
OK.
I heard this at my birthday party.
So Adele was at my birthday party.
And you asked her if you could touch her?
Touch her voice box.
I asked if I could touch where all the magic comes from.
And she let me.
Did she look at you like you were crazy?
Yeah.
She did.
But she let me do it.
Why did you want to touch her voice--
Because I thought maybe then it would excrete some stuff
that I could have.
Do you sing?
No.
OK.
I wanted some of it.
It didn't happen?
No.
So you really--
[SINGING]
That's not bad.
[SINGING]
Can you sing?
[SINGING]
You're good too.
Let me touch your voice box.
Well we could harmonize.
OK.
You go higher and I'll go lower.
OK.
[SINGING]
You don't want our album.
Either one of us, do you?
All right.
Do we want to take a break?
Because I feel--
Are we done?
No, we have many segments.
Talk about the movie, says Andy from back there.
Talk about the movie.
I was going to talk about the movie in the second segment.
But OK.
You play as-- because we're running out of time.
I'm watching the clock.
Oh.
She's doing her job, Andy.
Yeah, Andy.
Unless you're planning on editing most of this out.
He's like, I am actually.
He said go into the movie.
Because he is.
So you play--
I though this was gold.
I know.
Comedy gold.
We both liked it.
I still have this thing on my head.
I know, you won't take it off.
I won't.
I think you're scared of what's going
to happen once you take it off.
Because of your hair.
Well now I feel that that's a challenge.
Now I want to take it off.
You play a--
Oh, now he wants us to take a break.
I can't-- he's so annoying.
Andy, you're annoying.
I know, I told you first.
But you didn't listen to me.
Take a break.
Now I don't want to take a break.
Let's talk about the movie.
Yeah, I don't want to take a break either, Andy.
Anyway.
All right.
Talk about my Christmas skirt some more.
Yes, let's talk about the Christmas skirt.
Was there another option for another--
No.
All right, we'll take a break and we'll be back.
Oh, god.
Andy gets what he wants.
I know.

Nobody Likes Interactive Stories - Duration: 4:02.
Politics, Trump, Yeah, Yeah
Dude
you're never gonna believe what happened to me last night, it was insane.
Okay, everybody, a classic Daniel story over here, what happened?
So, I was at this bar, right?
When all of a sudden like, at the back of the room, I see this beautiful girl
she's sitting all alone
So guess what I did
What did you do?
I...
What's this? What did you do?
It's an interactive story, you have to choose an option
What?
But it's your story, I wasn't there, just tell me what happend
Interactivity, it's the future!
Just choose an option
You're running out of time!
What time?
Whatever, you talk to her
So I talk to her...
Okay...
So we talked a little, laughed a little
There were... "sparks" flying around...
Okay, cool...
So I decide to buy her a drink...
Now, which drink did I buy?
What, who cares?
they're basically the same.
I'm not interested in the story yet to care about the choice.
Oh my God, the Martini, whatever
What are you doing?
So I get her a Martini...
But then guess what?
Apparently, she has a boyfriend
Now, this guy is huge...
He's huge. He's coming over to me.
and I'm all like shaking, sweating...
So I tell her "What's this?"
"Why didn't you tell me that you've got a boyfriend?"
And she's screaming and crying
"Oh no, you're in danger. You gotta run away!"
"He just got out of prison!"
Oh my god, okay, what did you do?
What do you think I did?
I did what any wise man would do in such a situation
I...
Oh, come on! You're the storyteller, you tell me
I don't wanna deal with the consequences.
Why are you doing this?
It's interactivity, dude, it's the future
I don't know
Run... You ran.
Why are you pausing all the time?
I'm loading
So I ran...
But it was too late...
He already pulled his gun out.
If only I had pulled my gun first.
Oh, god dammit, I hate this. I knew I picked the wrong one
Now for the rest of the story all I'm gonna think about
is what would have happend if I would have chosen the gun
So there I was...
Down on the floor...
His gun was pointing at my face...
He comes closer...
Pulls the trigger...
But there were no bullets left, so I was saved.
The end.
That's it? That doesn't feel like an ending at all
Just feels like you just cut it in the middle
Well, that's the ending as a result of your choices
I mean, you shouldn't really have chosen the Martini, come on...
What? How should I have known?
Okay, can I go back and change it?
What? no, no, no...
You have to start the whole thing over and every choice leads to a different path
That would take you around 4 to 5 hours for you to get the whole thing
God dammit, fine, just start over
Dude!
You're never gonna believe what happened to me last night
Yeah, yeah, you talk to the girl
So I was at this bar, right?
Oh my god, she's chocking!
Somebody come help!
What happend?
She ate something, she has a nut allergy
You're in med school right? Help her
Yeah, she's going into an anaphylactic shock
She needs a shot...
The thing is...
only one of these is gonna save her
The other one...
is gonna kill her.
Okay, so give her the right one, you know which one it is, right?
Of course I know
The one I'm gonna give her is...
What? What is that?

5 Reasons to Read: "The Cruel Prince" by Holly Black - Duration: 9:44.
Bibliophiles of the internet, my name's Adriana and today I'm here to give you five reasons
to read "The Cruel Prince" by Holly Black.
I recently re-read this to prepare myself for "The Wicked King,"
and I feel like I'm finally in a place where I can properly process and share my thoughts.
This is the first installment in a YA fantasy series about Jude, who was stolen away from the human world
along with her sisters and taken to be raised in the High Court of Faerie
by the very person who killed her parents.
There, she lives in constant fear, because this world has made no secret of the fact that mortals are expendable
and therefore she can never truly be safe.
More than anything else, Jude wants to become a knight for the High King,
so that she can gain power and earn her place.
But to do so, she must defy the undefeatable high general who raised her,
she must forsake her family,
*and* best the youngest prince, who uses his power to torment Jude on a daily basis.
She quickly becomes far more involved in twisted court politics
and ruthlessly-paced games of strategy than she ever thought she would,
until absolutely everything is at stake.
That said, this story does contain potential triggers for instances of bullying and harassment,
as well as some graphic violence.
Reason #1 to start this incredible series:
Jude is the perfect lens and conduit to help to us navigate this beautiful, fascinating, cruel, unforgiving world.
Again, I wanna emphasize that the Isles of Elfhame make for a place that is entirely unsafe for humans.
Faeries believe that mortals are worthless playthings—that they're objects that only exist
solely for their entertainment, since [humans] cannot control themselves in the presence of magic.
Jude's point of view is so startling to read, because even in her most vulnerable state,
she is entirely willing to give herself over to her emotions, which makes her feel very honest.
There's very little buffer between her thoughts and her actions.
Of course she keeps her personal strategies veiled, but her emotions are so transparently tied to her actions.
And because of that, it's *impossible* to look away.
Jude is not willing to hide or tone down any part of herself, no matter the consequences.
She doesn't allow impossible odds and dangerous circumstances to erode the vibrancy of her existence.
I think her perspective is what makes this book so thrilling—because someone we would consider to be
a "well-balanced" person would stop themself *before* doing something
that could ultimately lose them everything they care about.
But Jude does not have the luxury of being patient or docile or polite.
She has to use that anger and raw emotion to take risks and move ahead,
because her opponents will not hesitate to use their hatred to hurt Jude or her siblings.
So I respect her, because she's constantly having to prove her own worth,
but she refuses to let anyone else dictate what that looks like,
even in a hostile environment.
Reason #2 is that the characters and relationships that unfold within this narrative are not easy to understand,
and there is value in that.
I think this is one of those stories where you're not always going to agree with everything that's said or done,
because these characters have both the insight *and* the guts to make some very hard moves.
Their willingness to go all in and to commit to unwieldy decisions is what engages me
and what makes the story so fricken addictive.
And it's satisfying to read about *because* these characters *do* form meaningful relationships,
but they will still not hesitate to exploit each other's weaknesses.
Without so much as flinching, they will still move to out-maneuver each other's strategies
*before* they're even in put into play—and they will NOT feel bad about it.
I talked about this idea in relation to "The Lost Sisters" novella,
but we want women, especially, to be easy to digest.
We want them to act in ways that are distinctive and complex,
but only in ways that align with what we *already* believe.
And this story will *not* give you that.
One of the best examples is the relationship between Jude and her adoptive father, Madoc.
Now he is the same person who killed Jude's parents right in front of her eyes.
But he's also taught her everything she knows and has loved her in his own complicated way.
I like that they're [both] able to acknowledge that love exists in this relationship,
but it's not an easy kind of love.
Madoc's pointed history of violence has left a mark on his relationship with Jude,
but they do *have* a relationship nonetheless.
And that dynamic parallels itself in the relationships Jude has with other characters
and even her double-edged relationship with fairyland itself
as a place she loves but that does not love her back.
I like to be challenged by complex relationships that make their own kind of sense in their own context,
and you *definitely* get that from this book.
Reason #3 is that Jude does not look down on people who think and act differently than she does.
This is such a small detail, but one that's entirely worth mentioning,
because especially in female-centric YA, there can be a lot of cattiness
and characters arbitrarily deciding that other women are less.
This kind of goes back to my point about the story exploring complex, uneasy relationships,
but even if the person is Jude's opponent, even if they act against her interests, she does not pass judgment.
She may not be happy with them, she may not understand or endorse their choices,
but she still recognizes that they have a right to *make* those choices.
I mention this especially because Jude's twin sister, Taryn, provides such a wonderful, natural counterpoint
to Jude's hold-nothing-back persona.
Taryn will perform acquiescence and play by the faerie's rules and apologize *while* they're being tormented,
all in hopes that keeping their heads down will make them disappear from notice.
To Taryn, the invisibility of politeness is another valid form of "protection," so to speak.
I think there's definitely an argument to be made for that.
And doing so does not make Taryn weak or less, especially not in Jude's eyes.
Reason #4: this story provides a thoughtful look at the intersections of power and all its different forms.
This is something that really struck me, because often "power" and the acquisition of power
are primarily conveyed through means of aggression or violence.
And while those are definitely present in this story, we see that power can take on so many more forms.
In this first book alone, we tap into veins of political power, physical power, aggression, hatred, love, romance,
sexual desire or attention, magic, acquiescence, compliance, cooperation, and allegiance.
There are so many different ways to gain, assert, and access power,
especially because it's not a static force.
There is so much *nuance* in the way this story displays how all these factors are constantly in flux,
which subsequently effects how powerful or powerless Jude feels at any given moment.
And it's also fascinating to think about, because as the story progresses,
you see that "losing" or "failing" is *not* the equivalent of being powerless.
Jude is up against so many different players, opponents, court members, and forces that are beyond her control,
and with each clash, you gain a deeper understanding of how asserting power
is simply a matter of being in a better position at that exact moment.
What it means to have power is a fluid concept;
it's something that changes based on how we define it and use it.
And Reason #5: Above everything else, "The Cruel Prince" is a love letter to the reclamation of power
and agency in world that refuses to afford you any of those things.
Everywhere in Elfhame, Jude hears these constant reminders:
"You are not one of us."
"You are different."
"You are less."
"You are weak."
"You are not wanted in this place."
The very world Jude and her sisters occupy was designed to destroy them at every turn.
They have no choice but to survive, no matter what that entails.
All their lives, Jude and Taryn have tried so hard to be "good enough."
They not only have to match the Folk in their intensity, in their abilities, in their quick-wittedness,
but they have to be *better* if they hope to even establish a baseline of safety for themselves.
And I think that's what really drives Jude to do what she does.
She's almost envious of how the Folk are accepted, how their existence is recognized and acknowledged,
and she knows that she is not invited, much less *allowed*, to be part of that.
And now finally, after constantly being afraid,
she's realizing that playing by rules that are meant to keep you down will never win you acceptance.
Doing everything the quote-unquote "right way" won't make hostile groups accept your existence.
And even if they did, there would be no value in erasing yourself to fit someone else's standards.
The Folk sense that Jude is angry and desperate for acknowledgement,
which is why they constantly endanger and threaten her life—
—because they know that's what will hurt the most.
But Jude will not be intimidated. She's already been scared every single day of her life.
Make no mistake: she is still vulnerable, she is still afraid.
But she's decided that the people above her have finally taken enough.
And by going rogue, going off-script, that's how she is able to access her own innate power—
—by choosing for herself and refusing to give another inch.
To say this series is "tremendous" is an understatement.
I highly recommend it.
So if you've read this one yourself, if you would like to,
or if you've recently spiraled after reading "The Wicked King" like I have,
I would love to discuss further in the comments.
But that's everything I had for this review and recommendation today.
Thank you so much for watching this video.
I really hope that you enjoyed it, and I will catch YOU on the flip-side of the page.
Bye!

DARK SOULS II Cinematic Short Film - CURSE - Duration: 18:56.
You spoke to that kind old dear,
didn't you?
Your flesh will decay.
Your mind will fade.
But you won't
ever
die.
You will become one of them.
This is the fate of the cursed.
The curse is a part of life itself.
No one will ever be rid of it...
Seek those whose names are unutterable,
the four endowed with immense souls.
I will remain by your side.
Till this frail hope shatters…
Give up right now.
Like I have.
Beyond the bonfire lies the Forest of the Giants,
where a great battle precipitated the kingdom's downfall.
The warriors who fell there still clutch their swords.
You may travel light,
but methinks you bear a burden of your own.
There's a right foul creature lurking this way.
I'd say, why disturb the thing?
But if you must go on I'm not one to stop you.
I'd heard awful rumours about this place,
and I'm afraid they were all true.
The king,
gone.
The earth,
ravaged.
The burden on the people weighs heavy.
I fear that by now,
they may have scarce room in their hearts for miracles…
Sometimes I fight the urge
to pack up and go back home.
Normally, people keep a safe distance
when they see this mask.
But you…
You are an odd one.
A Hollow can never be human again.
One can skirt this wicked fate
only with the help of the souls found here.
Assuming, of course, that the legends are true.
I can only hope…
that they are.
Drangleic…
I've never heard the name.
Is that what they call this place now?
This kingdom…collapsed long ago.
All that are left are…
Either Undead or Hollow…
Pate,
the man with the strange ring.
Don't you believe a word he says.
I never planned to visit this gods-forsaken place.
But I don't know…
I must've just wandered in…
The name's Gilligan.
All right?
Don't make me say it twice!
The human ego…
How many ugly iron castles has it erected?
And they don't even see the folly of their ways.
It reminds me of someone who lived long ago.
A vainglorious liar
who ended up hurling himself into the flames.
I thought that might be you.
You haven't changed a bit, have you?
I've found my thoughts growing hazy.
The curse is doing its work upon me.
I am frightened…
Terribly so…
If everything should fade…
What will be left of me…
See that statue?
Gives me the willies.
Stare at it for long enough,
it starts to look alive.
My body will show no mercy.
If you see the wretched thing,
stay
far
away.
No one has come this far,
not for a very long while.
Proceed, bearer of the curse.
It is the only choice left to you.
This castle is isolated.
But nonetheless, you must forge on.
To bring an end to your journey…
and mine.
You have fought admirably on your journey,
cursed Undead.
I am Nashandra,
Queen of Drangleic.
We are Milfanito.
We are here to sing to those bound by death and Dark.
We will sing here,
forever,
as we always have,
from long, long ago.
Countless dead rest here in peace.
Cradled by the comfort of dark.
Light
only agitates.
We have no need for it here.
You,
approaching Eleum Loyce...
This dead city has nothing to offer...
Turn away...
And never look back...
Perhaps one day,
he will return…
Who are you...
Oh…
No, forgive me…
I know you…
My name is Lucatiel.
I beg of you, remember my name.
For I may not myself…
My name is Shanalotte.
The dragon gave me this name,
for I was born with none.
Once, the Lord of Light banished Dark,
and all that stemmed from humanity.
And men assumed a fleeting form.
These are the roots of our world.
And no matter how tender, how exquisite…
A lie will remain a lie!
You, who bear the curse…
Once the fire is linked,
All of this will play out again.
It is your choice…
To embrace,
or renounce this…
Brave Undead,
you have proven yourself to me.
There is no path...
Beyond the scope of light, beyond the reach of Dark…
…what could possibly await us?
And yet, we seek it,
insatiably…
Such is our fate.

Resources for Your School or Community | PACERTalks About Bullying - Duration: 5:58.
>> Hey there.
Welcome back to PACERTalks about Bullying.
I'm Bailey.
We're so glad you're here.
[ Music ]
January is a great time to start or continue the conversation about bullying prevention,
especially as students return for the spring semester.
I this week's episode we want to share some of the resources that we have available for you
to use in your school or community around this important conversation.
We have some of the resources right here with us so let's get into the episode.
Now the first resource I want to talk about isn't actually here, because it's our websites.
We have websites just for students, the first being PACERs Kids Against Bullying website,
which is for elementary school students.
And the second being PACERs Teens Against Bullying website,
which is for middle and high school students.
These are great websites to share with your students as it includes information
on what bullying is, what you can do if you're being bullied,
what you can do if you're demonstrating bullying behavior and ideas
on how students can take action in their schools or communities.
One really cool feature on these websites is an advice column.
On the kid's website is called "Ask Carmen" and on the teen's website it's called "Ask Jamie".
Kids and teens from all over the world can write in with their questions about bullying
and get a response from Carmen or Jamie.
Another really cool thing about this feature is that we actually share some of the questions
and responses on our website so that kids, teens, and adults can read through
and hear some of the helpful ideas and advice.
The next resource is our book club.
So we have a book club with books for K through 12th grade students with messages
of kindness, acceptance, and inclusion.
You could read these books as a class,
in your community library, or even at home with your child.
I wanted to share one of the books that we have.
So this is called "Great Things to Be."
It's for elementary school students and the message of the books is about choosing kindness
over bullying and confidence over self-doubt.
Many of the books on our book club, including "Great Things to Be", have a discussion guide.
So after reading with your class or community or child,
you can have a really meaningful discussion about the themes with the book.
The next resource also isn't here, it's another one from our website, which is called "All In!"
So what "All In!"
is, is a year-long classroom toolkit and the whole idea behind it is
that all students should feel involved, invested,
and included in addressing and preventing bullying.
Here's how it works.
"All In!"
has weekly lesson plans from September all the way to April.
Every month has it's own theme including "Bullying 101", "The Realities of Bullying",
"Cyberbullying" and "Pure Advocacy".
Then within each month there's PowerPoint's, classroom activity,
ideas for school-wide activation, books, videos and so much more.
"All In!"
is free to register for and use and it's a really great tool that you can use
to have the conversation all year round about bullying prevention.
The next resource we do have here,
which is called "The Create a World Without Bullying" event kit.
What this is, is it's an event kit that you can use to hold an event in your school
or community around bullying prevention.
It has everything that you need it one box including decals, posters,
pencils, brochure, and so much more.
I did want to highlight one of the items, which are these intentional acts
of kindness, acceptance and inclusion cards.
So what's so great about these is it gives your even attendees a call
to action to walk away with.
Some of them include -- learn to say hi in a new language, this can even be sign language,
reach out to someone being bullied, let them know that they're not alone,
or find a news article about kindness, acceptance and inclusion
and share it in class or on social media.
Now if you're looking for more of a stand-alone activity, we do have these really great posters
from the event kit available on their own.
So it's a series of five posters and we're selling them for $10.
What's so great about these posters is you can hang them up in your school,
community or business and have them throughout the entire year.
So they're 24 by 36.
This is just the smaller version that we shrunk for the video.
And they're just a really great way to promote kindness, acceptance, and inclusion.
And I love this one because it says, "In a work you can be anything be blank"
and then your attendees or people at your school or community or business can fill it in.
Now the event kit itself sells for $50 for 50 participants.
And the posters are $10 for a series of five.
The last resource that I wanted to talk about actually has to do with this video series.
We recently started a new feature called "Ask Us" where we answer questions
from students all about bullying prevention.
If you're a student in your class or your child wants to be involved in this new feature,
all you have to do is send us their question either written
or in a video forum to bullying411@pacer.org.
We're actually launching the first video of this feature next week so you won't want to miss it.
And that's all that we have for this week's episode of PACERTalks about Bullying.
We'll see you right back here next week
and remember together we can create a world without bullying.
See ya.

Disastrous Minus Zero Fest once backed by convicted Ponzi schemer - Latest News - Duration: 1:51.
Vermont's Minus Zero Festival — which Page Six reported on Saturday is under fire after stiffing vendors, from hired security to first-aid teams — was once backed by a now-convicted felon
We hear that the festival was formerly financed by Jason Nissen, who was busted in 2017 for running a $70 million Ponzi scheme involving selling tickets to top-tier events including "Hamilton
" Nissen's con has echoes of infamous Fyre Festival organizer Billy McFarland — who allegedly ran a ticket scam with his first company, Magnises, and later was accused of conning people by selling fake tickets to events including the Grammys and Met Gala
Nissen, CEO of National Events Company, pleaded guilty, leaving Danny Bitar, the Minus Zero fest's founder, to take over
Several vendors still haven't been paid, with Bitar revealing to us, "My plan is working really hard to pay everyone that we owe
" Nissen's lawyer Michael Bachner confirmed, "In 2016 and 2017, National Events Company financed and produced the Minus Zero event and the event was very successful
When they left the event — the results speak for themselves." Share this:
