Jade Garden 제이드가든 Chuncheon Part 3〔Seoul Vlog#51〕 - Duration: 5:21.

Hello everyone, it's Dana.

This is a part 3 of Chuncheon series.

After I visited Nami Island,

I stopped by "Jade Garden" in Chuncheon as well.

Jade Garden is an European botanical garden

with theme of "Meet Little Europe in the Forest"

They provide a brochure at the entrance.

Sometimes at a local tourist spot in Korea

there is no brochure written in Japanese.

They usually provide Korean, English and Chinese brochure.

But I found Japanese one there.

I am happy with it!

Here it is.

Many dramas and movies are filmed in Jade Garden.

Therefore it is very popular place.

You can get there by train and bus.

If you are interested in this place, try and go there sometime too.

However

it is winter now.

So trees are withered.

You will see the scenery in a few minutes.

No flowers no leaves in many sections.

I looked forward to seeing blueberry garden.

All I could see was branches.

No flowers no berry no leaves

I would like to go there again in spring or summer.

If you go there, spring or summer would be nice.

There was few people today.

I heard that it is crowded in summer.

If you go there in summer,

you may be caught in a traffic jam.

But I recommend this place.

Jade Garden is a European botanical garden which opened in May 2011.

Its size is about 1.8 million sq ft large.

It has 3,300 kinds of plants from inland and overseas.

There are Italian garden, British garden, wedding garden

total 25 gardens providing each theme.

You can enjoy seasonal scenery.

The best season is from May to early November.

You can see the beautiful flowers in the garden.

It is the perfect season for taking a walk.

Many dramas and movies are filmed in Jade Garden.

Some movie sets remain there.

It takes 40 minutes in the shortest for a walk.

If you see all sections well, it takes 3 hours.

I came here at 2pm

and sent time until evening.

The temperature was 4℃ ( 39 ° F) and really cold.
