they really like it!

We have driven the Huracan

and the first thing I notice

is that this is nicer to be in

It feels more spacious

seating position seems better

and all the buttons make more sense

And the finishing is a bit better

What is the difference

between a V10

and a V10 plus?

well..

quite a lot of horses

the standard one has 540 HP

this has 610!

and..

You get carbon brakes as standard

And the aerodynamics are different

You get a massive rear carbon spoiler

and you have a completely flat floor

which generates a vacuum underneath the car

So you get up to 140Kg of downforce!

And combined with the KW suspension of this car

this is such an impressive driving machine!

If you're thinking about buying such a car

You need to have the V10 Plus

You will really miss it if you don't

all those extra's..

The performance is phenomenal

0-100 km/h in 3.2s

a top speed of 330 km/h

bare in mind..

that's 5 km/h more than the huracan!

When we had the huracan

it was fitted with an aftermarket exhaust

an Fi exhaust

and this Audi being more subtle

is empowered by the stock exhaust

make no mistake

it still is fantastic!

sounds superb..

But it is just a little less violent

It attracts less attention

of people who's attention you don't want

who have a blue light on their roof

In addition, contribute the maximum amount possible to your workplace savings plan.

Saving as little as a few percent of income each year can add up considerably over one's

career.

Contributing to an employee type workplace savings plan is tax-deductible and is an

excellent way to grow a retirement nest egg.

Another alternative is to consider "increasing" the amount contributed to a workplace savings

account by 1% each year.

This is an incremental rise that can substantially increase the amount of money available upon

retirement.

After opening the hood, disconnect mass air flow sensor.

Next release 3 locks from the air box.

Open the air box and remove old air filter.

Clean the air box inside. Dust, sand and dry leafs could clog the fresh filter.

Insert fresh air filter and make sure that seal is fitted correctly on all edges.

Now you can close the air box cover, lock it and connect MAF.

It's this very subtle change of focus. Nothing changes.

You don't have to escape the feeling. Right there shining, not buried in the heart of the feeling, but on the surface of the feeling.

The light of your own being is shining, just give that your attention.

See that, see the knowing rather than the known.

I have some sort of brain condition and I have episodes of depression,

where I am just in bed sleeping for extended periods.

When you're just?

Can you repeat that last bit?!

I'm in bed for episodes, for long periods.

I'm just fundamentally immobilized.

They're episodic. They came and go.

The question that I have: When I'm in that space, when I am so heavily identified with the depression,

I can't access the knowing.

There is never a moment that I can actually somehow detach. I'm so in it.

Any thought about how to access the knowing, or how to fundamentally establish myself in that when I'm in that cycle?

I appreciate that it's difficult.

However what you are saying is: When a black image appears on the screen, the screen disappears!

Exactly!

When a black image appears on your TV screen, does your screen disappear? Does the black image obscure the screen?

No, it doesn't.

You wouldn't know that you were in a deep depression if the knowing of it was not present!

So, this knowing it doesn't need to be accessed. It's not buried deep down under layers and layers and layers of feeling.

Just like the screen is not buried behind the black image, veiled by it.

This knowing is shining fully, brightly, even in the deepest depression.

Well, that's very interesting when you say that, because when I'm in this deep dark space, there is this wanting to connect with the known.

Let me stop you.

You say 'When I'm in this deep dark place,' you are always the knowing of your experience, yes?

The screen is never buried in the movie, it's never lost in the movie!

When you have a depression, do you know anything of the depression other than the knowing of it?

I would say no.

All there is to the depression and I'm not trivializing your feeling,

all there is to the depression is the knowing of it, that knowing is shining right on the surface of the feeling.

It's not buried behind it. You don't have to separate yourself out from the depression and go looking for this knowing presence,

which is buried in the back. It's right there shining in this black image.

Just like when you see a black wall on a tv screen ...

The tv screen that was two minutes ago shining in a blue sky is equally shining in the black wall

In your depression, all you know of the depression is the knowing of it.

That knowing is not buried or veiled, covered, obscured, or lost.

That knowing is shining brightly in the feeling.

So give your attention to the knowing. You don't even need to give your attention to the knowing, because knowing is the attention which we give to objects.

So you just know yourself as that knowing.

It's like watching a black image on a screen and instead of focusing on the black image you see the screen.

Nothing changes. You keep looking at the same screen, but instead of saying 'I'm seeing a black wall,' you say 'I'm seeing the screen.'

The happiness that you are longing for in the depression is that screen.

And it's shining in the depression!

So it's this very subtle change of focus. Nothing changes.

You don't have to escape the feeling. Right there shining, not buried in the heart of the feeling, but on the surface of the feeling.

The light of your own being is shining, just give that your attention.

See the knowing rather than the known.

That is the happiness you are longing for. In other words happiness itself is appearing as this depression.

Just as the transparent screen appears as the black wall.

Only because you're rejecting the depression and looking for happiness elsewhere or looking for the presence of awareness elsewhere

That rejection of the depression and the insistence that awareness or happiness is somewhere else,

that is what compels awareness to seem as if hidden. It is your insistence that it is missing that makes it seem that it is so.

That makes perfect sense!

Yes, that's very helpful.

So when you discover the knowing in your depression, - the screen in the image - then turn around and face your depression. See what is left of it.

The thought occurred to me to ask myself the question 'Am I willing to be depressed for the rest of my life?'

What a thought.

It's not 'are you willing to be depressed for the rest of your life,' because if you discover this knowing in the depression

in other words if you discover the screen in the image, the depression can no longer stand,

because depression is unhappiness. It can no longer stand when you've seen the knowing.

That's why I say 'Look back at the depression and see what remains of it!'

You won't be able to find it!

The depression itself, the feeling itself will have been revealed,

the true substance of the feeling will have been revealed, which is happiness. Happiness is the substance of all feelings, even our deepest depression.

Well, it doesn't last. It never lasts.

The knowing is eternal. Stay with that.

Stay with the knowing!

Everything we have ever truly longed for lives shining on the surface of experience,

not just the background, not buried in the heart, but right in the midst of experience.

Everything we have ever longed for - peace, happiness, and love -

lives there shining brightly in all experience.

CSGO AWPing tips from NaVi s1mple - Duration: 4:42.

Hello, everyone! I'm Na`Vi player - S1mple and today I will tell you how to play with AWP,

how to practice it, and how to use it in matchmaking, in FLP (FACEIT Pro League) and so on...

So, first I'll tell you how to practice: you create a map with bots and then you decide what to practice.

It can be flick shot, it can be fast zoom, and no scope.

I personally use flick shot, because it's most effective for me, I can shoot an opponent quickly and win a round for my team.

Also you can practice no-scope, it means shooting without zoom,

and you can practice fast zoom - clicking you right button, and then immediately left mouse button.

After that you can practice your movements, it's cool when the sniper is active,

moves across the map, makes frags and helps his team a lot.

A good example can be Dust 2 map, you shoot at Mid, move towards Long,

trying to kill Pit, or when you a boosted towards Short, you shoot at Mid, drop to CT,

go to Mid again, trying to shoot at T and Mid behind the box.

After that you can move to B, it's very hard to predict your actions this way.

There are passive AWPers, who wait for the frags at the Car, but I prefer active style.

Next... the economy is crucial for the sniper, I mean you must predict the money for your AWP.

You can buy AWP with armor, you save money, if your team loses you can save money for the AWP and win eco round.

Or you can buy the AWP for T side and break CT economy.

Sniper is the key player of the team.

He can be an entry fragger.

For example, if you're playing on Dust2 and you have a good spawn, you can kill the enemy at Long.

But if the sniper doesn't manage to get a kill, misses a shot and eventually dies, it puts your team in a bad spot.

Because the team spends a lot of money to make sure the sniper has an AWP, if he doesn't have enough money to buy one, someone will give him a drop.

And if the sniper doesn't do his job, your team's economy may suffer.

You can get an entry frag, but you should always remember if you missed a shot or you chose a bad angle,

you will get naded or killed and put your team at a disadvantage.

It's also very effective to wallbang with an AWP, you can do it on many maps.

On such maps as Cache, you can watch my demos and see how to wallbang through "7" on the offense.

"7" is the white box on the right when you come out of T mid.

You can wallbang an enemy who's playing behind it.

It's easy to get it done with an AWP, because you deal maximum damage if hit in the head and 50 damage on the body.

It doesn't reveal your position and allows you to get an easy kill and advantage for your team.

But it's not really a common spot to wallbang.

On Dust2 it's easier though, you can wallbang through mid doors right from T spawn.

If you hit the head, you get a kill, and even if you deal at least 50 damage it will always be beneficial for your team.

You can tell your teammates to do a fast B rush with AKs,

they'll have an advantage as they have to deal with a 50 HP CT with M4.

You can easily use this to your advantage.

On almost every map you can go for a random shot through the wall knowing that there's an enemy behind it.

in life and often, it was kinda assumed that if you work with your hands, you didn't work

with your mind.

We all know that's not the case.

No matter where you've come from, or what you've done in the past, when you become part

Like, I would literally die without makeup, so why not make videos about it?

Cause making videos is super easy, right?

But anyways, enough about little old me, today I'm doing a get ready with me using this

Rimmel London makeup!

Look how cute this bag is omg!

I've never actually, like, tried these products before, but I was just, you know, sent them

in the mail because I'm a beauty guru and companies send you products when you're

this important.

So I'm going to create a look with what they sent me, so let's see what I have!

Here we have BB cream in the shade Light, because I'm so white, can you see it?

...can you see it?

This is some Match Perfection foundation in the shade Ivory, it's a big bottle which

is great because I do my makeup three times a day, so I use a lot of it!

Oh, my camera isn't focusing, it's so silly!

This is a Colour Precise eyeliner, as you can see it's one of the ones with a felt

tip which is exciting because I've never used one of those before.

Here we have a Glam-Eyes Quad eyeshadow palette in the shade Smokey Purple, as you can see

it has instructions on the back which we won't be using because I'm a makeup professional,

who do they think I am?

Some kind of amateur?

This is a Magnif'eyes mono eye shadow in the shade Gold Record, no instructions on

the back, thank god, I'm much less offended now… why isn't my camera FUCKING focusing?

And this is some Moisture Renew lipstick in the shade Fancy, which is a pinky kind

of colour which is perfect… fucking USELESS camera

And finally this is a Provocalips kiss proof lip colour in the shade Make Your Move, which

is perfect for all the BOYS I'll be kissing at the clubs tonight!

Fuck it I give up.

I'm just going to start with the BB cream, I'm just going to put a little bit on my

fingers like this and then just rub it all over my face like this…

Perfect!

Oh thank god they got my colour right, I hate when makeup's just, you know, too orange for

you, ya know?

And now it's time for foundation, you know what they say, foundation is the foundation

of the look!

I'm just taking my brush – I know, it needs a wash, it's so dirty, but I just can't

be bothered to wash it – relatable right?

Make sure you get every part of your face, and that includes your ears… and over your

eyelids… but make sure you NEVER put it on your neck, because foundation is for your

face and your neck is not your face!

So for my eyes I'm going to use the purple ones, but that means the gold one isn't

being used!

So I'm going to take that, oops, open it and spill it all over the place, and use it

as a gold, glittery highlight!

It's almost as if this product was MADE for highlights, beautiful!

Now it's a little golder than what I'd usually use for a highlight, but I think the glitter just

makes my look just pop.

Now for the eyes, everyone says to start light in the middle and then move darker towards

the outside, but I'm a bit unconventional.

My face is a little bit wider so I think having the dark part in the middle really makes my

face a lot slimmer.

Honestly, don't worry about blending because I think it looks perfectly fine as it is.

See? It really slims out my face and really draws attention to my nose.

Not many people do this, but it'll catch on soon, I promise.

And now it's time for eyeliner!

Now I like to add a wing, which can be tricky to do, only us professionals know how to do

it right, so just bring it up a bit further than what you'd think you'd have to bring it up to, and

then you fill it in, just like that.

Perfect!

So now we've got that eye done, so we just have to repeat it on the other eye!

And don't worry if it's even because honestly, your face isn't symmetrical so why should

your eyeliner be?

And the very last step is my lips!

So now we've got… two different products… why the fuck wouldn't they realize I can

DESCRIPTIVE AUDIO In a church basement, kids stand behind sets

of six colored circles arranged in two columns on the floor.

DANIELLE So the first letter we're going to do is an

easy one, we're going to do a B.

VO What seems like a modified game of Twister

is helping teach Braille to kids in this church basement in Rhode Island.

DESCRIPTIVE AUDIO Kids assume different positions to touch combinations

of the circles beneath them.

DANIELLE Bella you're on "4, 5"

VO The kids stretch and lunge to place feet,

hands, elbows and bellies on different combinations of circles lined up in two columns on the floor.

DANIELLE The next letter is "S".

DESCRIPTIVE AUDIO Animation shows the Braille cell with the

dots numbered one, two and three down the left column and four, five and six down the right.

VO The two columns of dots represent the Braille Cell, from which all letters

And this Braille yoga is part of the BELL Academy,

In Trump White House, Twitter Will Be In, �Business As Usual� Is Out.

Just as President-elect Donald Trump changed the dynamics of communicating with the American

people during his candidacy, his presidency will also usher in a new era of communication

between the White House and the American people.

�Business as usual is over,� Sean Spicer, Trump�s incoming White House press secretary,

told radio host Hugh Hewitt on Thursday.

Spicer said that Trump, who blazed a new communication trail with his use of Twitter, will not be

wedded to White House precedents.

�I think the thing that you�ve seen with Donald Trump is that he doesn�t, he doesn�t

look to the past and say I�ve got to conform to these precedents. He figures out what�s

the best way,� Spicer said.

Spicer said the traditional White House press conference will remain, but will become part

of a new mix of options that are still under discussion.

Earlier this week, Spicer said Trump will continue his Twitter use as president, saying

it will be �a really exciting part of the job.�

�I think that his use of social media in particular � is gonna be something that�s

never been seen before,� Spicer told Rhode Island news station WPRI. �He has this direct

pipeline in the American people, where he can talk back and forth.�

�I think that allows him to add an element of a conversation that�s never occurred,�

Spicer added. �He can put his thoughts out and hear what they�re thinking in a way

that no one�s ever been able to do before. I mean, he does communicate in a much bigger

way than there�s ever been before, and I think that�s gonna be just a really exciting

part of the job.�

Spicer told Hewitt Trump has many options.

� � maybe we do some town hall, you know, Facebook town halls. Maybe we go out and solicit

input from Twitter. I don�t, I mean, the answer is we�re looking at a lot of things,�

he said.

Spicer was clear that direct communication with the American people, which often bypasses

the mainstream media, will continue to be a major part of Trump�s connection with

the American people.

�There�s no question that you see through the platforms that exist right now, whether

it�s Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, he�s closing in like 45 million people that he

can have a conversation with,� Spicer said.

� � while we have to sort of do these press conferences because they�re part of

the fabric of our country, if you will, there are also some new opportunities that we can

be utilizing to bring more people into the process and have a conservation with the American

people and not just limit it through the filter of the mainstream media,� he added.

When Hewitt asked Spicer about the impact of the changes on the mainstream media, Spicer

noted, �Business as usual is over.�

Spicer said Trump�s communications strategy is not based on what the media wants, but

what the people deserve.

� � the President-elect looks at this and says what�s best for the country? How

do we put America and Americans first and stop trying to figure out how we cater to

you know, pundits and the establishment class, big donors. He is putting Americans first

and foremost,� Spicer said.

Spicer noted that the Trump White House will be listening as well as talking.

� � when he talks about Americans first, he means �I don�t care what a bunch of

elites tell me or people at a dinner party.� He wants to know what American workers care

about, what American families care about, what�s going to help American businesses

grow.

The goal of changing the communications mix, Spicer said, is to �bring more Americans

into� communications activities, �respect the American taxpayer more, and yield a better

result.�

Spicer said that Trump�s communications plan flows from an overall philosophy for

the administration as a while.

�I think that�s where sometimes the liberal media gets this wrong. It�s not saying we�re

going to treat it like a business, quote unquote,� he said.

�It�s making sure that there�s a mentality that says can we make sure we get the American

people a better product for their money so that they�re enjoying their lives better,

they have more opportunity, we�re growing jobs, wages have a better thing, and you know,

that regulations are a fundamental part of them, where we�re looking at them and saying

what can we ensure we do so that we�re not hampering businesses from helping our own

people get more in their paycheck,� he said.
