Hi, how's it going? Today I'm going to show you how to install an ETI class 1

type ballast with different kinds of reflectors, with cable and without cable.

When we buy the ETI ballast, it comes

with the ballast unit and the cable to connect it to the mains electricity.

Today we're going to fit it to a pair of reflectors,

one that comes with the direct socket, without a cable,

for which we will need another cable.

And the other reflector is supplied with a "Plug & Play" adaptor,

in this case we would use a female Plug & Play.

Also, of course, the HPS bulb and a few tools

(screwdrivers, cable strippers, etc) to perform the job.

We'll start by connecting the mains electricity supply cable

to the ballast. To do this, we need to take extra care

to our left, on the socket are the letters "F - F - N - N - LR - LA".

F - N (they are dotted) are Live and Neutral.

That's where we're going to connect the cable.

Normally N is Neutral, we'll connect the blue cable,

take the screwdriver, the cable,

simply connecting it to either of the two sockets, the dotted ones.

We put the blue cable in, tighten the screw, and the Neutral is connected.

And the same with the Live,

we connect the live to F, it's the brown cable, and we tighten it up.

If we do it the other way around, it's no problem,

we're working with 220w AC, so there's no polarity.

But while we're doing the job, we may as well do it correctly.

And above all, most importantly: the green/yellow cable,

the Earth connects to this screw on the side of the case.

This will avoid any problems if there's a short-circuit in the installation.

Perfect, it's ready now to connect the current.

We'll start by connecting the Alchimia Stuco reflector,

fitted with a male Plug & Play cable.

So, all we have to do to the ballast is connect

a female Plug & Play cable to the transformer output.

To the LR we connect the brown cable and tighten really well with

a flat head screwdriver, a small one in this case, so it fits in the socket.

And in the LA the blue cable, in the same way, the cable goes in the socket,

we tighten it, and once again, and very important,

we're left with the Earth cable. We'll also connect this to the case,

in this case using a cross-head screwdriver.

Before, we had fitted the Earth from the supply cable,

well now we'll put both cables on the case,

together and taking care that they stay in,

because this will give us the security we need in the installation.

Perfect, so now it's all ready to simply connect

the male and female Plug & Play.

We've done the electrical part, all wired up,

now to assemble the kit. Basically, first the bulb.

In this case a 250w high pressure sodium bulb,

because we're working with a 250w ballast.

We take hold of it carefully,

always trying not to touch the glass with our fingers…

we remove the paper, and we screw it into the ballast.

Very carefully, the HPS should be tightened well,

but without forcing it and breaking anything.

Once we've got it fully screwed-in we'll note the end of the tread,

there it is, perfect. The second step, very simple,

we take the Plug & Play male and female, and we connect them.

We're working without connection, no, not without connection but without

current at the moment, because we still haven't plugged the ballast in yet.

And now, yes, the final test :

We'll connect the ballast to the mains supply and see what happens.

It'll take a moment or two to warm up, but let's go…

there it is, we can see the bulb and how it's working

and in a few seconds it will reach it's maximum splendour.

We're working at 250w.

Perfect: connection, cable, ballast, cable reflector and bulb.

In the previous test we saw how to connect a reflector with Plug & Play,

in this case the Alchimia Stuco. Now we've removed the cable from the ballast

and what we're going to do now, with the cable stripped at both ends, simply,

with Live, Neutral and Earth, we're going to connect

a simple smooth reflector, that only has a connection socket.

What we have to do is connect this socket with the output of the ballast.

We take one end of the cable and connect it

to the socket following the colour code of the cables,

if we see blue, we connect the blue, which in this case is neutral,

and we tighten it well, taking care that the cable is well-fitted,

without any wires sticking out at the sides,

which could lead to a short-circuit. Blue, next the Earth,

the green/yellow that's in the centre in this case,

and we finish off with the Live, brown cable, inserting it in the socket as far

as it will go, and tightening well, again making sure no wires are protruding…

Perfect, we've got one end done and we can see,

let's leave it in this position. So that the reflector doesn't fall

and now to wire up the ballast on the other end.

We can start, if you want, with the Earth, we can connect it together

with the the Earth from the other 220v cable that we connected before.

This must go, like I said earlier, to the outer case,

where it connects with a cross-head screwdriver and will serve to protect us

from possible accidents due to short-circuits etc…

that may trip the fuses of your house.

Very good, we've got the Earth cable connected.

Well, in the LR we'll connect the brown cable, tighten well,and in the LA

were going to connect the blue cable in the output towards the reflector,

perfect. Firmly, we've got the cables done, let's continue with the bulb.

We take the bulb out, holding it by the cap

and being careful not to touch the glass with our fingers.

This will lengthen the life of the bulb in this case.

We screw in the bulb firmly but not too firmly, we don't want to break it.

Perfect, we've made the connection,

now all we need to do is connect the supply cable to the mains,

to the socket, and wait for it to start working as it is in this case.

amount of lukewarm water and soak nails

your nails dry in order to avoid fungus

in case you feel any kind of irritation

add more amount of water into the

mixture and apply at everyday to your

nails 5 garlic well mixed garlic oil

with a balanced quantity of vinegar for

treating white spots naturally apply the

solution on nails and then cover it with

a cloth or create bandage the mixture

will halt the activities of fungus

because of attentive fungal powers of

agilent which is found in garlic in case

garlic oil is not accessible you can use

olive oil

I'm Rachel Kaul, a Senior Policy Analyst in the Office of the Assistant Secretary for

Preparedness & Response.

I haven't always been in policy.

While getting my Masters in Social Work, I found my calling in trauma work.

I've seen countless people through the worst moments of their lives.

On 9-11, the Red Cross contacted me to help survivors at the Pentagon.

I volunteered as a mental health responder.

Six weeks later, the Red Cross sent me to New York to Ground Zero, where we helped the

responders to cope and carry on.

I learned from all of them.

Disaster mental health became my specialty.

I developed disaster training programs and plans for Maryland, and later for HHS' Substance

Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration.

After Hurricane Katrina hit the Gulf...it was unlike anything I'd ever seen.

At SAMHSA, I spent two years helping survivors get support and access mental health programs.

In 2008 I joined ASPR's Division for At-Risk Individuals, Behavioral Health, & Community

Resilience.

As a policy analyst, I coordinate federal, state, and local behavioral health partners

in lots of disaster-related efforts.

When the worst happens, together we find where the needs are...and quickly meet them.

So we make a difference.

At ASPR, the key is giving it away: if you have knowledge or tools that could help, you

don't hold back, you get it out there.

When I was considering doing policy work, a mentor said: "If you can do both policy

and clinical work, you should do it."

2017 it's really cute there's some water

coloring and gold over top and a really

the first item is the manuscript gold

marble 10 holder so I'm going to

grab that and see it looks like

it's really pretty, I myself only have two pen

holders one is a wooden one and one is a

black one so it's kind of cool to have a

new funky design, she

explains what the pen holder is 'this

gorgeous pen holder can be used with

most nibs it can also be the perfect

accent to your work in your photos I'm a

high percent on team straight pens' which

is kind of funny because I am as well I

don't normally use oblique pens

so I'm really excited to use this

the next item is the hero 40 and hero 41

nib "these are my two favourite nibs, I've

tried so many but I always go back to

these two, the blue one is sometimes called

the blue pumpkin and is totally a dupe for

the brause 36 but it's half price

so she has the nibs packaged in some

bubble wrap to keep safe

and they're in here so these are the two

that she provides I personally don't

have these nibs so I'm excited to try

these as well with the Pen, I'll just

stick one in here now and this actually

looks really pretty with blue nib

okay so the next one is liquitex Ink

iridescent bright gold

"I put a sample size together that's

equal to half , you can use it

with your nibs or mix it with water to

add some shimmer to your work and this

is also wrapped in some bubble wrap keep

it safe the gold ink here I actually

don't have a gold liqutex ink, I think I have

the white and the blue and I really love

the next thing is name it wine marker

this marker can write on any glass or

ceramic so that's this marker here it

will not rub off but it will come off in

the wash so you can redecorate for every

party it dries in one to three minutes

works best if you store tip down, so you can

use this to write everybody's name on

wine glasses if you have a party and then

just wash it off for the next time you

don't ruin your glasses and you can

have new people over the next time

the last item that she provided is

artist loft watercolor dual tip marker "I

would put a tombow but I like showing

that less expensive products can work

just as well a 12-pack is only $14

compared to $20 for 10 tombows I love

this brush pen this brush pen right here

it's a dual tip so it also has a monoline

on the other side

is great to do some line work, some black

line work when you need a really super

I'm going to use the

artist loft pen to do some of the bounce

lettering with these worksheets and show

you how this works and compare to

tombow I can grab my tombow and do an

example for you as well. This is the

first page of my little bounce lettering

guide it has the alphabet here and with

each letter I show you whether it's blue

or yellow the yellow ones are when your

exit stems go up and the blue ones are I

mean all exit stems

go up but when it's like the B or

the C they reach up higher but when it's

the D it tends to drop down farther and

then come up so when it drops down like

that you can easily add that

bounce and so the letters that are

circled in blue are the ones that are

easier to add that bounce and you can

see that here the U drops downs you have

a bit of bounce there at the end drops

down, you get some bounce there and you can

you can kind of do it the e as well just

the e kind of looks a little bit

funny you can

tell that it's an E and then the L

bounces down the T and I mean you don't

have to do it for all of those letters

but that kind of gives you a good

starting point of where you can start

doing that with it and you can get

pretty experimental and do whatever you

want because the bounce lettering

there's really no rule, this is a little

guide for you to show you which letters

might be easier to do the bounce

lettering with and then the two pages

behind this one here I have two words

the word wonderful and the word peanut

butter wonderful is a really good

example because it has a good variety

especially because the W you can

actually add a little bit of bounce to

the other half of the W and I mean you

could do a bounce with the W the n, the d

the U and the L so there's a bit of a

balance there and you can tell the

difference between the two here and then

the peanut butter I think this one's a

little bit more difficult not really

sure why maybe because you've got a lot

of e, a, u and n so they all kind of

dip down so I have them dipping down but

at different points like the e comes

down way farther and then the A's not as

far the n's a little bit farther than the a

but not as far as the e so it gives a

bit of variety between all the letters

because basically like all of these

letters can drop down but you don't want

to have them all dropping down the same

because then that defeats the purpose of

the bounce you don't get that up

and down it's going to be straight

across like it is when it

normal like script here so you can try

these just put a tracing paper over top

and give it a try and then in the last

sheet I just took a little quote or a

little saying no drama llama this is

what it's like when it's normal script

and then here I forgot to print this in

color so you can't see but I have the

circles here so ends drop down the o goes

up, the D drops down the a

drops down the M here I'm bringing it up

so it gives that really nice like up and

down bouncy look and then I have one

down here that's just a bit bigger that

you can practice with so I'm going to go

back to the first page and grab a piece

of tracing paper and I'm going to do one

of these words with the new artist loft

pen that was in the subscription box

from occasional calligraphy and I've

actually never tried it before so I'm

really curious I'm going to give that a

try now and I'm just going to trace over

the word wonderful I'm going to do it as

the straight script and then as well as bounce

and actually that pen felt really nice

it was a good difference between the

soft and stiff so I'm pretty happy with

that I'm going to continue now to the

bounce lettering and show you where it

drops I kind of accidentally did that

with the D here just because I'm used to

doing bounce lettering so this drops too

far it should still be in line

like a straight consistent script

this one is a little bouncier than that one

mean I kind of like bounce script better

it's a little bit more playful and

fun I'm going to try the other words

with the tombow I have, I can't

find my new tombow so I'm using the old

tombow so it's not going to be as nice

but I'll give it a try

again my end of my tombow is pretty

frayed so most of this is going to be

pretty thich and that's okay we all know

tombos really great but I do think

that's artist loft is pretty comparable

and for a cheaper price I would

definitely buy these I'm going to finish

this one with the artist loft just

because I like it and there you go.

Every particle has an antiparticle

which is identical to the particle but with opposite electric charge.

If the two meet,

they destroy each other and leave behind a flash of light.

Pairs of particles and antiparticles

- like electrons an positrons -

are all around us.

They are constantly created out of vacuum fluctuations

but immediately destroy each other again,

leaving behind no net energy.

If we invest sufficient energy

we can tear apart the virtual pair of particles and create a pair of real particles

that can trigger a detector.

But the virtual particle pairs have consequences even if they do not become real.

They do, for example, lead to a polarization of the vacuum around an atomic nucleus.

I know it seems strange, but the vacuum around us is never really empty.

It's this little left-over

Rasmussen College Student's Desire to Serve and Protect Led to a Big Career Change - Duration: 0:58.

When I first decided I was going to

pursue a degree in law enforcement, I

asked some of the other members in my

Police Reserves Unit where they went to school

and several of them came to Rasmussen

and had a lot of great things to say

about it. One thing that I really

appreciate the instructors have a lot of

experience and knowledge and they're

very eager to share that knowledge so I

think that's very helpful that they're

willing to share everything they know.

A lot of things intrigued me about law

enforcement, it gives me the opportunity

to serve the community and give back to

the community and there's also new

challenges presented to officers every

day so I think that's something I would

really enjoy. The main thing that I'd

like to say to those that have served or

currently serving is just thank you and

how much appreciation I have for what

they've done.

Good morning, I've been asked to speak to you in a similar vein to the excellent talk

we had from Mohammed on the first day. Im gonna try to introduce some of the

urgency of our work right now and with some reflections from South Sudan, where I have

been most recently. And i´ll also touch briefly on some other experience that i had in other

countries. I'll start by talking about who we are in South Sudan. We are a team of 294

staff, that´s a lot of professional expertise but when you add our 140 partners with whom

we work that becomes a force of several thousand people working for children rights. Of those

staff we have 215 South Sudanese staff and 78 international staff. Some of you may have

heard that in July last year we had a bit of crisis in Juba and the country office became

inaccessible for a little while and for that reason we decided to decentralize our management

to the rest of our field offices in South Sudan so we've moved some of our management

posts from Juba to our 10 field offices that we have throughout the country. South Sudan

is a very fragile operating environment, rule of law has more or less broken down since

2013 and in 2016 there was a further deterioration. I´m sorry to say that South Sudan has also

the highest casualty rate for humanitarian workers and since 2013 we've lost 189 colleagues.

Most recently, about a month ago, we got a call from our child protection partners, they

were finally off on the road to the small town to the east of the country to set up

a branch of the program that we support to reintegrate the former child soldiers. We

got a phone call an hour later, and their convoy had been ambushed and all 6 staff were

killed. You may also recall July 2016 there was the tragic and awful brutal rape and sexual

abuse of 6 female international staff in Juba with UN peacekeepers a few hundred meters

away but unable to get to them in time. And if I can switch countries for a second, in

Somalia 2015 in Garowe, Puntland, we lost 4 colleagues, UNICEF staff, when a suicide bomber stepped

on the bus that was taking them to work and blew himself up. When I was in Yemen, we had

a colleague who was in a cause of duty on the way to airport and he was kidnaped and

i had the very painful task with having to update the family time to time on the situation

and negotiations around his release and fortunately he was released 13 months later. Safe and

sounds and he is still working for UNICEF. We all still work for UNICEF and i am quite

convinced we should be working for UNICEF, doing the right work in the right way. Let

me talk a little bit of South Sudan. It is the newest country in the world, became independent

in 2011, it was the government imploded or fell in on itself in 2013 and have been fighting

this split into two fractions ever since 2013. There was a fragile peace agreement

ongoing until about july 2016 and then it fell apart as well. So the country is sort

of characterized by fragmented warfare. The child statistics in South Sudan are absolutely

staggering. We have 1,8 million children out of school, we have got 17 thousand children

in armed groups, we have had a massive population movement as the conflict moves around the

country. And for example we have 200 000 thousand people who have sought refuge with UN, UN

and protected sites. 1,6 million of South Sudanese across the boarder into Uganda and

another countries. We've got almost 2 million of displaced people many have been displaced

multiple times. During the course such population movement, you get children separated from

families, we have registered 14 000 children who are separated from their families. There

is 1 million of children who are malnourished, a quarter of whom severely ... If you're severely

malnourished you have a likelihood 9 times higher of dying of something simple as diarrhea.

But we have a good robust program, we are going to, for example, there is just few statistics.

we're going to this year to reunite 4 500 children with their families,we are gonna

provide basic play therapy, kind of psycho-social support for 700 000 children, we will be treating

200 000severely Kili malnourished children, vaccinating more than a million children against

killer diseases like measles, we will be getting 300 000 children into school, we will be providing

safe water for 800 000 people. How do we operate in such a difficult environment? We wanted

to talk, I wanted to talk briefly about something called the rapid response mechanism, a road

travel is dangerous, conflict cuts us off at any given moment from different parts of

the country. And the rainy season also renders half of the country and make it inaccessible

for about half of year. So we, with WFP, we developed this thing called the rapid response

mechanism, we focus on states that have the highest food insecurity and malnourished rates

and most notably at the moment those central, northern central states where the famine was

declared earlier this year and we fly in a group of experts, before we do that, we have

to negotiate the access to those parts of the country so we'll call up, we will have

meetings with the force commanders in Juba we will call up the opposition generals wherever

they are, we'll call the people on the ground, the officers, whoever's there to guarantee

some sort of safety for our staff and we see it as a way of opening up the area for our

partners to return in more permanent way to be able to provide the much-needed services,

so during such a mission we'll fly in a team of experts, of health experts and nutritionists,

the WASH experts, child protection specialists, and education person. We drop them there and

they together with WFP, they will camp out there for about a week and, it could be two

weeks, and whilst WFP registers the population for a food distribution which is then air

dropped, we will provide a basic set of services such we can in that short period of time so

we'll set up a ...health, temporary health center, we will do health screening, we'll

provide vaccination, if needed, we'll do nutrition screening and provide nutritional support

again if needed. And we will provide safe water facilities or water purification tablets,

buckets, jerry cans, that kind of things, mosquito nets, school in boxes, play kits

and we will registered on a company children that were there. And then we have to fly out

and leave but hopefully we'll be able to leave our partners there to continue the services

otherwise we do it on rotation, we come back to the same place. This year we've just in

the famine affected areas we've reached 128 000 people, this is in addition to our regular

emergency program of whom 30 000 children are, 30 000 young children, and one of these

rapid response mechanism can reach any given time 40 000 people, we can do five a month

or that's what we're aiming for and each one cost forty five thousand dollars just for

the logistic. We are aiming to reach 100 000 additional people every month for the rest

of this year. I've joined one of these RRM in a place called Mayiendit, which is in Unity state, which is where the famine was declared and

while i was there I was able to talk to some

of the women who presented themselves at the Center for screening

and I asked one of the women who was having her child measured for weight and for height, so for malnutrition,

and I asked where she'd come from

and she'd come from the swamp areas, quite a few hours

walk from the town where we were. And she was having a child .. I asked her what she

will be doing when she'd finish so she is going straight back to the swamp, she has

been in the swamp since 2013 as a safest place to be during this awful conflict. In another

town, also in Unity States called Ganyliel, I visited a Stabilization center that we run,

the stabilization centers are there to look out after severely acutely malnourished children

with medical complications and I met an older woman who was a grandmother of the child there,

she'd been in her village on a small island in the swamp areas and suddenly the town had

come under attack, or the village had come under the attack. Her daughter was out foraging

for food somewhere and her son-in-law was not around, men in there lets say between

14 and 40 or 50, are liable to just be shot on sight by these militia groups so he was

no around so she did what a good grandmother has to do, she picked up her grandson and

ran and she actually walked for two days through, at times waist-high water with her little

one-year old on her back, and by the time she got to be in the town that I was, I was

with the child with severely .. malnourished and fortunately has been admitted in to the

center that we support is on the road to recovery. Another town that I have visited is called

Yei, in South of the country, Yei is unusual because until 2016 it was the only stable

part of the country had been for a long time and it's also the breadbasket for the country.

But unfortunately in late 2016 it also became embroiled in the conflict. I met a group of

mothers in Yei town, Yei town is currently controlled by the government, it's encircled

by opposition militia who are in turn encircled by government again and so during the fighting

most of the population fled the town to seek safety in the bush across the border in Uganda,

this group of mothers has come back in and I asked them why they'd brave the odds and

cross three front lines to get back into the town and they tell me they'd come in because

the school year was starting, that was in February, and they were quite convinced they

needed to get their children into school and I found that very touching and very telling.

So these stories are happening every day, and every day we have an opportunity to act

positively to change the life for a child. I want to talk very briefly about brand, it's

not my favorite subject but I thinks it's important, in Yemen I was there for several

years and I sued to take a lot of taxis and as you know taxi drivers are good social barometer

of what's going on and every, just about every single time, Yemenese are extremely friendly,

I get into the taxi and the guy would say "..." which means "is the brother, me, from

Syria?" and I would say "No I'm not from Syria I'm from Kenya and you'd say "..." very welcome,

if I'd like Yemen-Yes I love Yemen and then he would say "who do you work for or what

do you do" and I said I work for UNICEF and almost invariably the spontaneous response

would be "ah children's organization..child rights" and he used that term and I found

that really telling that our brand is working on the ground. I don't know if it's the stickers

or the t-shirts or what we do on radio or the way we communicate or the programs we

deliver, it's probably a mix but I thought that was good to hear and good to report back

to you. Let me conclude by offering a tremendous .. thanks to you all who so clearly and strongly

and warmly behind everything we do in the field because together as united force we

can make a change for every child. Okey.

Sniper Ghost Warrior 3 Review - Enjoyable, but not without major flaws - Duration: 12:06.

Sniper Ghost Warrior 3 is a bit of a curious game.

It doesn't do anything special with its gameplay or story, and its open world content is some

of the most generic I've seen in quite a while, yet despite all of this I found myself having

a surprising amount of fun.

As it turns out, being a super sneaky sniper is a strong enough premise on its own to not

require anything truly revolutionary to make it enjoyable.

So if you're a fan of stealth/sniper games and you're wondering if Sniper Ghost Warrior

3 is something you might enjoy, allow me to give you my thoughts on the gameplay and story

after a rather lengthy playthrough and you can hopefully decide from there.

The "Sniper Ghost Warrior" part of the title is not there just because it looks cool, it

actually perfectly describes the gameplay.

You will spend a lot of time prone on hillsides redecorating rooms with a high caliber sniper

rifle, sneaking and stabbing your way through enemy encampments in search of information

and shiny loot, and naturally, blowing everything up to smithereens when you eventually mess

up and get caught.

Neither option is better than the others, and its going to be purely up to you to decide

what sort of mix you'll decimate your enemies with.

Personally I found sniping to be the most enjoyable as its by far the most complex and

skill-focused of the three playstyles, but having multiple options available to you at

all times is definitely a good thing.

As you do actions that represent a certain playstyle, things such stealth takedowns or

sniper headshots, you will gain experience in that talent tree.

Once you get enough experience points you can convert them into rather useful talents

that range from simple things like extra health to the insanely powerful noise reduction.

There are only nine talents in each of the three trees, and with some of them being obviously

better than the rest there really isn't much of a choice when it comes to progression.

However, I must admit it does feel particularly nice to see your abilities become stronger

the more you use them as it gives a real sense of character growth.

I just wish there was a greater number of talents to choose from as that would be an

excellent incentive for multiple playthroughs.

The only real issue with the whole system arises when Sniper Ghost Warrior 3 decides

to take your sniper rifle away, or force you down an incredibly cramped area where long

range fire simply isn't an option.

Much like the forced stealth sections of the previous generation of FPS games these missions

quickly get irritating because of how limited your options are.

You can't give someone complete freedom and then just randomly take it away!

None of this would matter if the mechanics weren't up to par, which is why I'm very glad

to say that the sniping in Sniper Ghost Warrior 3 is as good as it should be given the name.

Its not overly realistic or even revolutionary, but there is enough going for it to make it

fairly interesting.

You have to adjust for wind speed, bullet drop, and the target's movement all at the

same time, and while this might sound simple things gets quite tricky when you're trying

to splatter someone a kilometer away.

You're probably going to miss everything beyond a hundred meters until you get used to how

the environment affects your bullets, but once you finally figure it out and snipe someone

square in the head from the next town over its going to feel downright amazing!

Just make sure to disable the aim assist which is turned on by default for some reason.

It completely kills any sort of enjoyment you might get out of sniping your enemies

since it literally tells you where your bullet will land, so instead of a sniping game you're

just playing a point & click one instead.

As for the actual guns (and oddly enough bow), they are exactly as you would expect from

any modern FPS.

The rifles and pistols aren't particularly amazing or enticing to use, and you definitely

won't base your entire playthrough around them, but they will do just fine when you

need to shoot some bad guys in the face.

The one outstanding thing I can say about them is that they are appropriately lethal.

If you shoot an enemy in the face, chances are they will die instantly unless they were

wearing some heavy duty armor.

As such, even though the rifles aren't anything exciting they do feel quite powerful and reliable,

which is a good thing indeed given how many times you'll need to chain multiple kills

in a row in order to remain undetected.

That said, there are some enemies later in the game that are so bullet-spongy that it

borders on ridiculous.

And I'm not exactly sure why they even exist given that they aren't particularly hard to

beat, just kind of annoying.

Since weapons don't work on magical fairy dust you will need to pack quite a lot of

ammo for each of your missions, which is where Sniper Ghost Warrior 3 has a really good idea.

Instead of having random packs of ammo scattered every ten meters to keep you supplied, you

have to rely on the ammo you brought with you.

And best of all, there are multiple ammo types with plenty of uses for each one!

So in theory you have to spend a lot of resources either buying or crafting ammo in preparation

for each of your missions, which as an idea I absolutely adore, but the problem is that

you have so much money and resources that you don't have to make any difficult decisions

throughout your playthrough.

In my preview I speculated that this would happen somewhere around the middle point,

but when I got my hands on the full version I quickly realized that this is an issue from

the very start!

A real shame since I was genuinely looking forward to planning out my equipment and ammo

budget for some of the tougher missions, because that's kinda what being a stealth operative

is all about - doing the best you can with the minuscule resources you have on hand.

This little issue on its own wouldn't be too big of a nuisance, but it directly ties into

the open world content.

Much like how it works in the vast majority of games today the open world in Sniper Ghost

Warrior 3 feels like needless padding with very little interesting stuff to do.

There are some great side-missions and a couple of interesting locations to visit, but in

general the points of interest are either host to a couple of enemies, a couple of boxes,

or a combination of both.

Shooting enemies is always fun, but since crafting materials are so overabundant there

really isn't much of a reason for you to explore any of these random locations when you can

do the same thing in the much better designed missions.

Once I realized this I ended up completely ignoring the open world content and played

Sniper Ghost Warrior 3 like a semi-linear game with a giant hub-world, and to be perfectly

honest it works much better that way.

The previously mentioned missions, along with the sniping gameplay, are definitely the highlight

of Sniper Ghost Warrior 3.

The vast majority of them offer multiple routes to your objective, plenty of vantage points

so you can properly plan your attack, and more than enough cover to make any sort of

playstyle viable.

Add to this a few side-objectives such as retrieving fallen drones or getting through

with no civilian casualties and you've got missions that are both fun to plan out, and

fun to actually solve.

The only thing that somewhat hampers that enjoyment is the braindead enemy AI.

The enemies are simply not equipped to deal with the tricks and ambushes you can set up

for them.

For example, you can raise an alarm, hide in a random shack with one entrance, and then

mow down thousands of enemies without losing a single bit of health.

Instead of smoking you out with a constant barrage of grenades, or really anything at

all, most of them will just slowly walk towards you in single file, only to get immediately

mowed down and replaced with the next guy in the line.

Thankfully, if you stick to stealth and sniping the AI is mostly inoffensive, though it does

have one annoying feature - you can't just get spotted by one enemy.

In other words, if you are seen the entire enemy camp will know exactly where you are!

As such its incredibly punishing to even attempt stealth takedowns over simply using your sniper

rifle.

Why risk having an entire enemy base bear down upon you if you can just laze around

on a hill and shoot them all in the face one by one?

I've heard numerous complaints about Sniper Ghost Warrior 3's framerate and general bugginess,

but unless I'm the luckiest man alive most of these issues appear to have been patched.

I've had very little FPS drops throughout my entire playthrough, and the only bugs I

noticed were located in the boring open world content, so those can be easily ignored.

As for the visuals, they are pretty standard for this day and age.

The only thing that stands out are the facial animations which are unfortunately not up

to par with the rest, but since you will only see them infrequently it isn't that egregious

of a problem.

Most importantly, the levels all look pretty damn good and have a nice atmosphere about

them, so even though the visual fidelity isn't on The Witcher 3 level I don't see any reason

to complain about the graphics.

The story on the other hand I have plenty of reasons to complain about, but its really

not worth the time.

Its fairly predictable, the main character is unlikable as he often acts like an asshole

to people that are only trying to help him, and overall the whole thing exists mostly

to connect the dots between each mission rather than as a cohesive narrative.

This is then further exemplified by the open world content being completely removed from

the story itself, so even if you help out the local population they will continue to

be emotionless drones milling about.

Similarly, if you take a jeep and run ten people over like an absolute madman there

will be absolutely no consequences for your actions.

Even nearby NPCs who witness the senseless slaughter will not be bothered to do anything

about it, they will just continue being useless props.

So if you decide to skip the entire story and focus only on the fun missions, worry

not as you won't really be missing out on anything of substance.

Sniper Ghost Warrior 3 is the very definition of an average game, but that doesn't mean

its bad.

It doesn't do anything revolutionary and its open world is about as generic as it gets,

yet despite all of these flaws I found myself having fun throughout the entirety of my playthrough.

I'm probably never going to play Sniper Ghost Warrior 3 ever again, but if you can find

it at a decent price and you enjoy sniping/stealth games I think I can safely say you'll have

a bit of fun with it as well.

Just make sure you're getting into it for the "sniper" part of the title as that is

by far the strongest and most developed one.

this is this is fun actually this is

quite a fun game so I have once again

gotten a request to play this game

through my Fiverr page and this game is

called Orn dot io oh this is very very

similar to Agar.io

if any of you remember that that

is exactly what this game is like it's

exactly like Agar.io but it's 3d

you have you have these spheres you're

supposed to eat other people's balls and

this is quite a lot of fun I actually

really enjoy this one I don't really

play a whole lot of these dot IO games

but this one is really fun I do have to

say there's no music so hence why we are

listening to some random music that I

decided to put in here

about for this all I know is this is a

kind of kind of interesting now there

isn't really a whole heck of a lot for

me to commentate on except for things

that randomly happen you do start to

lose mass randomly per second it seems

as you go along playing this game so

that is to keep people from getting to

time

and this is the problem because we you

can actually split those bikes

you can split yourself up but then

there's also these spikes here that will

pop you just like in agario it's exactly

like that only 3d but it is a lot of fun

and then to you just wait a little tiny

bit and your balls will just randomly

come back together there we go we have

conjoined all that the one once again

except I have lost some of my total mass

since this mr. red person up here

decided to eat some of me it although it

was kind of my stupidity to try and go

after him and we have no name here who

is at 19,000 710 points so good for him

he's doing great

my goal is obviously to get this high as

we possibly can we got a bunch of orange

over here orange must have split at

lunch I wonder I wonder I wonder if I

can eat some of orange can I eat some of

orange ah I cannot eat some of orange

well shoot because that would have been

nice could you imagine if I could have

feedback here that I would give is just

that when you split you go just slightly

slightly farther because you kind of

just go like that that that's hardly

anything you have to get extremely close

to anyone to be able to do that but when

you're bigger it doesn't work because

everyone else is faster than you then

again I don't know maybe that will

unbalance the game and will make it too

easy for big people to split and eat

others so maybe that is totally fine and

it is perfect the way it is I don't

really know I just feel like it should

be a bit bigger but other than that yeah

Variety Village @TorontoPolice Children's Games - Duration: 1:43.

We are here today to celebrate the 35th

annual Children's Games this is

a partnership between the Toronto Police

Service Variety Village and our

community and it is evolved into a

wonderful community tradition that the

participants that come to these games

look forward to all year long these

games are important to the participants

that come here every year because it is

a day of inclusivity it is a day that we

don't recognize their disabilities but

we recognize their abilities these games

are all about being one team together

having fun and celebrating what we can

do not what we can't do

personally the same mean to me the

collaboration and the teamwork amongst

members of Police Service and all the

children here today and a day of them

participating and abilities to do

all these sports events and to

compete and have a fun day and build

relations with the police and also

having a child that's visually

impaired this facility means a

great deal to her and that she'll be

using it quite a bit in the future as

well people leave here today feeling so

extremely grateful for everything they

have in life because they see what life

can be with challenges and it's a really

wonderful experience that our members

are excited we max out in our volunteers

every year we have to say no to people

because we just don't have room for them

and that's really a testament of the

spirit of the Toronto Police Service

coming together with our community.
