Lucy Rose: a cantora que fez uma turnê organiza pelos fãs (The Lucy Rose's South America trip) - Duration: 6:04.

I'm here with Lucy Rose, English singer and songwriter.

She's travelled around Latin America, staying at the fans homes, playing gigs they arranged for her.

In this video, she tells how was this trip.

She speaks in English, but keep the subtitles on, because I speak Portuguese some times.

The day after I interviewed Lucy Rose, I came to her gig, she played with two other musicians.

She played the guitar, the eletric guitar and the keyboard.

One musician played the bass guitar, and the eletric guitar. And the other guy, keyboard,

violin and eletric guitar. Lucy said during the gig that sometimes she plays with two more musicians.

Just before the gig, she shown the 20 minutes documentary about her 8-weeks-Latin America trip.

Several times during the film, she gets emocional, because she had fellings for the fans who

took care of her. At the time to say goodbye, she cries.

She didn't go to travel alone, she went with her husband, this guy wearing a white shirt.

He is also her roadie, and he filmed and made the documentary with her.

On the screen, the link to Lucy Rose channel. The link to Easy Music channel. Please, subscribe me.

There is another video on the screen. Stay with me. See you.

What's a compound noun ? - Duration: 7:21.

hello everyone how are you today this

marc I'm doing great thanks for asking

so what do these words have in common

shoelace passerby sister-in-law seatbelt

if you want to know the answer

stay tuned because we're going to talk

about compound nouns right we're going to

talk about compound nouns and a noun is a

word that names a person an animal a

place an idea or a thing there can be

concrete or abstract nouns

a concrete noun is something that you

can touch for example a table a

whiteboard a house a fire an apple things

that you can touch an abstract noun is

for example nature love happiness they are

feelings ideas emotions quantities

things that you cannot touch they're

usually introduced with articles

indefinite or definite articles for

example an apple house a computer the

dog etc also they can be introduced

with possessive adjectives like my

suitcase his shirt etc and determiners

for example this class that plant etc I

said that we're going to talk about

compound nouns it's a fixed expression

made with more than one word so the

first rule to follow is that the first

part of the compound noun usually is a

purpose or kind I will give you some

examples later on the second part

usually is who or what the stress is on the

first syllable

so

WEEKend and not weekEND but WEEKend

and you can sometimes omit the second

word only after mentioning it first so

for example how often do you use your

personal computer ? personal computer here

is a compound noun right ? and I can

answer I use my computer every evening

so I don't need to mention personal

right so I just omit personal and I

just mention computer don't

forget that I used in this case the

possessive adjective my to identify

which computer I'm talking about now

some compound nouns are written with

hyphens

for example baby-sitter and here we have

a - or brother-in-law here we have - -

and letter-box these are examples and

there are a lot of them others can be

written with or without - for example

air conditioner you can write the - or

you can omit it living room okay with or

without the - some compounds that

consist of more than two words are

written partly with a hyphen and a space

for example back-seat and here we have

a - back-seat passenger no - we just

add a space mother-tongue

speaker for example

now obviously compound nouns can be

countable and uncountable and I listed

some countable ones blood donor here we

don't need a - blood donor bus stop car

park

uncountable ones further education so

we don't say further educationS but we

say further education do-it-yourself

fast-food and then the last one toilet

paper now I'm going to erase this and

I'm going to show you other points about

compound nouns actually I think is the

most important point in this lesson

right so we're back compound nouns are

made of two words usually but sometimes

more they're made up of a noun plus noun

for example housewife classmate

classroom etc then we have

adjective plus noun for example high

school old-age dining-room greenhouse

or noun plus verb rainfall train

spotting etc now plus adverb passer-by

runner-up or verb plus noun driving license

washing machine adverb plus noun

bystander for example and adjective plus

verb dry-cleaning

so now let's recap in this lesson we

talked about compound nouns but I first

started by describing what a noun is the

compound noun is a word made up of two

or more words put together there can be

noun plus noun adjective plus noun noun

plus verb noun plus adverb etc just like

nouns there can be countable or

uncountable compound nouns well that's

it for today thank you very much for

watching please subscribe to my channel

if you haven't subscribed yet you'll get

a new lesson next week don't forget to

share the lesson if you liked it and if

you want you can write your own exam

full of a compound noun under this video

have a great day and see you next week take

care bye bye

Hyperphosphatemia - causes, symptoms, diagnosis, treatment, pathology - Duration: 12:37.

Hyper- means over, -phosphat- refers to phosphate, and -emia refers to the blood, so hyperphosphatemia

means having a high phosphate level in the blood, typically above 4.5 mg/dL.

Phosphate is made up of one central phosphorus atom surrounded by four oxygen atoms in a

tetrahedral arrangement, like a mini pyramid, and has a charge of minus 3 and is written

PO43-.

In the body, about 85% of the phosphate is stored in the bones, where it combines with

calcium to make a tough compound called hydroxyapatite which is the stuff that makes bones hard.

Of the remaining phosphate, a tiny amount is extracellular, or outside cells like in

the blood, so this is the bit that gets measured, and the majority is intracellular, or inside

cells, where it does all sorts of things.

It's responsible for phosphorylation, where it binds to fats and proteins.

It forms the high energy bonds of adenosine triphosphate or ATP, which is the most common

energy currency in the cell.

It's part of the DNA and RNA backbone that links individual nucleotides together, and

is also part of cellular signaling molecules like cyclic-adenosine monophosphate or cAMP.

Bottom line - phosphate is super important.

Because most of phosphate is locked up with calcium in the bones, the levels of phosphate

are heavily tied with the levels of ionized calcium in the body.

If calcium levels fall, the four parathyroid glands buried within the thyroid gland release

parathyroid hormone which frees up both calcium and phosphate ions from the bones.

It does this by stimulating osteoclasts, the cells that break bone down, to release hydrogen

ions which dissolves the hard, mineralized hydroxyapatite.

As soon as the positively-charged calcium and negatively-charged phosphate are released

from the bones, they grab onto each other again like a pair of star-crossed lovers,

meaning that the ionized calcium level doesn't really go up very much at all.

Now, these two make their way to the nephron of the kidney, and at this point in the proximal

convoluted tubule, phosphate usually gets reabsorbed back into the blood via sodium-phosphate

cotransporters.

It turns out, though, that parathyroid hormone also shuts this down.

This means that phosphate is left in the lumen and eventually gets sent out in the urine.

Now, that calcium's still in the lumen, though, but parathyroid hormone also affects

the distal convoluted tubule and increases calcium reabsorption.

So when the dust settles, as a result of parathyroid hormone, phosphate is lost in the urine while

ionized calcium is kept in the blood, so ionized calcium levels rise and phosphate levels fall!

With all of this in mind, hyperphosphatemia can develop a few different ways.

The first possibility is as a result of acute or chronic kidney disease, and for this we'll

use some numbersssss.

So, let's say normally the glomerular filtration rate, or fluid filtered into the kidney per

unit time, is 180 L / day, and the phosphate concentration of the blood is 0.04 g / L,

then 7.2 g of phosphate get filtered per day, and let's say 90% gets reabsorbed, or 6.48

g, then 10%, or 0.72 grams get excreted per day.

Now with kidney disease, the GFR falls to 28.8 L/day, which means only 1.2 g gets filtered,

and only 0.12 g get excreted in a day, and so where there was 0.72 grams being excreted

per day, now there's only 0.12 g, so that difference stays in the blood every day, and

contributes to hyperphosphatemia!

This number, 28.8 L/day, or 20 mL/min, is the point at which it's thought excretion

can't keep up with intake.

In addition, the kidneys may be unable to reabsorb calcium and more gets excreted.

Remember that in response to low calcium, the parathyroid glands release parathyroid

hormone...but since it just gets wasted, it keeps releasing parathyroid hormone - this

is called secondary hyperparathyroidism because the primary problem is with the kidneys.

This causes a continual release of calcium and phosphate from the bones like an open

tap, and while calcium is excreted due to impaired reabsorption, phosphate is reabsorbed

due to impaired excretion, so phosphate builds up in the blood.

To make matters worse, all this loss from the bones makes them thin and weak, which

is part of a process called renal osteodystrophy, which describes the overall bone changes that

happen in people with chronic kidney disease.

Related to this is pseudohyporparathyroidism, which is where the kidneys simply don't

respond to parathyroid hormone because of a genetic defect in the parathyroid hormone

receptor.

Since parathyroid hormone tells the kidneys to save calcium and get rid of phosphate,

and calcium's lost and phosphate builds up in the blood, following the same pattern

as kidney disease, including the thinning of the bones.

All right, so since, again, parathyroid hormone causes excretion of phosphate and reabsorption

of calcium, then another cause of hyperphosphatemia is hypoparathyroidism, when the parathyroid

glands don't produce enough parathyroid hormone in the first place.

Resulting in the same situation of increased reabsorption of phosphate and decreased reabsorption

of calcium.

This can happen following a thyroid gland removal surgery when the parathyroids are

accidentally taken out too or radiation treatment for cancer of the head or neck.

People with the genetic disease DiGeorge syndrome, are often born with parathyroid glands that

are too small and can't produce enough parathyroid hormone.

Alternatively, phosphate levels can rapidly increase in the blood from excessive intake

and absorption through the gastrointestinal tract or bloodstream via intravenous fluids.

One cause is taking too much of a phosphate-based laxative either orally or rectally as an enema.

A final cause of hyperphosphatemia relates to the fact that most phosphate in the body

is within the cells.

Any time a lot of cells die, that phosphate gets spilled into the bloodstream, causing

hyperphosphatemia.

This includes things like crush injuries, like when a piano falls on someone's legs,

or tumor lysis syndrome, or cancer treatment which causes lots of tumor cells to die all

at once, or rhabdomyolysis, or rapid destruction of skeletal muscle cells.

Another situation is when living cells get affected by respiratory acidosis, which is

when the carbon dioxide levels rise because a person isn't breathing or ventilating

it out of the lungs quickly enough.

That carbon dioxide can diffuse into a cell and react with water to form carbonic acid

which quickly breaks into a proton and bicarbonate.

The bicarbonate goes back into the blood in exchange for a chloride ion, leaving behind

the proton.

This lowers the cellular pH.

Now, normally glycolysis in the cell uses up a lot of phosphate, but this lower pH tends

to inhibit glycolysis.

As a result, the cells don't pull as much phosphate out of the blood, allowing levels

in the blood to rise.

Similarly, in diabetic ketoacidosis, there are low levels of insulin, and although the

exact mechanism is unclear, it reduces the amount of phosphate that cells extract from

the blood, causing it again to build up in the blood.

In this case, though, it's a slower process since there's also an osmotic diuresis or

increased urination from the hyperglycemia.

Mild hyperphosphatemia doesn't usually cause symptoms, but severe hyperphosphatemia can

make neurons more excitable.

This triggers the spontaneous firing of neurons and tetany or the involuntary contraction

of muscles.

This can cause Chvostek's sign, which is when facial muscles twitch after the facial nerve

is lightly finger tapped 1 cm below the zygomatic process.

It also can cause Trousseau's sign, which is where a blood pressure cuff occludes the

brachial artery, and that pressure on the nerve is enough to make it fire, resulting

in a muscle spasm that makes the wrist and metacarpophalangeal joints flex.

It can also cause symptoms like tetany, tingling around the mouth, seizures, and bone pain.

The high levels of phosphate also cause it to find and stick to calcium - like long lost

lovers - forming bone-like crystals containing calcium and phosphate in places that they

shouldn't be, like just beneath the skin, in the walls of blood vessels, in joints,

or in the kidneys where they can form kidney stones.

With long-term hyperphosphatemia, the whole kidney can eventually turn into bone, which

is called nephrocalcinosis.

In other words, flesh literally turning to bone - Skeletor would be proud.

This widespread calcification of healthy tissues is called metastatic calcification.

In this case, metastatic means that the tissue rapidly changes from one thing to another,

rather than referring to cancer.

Diagnosis of hyperphosphatemia is based on the phosphate level being above 4.5 mg/dL,

and treatment involves decreasing phosphate intake and increasing phosphate excretion

output.

This is accomplished by avoiding foods that contain a lot of phosphate like dairy, meat,

and soda - in other words, no more pepperoni pizza with coke.

To decrease the amount of phosphate that's absorbed from the gastrointestinal tract,

people are given medications called phosphate binders.

You can also try to increase excretion of phosphate, and in people with healthy kidneys,

a combination of intravenous saline and a loop diuretic like furosemide can increase

excretion.

This is called forced diuresis and it essentially overwhelms the proximal convoluted tubule

of the nephron with so much fluid that it's unable to effectively reabsorb solutes, including

phosphate.

Alright, as a quick recap, hyperphosphatemia describes high phosphate levels in the blood,

above 4.5 mg/dL, which can result from increased absorption and intake, decreased excretion,

or a shift of phosphate from the inside of cells to the bloodstream.

High levels of phosphate ions in the blood also like to bind with calcium forming bone

like crystals

which can slowly turn tissues themselves into bony structures.

Classical Musicians React: SEVENTEEN 'Mansae' vs 'Very Nice' - Duration: 15:19.

Yunyi: What's the... this symbol <attempts>

Yunyi: Is this it? Kevin: That's unfortunate

Umu: What idk what you're talking about

Yunyi: The seventeen symbol

Yunyi: HELP!!!

Umu: I thought the seventeen symbol was just this

Yunyi: No Kevin: 2 pm~

Yunyi: It actually writes out seventeen

Kevin: 2pm

Umu: Oh! yes backwards, you're seventeen, you're seventeen

Kevin: 3 pmmmmmm

Umu: No no that's backwards lol

Ben: Seventeen <korean pronunciation on fire >

Shimon: AHAHA

Ben: Seventeen <english>

<trumpet intro>

<Emiel's dramatic entrance>

Shimon: You could've just like read the english in a really korean accent Ben: Dude most of the time!

Ben: Like there's a lot of Korean that are like English words written in korean like it takes me so long like computer and like television

Ben: Dude took me like 25 min to figure out it was the same thing

Umu: we're starting today up with seventeen! Remember seventeen? Henry: <excited>

Henry: yeah~ Fiona: I DO

Umu: oh yeah guys by the way this is Emiel he's part of it now Henry and Fiona: WHoooooooo

Umu: okay so seventeen first we're gonna be reacting to their song called mansae and enjoy it!

Henry and Lindsey: 3, 2, 1

Gwen: I forgot how cute they are

Yunyi: Aww he's so pretty

Henry: It's a bomb

Yunyi: OH IT'S A BOMB!

Everyone: alkdjladhg

Lindsey: AHAAAHHA

Davis: That's cute yeah

Kevin: what's with all these basses gosh

Ben: Claps

Jeremy: .. this is so Gwen: That slap bass

Ben: Percussion yep, and that funky bass

Kevin: Yes Yunyi: Funky

Naoki: Oh that's good!

Davis: Nice

Kevin: It kind of reminds me of Growl <sings it>

Yunyi: ohhh Kevin: Yeah i was listening

Emiel: this is pretty good

Lindsey: I like this because I'm trying to think of what it sounds like and it just does its own thing

Lindsey: like i just can't even think of what to compare it to

Emiel: Not sure about the aesthetic but the tune is good, tune is good

Henry: ohhhh spicyyyy

Fiona: spicy that's a spicy boy Henry: Jesus

Kevin: I feel like if this was one of the first kpop songs that i heard, I'd appreciate the funk vibe way more

Kevin: Because I've heard so many ones with the funk vibe now this is starting to be a little mediocre still very good

Henry: Dude with the long hair Fiona: It got longer

Henry: I feel like ----?

Yunyi: Oh!! that was like a mario Kevin: Yeah

Davis: Seventeen <fans himself> ... making it warm in here

Naoki: That was cool harmony there

Ben: Yeah this guitar is also killin' yeah

Fiona: Gotta getcha getcha

Henry: I all of a sudden this just kinda reminded me of the Saplings, that is also not true cause I've been listening to them like ALL the time

Lindsey: I would suggest against playing basketball in vans <former vans expert>

Ben: Okay the band is really good at this, really good at this, the bassist is PRETTY killin' it

Emiel: I want someone to just ----

Fiona: Three pointerrrr

Jeremy: I really like the choreography, ohh and the video concept Gwen: yeah

Fiona: You're gonna trip on those tennis balls, makin' me nervous

Kevin: Oh I like this bridge!!! yeah

Gwen: It's like, will you date me? Here's a bagel

Jeremy: Here's a bagel? I would say yes, what? Gwen: Absolutely

Yunyi: I love that little... tune Kevin: yeah yeah

Naoki: Oh! That's his way of flirting

Kevin: Oh oh that chord gets me... <yadaduh>

Emiel: Basketball, what a bonding experience

Kevin: Then it goes there, which is also awesome

Yunyi: Oh you know what? is this... in minor?

Kevin: ... yes

Yunyi: Oh wow

Henry: That man is my spirit animal

Kevin: But then it goes to F a lot

Fiona: I like that rapping

Henry: Scoops

Yunyi: It was so happy I though it was in major this whole time

Kevin: Right?

Both: Woahhhh

Kevin: That's vi that's V, I and then V/6 and then it goes back

Yunyi: yeah how did they make it sound so happy

Yunyi: I think it's just the funk Kevin: Yeah exactly

Naoki: ... are they all tryna ask her to prom or something?

Henry: What Fiona: Mansae mansae mansae AYE

Davis: AYE AYE AYE Lindsey: This is so cute, I really like this

Kevin: Dang... uh huh Yunyi: I would love to hear instrumental, like acoustic version of this

Gwen: There was something way up there and it wasn't even falsetto, well I'm sure it was but like Jeremy: Yeah it was

Gwen: STRONG Jeremy: It was stronger yeah

Gwen: It was like <demonstrates> Jeremy: OMG they're so cute, she rejected him

Yunyi: <attempts sign again> I'm pretty sure it's this, pretty sure that's what this symbol is

Yunyi:... it says... 71 lol

Jeremy: The melody was good, it was like catchy, it was catchy yeah it was very.. poppy? I liked it a lot

Jeremy: I wasn't paying attention to the background music but if it didn't bother me I guess that's good?

Gwen: It was. so it was a pretty standard, almost like rhythm section but then there was just the electronic stuff just on top of it

Gwen: Like I felt like they wrote the song for like piano and guitar and then they were like "now let's make it a pop sensation" and they were like "add some synth!"

Jeremy: I didn't even hear the synth <lol> Gwen: I'm sure it was there, I wasn't listening for it but I'm sure it was there

Lindsey: It was very unique, were there horns in there? It's not like there was some trumpet? Davis: Yeah I like the guitar

Lindsey: It was really catchy but it wasn't really like too <asdjkjfh>

Davis: You know they found a way to like keep saying the same thing, but saying it differently

Umu: So what'd you think about the music?

Fiona: It was happy I really liked the rap dude and I like cotton candy hair

Emiel: I like the groove, the beat was good

Fiona: There's this one part where it got all hollow sounding like <echo> it was cool

Ben: Chord progression wise I thought was pretty bland, it was pretty poppy

Naoki: Yeah, I liked it though

Ben: Yeah no it's good! Like it's catchy but you know, it was like... mildly predictable?

Naoki and Umu: <states agreement> Shimon: <just nods>

Umu: But otherwise the instrumentals....

Ben: Yeah the instrumentals were cool the bassist was killer, that bass line like his solos in the beginning and the middle were really good

Shimon: Yeah I feel like when we speak in terms of music theory it doesnt necessarily mean that we like it or don't like it... does that make sense?

Naoki: Something can be plain and good and sometimes

Ben: One of the hard things about pop is that it's pretty simple, like look at it just sheet music wise but it's because it's like really refined to like

Ben: The really basics to what makes it work cause it's very easy once you take out some of those things for it to sound really awful

Ben: So it's super hard to write really catchy really good pop music but I.. yeah I think...

Emiel: This is the best band I've seen by the way

Henry: Standout Fiona: He's gonna become a carrot!!! I'm a carrot

Umu: Alright! So the next one is gonna be a little unique, I'm trying out something new so seventeen is really known for their choreography cause their

Everyone: THEY'RE REALLY GOOD

Naoki: I wish I could dance like that

Ben: DUDE so much Naoki: I'd be like... DOPE

Umu: And because it's my number one favorite and also my number one favorite choreography

Umu: I'm gonna be giving you so --- don't hate me, so I'm gonna be giving you the option, do you wanna see the dance practice or the music video

Umu: I originally planned for you guys to act on both but sadly I found out that I do not have time to react to like three whole videos--- it just didn't fit into my schedule

Umu: But again this is a unique situation only because this is my favorite choreo of all time, I won't be doing this for like every single reaction video for that

Ben: Sure, yeah, we can just see the dance practice Naoki and Shimon: <agrees>

Umu: Dance Practice?

Fiona: Uh I'm gonna go with the second one <wink>

Umu: Are you guys okay with seeing the music video?

Henry: Yeah let's go for it! Umu: Okay!

Kevin: Very nice Yunyi: Music video right?

Jeremy: Let's watch the video

Davis: DANCE PRACTICE

Umu: So go ahead this is seventeen Lindsey: <waits> Davis: 3, 2, 1

Umu: Very nice

Yunyi: SITTING ON THE PIANO AIYEEEE

Naoki: Oh! Spanish hey!

Emiel: yeah these beats are really good

Fiona: <jammin' along>

Henry: Also why are they ----

Naoki: That's so smooth

Gwen: <turn up>

Lindsey: Woah that guy's voice was really low like <demonstrates>

Kevin: asdjhksdf <spazzes out> Yunyi: ... What just happend

Ben: Yeah I think this is something that American pop groups don't have Naoki: yeah

Ben: The --- dance choreography? Naoki: yeah

Gwen: My body is tingling and trembling

Fiona: That guy! OMG oh!

Yunyi: Same haha

Yunyi: ... achoo? Kevin: WOAH

Both: TURNUPPPP

Emiel: YES! This is good Henry: Oh wow! Hey alright this is not a secret

Fiona: I like the <demonstrates>

Kevin: and the combination of that thumping bass was the <demonstrates> it works!!!

Lindsey: My goodness, it really works! Davis: Yeah

Lindsey: It's just so like choppy but not like choppy like <demonstrates>

Henry: Oh that was cool camera

Gwen: That girl is so cute though, she is very... NICE

Henry: I like the vocal range of each individual member of this group that's really cool, it's cool that there's so many of them

Emiel and Fiona: Yeah Henry: That's still cool how like... woah... I love him what's his name I need to be him

Fiona: I wanna be the girl in the shopping cart! Life goals

Henry: Makes people explode

Yunyi: woah

Kevin: Oh the suspense, you know how to do it you know how it's done!

Yunyi: That falsetto!

Ben: Big band feel, again

Yunyi: Nice, this is what I say to this Kevin: Very nice

Fiona: It means they have a crush they have feels, therefore they explode Henry: people say dating is just dating

Henry: Why are they on a Piano, Piano's aren't for climbing they're for playing!

Fiona: Woman why are you on my piano

Lindsey: Yeah they're like omg they have a very very VERY strong sense of rhythm it's very clear in this it's like

Yunyi: Aw that was so sad Kevin: what a bridge

Kevin: It just feels like it keeps on changing Yunyi: I get it I get it! Cause none of them can score lol

Umu: ... what

Fiona: This girl is like, she's funny lol Henry: What is her deal, she's like, kinda like a siren.... i guess

Kevin: Beautiful that is---- waits Both: <it's lit>

Naoki: ... very nice

Both: <partyyy> Kevin: I can't believe that, this shouldn't exist

Umu: YEAH WHOOOOO

Ben: Dude I'd be so bad at this Naoki: I think you'd be really good at the hip throbs it'd be really great Ben: <glare>

Kevin: OMG forget butterflies in my stomach more like my chest turns into a pillow and then it explodes feathers

Gwen: yeah, that's why said that this is her favorite hype song Jeremy: this is like a fun song to like dance around to

Fiona: I like this Emiel: Just a lot of---

Everyone: OH WHAT WHAT WHAT

Jeremy: oh weird Gwen: oh what

Everyone: <still in shock> Fiona: Kpop in a nutshell

Gwen: everyone just disappears in kpop

Yunyi: This is so good

Ben: <applause>

Lindsey: Awwww that was so good Davis: <still jammin' out>

Umu: So you were definitely a lot into the dance

Davis: Yeah I'm glad that we watched the dance Umu: were you able to also focus on the music?

Davis: yeah Lindsey: I focus more on the music in relation to the dance but

Lindsey: But I did focus on the music like

I like the background like the beats, the way the beats move with the dance Davis: Yeah I would say the beats too

Davis: The melody was very impressive, their singing was very impressive Lindsey: The brass was pretty cool

Umu: So I saw you guys caught how it changed right before every chorus every single time

Both: yes

Umu: YES that was like my favorite thing

Kevin: And right after the first chorus there's this section where it's just like <demonstrates> and you know that hasn't appeared before

Kevin: It's like they're more, because as I said like right from the beginning I liked how it was very layered and the layering of the instrumentals was very good

Kevin: and there was a section where like all you hear was the <demonstrates> and then there was singing, so it became much thinner, it's all about how there's three things and much more sparse it was very nice

Kevin: and how like the chorus with all the brass they're kind of just doing like parallel octaves and so it's very different from that big full sound of the verse and when everything <demonstrates> and it's very funky it just works super well

Yunyi: Just watching this spur, vomit in front of me Umu: yeah lol

Umu: Does Yunyi have any word vomit on it

Yunyi: ... nice

Umu: What'd you like about this Emiel: Same thing as the last one Henry: Pretty straightforward Fiona: I like when the guitar does the <demonstrates>

Emiel: They kind of added like a brass synth to it actually, it kind of sounded like, like electronic brass

Henry: Yeah, they could've easily used real instruments to play it Emiel and Fiona: <enough said lol>

Jeremy: I liked the brass, I thought that was so cool

Jeremy: I really liked the music video I thought it was really cool and the dancing is like amazing

Umu: Are you glad you watched the music video? Both: Yeah

Jeremy: Oh now I know what you're talking about! With the exploding hearts and the confetti!

Umu: yeah lol Jeremy: I like that yeah I like that

Gwen: Again, it looked like they were just getting shot cause there would be like just a hole

Umu: It was like elegant puff <sound effects>

Gwen: Tag yourself I'm an elegant puff

Umu: You gotta look straight--- Kevin: WHAT A DAY

Umu: You gotta look straight into the computer and say it Kevin: Camera

Yunyi: Nice

Yunyi: Let's listen to that again Kevin: Yeah Umu:Yes!

Umu: Which one did you like better

Lindsey: What was the first one Umu: mansae, mansae mansae mansae

Lindsey: I think I like the second one better Davis: second one was nice yeah

Gwen: The first one Jeremy: I like this one better

Umu: Okay so you don't remember much about the song cause you mostly concentrated on the choreo

Naoki and Shimon: yep

Umu: so... what'd you....

Ben: Yep

Umu: Does this bring back any memories omg Shimon and Ben: <on their phones lol>

Naoki: Wait I think I remember that part, nice! ... That's really cool! <demonstrates>

Naoki: I guess we're all on our phones

Umu: And are we gonna decide on which one we like better?

Naoki: The first one

Shimon: ... I think I like the second one better

Ben: dude idk Naoki: you could go 50/50

Umu: you can go 50/50 Ben: I'm gonna say 50/50

Umu: comparing this one between mansae mansae mansae which one do you like better

Henry: this one Emiel: this one Fiona: Idk idk I literally don't remember

Emiel: You're phone doesn't matter!!!! You already lost Umu: Mansae mansae mansae!!!

Fiona: Oh I like that one Umu: Okay! mansae mansae mansae

Fiona: ...My vote still matters!!!

Ben: <oh yeah I just finished> Umu: WAH

Hippie Sabotage - THE DARKNESS Lyrics

I've been wading through the water looking to the mountain tops

I just walked up in the ocean tryna get my mind to stop

I've been goinng through these motions, this routine has got to stop

I've been caught up in the moment giving all this pain no thought

But the darkness must be in my zone, yeah That's why I can't seem to breathe alone,

yeah And emptiness begins to form, yeah

[?] and I just start to feel it all, yeah So roll with me, roll with me

Don't hold me down Stay home with me and smoke with me when I'm

around Lose control with me and go with me if you've

been down If you've been down, you need to keep on moving

The Most Confusing Movie Endings Explained - Duration: 10:05.

Not all filmmakers like their movies to have simple endings. Some leave their last scenes

ambiguous to keep audiences thinking. But sometimes that plan backfires, resulting in

endings that are just plain confusing. Beware of spoilers...

Inception

Christopher Nolan's 2010 film left audiences' minds spinning as much as the top in the final

shot. Just when it looks like the top is about to spin out and tumble, the screen cuts to

black. The final shot shows Dom Cobb reuniting with his kids. But we never know if it's really

happening or if it's a dream. Fans debated the scene endlessly for years after Inception

came out...but according to Nolan, the non-ending is actually kind of the whole point.

In 2015, the director gave the commencement speech at Princeton University, and told the

grads to "chase their reality." He used the ending of Inception as an example, saying:

"[Cobb] was off with his kids, he was in his own subjective reality. He didn't really care

anymore, and that makes a statement: perhaps, all levels of reality are valid. The camera

moves over the spinning top just before it appears to be wobbling, it was cut to black."

In short, the ending of the movie is up to us — and we're right either way.

The Dark Knight Rises

The ending to Nolan's Dark Knight trilogy isn't quite as vague as Inception, but it

still left viewers debating after the credits started rolling. After flying a nuclear bomb

out of Gotham City, Batman escapes the blast...off-screen. We know this because, later, while Alfred

is in Florence, he sees Bruce Wayne sitting at a table, enjoying a meal with ex-Catwoman

Selina Kyle. Some fans have theorized that this is all a dream — that Batman actually

died in the explosion, and that Alfred simply imagined seeing his friend taking in the Italian

sunshine.

But that's bat-baloney. Before the movie's end, we learn along with Lucius Fox that Wayne

fixed the Bat-plane's autopilot six months before the final showdown in Gotham. That's

all the exposition necessary for viewers to know that Batman jumped out while the plane

flies the bomb toward the bay.

And sure, when Alfred sees Wayne in Florence, it's exactly how Alfred describes it earlier

in the film. But that's not a dream — it's just the best way for Wayne to show Alfred

he's alive. Moreover, Selina Kyle is there, wearing Wayne's mother's necklace, which she

steals at the beginning of the movie. Alfred doesn't know she and Wayne have become an

item, and he'd already quit working for Bruce before Batman and Catwoman teamed up to save

Gotham City.

As if all that isn't enough, Christian Bale himself thinks that Bruce is alive by the

end of the movie. He explained during an interview while promoting Exodus: Gods and Kings:

"He was just content with me being alive and left because that was always the life that

he wanted for him. And I find it very interesting and with most films, I tend to say 'It's

what the audience thinks it is.' My personal opinion? No, it was not a dream. That was

for real and he was just delighted that finally he had freed himself from the privilege, but

ultimately the burden of being Bruce Wayne."

None of this matters anyway. Batfleck is the wave of the future! But let's shift our gaze

toward the ghost of Batman's past...

Birdman

Alejandro G. Iñárritu's film about a washed-up actor trying to make a comeback on Broadway

has the kind of weird ending that puts Inception to shame. Throughout the film, Riggan Thomas

Thomson is shown as having superpowers, only to have them later be explained as being all

in his head. In the final scene, Riggan's daughter Sam enters his hospital room to find

his bed empty and the window open. Sirens and voices can be heard coming from the street

below. Initially, Sam looks down, but she slowly turns her head up to the sky and she

smiles. Some might think this means Riggan actually does have powers, and has flown away.

But...probably not. What really seems to have happened is that Riggan has successfully committed

suicide, which he failed to do on the previous day. Sam, for her part, seems to start hallucinating

just like her dad. The fact that she has bird tattoos on her arm and that her father played

a superhero with bird-based powers suggests the strong connection between the two. Sam

seems to leave the real world to enter a fantasy where her father is still alive, soaring above

the clouds. The film is subtitled The Unexpected Virtue of Ignorance, after all. Here, Sam

chooses to ignore reality.

One of Birdman's four screenwriters, Alexander Dinelaris Jr., hinted during an interview

with HuffPost Live that the key to their understanding of the ending lies within Sam's relationship

with her father:

"I think when we found the relationship with the daughter, we started to understand what

Riggan's story was. Once she got down, Emma's big monologue, in the basement, we started

to understand the relationship and what it was. We're not going to sit around and explain

the ending."

Vanilla Sky

Instead of a feelgood romance or a fun coming-of-age story, viewers of Vanilla Sky got a moody,

elliptical remake of a hit Spanish film. A feckless playboy suffers near-death and disfigurement

after a relationship with his new girlfriend plunges his ex into homicidal obsession. But

once his face is surgically restored, his life really starts to go haywire.

Viewers are told that much of what they've seen is a lucid dream in Cruise's brain, which

has been held in a cryogenic stasis for more than 100 years. The more troubling elements

of the narrative are apparently the result of a glitch. He's given the choice to either

reboot the dream or exit it once and for all by jumping off a building and being brought

back to life. He jumps — and the last shot is of the protagonist opening his eyes, starting

his life over again.

Director Cameron Crowe said that the correct answer to understanding the movie might just

be accepting what you see onscreen as the actual events of the story, according to his

comments on the DVD's commentary track. Crowe seemed to lean in that direction while talking

with Film School Rejects about the film's unused alternate ending as well, saying:

"You want people to understand what you're going for, so the question is, looking at

both endings: Did the pendulum swing too much in the direction of us explaining stuff? I

think it did. The original ending was more open-ended, a little less explained."

Barton Fink

At the end of this Coen Brothers flick, tortured writer Barton Fink wanders onto a beach, where

he meets a woman resembling the picture decorating his sparse, depressing hotel room. Shortly

after they meet, the movie abruptly ends, potentially leaving some viewers scratching

their heads. What's it mean? Here's one way to look at it.

The picture represents the idea of Hollywood. It's a place of fantasy, beaches, and beautiful

women. Meanwhile, throughout the entire film, Fink is subjected to the reality of Hollywood.

He's had his script torn apart by an executive. He found out his hero, writer W. P. Mayhew

is a washed-up alcoholic, and that Mayhew's wife writes his novels for him. And he's fled

from both a burning hotel and a shotgun-wielding maniac.

"Ahhhh! Ahhhh!"

You'd think that finally finding the woman on the beach would mean that Fink is at the

end of his trials, having reached his reward and a place where he feels safe. But in fact,

he's learned the truth about the dangerous world in which he now exists.

Joel Coen explained in a 1991 interview:

"Some people have suggested that the whole second part of the film is nothing but a nightmare.

But it was never our intention to, in any literal sense, depict some bad dream, and

yet it is true that we were aiming for a logic of the irrational. We wanted the film's atmosphere

to reflect the psychological state of the protagonist."

That wouldn't be the last time the ending of a Coen brothers movie left audiences debating

after leaving the theater...

No Country For Old Men

At the end of this blood-soaked neo-Western, Sheriff Ed Tom Bell tells his wife about two

dreams he has about his father. In the first dream, he loses some money his father gave

him. In the second dream, Bell sees his father holding a torch, riding ahead into the darkness

of a snowy mountain pass.

Shortly before Bell tells the stories of his dreams, he tells his wife that his father

died young. That, in a sense, his father will always be a younger man. More importantly,

throughout the movie, Bell ponders the violence in the area where he's sheriff. And since

he's close to retirement, he wonders whether he's too old for the world. The title of the

movie is No Country For Old Men, and Bell is one of them. It's become too violent too

quickly for someone of his age, and he can no longer cope. The world needs someone younger,

like his father, to light the way in the ever-growing darkness around it — exactly like the second

dream Bell describes.

As for the first dream? Maybe Bell just needs a new wallet.

Mulholland Drive

David Lynch fans don't watch his work for straightforward narratives. But even in the

context of his endearingly weird filmography, 2001's Mulholland Drive is tough to figure

out. Lynch himself has steadfastly refused to help untangle the movie, which moves in

jittery circles around an actress, a mysterious woman, and a film director…all of whom are

mixed up in a dreamlike and frequently nonsensical series of events.

Ultimately, the film's ending is every bit as open to interpretation as the rest of the

film — and although viewers are welcome to delve into the many theories attempting

to explain what Lynch might have meant, the best explanation was arguably posed by the

late film critic Roger Ebert. According to him,

"The movie is hypnotic; we're drawn along as if one thing leads to another but nothing

leads anywhere, and that's even before the characters start to fracture and recombine

like flesh caught in a kaleidoscope. There is no explanation. There may not even be a

What Happened on Board when Apollo 12 was Struck by Lightning - Duration: 5:55.

It's one of every space nerds all-time

favorite Apollo stories: the time Apollo 12

was struck not one but twice by

lightning on the way to the Moon! So

we're going to look at what happened (o board)

today on Vintage Space. Apollo 12

launched the Moon on November 14th of

1969, and unlike every Apollo launch

before it, manned and unmanned, the day

donned very cold, rainy, and cloudy, in

Florida, but no one considered scrubbing

the launch. The Saturn V is a mammoth

vehicle and beautifully engineered to do

its job with backup systems and

redundancies... there was no way that it

would be taken down by a simple

rainstorm! Well. it almost was. As the

Saturn V tore through the electrically

charged storm clouds, the rocket and its

contrail acted like a lightning rod. It

generated electricity and a spark, and

was struck by lightning twice! The crew

on board -- Pete Conrad, Al Bean, and Dick

Gordon -- hadn't seen what happened to

their spacecraft, but they did see the

effects. And it was the same story in

Mission Control. They all saw the same

thing: a complete disaster of telemetry...

On board the spacecraft and in Mission

Control, no one knew what had happened...

except one man. John Aaron, the 24 year

old EECOM working the launch.

He recognized what had happened. The

telemetry that he was seeing wasn't

gibberish, it was a pattern, and it was

familiar. And from the recesses of his

mind he actually remembered where he'd

seen it before. He'd seen the exact same

nonsense data pop up during a simulation

years earlier. In that instance, a test

conductor had accidentally dropped the

spacecraft power system to low voltages

and it turned out that a low voltage had

upset the signal conditioning equipment,

a box of electronics responsible for

translating information from onboard

sensors into signals that fed the

displays in the spacecraft and on the

ground. In its normal setting the SCE

needed high voltage to accurately

display data, but in the auxiliary setting

it could actually display correct data

with a low voltage. And so Aaron sent the

command over to flight director Gerry

Griffin to tell the crew to turn SCE to AUX...

and no one knew what was going on!

No one knew what the SCE switch was or where to find

it, and again it came down to one man:

Al Bean, the lunar module pilot. He knew

where that switch was. The crew flipped

it into AUX, and all the telemetry came

back beautifully. Nothing had stopped the

launch and Pete Conrad hadn't aborted.

Apollo 12 would still go for the Moon.

And as a typical of the Apollo 12 crew

if you read their transcript,

they laughed over the incident all the

way into orbit.

As you guys know, Apollo 12 is my all-time favorite mission. I named my

cat Pete Conrad because I loved Pete

Conrad growing up! He was the astronaut

that made me love the human side of

space exploration! If you have more

questions about Apollo 12 -- because this

is a mission I know all the weird

details about like the tuna that Gordon

wanted to eat on the way to the Moon... and

also when I talked to him about what

he remembered about that instance

what... 45 years on? That's a good story I

do have a video about it right up here.

AG Jeff Sessions' Disastrous Drug Crime Policy | AM Joy | MSNBC - Duration: 10:29.

>>> I TRUST OUR PROSECUTORS IN THE FIELD TO MAKE GOOD

JUDGMENTS. THEY DESERVE TO BE UNHANDCUFFED

AND NOT MICROMANAGED FROM WASHINGTON.

WE ARE RETURNING TO THE ENFORCEMENT OF THE LAWS AS

PASSED BY CONGRESS, PLAIN AND SIMPLE.

IF YOU ARE A DRUG TRAFFICKER, WE WILL NOT LOOK THE OTHER WAY, WE

WILL NOT BE WILLFULLY BLIND TO YOUR MISCONDUCT.

>> SOME ALARMING DEVELOPMENTS. ATTORNEY GENERAL JEFF SESSIONS

IS NOW SEEKING TOUGHER PUNISHMENT FOR DRUG CRIMES,

SENDING A MEMO DIRECTING ALL 94 U.S. ATTORNEYS OFFICE TO CHARGE

DRUG DEFENDANTS WITH THE MOST SERIOUS CRIMES POSSIBLE, WHICH

CARRY THE MOST SEVERE PENALTIES. IT'S A STUNNING REVERSAL OF

OBAMA ERA POLICY. SESSIONS IS MAKING THIS MOVE

NOW, HNOW, HE SAYS, TO TRY TO C WHAT HE SAYS IS AN INCREASE IN

VIOLENCE. SO, CHERILYN, ON THIS MEMO -- SO

MUCH WE COULD TALK ABOUT WITH JEFF SESSIONS BUT ERIC HOLDER

BACK IN 2013 ISSUED A MEMO THAT CALLED ON U.S. ATTORNEY'S

OFFICES TO AVOID CHARGING CERTAIN OFFENDERS THAT HAD LONG

MINIMUMS, TRYING TO REDUCE THE FEDERAL PRISON POPULATION.

HERE'S WHAT SESSIONS HAS REVISED THAT WITH.

HE CALLS IT A CORE PRINCIPLE THAT PROSECUTORS SHOULD CHARGE

AND PURSUE THE MOST SERIOUS, READILY PROVABLE OFFENSE, ANY

INCONSISTENT PREVIOUS POLICY BY THE DEPARTMENT OF JUSTICE IS NOW

RESCINDED EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY. >> THIS IS REALLY SIMPLE.

SMART ON CRIME. YOU AND I WOULD PROBABLY THINK

THIS WAS SMART. YOU'VE GOT A WHOLE ARRAY OF

PEOPLE YOU CAN PROSECUTE. YOU WANT THE PERSON WHO IS THE

MOST DANGEROUS, ENGAGEDNGAGED I MOST SERIOUS DRUG CRIMES AND YOU

WANT TO TARGET THOSE AREAS THAT ARE SEEING THE MOST SERIOUS DRUG

CRIME. THAT'S SMART ON CRIME, ERIC

HOLDER'S 2013 MEMO. LET'S TAKE OUR RESOURCES AND PUT

THEM THERE. LET'S NOT OVERCHARGE BUT LET'S

FOCUS ON THOSE WHO ARE THE MOST DANGEROUS.

NOT SO SMART, JEFF SESSION'S MEMO FROM YESTERDAY IS LET'S

TAKE EVERY SINGLE PERSON THAT WE'RE CHARGING, EVERY DRUG

DEFENDANT, NO MATTER WHAT THEIR BACKGROUND, NO WHAT THEIR LEVEL

OF INVOLVEMENT AND CHARGE THEM WITH THE MOST SERIOUS OFFENSE WE

CAN CHARGE THEM WITH THUS LEADING WITH THAT PERSON GOING

INTO JAIL ON THESE MANDATORY MINIMUM PENALTIES THAT KEEPS

THEM IN JAIL FOR A LONG TIME, IT CALLS THE TAXPAYERS MONEY

HOLDING SOMEBODY FOR A LONG TIME WHO IS NOT A SERIOUS THREAT FOR

SOCIETY AND IT MOVES RESOURCES AWAY FROM WHERE THEY BELONG, THE

PEOPLE WHO ARE THE MOST SERIOUS CRIMINALS.

>> ERIC HOLDER RESPONDED BY TWEET.

HE SAID THE POLICY IS NOT TOUGH ON CRIME, IT'S DUMB ON CRIME.

THIS HAS NOT ONLY BEEN DISCREDITED BUT HAVE BEEN

RELEGATED TO THE FRINGES OF DEBATE.

IT'S THIS FRINGE IDEA THAT THERE'S THIS MASSIVE CRIME WAVE

BY DRUG -- >> THIS IS THE ASHCROFT EDICT

BACK IN 2004. YESTERDAY THE NEW PRESIDENT OF

THE NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF DISTRICT ATTORNEY SAID I DON'T

THINK WE'RE AT THE STATE LEVEL GOING BACK TO THIS.

MOST PROSECUTORS RECOGNIZE MANDATORY MINIMUMS ARE NOT THE

WAY. WE HAVE A SITUATION IN WHICH THE

FEDERAL GOVERNMENT WAS LEADING THE WAY IN SETTING THE EXAMPLE

FOR STATES. NOW THE STATES ARE SAYING,

FEDERAL GOVERNMENT, YOU GOT IT WRONG.

WE'RE IN THE GOING BACK TO SOMETHING THAT'S ALREADY BEEN

BUSINESS CREDITED AND DOESN'T WORK.

>> DAVID CORN, THIS STRIKES ME AS SOMETHING THAT IS A

PARTICULAR OBSESSION OF JEFFERSON SESSIONS WHO ONCE SAID

THE ONLY TIME HE TURNED AGAINST THE KLAN IS WHEN HE HEARD THAT

THEY SMOKED WEED, HE WAS OBSESSED WITH MARIJUANA.

IS JEFF SESSIONS OBSESSED WITH HIS OWN OBSESSIONS.

>> WE'D SEEN BIPARTISAN MOVEMENT WITH REPUBLICANS AND DEMOCRATS

TALKING ABOUT JUSTICE REFORM AND DEALING WITH THE MASS

INCARCERATION WHICH DISPROPORTIONATELY AFFECTS

AFRICAN-AMERICAN MEN. EVEN TRUMP TALKED ABOUT THIS

WHEN HE SAID TO THE BLACK COMMUNITY, WHAT DO YOU GOT TO

LOSE? WE'VE SEEN A LOT WHAT THEY'VE

GOT TO LOSE IN THE LAST COUPLE OF MONTHS.

SESSIONS IS SWIMMING AGAINST THAT TIDE AND SEEMS TO BE

EXERTING HIS POWER THE SAME WAY, THIS SAME WEEK HE VIOLATED HIS

OWN RECUSAL BY PARTICIPATING IN THE FIRING OF JIM COMEY WHEN HE

SAID HE WOULDN'T HAVE ANYTHING TO DO WITH THE RUSSIAN

INVESTIGATIONS, HE HELPED CAN THE GUY IN CHARGE OF IT.

SO HE DOES SEEMING TO REALLY CONSOLIDAING POWER AT THE

JUSTICE DEPARTMENT FOR NO GOOD END.

>> AND IN A VERY SPECIFIC WAY. HE EITHER IS JUST INDULGING HIS

OBSESSIONS OR SOME PRIVATE PRISON INTEREST AND THEY'RE

GOING TO ENRICH HIM OR THIS IS ABOUT A KIND OF TROLLING OF

PEOPLE OF COLOR THAT IS COMMON IN YOUR PARTY.

JEFFERSON SESSIONS AMADE THE TURMOIL HE'S FACING NOW ON

RUSSIANGATE TOOK THE TIME OUT TO BE HONORED BY A POLICE UNION

BOSS IN NEW YORK, A GUY NAMED EDWARD MULLENS.

HE'S BEEN CALLED CRAZY EDDIE BY THE FORMER NYPD COMMISSIONER.

THIS ISS A GUY WHO OBJECTED TO THE ERIC GARNER SETTLEMENT, WHO

SAID IT WAS A TRAVESTY, WHO WALKED OUT WHEN POLICE HAD TO

ADMIT THAT THEY BEAT A 60-SOMETHING-YEAR-OLD MAN AND

THEY HAD TO SETTLE, HE WALKED OUT AND CALLED THAT A TRAVESTY.

HE OBJECTED TO BEYONCE'S PERFORMANCE AT THE SUPER BOWL.

THIS IS AN EXTREMIST AND JEFF SESSIONS PROUDLY STANDS NEXT TO

HIM. >> UNLIKE THE PRIOR SEGMENT, I

THINK DAVID IS 100% RIGHT. THE CRIMINAL JUSTICE REFORM IS

VERY IMPORTANT. IF YOU LOOK, TRUMP VOTERS WANT

IT. 81% OF TRUMP VOTERS ACCORDING TO

A CHARLES H. KOCH STUDY THAT CAME OUT, 81% ARE IN FAVOR OF

JUSTICE REFORM, AND THEY'RE IN FAVOR OF FORFEITURE LAWS AND 63%

ARE IN FAVOR OF JUDICIAL DISCRETION TO AVOID THESE

MANDATORY MINIMUMS. WE NEED TO BE TOUGH ON CRIME

BUT WE HAVE TO BE SMART ON CRIME.

THIS IS NOT IT. WHEN WE HAVE MURDERERS AND

RAPISTS GETTING LESS TIME IN PRISON BECAUSE OF WHAT'S GOING

ON IN TERMS OF OUR CRIMINAL JUSTICE SYSTEM, THAT'S WRONG.

AND WHAT'S ALSO WRONG IS WHERE JEFF SESSIONS IN HIS PRESS

SESSION ANNOUNCED THIS, HE SAID WE DON'T NEED WASHINGTON

MICROMANAGING, WHICH IS WHY I'M TELLING EVERYONE WHAT TO DO.

>> YOU RAISED A GOOD POINT. BROCK TURNER GOT THREE MONTHS IN

PRISON FOR VIOLENTLY RAPING A WOMAN.

MEANWHILE NONVIOLENCE DRUG OFFENDERS WHO ARE INCARCERATED

FOR DECADES RIGHT NOW. I'M GOING TO DEVIATE FROM

EVERYONE ON THIS PANEL AND I BELIEVE THE WAR ON DRUGS AND THE

WAY JEFF SESSIONS WANTS TO PROSECUTE IT IS A WAR ON THE

AFRICAN-AMERICAN COMMUNITY. WE KNOW WHEN PROSECUTORS HAVE

DISCRETION, THAT THE SENTENCES, THE WAY THEY GO AFTER DRUG

OFFENDERS IS VERY DIFFERENT IF THEY'RE AFRICAN-AMERICAN VERSUS

WHETHER THEY'RE ANY ANY OTHER G IN THIS COUNTRY.

THIS IS DANGEROUS AND PEOPLE NEED TO UNDERSTAND JEFF SESSIONS

SINGLE HANDEDLY LED THE CHARGE TO BLOCK THE VERY BIPARTISAN

CRIMINAL JUSTICE REFORM THAT WAS SOUGHT IN THE SENATE.

>> AND IMMIGRATION REFORM. I WOULD BE REMISS, I HAVE THE

GREAT CHERILYN IN FRONT OF ME. I'M GOING TO ASK YOU QUICKLY,

THE LDF IS INVOLVED IN FICTIONAL VOTER FRAUD.

>> JEFF SESSIONS PROSECUTED OUR CLIENTS UNSUCCESSFULLY FOR VOTER

FRAUD. THIS IS SOMETHING WE TALKED

ABOUT WHEN HE WAS NOMINATED FOR THIS POSITION.

THE PRESIDENT CREATED AS CO CHAIRS -- WE TRULY BELIEVE THAT

THIS IS ESSENTIALLY AN EFFORT TO NATIONALIZE SOMETHING THAT HAS

BEEN ON THE FRINGE ANDAND CREAT NATIONAL VOTER INTIMIDATION PLAN

AGAINST AFRICAN-AMERICANS AND LATINOS.

WE FILED A FOIA REQUEST. SENATOR McCONNELL SAID NO

FEDERAL FUNDS SHOULD GO FOR THIS INVESTIGATION.

WE'VE FILED FOIAS FOR THE SECRETARY OF STATE OF KANSAS.

WE'LL BE ALL OVER THIS. >> AND I BELIEVE WE'LL HAVE A

MEMBER OF YOUR TEAM TOMORROW TO TALK ABOUT THIS MORE.

NOT ON THE FEDERAL SIDE BUT ON THE STATE SIDE, IF YOU GO TO

PRISON ON A STATE MARIJUANA CHARGE, YOU ALSO LOSE YOUR RIGHT

TO VOTE. IT'S PULLING PEOPLE NOT JUST OUT

OF SOCIETY, OUT OF THEIR FAMILIES AND COMMUNITIES AND

AWAY FROM THE ECONOMIC LIFE OF THEIR COMMUNITY, IN A LOT OF

CASES, IT'S DISENFRANCHISING THEM AS WELL.

UP NEXT, SPICER O

10 Things You Should Know about One Punch Man! One punch Man Season 2 Facts & Trivia - Duration: 11:59.

oh he's oh oh oh Before he became a hero

One Punch had been quietly going under

the radar fighting monsters left and

right. No matter the level of monster threat

he took down Saitama never received any

of that credit. He's truly the hero you

deserve. The funny part about all his

kills is who was getting his credit for

them. Meet King King is publicly known as

the strongest man on earth. He's ranked 6

from A class. So how exactly is King

connected to One punch? Back in the day

King happened to be in the same place

where Saitama had just defeated some

strong demon level threats. This happened

five times. At that time

Saitama was an unregistered hero so the

hero association assumed that this was

all of King's work. After this

happened a fifth time the hero

association automatically put King into

s-class. His name wasn't even "King",

they gave him that name! King just

decided to go along with it since those

s-class fat checks are just too sweet.

Let me take a moment to go back in time

with you. Back before the one-punch

legend was born.

You see Saitama's origins in episode 1.

Saitama had a full head of hair,

he was suited up, and looking for a job.

Anyway as you know this encounter with

that Crab is ultimately will started

everything. You know how amazing he

turned out but there is something else

worth noting about this event. Before

Saitama set out on the path to becoming

a hero, he was already pretty damn strong.

That crab monster, he single-handedly

defeated easily by the way, was a tiger

level threat. Usually the hero

association has to assign one A class

hero to handle tiger level monsters but

right here in the first episode Saitama

without any training was able to destroy

that crab piece-of-crap monster. You

could just imagine the limits of its

powers post training. Since we're on the

topic of monsters let me tell you about

them more in detail and also the

protocol assigned to them in total

there's five different level four

monster threats you can see for these

classifications in the one punch man

opening from weakest to strongest they

are tiger demon dragon and gob level yes

god frickin level let's hope that a

gut-level threat never shows up it might

be too powerful for even sight dama but

anyway you do notice something once that

level is not shown in the enemy

that's Wolf's level it refers to a weak

monster or just on top a group that

could pose a threat so think of

something that the defenders could

handle for all of these various threats

the hero Association has a protocol for

how to deal with each one of them for

wolf level threat either one be class

hero or 3c class heroes are sent out

that might be overkill for tiger either

one a class or fine because heroes are

dispatched here notice it again Saitama

pre-drill your training was at least

this strong for a demon level turret

this requires 10 a class here

maybe they could handle it but honestly

it's just better to send out the big

with one as class hero anyway that's it

you might be thinking what about the god

disaster level or about that one that

one hasn't come up yet so no written

protocol from the Shiro Association now

for the voice actor behind the most

powerful man Saitama is voiced by Makoto

voodoo cowboy in the Japanese version

his role in the one punch anime is by

far his most notable role but you may be

familiar with these other ones Gustav

from seven deadly sins he dodo from

orange and Kim Daiichi from high Q this

time around you get to know the English

voice - max middle man is a voice for

one punch in the English dub he's got a

fuse down our rows - he's been read

through a came ops brother from op cycle

King from seven deadly sins

Kosar from your lie in April and last

thing Konohamaru from the borrowed movie

how many of these rows did you know

already

so about the infamous hero association

in the one punch man universe it was

originally formed to fight off all these

different types of dangerous monsters

they claimed to fight for the public

good the hero association is privately

funded so naturally its own agenda is

top priority there have been cases of

shady stuff from within you could decide

if you still like them after hearing

about this to start off the here

association and police don't exactly get

along it turns out that a good chunk of

the police it's actually made up of

people who failed the hero exam so

there's already tension there there was

specifically a case for the police

department gun attacked by a monster the

police had no choice but to call for

backup at that time the higher-ups in

the Heroes Association hesitated they

briefly thought that this might have

been a way to get rid of interference

from the government in the end they did

decide to help them but before that they

leaked to the media that the police had

asked them for help

anyway there is a happy ending luckily

Saitama happened to be at the police

station so the police got the credit

second since the hero Association is

privately funded they do have to answer

to their wealthy benefactors there's

also been times where here Association

executives have used their positions to

bribe people for example like telling

girls that they can meet up with top

heroes in exchange for favors and

finally this one is interesting the hero

Association actually keeps various

different monsters from different level

threats within their organization

underground

you might be thinking they could be

researching them to get more information

on how to better fight them and I would

agree except you do see a case for one

monster was being kept alive just so

they could sell it scales these skills

so for a ton of money and luckily for

them and they grew back quickly after

this thing happened to escape they

taught a lot of Heroes to get it back

for research

unfortunately Saitama accidentally

smashed it so do you think this hero

association is always cracked up to be

in the one punch enemy you constantly

see all these random monsters attacking

all of these increasing monster attacks

have not exactly been random there does

exist

this monster Association in their world

this monster Association has 70 members

just like the hero Association all of

their members are at Dragon level this

reminds me a lot of bleach the fun part

about this is that their hideout is very

very close by it's located right in Z

city right next to site Damas hope yeah

someone's in for a big surprise

talking about monsters I did mention all

of the various disaster levels earlier

notably the one that's a big question

mark is that gullible threat a god

disaster is supposedly something that is

a threat to all humanity so far no

monster that has appeared has been

classified as being under God level this

is true for the anime and the manga the

original webcomic for one punch got very

close this disaster is being that

appeared said that it was a god level

but was it really it's pretty debatable

since it was so proclaimed if a god

level did happen to appear and Saitama

was not around

what would the hero Association even do

I don't think that even all the S Class

Heroes combined would be enough this is

where they would bring out their trump

card and that is number one hero blast

so about the top hero as class number

one last I mentioned earlier how blast

is a secret weapon for the hero

Association

unfortunately no one knows anything

about black there's a huge mystery

surrounding this character who exactly

is lost how powerful is he does he even

exist if you're going by the anime or

manga there's almost nothing on blast

almost everything you do see about him

comes from the webcomic blast is

supposed to be stronger than all earth

class heroes combined the funny part

about this is that none of the s-class

heroes have even seen him except for one

even the higher up executives in the

hero Association only know him by his

name the only time you get a glimpse of

him is from a flashback from Doc samake

she's the only one that has ever met him

blast they said to only appear once

there is a gullible threat anybody feel

free to come up with your own theories

about blast

I definitely got my own perhaps I should

even make a video completely on blast

what do you think

have you ever wondered how Saitama would

do up against your favorite Dragon Ball

characters thankfully your unlock you

get a chance to see a glimpse of this in

the spin-off Dragon Ball vs one punch

crossover manga short right here you can

see a battle between Saitama versus

Vegeta I'm not going to spoil it you

could go ahead and look for it online

this has thankfully been translated by a

fan

oh and just keep in mind by the way this

is totally unofficial using Saitama and

it's gone like power every single enemy

he goes up against is taken out in one

punch so how does ID Emma get so strong

in the first place according to him it's

due to the super intensive three-year

training session 100 pushups 100 sit-ups

100 squats and 10 kilometres every

single day it turns out that there's a

little bit more to it than that a

certain doctor figured out Saitama

secret through those intensive years of

training every single day Saitama was

actually able to remove his limiter yes

you heard that right this limiter being

set by whatever Divine Being you believe

in any possible theoretically myths all

broken and removed by him this should

mean that one punch man has unlimited

power so in theory doesn't this make one

punch the strongest anime character

Saitama is often compared to a lot of

characters in Dragonball notably Dragon

Ball super

I wonder how these fights would turn out

so what do you think is Saitama the

strongest character who would win in an

all-out brawl between say a very serious

one punch vs. Goku Super Saiyan blue

thanks for watching be sure to one punch

that thumbs up and subscribe button I am

looking at your suggestions for future

videos suppose whichever character or

anime series you want to be next week if

you like this video you'll definitely

also like the one on the demon cyber of

general so go check that out or check

part one and I'll see you guys later

Can This Guy Break the Internet — With Ballet? - Duration: 3:32.

Guillaume Cote: It's very, very easy to market beer and sports to young boys.

Why not market arts?

Why not market dance?

It requires extreme patience, it requires extreme discipline, and extreme repetition

which is something, also, that I feel like is so valuable to human beings.

To just keep doing the same thing a hundred times until you get to suceed at it ... it's

so wonderful to live within the present moment so entirely.

It's one of the main reasons why I dance, I think.

In the marketing parts of sports they really push the idea of those athletes and how incredible

they are.

Well, it would be great to make a film where we could, in the same way, portray a ballet

dancer the same way that a sports star would be portrayed with this big slo-mo music, incredible

production value, this kind of amazing environment where this person almost looks surreal.

Lost in Motion, the first film that we put out, was a film that was all about the idea

of getting ready for a show is actually probably even better than the show itself.

There's such a ritual, there's such a beauty to get yourself into that mindset, and then

when that mindset gets released you kind of forget time and space.

Then once it's over it almost felt like a blur, but the most wonderful blur.

The reaction was just incredible.

Once we put that online ... it was a little two-minute thing, and everybody kind of passed

it to each other.

I had very good opportunities up to that point.

I'd danced with some of the biggest companies in the world including American Ballet Theatre,

The Royal Ballet in England, English National Ballet at [Berlind 00:02:06].

You name it, I danced with all these big theaters, but never really got the recognition that

I did from doing the Lost in Motion.

The response was quite overwhelming.

I got emails from Japan, China, India -- places where the little boys would email me and say,

"Where can I find a ballet school near me?"

I would go, "I don't know where you find that in India, but I hope that you do, and I hope

that even inspired you."

This goes to show you that the power of the internet is quite incredible.

When that exploded, then we realized that we were really onto something, and then set

ourselves out to kind of making more of them.

One of the main things that is so attractive about dance is that you could communicate

without words in such a special way.

Social media can be very useful for certain things including a lot of the things that

we do, including introducing new audiences, but the raw connection to dance is something

that you can't replace.

that kind of sucks it it just ended like

that I mean it was it was good I liked

the Kaleidoscope and everything but the

story took up a lot of time a lot it the

story in the slowness of it like how

long it took for it to pick up took up

so much time that when it did pick up I

thought there was going to be a lot more

playable content than there actually was

now I could go back because it did say

you can load a tape into mama but I had

to find the tape to load into her though

right like I don't know I don't know I

had to do that another time but anyway

Nuthin' But An Alien - A Musical Parody Review - Duration: 4:05.

One, Two, Three, and then the Fouth.

Promethus. Now Covenant will make some more...

aliens to make your chest burst on up...

Ridley Scott did it first, so let's awake on the shuttle.

A cranky space crew answering a call to some trouble.

Ain't nothin but a space job baby!

Now the ship's broke and crew acting lazy.

Weyland is the company that pays them

but you're expendable so get ready for mayhem. (yeah)

Back to the movie at hand...

Kane's chest popped out a monster now it's worse than it began!

Now survival's the objective.

And this angry robot hobbit is stubborn and defective.

Meanwhile, the alien's out there drooling on man.

and killin that man

and at the same time hookin woman!

And now the rest are dead but Ripley get through it.

She got the flame thrower and a cat and left before she blew it.

Yeah. Now there's just one more scare before we yield.

Shoot the alien out to space now watch it squeal.

Now that's the end and Ripley's undies have had enough.

She goes back to sleep after all of that monster stuff.

It's like A and like L and like I and uh

It's like E and like N and like S and uh...

it's like HISS!

You want more aliens to explode?

James Cameron, it's time to make the next episode.

Well Ripley's sleepin and she's sleepin and she's sleepin!

But she's gotta go back cause this story needs repeating.

The Marines take her cause they need her help.

So sit back, relax, on this elevator straight to hell.

They ain't never been in a fight like this before.

They are totally outnumbered. One by one they start to go.

At the same time that Burke tries to creep...

face huggers on Ripley and Newt both while they sleep.

To add to all the stressin the vents start jettin'

cause it's all gonna blow so they go but no joke

The queen rode along so she lived too!

But Ripley wasn't worried cause she knew what to do.

She's like Biff she's like Bap she's like Bam and uh...

She's like Swing she's like Clamp she's like Flip and uh...

She's like WhOOSH!

Oh you want some more episodes?

David Fincher, bring this arc to a close.

Sleeping on the spaceship. This is where it falls apart.

Everybody dies but Ripley.

Oh no! NO! NOOOOO!

Fallin onto a planet full of gangstas all bald and mean.

Wanted more aliens but we got no marines

This is the part where the series gets dark and deep.

A sad no pay off movie with bad CG.

Ripley says "I am out! Tired of this tripe!"

Dude's ear is dangling. This is over right?

Yeah... but it don't quit!

There's one more movie and it's just... horse poop.

So, Joss. (What up Dawg?)

Gotta write'm what they want? (What's that, person?)

Gotta clone up Ripley! (Sounds Pointless!)

yeah it is actually lets just... Skip to Prometheus!

Is where it takes place in the search for the answers

Why the engineers made us but didn't cure cancer.

Ridley Scott is back and it's all the same questions.

What's on that ship? Don't worry about infections.

David's pushin every single button like THWACK!

Infects Holloway so his body get's jacked.

Just in time for him and Shaw to get some booty.

Now Shaw's all prego with this slimy tentacle cutie.

Shaw continues to run now, tummy cut down.

And David's like, "Hey Engineer, why don't you put the smack down?" Yeah.

But it don't stop.

Gotta save earth before the engineers make it pop.

So they pull it off. A new dawn. David's head and Shaw are gone.

P R O M E Theus and a movie they call ALIEN

Puttin it all together.

Like my homie Ridley Scott, no one has done it better.

It's like one and like two and not three and uh...

It's not four and not versus predator either!

It's like Alien!

And now it's covenant's turn to show

I'm sure... It's totally original.

It's all the same movie!

Different crew different surviving brunette girl.

It's all the same movie!

Yeah Yeah Yeaaaaaaah

Aaaaaaawwwww Yeah.

Some tnt. I don't know where to go. Oh they're seeing release and I have to ride it. Oh

man, okay

[so] um I played this on a

Stream or two and so it's kind of hard to play [blocks] out on a stream because then you get streams nice and light people

The [Hud] window Stefan, I'm very glitchy

Alright

Let me know in the comment, but what kind of it what kind of games that you would like to see [I'm] added to

the Pocket Edition Mineplex Pocket Edition I

Wouldn't run cuz I'm bored

Get near a hider and see if we can snipe [cent] or hunter. I mean so we can snipe some hunters

That was a school. I wish I could sit underneath this grass block does it work that way though, okay?

I wonder if I can like

Rule Ridicul hide in the shadows

Maybe [I] could sneak out this way. [I] think that's hider spawned right there in the Middle Hunter spawning me, so I?

Don't know this is a great [idea]

To go away, I'm just a cake sitting by a leaf block

I'm just a cake sitting by leaf plucked, okay?

There's somebody in there, okay, can I shoot?

Supper blow away supper no sabri. Oh no. No no right. I got right

Bookcase we're going to say a book cake and we are going to go over here. Let's [mark] for on the lily Pad

Nope bad, okay. We're good. No stuff over fine. [oh], that's right

There's this little hobbit hole thing over here, and [I] always forget [to] this on this map

And I'm always like I need to remember this is here. So I could hide here next time. There's gotta be bookcases in here

They're not bookcases in here. It's a house. Why would there not be bookcases? [oh]?

And I hide here [I] don't think I can hide here

They work

Okay, now. I'm a solid block alright

Did it work? I don't even know where we are [there's] gonna be the best video ever because I'm staring right at a bookcase

this Home 5

best video ever

Yes

[Ahahaha], [alright], so we're not gonna stay here the whole time though. I'm gonna kind of wait it out for a minute and

Then I'm going to run around and see if I can shoot some of the hunters let's shoot some hunters. That would be great

You know I have murderous tendencies anyway what?

I really should like let's see if we change into and I change into a

Flower pot, and then we'll run around and see if we can snipe

some

I do this you're not morph into this block

And I morph into this

Flowerpot

Am I not selected on the flower pot?

so coffee puffle if you like

Light it up a little bit you selected one [well], [then] I get it. I get it. [I] want to be a flower but

Arthas could get the hitbox on a flower pot

This [is] network, okay?

Well if that person right there comes down here. I am really hating life. Oh

Come on. I really want to switch there your work. No [Fenwick]

[switch] I

Can't morph into a flower pot. [no] oh an anvil

sweet handle, let's see an anvil and run around and

kill People [I]

Snipe them when they come in here

The #1 Little-Known Overeating Cause Every Compulsive Eater Should Know! - Duration: 11:26.

Do you think you've lost control over

food and you wonder "Why?" What's the

reason why you can't stop eating and why

people can't stop overeating and binge

eating and eating emotionally? And maybe

you started looking for an answer

and the answer you got was because it was

in your DNA, because you lacked willpower

or because you lack certain nutrients.

And this is not the core reason.

Let me ask you this. If you want it, if you were

faced with a problem, a very difficult to

solve problem, will you want the easy

solution or solutions that only patches

but don't really work? Once upon a time,

a truck got stuck in a tunnel and

engineers started fighting me over what

would be the right way to get the truck

out of the tunnel. And what happened

after that may surprise you.

So I say we're arguing and arguing, we're

pushing it we're pulling in it, what

we're going to do to the truck is too

high to move forward or back. A little

kid looks at this situation and says,

"Well, why don't we flatten the tire?

It will reduce the height of a truck and

then maybe we can slide it out of the

tunnel." And that's what they did.

So let me ask you again. Which kind of

strategy do you want? So the things

that what their people are arguing about,

doctors are saying it's your DNA and

and other people or another doctor is saying

it's a lack of nutrient... Why don't

you rather take a different look at the

situation and really understand how to

get out of there, and understanding the

causes, the reason why people overeat is

going to do just that. If you

understand the main cause you are going

to drastically change. So I'm going to

tell you a little bit about me. You see, I

had big plans when I was a student.

I would go to New York, I would go on an

exchange program, and I succeeded.

And there I am in New York and I was

supposed to have a ball, right? Well fast

forward a few months later, and I'm eating

sugar all the time. I'm a nervous wreck.

I gained weight and a quite a few teeth

that I rotten that I'm about to break.

Not such a pretty picture, right? And every

night, every night I go to the same

store, I buy the same pack of cookies, and

I buy this same sweets and I share them

with my roommate who's there with me at

night and then we watch TV together. So you

got to know something about me. I had

never done that in my life before that.

I used to eat cookies, I had a sweet tooth,

but nothing like that. And then when

I started my blog, I started meeting

women who told me they were eating in

secret at night or when just when

nobody was watching or like when

commuting back home. They had no reason it

seemed and yet they couldn't stop. And me,

for me, when I was back in New York,

I didn't even want to stop. So I lost,

I got I think three or four root canal

after a year of that regimen. I gained

lot of weight, started having acne. I wanted

to do some acting,

not so good you know when you when

you're gaining too much weight and you

have acne in your face. But still I

didn't want to let go of those cookies

and sweets. So why was that? Well it

turns out, what I've discovered

It's not easy to swallow.

I wanted those cookies, you see, I needed them.

Well I believed I needed them. I didn't

imagine that I could change my life

because I was hung up on a big dream

that I would go to New York and I would

be successful and I would live in the US

and, you know, the American dream. It turns

out it was not my dream. But as I had

fantasized about it for so many years,

I wouldn't let it go. And I was stressed

out and I was homesick. Looking back,

those cookies and those sweets were

exactly the same wants, the same brand that

I could have when I was living in France.

But I was in New York, and I was sharing

them with my french roommate. So every

night, I had a taste of France, of living

in France, and I didn't know what I was

doing back then. But I knew I could go on

without this. It was a moment to look

forward to.

Did it fix my problem? Did it change my

homesickness? No! But I was relying on

food to feel better. That was my reason why.

And then I met many, many other women and

their reason why is because we wanted to

feel less pain or feel better. And you

could say I could have stopped here. But

no, why they were resorting to food? Well,

the fact that you want to escape pain

and/or feel better using food is just

one aspect. The other aspect is

when you feel you are in the situation,

you can't escape. So you are disempowered,

you are in a situation that you don't

feel you can change and this can be

uneasy most of the time due to your

perception and beliefs. For example, myself.

I used to think that it would be such a

huge failure for me to let go of the

American Dream and go back to France,

that I held on to the dream way too long.

And you see now I found a compromise, I

speak in English, I work in English and

then live in France and suits me

fine. So, let me give you another example.

There was this woman who had two parents

she had to take care of. That's a lot of

responsibility and she felt, well, that

was her job and that she had to dedicate an

entire life to them with no me time.

And everyone, she believed that she was not

good enough. So every time that she had a

setback or a bad grade or anything that

would confirm that she was not good

enough, she resorted to food. Because

I'm not good enough is like a sentence

of death.

It's like forever, I am anything or I

will always and "I will never" and "I can't"

are things that keep you stuck in your

situation, and that prevent you from

taking action. So when you can't, there's

nothing you can do about it situation,

what do you do? Well you try to feel at

least a little better, right? Make sense?

And food is an option that your brain

has recorded can provide you with that.

With this change of mood. But if you

really want to go back to the core, to

the real reason why you have to look at

yourself and all the things that you are

telling yourself about what you can't

have, what you are, what you will always,

and what you will never,

what you can't, what you worth, and all

those things you tell about you.

And what's magical about the process that

created is that you can, with this very

very thing that is causing you pain and

stress and worry that you can call food

addiction or being controlled with food

or controlled by food or binge eating, is

that you can use this and every craving

in every urge and every moment you

have an obsession to go back to the

story that created everything, and to go back

to the decision that you made but you

could have, can't have, were worth or

weren't worth, and yes that is going to

require honesty and courage. But if you

are willing to go for this very

empowering process, which is not to just

distract yourself from your cravings, not

just trying to go for a walk and call

a friend. But really look at what it is

you've been doing to yourself, then

you're not only going to let go of this

issue, which is food addiction, but you're

also going to let go of all the stuff

that could keep you stuck in your life.

So basically you can transform this

negative and toxic relationship with food

and make it an empowering one that makes you

grow into who you've always dreamed to be.

I've created for you a blog post where I

explain this. I created for you a

challenge and I want you to hop on this

challenge. So first you read the blog

post, then you hop on the challenge

because the challenge is going to make

you experience what I've told you.

I don't know about you but I've read a

thousand blogs about self help, and all

that. And it didn't impact me because I

didn't feel things and that's why I created

this challenge. Because you want to

experience

emotionally, then you get it. It's like

meditation. You can have somebody explain

it to you for hours, if you don't do it

you'll never know how it feels. So read

my blog post and then get on the

challenge and I'll be talking to you

soon.

Thank you for watching. Bye bye.
