It�s been a slow morning.
It�s Breakfast At Wimbledon Novak Djokovic vs. Andy Murray.
It�s looking good for Murray so far and if he wins he�ll be the first Brit in 77
years to take the title.
That�s why I�ve been a little worried this weekend for a Kate Middleton baby.
A British Wimbledon winner and the heir to the throne all in the same day??
Anglophile that I am, even I can�t take that much Englishness.
So wait it out Kate.
Keep that baby in there one more week for the world�s sake.
But Kate isn�t the only one being asked to wait.
Word is out the Pippa Middleton engagement is on hold until the royal heir is out and
about.
Sources told the Daily Mail Pippa is confident Nico Jackson is the one but they�ve been
told to relax on announcing their wedding so they don�t steal any of the spotlight
away from Kate and the baby.
Really?
Is that even possible?
Perhaps Pippa and Nico are waiting because they don�t want to compete with the baby
for the attention.
He seems like he kinda likes it, don�t you think?
So does this go along with the whole �Pippa needs to tone down the famewhoring� thing?
She and Nico weren�t really taking heed a few days ago at the Wimbledon men�s semi
finals.
They were very touchy feely in the stands knowing full well they were being papped.
I wonder if they�re basically saying screw it and acting out since they can�t go public
like they want to.
Or maybe Nico is into PDAs.
I kinda think Nico likes the attention the PDAs give him.
Regardless, it looks like this will be another banner year for the Middletons.
We might have a baby AND another wedding.
I�m not complaining.
It�s not like this will be Pippa�s only wedding anyway.

What's a Quarter-Life Crisis? - Duration: 4:54.
Graduates: Even though it's a long way off, you've probably heard about something called
"the mid-life crisis" – men buy Italian sports cars; women go on yoga retreats to Bali.
But I'll bet you've never heard of a crisis you may be facing in a few short years.
I call it "the quarter life crisis."
I know a little something about it, because I went through it.
Oh, boy – did I go through it!
When I was 24, a lot was going my way – at least, on the surface.
I had great friends.
I had a great job on Capitol Hill.
I even had a great apartment.
So, why didn't I feel great about my life?
I was working as a press secretary for a congressman.
I should have been happy about that.
But instead, I just felt…trapped – anxious and uncertain about my future.
Where was I going?
What was my next move?
On the personal side, things weren't much better.
I hadn't had a boyfriend in years, and there were no prospects on the horizon.
Marriage seemed like an impossible dream.
I loved my friends, but I still felt lonely.
Right before my twenty-fifth birthday, I took a personal inventory (I love lists).
It felt like I was falling short… almost everywhere.
I missed my college days, which seemed, in retrospect, so carefree.
The future just looked boring and hard.
That is what you call a quarter-life crisis.
And I'd like to help you avoid it.
To that end, I bring you three pieces of advice.
One: Get out of town.
Feeling trapped?
One of the best ways to set yourself free is to move – literally.
After years of structure – high school, college, right into a career –
I longed to be free.
I wanted to be able to leave town at a moment's notice.
So I stopped accumulating stuff.
I only had one cup, one glass, one plate, one bowl, and one set of silverware.
It was one of the best things I did for myself.
It allowed me to be nimble in my life and my career.
Assuming for a moment you're not married (if you are, congratulations!),
you're pretty much accountable to no one.
That will change.
Take advantage of your mobility while you have it.
Go where the opportunities are.
But more than that, just go!
That might mean going somewhere for a better job, or it might mean traveling
whenever you get the chance.
It's a big country and a big world.
There's no reason to be stuck in one place, especially if that one place
isn't working for you.
Two: You're not going to become a ballerina at 25.
You're still young, but you're not as young as you used to be.
You don't have unlimited potential anymore.
The last time you had unlimited potential, you were nine.
At this point, you're pretty well formed – what you're good at, what you're really
bad at, what you like and don't like.
I'm not saying you can't change, that you can't grow.
Of course you can – and must; but you are who you are, and you need to figure out
who that is.
To put it another way, what is it that you want out of your life?
You need to make a realistic assessment of your strengths and weaknesses.
Again, lists.
This will help you take the next step in the process: setting a goal.
Okay, ballerina – not practical.
What is?
Be honest.
Figure it out.
Write it down.
Then, as one of my mentors told me before my first White House press conference,
"Put your big girl panties on, and deal with it."
Which leads to my final piece of advice: Meet the universe halfway.
No one is going to hand you the life you want.
You're going to have to go out and get it.
But there's a twist.
You don't really know where your life is going to take you.
You almost certainly won't end up where you plan to be.
But that's okay, because when you set goals and work toward them, positive things happen.
You gain skills.
And those skills will create opportunities that never would've existed if you weren't
working toward something.
Life will happen along the way; things will change in ways you can't possibly predict,
but nothing happens if you're sitting on a couch waiting for your life to begin.
I have a lot of other advice that will help you – like, don't skip the dentist.
But when it comes to surviving the quarter life crisis, I think this will help.
Now, if anyone has any advice for my upcoming midlife crisis, let me know.

this lesson I found an American all the
way down here in Australia and I thought
that I'd use him to show you some of
the pronunciation differences between
Australian English and American English.
You don't mind if I use you Alan?
Use away!
How long have you been in Australia Alan?
Two weeks now.
Two weeks! And what do you think of it so far?
It's beautiful. Yeah. Actually this is our
first rainy day but for most days it's been
really really nice out here in the west side.
Rainy days are good for filming actually!
Oh! That's good, perfect day.
Hey, what's one weird thing that
Australians say? Australians say a lot of
weird things with slang words. What kinds
of things have you heard that have kind
of just weirded you out?
Maybe if someone said, you know, "Go to the
boot and get some bush chooks and
we'll crack a tinnier." And you're like, I have no
idea what you're talking about!
Nobody knows what you're talking about!
What he actually said was can you go to the car,
the back of the car, open it, get out a
can of beer and open the beer. Drink it.
And drink the beer. So we can drink beer.
Boot is actually not that weird, that's just
you know, you have a different name in America, right?
We just call it a trunk.
A trunk. The back of the car in America is called a
trunk but here in Australia and in
the UK too it's boot. Yes. You also say some
really weird things actually, this
morning you said to me "I'm going to go
and pet that horse out there." and I
was like "what?" because pet is just like an animal in
Australia, like a dog or a cat. Right, right.
But you're using it as a verb like you
would - like we say pat, pat the
animal and you say pet. Yeah, yeah pet.
Yeah.
But my point is that even native English
speakers have, you know, sometimes we have
words or even pronunciation that we
don't quite understand about each other
and you have to sort of piece the puzzle
together and that's definitely what
we've been doing the last few days right?
Since I met you. Definitely. Piecing it
together. Yeah right, piecing it together.
Figuring it out. I'm going to, I've got
some words actually written down here
that I want to, I want to test your
pronunciation on because I think that
the way that you say these words is
quite different to the way that we say
them here in Australia. So I want to test
that out and I want to demonstrate to
you guys what that actually, what it
looks like or what it sounds like. The
different, the difference between the
American accent and the Australian
accent. So the first one is this one, Alan.
How do you say this? That's hot.
Hot. Hot. Okay, so we would say hot. So
more like oh rather than ah. Yeah so it's a
little bit different - that's an easy one
to start with. What about this one?
Going to be very different. We say car. This one,
Car. Car. Car. So the main difference there
is that Alan pronounces the 'r' at the
end of this word. You say car, we use
the 'r', yes. And we just dropped that r
sound, it's kind of silent. It's just ah. Car.
Yeah! That's like, that's proper Australian
accent. Car. All right, what about
this one? Bottle. Bottle. Bottle. Now the
way that I say bottle is with T's. Yeah
but it's not actually lots of
Australians have the same pronunciation
of these two T's like, like you do and
often I say bottle as well. So you
instead of pronouncing that T, it's like
a 'd' sound, like a lazy D sound. Bottle.
Bottle. Yeah. Bottle. Bottle. Yeah that's
pretty good, it's pretty close. But that's one
similarity between the Australian accent
and the American accent is this double T or
even just a single T in the middle of
words like a bottle of water. A bottle of
water. Yeah, like someone from the UK
would say a bottle of water - in a better
accent than me.
OK, how about this one? Burger.
I think the way he says this is hilarious!
We say burger but you pronounce this 'u'
in a different way. Burger. Yes. Bur- Burger.
Burger and I just say burger. OK!
Sometimes we'd drop the 'a' there, we'll say
Garage. Garage? Oh, like that's
really, really soft. Yeah, sometimes it's
garage or sometimes it's just garage. So
the main difference between the American
and the Australian or the UK British
accent pronunciation of this word is
that we would put the stress on the
first syllable
and we would say ga-rage, garage. And
you would say garage so the stress
pattern is different for this word.
Garage. Garage.
OK. Bought. That is not
how you say that! Bought. Yes. Bought. It's pretty
similar! Bought. Bought. Yeah it's pretty similar.
Bought. What about this one then? Daughter.
Daughter, daughter.
Daughter or daughter. That's another good
example of that 't'. Daughter.
How about this one?
Aunt. Or aunt. But it's mostly, I think you
hear people say aunt more. Aunt.
We say aunt. Aunt. My auntie. Do you say auntie?
No, we just say aunt we don't really use
auntie as much. OK so that's quite
different! Aunt and aunt. How about this one?
Entreprenuer. OK so the main difference
there is in this last couple of
syllables. We say entrepreneur. Oh really?
Entrepreneur. Yeah. Now I don't even know
how to say it! Entrepreneur. So you
kind of do two syllables at
the end here, we're we just go entrepreneur or
entrepreneur.
Entrepreneur. Entrepreneur. That's a weird word. Entrepreneur. What
about.. this is kind of related, this word
Yeah. There's niche or niche. What do you say?
I say niche but maybe I've been saying
it wrong for a while but I think people say
niche though. It's your niche. Everyone, lots of
people in America say niche but everyone
outside of America says niche.
Is that true? Did you have to look that up? No that's true!
I want to make sure I'm not the only one here.
It's not just you lots of Americans say
niche and add a 't' sound in there
but the rest of the world, the rest of
the English-speaking world, says niche.
Find your niche. Interesting, very interesting. OK
Caramel. Sorry what?
Caramel. We'll say caramel, caramel apple!
Caramel, caramel apple! Yeah.
Caramel. Yes it's very different. Caramel. And I
don't know why it's caramel, but it's
caramel or people will say it both ways
it's caramel or caramel. Yeah and even then,
- caramel - if you say caramel, you put
like a stronger stress on this third
syllable don't you? Caramel. Yeah -mel.
Caramel. OK this one.
Mobile.
Mobile. Mobile. Mobile.
Very different. It's quite different. But this is like -
- you say it correctly. You would normally, you
would normally say just cell phone, right?
Yeah, we say cell phone. When
do you use this word? Like a mobile home, like
to move things. Yeah not like a phone?
Right. Right because we would
use this for a phone. Even, well actually, I
jumped in the ocean with my mobile.
You did too! and I went to look for cell phones
and it's like in Australia it's not
really, they just always use mobile
phones so I was searching for what's the best
cell phone plan and it's not how they
say it. Oh like you were Google-ing that? Yeah yeah.
But if you said that to someone
here though, they'd know exactly what
you were talking about.
Cell phone, mobile phone. Right, right. But if you did say
mobile or what do you say? Mobile. Mobile.
Mobile. They'd be like 'what?'. Actually
that's like the petrol company. Yeah we
don't use petrol either we call it gas.
It's just gas or gasoline. So these are like
loads of vocabulary differences between
American and Australian English. We're
trying to focus on pronunciation but
there's a whole other lesson in
vocabulary for sure! OK what about
this one? This one is one of my favorites!
It's very simply said. Aluminium. Aluminium
is what we say but actually when I when
I looked this up, you guys spell it
differently because I'm looking at it
I'm like I don't think that's how we
spell it, right. You actually have changed
the spelling so instead of aluminium,
aluminium. You, you just write it
aluminum. Is that right? Aluminum. Yeah. Yeah.
Aluminum. Just the -um at the end.
Stop knocking that plant! Hey buddy!
OK how about this?
Leisure. Leisure. Leisure. Leisure.
But I can see why leisure, that would make
probably makes more sense but American
pronunciation, leisure, with the 'r' and
Australian pronunciation, leisure, bit
lazier.
Turmeric. Turmeric. Yeah turmeric.
Here, turmeric. Yeah, yeah. This is like - maybe I'm wrong but I
think I've called it turmeric for all that
I can remember. Don't doubt yourself that's
just totally how you -
Try not to doubt myself. Don't doubt yourself in everything
you've known for thirty years!
Yeah yeah. But this is the spice, the yellow
spice that's used a lot in Indian
cooking and Malaysian cooking. Very, very
tasty, delicious spice.
So are you kind of surprised by how many
differences there are or did you already
know about a lot of those differences
between American and Australian English?
I think I get surprised by something
almost every day!
That you're here! Yeah it's still very new
for you, isn't it? Yeah,
It's just pronunciation, it is very
different. Yes. Yeah, yeah. But it's fun!
Yeah? Do you find the Australian accent easy?
to understand or is it sometimes quite
difficult?
I think for the most part you can
understand it. There's just, there's that
I think the more harder things in
Australia is like using different words
for different meanings. Different
vocabulary, slang words and stuff like
that. Yes definitely.

Battle Bay - What is the Best Ship? - Duration: 3:44.
Hello friends.
Today, we are going to talk about the best ship in Battle Bay.
There's currently five different ships to choose from including the shooter, speeder,
enforcer, defender, and fixer.
Now, each of these ships has its strengths and weaknesses that must be considered when
looking at the overall strength of your team.
However, I believe certain ships are better suited to help you climb the ladder and reach
new leagues.
For the absolute beginner, the best ship is undoubtedly the defender.
With its high health and defense, the defender can survive longer than all the other ships
while still dishing out formidable damage.
When you first start playing, players are still learning to move around and control
their ship so stats like speed and agility are not as important.
The defender can just trade shots back and forward until the defender wins by having
much more survivability.
Moving on to mk2, the best ship quickly becomes the shooter as it unlocks a third weapon slot
allowing you to constantly dish out damage to your enemies.
At this level, the other ships are still stuck at having only 1 or 2 weapons, severely limiting
the amount of damage they can deal.
Play the shooter if you like spamming out your weapons as you will be able to cycle
through your weapons non-stop.
When you reach mk3 ships, you probably have a good grasp of the controls and a better
understanding of the layout of many maps.
Around this level, I believe the best ship is the enforcer.
A mark 3 enforcer unlocks its second weapon slot so you can finally start dishing out
damage instead of just being a supporting ship.
It also has very well rounded stats and the two yellow item slots give you the opportunity
to bring speed boosts, slows, and stuns to your team in addition to your damage.
As you reach the mk4 level, all the ships start to come together with their own strengths
that they bring to the team.
The speeder becomes a very powerful choice with its superior speed which allows it to
move all around the map to evade your enemies or to get up close and personal with a powerful
close ranged weapon before boosting away to safety.
I would say that the speeder is the best ship at this level because the difference between
having 2 powerful weapons compared to the 4 that a shooter has is not as significant.
At the mk4 level, fixer also comes into play as a vital part of any team.
A mk4 fixer finally has the stats and item slots needed to keep both yourself and your
teammates alive longer.
Never underestimate the power of a fixer as the healing they provide lets your teammates
deal out much more damage and teams with a fixer have a huge advantage over teams that
don't.
So that covers all the ships in Battle Bay.
By the time you reach mk5, you will surely have decided what your favorite ship to play
is.
Always keep in mind that while I have listed the ships I believe are best at each level,
it is much better to have a well-balanced team and work together with others.
A well-rounded team with a defender to soak up the damage for the heavy hitters supported
by a fixer will have a much higher chance of winning than a team with 5 of the same
type of ship.
Before I end this video, I know some of you will just want me to tell you which ship is
the best to stick with.
So, here it goes.
If I were to rank the ships based on my personal experiences and play style, I would rank the
enforcer as the best ship, followed by the speeder, the shooter and then the defender.
The fixer is also tied for the number one spot as I truly believe every team needs one.
