This time it's about an air pistol. It's about the Diana LP8 Magnum.

Here in the Tactical Set. Something distinguishes this version from the normal Diana LP8.

Normally you have a grain at the front end. This way you can shoot the normal version with rear sight and front sight.

And there's a metal shoulder rest here.

It's a free weapon, but this is the

first weapon where I really recommend earmuffs! Just because you can't get through

the 1x40 RedDot supplied looks you have the air pistol but relative

How to speak English like a native speaker even in your 20s. - Duration: 6:18.

If you start studying English in your 20s

many people may say "It's already too late."

But I did start in my 20s and

there are advantages.

I was an English teacher for 7 years in Korea.

I taught elementary school kids

to adults, various age groups.

Korean parents want their children to be good at English.

So they send their kids to English academies

when kids are really young.

I have taught phonics to young children.

It took about a month for them to learn

how to read English.

But adults can do it

within a day.

Adults can understand more things

compare to children.

And if you attend school in Korea

everyone learns English for 6 years

in middle school and high school.

Even if you mess it up

you still remember alphabets and basic words.

So when Korean adults

start studying English in their 20s

they have basic knowledge and better understanding ability.

Once they try to learn for real

they got advantages.

You are forced to study English in middle school and high school.

If you don't like the way of teachers

it can be very difficult.

Test prep English is often far away from

practical English.

A lot of people in Korea have the perfect test score

but they have a hard time

communicating with foreigners.

Sometimes they give up learning English.

But things are different when you're older.

You know exactly why you need to learn English.

Once you make up your mind

you can choose various ways to learn

like taking classes, YouTube, online classes etc.

If you don't like it

you can always switch programs.

Among many ways to study English

Studying with movies and TV shows!

Then you can learn

how native speakers speak

and what expressions they use for real.

After hearing this

people google

how to study English with movies.

I need to watch it over and over again.

I'd better pick something I like.

Someone told me that she picked

Breaking Bad.

She was recommended to watch it with no subtitles first

then English subtitles, Korean subtitles

So she began but she couldn't understand

what people were saying.

So she quit.

Modern Family is a popular one.

So someone started studying with it.

But it was way too fast to listen for her.

When you study with movies and TV shows

it's very important to pick

something not to difficult for your level

and the right way to study.

No subtitles first, and English subtitles,

then Korean subtitles and vice versa.

People talk about different ways to study.

So it's confusing.

What am I supposed to do?

Do you know the best way?

Rather than trying numerous ways,

pick one good program that works for real.

I don't want you to go with a hard way.

So I'd like to recommned

a good English program.

It's Core English.

You can study English with movies.

It's also fun.

Unlike common English programs

it doesn't list what you need to memorize.

It has stories which make it more fun.

Core English teaches you

with 'shadowing' . Even interpreters

use this method.

If you don't know what shadowing is

I'll show you an example.

If you search shadowing on YouTube

you can find many videos.

It's a good way to learn speaking.

The man who you saw

in the video is the founder of Core English.

Shall we see how well

he speaks English?

OMG, he dropped out high school

and started studying English in his 20s.

A high school dropout made this far.

So you can do it too.

After experiencing it himself

he made a program according to it.

While teaching English for 7 years in Korea

I learned a few things.

Repeating what you learn is very important.

Shadowing should be done numerous times.

Want to know why?

There are movie that loser characters

become awesome fighters.

Like Karate Kid, The Art of Fighting, Kung Fu Panda.

There are scenes

that you can find in those movies.

The characters repeat the same moves over and over again.

They think it's boring and has no meaning.

But at the end, they get to use those moves

without even thinking.

Shadowing is the same.

If you repeat it until you can say it

without thinking

Not only you can use it but also

apply it in difference situations.

There are so many English programs

nowadays.

You try one and don't like it,

then you go to the next one.

But no matter how good the program is, if you are not consistent

You can't get anywhere.

When I was an English teacher

I could see a little improvement after 3 months

from students.

After 6 months, I could see

they got definitely better.

Whether you choose Core English

or different programs

Please keep going at least for 3-6 months.

The legendary Gunners' manager called time on his illustrious career at the end of last season after 22 years at the helm of the Arsenal

Wenger will always be fondly remembered at the Emirates, even if his last few seasons were categorised by inconsistencies and underwhelming performances

The Frenchman had clearly run out of ideas and oomph by the time he called it quits and even the most fervent Wenger fan would agree that it was time for change

At the time of the announcement that it would be Wenger's last season in charge, there was a good deal of confusion as to whether or not he had been sacked, or had chosen to step down

The prevailing thought was that Wenger had chosen to step aside, but according to former Gunner Jack Wilshere, that was not the case

Wilshere was on the brink of signing a new contract at the Emirates when Wenger's departure was announced and, as a result, the midfielder's new deal was put on hold

In an interview with BBC show Football Focus, Wilshere lifted the lid on how the squad reacted to the news, and according to him, Wenger was sacked

"I was in the last year of my contract, and I spoke with the manager at the time, Arsene Wenger, and he said that they won't be offering me a new deal and that I could leave," said Wilshere

"But at the time I was injured and it was difficult, because I wasn't fit and I wasn't playing, and not many teams wanted me injured

"It was strange, everyone was just shocked and Per Mertesacker, the captain, said a few words, and I think everyone was just in shock

" There were certainly many fans who felt Wenger may have been forced out of the door and this might go a long way to proving them right

As a result of that sacking, Spaniard Unai Emery was chosen to usher in a new era in north London

Wilshere was shipped out to West Ham as the former PSG man went about overhauling his squad

New Green Tree Frog And New Bioactive Tank Set Up - Duration: 4:48.

hey y'all welcome back mandy with my hectic life that's where we talk about

all things pet and pet related and today I got a new green tree frog and I redid

my tree frog tank now unfortunately cotto my first green

tree frog that I got years and years ago so I went ahead and

went out and got a another green tree frog so I haven't really decided on a

name yet I'm thinking maybe dark cuz at least

then it would still go with the Beastmaster theme of my tree frogs I

don't know I like to have semi themes going on with some of my animals I don't

know why okay so I did get the green tree frog habitat all set up I wanted to

change it over to a bioactive tank I want all my tanks to be bioactive now

from now on I don't really want to deal with having sterile tanks like ever

again since I have switched over to the bioactive tanks it's been amazing and

life has been just so much easier so much easier as far as maintenance goes

it is saving me tons and tons of time that I was spending scrubbing and

cleaning these tanks so I've gotta say I absolutely love it

so of course the plants still need to grow in some and I'm probably gonna get

maybe a few vine plants to add into here but it's getting it's getting there it's

mostly done I did want to film myself redoing this tank but unfortunately my

camera battery died in the middle of filming it so I was not able to really

get it on film so unfortunately since Coto

this is I think I am gonna name him dar I think that's what we're going with

here so this is dar and he is going to be joining wherever my other green tree

frog is hiding in his new home I don't know what's up with the little brown

spots on your nose but that's okay he is pretty much full-grown

oh I think he will fit in nicely and I think he's gonna be a happy little frog

when I get him into this tank now the question is can I get him in without him

jumping out all right so I'm gonna go ahead and get him in the tank and we'll

see how he does all right so unfortunately I do have a

little bit of glare on the camera but that's okay it is a glass tank so I have

to deal with a little bit of glare from the window light but he is looking good

and happy he already found a nice little place to sit on I still don't know where

my other frog went in this tank but they're good at hiding there's a lot of

little places in here that they can hide you got all kinds of stuff going on in

here that they can hide in and there's only gonna be more or getting put in

there once I add the vines I may never be able to find my frogs in here again

but that's okay cuz they will love it because they will feel so secure and

happy with all the plants that I will end up having going on in here it is

still daytime so it only makes sense with them being nocturnal that uh photo

would be hiding out somewhere goodness knows all my animals are kind of hiding

out right now perhaps hiding in his little vines am i pac-man frogs have

pretty much buried themselves let's play where's auric can you see his little

eyes poking out and I don't even have a clue where moult are is right now I'm

thinking there is a big huge clump inside here I probably shouldn't be

putting my finger in here but since I can't see her eyes poking out I figure

I'm probably okay but there's a big clump in here underneath the log so I'm

assuming that's probably her hiding in there but while I'm in here I need to

fill up the water bowls it's been like Hika hot lately and

is drying out everything so quickly so we gotta say I think everybody's doing

pretty well right now and so far I'm so happy that I switched over to bioactive

tanks instead of the sterile tanks it's so much better it's like life changing I

 Non ci sarebbe nulla di strano se non fosse che Gianni Sperti non solo non ha mai rilasciato nessuna dichiarazione sul suo orientamento sessuale ma anzi è sempre stato molto riservato sulla sua vita privata
