Can we imagine our life without color?

A black and white life?

No.

Color is very important for life.

We communicate through color, even though there is no verbal or written documents.

So, this is why my episode on Color - Understanding the depth in color.

Whether you are graphics or web designer,

photographer or cinematographer, you need to have basic understanding about color

because only the proper use color can make the difference between the products from each other.

So, without further ado, let's learn together about the depth in color.

If we want to know about color, the first thing we need to know is how we see the color.

Suppose if we see a banana, then how do we see it?

When light falls on an object, let's say a ripe banana,

it absorbs some of the light and reflects the rest of it.

This banana has 570 to 580 nanometer bounced back light which is called wave length.

This wavelength is identified by the specialized cells called cones and rods

which determined yellow light.

This is why we see banana as yellow.

We might have received general idea about

how we see color and what types of color do we have.

Today in this tutorial, let's get back to school life when we came to know about color.

Basically red, blue and yellow are the primary colors.

The secondary color are mainly produced combining these three colors.

When we mix red and blue together, it will turn into purple color,

combining blue and yellow will make green color

and adding yellow and red will produce orange color.

This is how we can create secondary colors mixing the primary color with each other.

When we produced primary and secondary color, then the next color we have is tertiary color.

As like secondary color, tertiary color is produced

by combining primary and secondary color.

Red-Orange, Red-Purple, Blue-Purple, Blue-Green, Yellow-Green and Yellow-Orange

are tertiary color produced by mixing primary and secondary colors.

When we set all produced colors one after another,

we simply created a color palette or we can call this color wheel.

Knowing about color wheel is very important for

color artist, graphics designer or anyone who works with color.

Let's now recap again what we have learnt.

We have three basic color, red, blue and yellow.

Adding these primary color one another, we produced secondary color.

Combining primary and secondary color, we got tertiary color.

Lastly organizing the primary, secondary and tertiary color next to each other,

we created color palette or color wheel.

Now we know how to create color wheel and we have 12 different colors in our color wheel.

If we divide this color wheel from the middle, we get color temperature.

Generally these two separated colors are called 'Warm Color' and 'Cool Color'.

Red, Orange and Yellow are mainly called warm color

and Purple, Blue and Green color are called cool color.

Warm color is commonly used for showing bright, cheers and happy mode

and cool colors is used in graphical design to express dark, mysterious and gloomy mode.

When we mix these warm and cool color for any graphical presentation,

there might be a possibility to have psycho-logical and visual contrast.

But this is not applicable for each and every graphical designs.

Basically using color merely depends on the color artist

how, why and what the color is being used.

Now if you ask me, Yes, I know about primary color, secondary color, tertiary color,

color wheel, color temperature, warm color and cool color

but when I explore video editing and photo editing software.

I find Hue, Saturation, Value, Shade, Tint and Tone.

How can these be defined about colors.

Well, this is termed as color theory.

Now let's discuss about what the color theory terms are and how we can use them.

Simply, Hue is the name of color or called solid color

especially they are Red, Blue, Green, Yellow and Orange.

Saturation is purity and intensity of color.

Simply means the color is how bright and dark.

High Saturation means the color is how deep and bright

and desaturation means the color is washed-out, dried and gradually grayed.

Value is the degree of lightness and darkness of the hue.

Simply means the hue is how white bright in light and how dark in black.

Mid-tone represents the range of tone lies between highlight in light and shadow in dark.

Shade is the combination of a hue with black.

Adding various amount of black in hue, shade is created.

Tint is the mixture of white with hue.

The yellow tint is produced here adding different amount of white in yellow hue.

Tone is the combination of gray with hue.

This tone is produced mixing the range of white with yellow color.

Today we came to know so many facts about color,

I will publish another video on what is color scheme and how we can use color professionally,

we will discuss about that in up-coming video.

How to Manage Your Vitamin A Status | Chris Masterjohn Lite #60 - Duration: 8:08.

Are you getting enough vitamin A?

This is how to monitor your vitamin A status.

Hi. I'm Dr. Chris Masterjohn of

chrismasterjohnphd.com,

and this is Chris Masterjohn Lite,

Today we're going to talk

about monitoring your vitamin A status.

Vitamin A is found in foods in two forms.

The plant form comes in red, orange,

yellow, and green vegetables. The animal

form comes in liver and cod liver oil

and to a smaller extent in egg yolks and

butterfat. We need the animal form in

our bodies, but we're able to convert the

plant form into the animal form, so all

of those foods are potential sources of

vitamin A. If we don't get enough vitamin

A, we can be subject to a number of

signs and symptoms. The most well-established

of these are poor night vision, dry eyes,

and hyperkeratosis. Hyperkeratosis is a

buildup of the top layer of the skin,

which is normally very, very thin, but can

give a crusty or bumpy appearance when

it builds up in more than one layer.

This could appear as crustiness around your

hair follicles or as bumps on your skin

that could be mistaken for goose bumps

or acne, or they can even occur on the

surface of your eye, in which case you'd

need an eye doctor to know about them,

but they could be interfering with your

vision. Vitamin A deficiency is also

associated with poor immune function,

and so if you get sick more often, then

vitamin A could be the problem. There are

other signs and symptoms that are not

well-established, but we have basis to

think that they're related, and those

include kidney stones, an inability to

entrain a proper circadian rhythm with

light, meaning you sleep in darkness, you

get morning sunshine, but it's not

helping the way that it should,

or various autoimmune disorders, asthma,

allergies, food intolerances,

problems with low sex hormones, and in

the case of children, delayed puberty.

Now, when you have any of these things, it

doesn't necessarily mean that it's

vitamin A, but if your diet is low in red,

orange, yellow, and green vegetables, that

becomes more plausible. And there are

many of us who aren't good at getting

the plant form of vitamin A and need the

animal form of vitamin A from liver or

cod liver oil. In that case, even if you

are eating red, orange, yellow, and green

vegetables, but you are not eating liver

and cod liver oil, vitamin A deficiency

becomes very plausible. If you're not

eating any of those foods, or you're at

least not eating the animal foods, and

you're not taking any supplements to

make up for that, then

vitamin A deficiency becomes really,

really plausible. If you're not eating

any of those foods or supplements, then

you're almost guaranteed to have a

vitamin A deficiency. So, one thing to

keep in mind though is that if you have

a zinc deficiency, that can hurt your

ability to metabolize vitamin A and can

cause a lot of the same problems. So it

can be very helpful to look at the diet,

the symptoms, but also verify with

number one, blood work, and number two, response

to supplementation, that the problem is

actual vitamin A deficiency. If you're

trying to get blood work done, then you

could get serum vitamin A tested in one

of a number of ways. So, LabCorp and Quest

both offer serum vitamin A on its own.

If you work with Genova, Genova offers

vitamin A on the ION Profile and also on

their Fat-Soluble Vitamin Profile.

In either of those cases, you want to see

your serum vitamin A near the middle of

the range. It seems like there's a lot of

people who are vulnerable to signs and

symptoms of vitamin A deficiency that do

respond to supplementation or improving

vitamin A from food when they are within

the normal range but toward the lower

end of it. So if you are below the range,

that's a very good sign that you're

dealing with vitamin A deficiency, but

even if you're on the lower end of

normal, I wouldn't rule it out. The second

part of this is how do you respond to

supplementation or to improvement in

food intake? So if you fix this by

restoring the foods that were missing

from your diet or by adding a vitamin A supplement, then

you—if the symptoms go

away, then you have every reason to

believe that those symptoms are a result

of the vitamin A deficiency. That conclusion

is even more strong when you

see the serum vitamin A move from below

the range to in the range, or from the

lower end of normal to the middle of

normal, along with resolution of those

signs and symptoms. It's important not to

go crazy overboard with the vitamin A

supplementation. I would limit it in most

cases to 10,000 IU a day over the course

of weeks or a couple of months while

you're fixing the problems. If you use

more than that, there are definitely some

people who need more, but you should tell

your doctor about it. Make sure you're

looking for any signs of vitamin A

toxicity, and be careful and only use

it for a few months at a time. If you're

using hundreds of thousands of IU of

vitamin A over long periods of time, you

start to get a very significant risk of

vitamin A toxicity. The most common signs

of toxicity are generally nausea,

vomiting, and headache, but in extremes,

vitamin A toxicity can cause anorexia,

blurred vision, scaling skin, alopecia,

which is a form of hair loss, and even

organ damage and death. Is that likely from

vitamin A supplements? Absolutely not,

but it's best to keep it well within the

range of what will stay away from

toxicity, and that is consistent use of

10,000 IU or less or temporary use

of somewhere around 25,000-50,000 IU

for a few weeks or a few

months with some supervision from a

healthcare practitioner. Given the fact

that many of us are not good at deriving

vitamin A from plant foods, it may also

be the case that many of us are not good

at deriving vitamin A from beta-carotene

supplements, which is the form of vitamin

A in plant foods, and these supplements

should be retinol, the animal form of

vitamin A, in order to ensure that you're

going to get what you need.

Meghan's 'bitter' dad furious children haven't paid for retirement - Duration: 5:14.

 The true story behind Meghan Markle's complicated relationship with her estranged dad has been revealed

 Thomas Markle has been shot into the public spotlight after taking part in a series of interviews - and reportedly being kept apart from Meghan

 Meghan has become a country's sweetheart since marrying Prince Harry.  Just four years ago, the now Duchess of Sussex described Thomas with love and affection

  But now the Mirror reports Thomas is said to be ­growing "increasingly bitter" that his past generosity to his children has not been paid back

 The ex-Hollywood lighting director, 74, has told pals he expected Meghan , Samantha and Thomas Jr to help pay for his retirement but complained he had not received a "f***ing dime"

 One source told the Daily Mirror: "While he was working, Tom supported all his children

He was generous.  "But he made no secret that he expected in his dotage the money he spent on them would be repaid

 "He says they have not given him a f***ing dime back.  "He is growing increasingly bitter about it, and it has not been helped by how his ex-wife, Meghan's mum, has been so welcomed into the royal fold

 "The fact she could be moving to England has not helped the situation while he is in a pokey home in Mexico

"  Mr Markle has already revealed he had expected Meghan to look after him.  He said: "I took care of my mother for the last five years of her life

 "My daughter said she'd take care of me in my declining years. I'm not talking money, I'm talking about taking care of me

That's important to me."  However, the Duchess of Sussex and her dad have been estranged for three months

Matters came to a head when Mr Markle slammed the phone down on Harry during a heated phone call

 The row came after Mr Markle was found to have lied to his soon-to-be ­son-in-law by denying colluding with a paparazzi to cash in on staged pictures days before the May 19 wedding

 This was the latest in a stream of "dad disappointments" Meghan is said to have endured since she left home to go to university

 However, we can reveal Mr Markle's resentment over money is what initially drove a wedge between him and his children after he retired seven years ago

 The Emmy winner, who worked on smash hit sitcom Married With Children, is said to have earned more than six figures each year during his career

 He also reportedly won $750,000 on the California State Lottery in 1990.  Mr Markle gifted cash from the windfall to all his children while funding Meghan's private education

 After retiring, he moved from LA to Mexico, in part because of the cheaper lifestyle

 Today he rents a $695-a-month – £500 – home in Rosarito close to the US border.  Despite cutting his costs, he declared himself bankrupt in California in 2016, with £24,181 in credit card debts and savings of just £160

Meanwhile, friends say Mr Markle is angry that Meghan's mother has apparently been treated more favourably by the Royal Family than he has

Although the Prince has yet to meet his father-in-law, Doria has seen Harry on several occasions

 The 61-year-old yoga teacher has maintained a dignified silence since news of Meghan's relationship with Harry emerged two years ago

 Yet Mr Markle has publicly attacked his daughter and Doria is said to be furious his other children – Samantha, 53, and Thomas Jr, 51 – have "trashed" their half-sister

Sources say Meghan was also deeply hurt when she discovered her father had been cashing in on her ­relationship by staging photos with paparazzi

 That revelation was followed by Mr Markle pulling out of attending his daughter's wedding, due to a heart attack

Wilson is angry that keepers of the calibre of Petr Cech, Hugo Lloris and Loris Karius are being put at risk by being asked to play out from the back

Arsenal's 1971 Double winning keeper Wilson, who was the club's goalkeeping coach for 28 years, insists it is time for managers to be more understanding of the dangers of "sweeper keepers

France keeper Lloris conceded after trying to dribble out of his penalty box in the World Cup final, Karius's Liverpool career could be over after his gaffe in the Champions League final and now Cech is under the spotlight

It is something which infuriates Wilson who admits that Manchester City keeper Ederson can make the game look pretty by playing out from the back but that an accurate long kick is still far more effective

Wilson, voice shaking with anger while in defence of the keepers' union, said: "I'm old school, very old school

I know goalkeeper coaches will come right back at me, but it's been building up from watching the Champions League final, the World Cup final and then on Sunday

"It's the most difficult position on the field, believe me. It's eight yards by eight feet, it's 192 square feet, it's a huge great chasm

When I explain that to people they still seem shocked by the sheer size of what goalkeepers have to face

Now keepers are expected to play in such dangerous areas where players of the pace of Aguero or Sterling can close you down in the fraction of a second

They can put the keeper in a panic and the keeper has to take risks."Most obvious in everyone's mind right now is Lloris in the World Cup final

He was flipping and flopping around. To do something as stupid in the World Cup final is unthinkable

"Karius will never be forgiven by Liverpool fans and now, to my mind, has to live with that for the rest of his career

"It's the same for Petr Cech who has won everything in the game bar perhaps the World Cup

He's one of the greatest keepers we've ever seen. He's getting slagged off when he shouldn't be

I think the World Cup and Champions League final, the start of this season with Arsenal, I just don't understand that risk and gamble

"Gareth Southgate chose Jordan Pickford at the World Cup. Why? Arguably because of his distribution

But if you look at it, when Pickford had the choice he would hit it long with 80 or 90 per cent accuracy

"It's the risk taking at the back which, to me, has become the bane of the keeper's life

Sunday really got to me. A great goalkeeper, who is still a really an outstanding keeper, is being blamed because of his age because of the time it takes to get comfortable with it

"I think playing out from the back is so oversold. Sometimes it can be boring and if you put players under pressure then they end up having to go long anyway

The risk element on this and the panic that it brings is not worth it. I know I'm old school on this, but I developed with Don Howe - one of the greatest coaches ever - a straight ball into Ray Kennedy who could shield it brilliantly, play in John Radford to put the opposition under immediate pressure in the final third of the pitch

"But don't tell me you can't see John Stones panic at times when he is given the ball in those positions

He tries to put on a bravado. But much of it is an act. You don't want to be put in situations where you can be made to look a prat

Wilson is keen to redress the balance for keepers generally and, while he accepts a value in playing out from the back, he does feel that 36-year-old Cech has been unfairly treated because of his age

Incredibly, even Bayer Leverkusen - Cech's new Arsenal goalkeeping rival Bernd Leno's former club - took a cheap shot on social media

I was fuming to see him blamed for the first goal. It's been hit with Cech totally unsighted

Arsenal would have lost 5-0 without Cech on Sunday," said Wilson."Cech remains in my mind probably the best in the Premier League on high crosses

De Gea with all his brilliance, can be suspect on crosses. Lloris, for all his reading of the game, can be dodgy on crosses

In one-on-ones, Cech is still in the top three for one-on-ones. The age thing is wrong and unfair

Topics that will be discussed on this video are: Planting, caring for the plant, flowers

dropping, and excited to harvest.

What you see infront of you is a hot pepper plant.

First we will discuss about planting and what Holy Spirit taught me in these topics.

1.

Planting: I planted thinking it would be a bell pepper plant.

I wasn't able to put a note on what I really planted.

For I planted both bell pepper and hot pepper at the same time.

What grew was a hot pepper plant.

So it's like doing God's Will.

When we get ahead of God we speak and take action on our feelings and will, thinking

that's the Will of God but really it isn't.

2.

Caring for the plant: I was told by Holy Spirit how to take care of this pepper plant.

I also watched some youtube videos on how people took care of their pepper plants to

produce a lot of peppers.

I put weekly fertilizers (worm tea and every 2 weeks 1 tablespoon of epsom salt with grinded

powdered eggshells and rock dust).

It produced a lot of flowers.

Same goes in doing God's Will, just ask Jesus Christ what you must do to please Him, listen

and obey.

This goes everyday.

3.

Flowers dropping: After 4 months from planting from seed, I saw many flowers blooming, but

many kept dropping.

So I knew that falling off flowers means no fruit.

I asked Holy Spirit what should I do to stop this, for I put so much time and effort to

produce this plant, yet if flowers keep falling off I will not have peppers and all my hard

work is worth nothing.

Holy Spirit told me this: relax, stay calm.

The plant is maturing and some flowers will fall, but continue to water and fertilize.

Leave it alone, or else you will get stressed out.

When we do

God's Will, we get persecuted and sometimes things don't go positively.

We just got to listen and obey God.

And leave the results to Jesus Christ.

We must not panic or get upset when problems come to us.

Let us keep our peace still and let God deal with out problems that we did our best to

do to please Him.

4.

Excited to harvest: Now there is a lot of hot peppers.

And when I see them, I want to harvest them, but these peppers are only 1 week old, it

must grow bigger and wait 1 to 2 more weeks till harvest.

When we see that the results are good when we do God's Will, we become excited and again

get ahead of God and go by our feelings.

This shouldn't be or else we will destroy the purpose that God wanted us to do is to

fully be submissive and obey Him till the end.

Elvis Presley is one of the greatest cultural icons of the 20th century.

Official records tell us, the "King of Rock and Roll" passed away 41 years ago, today.

If he somehow survived, could he still be alive?

The answer is yes.

He would be eighty-three years old.

These are the weirdest tales of Elvis Presley being found alive.

It did not take long, for his most ardent fans, to suspect that Elvis, might still be

alive.

Two hours after the annnouncement of his demise in 1977, a man appeared at the airport in

Memphis, where he purchased a one-way ticket to Buenos Aires.

Using the name "John Burrows", the stranger paid in cash, and was last seen boarding the

plane for Argentina.

The man was said to resemble Presley, and the name "John Burrows" was an alias which

Presley had often used for checking into hotels.

At the Elvis museum in Missouri, the curator makes no apology for the poor quality of the

wax replica of the King, that rests in a copy of his casket.

He said, it may not look like Elvis, but neither did the guy in the original casket.

The king was laid to rest in Forest Hill Cemetery, where on his headstone, his middle name is

spelled wrong, two A's in Aaron, where there should be only one.

According to conspiracy theorists, because Presley is still alive, the fake name was

used intentionally.

Documents on Elvis Presley, have been released by the Federal Bureau of Investigation.

He took a tour of the FBI's headquarters in 1971, where he offered to the bureau his

"services, in any way," according to an FBI memo.

The author Gail Brewer-Giorgio claims to have pored over tons of these documents, and she

came to the conclusion that the bureau recruited Presley as an undercover agent in 1976.

Elvis had an airplane to sell.

This brought him into contact with organized crime.

He infiltrated the criminal organization at the very top, but they discovered he was working

as a mole for the feds.

He had to disappear.

He was put into the witness protection program, and he was assisted by the FBI, in faking

his funeral.

The 1990 comedy film, Home Alone, worked wonders for the career of Macaulay Culkin.

But is this is also the 33rd film in which Elvis Presley appears?

During the airport scene, in which the Catherine O'Hara character, fails to book a plane

ticket, a non-speaking extra hovers behind her.

A lot of people think this is Presley.

Even with a beard, he kinda looks like the King.

Some people suspect that Presley is alive and well, and still singing, as Pastor Bob

Joyce, of Benton, Arkansas.

Bob is now 83, the same age Presley would have been.

Many of those who have seen and heard pastor Bob on YouTube, are convinced that he is Elvis,

and that he is hiding in plain sight.

According to an analyst who has compared photographs of the pastor, with those of the King of Rock

and Roll, their teeth and their ears are a match, and the pastor occasionally wears a

diamond ring, resembling one of Elvis'.

Although Bob denies he is the King, he would have to say that, to maintain his cover, would

he not?

In 2015 in San Diego, California, the police were trying to confirm the identity, of a

white-haired homeless man, who went by the name of Jessie.

Investigators used DNA testing, hoping to match a known profile in the national database.

Laboratory workers were stunned when the results for "Jessie Doe", came back as a ninety-seven

percent match, to Elvis Aaron Presley.

Jessie himself, never released a statement of denial, of this accusation.

Paddy Power is an Irish bookmaker conducting business through a chain of licensed betting

parlors, in the United Kingdom.

They offer odds on all major sporting events.

In 2017, they offered a return of two thousand to one, to those bettors willing to wager

that the King would be found alive, before the end of the year.

No punter has collected on this bet.

Two planes collided on the ground at O'Hare Airport on Wednesday, August 14 in the afternoon.

CBS Chicago reports that Gate C30, United Flight 645 just clipped the wing of United Airlines Flight 2746, a plane which was parked at a Gate C28.

There is reportedly wing damage to both planes, although no reported victims as of yet.

The initial tweet by CBS, which read, "BREAKING: Two planes have collided at O'Hare.

Story is developing," drew criticism from several Twitter users, who called CBS's reporting "irresponsible," given that both planes were on the ground and no victims have been reported as of yet.

One user tweeted, "This is a super irresponsible and dramatic tweet from @cbschicago".

Another tweeted a picture of the damage.

Todos os moradores que conversaram com a equipe de reportagem, o fizeram sob a condição de permanecerem como anônimos

Acuados e desesperançosos, grande parte deles está reclusa em casa, com receio de sair à rua

"Voltamos a sentir medo de ir para a escola, de deixar um filho na rua", afirmou um deles

Uma moradora garante que a situação na favela é mais complicada quando escurece

Segundo ela, embora policiais militares façam rondas no período da noite, o resultado prático das patrulhas é "quase nulo"

"Durante a noite é uma feira. Tem venda de drogas, gente andando com armas e as pessoas com medo de andar na rua

Tudo voltou ao que era antes", lamentou. A moradora reconhece que os policiais que circulam pela área depois que o sol se põe, a princípio, parecem se esforçar no combate à criminalidade

No entanto, ela ressalta que até as barricadas que foram retiradas pelas Forças Armadas já estão de volta às vias da Vila Kennedy

Morreram mais policiais militares (3 contra 1, em maio de 2017) e houve mais casos de morte em ações policiais, que passaram de 97 casos no ano passado para 142, em maio de 2018

Os casos de roubo em geral também foram menores em junho deste ano (19.501) que no mesmo mês em 2017 (21

165). Também caíram os números de homicídio doloso e de roubo de cargas. Mas houve aumento dos casos de homicídios em intervenções policiais e o número de mortes de policiais se manteve estável, com um caso registrado tanto em 2017, quanto este ano

Em julho deste ano, pelo terceiro mês consecutivo houve redução do número de roubos em geral e também do roubo de cargas, em relação ao mesmo período de 2017

Também morreram menos policiais militares. Mas os homicídios aumentaram neste sexto mês da intervenção federal na segurança do estado
