Después de haber perdido con el América de visita una semana antes, Monterrey retomó así el camino de la victoria, para sumar ya 12 puntos de 15 posibles

Al minuto 3, el defensa Nicolás Sánchez abrió el marcador, con un cabezazo en tiro de esquina que cobró Pabon, luego de una buena maniobra de atracción del delantero Luis Guillermo Madrigal

Felipe Mora casi empata al 79' con tiro en el que estrelló el balón en el marco de Marcelo Barovero

 Hay días en los que se comienza con el pie izquierdo, más allá de nuestras intenciones por sobresalir y acumular éxito

Para Pumas, fue un sábado atropellado y en un escenario difícil. En la cancha del Monterrey, Universidad Nacional sucumbió ante un sinodal con características definidas y un futbol que despierta la capacidad defensiva de cualquiera, debido a los jugadores en ataque

No fue la mejor noche para los del Pedregal, que desde el comienzo del duelo sufrieron los embates de los regiomontanos

El desenlace ocurrió como se preveía: triunfo, aunque fuera por la mínima para Rayados

  Corría el minuto 3, cuando Nicolás Sánchez adelantó a los de casa. En un tiro de esquina, cobrado por Dorlan Pabón, el argentino se elevó venciendo a Luis Quintana y Alan Mendoza, para anidar la portería de Alfredo Saldívar

Se venía la penumbra en una noche oscura, fría; el rostro de los elementos puma lo reflejaba todo: frustración, incapacidad y hasta dolor

Desde el área técnica, David Patiño manoteaba, gritaba eufórico y vivía el encuentro al máximo

Duelo sufrido, en el que Rayados dominaba la pelota, las mejores acciones y por supuesto, tenía en sus manos el destino del mismo

  Una vez más, ahora al 7', en otro tiro de esquina, Pabón volvió a poner la pelota en el corazón del área de Pumas, con la intención de encontrar un rematador

La pelota rebasó a Luis Madrigal, que no pudo conectar adecuadamente el esférico; a éste sí llegó Jonathan González, que trató de prender el balón con potencia, pero Alan Mozo impidió que llegara a puerta de manera franca

En el desvío, el lateral le entregó la redonda a Nico Sánchez, que la prendió de forma estética con una chilena, que esta ocasión, Saldívar sí contuvo

El peligro era inminente. Las mejores sensaciones eran de Rayados.  Más allá de esfuerzos escuetos, de desdobles que no funcionaron a fin de cuentas, Pumas trataba de agrupar futbolistas en la media cancha, donde Rayados le ganaba las espaldas; quizás sin tanta posesión, pero sí con constancia

Al 27', en prácticamente un mano a mano de Carlos González con Marcelo Barovero, Universidad Nacional tuvo su opción más clara, pero la tardía decisión del paraguayo y la salida a tiempo del arquero argentino

En dos tiempos, el ariete perdió el duelo ante el veterano. La jugada personificaba el momento en la cancha de los felinos

  Además de la ineficacia, el cierre del primer tiempo trajo consigo un par de lesiones relevantes por cuenta de Pumas

Luis Quinta, que volvió ante Rayados después de un par de semanas en recuperación, se resintió de los males musculares que lo aquejaron antes; Pablo Jáquez ocupó su puesto

Mientras que el propio Carlos González, que había sido referente en el ataque felino, también se resintió de una lesión y fue sustituido por Matías Alustiza

Universidad Nacional sucumbía en presión y hasta en elementos relevantes. El escenario no era el más favorable

  El segundo tiempo no fluyó distinto. Monterrey dominaba otra vez. Cada oportunidad que los Rayados tuvieron, mostraron su poderío, capacidad y hasta desdobles; Pumas mejoró conforme corrió el segundo tiempo, las transiciones entre defensa y ataque, sobre todo por la banda derecha, entre Alan Mozo y Pablo Barrera, siempre le dieron estabilidad y oportunidad a los felinos

Pero hasta ahí. Matías Alustiza y Felipe Mora se quedaron sin grandes opciones frente al arco de Barovero

De hecho, fue al 79', cuando el atacante chileno prendió la pelota y la estrelló en el larguero de Rayados

  Pumas no logró consolidar sus opciones. Monterrey, pese a contar con una de las mejores nóminas del futbol mexicano, se desvaneció ante la presión de la visita

Sin embargo, no fue suficiente. Universidad careció de efectividad de cara al arco enemigo y se marchó de la Sultana del Norte con una derrota, la primera del torneo; desde hace una semana, cuando empataron sin goles ante Pachuca, en el Olímpico de CU y hasta ahora, con el descalabro que les arrebata el invicto, el cuadro felino ha sido otro al que inició el certamen

Van a la baja y no parecen encontrar respuesta.

Encuentran a mujer desaparecida hace 3 años en BC - Duration: 1:57.

 Veracruz.- La Comisión Nacional de Seguridad informa que luego de casi tres años de búsqueda, elementos de la Policía Federal en coordinación con la Procuraduría General de la República, localizaron en el estado de Veracruz, a una joven reportada como desaparecida desde enero de 2015, en la ciudad de Tijuana, Baja California

 Leer más: Incendio deja dos muertos en la Merced  Leer más: Surgen protestas con símbolos nazis contra migrantes Derivado de la denuncia interpuesta por los padres de la víctima, elementos de la División Científica de la Policía Federal, en coordinación con la Unidad Especializada en Investigación de Tráfico de Menores, Personas y Órganos, de SEIDO, realizaron un seguimiento puntual del caso y a través de tareas de gabinete y campo, obtuvieron la ubicación de la joven en el municipio de Orizaba, quien al momento de su desaparición se dirigía a la escuela y contaba con 15 años de edad

 Durante las investigaciones se establecieron tareas de rastreo y seguimiento en la ciudad de Orizaba, con el apoyo de las Divisiones de Inteligencia e Investigación de la Policía Federal, hasta identificar que la persona ubicada, coincidía con las características referidas en el reporte presentado hace más de tres años, donde se observó que la joven desarrollaba una actividad normal, sin que se advirtieran indicios de ser sometida a algún tipo de violencia, abuso o a un escenario de trata de personas

   Plenamente identificados, los agentes federales hicieron contacto con la joven, quien confirmó que se trataba de la persona reportada como desaparecida en Tijuana, la cual manifestó no haber sido secuestrada, sino que por voluntad propia decidió abandonar su hogar, derivado de conflictos familiares

 La joven de 18 años narró haber recorrido varios estados de la República, donde realizó diversos trabajos para subsistir, hasta llegar a la ciudad de Orizaba, donde se ha establecido y formado una familia

 Del mismo modo esta mujer consintió acudir a la Ciudad de México, para sostener una reunión con sus padres quienes continuaban su búsqueda, encuentro que se realizó en instalaciones de la Procuraduría General de la República, donde se corroboró su identidad y su estado de salud, en la que manifestó su disposición para restablecer los vínculos familiares

today i'm going to work on dwarf pomegranate bonsai repotting

dwarf pomegranate is a very popular choice for growing bonsai

re-potting should only be carried out every two or three years

so i just repot this tree in small cement pot

it's not a bonsai pot

after two years i'll repot this tree in a small bonsai pot

now i'm repotting this tree in a ordinary cement pot for the trunk to become thick

first

for the better drainage place a piece of jute cloth and put some stones in the bottom layer of the pot

then

place the tree center of the pot and add the bonsai soil

pomegranate needs a potting mix that is well draining and organic nutrients

mix of 60% aggregate and 40% organic is good for pomegranate trees

It will also need supplements, either organic or an inorganic time release fertilizer

that is specifically for plants that produce flowers and fruit

If you want the tree to grow healthy flowers and fruits

use a fertilizer with high phosphorous and high potassium from spring to late summer

should not be fertilized in the three months following re-potting

watering to the dwarf pomegranate tree

tree requires regular watering to keep the soil slightly moist

but not overly wet

and do not allow the soil to completely dry out

over water and shortage of water harm the tree

Namaste! Welcome to masala kitchen.

Today I am going to make a sweet out of semolina; without the use of khoya and condensed milk.

I have taken 1 small bowl (1/2 cup) fine semolina.

With the same bowl I have taken 1.5 bowl milk.

1/4 bowl desiccated coconut.

1/4 bowl powdered sugar.

Cardamom powder

If you want then some dry fruits.

1 tbsp ghee

For the filling, you can either use grated dry petha or rose petal jam. You can also use both the things.

Sauté the semolina on a medium flame for 2 minutes. Remove it, before changing of colour.

Pour the milk slowly on a low flame.

Stir it continuously.

Switch off the stove, when the mixture leaves the pan.

Cover the mixture with a lid and keep it for 2 minutes to make it soft.

Remove the lid and take it out in a plate.

Knead it for 2-3 minutes by putting some ghee on palm.

Make a smooth dough, in which there are no lumps and is soft also.

Add sugar to it, when it becomes cold.

Now we will add sugar, as it is completely cold.

Sweeten it according to your taste.

Mix it using your hand.

To increase the flavour, add 1/4 cup (2 tbsp) of desiccated coconut.

I have grated the petha.

I am using both, grated petha and rose petal jam, for the filling. You can use just one for the filling.

This can be made without the filling also.

But this filling is required to make it sweet from inside and increase its flavour.

I am adding cardamom powder to the filling.

Put the filling inside.

You can make it in any shape. I will prepare them, in this shape.

To make the sweet more softer; I will steam them.

I have kept the water for boiling.

Above that I have kept a sieve, approps to its size.

Grease the sieve with oil or ghee

You can take any kind of sieve.

Put the sweet in it.

Cover it with a lid and steam them for 3-4 minutes; to make them more soft.

They are completely steamed now.

Switch off the gas stove.

Take them out in a plate.

Due to steaming and filling inside, these are very soft.

It's your choice to coat them only with desiccated coconut.

But I will first dip them in sugar syrup.

Then coat them with desiccated coconut.

The sweet is ready.

Just make this sweet, when you don't have khoya or condensed milk.

The sweet, made out of semolina, is ready.

I have garnished it with pistachios and saffron.

LENSES: Field of View, Focal Lengths, Sensors and Lens Size Calculations - Duration: 5:24.

Questions seem to come in waves, and lately, I've got a lot questions about confusions

over lens sizes.

[COOL MUSIC AND INTRO STUFF - YEAH!]

Like your eyeballs, lenses have a field of view, in other words, how much the lens can

see, up, down, left and right.

That's the field of view, and that is specified by the lenses focal length, specified in millimeters.

That measurement is from the middle of the lens to the point of focus that the lens provides.

When you change the focal length, such as using a longer or shorter lens, you're changing

the distance from the middle of the lens to where it focuses.

And if you haven't guessed, that focus point is the sensor in your camera.

You may have been confused about the terms normal lens, telephoto lens and wide-angle

lens.

A normal lens is considered to have a field of view approximately the same as the human

eye, as if you were standing there looking at the scene.

Obviously, the lens doesn't have your peripheral vision, which is why it's an approximation.

The higher millimeter lens you use, the field of view gets narrower, showing less in the

view and the magnification gets larger than normal – things faraway look closer.

The shorter millimeter lens you use, the field of view gets wider, showing more in the view

and the things look further away.

Normal view is considered to be a 50mm lens on a full frame camera, like a Canon 5D.

Anything above 50mm is considered telephoto, and anything smaller is considered wide angle.

And note that term – full frame.

The image comes through the lens, which is round, and projected onto the sensor, which

is square, so the image is framed.

If you have a smaller sensor, it will crop the image more, giving you a narrower field

of view.

If I mount a 50mm lens on my Canon 5D with a full frame, I get 50mm.

If I mount that same lens onto a camera with a crop sensor, called that because it crops

the image that is considered normal, I won't get 50 mm, I will get a larger image and a

narrower field of view.

It's good to know what the image sensor crop factor is for your camera, and it's

easy to find out.

This camera has a 1.6 crop factor, meaning, if I put this 50mm lens on it, I get a bit

of a telephoto lens and have nearly the equivalent of this 85 mm lens on a full frame camera.

That's 50 millimeters times 1.6 which equal 80 millimeters.

If I mount this 28mm lens onto my full frame camera I get a wide-angle lens of 28 millimeters,

but on this crop sensor camera, I get 28 mm times 1.6 which is 44.8 mm, almost the same

as the normal 50 mm lens.

If you have a crop sensor camera as many of you do, and you decide to buy what's listed

as a wide-angle lens, you might be surprised that you don't actually get a wide-angle.

If you shoot with longer lenses, meaning telephoto lenses, and have a crop sensor camera, that

might be great for you.

If I put this 85mm lens on my crop sensor camera, I'm actually shooting more telephoto,

85 mm times 1.6 which equals a lens of 136 mm.

The reverse is true.

Say I want a 24 mm wide-angle lens for my crop sensor camera.

I divide 24 millimeters by 1.6, and see I will need a lens something around 15 mm to

get that.

If you have what's called a micro four thirds camera, the crop factor is 2.

I mount an 85 mm on that I get a 170 mm of a telephoto lens.

If I want a normal lens, I would get something around 25 mm – 25 times 2 equal 50.

If I want something like this 28mm lens on a micro four thirds, that's 28 divided by

2 which would indicate I need a 14 mm lens.

This zoom lens is a 24-105, and on my full frame camera I get that.

On my crop sensor camera, I get 38.4 to 168 mm, which is why I usually bring this camera

and lens when I am out and about shooting photos, it's got all the range I need.

On a micro four thirds camera, this would be a 48 to 210 equivalent lens.

Knowing the type of sensor in your camera, full frame, crop, micro four thirds, or something

else, and the multiplication factor for it, will help you buy the correct lens you need

without any surprises.

I've listed some of my favorite lens sizes for video shooting in the description below.

Khensani‚ 23‚ a third-year BA law student‚ took her life at her home in Alberton on Gauteng's East Rand on August 3‚ days after telling university authorities that her boyfriend had raped her.

Paying tribute to her at a memorial service at Rhodes University‚ a family member‚ Professor Pamela Maseko from the University of the Western Cape‚ said "Khensi" was a source of "immeasurable joy" for her mother‚ grandmother and the rest of the extended family.

"She was her mother's best friend‚ her confidante‚ her ally‚ and her most precious treasure." Maseko said that her loss "brings in Thembi a range of difficult emotions including anger‚ emptiness‚ disbelief and deep numbness".

"Her life‚ even though you might say was short‚ as you can see‚ was a life well-lived‚ with meticulous planning and execution - it was a life of compassionate love‚ bravery and courage.

  "Yet‚ ironically‚ it is these character traits that‚ we assume‚ propelled her to end her struggles in the physical world.

The circumstances around her death are tragic‚ and as a family we are still trying to make sense of them." Said Maseko: "It is easy‚ in instances of death that is a direct or indirect result of gender-based violence‚ to start to direct our anger at some people and institutions as we've seen in the case of Khensi.

Our wish as a family is to plead that all of us should take a leaf from Khensi's life." She said that it was time that "we take collective responsibility for the lives in our educational and other social spaces".

"It is no use only identifying the problems and making recommendations.

We know the problems‚ our responsibility‚ each one of us‚ is to do something."   The president of the student's representative council‚ Nhlakanipho Mahlangu‚ said: "The one thing I learnt from Khensani is to be an innovator; to never see the limits before you.

Khensani was a person of endless possibilities‚ a person of ideas." A spokesperson for the Maseko family‚ Palesa Gcwensa‚ said the family will not be commenting on their visit to Rhodes University.

"That's private to the family and it's too emotional for them." She did‚ however‚ confirm that the family visited the university to fetch Khensani's personal belongings.

On the day of her death‚ she posted her birth date and her "death date" on her Instagram account. .

Guided Meditation for Anxiety - Duration: 8:52.

Hey! I'm Sarah Baxley and welcome to pinkiethebear. This is my Mystics,

Metaphysics, and Mindfulness Channel. I'm here today with a little quick

meditation for anxiety. So I think it is safe to say that I think all of us in

today's day and age suffer from some type of anxiety from time to time- even

if it's just quick and fleeting, you know? I know for others it can be very

difficult and debilitating and for others it's just kind of having

excessive worry about things that are outside of our control. So wherever

you're at on that spectrum you know even if you just need to kind of take a

minute and take a breather I just wanted to applaud you for being

here and I want for you to know that I am here with you today through this

little exercise and quick meditation. So anyway, just go ahead and just get into a

comfortable seated position.

When you're ready, just go ahead and close your eyes. Take it a nice deep

breath in

and let it out. Let's do that again in and let it out. You know one of the things about

anxiety is that it is very much concentrated outside of the present

moment, right? We find ourselves worrying or having obsessive thoughts over

something that maybe happened in the past or about something that we are

concerned or worried that might happen in the future. One of the biggest things

to know is that when we are you know encountering anxiety it is preventing us

from staying in the present moment- right here right now in this moment in time

space. So I just want for you to notice that you are a living breathing organism,,

a living breathing human being. Notice as your chest rise and fall rise and fall

as you breathe.

Take another nice deep breath in and out. Then again I want for you to just gently

release and erase just whatever thoughts kind of seemed to keep entering your

mind right now and instead I want for you to focus your attention on your

toes-- yes on your toes.

I want you to kinda wiggle your toes around a little bit. I want for you to

think about your toes and how they help you walk, or how they help you with your

balance. They want for you to thank your toes- just send them some nice warm

loving energy there. I want for you to just kind of walk through and look

through your body and just think about how you know your brain really is kind

of being carried by this beautiful vessel right known as your body and it's

all of these different organs: your heart,

vocal cords, and your throat, and your ears, and your eyes, and your nose, and your

mouth, and your fingers, and your toes, and your stomach, and your kidneys, and your

spleen, and your intestines- and just think about how all of these things.

Every second of every day all of these things are working for you. All these

things are here with you every moment of every day they're always

working so that way you can be alive. So just take a minute to thank your body

for all the miraculous things that it does for you every day. Just take a

couple nice deep breaths, just sending some full rich oxygen throughout your

body as a thank you for all that it does. Ready? Let's take a nice deep breath

in and out.

And I want for you to just stretch your neck a little bit. Feel any tension that you might be

holding in your neck and your shoulders. Maybe wiggle your shoulders around a

little bit or do some nice circles with your neck and then I want for you to take some deep

breaths into your neck and into your shoulders.

I want for you to breathe in love and compassion.

I want for you to spread it all throughout your body. You ready? Take a nice deep

breath in- sending love and compassion through your body and out- breathing out

peace. And again breathing in love and compassion- and breathing out peace and

serenity. Ready? Breathing in love and compassion.

Breathing out peace and serenity.

So these last couple breaths here you can just breathe to yourself and notice

your breath. I want for you to notice how you're feeling now in this present

moment and how you're feeling now versus how it was when you first sat down a

few moments ago. I want for you to be mindful of how great it feels and how

relaxing and rejuvenating it could be going back to your breath and focusing

on the present moment. I want for you to notice how slow, how much that time slows

down when we take the time to be present with ourselves and our hearts and our thoughts

and our surroundings. So take a couple final breaths here.

Ready?

When you're ready just go ahead and let the eyes gently open

and notice that you're here with me.

Notice what a loving and compassionate act that this was for you

to take this time for yourself to slow down, to gather your thoughts, and to be

Because you're watching this, I know that you have some things you're aiming for

in your life. Things you want to achieve. You probably have some really big goals for

the next few years ahead where you want to stretch yourself, step outside your

comfort zone and then you have some smaller goals maybe next month and the

month after that. I'm not sure about you but for me sometimes I've found myself

starting on a goal, moving into action but I'm not actually quite sure

where I want to end up. So halfway through I've gone well, where am I? where

do I go from here? what's next and then I'm not getting my

ideal outcome so before you start on a goal before you start on something you

want to achieve, it really pays dividends to pause and spend a few minutes and ask

yourself these three questions. Firstly, what a success look like for me; what do

I want to achieve? What are my ideal outcomes that I want to achieve in this

endeavour? and the third question is how will I

know when I'm successful? Starting with the end and mind having a clear vision

of your success. So, the three questions are- What does success look like for this?

What are my ideal outcomes and how will I know when I'm successful? Three really

powerful questions so your crystal clear before you even start. So the challenge is-

put them into action next week, try them out. I'd love to hear your feedback. Happy

Day 24 - When You Feel Like Giving Up (And You Will) - The Process - Duration: 9:06.

Hello, my name is Drew Gerald and welcome to day twenty-four of The Process. When you feel

like giving up, and you will. You know, we're here in the dark week of the soul

week, here in The Process, and the facade that everything's roses, the image that

we like to portray that everything is okay, and that we see out in the world on

social media and the people around us, we hear all these great tales of all these

inventors and innovators, and artists and rock stars, and celebrities and

entrepreneurs. So often we don't hear about the struggles. We don't hear about

how these people have failed. How many times they failed. How often they wanted

to give up. How often everything they've worked for

amounted to nothing and they were suicidal, they were depressed. I know in

my own life, how often I've wanted to give up, even as a teenager, before I've

even got into entrepreneurship or had a message, or a gift to share with the

world, or whatever. I was suicidal. I was really depressed. I was lonely and

hateful, and angry and life sucked. I had a decision to make. I had a choice

between ending it all or doing whatever it took to figure it out. Doing whatever

it took to be happy, to discover the truth, to discover who I'm meant to be, to

have relationships, to make friends.

And I made that choice, and it's been

about 13 years in the making and it's been an absolute incredible journey. And

I've healed and I've transformed, and even through entrepreneurship, even in

the past eight or nine years that I've been really figuring and going through

this stuff, I just wanted to give up. I mean, how many times, even a few years ago

when I was homeless, when I've done everything that I thought I could do,

when I've given everything that I thought I could give,

is it worth it? Can I really do it? Is this really not meant to be?

And when we're in our hero's journey, when we're in this process of awakened

entrepreneurship, we come across these moments. There, if you're doing

anything worth doing, you're going to come across these moments and nobody's

talking about that. And they're very real, and there's been suicides and I can't

tell you what decision to make. I can't tell you whether you should do something

else, whether you should give up, or whether you shouldn't take your own life.

What I can say is that, everybody goes through it

and there is real hope. That on the other side of it, is love and beauty, and

transformation and life, things that we could have never imagined. And so, when

you feel like giving up, when you whether it's the big giving up or just these

little giving ups of your fitness, your health, your business, your product,

your career, your art, your message, your vision. My invitation is to keep going, is to

keep going, and going, and going. Use all of the resources you can. Get the help

that you need. Have the support of the people around you. This is, this is why

I've made this, for those of us when we're in these times

to have like-minded people that get it, that really fucking understand what it's

like to be in this depth, this dark night of the soul. In this incredible challenge

of becoming who we need to be, the men and the women, the kings and the queens,

to let our light shine, to let our gifts, our products, our services, our vision, our

art out into the world and make a living from it. People that understand that and

know what you're going through, and we're all at different parts of our journey,

there's gonna be times where things are going really well for me, and there's

gonna be times or things kind of suck, but they're seasons, they're cycles. If you

look at the tarot card the Wheel of Fortune, right? There's the ups, the

going downs, the downs and the going ups.

My next invitation is to go to the center of that. Instead of being

an effect of all of the drama, of the highs and the lows, and the fears and all the

shit that goes down the challenges, to stay centered, to stay grounded, to stay

nonreactive to it, to find the real hope, the real hope inside of you, the faith

the trust, the surrender, and to keep going. And to remember that things will

change. And it's just part of it, and you, and you have to go through it in order

to find and experience the things in your business and your craft, in your

life, the real gold, everything, everything that

makes that moment worth it. So, if you're in, if you're in this place
