Cos'è il cancro alla gola? Il cancro alla gola comincia negli organi che ci aiutano a respirare, deglutire e parlare.
La gola è un tubo cavo che inizia dietro il naso e finisce nel collo e solo la metà dei casi di cancro si sviluppano in questa parte.
Può infatti avere inizio nelle tonsille o nella laringe, prendendo il nome di cancro laringeo.
Secondo l'Istituto nazionale dei tumori, circa lo 0,3 percento delle persone si ammala di cancro laringeo nel corso della vita.
A Micheal Douglas è stato diagnosticato il cancro alla gola nel 2010 e ha dovuto sottoporsi a otto settimane di chemioterapia e radioterapia per combattere questa grave patologia.
Il cancro alla gola di solito cresce rapidamente, quindi è molto importante diagnosticarlo in tempo.
Curarsi durante le prime fasi di sviluppo della malattia dà maggiori probabilità di guarire.
Segni e sintomi del cancro alla gola; Può essere difficile individuare il cancro alla gola nelle sue prime fasi.
I segnali di allarme della malattia comprendono i seguenti: difficoltà a deglutire; cambiamenti della voce,
tra cui raucedine e voce stridula; mal di gola o tosse che non passano; mal di testa; inspiegata perdita di peso; gonfiore ai linfonodi; rantolo; dolore alle orecchie.
Se notate uno o più di questi segni, recatevi dal dottore il prima possibile.
La maggior parte dei sintomi non sono specifici del cancro alla gola, pertanto il vostro medico proverà inizialmente a trovare delle cause più comuni.
Fattori di rischio; Ci sono dei fattori che possono aumentare il rischio di cancro alla gola,
fra cui: consumo di tabacco, sia fumato che masticato; abuso di alcol; un virus chiamato papillomavirus umano (HPV); sesso: gli uomini hanno maggiori probabilità di svilupparlo rispetto alle donne;
età: la maggior parte dei casi di cancro alla gola si presenta dopo i 65 anni; esposizione a sostanze chimiche compresi nichel,
Come prevenire il cancro alla gola; Purtroppo, non esiste un modo comprovato per proteggersi dal cancro alla gola. asbesto e ai fumi dell'acido solforico.
È possibile tuttavia ridurre il rischio seguendo questi semplici consigli. Se fumate, smettete. Non fumare.
Smettere di fumare può essere molto difficile, ma il vostro medico può aiutarvi.
Esistono diverse strategie efficaci per smettere di fumare, per cui potete scegliere quella più adatta a voi.

Mantenetevi fisicamente attivi e prendete delle misure per perdere il peso in eccesso.
Alcune forme di cancro alla gola sono collegate con il papillomavirus umano. Proteggersi dall'HPV.
Limitate il numero di partner sessuali e praticate il sesso sicuro.
Il cancro alla gola è una malattia grave ma, se diagnosticata in tempo, ha un tasso di guarigione elevato.
In alcuni casi non è curabile, ma un adeguato trattamento può rallentarne la progressione.

Lo zucchero di canna passa per un processo molto simile, ma non perde il colore per via della melassa (spesso aggiunta in un secondo momento).
Si consiglia il consumo di zucchero integrale. Latte vaccino pastorizzato.
Il processo di pastorizzazione fa perdere al latte tutti i batteri che apportano benefici per la nostra salute,
distrugge tutti gli enzimi che permettono l'assorbimento delle sostanze nutritive.
Questo latte è una delle cause delle allergie dei bambini, secondo l'Accademia di Asma e Immunologia degli Stati uniti.
Contiene inoltre tanto colesterolo e grassi saturati. Riso bianco.
Questo riso fa aumentare il glucosio nel sangue, aumentando i rischi di contrarre diabete.
Al riso vengono tolte la gluma e le sementi, poi viene "sbiancato".
Praticamente è composta solamente da cloruro di sodio. Sale raffinato.
Questo sale aumenta il rischio di soffrire di malattie cardiovascolari.
Se consumato in grandi quantità, si può soffrire di pressione alta.
Non contiene sostanze nutritive come, ad esempio, il sale marino.

Una questione intricata che, al di là di facili proclami dopo il crollo del ponte Morandi a Genova, andrà ora analizzata attentamente dal punto di vista giuridico
Si parla di una penale da venti miliardi di euro nel caso in cui il Governo decidesse di revocare la concessione ad Autostrade per l'Italia ma per comprendere la faccenda in tutta la sua complessità occorre fare un passo indietro
A regolare il rapporto tra il ministero dei Trasporti e il concessionario Autostrade per l'Italia è la Convenzione unica del 12 ottobre 2007 con scadenza al 31 dicembre 2038
Come previsto dagli articoli 8 e 9 della Convenzione, il Concedente (in questo caso il Mit) può revocare la concessione alla società Autostrade in caso di "accertamento di gravi inadempimenti del concessionario"
Una volta effettuato l'accertamento, ed acquisite le prove di tali inadempimenti, la procedura prevede che Autostrade per l'Italia, entro un termine stabilito, fornisca le "proprie giustificazioni"
Solo in seguito, dopo aver respinto le giustificazioni presentate, il Concedente può avviare il procedimento
La decadenza della concessione (articolo 9) viene dichiarata nel caso in cui "perduri la grave inadempienza da parte del Concessionario agli obblighi" previsti (che in questo caso, presumibilmente, dovrà essere dimostrata attraverso una difficile analisi retroattiva)
Tra questi (articolo 3, comma 1, lettera b) vi è il "mantenimento della funzionalità delle infrastrutture concesse attraverso la manutenzione e la riparazione tempestiva delle stesse"
Sempre l'articolo 9 stabilisce che "il trasferimento della concessione è subordinato al pagamento del Concedente al Concessionario decaduto di un importo corrispondente al valore attuale netto dei ricavi della gestione, prevedibile dalla data del provvedimento di decadenza sino alla scadenza della concessione, al netto dei relativi costi, oneri, investimenti ed imposte prevedibili nel medesimo periodo" e aggiunge che "l'importo viene decurtato a titolo di penale di una somma pari al 10 per cento dello stesso salvo maggior danno subito dal Concedente"
Tre parole che, nel caso in cui il Governo sia in grado di presentare le prove di «gravi inadempimenti», potrebbero significare un azzeramento dell'importo previsto
Nel caso in cui, invece, il Governo procedesse alla revoca della concessione senza essere riuscito a dimostrare eventuali colpe da parte di Autostrade per l'Italia incorrerebbe nel risarcimento previsto dall'articolo 9 bis
Tale articolo prevede, infatti, "un indennizzo/risarcimento a carico del Concedente in ogni caso di recesso, revoca, risoluzione, anche per inadempimento del Concedente, e/o comunque cessazione anticipata del rapporto di Convenzione pur indotto da atti e/o fatti estranei alla volontà del Concedente anche di natura straordinaria e imprevedibile"
"Se c'è la prova della colpa non si deve pagare niente. Anzi la stazione appaltante può chiedere il risarcimento del danno"
Guido Alpa, professore ordinario di diritto civile alla Sapienza di Roma nonché docente del premier Giuseppe Conte, analizza la questione all'interno di un quadro giuridico più ampio
Il punto chiave della questione è la prova della colpa della società concessionaria
Senza di quella la revoca della concessione non è pensabile. Ma se si riesce a dimostrare l'inadempimento non esistono penali
"Analizzando la situazione giuridica in astratto – spiega Alpa – c'è una disposizione del codice degli appalti (l'articolo 176 che recepisce l'articolo 44 della direttiva europea sugli appalti del 2014 n
23) che prevede la risoluzione del contratto di concessione quando c'è o la colpa della stazione appaltante o la colpa del concessionario
Una volta accertata la colpa, l'articolo 1453 del codice civile stabilisce che in caso di inadempimento del concessionario, il creditore – che in questo caso sarebbe la stazione appaltante – può chiedere la risoluzione del contratto e il risarcimento del danno
Un risarcimento che può avvenire anche in forma specifica chiedendo che venga ripristinato il patrimonio che è stato leso con la ricostruzione del ponte a carico di Autostrade"
Per accertare la colpa ed eventualmente procedere alla revoca della concessione non bisognerà aspettare la sentenza dei magistrati
"I due procedimenti sono autonomi – afferma Alpa –. Può non esserci reato ma esserci inadempimento
Bisogna analizzare come si sono comportati nell'adempimento della concessione. E qui c'è un elemento in più che nessuno ha ancora messo in evidenza ed è il fatto che questo tratto di autostrada non è più fruibile perché è crollato il ponte
Vuol dire che, nel caso fosse accertata la colpa del debitore, a suo carico ci sarebbe anche l'impossibilità di svolgere la prestazione
Ma è ancora tutto da accertare". Aumenti dei pedaggi superiori a quelli dell' inflazione
Investimenti inferiori a quelli programmati. Crescita delle irregolarità riscontrate nelle ispezioni
Poche sanzioni. L' ultima relazione del ministero delle Infrastrutture sulla società Autostrade, ben prima del crollo del viadotto Morandi, evidenzia un rapporto sbilanciato ai danni dello Stato concedente e a favore del privato concessionario
La relazione riassume l' attività di vigilanza del ministero sulle aziende che gestiscono le autostrade
I poteri di vigilanza sono stati trasferiti dall' Anas nel 2012, non senza traumi
Nella prima fase la direzione generale del ministero incaricata dei controlli si è mossa con affanno e scarsi mezzi
L' allora direttore generale Mauro Coletta denunciava in Parlamento: ispettori prigionieri della burocrazia, rimborsati con cinque mesi di ritardo e privi di tutela legale
Le ispezioni su Autostrade per l' Italia, che gestisce quasi 3 mila chilometri, sono solo 211 in tutto il 2014
Crescono fino a 453 nel 2016. Ma ancor di più aumentano le irregolarità: più che triplicate da 825 a 3568 in due anni
Alcune vengono sanate dall' azienda, altre restano: 100 nel 2014, 317 nel 2016 (anche in questo caso più che triplicate)
Quanto alle nuove opere, le visite ispettive sono a dir poco sporadiche: 2 nel 2016
Scarse anche le sanzioni applicate dal ministero, per le quali la convenzione prevede una specifica procedura: una da 40 mila euro in tutto l' anno
Dalla relazione (un documento di 650 pagine che si occupa di tutti i gestori autostradali) emerge che la vigilanza sulle società concessionarie non sia la priorità del ministero
Nonostante ciò, alcuni dati sull' attività di Autostrade per l' Italia sono significativi, soprattutto se letti assieme
Il primo riguarda la tariffa. Tra il 2008 e il 2016 aumenta del 25%, a fronte di una crescita dell' inflazione dell' 11,5%
Dunque più del doppio. Il resto dell' aumento dei pedaggi è motivato con il fatto che essi devono incorporare e remunerare gli investimenti che Autostrade effettua per migliorare la rete
Questo nei piani. La tabella di monitoraggio degli investimenti racconta una realtà diversa
Nello stesso periodo gli investimenti effettuati sono 8,3 miliardi a fronte di 9,8 miliardi previsti
La differenza in negativo è di 1,5 miliardi, pari al 15%. In particolare su 9 anni monitorati ben 7 rilevano un saldo negativo sul fronte degli investimenti
Il trend di attuazione del piano investimento segna un peggioramento accentuato negli ultimi tre anni
Tra il 2009 e il 2012 gli investimenti annui superano il miliardo di euro. Poi precipitano
Nel 2016 sono i più bassi: 612 milioni, 400 milioni meno del previsto. Un capitolo specifico del piano investimenti è rubricato «Autostrade A10 Genova - Savona, A7 Genova - Serravalle e A12 Genova - Sestri Levante: Gronda di Ponente e interconnessione A7/A10/A12»
Lo stato di attuazione è tra i più bassi: nell' ultimo decennio spesi 76 milioni anziché i 280 preventivati
Il 73% in meno. Ma intanto i pedaggi correvano. Nel quadro generale vanno meglio le manutenzioni ordinarie: tra il 2008 e il 2016 l' impegno di spesa è stato rispettato, anzi aumentato del 2%
Ma nel 2016 mancano 3,5 milioni. Inoltre il trend di spesa è decrescente: -8% nell' ultimo anno monitorato
Calano in particolare le spese in sicurezza (-20%); al contrario crescono quelle per rinnovare i caselli per la riscossione dei pedaggi (+16%)
Nello stesso decennio in cui diminuisce gli investimenti, Autostrade aumenta i ricavi in pedaggi da 2,9 a 3,8 miliardi
E il titolo di Atlantia, la holding di controllo, vola in Borsa. Cinque anni fa era scambiato a 14 euro
La mattina del disastro di Genova a 25. Come mai gli investimenti calano ma i pedaggi crescono? Quali iniziative ha intrapreso il ministero nei confronti di Autostrade, per sollecitarla ad adempiere agli obblighi contrattuali? Le risposte sono negli atti del ministero: verbali delle ispezioni, carteggi con la concessionaria, piani economico-finanziari allegati alle convenzioni
Nel febbraio scorso, con una parziale operazione di trasparenza, l' allora ministro Graziano Delrio aveva pubblicato le convenzioni (l' osso), ma non i piani economico-finanziari (la polpa)
Il Movimento 5 Stelle allora aveva protestato, ma finora non ha colmato la lacuna

No.5 Grow bigger than your problems
Many that are born poor see a problem and they chalk it up to bad luck and quit trying.
You need to face your poverty squarely and stop making excuses.

might scratch their heads for a while, or even cry and rest, but they don't give up.

The rich guy pull over and collect the gold chain, takes it to the nearest store and sell
the chain.
The rich guy enters the next store to buy pack of cold drinks with the money of the
chain.
The rich guy enter the traffic and starts advertising the cold drink.
Within some minutes, the rich guy sold 5 packs and gain 2x the price of the chain.
Many people who are poor are not poor because of any situation or circumstances, they are
poor because they are spenders.
Quit being a spender.
Stop trying to look rich.
Invest the little you have and endure till it grows.
No.7 Don't mind taking the hard road.
The wealthy don't mind taking the rough road because they have a long-term mindset.
The current life might be difficult, but they know their actions today could benefit them
tremendously in the future, so they trudge along and keep their eye on the future prize.
By staying focused and doing the things the rich do, you can become successful and wealthy
as well.
No.8 Establish a budget and save for a rainy day.
A budget is simply an estimate of expected income and expenses for a given period in
the future, monthly or yearly.
By establishing a budget, you can monitor how much money you are spending on certain
items and services.
If you don't know where your money is going, you may not know how to direct it to the right
place.

Putting on the Yoke of God - Duration: 12:39.
It's happened to everyone.
Whether you will admit it or not, we've come into situations that have caused us to
be hurt.
However, sometimes we have been hurt to the point in which our offense stays in our hearts,
even when we have no control over the situation.
At times we have fallen into sin, and we have not let go of the sin so that we can be free.
We must let it all go.
Even though this sounds simple, it is not very easy, and it is impossible if our reliance
is not on God.
To simplify the goal of this video, we need to let go of our sin and offense to the
Lord and put upon ourselves the yoke of Jesus, which isn't even burdensome.
Recently, I went to a camp called Morning Star, and the theme was change.
One of the key points of change was to give your burden to God.
Holding onto offenses and sins will prohibit you from fulfilling the call that God has
on your life.
On Tuesday night of the camp, I watched as many of the young men gave their lives to
Christ and gave Him what they could not handle – hate, abuse, abandonment, and other experiences
that no child should ever have to experience.
While this happened, God healed relationships between fathers and sons and between brothers.
That night, the Spirit of the Lord moved giving freedom from hurt for all of those who asked for it.
Now the Lord is that Spirit: and where the Spirit of the Lord is, there is Liberty.
2 Corinthians 3:17 What caused this release from hurt and sin?
How did this occur?
There certainly weren't any magic formulas involved.
No one could have experienced such powerful breakthroughs on his own accord.
Therefore, we are doomed to spiritual imprisonment until we die. Right?
God forbid that such an occurrence should happen!
As I all ready explained, several people at Morning Star including myself experienced
spiritual deliverance when they cast their cares upon Him.
So, this is my message to you if you are experiencing spiritual imprisonment, "Don't let the
devil ever tell you that you are worthless and will never amount to anything.
You are a wonderful creation of God, and if you rely on the Lord, He will deliver you
from all your strongholds."
Since the Lord wants you to be free, here are some steps to gain separation and departure
from your bondage.
First, if you have not given your life to the Lord, you need to do so.
You cannot receive deliverance from any spiritual bonds on your life unless Jesus is the Lord of your life.
Since the Holy Spirit empowers you to follow the Word of God to live a pure and holy life,
your soul will be stuck to your evil lusts until you accept the salvation and grace of the Lord Jesus Christ.
Before I got saved, I beat on my siblings, but after accepting Christ, my life drastically
changed, and I stopped abusing them.
Since then, I have continued to improve, but God is still working in other areas of my
life.
Once you accept Christ, if you start reading the Word and praying and doing your part in
staying true to God's grace, God will give you the strength to break free from your sin.
If you have not accepted Christ as your Lord and Savior, confess that you are a sinner
and ask for forgiveness.
Afterwards, speak out and believe in your heart that Jesus is Lord, and you will be
saved.
If you just prayed that to the Lord, welcome to the body of Christ!!!
Now it is time for you to live your life set apart from the world!
That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine
heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved.
For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto
salvation.
Romans 10:9-10 Secondly, if you just gave your life to the
Lord or have all ready become a Christian, you need to confess to the Lord your struggle
and ask the Lord for help.
How can you fight an enemy you won't even acknowledge?
If you were walking down the street, and a sketchy person came up to you to kill you;
could you fight back without acknowledging that he existed?
No, of course not!
If you acted with such behavior, you would be dead shortly after being smitten by him.
Similarly, if you don't confess that you have such bondage on your life, the stronghold
will consume you until you are spiritually dead.
Therefore, run to God, confess your sin including the holding onto your strongholds, and ask
God for help to deal with the situation, but you are not done yet.
Humble yourselves therefore under the mighty hand of God, that he may exalt you in due
time: Casting all your care upon him; for he careth for you.
I Peter 5:6-7 Next, after you have admitted your sin, you
need to give your bondage to the Lord.
As the I Peter 5:6-7 explained, you must cast everything about which you care onto Him.
As you do this, lift your hands and declare to the Lord that you don't want the burden
anymore and ask Him to take away your stronghold.
If you have been baptized in the Holy Spirit, I encourage you to pray in tongues and let
the Holy Spirit be made manifest in you.
As the Holy Spirit prays through you, you will be praying in your heavenly language
that is for the edification of yourself and that the devil cannot understand.
As you give your burden to Christ, feel the freedom of God come upon you.
Feel what it is like with the yoke of Christ!
As I let go of my hurt, I felt the assurance as I prayed with faith that the broken relationships
in my life will be healed and become stronger than ever before.
I don't need to worry; God is in control.
Come unto me, all ye that labour and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest.
Take my yoke upon you, and learn of me; for I am meek and lowly in heart: and ye shall
find rest unto your souls.
For my yoke is easy, and my burden is light.
Matthew 11:28-30 Congratulations!
You have now let go of your heavy burdens and put on the yoke of Christ!
Now you need to walk in deliverance.
Don't let the devil spit lies into your ears.
You have been delivered from your sin, and the devil will tempt you to fall back into it.
However, if you say, "No," to the devil's promptings to indulge in the flesh, the Bible
says that he will flee.
So, this I say to you, live a life from sin by relying on God's sufficient grace.
Even if you do fall back into sin, remember that God is merciful and will forgive you
and take your burden from you again if you have a truly penitent heart.
Remember that "earth has no sorrow that heaven cannot heal" ("Come Ye Disconsolate" by Thomas Moore).
But he giveth more grace.
Wherefore he saith, God resisteth the proud, but giveth grace to the humble.
Submit yourselves therefore to God.
Resist the devil, and he will flee from you.
James 4:6-7 And he said unto me, My grace is sufficient
for thee: for my strength is made perfect in weakness.
Most gladly therefore will I rather glory in my infirmities, that the power of Christ
may rest upon me.
II Corinthians 12:9 You have been delivered from your sin, and
you now have what it takes to live free from it.
While this is true, life will not be easy for you.
Simply put, life will be peaceful inside your soul, but life will get harder because you
are now a target for the devil.
However, since you are a child of God, you can rely on the grace of God to cope with
every trial and struggle that the devil throws at you.
When the devil hurls reminders of what you just let go, rebuke the devil and the thought
to pick up the burden again in the name and authority of Jesus Christ our Lord.
In addition to this, constantly be praying and know that every hardship you face is for
your good to shape you into who the Lord called you to be.
And we know that all things work together for the good to them that love God, to them
who are called according to his purpose.
For whom he did foreknow, he also did predestinate to be conformed to the image of his Son, that
he might be the firstborn among many brethren.
Romans 8:28-29 Throughout this video, I have explained
how to gain deliverance from the evil that will bind and corrupt your soul.
You must rely on God by putting on His yoke.
"Trust in the LORD with all thine heart; and lean not on thine own understanding.
In all thy ways, acknowledge him, and he shall direct thy paths" (Proverbs 3:5-6).
After giving your corruption to the Lord, you must trust in God's grace to live holy.
Even when you do sin, you can give it back to God with a repentant heart so that you
can continue to live for the Lord.
Since you have been given deliverance, life will continue to increase in difficulty, but
everything will be for your good.
Never give up, and never lose sight of God has specially planned for you.

Transformers Planet X Phantasus (aka Fall Of Cybertron Kickback) - Duration: 15:40.

At last! The Fall Of Cybertron Insecticons arrived!
Today we will take a look at the first Insecticon, Planet X Phantasus,
aka Fall Of Cybertron Kickback! He comes with a very small box.
I like it very much. First time I see such small box from Planet X!
On the front side of the box you see a nice artwork of Kickback's chest.
Nothing special on the top side of the box.
On the bottom side you see some warnings. This figure is for ages 15 & up.
Nothing on the sides of the box as well.
And on the back side of the box you see the back of Kickback.
Enough with the box, let's see the accessories of the figure now.
Kickback comes with this card.
Tech specs on the other side of the card.
And of course he comes with the instructions, here they are. Very simple transformation.
And nothing on the other side of the instructions.

And here is Fall Of Cybertron Kickback in his insect mode.
He looks very game accurate. Very nice gold paint over here.
Nice red paint for the eyes.
His wings are made of transparent purple plastic.
As for his articulation, his antennas can move a little bit back and forth.

The insect legs are on ball-joints so we have a nice range of motion.
They can also rotate, as you see.
The wings can bend from this point here.
They can only move back and forth, they cannot move downwards.

Final thoughts... it is a very good figure. It is worth the money.
It has normal articulation, the joints are very tight.
Both modes are very game accurate, so in my opinion it is worth buying this figure.

Is Joe Gomez going to be Liverpool's next player to be worth a nine-figure amount?

could help to take his game to the next level entirely.

But is it possible that a solid and successful season in the Reds' back four could result
in his value spiking to reach the nine-figure mark by next summer?
