Two US pilots saw a cigar-shaped UFO - Duration: 4:53.

because 2 pilots and one passenger
were involved with the UFO event.
But the biggest reason is that the
government has destroyed the
UFO report.

This story about the 1948
cigar-shaped UFO.
On 24 July 1948 two pilots with
20 passengers
flew on an early morning from Houston
to Atlanta.
About southwest Alabama
they saw a cigar-shaped UFO

I'll quickly compare the different versions
of the duo Maman and Papa Bomb
renamed Progenitrix and Progenitor in FF14.
Coming from the FF4 compilation,
they spawn one after the other in the 14th
as the last boss of the Pharos Sirius Hardmode dungeon...
despite them never actually appearing together in the same game.
Even worse for le Papa,
as he only appeared in the "almost" episode
exclusive to the PSP compilation :
FF4 Interlude.
La Maman was in both the original and the sequel
The After Years.
They were all fought rather early in the game,
even though Interlude was really short.
And this implied a limited amount of skills,
although their FF14's counterparts
aren't much more complicated.
In the FF4 episodes,
Maman and Papa Bombo started the fight under a basic bombo form
but with a lot more hp in addition to the boss battle musique.
They only used the Attaque command in this form.
La Maman transformed once she lost 1500 hp,
whereas le Papa changed at the slightest assault.
Both ended up exploding which damaged every "héros" (french for heroes)
and left 6 more classical bombos behind them.
La Maman didn't act at all
until the Massive Explosion,
whereas Papa Bombo was a bit more agressive
for 4 turns before exploding on the 5th.
He rotated between Blue Flame
and using the Attack command twice.
The former works the same in FF14,
an aoe hitting all players
but with one new stackable fire
vulnerability debuff mechanic.
Let's quickly cover the 3 abilities
exclusive to the 14th.
A small aoe in front of them,
another aoe on a player
other than their main target,
and finally a first bomb summoning
amusingly named Bombshell Drop.
This last one is only used by Maman bombo
and only spawns 3 ennemies.
Let's now talk about the Massive Explosion
skill renamed Big Burst.
In the 14th,
la Maman only starts its cast under 15%.
It doesn't work like it did in the 4th,
but there's still an additional reference.
The damages vary greatly
depending on her remaining hp,
and is automatically cast
if she's down to 1.
However, they're still deadly if she's above 10%.
Back to the 4th,
where the damages didn't change with her remaining hp,
although in the DS remake
they were ridiculously pumped up.
Now, if we look at the Self-destruct skill
used by all the other bombos in the game,
they did, in fact,
deal their remaining hp as damages....
but only on 1 target.
So Square Enix decided to mix those traits
together for the ability in FF14.
Papa's Big Burst works the same as in FF4
with only 1 difference,
he doesn't die from it in the 14th
allowing him to use it twice.
The total number of 6 summoned bombos
is even the same with those 2 Explosions,
first 1 pair then 2 pairs.

with the bombos themselves.
Just like in the 4th,
there are 3 different types in total
following the Big Burst.
The matching is simply based on their stats :
the Lava Bomb is the classic bombo.
The Grey Bomb is....
the only one to actually keep the same name
in the english localization
even if it doesn't really keep the right colors.
As for the Remedy Bomb,
it's taken from the Balloon.
It has a huge hp pool in the 14th,
making it unkillable before the Grey one self-destructs,
but strangely, it was the only one of the 3 in the PSP version
that had a floating animation
whereas the others were static....

How Do I Interpret My Liver Function Test Results?
A person's liver function test results can indicate the health of the liver and help
doctors detect liver damage or disease.
Liver function tests measure the level of certain enzymes and proteins in the blood.
Some liver function tests indicate damage if they are higher than normal, while other
test results will show a lower than normal level if there is damage to the liver.
These tests can also help a doctor monitor the side effects of medications that affect
the liver.
Diseases like cirrhosis or hepatitis can affect liver function test results.
Alanine transaminase (ALT) is a liver function test that measures the levels of an enzyme
found in the liver.
If the liver is damaged or diseased, this enzyme is released, increasing the level of
the enzyme in the blood.
Normal liver function test results for ALT fall between 7 and 55 units per liter (U/L).
Similar to ALT, the aspartate transaminase (AST) liver test measures another type of
enzyme found in the liver.
The levels of this enzyme are increased if there is damage to the liver, or if a person
is suffering from liver disease.
Normal AST liver function results are 8 to 48 U/L. Higher results on this test indicate
liver problems.
Another liver function test that measures enzymes is the alkaline phosphatase test (ALP).
Levels of ALP are elevated in the case of liver disease or dysfunction.
Normally, ALP levels are 45 to 115 U/L, and if these or other liver function test results
are abnormal, a person should consult a physician.
In addition to enzymes, liver function tests can also measure proteins.
Albumin tests measure a type of protein made by the liver to help the body function correctly.
If this test result is lower than usual, it may indicate liver damage or disease.

High levels of bilirubin can indicate liver damage or disease.

Hello everyone, my name is Xiomaro and welcome to a little preview of what's to come on
the channel.
So, last week I explained that I'm gonna be making some changes to the channel.
Honestly, I was just kinda giving people a heads up so it wasn't a shock when I suddenly
start doing different content.
But I was genuinely so happy with the response.
Thank you all for being so supportive!
I'll be honest - I was kinda scratching my head thinking about what to cover today.
I thought it would seem weird to do a video about changing the content on my channel and
then going straight back into a Battlerite video the next week.
Although, heads up guys - I'll still be doing Battlerite content - so expect that
later this week and continuing in the future as well.
So I didn't want to do a Battlerite today but actually, there are still a few things
I need to prepare before jumping straight into new content.
First of all, I don't want to just copy and paste my Battlerite format into other
games.
For some of the ideas I have, it's going to need a totally different set up.
And there are actually some… contraptions?
I'd like to build to help make the content as high quality as possible.
The other thing is…
I'm going away to Spain in about a week.
You guys know my first priority is always creating content that is as well-thought out
as possible.
But actually, this platform we're on - YouTube - has a few quirks.
And one of those quirks is the dreaded algorithm.
Long story short - no one really knows how it works because Google keep the specifics
very close to their chest.
But I believe there's a lot to be said for momentum.
So when I kick into doing new content I want to really run with it.
And if I do a couple of videos and then disappear for 10 days, that's gonna totally kill the
momentum.
So although I've said I'll be doing new content, it may be a few weeks until it really
starts.
But when it does, you can expect a lot of it!
And now with added… contraptions…
So for that reason you might see a slight lull in activity from me - and if you do,
know that it's because I'm preparing for what's to come!
Everything will kick off big time around the 10th of September.
So here's a little preview of what you can expect
So, the reason I'm making a… contraption… is so I can show my face a little more often.
For video games, I'll mostly still just use in-game footage to demonstrate what I'm
talking about.
But when I'm talking about tabletop gaming, I think it might help to actually speak into
a camera.
With video games, you obviously have plenty of moving images to work with so having a
camera going as well seems superfluous unless you're on Twitch.
With tabletop content, you're mostly just working with pen and paper so… you kinda
need some footage to work with.
I really wanted to do an introduction to tabletop gaming today but I just don't have the equipment
to make that video to the standard I'd like yet.
So, what about the
General Gaming
stuff?
Well, Battlerite is still one of my favourite games.
Despite all the moaning lately - I still love it.
For me, it just has that raw-skill feeling that very few other games on the market right
now can provide.
The gaming industry right now is just full of skinner box progression systems, luck mechanics
and participation medals *ahem* Overwatch.
Battlerite is one of the few games where - if you keep losing… more often than not, you're
probably doing something wrong.
You can't blame gear, you can't blame luck, maybe you can blame your teammates…
but in Battlerite you can carry more easily than other team games.
And those are the things I really like about the game.
So I'll continue talking about for as long as I keep playing it and as long as you guys
are interested in it.
But I'm excited about having the flexibility to talk about other games, too.
I'll most likely just talk about games I'm interested in but game reviews are not out
of the question.
I'd love to try some TotalBiscuit-style reviews for lesser known games but with my
own presentation style.
That's probably something for a little further in the future, though.
The thing I'm most excited about right now is...
Dungeons and Dragons
And by the sound of things, a lot of you guys are really into this, too.
If you're not into it already, I'll be doing some easy-to-digest videos about it.
Tabletop gaming seems really daunting when you first look at the rules.
When you're faced with stuff like this… it can make your brain spin.
But actually, I think there are ways to ease yourself into the whole thing.
And I'd like to help with that.
I think at this point everyone has at least heard of Dungeons and Dragons.
But if you're out of the loop with this sorta stuff - if you take a look at what's
happening with tabletop gaming right now, you'd be genuinely shocked at how popular
it's becoming.
Last year was DnD's best selling year on record.
Back in 2016, 5th edition had already outsold 3rd and 4th edition.
I wouldn't be surprised if by now 5th edition was one of if not the best seller of all time
for DnD.
I'm struggling to find exact stats on this so if any of you know, let me know in the
comments.
I know that they don't have great records on 1st and 2nd editions sales so it might
impossible to tell for sure.
Regardless, Dungeons and Dragons seems to be transcending its old reputation as a game
for either basement-dwelling neckbeards or satan worshippers… seriously, who the hell
came up with that stuff?
I think tabletop gaming has been somewhat misunderstood for a long time and I think
the future for the whole genre is really exciting.
I think it's absolutely crazy that DnD's best year on record was in the age of Fortnite,
World of Warcraft and League of Legends.
We have so much choice when it comes to video games and I think it's testament to what
a great experience pen and paper RPGs can be.
I've been absolutely obsessed with it for a while now so I'm really excited to actually
talk about it and maybe get some of you guys into, too.
So, in the meantime, just hang tight.
You might not see any big changes right away but in 3 weeks time, you'll be seeing a
lot of new content.

in and that is to serve others but serve them in such a way that I could feel

Sound Activated LED Strip Lights Behind TV – Minger DreamColor Bluetooth RGB LED TV Backlight - Duration: 2:29.
Today I have a really cool gadget for your gaming or media room.
This is a Minger LED strip light and it has feature not found on most LED strips.
Not only does it have this built-in controller but it has an embedded microphone for sound
activated lighting.
This strip is powered through AC and is really easy to set up.
For wireless control, there's an app called iHomeNTLight available for iPhone and Android.
When you first plug in the LED light strip it turns on in sound mode but let's get this
connected to the app so you can see the full features of this light strip.
It's actually really simple after sliding through the instructions.
Here tap on Go Now and the light strip is already detected.
Now tap on the name and then it asks you to type in the name exact name of the light strip.
Oh and I forgot to mention that this strip connects through Bluetooth and not by WiFi
so the range is not as flexible as on WiFi models.
And now, the lights can be fully controlled through the phone.
There are different sound modes that control the sequencing of the LEDs and you can also
control the brightness too!
But I really bought this LED light strip light for the back of my TV so here's what it looks
like attached to my 65 inch LG 4K HDTV.
What you're looking at here is the Energetic sound mode which is my favorite.
It's multi-colored and looks great!
The only thing with this light strip is that the sequences start at one end of the strip
and then moves out from there.
So in my set up, often the right side of the screen is sometimes not as lit up as much
when it comes to the backlighting.
And it�s way more apparent in other sound modes where most of the light is on the left
side of the screen.
There�s also a static mode where you can set it to a constant color which for me is
a bit better for movie watching.
And the one thing that bugs me about a lot of LED light strips is that the white light
is not actually white and the Minger LEDs are definitely not fully white.
It has a bit of a bluish purple color to it.
The only multi-color light strip that has true white that I own are the ones from Luminoodle.
But for what the Minger lights have to offer, I can tolerate the non-white.
And these are great to add that wow factor to any room in your house!

Things Your BODY Does Science STILL Can't Explain! - Duration: 11:25.
From falling in your sleep to laughing out loud, here are 8 things your body does that
science cannot explain!

Hypnic Jerk
Have you ever gone to bed after a long day and then start dropping off to sleep, when
suddenly-- you feel as though you're falling off a cliff and you jerk awake.
This is what is known as a Hypnic Jerk.
It's an involuntary twitch which happens to a lot of people.
It doesn't mean that waking up with your heart racing is pleasant!
They can be caused by stress, anxiety, too much caffeine, medication, or exercising late
at night.
It can also be your body's way of sending us a message as a little "are you sure you
want to do this?" reminder before you enter the sleep state.
It is usually an indication that your body is really not completely relaxed or still
stressed, or when you didn't mean to fall asleep like when you're driving.
It helps us to react to danger.
Another theory is that it has something to do with your brain not quite nailing the transition
between its sleeping and waking states.
When we're asleep, our brain temporarily paralyzes our body, this means that you don't get up
and act out even your most vivid dreams, but this paralysis can panic the waking brain,
which can become a night terror.
It is believed that if the brain gets the whole falling asleep and temporary paralysis
thing the wrong way round, it can trick it into thinking that something is terribly wrong,
causing it to jerk violently to be sure you haven't actually lost the use of your limbs.
It's also a great way of making your boss completely aware of the fact that you've just
dozed off in a meeting.

Sun Sneezing
Sun sneezing, or the Photic Sneeze Reflex, is a phenomenon that causes some people to
have a sneezing fit when they look at a bright light.
Scientists call the effect an autosomal dominant compulsive helio-ophthalmic outburst (or ACHOO
for short, haha!!
Very witty!).
Whilst this sounds like something of an old wives tale, it is actually a real thing ... we
just don't quite know why.
One thing we do know, though, is that it's most likely genetic.
Sneezing is usually caused by irritation to the nasal cavity, so the fact that looking
at the sun should irritate your nose is a bit odd.
One possible explanation is that the eyes and the nose are closely linked via the fifth
cranial, nerve.
This means that when this nerve is activated by bright light, the signal also kinda tickles
the nose, tricking it into thinking there is something irritating it and causing the
sneeze.
While the effect seems pretty harmless, or even useful if you have one of those sneezes
that won't quite come, it can actually be pretty dangerous.
A photic sneeze can often be triggered by suddenly emerging from a tunnel while you're
driving and it has even been recognised as a real problem for both commercial and military
pilots.
But even if we're not quite sure what causes it, we can still prevent the sun sneeze.
The best remedy?
A sweet pair of shades.

Fingerprints
Without these guys, you could get away with murder, but no one is quite sure why humans
have fingerprints.
Most of the creases on your body are caused by repeated bending, stretching and wrinkling,
but the unique patterns on your fingers and toes are just there.
The prints form while we are still in the womb and, despite the popular belief, not
even identical twins have matching prints.
There are a couple of schools of thought about our fingerprints.
Some scientists think that they could be a way of improving grip in wet conditions, and
it is thought that this is also the reason behind why you go all pruney when you spend
all evening in the bathtub.
Another theory is that it increases the sensitivity of our fingertips.
We are able to detect lumps and bumps that are just 13 nanometres in size, so in this
case, it is highly effective.
It is thought that the common elliptical "loop" shape of the design is to ensure that some
ridges are always being dragged sideways over a surface, allowing them to sense its texture.
Either way, we're still pretty baffled as to what they're really for.

Kissing
Kissing isn't something that you see throughout the animal kingdom, in fact, it isn't even
universal for all human cultures.
So this must mean that it's a culturally learnt behaviour and it is not something intuitive.
It has physiological effects on us, causing the body
to release the bonding hormone oxytocin, so it could have developed as a bonding practice.
There are many reasons thought to be behind why we kiss.
One of the most common is that our first experiences of comfort, security and love comes from when
our mothers mouth-fed us as infants, for example chewing food and passing it directly from
mouth to mouth.
This was done by our ancestors and is still sometimes practiced today in certain cultures.
However, cultures that practice kiss-feeding don't always practice social kissing or
romantic kissing.
Another theory is that humans are naturally attracted to bright colours such as red to
help them spot ripe fruit, and this has somehow transferred over into sexual attraction.
This theory also goes on to explain that, because red lips are more prominent in Caucasians,
it suggests why it would have developed in northern latitudes and spread culturally from
there, explaining why it is not strictly a species-wide phenomenon.
There may also potentially be a link between kissing and assessing the biological compatibility
of our potential mates.
Some studies have shown that we are more attracted to the smell of sweat from people with immune
systems that are most compatible with ours, so it could well be that the same thing is
happening with kissing and saliva.
In any case, it is believed the Greeks learned about erotic kissing from the Indians when
Alexander the Great invaded India in 326 BC

The Teenage Years
Teenagers are weird.
And I'm not just saying that as a boring adult, teenagers are genuinely, scientifically
weird.
You just don't get them in the animal kingdom.
You don't see bear cubs going around slamming doors, or baby turtles getting nose rings,
so what is it about humans that turns them from darling little angels into the spawn
of Satan for 7-9 years?
Why are humans so complicated??
It is thought that the reason why we all turn into greasy, bumbling dorks during our teenage
years is that our brain is essentially rewiring itself.
Scientists think that the reason the world suddenly doesn't make any sense the day after
your 13th birthday is because your brain is shutting down and rerouting neural pathways
in an attempt to build a brain that will be calm, and logical.
The puzzling thing is why this happens just as all of our hormones are going nuts.
urely once somebody becomes able to reproduce, it would make the most sense for them to be
a highly desirable specimen, and a solid evolutionary choice, rather than an insecure ball of nerves
who struggles to flirt.
Even science can't explain that one.
3.
Sleeping
Sleeping is actually an odd thing, and not one that we understand all that well.
We need sleep or we would start to lose our minds and our brains would start to shut down.
People view sleep as a way for our brain and body to recharge its batteries in a sense.
The human body gets its energy from food.
The amount of energy "saved" by a good night's sleep is tiny, just about 50 kcal, and is
far outweighed by the amount of energy being used up as you sleep just to keep you alive.
So it's not really as though sleep is for "energy" in the usual way we would think.
It is thought that sleep is a way of maintaining proper brain function, allowing it to perform
maintenance without simultaneously having to deal with sensory input as it would when
you're awake.
It is also thought that this is what is behind dreaming.
Dreaming is also an odd phenomenon.
It allows us to process our experiences from the safety of a dream world, meaning that
we don't have to deal with the hormone levels that would usually be caused by a frightening
or upsetting experience, and allowing our brains to log it away and learn from it properly.
This is why you can wake up from even the most terrifying dream and not remain scared
by it for any longer than a couple of seconds.
If we don't sleep, our brain function quickly begins to deteriorate.
In fact, just 17 hours awake will bring brain function down to levels similar to how it
works when we're over the legal drinking limit.
Extended periods of sleeplessness will eventually cause disorientation, hallucinations and eventually
death.
The world no-sleep record currently stands at 11 days (not under torture!), and by the
time those 11 days were up, Randy Gardner, the test subject, was convinced that he was
a famous soccer player.

Left Handedness
Only around 10% of the human population is left-handed and we're not entirely sure why.
The fact that humans favor one side over the other is baffling enough to scientists, as
most of the rest of the animal kingdom do not display any preference to one side, apart
from some apes and, weirdly, polar bears who are generally left-handed.
What we do know is that left-handedness is a genetic trait, but that's not really the
confusing part.
Even with the abnormal asymmetry taken as a given, the statistics in themselves are
also a little surprising.
Archeological evidence suggests that the 10% figure for lefties has remained pretty much
steady throughout history.
This means that we're not just seeing either the tail end of a dying breed, or the beginning
of the left-handed uprising, but a consistent, if small, section of society with a left-handed
preference.
Another curious thing is that lefties' brains are not always wired the opposite as a right-handed
persons.
Often, a lefty brain is the same as the brain of right-handers.
Curiously you can be left-handed but also right-footed, and many right-handers are left-footed.
Generally speaking, you would have thought that with such heavy right-handed dominance,
the recessive left-handed tendency would have died out by now, but it hasn't, even with
all of the weird societal taboos and fears that have arisen around left-handed people
throughout history.

Laughter
Despite the fact that it's something we do every day, scientists aren't entirely sure
why humans laugh.
There are only a handful of species on the planet that do it.
Despite that fact that many other animals also have complex social structures like our
own, they appear to be largely humourless.
It appears to be most similar to the panting sound made by young apes when their parents
tickle them, but seeing as we're equally in the dark as to why they do that, it's not
all that helpful.
Also, laughter isn't necessarily anything to do with humour, anyone who has politely
sat through their father-in-law's jokes will attest to that.
It is reckoned that only around 20% of laughter is in response to an actual funny joke or
a stimulus like tickling, the rest is made up of the polite guffaws and awkward giggles
that punctuate conversation without anything really being funny.
It is also thought that perhaps laughter is used as a way of controlling the behaviour
in our social groups.
The difference between "laughing with" and "laughing at" someone could be the key to
this.
When you laugh at someone, you are essentially telling them that their behaviour is not acceptable
to your group, either pushing them out or forcing them to alter it, whereas "laughing
with" is a signal that the behaviour is accepted within the group.
The fact that humour plays a role in sexual selection - you know the ladies appreciate
a sense of humour, it could be the reason for its prevalence in humans.
It could be a successful trait passed down through generations.

What You Don't Know About Content Creators & How We Can Support Them - Duration: 11:47.
- Hey everyone, I wanted to take a little time today
to give you a glimpse behind the scenes
the life of a content creator,
particularly, the financial aspects.
The reason I wanted to do this is because,
one, I need to do some fundraising
for some of the content I've created,
and, or am going to be creating,
and I'll share why in a little bit,
but the whole concept of fundraising is,
who wants to do that?
Nobody wants to do fundraising.
Nobody wants to even ask for money, and if you're like me,
you wanna kinda do it all on your own anyway,
so letting people know that you actually have this need,
and admitting that you have this need is really hard to do.
But I realize I'm not the only one.
Content creators of all kinds are in similar spaces as me.
So what I'm gonna share with you today
isn't so much about necessarily
asking for your support for me,
but asking you to consider whether or not
you might support your favorite content creator or creators.
Doesn't have to be me.
So here's the thing, one trend that I've noticed recently
is artists of various kinds, so writers, authors,
small business owners, musicians, people who, podcasters,
people who create content in a variety of different fields
have started using something called Patreon.
The basic premise of Patreon is supporting creative work,
creatives, with the old idea of patrons.
There used to be people who would help fund
the creative work, because it takes a long time for income
to be received, and so there, it can be years
of creative work that is, well, created, and then shared
with the world and the world benefits from it,
but there isn't some sort of revenue income that helps them
continue to do the work.
And so if you think about it, when someone's putting
full-time effort into creating content for other people,
there should be some kind of an income there
to help provide for the time that they have put in.
So, one of the things that people don't realize
about bloggers in particular, and this is why
I wanted to share with you, kind of some of the things
that I do, which may or may not apply to all bloggers.
But a lot of it does apply to several, and most of them
are not gonna tell you that these are the things
that they deal with.
Bloggers start off wanting to write something.
They have a message to share,
or they wanna share their story, or they need a place
to write out things.
And then things evolve over time, and they start
to find their niche, and they realize
that God's actually put in them a message for other people,
and maybe it helps people in a specific way.
For example, for me, when I first started writing,
it was mostly me processing life and trying
to keep my brain healing through PTSD, depression,
anxiety, trauma healing.
Since then, as I've continued to pursue writing,
I've also realized that God
was basically bringing me through a series of circumstances
and experiences as well as my past passion,
they were all lining up together
to provide resources and content that helped people
practically and spiritually in the areas
of emotional health, spiritual growth, and soul care.
So I take my background of psychology,
my passion for Christian counseling,
and a lot of the experiences that I've been through
to help people wrestle through
some of these challenging circumstances in life.
So they don't stay stuck, so they can cultivate a life
that's well-lived, not a perfect life,
not a life that's all focused on themselves,
but a life that is sourced by God,
a life that is sourced by the giver of life in Christ.
And so I applied practical principles
as well as spiritual encouragement in this process.
So it took me several years to get to this place,
and I know lots of other creators
who have continued to put out content, blog post content,
guest posting content, podcasting, YouTube videos,
being guests on other people's places, contributor writing,
free printable downloads.
Let's see, what else do people create?
I don't know, I'm sure you guys can come up
with some other ideas, but there's a lot of work
that goes before putting a book out there.
So then let's say a content creator, particularly a blogger,
is working towards publishing a book,
and they publish that first book, but the book,
they're kinda not really well-known,
and so they don't really get that big of an advance
for the book, so people might have a misunderstanding
that there's all this income coming in from the book.
But there isn't.
And until there's a really big platform
and let's say 10,000, 100,000 sales,
more like 100,000 sales, are they gonna be really
making some good money off one book.
But then you have to keep creating content.
So when content creators are doing this work,
the ones who are doing it well have a desire
to serve their readers.
That is my heart, to serve my readers.
I love what I do.
I love it.
It is my passion, I wanna do it more and more and more.
I have tons of ideas and I believe that God
has put these inside of me for a reason,
and that they can help other people.
Unfortunately, there's also a reality
of putting in full-time work without any income.
The truth is, at this point, I am paying,
financially, in addition to all the time,
in order to create the work.
It's worth it to me, so I continue doing it.
But at some point, I do need a revenue stream,
and so I'm working towards that with future courses,
online content, and the Unleash sheets.
There's going to be more content, hopefully,
that will kind of add on to the Unleash sheets concept,
and if you don't know about Unleash, you can look that up

But until them, I do need some financial support
because I need tools, I need a virtual assistant.
Maybe need's not the right word.
I know this is a first-world thing,
but the reality is, is to take it from where I wanna go,
where I'm at now, and to be able to produce the content
that's going to serve my readers,
serve the people who need it, video watchers,
whoever it is, then I need some help
so that I'm not bogged down in some daily task.
Here's an idea of what some bloggers and content creators
are actually doing in this back end,
and some of the things that they have to pay for.
So, I pay for two websites now, JoleneUnderwood.com
and Rise Up Writers.
I pay for a mailer service for the emails to go out
and to manage email subscriptions.
I pay for some social media stuff,
Zoom, which I use for web conferencing.
I can't remember all the different things,
but each component that you do, and the more you grow,
the more costly it gets.
So, someone who has a larger platform,
they're actually spending hundreds to thousands of dollars
a month in order to provide that platform.
Now, they're making money,
so none of this is to make anybody feel bad.
It's just to give you a glimpse of what's going on
because a lot of people just don't know,
you just don't know that it actually costs money
to do all these things, plus the time.
There are other content creators
that are worthy of our support, too.
I support New Life Ministries.
They put out a radio show, and they,
like a friend of mine who started a radio show,
they have to pay for their radio time.
And we kinda take it for granted.
We think, oh my goodness, well this is great free content.
Well it's not free.
These people are passionate about what they do,
but they're paying, and so they have to have fundraising,
or they have to have marketing and advertising dollars,
or something that helps pay for it
to keep it going forward, right?
So I was on Twitter the other day, and Kyle J. Howard,
I don't know if you're familiar with him,
but he is, I believe he's a counselor
that helps people with racial trauma.
And so he put out there his Patreon request
to let people know that he wants to offer services to people
free of charge, but he needs some financial contribution
in order to keep going and doing what he's doing,
and to provide that for people who are truly in need.
And I love that he put that out there on Twitter.
He's providing a service that's super helpful,
but he can't do it all just out the generosity of his heart.
And so, I am coming to you to day partially to let you know
that I'm in that place where I'm shifting
from the work that I've done and growing it,
hopefully, as more of a business in the coming years,
and so, that'll make, hopefully, a huge difference
in a couple years, but right now, I'm in a challenging place
where the funds are not there,
and I'm actually putting out more financially
than I am receiving anything.
So, I'm not worried about it, I'm not fretting about it,
I'm not begging and pleading,
and I don't want this to be a burden on you,
but I do wanna let you know,
because if you enjoy the content that I create,
I would love you to partner with what I'm doing.
I would love you to
just support me in even any small amount or prayer,
if that's all that you can provide,
just to say, you know what, I believe in the work
that you're doing, and how it can help other people,
and I just wanna partner in some way.
I would treasure that so immensely.
It doesn't matter to me if its one or two dollars,
or if it's just prayer, or if it's a couple 100,
whatever, I'm gonna choose to trust God with the amount.
But I love it when other people see the vision
for Christians cultivating freedom,
experiencing peace, joy, and freedom in Christ.
And I know I'm not the only creator,
so if your heart is compelled to help someone else,
if you follow another blogger
and they're not asking for support,
bless them with a surprise contribution.
I've been blessed a couple of times when I really needed it.
It paid the way for my Life Breakthrough coaching training,
Because a couple of other people at the same time,
had it on their heart to send some financial contributions
to me, and it made it possible for me to take that coaching
at the right time.
I believe that God can stir our hearts
to support whoever it is that's on your heart to support.
Who blesses you in your life with their content?
Who can you consider sending a little gift,
or maybe it's just a thank you note,
maybe you mail something to them that says,
you know what, I really appreciate the time you're taking
and how you serve us.
I appreciate how you've helped me in this area.
Let them know.
It just kind of blows me away, those kind of blessings.
In the community of body, we spend so much time
on negativity, tearing people down, pushing ideas
and divisive conversations, but let's be a community
that loves one another and remembers that content creators,
not just like me, but like lots of other people,
musicians, podcasters, other bloggers and writers
and authors, they want to serve you,
and you taking time to simply recognize that
and appreciate it in some way, whatever way you can provide,
is immensely helpful.
It encourages their heart to keep doing the work.

Starting with my training philosophy, when I was in the Army
I focused on turning that would be valuable to both military and civilian jobs meaning I spent my energy on getting my bachelor's degree in
information technology and technical certifications
Specifically I work towards and earn my security plus the fiber cable installer
CCNA and CCNP
Certifications before leaving the army
Actually, I wasn't planning on getting my CCNP because I thought it was outside my skill set but a guy graduated college with
Had his CCNP and basically told me to stop being such a wuss and get the cert
I found that CCNP cert was a lot easier to get than I had imagined
It really wasn't much harder than the CCNA. Even with my degree in certs
I was still really afraid I wouldn't find a good paying position. I
Started looking for positions as soon as I knew I was getting med boarded and quickly found out that
Most employers won't care to talk to you until you're about 60 days out from your availability date
Once I knew my terminal leave date, I started networking like crazy
I let everyone and their dog know I was getting out and then I was planning to relocate, Colorado Springs
The response was really awesome. I had a lot of people passing my resume around
Helping me get my name out there
Where I actually met my future employer was at a technology convention that is held every year in Hawaii called tech net
my bosses at the time let me attend the convention in business casual civilian clothes and
I brought hard copies of my resume and business cards the
Captain and Warrant Officer that I worked for was with me at the convention and introduced me to everyone they knew in the tech industry
with their endorsement
I had a lot of people reaching out to their contacts looking for available positions that I'd be a good fit for
It was actually a pretty amazing feeling to having that many people wanting to help a stranger
During my last lap around the convention. My boss talked me up to a company that never heard before
Just happened. The president of that contracting company was at the booth
He was impressed with my resume and the fact I had a hard copy on me
After he talked to me for about 20 minutes. He said he was going to send me a job offer
I wasn't going to put my full trust in a verbal potential offer, so I continued to look and network
Once I got back to Colorado I started working with tech recruiters
Started lining up and going to face-to-face interviews
I had a few companies interested
But once I received the offer from the guy from tech net I accepted the offer
The job was exactly what I was looking for and the offer was more money than I had anticipated. I
Can't discuss my salary, but just know that I'm very well paid by anyone's standard
So I was originally hired by a small contracting company called ISG
Who is absorbed by NES associates about six months later.
about two months after that NES was purchased by CSRA and
About eight months later was purchased by General Dynamics their information technology division
So one interview and technically four companies. The transition between each company has been for the most part seamless
And my management team hasn't changed
I've been in the same position for 20 months and the only thing that's really changed has been my signature block on my emails
From this experience the two big lessons. I've learned are
one
focus your education goals for the military and
civilian career
And Two, the signal community is great at looking out for one another
What I hope you get out of my story is that it's possible to make the transition and come on top
you just need to have a plan and
network

cigar-shaped UFO.
On 24 July 1948 two pilots with
20 passengers
flew on an early morning from Houston
to Atlanta.
About southwest Alabama
they saw a cigar-shaped UFO
and at first, the descriptions and the

looked like a Goodyear blimp or zeppelin
but the cigar-shaped UFO
disappeared right in front of their eyes.
Also, one of the passengers
was awake at that moment and saw a
bright object flying past his window.
The beauty is
the copy of the witness statements
and all other documents are available at
the Blue Book archives website.
The names of the two pilots are
Clarence S. Chiles
and co-pilot John B. Whitted.
I have to read the statement of Chiles.
"It was clear there were no wings present
that it was powered by some jet or
another type of power
sh*ting flame from the rear some 50 feet.
There were two rows of windows
which indicated an upper and lower deck
[and] from inside
these windows a very bright light
was glowing.
Underneath the ship there was a
blue glow of light, —Chiles said.

section where the pilot claims where the
flames came out.
In the middle two rows of windows
or openings.
If we place it next to a zeppelin
then you see similarities.
I think the flying object they have seen is
not extraterrestrial because the
flying object
used a propulsion that used fuel.
That is, of course, a clear sign of
something earthly.
But maybe I'm wrong and this is a
different kind of propulsion
because this is just a
drawing what they have seen
from a distance.
The chief of staff Hoyt S. Vandenberger
thought the same and
was convinced that UFOs were
made by the Soviet Union.
A few months later the report was
destroyed.
Due to the lack of transparency
this UFO case is one of the most
controversial UFO sightings in history.

Two US pilots saw a cigar-shaped UFO - Duration: 4:53.I find this UFO case very interesting
because 2 pilots and one passenger
were involved with the UFO event.
But the biggest reason is that the
government has destroyed the
UFO report.
Why would you destroy the documents
if you declare them void?
This story about the 1948
cigar-shaped UFO.
On 24 July 1948 two pilots with
20 passengers
flew on an early morning from Houston
to Atlanta.
About southwest Alabama
they saw a cigar-shaped UFO
and at first, the descriptions and the
drawings, which I will show you
looked like a Goodyear blimp or zeppelin
but the cigar-shaped UFO
disappeared right in front of their eyes.
Also, one of the passengers
was awake at that moment and saw a
bright object flying past his window.
The beauty is
the copy of the witness statements
and all other documents are available at
the Blue Book archives website.
The names of the two pilots are
Clarence S. Chiles
and co-pilot John B. Whitted.
I have to read the statement of Chiles.
"It was clear there were no wings present
that it was powered by some jet or
another type of power
sh*ting flame from the rear some 50 feet.
There were two rows of windows
which indicated an upper and lower deck
[and] from inside
these windows a very bright light
was glowing.
Underneath the ship there was a
blue glow of light, —Chiles said.

At the rear end, you can see the
section where the pilot claims where the
flames came out.
In the middle two rows of windows
or openings.
If we place it next to a zeppelin
then you see similarities.
I think the flying object they have seen is
not extraterrestrial because the
flying object
used a propulsion that used fuel.
That is, of course, a clear sign of
something earthly.
But maybe I'm wrong and this is a
different kind of propulsion
because this is just a
drawing what they have seen
from a distance.
The chief of staff Hoyt S. Vandenberger
thought the same and
was convinced that UFOs were
made by the Soviet Union.

destroyed.
