what's up everybody this is lyle with no hippie BBQ and I should be slapped for

what I'm doing today but we're gonna be making some air fried lobster tail bites

the main reason I'm doing this is my wife went out I guess a few months ago

and bought these little petite lobster tails and they've been hiding in the

freezer for a while and these things are too little to do anything real with so I

figured you know what let's get creative and see how this turns out anyway it's

gonna be a very simple recipe come on in take a look at these ingredients will

get whipping it up as we go through these ingredients I will go ahead and do

a little bit of prep work along the way first of all we have some flour then

we're gonna season our flour with this riches River dirt this happens to be hot

and spicy this was sent to me complimentary by my boy over at Rich's

River smokers West Virginia I'm gonna leave a link to his YouTube channel in

stuff one of the things I like about this is this says hot and spicy and it

is actually hot and spicy imagine that so we're gonna go kind of liberal with

that and just kind of mix it in with our flour and I probably actually have a

little bit too much flour for these lobster tails but we are going to be

going ahead and air frying up a little bit more stuff today as well so I'll

finish stirring this off-camera we have one egg Mike hit it with a few

tablespoons about a tablespoon of milk go ahead and whip that up

all right and then as far as our lobster tails go like I said these are some sad

looking lobster tails right here but I just kind of wanted to show you what I

did with the lobster tails so I just took some kitchen shears I like cutting

the V down once you have that V done you can and this thing is so small probably

didn't even need to do that you can pull the shells off we're gonna remove all

the lobster meat and we're gonna cut those into nice little tidbits really all I'm gonna

do at this point is I'm gonna use these same kitchen shears and I'm just gonna

cut these into you know bite-size lobster morsels and trust me this is gonna be a

little snack right here let's come down here like this alright that is that

let's go ahead and get it in our egg and milk mixture get them all coated up well

and now since these are a little more delicate I am just gonna kind of do a

couple at a time over here

make sure they're fully coated get them on this wire rack alright guys so this

is a done deal I'm actually gonna have a chance to let this sit in the

refrigerator for probably a good 45 minutes to an hour before my wife gets

home that's when I'll start air frying it a good part about letting it sit as it is

gonna allow this breading on here or this flour mixture to become kind of

tacky and that always does better in a air fryer if it has a chance to kind of

absorb in you're gonna be starting to air fry this in a little bit what I want to

do is I want to preheat this and the reason is I want this grate down here to

get hot so it won't stick when we put it in so let's go ahead and I'm just gonna

go ahead and we're just gonna do it for a short period of time like five minutes

and our temperature is gonna be basically what our cooking temperature

is 380 let's just go ahead and start it so we have the air fryer heated up let's

go ahead and add the lobster in I did spray a light layer of olive oil on the

bottom of this pan alright it's good to go now go ahead and throw this in the air fryer 380

degrees and I'm gonna check it in five minutes

so we your five minutes in right now let's go take a look at them as you can

tell they're still kind of a little white on the top if I let that go it's

just gonna look like a dried up mess so we are gonna go ahead and spray it down

with some olive oil a little olive oil never hurt anybody and one of the good

things about this design and you know it I will have this in the description is

any excess oil will drip below this pan so we're gonna go ahead I'm gonna let it

go for another five minutes all right five minutes are up let's go

ahead and open it up here's we're looking like right there

that looks absolutely delicious I'm gonna go ahead plate this stuff up we're

gonna taste them see we think about

sure looks good not sure how it's gonna taste but let's go ahead and get in grab

a little one right there and this sauce is just a little mayonnaise some roasted

Al concluir su participación, Sánchez Cordero detalló que iniciará acercamientos con la Oficina de las Naciones Unidas para las Drogas y el Delito en México, con el objetivo de ver de qué forma se puede flexibilizar el acuerdo antidrogas vigente

Sánchez Cordero indicó que se trata de un acuerdo designado en los 70, "que es muy rígido" y se debe flexibilizar a partir de la reinterpretación del enfoque punitivo que lo caracteriza

Precisó que se impulsaría la despenalización del consumo de marihuana y, posteriormente, de amapola con fines medicinales

"Hablaremos con Naciones Unidas para poder flexibilizar un tratado tan rígido como el que tenemos suscrito de los años 70 en materia de penalización y el combate a la droga

Despenalización no es legalización", detalló en entrevista. Previamente, en su exposición afirmó que el crimen organizado lava dinero en México por más de 25 mil millones de dólares y en Estados Unidos, por 250 mil millones de dólares

Should I Bypass a Third Party Recruiter and Apply for the Job Directly - Duration: 3:44.

So, Toreh, and actually for everybody, I'm going to assume that you mean third party

recruiters, that have their own firms, that are working on behalf of organizations who

are their clients, versus going directly to the organization yourself.

I am going to qualify my answer, and I'm going to give you a couple of different viewpoints.

Now, excuse me.

The recruitment firms, they can be very, very good to work with, because recruiters can

introduce you properly, prepare you properly, they know the organizations, they can give

you the inside track.

And let's be honest, I, as an executive recruiter, I want my clients, I want to make a good match.

And if I've presented a candidate of mine who I've recruited or who's come to me, and

we're bringing you or him or her to the organization, I want that to be successful.

I want that to be successful.

So, they are going to prepare you and give you a leg up.

As a matter of fact, I told the I-teamers this.

This book, Interview Intervention, this book is literally what I would speak to my job

candidates as I would prepare them to go in for an interview.

Could you imagine?

The whole book, I would talk it to them.

And then I wrote the book, and then I had them read it, which is much easier on my time.

But, that's what I mean.

Recruiters can be very, very good to work with.

Do not be overly concerned about the money that a company has to pay a recruiter.

If a company has committed to paying the recruiter, whether it's a retainer or a contingent recruiter,

meaning they only get paid if you take the job, that's okay.

That's cool.

Don't worry about that.

If you know the company, if you know the company, and you've gotten maybe an employer referral

or something like that, or maybe you know the recruiter, who knows, the corporate recruiter,

there's nothing wrong with going in directly.

It's not as though I think there's an advantage of going in on your own.

As a matter of fact, I would say the advantage lies with if the third party recruiter is

a good recruiter.

Then the advantage is going through the recruitment firm.

But, if you contact the organization yourself, please be careful.

There's kind of a professional etiquette.

Sometimes it's a legal issue in the contracts that people set up with recruitment firms.

Sometimes organizations, if you contact them, and then you speak with a recruiter who's

working with that company, if you contacted them before the recruiter contacted them on

your behalf, the recruiter might not be able to handle you through the process and help

coach you throughout that process, because the company might not pay the recruiter, because

you actually contacted them first.

There are many different variations of this, what we call stimulation of interest clauses

and things of that nature.

But, it gets a little touchy, and you never know what the arrangement is between the company

and the recruiter.

And as a matter of fact, we do retain search for some companies, that if you contacted

them, they would just send you to us.

And then we would work with you and evaluate you, and then bring you in if we felt that

you were a good fit.

So, there's so many different situations.

It's hard without knowing the strength of your relationship with the existing company,

how I would go about it.

like a 12-hour shift today so he needs a little bit of extra food he'll need

lunch and dinner so that is why there's so much food here starting back here he

has some green beans and stay comes and I'm going to put them or he's going to

put it on this roll I don't want to put the roll on there because then it'll get

soggy so he will heat that up and then put it on the roll add some mayonnaise

and then he's also getting some macaroni and cheese some corn and this is ranch

chicken we baked it in some pink Oh crumbs

and some ranch dressing add it to it and then bake it off so that is what he's

getting oh and a coke okay guys here is Jason's lunch he is having some corn on

the cob with some sliced up turkey sausage potato salad and a cupcake and

some BBQ pork and I have a bun here for him to put it on for a sandwich

OF THE MOST POWERFUL BOOKS IN MY HEALING JOURNEY.

IT WAS THE FIRST TIME THAT I READ AND WAS TAUGHT

Walk your way to fluency ;p - Duration: 8:00.

Hi! Today I want to talk about how you can combine walking with learning

languages. Because it's something I really like to do like when I'm out

walking not doing anything else you know I think it's fun to do these things so

Let's start!

My first piece of advice is a two-parter and it's really simple it's

just listening to something. Either to 1, music which is very easy like

find some nice music that you like in your target language and listen to it while

walking. Because it's really really beneficial to do that like I know when I

started listening to Stromae in French like my listening comprehension

like went up a lot so it's really cool really really useful and part two is

listen to podcasts which is also really good. You get to hear people more like in

a natural pronunciation because in music sometimes you have to change it to fit

and yeah I really like podcasts too so...

[Counting in French] Un, deux, trois, quatre...

Another favorite is to count your steps while you're walking. So like for each

step you take you count like 1 2 3 4 in your target language and then you like see

how far you can count you know like in French when you come to like 4-20-1 (81) it's

like ugh and you have to start from the beginning. And you can try to like

depending on your level in the language how much how many numbers you know you

can like oh I want to count to 100 or like 50 or whatever and just to see how

far you can count. And you can change it up, try counting every other number, every five numbers

Tens whatever like, just to practice numbers. And like you're like I have

studied I'm on my languages for quite a long time but like it's still kind of

hard so that's a fun thing you can do. And you can also do this with like verb

conjugations as you can have like I am you are he is we are you are they are

and then either change to another like I was you were etc or change to

another verb like I have you have you know and that's also really fun and a

little more challenging maybe.

My realest favorite is talking on the phone but I

never do it with like actual natives of my target language, I just pretend I'm on

the phone I'm like "oh and then this crazy should happen like you should just

know" it's like because people around you mostly... or like at least where I live

like people don't know these languages that much and like oh people study some

French but like how much do they actually remember you know so it's really

fun. Just get to talk, like practice pronunciation, just practice speaking

without anyone judging you, which I think it's really important to just

get in the flow of speaking because like people won't notice and like even if you

pass someone on the street who is like talking like you seem like you're

talking on your and your phone like you have your headphones in being like yeah

bla bla bla like, people won't know what

you're talking about people will never realize you aren't talking to someone

real. It's just like to continue talking and like it's just so fun I love it so

Much and if you want to you can also record yourself while you're talking

To like save for later, hear how your pronunciation has been improving, how like

Words you didn't know before how you now know them and it's like

super cool. So that's one I really really like that's my favorite out of all of

these. Also, who says you have to talk out loud if you still don't feel comfortable

with that if maybe you're in a place where you feel like you can't do that

You can just think in your target language and one really cool thing is... Let's see if I

can put my phone here without it falling, probably not, let's try. Yeah what I

was going to say, one thing I really recommend that I haven't done that much

but I want to start doing more it's describing what you see around you like

right now I see trees they are thin and quite tall down there I see a big tree

that's like wider and it's green and gray and brown and like I see all of

these things and like when you start describing your environment you start

realizing what words are missing from your vocabulary, like if I don't know how

to say tree but like I obviously see a lot of trees and I might need to say

that one day that's good that I realized that I don't know that word and then I

could if I want to remember that I can either like look it up at the spot or like

just type down if you have like a list on your phone you like write tree and

then you remember to look it up when you come home so that's really fun

But like, I still want to like put it out there that remember that you don't always have to

learn languages you don't have to incorporate it into your walking time to

save some time. Whatever like basically don't feel like you have to be

productive while you're on a walk, or while you're enjoying a train ride, while

you're like... Like just let yourself sometimes also just walk in the forest

listen to music in your own native language or whatever it doesn't matter

like just walk and feel that it's nice to walk, to be outside, to breathe

some fresh air, to like get out of your bedroom where you've been all day and you feel

bad. So just go out and it feels great like just let yourself do that without

having to be another study session. Yeah, I just wanted to say that because I don't

want to like, I don't want you to feel any pressure that you should you could

take this moment to do this but I'm so unproductive right now because i'm just

walking when i could be counting in my target language. It's like

don't feel like you have to feel like that

basically. Is my conclusion of this video. These are just some ideas that you

could incorporate if you want to but you don't have to and taking care of

yourself it's much more important than learning foreign language. So yeah that's
