Why did Brazil ditch the T-37 jet trainer to develop T-27 Tucano? - Duration: 10:35.
The Embraer-312 Tucano is regarded as a highly successful and low cost trainer aircraft with
over 600 units built and that has been operated by air forces from 16 different countries
including Brazil, Argentina, France, the UK, Egypt, Iran and even some civilian companies
in the US.
Given that every aircraft has its own history, in this video we will be taking look on why
Brazil decided to develop the Tucano and more specifically, we will talk about why the Brazilian
Air Force ditched the relatively new and modern Cessna T-37 jet trainer in favour of the turbo-prop
design made by Embraer - a company that at that time had never manufactured a trainer aircraft.
First, let's go on a brief overview of Brazilian-American relations starting with the Second World War
and how the Brazilian Air Force acquired the Cessna T-37 from the US.
The Brazilian Air Force was created in 1941 when the air arms of both the army and navy
were merged into one and at that time virtually all of its equipment was outdated.
When Brazil joined the war in 1942, the United States helped to train Brazilian pilots and
through the land & lease act supplied modern aircraft such as the PBY Catalina for maritime
patrol and the P-47 as a fighter bomber.
The relationship between the two countries was further strengthened when Brazil sent
a fighter squadron and an infantry division to fight in the Italian front together with
American units, it is noteworthy to say that Brazil was the only Latin American country
to commit troops to Europe during the war.
With the end of Second World War, the United States created the Military Assistance Program
from 1946 to 1955 in order to furnish allied nations against the threat of communism with
both equipment and training.
Brazil joined the program in 1953 and from the Brazilian perspective this program was
of extreme importance because in later years it allowed Brazil to purchase modern military
aircraft such as the C-46, the F-5 and lastly the Cessna T-37C jet trainer.
In 1966 the Brazilian government purchased a batch of 40 T-37s and subsequently ordered
a second batch of 25 aircraft, thus a total of 65 aircraft were ordered to replace the
aging T-6 Texan in the advanced instruction course for military pilots.
The Cessnas started flying in Brazil in 1967 but considering the lifespan of a trainer
aircraft they were retired very early - in the year of 1980 and just so you have a perspective,
the T-37s were retired from service in the United States in the year of 2009 - and the
development of the Embraer Tucano was a direct response to the loss of the T-37 fleet.
Now if Brazil had purchased all these new jet trainer aircraft, the question that comes
to mind is why was the air force removing them from service so early?
I mean, 13 years in the life of a jet trainer isn't much.
Now the reality is that the Brazilian Air Force actually didn't want to retire the
T-37, but they were forced to by - guess who - the United States via the manufacturer of
the aircraft - Cessna.
Now I know this sounds very counterintuitive with the US forcing an allied nation to retire
an American aircraft from its air force, but there is an explanation for that.
In order to answer why the T-37s were retired and subsequently replaced by the Tucanos,
we must talk about the Brazilian nuclear program.
So in 1950 Brazil established the National Research Council whose focus was on nuclear
energy and its development.
In 1964, with the coup d'etat orchestrated by the Brazilian military, the new government
enacted policies whose goal was to ensure production and handling of nuclear fuel could
all be done domestically.
In order to develop its nuclear industry, Brazil partnered with West Germany and had
some very ambitious goals including the construction of 12 nuclear powerplants by the year of 1990
in order to diversify its sources of energy.
Although most of the efforts were put on the peaceful usage of nuclear energy, the military
government did consider military applications of the nuclear technology - hence Brazil opposed
and did not sign the Treaty of Non-Nuclear Proliferation on the grounds that it violated
its national sovereignty.
Taking India as an example of a country that was able to develop nuclear weapons, the Carter
administration in the US started to apply pressure on Brazil to abandon or at least
change its nuclear policy.
As response to the American pressure due to the Brazilian nuclear program and also human
right abuses and political persecution by the regime, the president of Brazil, Ernesto
Geisel, decided to withdraw Brazil from the military assistance program on March of 1977.
As a retaliation to Brazil's leave of the MAP the US decided to show how Brazil was
dependant on their help by removing Brazil's ability to train its pilots.
A few days later the Brazilian Aeronautics Command received a letter from Cessna stating
that due to programing and production reasons, Cessna would not be able to supply parts or
technical assistance after a period of two years.
Clearly Cessna was only obeying the American government because at that time the T-37 was
still flying in several air forces so their inability to provide spare parts or assistance
was not true and is worth saying that the T-37 is still in operation in some air forces
even today.
With that said, Brazil had no other choice other than to look for another advanced aircraft
to replace the T-37 since its days were counted.
This is where Embraer and first ideas of the Tucano come in.
Since Embraer was a government owned company at the time, the news about the early retirement
of Cessna T-37s reached the company fairly quickly but Embraer had two big disadvantages
when it came to manufacturing a replacement aircraft.
First, two years isn't much time for the development of a new aircraft and it was thought
that in all likelihood the Brazilian Air Force would be buying an existing foreign trainer aircraft.
Second, even if the Brazilian Air Force was to work with Embraer on such a tight schedule,
they would be working with a company that was primarily focused on the civilian market
and had no experience in designing or building a trainer aircraft for the military.
But it turns out that Embraer did have some experience in that field.
Amongst its employees was the Hungarian, and later Brazilian, aeronautical engineer Joseph
Kovács who had previously worked on the Neiva T-25 Universal trainer aircraft which was
at the time being used by the Brazilian Air Force as a trainer and counter insurgency aircraft.
After much discussion between his team, Embraer came to the conclusion that it had to offer
an aircraft with unique features in order for it to differentiate itself from the competition
and that at the same time ensured that the aircraft could be exported to other countries
because orders from the Brazilian Air Force alone wouldn't justify the development and
manufacturing costs of the aircraft.
By this time most air forces believed that a jet trainer aircraft was the ideal platform
to train fighter pilots because of the introduction of jet propulsion during the training phase.
At the same time many air forces preferred the side-by-side configuration since it was
easier for the instructor to see and correct the mistakes of the student like in the Cessna
T-37 and Canadair Tutor for example.
But Embraer the did exact the opposite, recognizing the high maintenance and operational costs
of jet aircraft, especially with the soaring prices of jet fuel in the 1970s, Embraer proposed
two project for a low cost advanced general trainer aircraft in the tandem configuration
to the Brazilian Air Force in 1977.
The first one was the EMB-301, a conventional design for an aircraft powered by 380hp piston
engine geared to advanced flight training including formation flying, aerobatics, IFR
flying and aerial gunnery.
Additionally, this same aircraft could be used for reconnaissance, observation and attack missions.
However, after several discussions and comparisons with other aircraft Embraer thought the 301
was neither unique nor bold enough and therefore submitted another proposal to the Brazilian Air Force.
This was the EMB-311, an improved design with a much more powerful 750shp Pratt and Whitney
Canada PT-6 turboprop engine, longer range, better maneuverability and six hardpoints
instead of four from the previous 301 project.
Listing the specifications of the two aircraft would go beyond the scope of this video but
in the end the Brazilian Air Force showed interest in Embraer's second proposal.
Project 301 was abandoned and several discussions were held between the Brazilian Air Force
and Embraer for modifications on the Embraer 311 which later became the Embraer 312 Tucano.
So to summarize what has been mentioned in this video, the development of the Tucano
was a direct consequence to the early deactivation of the Cessna T-37s by the Brazilian Air Force.
Now Brazil never wanted to retire the jets but they were forced to so thanks to American
pressure during the Carter Administration via Cessna which in turn had the goal of changing
Brazil's nuclear policy.
Having to find another advanced trainer aircraft in a short period of time, the Brazilian Air
Force decided that it would be better to give Embraer a chance because the prospect of a
low cost advanced trainer that could also be used in counter insurgency operations was
better than buying an existing jet aircraft which would be very costly to acquire and
operate - keeping in mind the decision was taken on the late 1970s during the soaring
prices of oil.
Of course, there were other features on the design of the Tucano which improved the cost-benefit
ratio of the aircraft but getting into them would be the topic for another video.
At least for Embraer the financial aspect was one of the great differentials of the
Tucano and reason why the aircraft was exported to many other countries.
Sources are in the description and I hope you have learnt something new in this video.
Anyways, thank you for watching and see you next time!

Here's What I Think About Buying a Ford Mustang and More - Duration: 3:16.
Rev up your engines, 117 says, Scotty I'm thinking of buying a
Ford Mustang as my first car what do you think about Mustangs,
they are fun cars to drive, that said, if your going to buy a new one,
get a V8 their more fun to drive and they last longer,
if you get a used one, have a mechanic like me check it out period,
you don't ever want to buy a used Mustang without a good mechanic checking it out and
here's the main reason, the main reason is, guys that buy Mustangs, a lot of them drive
them really hard and you don't want to buy something somebody wore out,
so you want to have a mechanic like me check it out and if you are buying a used one hey,
your better off buying from a middle aged or older guy than a young kid, never buy a
used Mustang from a young kid, because generally they beat the heck out of those things,
hey Scotty, No 9 says, my 2012 Nissan Altima has trouble getting up over the 610 bridge
channel bridge, it has 102,000 miles any idea, ok here's the thing, when you got a vehicle
and that's a steep bridge, and it won't make it up the bridge much,
your losing power under load, so the first thing I'd say is, change the fuel filter,
a clogged fuel filter will do that, of course change the spark plugs and air filter
if you haven't tuned it up in a while, it can be that too,
if those don't fix it, generally it's dirty fuel injectors, and I've got a video, how
to clean fuel injectors without removal, watch that video and try that, you can often clean
it up and make it run better, now if that didn't do it, what you can do
is, have a mechanic pressure test the fuel pump, because if it is weak and it won't accelerate
up hill, the fuel pump itself could be going out,
and with modern cars they don't have any place to screw a fuel pressure gauge on, so you
really got to pay a mechanic because we have the special tools where we have to take the
fuel rail apart, put our gauge on the rail and re-hook it up and road test it to see
what the pressure is, Kaufman says, I have a 1986 S10 that runs
fine but sometimes the check engine light comes on but after I turn it off and turn
it on it goes away any tips, ok if you want to know what it is, when a
check engine light is on, have a mechanic scan it with his computer and see what code
comes out, it's an 86 so it's really old, and it doesn't have the good data that a 95
or new car has on it, but they way they work is,
when your driving your car, if there's a problem, the check engine light comes on and sets a
code but that's such an old car, it's OBD 1,
once you shut it off then it restarts the system again and when you start it up, if
it's not on but then it comes on later then when you turn it off and it goes on, it's
a really minor problem that your not going to have to worry about,
if you do want to know what it is, your going to have to get it scanned while that light
is on, because those old systems they don't keep much data, if it was a newer car, a 95
or newer, it wouldn't matter whether you turned it on or off, it would have the historical
data and show you what that code was but that old thing doesn't work that way, they were
much more basic computers in them, so if you never want to miss another one of my new car
repair videos, remember to ring that bell!

at the time being used by the Brazilian Air Force as a trainer and counter insurgency aircraft.

Movies That Will Blow Everyone Away In Fall 2018 - Duration: 8:55.
With all the sequels, reboots, spin-offs, and occasional original films that get released
every month, it can be hard to keep track of what's actually getting released.
Luckily, we've combed through every notable movie release that's coming down the pipeline
this Fall so you won't have to worry about missing anything.
Here are some of the future blockbusters we're projecting will hit it big in the Fall, in
order of their expected release date.
Mandy
It seems like Nicolas Cage's entire career was leading to Mandy.
The story follows a mountain man named Red whose girlfriend, Mandy, is kidnapped, leading
him to embark on a brutal odyssey of revenge against the cult leader responsible.
Pretty much everyone who's seen Mandy has walked away praising both Cage's performance
and director Panos Cosmatos' dedication to making a truly insane film.
The movie drops into theaters September 14th, so keep your schedule clear if you want to
see Nicholas Cage act insane in a way only he can.
The Predator
Kicking off a new round of interplanetary big game hunting, The Predator finds writer-director
Shane Black making a long-overdue return to the franchise.
According to actor Thomas Jane, the plot will involve a group of PTSD-stricken soldiers
who band together to kill the spine-cracking alien hunters.
The movie's got an incredible cast, featuring Olivia Munn, Trevante Rhodes, Keegan-Michael
Key, Sterling K. Brown, and Edward James Olmos.
We can expect our ragtag heroes to face off against everyone's favorite skull collector
on September 14th.
Operation Finale
Directed by Chris Weitz, Operation Finale tells the true story of an elite Israeli spy
unit tasked with capturing a high-profile Nazi who escaped to Argentina after the war.
With Oscar Isaac starring as the leader of the unit and Ben Kingsley as the fugitive
nazi, there's sure to be some incredible acting in this historical drama.
The film hits theaters on September 14th, and if you're at all interested in history,
espionage, or real-life revenge stories, then Operation Finale might be right up your alley.
The House with a Clock in its Walls
Eli Roth isn't really known for his kid-friendly films, but he's looking to change things up
with The House with a Clock in its Walls.
Based on the classic children's book by John Bellairs, this Gothic fright flick tells the
story of a 10-year-old boy who's sent to live in a quiet Michigan town with an uncle, played
by Jack Black, who turns out to be a warlock.
The House with a Clock in its Walls also stars Cate Blanchett and Kyle Maclachlan, and it's
set to scare kids on September 21st.
The Old Man and the Gun
While his films don't usually get a lot of attention from mainstream audiences, director
David Lowery has been on a low-key roll since 2013, with movies like Ain't Them Bodies Saints,
Pete's Dragon, and A Ghost Story.
Now, Lowery is re-teaming with Robert Redford for The Old Man and the Gun, the amazing true
story of Forrest Tucker, a 71-year-old crook who escaped from prison and went on a bank
robbing spree around the country.
Sissy Spacek plays his love interest, and Casey Affleck stars as the cop determined
to bring him down.
The Old Man and the Gun will arrive on September 28th, which gives you plenty of time to visit
your own elderly relatives and hear about their wild lives first.
Venom
Everyone's favorite spider-themed anti-hero, Venom, is finally going to star in a major
motion picture.
The alien symbiote is now slated to sling his way into theaters on October 5th, 2018,
with Tom Hardy in the title role.
Hardy's not the only acting powerhouse to appear in the film; Venom also stars Riz Ahmed,
Michelle Williams, and Jenny Slate.
With this much talent involved, Venom is at least guaranteed to be more watchable than
the last time he appeared on screen.
Bad Times at the El Royale
Sometimes all a movie needs to do is pack in enough talented actors for it to be incredible,
and Bad Times at the El Royale definitely looks like a sleazy good time with some talented
actors.
Jeff Bridges, Chris Hemsworth, Dakota Johnson, and Jon Hamm star in the noir-ish movie written
and directed by Drew Goddard, best known for helming Cabin in the Woods.
While plot details are scarce, we know the story is set in the '60s and involves a bunch
of crooks who wind up at a Lake Tahoe hotel.
There's a bank robbery, a cult leader, and a mysterious organization spying on the hotel
guests.
Regardless, we're pretty excited to watch these unsavory characters go head-to-head
on October 5th.
First Man
After the smashing success of La La Land, Ryan Gosling and Damien Chazelle will be joining
forces again for First Man.
Instead of singing "City of Stars," Gosling will be shooting for the moon.
First Man will tell the story of the Space Race, with Gosling playing Neil Armstrong,
the first man to walk on the moon in 1969.
Along with Gosling, Corey Stoll plays astronaut Buzz Aldrin, Lukas Haas plays astronaut Mike
Collins, and the cast will be rounded out by Kyle Chandler, Claire Foy, Pablo Schreiber,
and Jon Bernthal.
The film is in incredibly capable hands, so we can't wait for First Man to finally launch
on October 12th.
T-minus several months and counting…
Serenity
Written and directed by Steven Knight, Serenity promises to be anything but serene.
The film follows a fishing boat captain played by Matthew McConaughey who gets lured into
a murderous scheme by a femme fatale, played by Anne Hathaway.
She's sick and tired of being abused by her wealthy husband, so she wants McConaughey
to turn the guy into shark food.
Of course, in film noir, nothing is ever as it seems, and you can't trust anyone … even
Anne Hathaway.
Serenity sails into theaters on October 19, and judging by the trailer, this shark-infested
thriller promises to have quite a bite.
"You're gonna need a bigger boat."
The Sisters Brothers
Based on the acclaimed novel by Patrick deWitt, the story follows a pair of brothers whose
last name is Sisters.
The Sisters brothers make their living killing people, and they're sent to hunt down a chemist
who's stolen a formula that reveals the location of gold.
The gunslinging siblings are played by Joaquin Phoenix and John C. Reilly, Riz Ahmed plays
their prey, and Jake Gyllenhaal stars as a miner caught in the middle.
Plus, there's Rutger Hauer and Carol Kane rounding out the star-studded cast.
The Sisters Brothers promises to ride into theaters this fall, and we can't wait to see
these actors fight it out in the Old West.
"Have you ever had to be in a fight?
I've been in a ton of fights.
That's why I figured out how to stay the heck out of a fight."
The Nutcracker and the Four Realms
Disney is releasing their next live-action fantasy just in time for Thanksgiving.
The Nutcracker and the Four Realms is set to dance into cinemas on November 2nd, complete
with gorgeous sets, elaborate costumes, and quite a few familiar faces.
Inspired by E.T.A. Hoffman's story, the plot follows a young girl named Clara who winds
up in a strange world of talking nutcrackers, intimidating toy soldiers, and scary rodents.
Along the way, she'll encounter a sugar plum fairy that looks like Keira Knightley, a mysterious
old man who resembles Morgan Freeman, and a villainous dictator who shares a certain
similarity to Helen Mirren.
Based on the trailers, we can expect the adaptation of this beloved legend to dance in a dark
direction.
Bohemian Rhapsody
With his flawless voice and sexy swagger, Freddie Mercury is one of the greatest rock
stars in music history.
A bio-pic has been in the works since 2010, but the film hit multiple roadblocks along
the way.
Finally, Bohemian Rhapsody is set for a 2018 release date, with Rami Malek of Mr. Robot
playing the Queen frontman.
In addition to Malek's own voice, the film will capture Mercury's unique vocal range
with the help of singer Marc Martel and sound bites from Mercury himself.
It's taken eight long years for Bohemian Rhapsody to get here, and when the film hits theaters
on November 2nd, it promises it will rock you.
Robin Hood
Taron Egerton stars as Robin Hood, finally bringing the outlaw archer back to the silver
screen for the first time in almost a decade.
However, this version won't be quite as merry as the ones we've seen before.
"Lend me your ears!"
"...that's disgusting."
2018's Robin Hood is going to be like a medieval version of Batman Begins, showing us how Robin
of Locksley became Great Britain's most famous bandit.
Taking Robin Hood in a dark direction is certainly an interesting choice, and with the winning
combo of Egerton and Jamie Foxx as his partner, the upcoming action flick could be one of
2018's most exciting movies.
Robin Hood will be stealing its way into theaters on November 21st.
Rich Moore and Phil Johnston, who wrote the original script for Wreck-It Ralph, will share
directing duties, so it's bound to be a faithful follow up to the original.
You'll get a chance to see if Wreck-It Ralph 2 is even better than the first one when it
arrives on November 21st.
Welcome to Marwen
Inspired by the 2010 documentary Marwencol, director Robert Zemeckis will tell the story
of Mark Hogencamp, a crossdresser who was brutally assaulted by a group of thugs.
Suffering from brain damage and PTSD, he coped with his attack by constructing a miniature
World War II village in his backyard.
Welcome to Marwen stars Steve Carell in the lead role, Gwendoline Christie as Hogencamp's
caretaker and Diane Kruger as a Belgian witch, one of Hogencamp's characters come to life.
The film also features Leslie Mann and Janelle Monae, and it's scheduled to arrive in theaters
on November 21st.

5 Things You Didn't Know About Tein - Duration: 3:26.
- Hey guys, what's going on?
It's Alex from Fitment Industries.
Today we're going to be talking to you about five things
you probably didn't know about Tein suspension.
Now I know I'm not walking through any doors.
I'm actually not gonna be walking around at all.
But just so you know,
if you can guess the correct amount of doors
in this building,
we'll send you a care pack.
And I'm not gonna tell you how many doors we have
because that would just ruin the fun.
Anyway, don't forget to subscribe
before we jump into it
because we enjoy the affirmation that
that number gives us
and we're trying to get to 100,000 subscribers.
So the first thing that
you may not know about Tein suspension is that
their products are regional specific.
Meaning that if you get a coilover that is bought
in the United States,
you buy that same exact product in the UK,
it's actually built a little bit differently.
Tein makes their products regional specific
so that you get the best bang for your buck
straight out of the box.
Now, in terms of how specific they are
and how meticulous they are on these components,
completely just in their hands.
But what you can know is that obviously
the roads are going to be very different
in let's say well Chicago
than they would be in South America.
So they do a lot of different stuff
to their products to make sure that
the stuff that you're buying
will work in regards to where you live.
Now you may be thinking that
because they do all of this
that their products are pretty expensive.
Now that goes into the second thing
that you probably don't know about Tein
is that they really aren't.
Tein is an extremely affordable product
that you can get in regards to suspension.
It's probably why it's one of the most popular.
Whether you're trying to buy 400-, 500-dollar springs
or an $800 set of coils
or even a 14 to 2200-dollar set of coils from Tein,
they pretty much have everything across the board
and whatever you could possibly want.
And because their price range is so vast,
you can pretty much buy, well, like anything.
And then that goes into the third thing.
Now when you think about affordable,
a lot of times people get skeptical.
Especially in regards to where they're buying their products
or how they're getting made.
And there has been rumors that Tein has outsourced
a lot of their stuff to bring the cost down.
And that's just entirely not true.
The third thing you may not know about Tein
is that all of their products pretty much
from conception to finalized product
are made in Yokohama, Japan.
That allows them to control the quality
and when they keep their overhead down,
it allows them to really, essentially
keep their prices extremely low.
They've continued to do that
and while rumors still kinda bust about with Tein,
it doesn't change the fact that all their stuff is made
in one place.
And the fourth thing that you may not know
about Tein is probably the most useless one
out of all of them.
Tein has, well, a mascot and his name is Dampachi.
(children cheering)
Now if you go up to his website,
you can go and review like his height
and when he was born
and the fact that you can take a tour
of the factory with Dampachi.
They-the marketing guys must have made a ton of money
off that cause I don't see why you'd need a mascot-
but the fact that they do-
and it's like a little damper,
it's like a little suspension guy.
It's pretty cute.
So that's has absolutely - that's not gonna benefit you guys
like at all like really.
But we figured it was fun to talk about.
And the fifth and final thing that you may not know
about Tein suspension is that we now have them
on the website.
Yeah, that's the sales plug.
But we actually do,
after probably countless months and weeks of trying
to find data and images,
we finally have Tein available.
Whoo!
That was a lot of fun to actually do.
It was terrible.
But the programmers got it done,
so we wanted to let you know
that if you're looking to pickup some Tein suspension
that you can actually do that
at fitmentindustries.com/tein
or you can just go to fitmentindustries.com,
hit suspension, and then hit the brand Tein.
So it's pretty cool, ya know,
in case you're picking up some Tein suspension.
And it's not pronounced "Tine",
I already know that you're in the comments.
Apparently it's pronounced "Tein."
Well we hope that you guys enjoyed this episode
of Five Things.
Let us know in the comments
what you'd like us to talk about next,
and, of course, don't forget to subscribe.
I'm Alex for Fitment Industries.
I promise I'll talk slower in the next episode,
but it's probably not gonna happen.
We'll see you later.
Peace.

An Epidemic of Loneliness - Duration: 3:46.
Is anyone a fan of long-distance relationships?
No?
Maybe some of you know this, but I'm in a long-distance relationship myself.
My girlfriend is across the country on the East Coast.
I'm over here on the West Coast.
So you might be wondering,
"Randall, how do you maintain a long-distance relationship?
What's your secret?"
Well dear viewer, if you must know -
It takes devotion, prayer, and carrier owls.
Like Harry Potter.
No, seriously, having a long-distance relationship is actually really difficult.
Do we feel lonely without consistent communication and quality time?
Yes.
And I guarantee you we'd still feel that ache of loneliness
even if we got to see each other every single day.
Cuz we're human!
Surprise!
Even before I was in a relationship, I felt the pangs of loneliness too.
Waaahhh.
I just wanna share my life with another human being.
Aahhhhhh!
Guys, the truth is we have an epidemic of loneliness in our society today.
We can feel this loneliness in any stage of life.
Single, dating, married.
Popular or not popular.
And whether we know it or not, we might be trying to numb that ache.
Have you ever done the mindless scroll on your phones?
Maybe mindless hours of video games or being occupied with work?
Surrounding ourselves with people, hooking up, getting wasted, drugs or pornography.
We can be surrounded by hundreds of people and still feel lonely.
What the heck?
Or maybe you were like me.
Hoping a relationship would fix all your problems.
Ahahahooo!
This is real, people.
Maybe some of us are hoping that that special someone is going to answer all of our deepest desires.
And, as we've heard many times before, that simply isn't true.
But I mean, how hard is it to believe this when our culture makes relationships so emotionally charged.
Obviously I don't know all of your stories, but I do know this:
That deep down, there is a longing for intimacy, to be seen, to be known, acknowledged, and loved.
This is such a good and human desire.
But when unfulfilled, loneliness creeps in like,
"Ehh what's up?
I'm still heeeere!"
The more we avoid being alone, the more lonely we'll feel.
That's fact.
So Randall, what do we do?
You learn to be alone.
The answer to our loneliness isn't in filling our hearts and our minds with more stuff.
It's in learning to be alone by having a healthy detachment from the things that stimulate
and occupy us.
We have to learn to embrace our loneliness.
One really effective way to do this is by implementing silence into our lives.
Into the ordinary aspects of our lives.
The mundane and the routines.
I'm not saying we have to get rid of music and technology,
but maybe having a healthy step back will help us reorient where we place our priorities.
No amount of relationships, pleasures, or things will ever satisfy the deepest longings
in our hearts.
And we'll never fully get rid of our loneliness.
But we have choice as to whether or not our loneliness consumes us.
Don't run from it.
Embrace it.
And learn to live with it.
Hey hey, it's your favorite Filipino!
Back at it!

Will Resident Evil 2 Remake Have A Resident Evil 3 Remake Mode? | Theory - Duration: 3:31.
With Resident Evil 2 Remake on the horizon there has been a lot of talk about a potential
Resident Evil 3 Remake being next on Capcom's list.
To some, it is a foregone conclusion "yeahh" and to others, magically out of click bait
thin air, it has already been CONFIRMED!
[Laugh]
So let's not get too carried away and have a little chat a little about Resident Evil
3 Remake, and how we might be seeing some RE3 secrets or much much more when we play
Resident Evil 2 Reeeemakkkeee!
There are a few reasons RE3 could be Capcom's next remake target.
Sequentially it is the next game in line and could fill in some major plotholes in the
story.
Also, iIt is a lot like RE2 including the location so assets / maps could possibly be
reused making it less costly and easier to complete, a smooth transition.
Plus The die hard fans like us really want it bad.
Unfortunately, when you look at the sales figures, and you see RE3 at the bottom, you
have to wonder if Capcom will go logical and fan friendly with RE3make or financial and
popular…by skipping to an RE4 Remake for PS5.
"what do you think you are talking about?
calm down lady!"
Wheter they do or don't, RE2 may have some RE3 surprises.
In Famitsu Magazine, Capcom mentioned "something" they would be adding to increase replayability
of RE2…could this something be an RE3 mode.
Many people think we may encounter Jill or Nemesis on the streets in RE2, but what if
it is more than that, what if it is it's own separate story or game mode, kind of like
Ada's Separate Ways in RE4…It probably wouldn't be the full game but it could connect
the sometimes confusing timeline, since Resident Evil 3 takes place both before and after Resident
Evil 2...or maybe even a nemeis mode?
If they do decide to add Resident Evil 3 to Resident Evil 2, we hope that doesn't mean
Capcom is going to punt on doing the full RE3 REmake in the future.
Instead you would hope it was to get us excited about their next remake, to see Jill and Nemesis
and to gauge interest in RE3
But, if they aren't going to remake it, then adding to RE2 would be better than nothing
I guess
I'm a little skeptical as to if we will ever get the game that RE3 fans deserve, so
I won't be surprised if we have a run in with Jilly and Nemmy Nems in Resident Evil
2 Reeeemaakekee
PS: can you imagine beating Resident Evil 2 in January and seeing the words "Too be
continued…" pop on screen?
"It's up to JILL to take out Umbrella"
Crimson Army.
Do you want to see an RE3 game mode or DLC in RE2?
Do you think we will get a full remake in the future?
Let me know in the comments, follow WheresBarryB on social media and don't forget to like

7 Warning Signs of Kidney Disease - Duration: 6:44.
7 Warning Signs of Kidney Disease
Your kidneys are the organ that's located behind your abdomen, parallel to your spine.
Their proper function plays a very important role in overall health, as they're responsible for keeping your electrolyte levels, blood pressure, and fluids in check.
Just like with other systems of the body, your kidneys run a constant risk of infection and kidney disease.
While they are not as common, the problem is that there typically aren't symptoms during the early stages of kidney disease, making them difficult to diagnose.
The only way you can accurately identify them is through medical tests of the blood and urine.
However, there are some physical signs that could also alert you to the development of an abnormality.
Below, we describe seven of the most common warning signs of kidney disease, so don't hesitate to consult your doctor if you experience them.
1,Excessive fatigue as a sign of kidney disease.
Chronic fatigue results when your body has difficulty transporting oxygen to your cells through the bloodstream, which can occur due to a developing problem with your kidneys.
Your kidneys play an important role in the production of red blood cells, and when they deteriorate, they don't produce enough of them.
2,Itchy skin.
Your kidneys eliminate many of the toxins found in your bloodstream through the urine.
When they malfunction, wastes build up in the tissues and it's normal to feel itching or tingling sensation under the skin.
3,Edema.
Fluid retention, or edema, is one of the clearest signs of kidney disease.
Although its appearance could be caused by a lot of different factors, renal failure is a major one.
The kidneys control the levels of water and sodium in your body, and a malfunction prevents them from remaining in balance.
This symptom can also arise when you have a substantial loss of protein in the urine, a condition known as nephrotic syndrome.
Inflammation is usually concentrated in the feet and ankles, but it can sometimes occur in the arms, face, and other body parts.
4,Anemia.
Symptoms of anemia in patients may indicate that kidney disease is entering the more severe stages.
Your kidneys are responsible for producing a hormone known as erythropoietin, which tells your bone marrow to produce blood cells.
Because their function can be compromised in severe cases of renal failure, your red blood cell count will decrease dramatically, causing chronic anemia.
5,Back pain.
Pain in the lower back or side could signal potential kidney disease, especially in elderly patients.
While it's not a very common symptom, it could occur when kidney stones or a urinary tract infection are present.
If this occurs, the disease is usually very advanced and accompanied by other symptoms, such as difficulty urinating or a burning sensation.
It's important to distinguish this symptom from muscle pain, because more than any other it could be key to early detection of a serious condition.
6,Changes in the urine.
Knowing how to recognize urine from healthy kidneys is critical to identifying the warning signs of kidney problems.
When your kidneys begin to fail, the following may occur:.
You have a stronger urge to urinate in the middle of the night.
Your urine is foamy or bubbly in appearance.
Your urine takes on a dark color and has a foul smell.
You produce more urine, with a very pale color.
You have difficulty urinating more than four times a day.
Urinary incontinence.
You notice blood in your urine.
7,Bad breath.
Breath that smells of ammonia and a metallic taste in the mouth could occur due to the accumulation of toxins in your bloodstream when your kidneys fail.
This unpleasant symptom is difficult to control, even if you have good oral hygiene habits.
Although all of the above symptoms can be precipitated by multiple causes, it's worth checking to see if the origin could be kidney disease.
Talk to your doctor if you're concerned and request that they perform the appropriate tests to ensure all is well.

you don't ever want to buy a used Mustang without a good mechanic checking it out and
here's the main reason, the main reason is, guys that buy Mustangs, a lot of them drive
them really hard and you don't want to buy something somebody wore out,
so you want to have a mechanic like me check it out and if you are buying a used one hey,
your better off buying from a middle aged or older guy than a young kid, never buy a
used Mustang from a young kid, because generally they beat the heck out of those things,
hey Scotty, No 9 says, my 2012 Nissan Altima has trouble getting up over the 610 bridge
channel bridge, it has 102,000 miles any idea, ok here's the thing, when you got a vehicle
and that's a steep bridge, and it won't make it up the bridge much,
your losing power under load, so the first thing I'd say is, change the fuel filter,
a clogged fuel filter will do that, of course change the spark plugs and air filter
if you haven't tuned it up in a while, it can be that too,
if those don't fix it, generally it's dirty fuel injectors, and I've got a video, how
to clean fuel injectors without removal, watch that video and try that, you can often clean
it up and make it run better, now if that didn't do it, what you can do
is, have a mechanic pressure test the fuel pump, because if it is weak and it won't accelerate
up hill, the fuel pump itself could be going out,
and with modern cars they don't have any place to screw a fuel pressure gauge on, so you
really got to pay a mechanic because we have the special tools where we have to take the
fuel rail apart, put our gauge on the rail and re-hook it up and road test it to see
what the pressure is, Kaufman says, I have a 1986 S10 that runs
fine but sometimes the check engine light comes on but after I turn it off and turn
it on it goes away any tips, ok if you want to know what it is, when a
check engine light is on, have a mechanic scan it with his computer and see what code
comes out, it's an 86 so it's really old, and it doesn't have the good data that a 95
or new car has on it, but they way they work is,
when your driving your car, if there's a problem, the check engine light comes on and sets a
code but that's such an old car, it's OBD 1,
once you shut it off then it restarts the system again and when you start it up, if
it's not on but then it comes on later then when you turn it off and it goes on, it's
a really minor problem that your not going to have to worry about,
if you do want to know what it is, your going to have to get it scanned while that light
is on, because those old systems they don't keep much data, if it was a newer car, a 95
or newer, it wouldn't matter whether you turned it on or off, it would have the historical
data and show you what that code was but that old thing doesn't work that way, they were
much more basic computers in them, so if you never want to miss another one of my new car
repair videos, remember to ring that bell!

'Teen Mom' Kailyn Lowry Slams Ex-Husband Javi: I Only Married Him Because I Was 'Desperate' - Daily - Duration: 3:17.
Well, at least she's being honest. Kailyn Lowry and her ex, Javi Marroquin, got into a war of words online after said she only said 'I Do' because she was 'young' and 'desperate!' What's a seven-letter for "messy drama?" "Twitter
" Know what else has seven letters? Teen Mom. Speaking of which, Kailyn Lowry, 26, got caught up in the drama on Aug
10 after she responded to a fan who said her ex-husband, Javi Marroquin, 25, seemed like "a good stable guy" years ago
Kailyn chimed in to "respectfully disagree" with this assessment. "When I met Javi he lied to me and told me he didn't know who i was," Kailyn tweeted
"Creeped his twitter and sure as sh*t he had tweeted me a week prior. That was after he got picked to do True Life and the girl refused
" When asked then why "did you [get] married [to] him if you knew all of this," Kailyn didn't hold back, even if it made her look bad
"I was young and ignored red flags apparently. What most would call desperate. [three Face With Tears Of Joy emojis]
" Well, this was rather blunt. She and Javi were married from 2012 to 2016, and it seemed like her ex didn't like her talking trash about him online
"Stop tweeting about he," he wrote in a now deleted tweet, per Radar. "Move on, please
Like, we're grown now … That's for the birds." "I'm enjoying my life as privately as I can
I don't need to be looking for validation from social media," Javi added as an explanation as to why he removed that clap-back tweet
Javi certainly would appreciate some privacy when it concerns possible hook-ups with his ex
Kailyn spilled a little tea on the rumors that these two got together "Javi & i talked about getting back together at one point
Why? I don't know because we both knew we didn't want to & it would never work… And hooking up w him as i know people from the reunion leaked that
" When i met javi he lied to me and told me he didn't know who i was… creeped his twitter and sure as shit he had tweeted me a week prior

What most would call desperate 😂😂😂 — Kailyn Lowry (@KailLowry) August 10, 2018 Whether or not this hook-up was when Javi was with his current (and pregnant) girlfriend Lauren Comeau remains to be seen
The two are expecting a child together, and they had an adorable gender reveal on July 15
It turns out that Lincoln Marroquin, 4, is getting another baby brother. His mom, Kailyn, has a 1-year-old, Lux, with ex Chris Lopez, and 8-year-old Isaac Rivera with her ex-boyfriend, Jo Rivera
