Youtube daily report w Aug 20 2018

Imagine you are a spy deep undercover and you have to relay a message to another spy

without saying a word.

Short of telepathy, how could you possibly convey a secret message without anyone realizing

it?

Well, how about your shoe laces?

Hello, and welcome to The Infographics Show.

Today we're looking at the Shoelace Code and other secret techniques used by the CIA.

During the height of the Cold War the world hung on the brink of nuclear annihilation

as the Soviet Union and its Soviet Bloc allies prepared for war against the United States

and NATO.

Each side knew that in the case of war, every single advantage possible would have to be

exploited to try and avert all-out destruction, and so the golden age of spying began.

For spies deep undercover though it was vital to be able to communicate with their handlers

or other spies without being detected, as a good spy assumes he is- and probably was-

under surveillance 24/7.

As is so often the case in the world of spying, one of the most effective techniques for clandestine

communication turned out to be one of the most effective.

Agents were taught to 'read' hidden messages written with, of all things, a person's shoe

laces.

While no official lexicon was ever created so that if one spy was caught the entire system

couldn't be deciphered, instead agents were taught different ways to tie their shoes or

arrange the laces through the shoe's eyelets so they could communicate pre-arranged messages.

Thus spies would come up with their own meanings for different shoelace combinations, leaving

the message completely secret except to the two communicating spies.

Some examples of possible messages included, "I brought someone with me", "I am being

followed", or "I have information.".

Though the CIA remains secretive about specific operations, it is known that the Shoelace

Code was in wide use across its operations around the world throughout the entirety of

the Cold War, with the Soviets never the wiser.

Government bureaucracy is notoriously slow and always seems out of pace with the modern

world- yet the CIA proves time and again that it is always on the forefront of new technologies

and trends.

In 2017 Wikileaks published a trove of secret CIA documents given to them by a leaker.

Amidst the leaked documents there appeared a new form of secret CIA code- emojis.

Using their popularity around the world, the CIA has apparently adopted a complex system

of emojis to create entire covert sentences, the meaning of which is only apparent to somebody

who understands the secret code.

As an adapted form of a Vigenère cipher, a secret code developed over 500 years ago,

each emoji represents a specific word or letter, but the meaning of an individual emoji can

be changed depending on what other emojis appear in front or behind it.

So for example, a smiley face may mean 'you', but a smiley face in front of an angry face

may change the meaning to 'me'.

Thus entire messages can be written and even if the enemy discovers part of the cipher,

they still won't accurately decrypt the message without understanding how each individual

emoji changes the meaning of those next to it.

We've all seen James Bond films, so what about when the time for words is done and it's time

instead for action.

To that end, CIA agents have had a plethora of tools at their disposal to incapacitate

or kill.

In the 1970s US President Gerald Ford signed into law an executive order that banned political

assassinations by the CIA or other clandestine agencies.

Up until then though, any politically dangerous individuals were fair game.

Yet as the Cold War began, the US realized it was far behind in sophisticated covert

killing techniques versus their Soviet adversaries.

As Nikita Khrushchev came to power after Stalin's death in the 1950s, one of his first orders

was the assassination of Ukrainian nationalist Georgi Okolovich, leader within a Russian

anti-communist group.

After a conversation with his wife though, Okolovich's would-be assassin, KGB officer

Nikolai Khokhlov, defected to the US, where he revealed the tool that was to be used in

the murder- an electrically operated gun and silencer hidden inside a cigarette pack and

loaded with cyanide-tipped bullets.

Yet while Okolovich was spared, other Ukranian leaders were successfully assassinated by

another KGB officer, Bogdan Stashinsky, who after defecting to the US in 1961, revealed

that he had killed both men with a cyanide gas gun concealed in a rolled-up newspaper.

The CIA recovered the weapon which Stashinsky had ditched in a river canal after his last

kill and began to accelerate the development of its own covert weapons.

The US would go on to develop the Non Discernible Bio-inoculator, a modified .45 caliber pistol

fitted with a telescopic sight that fired a toxin-tipped dart silently and accurately

up to 250 feet.

While the weapon was not as easily hidden as its Soviet counterparts, the dart that

delivered the deadly poison was just barely wider than a human hair and almost completely

undetectable during an autopsy.

For more close-range and stealthier kills though, the CIA developed the STINGER, a small,

.22 caliber single-shot weapon hidden inside a tube of toothpaste.

But what about when an assassination needs to be carried out in such a way that the assassin

has time to get away?

For that the CIA proved incredibly ingenious, developing slow-acting but deadly poisons

made from shellfish toxins, cobra venom, Botulinum bacteria and crocodile bile, all of which

would be sprayed onto things as innocent as a hankerchief.

While it's impossible to know how many times these were used in the field, it is known

that in 1960 one such attempt was made against Congolese President Patrice Lumumba, with

a tue of poison-laced toothpaste prepared to be inserted into the President's toiletry

kit.

The plan was rejected at the last minute by a CIA office chief for unknown reasons.

Fidel Castro proved to be a popular target for CIA ploys.

The leader of Communist Cuba was considered a major threat after he began to cozy up to

the Soviets and declared intentions for Soviet military weapons and even missiles to be based

on Cuban soil.

The possibility of a sizable Soviet military force less than a hundred miles from American

soil was completely unacceptable to the US, and thus the green light was given for Castro's

removal from power either by assassination or by discrediting him in the eyes of the

Cuban people.

This chapter of CIA history would be known as Operation Mongoose.

At first the CIA attempted outright assassination, and to that end proved to be quite ingenious

even if their efforts failed for a variety of reasons.

In one attempt a Cuban double agent was to offer Castro a cigar treated with Butolinum,

a toxin produced by the bacteria Clostridium botulinum, but the plan failed when the double

agent failed to get the cigar to Castro.

Knowing that Castro dearly loved his cigars, the CIA did not give up in their efforts and

developed an exploding cigar which would, in their own words, "blow his head off".

A box was developed and prepared for delivery during a visit by Castro to the United Nations,

but fearing the political fallout of an assassination during a UN visit, the plan was ultimately

scrapped.

Not easily discouraged though, the CIA started thinking way, way outside the box and came

up with a plan to plant explosive sea shells at one of Castro's favorite beaches.

Ultimately that plan was canceled too when it proved ineffective during CIA trial testing.

After President Ford's ban on assassinations, the CIA changed its strategy to one of instead

discrediting the leader.

Knowing of Castro's pride in his 'macho' image, the CIA developed a cigar coated with a depilatory

agent that would make Castro's beard fall off.

After that plan was scrapped, Cuban security officials eventually created the private cibar

brand Cohiba, exclusively for Castro and to safeguard his supply of cigars from tampering.

Yet the CIA would not be discouraged, and proceeded with attempts to discredit Castro

by more attempts at harming his macho image via hair loss.

Known for leaving his boots outside his hotel room door at night to be shined, the CIA developed

a powder to be dusted inside the boots which would cause Castro's hair to fall out.

Ultimately the plan failed when he canceled his targeted trip.

On yet another attempt to discredit Castro, CIA agents prepared a device to spray LSD

remotely inside one of Castro's broadcast studios from which he gave his weekly addresses.

That plan too was ultimately scrapped for unknown reasons.

From secret messages written with shoelaces, to exploding sea shells, and cigars that make

your hair fall off, the CIA proves it has no shortage of imagination.

It's impossible to know what new and incredible plots and tools modern CIA agents are equipped

with, but one thing is for sure: if it sounds too crazy to work, it's almost certainly been

tried or tested by either the CIA or their Russian rivals, because in the great spy game

if you come second, you're probably dead.

Do you know any other great tricks that CIA uses or used?

Dreamland Chronicles | Dreamwalkers - Duration: 2:04.

Throughout human history people have been fascinated by the mysterious nature of dreams.

It's not known for certain who was the first to cross the border between reality and dreams,

but ever since then enthusiasts around the world have been obsessed with this idea.

Those who manage to get to the other side become dreamwalkers -

interdimensional travelers who can control dream matter with their mind.

When a dreamwalker first transitions to Dreamland they discover a great deal of special abilities to learn.

As a rule, beginners start with something simple like levitating a few feet above the ground,

moving small objects with their mind, healing minor wounds, walking on walls, and so on.

Once they're done with the basics they can move to something more complicated,

like materializing objects, shape shifting, or teleportation.

At this point dreamwalkers are limited only by their own imagination.

However, relying on the most powerful tricks all the time is not recommended,

as this will quickly exhaust even the most seasoned dreamwalkers, let alone newbies.

Extreme exhaustion transitions dreamwalkers to a regular uncontrolled dream.

Upon waking up they will feel weak and suffer from a severe headache.

Recovering from this might take several days.

Is Bisexuality Transphobic? - Duration: 6:00.

[pen writing]

[Pokemon game sound]

So, I asked on the Instagram question thing which...

By the way, how do you find the answers after your story is gone?

Do you still have the answers or the questions after your story is gone?

Because I can't find them anymore.

But I asked Instagram which, if you don't follow me already,

@rikkipoynter, I wanted to know if anybody had any requests

for bisexuality videos, and I got a lot of questions.

One of them being 'Is bisexuality transphobic?'

Or isn't being bisexual transphobic?

You know, basically any way you can spin that, that's the question.

And it got me thinking. Because part of me was like "No,"

and then part of me was like, "Wait."

Because bisexuality,

a lot of people consider it, I say some people consider bisexuality

as liking their own gender and the other one,

but then there's other people,

other bisexuals that are like "Bi is not binary."

And that's something that actually Connor Manning told me in a reply.

Because instead of me just answering the question, I took it to Twitter

and I wanted my trans friends

and also, well, non-binary is trans,

but you know, I've always said, or if I didn't say it before,

I'll see it now, for me, that includes trans women and trans men.

Right? I mean, I've got trans friends who I have

little crushes on. So, you know.

But then a lot of people were saying

even in the official coming out video that I made, people were like,

"Well, why don't you just say pansexual?"

And I was like "I don't know."

I used to use that, but I don't know.

And I was talking to Alayna Fender about it,

and she was like, "Yeah, I prefer bisexual.

"The word's just more fitting for me." So, you know what?

I took it to Twitter and I wanted

my trans friends and my non-binary friends...

Again, non-binary is trans,

but you know, just specifically,

because another concern I had was well, wait,

where does non-binary people fit into this?

So, it was a little bit of education.

And for the most part the replies from both trans or...

OK, so, for the most part replies from my trans women friends

and my trans men friends and my non-binary friends were "No."

Being bisexual or bisexuality is not

being transphobic, or is not transphobia.

So, I'm just going to read a few replies because I think that's

the best way to put it.

So, the question that I actually wrote is

"Is bisexuality considered transphobic?

"Someone asked me to make a video, blah-blah-blah.

"I mean, trans men are men and trans women are women

"so I guess it's like where does non-binary lie, I guess?

"I don't know. Now I'm confused."

You know, dah-dah-dah.

And then I was talking about how

there was a lot of different conversations about it.

So my friend Annie said "Bi can mean same gender and other genders."

And then Ezra writes "Trans, non-binary, bisexual here.

"Bisexuality is not inherently exclusionary of trans people.

"Bisexuality doesn't mean there are only two genders

"any more than being bilingual implies

"there are only two languages."

And then one person said

"Doesn't that definition of each explain?"

I was like well, yeah, but you know,

that's what I thought and here we are.

And then Beck writes, "Just going to toss in another genderqueer voice.

"Bisexuality ain't transphobic or exclusionary.

"Only certain people are." And that is a good point.

While people were saying that bisexuality is not transphobic

or being bisexual is not transphobic,

of course, you're going to find transphobic bisexual people.

In fact, I could think of a few big bisexual YouTubers already

who are transphobic,

and we're not going to name any names, but they're out there.

Another nonbinary bisexual says

"Bisexuality to me is attracted to two or more genders.

"Using 'same' and 'other' can be erasive in my opinion."

And then another nonbinary person wrote,

"I am not personally offended

"but I can see where other people would be."

Or, I'm sorry, they're pansexual and genderfluid.

I don't know a whole lot about other terms and stuff like if they mean

the same thing or you know...

And then one person said

"I am nonbinary and I have mixed feelings.

"It's definitely red-flaggy to me at first,

"though if a person demonstrates their understanding

"and inclusiveness of nonbinary identities, it's fine.

"It definitely can and is used by people inclusively,

"and I don't want to erase them.

They helped me come around on the term sense historically.

"I've heard it used by folks as a way to exclude."

And then somebody mentioned the Bisexual Manifesto of 1990

which states 'attraction to two or more genders',

so that includes nonbinary folk.

And then basically it's a bunch of the same replies

over and over and over.

So I guess that at the end of the day,

being bisexual does not automatically mean

that you are transphobic,

because it includes everyone, and there may be another word for it

and it may confuse some people, and of course, like I said earlier,

you'll probably find some transphobic bisexuals out there,

but you'll also find transphobic...

You will find people in the LGBT community

that even though they are part of the LGBT community

and they have 'LGBT advocacy' in their bio, some people,

you will find that some people will still tend to be transphobic.

But yes.

So, hopefully that answers it a little bit.

I will put the Twitter thread down in the description box

or in the pinned comments

so if you want to look through and read answers

from people who I asked so, you know, learn a little bit,

then yeah.

I'm going to do that.

So hopefully that was a good little thing of education today,

and if you haven't, before you go, consider pledging on Patreon

because it's a great way to support your favourite creators,

and well, I have one, and with me you get perks

like music playlists and articles

that you will only find on Patreon.

And if you go up high enough I do pen-pal letters.

Oh, and I'll see you later. Bye!

How to Sell Watches Online (Show and Sell EP1) - Duration: 6:03.

Whether you're a dropshipper, an ecommerce entrepreneur, or simply curious by nature,

there's nothing quite like stumbling upon an exciting product that you can sell online.

Hi world, it's Mark from Oberlo.

Welcome to Show and Sell.

It's where I take a couple of minutes every Monday to dig deep into Oberlo's marketplace.

What am I looking for?

Products that are likely to sell fast.

I also share tried and tested marketing methods for getting those sales.

This is the first show in this series, so I've included a special extra that will

be super helpful for anyone who sets up an online store based on today's product.

So stick around until the end for that.

And if you would like more product recommendations and marketing tips every week, then consider

turning on the notification bell.

Today I've selected a fantastic niche for dropshipping.

One that consistently ranks in the top ten dropshipping products year on year.

Most products in this niche cost under 5 dollars.

They ship with epacket.

They come in countless iterations.

And they're timeless …

You got it: mechanical wristwatches.

There is an buzzing online market for inexpensive, fun, handsome, quirky, novel, personalized,

you-name-it timepieces.

And I've picked out a handful to show you today.

All of the watches you're about to see can

be dropshipped via Oberlo.

They are all supplied by Obero Verified Suppliers, and they all cost under five dollars, which

means one thing: higher profits for you, the merchant.

If you're about to set up an online store, then pay attention: this could be a product

idea that works for you.

Mechanical wristwatches have been around for centuries.

They're extremely popular accessories for people all over the world and of all ages.

People buy watches to commemorate special occasions, to give to loved ones, to express

their style, and to stay on time.

So let's take a look at some examples to see why.

This is my favourite one.

The pineapple watch.

It has a gold colored case with gold colored hands on a white dial, and it comes with a

quality leather strap.

And then there's the pineapples spread all over the dial.

They give this classic model a fresh twist that consumers will find hard to say no to.

It's an ideal product for attracting impulse buyers, as this kind of watch is not something

seen very often.

That means it will stand out in Facebook ad campaigns.

Facebook ad campaigns which target, say: young people with disposable incomes; people who

have been searching for watches and jewelry online.

People going on summer vacation

The next two timepieces are for more serious watch fans.

This wristwatch is sleek, modern, and trendy.

It calls to mind the fashionable timepieces of Daniel Wellington, for example.

While you might not be able to beat DW on brand awareness, you can certainly undercut

the Swedish giant on price with a watch like this.

It also comes with a Nato strap, which is a strap that is very easy to exchange without

the help of a trained watchmaker.

If you sell watches like this, you might think about selling Nato straps too.

Nato straps are a great secondary product to offer in your store to complement the range

of watches you have.

The other timepiece is better suited for more masculine wrists.

The large, tall case speaks to more to male aesthetics, and if we turn it over we see

the engraving "stainless steel back", so you know this watch can handle itself.

Inside that case is a quartz movement, also known as a caliber.

This is the technical term for the mechanism inside that enables the watch to keep time.

Watch buyers will expect to know what kind of movement is inside the models you sell,

so make sure you include the words "quartz movement" in your store when you list your

products.

Quartz watches keep outstandingly accurate time, and typically lose zero point zero two

seconds a day, which is no bother to the wearer, and much better than the accuracy of other

types of watches.

You can sound this smart too when it comes to writing product descriptions for your online

watch store.

All it takes is a little research, and some editing of your supplier's copy.

And when it comes to copy, it's essential you include some information that your customers

will crave.

Like the diameter of the watch and its height; how water resistant it is, which is measured

in ATM; the color of the dial, case, hands, and strap.

You might think that those things are obvious to the eye and unnecessary, but here's where

you can put your brand personality front and center.

You could describe this watch as large.

But if your brand is all about tough, resistant timepieces that can withstand the strains

of everyday life, you might also describe it as a tank watch, for example.

Ultimately it's up to you how you use this opportunity to gain sales.

Here's another pro tip: when choosing or taking marketing images for your watches,

you're going to want to see the hands set to 10 past 10 – this is the watch industry

norm, and it is the best way of showing off your selection of watches at their smiling

best.

For our final timepiece from the Oberlo marketplace: the cute cat dial watch.

This joyful accessory for the wrist comes with a novelty dial that will leave feline

watch fans, feline fine indeed.

The eye-catching design is sure to turn heads during ad campaigns, and it's so unlike

other watches on the market that it's another one that is ideal for capturing those impulse

buyers.

As with most of the products we've seen today, this cute cat dial watch comes in a

range of dial and strap colors, meaning more choice for your store, and more choice for

your customers.

Watches are very popular products among influencers, particularly on Instagram.

Using Instagram influencers is how many young watch brands make a name for themselves.

And getting started is often easier than you think.

Many of these influencers will be happy to create a post or campaign for you in exchange

for a watch.

That's hardly going to put a sizeable dent in your budget is it?

And in return, your watches are on the right wrists and looking cool, instantly.

Here are 5 hashtags you definitely should be using for you Instagram watch promotions:

WatchesofInstagram Watch of the day

Wristporn Watchmania

And WOMW, which means watch on my wrist.

What do you think of the watches we had on show today?

Would you import them to your store and start selling?

If you would, then you should check out a link to a case study below in the description

(this is the special extra I promised you earlier).

In this study, one of Oberlo's superstar merchants lays out the exact steps he took

to start a successful online watch store.

He even made over 6,000 dollars in under two months doing it.

That's all we have time for today.

Did you enjoy our new show, was it helpful?

Let us know in the comments.

Thanks for watching, and don't forget: learn often, market better, and sell more.

All the things we planned to do

I want to live my life

The way you said I would

With courage as my light

There is so much I've never seen

And I can feel his heartbeat still

And I will do great things

On my father's wings

Someday with his spirit to guide me

CIA Spy Techniques: The Shoelace Code and Other Secret Spy Techniques - Duration: 10:02.

Giuliani Proudly Proclaims "Truth Isn't Truth" In Disastrous Interview - Duration: 5:49.

Well, it's Monday, and that means that even if you hadn't looked at the news for the last

24 hours, you could go ahead and pretty much guess that Rudy Giuliani had said something

really stupid on the Sunday morning talk shows, which in fact he did.

He said two really, really stupid things actually, and let's go ahead and start with the most

obvious, the one that everybody is talking about.

The truth isn't truth claim that Giuliani made.

Here's the clip of that.

You believe this is on them, that you guys have not delayed the interviewing, delayed

the negotiations at all?

No ... each time by three or four days, so we could write a letter in response.

They have taken two to three weeks to get back to us.

So, what I have to tell us is look, I'm not going to be rushed into having to testify,

so that he gets trapped into perjury.

And when you tell me that he should testify because he's going to tell the truth and he

shouldn't worry, well that's silly, because it's somebody's version of the truth, not

the truth.

He didn't have a conversation about ...

Truth is truth, I don't mean to go ...

No, it isn't truth.

Truth isn't truth.

The President of the United States says, "I didn't ...

Truth isn't truth.

Mr. Mayor, do you realize what ... This is going to become a bad meme.

Don't do this to me.

Don't do truth isn't truth?

All right, so Giuliani did attempt to back track a little later on, on Twitter, saying,

"What I really meant was it's the he said, she said type thing.

Like this is one person's truth, this is the other person's truth.

That's what I was trying to get across there."

Giuliani still, in his explanation, and further on in that actual interview, doesn't seem

to understand that no, the truth does not change from person to person.

The truth is the truth, and then you have a bunch of people who are lying about what

actually happened, and that's what he's worried about with his client.

He basically stated as much in that statement.

Trump's going to say one thing, the other guy said this, and the truth isn't always

the truth.

No, you're worried that your client is going to go sit down with Robert Mueller, perjure

himself, which you freely admitted in that interview, and then get popped for that, because

your client can't tell the truth.

But as you claim, truth isn't truth, that's your defense at this point.

Truth is always the truth.

I mean that is what criminal prosecutions and trials are about, which side is telling

the truth.

Is the defendant telling the truth by saying they didn't do the thing?

Or is the prosecution telling the truth when they say that the defendant did do the thing?

That is exactly what trials are all about, finding out who is telling the truth, not

which truth is true, but who's telling the truth, because the truth doesn't change.

But see, while most people were focused on that part, because it is wildly stupid and

corrupt and reminds you of George Orwell, by focusing only on that, you missed the part

where Giuliani 100% admitted that Kushner, Don Junior and Paul Manafort committed a crime.

Here is exactly, I'm going to read you this quote of what Giuliani said, this was during

that same meet the press interview with Chuck Todd.

Here it is.

"The meeting was originally for the purpose of getting information about Clinton.

That was the original intention of the meeting.

It turned out to be a meeting about another subject, and it was not pursued at all.

And of course any meeting with regards to getting information on your opponent is something

any candidate staff would take."

He just admitted these dudes colluded, or at least attempted to.

And he used a word in that sentence that absolutely can secure a conviction against any one of

those three.

And that word is intention.

Because when you're looking at something, legally speaking, to determine whether or

not a crime was committed, or whether or not a crime was going to be committed, they look

for intent.

That simply little word, intent.

He just admitted that it was their intention to get dirt on Hilary Clinton from these people

who, according to the emails that Don Junior released himself, admitted that this was part

of the Russian government's effort to aid the Trump campaign.

This guy just sent Don Junior, Jared Kushner, and Paul Manafort up the river with this one

statement.

And yet everybody was so focused on the truth isn't truth part of it that they missed this

massive bombshell.

This kind of seals the deal on it, I mean even an unskilled prosecutor would be able

to secure a conviction with the opposition's attorney out there saying, "Yeah, it was their

intent to go do this, but they didn't end up ... they weren't able to end up doing it

after all."

If your intent is to go and rob a store, or to murder someone, but you end up not doing

it once you get there, you've still committed a felony in both instances, and you will still

go to jail.

It's the attempted collusion, attempted robbery, attempted murder.

Yeah, as long as it was your intent, as you say it is, Giuliani, they're still going down.

So, good job, please by all means continue doing these disastrous interviews, because

every time you open your mouth, you give us a little more insight into how corrupt this

entire family and administration truly is.

Bye!

"SPIDER-MAN PS4" | More Details on Web Swinging | Open-World Trailer Breakdown - Duration: 9:29.

What's up you guys? This is your boy RBG hitting you up with another Spider-Man PS4 related video.

We are literally on the cusp of the game's release.

And it seems like Sony and Insomniac are releasing more and more footage to get us hyped.

In the last video we went over the insane web swinging gameplay which looks to focus on some type of leveling system.

In today's video we'll be breaking down the New York City open-world trailer we got a few days ago.

But before we do that I wanna remind you that I'm giving away a free gaming mouse.

Since you guys have supported this channel I've linked up Mallknow to give you their brand new gaming mouse.

It features a high FPS Rate, 7 different switches such as the back and forward buttons.

An adjustable DPI, microswitches backed with LED lights, and much more.

As I mentioned you can get this mouse absolutely free.

And the shipping and handling averages around 5 dollars depending on your location.

The link will be in the description box below so make sure you jump on that while the offer last.

But anyways as I mentioned the most recent footage we've gotten seems to highlight the intuitive swinging mechanics.

Like I know a lot of you guys wanted me to talk about the gameplay launch trailer we got a week ago.

But there wasn't anything we haven't already seen from the various conferences and trailers we got prior.

Like there was literally nothing to write home about.

But I think this new trailer gives us a better idea that New York is just as much of a character as Spider-Man himself.

Like I'd be lying if I didn't say this game dares to challenge Grand Theft Auto's open sandbox experience.

Because everything looks meticulously crafted from top to bottom and from the different locals to the wide variety of civilians.

This is definitely a landmark that superhero and video game enthusiast can be proud of.

I know I'm going off on a tangent here but I feel like I'm reviewing the game without having experienced it hands on.

Like seriously look at this! You know Insomniac's done their homework when they actually have a random New Yorker wearing Timbs.

Come on now.

But anyways I think this trailer pretty much adds validity to what GameInformer covered.

1 of the 1st things being what was eluded to in the recent demo.

After the infamous crime lord Wilson Fisk is arrested, he mentions how he brought order to the city.

Pretty much alluding to the fact that Spidey may have opened the floodgates for more crime.

A good example would be when J. Jonah Jamison accuses Spider-Man of causing more crime.

Stating that ever since he's sprung into action gangs have followed suit by setting up secret bases of operation throughout New York.

You see that Fisk still has henchmen working along rooftops.

And the aforementioned Mr. Negative has taken illegal works to warehouses and construction cites.

This is definitely something that will add pressure to Spider-Man.

Because there's only so much he can do to make everyone happy.

Naysayers such as J. Jonah Jamison will use certain mishaps that Spidey had no control over against him to slander his image.

I'm assuming that the way you handle crime will also determine how the civilians view you.

If you notice you see Spider-Man on street levels interacting with all the locals which I'm guessing will also play a factor in his public perception.

He gives people hi fives. Goes out of his way to take selfies.

And it even looks like their will be certain missions where'll you help shop owners scare away armed robbers.

This is all just an assumption but if it does make it into the actual game it will add hours of replayability.

Since J. Jonah has his call in show maybe some of Spidey's supporters could call in to commend him on keeping the streets of New York safe.

Since we're on the topic of J.J. I just wanna say that whoever's doing the voice was an excellent pick.

He damn sounds exactly like like J.K. Simmons from the Raimi Spider-Man films.

I'm not sure if it's him since the imdb only list a handful of the voice talent but I'm loving what I hear.

I specifically love how Peter Parker calls in as another person to pat the fires J.J. has thrown on his alter ego's name.

It's been officially confirmed that Jonah's talk show titled "Just the Facts with J. Jonah Jameson," will play periodically throughout the game.

If you miss out some of the more interesting dialogue you'll be able to replay them by going back to the tab on the game's menu.

But moving on Peter talks about how New York is super diverse and alludes to the player having to use certain locations as vantage points to monitor crime.

Some of the most noticeable cites include the famous Avengers Tower and the Sanctum Sanctorum.

Back in April we had gotten word that the two iconic Marvel locations would appear in the game but we hadn't seen any of the visuals.

With the exception of the Sanctom Sanctorum which had been spotted various times through keen observation and interviews with the developers.

Back in October a reddit user by the name of bigfatlove101 posted a snapshot from the PGW 2017 trailer.

If you looked closely at the 47 second mark, you get a brief side view of Dr. Strange's mysterious mansion.

Some fans were hyped about the Easter Egg but there were a lot of doubters who thought it could possibly be something else.

But about 8 months later after the dust cleared at E3.

Insomniac Games released an in depth recap via a livestream where fans got to get a full frontal view of Dr. Strange's Mansion.

Around the 40 minute mark you can see Spidey swinging from building to building, until he found himself on a roof directly across from the Sanctum Sanctorum.

Brian Intihar and camp didn't really elaborate on the Sorcerer Supreme's home so it's somewhat unclear if you'll be able to fully explore the building from the inside.

If anything I hope Spidey gives some kind of dialogue reference where he talks about past experiences with Strange since he's most likely become acquainted with him in his lengthy tenor as a crime fighter.

But anyways it was only a week earlier before E3 that we had gotten word that the Avenger's Tower would also be featured in this title.

I was stoked but not as hyped I am about Strange's Sanctum Sanctorum because it's a building we've seen in a lot of different Marvel related mediums.

I also knew that it would be totally different from it's MCU counterparts.

And I was somewhat right.

It looks to be a more simple design of the building with the Avengers A on the side of it.

Then again it was a very brief shot.

If anything I hope that these Easter Eggs potentially plant the seeds to a possible expanded Marvel game universe.

After getting the announcement of the Avengers Project.

A project that fans are desperately waiting to get more insight on.

Like I know a lot of fans are expecting to get future games that are interconnected to this 1.

It's 1 of the main reasons why I think Square-Enix and Marvel Entertainment opted not to show the Avengers Game.

Because they know this title has so many eyes glued to it, with all the show casings and the huge marketing campaign.

But moving on we got a few other popular sites in the city of New York and 1 that struck me the most which was the shot of Columbia University.

1 of the most prestigious colleges in New York where a lot of the popular Marvel intellects attended.

You have characters like Mr. Fantastic, Professor X, and Matt Murdock who've all had some form of education from this school before they became the heroes they are today.

It was also featured in the Raimi Spider-Man films where Peter Parker attained his powers in 1 of the laboratories.

He attended Columbia University instead of ESU like he's done in most of the other comic iterations and in this game.

In the NETFLIX MCU Daredevil series Matt Murdock and Foggy Nelson were roomies at the famous university.

There's so much established Marvel history that's associated with this college

and as I've mentioned earlier I hope there's some kind of references or dialogue that mentions these things.

But moving on I wanna elaborate a little more on the web swinging mechanics.

In the trailer Jamison briefly talks about the various tricks and flips Spidey's able to do in midair.

And you can sort of hear the little sound prompts when he stitches different flips together.

Just without the heads up display.

I harped on how your experience points would hinge on how many tricks you pull.

But I didn't go over the actual controls since I haven't had hands on experience with the game.

And it's still a relatively new feature that was revealed in later demos that fans didn't have the luxury of playing.

But we now have a good idea of how it works, largely thanks in part to GameInformer's executive editor Andrew Reiner.

This is what he had to say.

As soon as I let go of the web line, I tapped triangle and circle together to make Spider-Man curl up into a ball and flip through the air.

Each trick nets him bonus XP and extra focus.

I don't know if there are ways to initiate different tricks or if they are just randomly cycled, but you can see a moonsault in the GIF above.

No matter how complex this system ends up being, getting more XP from this fun little activity could be a great way of helping achieve levels faster.

The XP reward isn't much, but it will add up over time.

Some of the other tricks: spider-roll, flying helix, dragon roll, trick switch.

So it's as I've assumed.

Your experience points will be determined by the multiple moves you pull before you shoot out another web or hit the ground.

I'm guessing the button input will probably be pattern based

because hearing Andrew talk about having to press circle and triangle together makes it seem like there'll be 1 move that can be altered into many.

Like circle could be the flip button while triangle can be the aerial spin button.

And I know a lot of fans are probably thinking that 2 button inputs doesn't seem like enough to warrant a plethora of tricks.

But after experiencing how Web Swinging has been in older entries like Spider-Man 2 where you basically had 1 button doing most of the tricks.

I'm more optimistic than ever to learn that we could possibly have 2 action buttons as opposed to 1.

Each button could be double tapped or even charged to hold out certain flips.

But anyways I think I've rambled on long enough.

You guys have been asking to hear my opinions on this trailer.

And I'm always flattered that you like hearing what I have to say about them.

This game just keeps getting better by each trailer.

And I think Sony knows that it's gonna sell like hot cakes because their marketing campaign has been great.

We've been seeing Spider-Man PS4 on billboards.

There's even a custom made subway cart that's specifically designed for the game.

So this is undoubtedly a passion project that's gonna be remembered for days to come.

But with that I'm gonna end the video.

What are your thoughts?

Lemme know in the comments below.

As always I ask that you like or dislike the video.

It doesn't matter if it's a thumbs up or thumbs down.

Any feedback is good feedback and will only help me improve on my content.

But if you enjoyed the video it would help me out tremendously if you shared it on social media with all your friends and followers.

But anyways this is your boy RBG signing out on another video.

I'll catch you guys later.

Peace out.

Huawei Mate 20 - FIRST LOOK - Duration: 2:58.

So XDA developers got to see the actual images of the Huawei Mate 20 and they created these

renders from photographs of an actual engineering sample of the device.

That said, here is the first look of the Huawei Mate 20.

The most striking design element is the waterdrop notch at the top of the screen.

It looks like the Essential phone's notch and I guess this is how almost every Android

phone is gonna look like from now on.

The Oppo and Vivo released the same waterdrop notched phones, OnePlus 6T is also expected

to have the same design and I'm sure others will follow as well except Samsung and a couple

of other companies.

And now coming to the back, Oh my God, That back...that really triggers my Trypophobia.

Don't Google it.

I'm getting a weird off-putting feeling whenever I look at the camera module and I don't know

what were they thinking.

Honestly, I really liked the camera setup on the Huawei P20 Pro and it would be absolutely

fine if they carried out that design on the Mate 20 as well.

Some of you would say, "Hey it's not a big deal, it's not a part you're supposed to be

looking at much" well people usually don't want ugly phone in front of everyone else,

looking at them, asking them what the hell is that on back of their phone.

So it is a big deal.

That said, there's a reason there's no fingerprint scanner at the back.

The XDA member who saw the actual images of the handset is not so sure how the fingerprint

scanner module looked like because it was partially covered.

So yes, there will be a fingerprint scanner and it'll be located below the camera module.

The renders also show that Huawei is still firmly in the headphone jack camp.

The Mate 20 gets dual speakers and a glass back, If we zoom into the front of the device,

we can see a speaker above the notch.

We don't often see stereo speakers on phones these days, so it's nice to see them here.

The firmware files reveal that the Huawei Mate 20 will feature a Kirin 980 processor,

which will be based on 7nm process, at least 6GB of RAM, at least 128GB of storage, and

a beefy 4,200mAh battery.

All in all, I would say it's shaping up to be a great device but that back though...Trypophobia

is a real thing.

Woman, 71, Mauled by Black Bear Says She's Not Letting It 'Get Me Down' After Losing Eye in Attack - Duration: 2:33.

Apryl Rogers, 71, suffered a neck fracture, injuries to her face and scalp and even lost her left eye last month when a black bear attacked her in her Groton, New Hampshire, home

Despite enduring life-threatening injuries, the woman says she has no hard feelings toward the animal

"I'm not gonna let anything get me down. It's not worth it," Rogers told WMUR

"I'd rather laugh than cry, and I do."  On July 17, Rogers woke up to a noise in her kitchen, according to WMUR

It is believed that the bear made its way into the house through a door that wasn't shut and locked properly

She says she tried to keep calming, going to sit down. But Rogers says the bear followed, and took a seat right beside her

"I think he was probably nervous," Rogers said, noting that the bear used his massive claws to slice the side of her face

"He just about ripped this whole side of my face."  She told the New Hampshire Union Leader that she usually likes bears, and expected to simply send this one on its way

"I wanted to open the door and say 'bye' but that didn't happen," she said.  Although Rogers uses a wheelchair, she managed to get to a phone and call the police, WAVE reports

"I don't know how I did it, but I did it," she recalled. "I said, 'Could you please come right away? I've been mauled by a bear

' And they said, 'We'll be right there, honey.' "  : 71-Year-Old Woman in a Wheelchair Survives Bear Attack in Her Kitchen: 'There's Blood Everywhere'  The bear tore apart Rogers cabinets, leaving a mess in her kitchen, according to WAVE

The damage to Rogers' eye was so severe that it had to be removed. She spent three weeks in the hospital, where she underwent several surgeries

Now, Rogers said she hopes to eventually return to her home, WAVE reports. Authorities were never able to find the bear

"I feel great. I feel happy, I feel strong. If I could get over him, I'll be fine," she told WAVE of the bear

"All I can tell you is God was with me. I don't feel that I'll be hurt again."
