News24 - Mauricio Pochettino: Sky Sports insider makes Man Utd and Real Madrid revelation - Duration: 3:48.

That's according to Sky Sports insider Geoff Shreeves. Speaking last week, Pochettino suggest Spurs must "operate in a different way" in order to win the Premier League, with his side currently nine points off top spot after last weekend's loss at home to Manchester United

"Of course we're doing a fantastic job but if we want to be real contenders we need to operate in a different way in the future

Learn the next position before you apply for it.

I know that sounds simple but I'm serious.

I get these questions all the time from people who say, "I'm interviewing for a GM position."

and the owner says, "Food costing is really important but I don't know anything about food costing."

Well, then don't interview for the job!

Like, I hate to sound like this but I'm not gonna apologize for it.

And I'm sorry if my tone is changing. I'm actually not sorry.

I appreciate you sticking around for this message.

But when I was a cook, when I worked in the pantry, which was the lowest level in the kitchen

and I wanted to get moved to saute, I learned the saute station.

I didn't wait for someone to train me. I learned the saute station.

So, that way when a saute cook I promoted or moved on or got fired, right?

It's the restaurant business. People get fired or move on all the time.

It was a no-brainer. They just put me right in that position.

I learned that position as fast as I could and then I learned the next position and the next one.

And within a year, I went from a pantry cook to a sous-chef at a five-star hotel.

I've done the same thing in my career. Whether it was in partnerships with other restaurants

or now operating my own business.

I don't ask people to buy things for me until I have learned and mastered it.

Don't ask for people to give you a job until you've learned and mastered it.

So if you're looking for that next job or that next promotion

and you're wondering why you haven't gotten it yet or if you're going into the office to ask for a raise,

ask yourself this one question first. Have you learned all of the skills?

Have you mastered the skills? That that next job or that next pay is required of you?

Or are you hoping to get the job and then you'll learn the skill?

So again, I appreciate you sticking around for this but learn the next position before you even ask for it

and you won't even need to ask for it, it'll just be given to you.

Does this take work? Yeah!

be comfortable in whatever you do and whatever you wear, whatever kind of body you have because

you can never please people.

So always be very sure of your sense of style, so just be happy in whatever you may wear

and don't try to please people, just try to please yourself and that's the only person

that matters.

So be fashionable but in your own beautiful way.

We experience unfair treatments at times.

You sometimes argue or

discuss what's right or wrong.

When this happens in America

if your English is poor, you have a problem.

It's sad.

I'm fluent in English.

When I think it's necessary to talk, I do.

One day, I went to a store.

My daughter was thirsty.

So I bought water before shopping in the store.

I did pay for it.

After shopping, I came home and checked the receipt.

The cashier charged me for water without checking it with me.

She thought I took water without paying and didn't tell her at the store.

It wasn't expensive, but the way she treated me

made me very upset.

So I called the store and talked to the manager.

I explained the situation

and said "Your employee has bad manners."

The manager said "That is not acceptable."

and apologized to me.

I could get a refund if I took the receipt

but I didn't go. It was far away.

Money is not an issue in the case.

But when you get into trouble because of emotion

or racism, it's different.

If your English is poor,

you can't say much, so you tend to stay rather quiet.

But if you express yourself too much because you're fluent

you could be attacked by a knife or a g.un.

If you take your hands out of your pocket in front of police officers

they may shoot you.

They think you may have a wea.pon in the pocket and take it out.

In case of a car accident, there is hard evidence.

But racism doesn't. So if you call the police

they may care more for white people if police officers are white.

So when I get discriminated

if there is nothing good comes after arguing, I stay quiet.

I have left a comment on a video about racism before.

I wrote "Stay quiet if possible."

A lot of people replied "Why? You should argue."

"Coward!" "Chicken!"

I did want to argue.

But nothing good would come.

The situation would have been worse if I did.

In this case, avoiding the situation is

more brave and wise.

We avoid sh.it because it's dirty. Not scary.

You need to see a bigger picture.

It's better to do it that way in the long run.

You go through many things like this in life.

If you had a fight with your boss

and quit your job

you might feel good at that moment

but bigger trouble would come along.

Even if things seem unfair

you need to be reasonable and flexible.

should you even bother starting your own ATM business that is the magic question

the first question do people still use ATMs right because there's a lot of

people that would be like you know people don't use ATMs anymore there's

Bitcoin there's all these cryptocurrency ders Apple pay and everything you can

think of right there's already different ways to pay for shit so they're like

they don't use ATMs anymore well here you don't get the facts all

right we're gonna get we're gonna get the facts today then let you know that

they don't know what to talk about okay and not only do they not know what

they're talking about but there is still a huge opportunity

out there for you to make money with ATM machines all right so let's get into

this so cash is still king in the United States of America cash is still king in

the United States of America let me um be looking over here sometime cuz I got

another monitor with my sexual information so here it is okay so this

got debit cards and credit cards right they've been trying to get rid of me you

ain't getting rid of it it's not going anywhere okay and at least not in my

lifetime I'm not the kids lifetime that kids kids lifetime and you know what

guys I'll tell you this honestly beyond that I don't give a shit you know it's

all good for plenty playing years you know so that's one thing right cash is

still king people are still using cash oh and another interesting tidbit here

if you go down a little bit further on this it says that two-thirds of people

prefer to use cash on purchases ten dollars or less and 40% of consumers

prefer cash for payments of ten to twenty five dollars so if you're in the

ten to twenty from one set no not even one cent like a dollar

we'll say zero to twenty five dollars people know that cash they don't love

using cash to buy things right even 18 to 24 year-olds about two-thirds of em

love cash as well I think it's tutors I didn't read that in this article this

yeah it says um though younger consumers have a reputation for preferring all

things digital data shows they regularly use - the San Francisco fed report it

noted report noted cast as the second most popular payment option among

consumers age 18 to 24 and 25 to 34 20 25 to 34 yeah

it was two-thirds but 18 to 24 year-olds are still using

cash guys especially if it's 10 bucks or less we're in that 10 to 25 dollar range

okay so don't let people don't believe the hype that people don't use cash

anymore it's just right so don't believe that but should you start an ATM

business right so yes people are still using ATMs yes people are still using

cash and cash goes inside the ATM machines so yes

just start a business because there's tons of opportunity out there tons of

opportunity out there and I got the updated stats guys be updated stats

again facts right it's not opinion isn't that stuff I'm pulling from you know

where these are facts okay this is from the US Small Business Administration

office of advocacy and I got to give a shout out to actually I forget his name

I'm sorry but he actually posted on one of my videos ESSID asked for the updated

info so I'm sorry I forget your names her but thank you so this is for 2018 in

2018 there were thirty point two million small businesses in the United States

30 point to small businesses thirty to thirty point two million small

businesses in United States I'm getting out my calculator right and then this is

2017 this is a 2017 figure there were four hundred and seventy five thousand

to five hundred thousand ATMs so let's just say 500,000 okay so

where there were thirty point two million businesses in 2018 and five

hundred thousand ATMs in 2017 okay and again the stats are always a little bit

behind right so let's be honest you and I both know not all businesses warrant

an ATM machine so let's cut that in half let's say 15 million so there's 15

million businesses in the United States and five hundred thousand businesses in

the United States so let's do this man done

handy-dandy calculator here although I am like this math OCD person I can't do

this kind of calculations right I just can't do it and let's say 15 million I

got me check out the written or zeroes so if you do that take 15 million

businesses 500,000 ATMs out there that means only 3.3 percent of business

at ATMs that means almost 97 percent of businesses don't oh by the way remember

when you were sake talking about these numbers we already cut that thirty point

two million and a half to come up with a summer if you want to cut that half

again then guess what only six point six percent of businesses

have ATMs in them so 94 percent or 93 percent of businesses don't are you

feeling me here right there's tons of opportunity other guys

and when you look at those figures right there that doesn't even account for all

the new businesses that open up every single day and it doesn't account for

for all the businesses actually have ATMs

that you can go out in there and negotiate and get third ATM kicked out

and get your ATM put in so what do you smell so yes people do still use ATM

machines yes you should start an ATM business by the way here's a very

interesting fact this shouldn't make you want to start an ATM business this

should make you want to start an ATM business the top three banks and big

three banks and that is JPMorgan Chase Bank of America

and Wells Fargo in one year they made 1.1 billion will they be nine billion

dollars 1.1 billion dollars just those three banks in ATM fees just those three

banks made 1 point 1 billion dollars in ATM fees and one here guess what you

live in the United States of America you are allowed to own ATM machines in this

country so do you want to jump in on this business or what people are still

using cash ATMs obviously I'm cashing them you get paid for people to take

cash out of your ATM machine and yes cash is still king 30 percent of people

prefer to make their purchases using cash banks should be the ones making

Liverpool news: Man City star opens up on Premier League title race and makes admission - Duration: 2:47.

Star Wars Black Series Darth Revan action figure review - Duration: 7:59.

Hello folks, Stathis here!

So, today we will take a look at Star Wars Black Series Darth Revan.

This is a character from the Knights of the Old Republic video game.

So, this is the box. The figure is for ages 4 & up.

Here you see the figure with its accessories.

A nice image of Darth Revan over here.

Nothing special on the sides of the box.

And on the back side of the box you see a small bio, you can pause the video to read it.

Enough with the box, let's see the figure from close now.

And here is Darth Revan out of the box and he looks very badass!

So, let's see the details from close now.

There is red paint for the mask. Silver paint as well.

This piece here is made of soft plastic.

His cape is made of real cloth. It also has the battle damaged effect.

Also, this one here is made of cloth.

And this piece here is made of rubber material.

We have nice variety of colours.

Red, gold, bronze colour, black, over here red again.

He looks very nice.

He also comes with 2 lightsabers. A purple one and a red one.

Nice sculpted details for the handles of the swords.

He can hold them very securely.

As you can see.

Now, the articulation.

There is no articulation at the head.

The only thing you can do is to move a little bit left and right his face.

That's all with the articulation on the head.

The bad thing is that they glued this soft plastic material on his head.

If they had glued a cloth material on his head he could have articulation on his head

but with this material that they used now, the head doesn't have any articulation. Anyway!

The arm can move back and forth.

It can move up this far.

There is rotation at the shoulder.

It can rotate at the elbow as well. Bend at the elbow.

There is wrist swivel and it can move in and out.

While the other hand can only move up and down.

There is rotation at the torso.

It can bend a little bit back and forth. And it also has a tiny tilt left and right.

Almost non existent.

There is waist rotation as well.

The legs are a little bit restricted because of this piece here.

The leg can move forward this far.

Backwards this far.

Sideways.

There is tiny rotation at the thighs. Double-jointed knee.

The foot can move downwards this far.

Upwards this far. And it has this weird ankle tilt.

The articulation is simply good, it could be better, especially on the head.

The figure is 15,5cm tall.

And a size comparison now. Here he is next to S.H.Figuarts green Power Ranger.

Next to Legends Blurr by Takara Tomy. This is a deluxe class figure.

Next to S.H.Figuarts Iron Man Mark 5.

Next to S.H.Figuarts Injustice Batman.

And finally next to Mafex Robocop.

Final thoughts... it's a good looking figure.

It could have better articulation if they could change some things, it's not bad but it could be better.

Overall it's a nice representation of the character from the video game.

It would be nice if they could have given us extra hands, unfortunately the lightsabers are the only accessories.

So that was my review of the Star Wars Darth Revan figure.

Arsenal transfer news: Yannick Carrasco update given by Kristof Terreur, Man Utd latest - Duration: 2:39.

The Gunners have been offered the winger but cannot afford a permanent deal for the Belgian

That's according to respected Belgian journalist Kristof Terreur. Carrasco is currently playing in the Chinese Super League and is looking for an escape route and a possible Premier League move

As well as Arsenal, Manchester United have been linked with a move for the 25-year-old

Terreur said on the Sky Sports Transfer Talk podcast: "Arsenal are looking for a winger, but do not have the money to buy him

"If they are considering to take him on loan, he will have to take a pay-cut, because he earns around 180,000 euros a week

It's a lot of money. "It's difficult for him to find a new club when he's on big wages

"I think that will run until the last days of the transfer window, where some clubs become desperate, and maybe Arsenal will be one

"But at the moment, he has just been offered there, they have not made a proposal, so now there are no negotiations ongoing, but they have been made aware that he is available, and Unai Emery of course knows him from his period in Spain

" Terreur does not believe United boss Ole Gunnar Solskjaer will make a move for Carrasco this month though

He explained: "He just wants to leave China, and his people are offering him everywhere
