Youtube daily report Jan 17 2019

So we are here with Connie Gallippi, you are the founder of BitGive.

Yes.

Welcome to LaBitConf!

Thank you!

It's an honour to have you here, tell us a bit about the BitGive project.

Well, we just today launched GiveTrack 1.0, which is the next version of our donation

tracking platform, we launched it today.

And we have four projects on there from NGOs in Canada, the US and two that are Chilean

based, so they are fundraising in Bitcoin, and the concept of the platform is that you

can fundraise but you can also track the money on the blockchain, so NGO will benefit from

fundraising in Bitcoin, transferring funds on the network, and saving time and money,

they are using multi-signature wallets, so better security for their funds.

And then tracking on the blockchain for how the money is spent, and looking at the results.

So it's a big step regarding transparency and anti corruption, right?

Yes, exactly, yes.

So, that's the main concept, is the transparency aspect in building in more accountability

through blockchain.

So we are building it on the Bitcoin blockchain and we are also using RSK technology as well

for notarizing everything on their blockchain, and eventually building in smart contracts

as well.

Wow, that's exciting!

Yeah!

And, what about projects in Latin America?

So we have two that are live now in the platform.

One is with Desafío, and they are raising funds for athletic equipment for low income

students.

Are they from Chile?

Yes, Desafío Chile, I guess there's other desafíos as well in Latin America but this

is the chilean one.

So they are raising money to support low income kids in sports and training equipment, so

that they get more interested and motivated in something healthy, and they passionate

about something in their lives, and they have the means to do that.

What was your motivation to found this NGO?

BitGive?

Oh boy, well so it's five years old now, over five years old now.

And when I first learned about the technology, what really inspired me is that you can reach

anyone anywhere.

So people who are most in need are often in developing countries, developing economies

and really remote areas, and they don't have access to financial services, they don't have

access to NGOs who can support them.

But with Bitcoin and cryptocurrencies you can access them directly, and you can help

them directly.

So that's what originally really inspired me.

And I also saw the potential that the technology was gonna take off and be huge like the next

internet, the next dot com, and I wanted to make sure that there was somebody paying attention

to how to give back how to have social impact based on the success of the industry over

time.

So BitGive is a foundation that supports other nonprofits, from the Bitcoin industry support.

So it has kind of a dull mission in that way.

What was the most amazing or the one that had more social impact in the history of BitGive?

That's a tough question!

I think they all have, but i think the one that it most commonly known is our water well

in Kenya, because the entire project was funded with bitcoin.

So you can see it, you can touch it, you can feel it, and it's all funded with bitcoin.

A lot of the other projects were a component of something larger, but the projects in Kenya

was at a girls school, and it's a water well at a girls school, so it supports the school,

and the neighbouring community as well.

What about the volatility in the price of bitcoin, does it affect donations that you

do?

Sometimes, yeah.

We get that question a lot.

I don't think it correlates directly, but it definitely has an effect.

So we've seen when the price is up, we've seen a lot of activity.

And things like the Pineapple Fund that happened last year, it was an early adopter that gave

away over fifty million dollars in Bitcoin to charities.

Wow.

Yeah.

So obviously when the price is up you see something like that dramatic happening.

But we've also had a lot off support in downtimes too, so I can't always correlate

it to the price, which is good really.

Finally, what is BitGive's long term activities?

Long term?

Well our focus now is on GiveTrack, so its launched now in 1.0, but we have a lot of

plans for building it out.

The next few releases will be, we hope things like smart contracts on RSK, we'd like to

have an integration with an exchange so we can accept donations in fiat and other cryptocurrencies

and convert them into bitcoin.

But the much longer term vision with GiveTrack is like a global dashboard for NGO, philanthropy

on a global scale.

Borderless.

Right.

And like, being able to see everything that's happening in real time, because it's all flowing

on the blockchain, and being able to present that in a more interesting way for analyzing

the data and visualizing the data on a global scale, like, where is money coming from, where

is it going to, what are the results, what's happening.

If there's a disaster, being able to redirect the funds to that right away.

Like quickly and without any...

Yeah.

Would you like to tell our audience, like how can they help you, or you know give some

donations?

Sure, so theres two ways.

One is to go to our new platform, GiveTrack.org and look at the projects on that and support

them.

The funds go directly to the charities so they are getting a hundred percent of your

donation.

The other way is, if you wanna support BitGive and help us continue to do this type of work,

our website is BitGiveFoundation.org

Rodion Romanovich Raskolnikov, Estudiante

Plaza Sinaya, 16

San Petersburgo

¡No! Culpa y desesperación son las heces de esta botella.

¡Amigos! Ríanse y búrlense de mí...

...el día llegará en que venga Aquel...

...que tenga compasión de mí.

¡Oh Señor, venga a nosotros tu Reino! Amen.

Lléveme a casa.

No pude venir antes.

Recibí esta notificación apenas hace quince minutos.

Hay un proceso en su contra. Debe responder por él.

Su casera le ha puesto una demanda

porque usted le debe 114 rublos de comida y posada.

Deberá poner por escrito cuándo va a pagarle.

Debe estar enfermo.

Corre y llama a Sonia.

¡Usted!

Lo supe desde el primer momento que lo vi.

Tiene todavía uno o dos días de libertad.

Siga mi consejo y arregle sus asuntos.

No lo olvide: Aún no he admitido nada.

Si por alguna razón quisiera poner fin a su vida,

tenga la gentileza de dejar una nota.

No quisiera que mi trabajo quedara sin reconocimiento.

Raskolnikov vuelve a acudir a Sonia.

¡Ya puede darme su cruz!

¡Vaya, persígnese primero!

El pintor se ahorcó, obviamente era culpable.

Yo asesiné a la prestamista y a su hermana.

Fín.

Zelda Mods Weekly #3 - Play as Revalli, Zelda, Mipha, Bowsette and Everything is on Fire, &Knuckles - Duration: 10:36.

What's going on boys and girls what's up world Austin John plays here and welcome

back to week 3 of Zelda mods weekly week 2 didn't go as great as week 1 but

hopefully everybody still enjoys this series this series is a showcase of the

music and sometimes very strange community of Zelda breath of the wild

modders I'll be showcasing their mods and again not telling you how to hack

your system which can cause you to lose some or all functionality of it if you

want to learn more about modding your system or playing on C mu search YouTube

for it because I'm not gonna be telling you cue the intro

so far in Zelda mods weekly I've covered playing is like goal playing as link but

what about Zelda this is her game it's her legend and if you're oblivious

to the fact that Zelda is a boy and you place her now you can accept she's a

girl this is Q NATO's Zelda mod this mod has so many people who have helped all

of the creation of the mod the voice the power glider the many many outfits this

is an ongoing project so not every outfit is done for the game some have a

little bit of her waist missing in this weird sort of glitch thing here and some

of them caused a little bit of clipping but for all of the original outfits that

are reviewed in my footage from troll squad about a year ago in my original

video on the mod those are working perfectly as Zelda you can claim your

horse that is somehow still alive after all your gears and of course you can

only use the ball of light and a shield when playing a Zelda visitor study which

is kind of a dump now and most importantly defeat Ganon free the spirit

of your father and all the champions that died to save you the fish girl her

fiance the blonde kid diruk entire Bosa ravioli and you can save the princess I

really love all the work that's been put into this collection of mods but

personally I think I preferred the linkle mod as it's just a little bit

more complete one mod I've been using from footage of this video so far is pro

HUD 3000 this is a UI mod that allows you to remove literally all user

interface in the game enemy health boss meters where your bow shoots the sheikah

overlay on the pause menu and for my favorite reason the chic overlay on the

camera is completely gone it's now clear this makes the experience much more

immersive but also somewhat more difficult I remember the first thumbnail

that I used the camera for which was how to get Dark Link I spent hours

photoshopping out those blinds as much as I could I think I should redo that

thumbnail now now that I can completely remove the UI so since we've already

played a Zelda who could defeat Ganon why not be a champion after all it was

their job right this is plays Ravalli mod by

Gorem Auslander this mom makes it so that when you play the game wearing the

snow call tunic you are Ravalli I may refer to him as ravioli they are

interchangeable there's a custom paraglider of nothing kazeer a damn bird

the climbing animations are literally perfect the horse and bike animations

are spot-on the feather placement with the handles

beautiful weapon holding fantastic and all of this

is because they remapped Lynx model or his bones to be more specific the level

of detail is really really really fantastic that being said you shouldn't

try to wear anything else otherwise you may not like what you see

but there's also this you can have Majora's Mask floating around except for

the air behind it someone removed the hair make that a mod there's a similar

mod that remodels link into me feh by shrine fox as well as a large team of

people and it's not just locked to one outfit however it makes me foot into

links height and I don't think I'm okay with that her midsection is just way too

long for me and she's undressed by default shit should this be censored I

don't know she's a fish person so I don't know the rules of being

family-friendly for it also the champions tunic gives her a nice little

sash she Duke of a jewelry on her the fishes and spongebob wear clothes and I

guess the rest of the Zoras don't work it's okay it's okay

this is family-friendly decided by Austin John 2019 I came across two

pretty fun sounding mods as in the sounds themselves are fun one replaces

the guardian beams with Sheldon from Big Bang Theory saying bazinga

it's called bazinga Guardian beam and it may sound weird but it really doesn't

bother me I'm not even really a fan of the show maybe because it perpetuates

the stereotypes that nerds can't be cool we all have to be socially awkward but I

I kind of really like this and the other fun sounding mod is one that affects the

game over screen and it's really quite self-explanatory it's called what you

say game over background music and when you die you hear the iconic meme

inducing what you say audio clip it seems a little short in my opinion but I

don't know how to format things into this audio format so it is what it is

and since we just got the new release of Super Mario Brothers and Luigi brothers

used delux switch with toadette that turns into peach yet I thought it'd be

nice to remind everyone on the internet that bow set was a thing that took the

internet by storm for a short period of time and was modded into this game as

well this is Baljeet mod also when I was

getting the beginning of the game clip I found a mod that played never gonna give

you up the meme version but I couldn't get it to work because it says when you

approach a cliff and it's now in this clip it makes sense because now I'm

approaching the cliff and it just plays way too slow and distorted

so I needed to I needed to end that I

thought I found the files I was I was wrong at least the second time we've

laid the right speed

you know the rules anyways yes bow set is in breath of the wild it is over the

of the wild set so it is locked behind post game content in the last episode we

covered a mob that made hyrule cold and snowy all the time also one that made it

rain all the time and one that made it dark and raining all the time and some

people considered that their own personal hell so here is Halloween

seriously I can't find these files this mon makes it so everything is on fire

everything has the same effect as though it's on death Mountain you can start the

game in a world completely on fire even in the shrine of Resurrection everything

is on fire and I imagine if one of us were to go to sleep and wake up a

hundred years from today this is kind of what it would be like everything would

be on fire you can also catch on fire you smoke like you're on fire you make a

face like you're on fire but it doesn't take damage also while you're on fire

when you run through bushes they catch on fire grass catches fire food cooks

instantly even if it's on the trees the non fire immune enemies immediately take

damage probably even before you can approach them wood based items and

weapons are on fire and they disintegrate almost immediately just

approaching my enemy encampment makes everyone die and you get the chests so

that's pretty neat actually enemies are dying so fast I'm gonna play again a

master mode

and I just learned that Lionel's are immune to fire so there's that much say

you just make your way through most of the areas and just everything dies

around you and catches on fire which is like hell and is also pretty damn need

this also makes for a really interesting run and even time as you run around your

vision is kind of obstructed since you know everything is on fire and in

addition to that Phoenix is are fireproof however there would like cover

things aren't and that makes this even more interesting as well and if you

don't want your entire world completely on fire all the time and if you don't

want your world snowy or rainy all the time have I got news for you especially

if you live in LA this is breath of the wild always sunny and partial clouds by

Zenica this makes it so that it is always sunny and partial clouds there is

never rain there's never snow there is never any

sort of weather other than sunny and partially clouds just like la there's

nothing too amazing or too horrible to say about it it just kind of removes the

weather element all together from the game so you never have to worry about

campfires going out when you want to sleep you never have to worry about

climbing up mountains you never have to worry about everything being on fire so

it's just kind of there it just kind of exists so there's that and to wrap up

this week is a brand new mob that turns the cuccos of the game into you Gandhian

knuckles that's right this mod changes the cuccos of all of hyrule into you

Gandhian knuckles the ones that run around and say do you know it away as

they walk around they make their little clicky sounds and when they get

flustered and swarm they all ask if you know the way who you don't do it do your

do it and if you happen to die by these majestic once foul

beasts they have an additional message for you you do do we so guys heads could

be wrapping up week three of Zelda mods weekly I want to thank everybody who

checked out the video be sure to leave a like down below even if you don't plan

on modding your switch be sure to visit the mod lists and give some of the

offers a perfect TenPoint o rating it's one of the best things we could do to

encourage the community to keep making these fantastic mods till next time

Austin John out

Rising Student Loan Debt Is Wrecking The Economy - Duration: 4:11.

According to a new study by the Federal Reserve, massive student loan debts across the country

are actually causing a drop in home sales among people aged 24 to 32.

To put it another way, student loan debt is so bad in the United States and it's crushing

so many people that we have an entire generation right now that is blaming student loan debt

as the reason they can't afford to buy a home.

Now, here's the thing, the Fed does point out that student loan debt is not the only

factor keeping these people from buying a home.

Although 20 percent of them say that it is the main factor, so 20 percent people age

24 to 32 are saying that 100 percent.

The main reason I cannot buy a house is because of this massive crippling student loan debt

that I have because college is so damn expensive.

Loans are so outrageous right now that I've had to do this in order to try to get a better

future for myself and now it's actually screwing me over because I can't even buy a house.

Now there's obviously two things to talk about with the results of this study and it does

show that for every extra thousand dollars in loan debt, the homeownership rate drops

by one to two percent.

Among that particular age group.

That is a terrifying number.

For every 1000 homeownership drops by two percent.

That is a lot for not very much money.

So let's talk about the two issues here.

First and foremost, student loan debt.

It's time to move to debt free college.

Here in the United States we have to institute some kind of program of student loan debt

forgiveness.

Get these people, some of whom, yes, believe it or not, over the age of 60, still holding

massive student loan debt.

We've, we've got to get relief.

There is no question about it and here's why, and this is the second part.

This is going to cause a massive collapse in the U.

S economy.

That's what happens with this generation.

Not being able to afford housing, not being able to afford to go out and buy a house.

What will happen, we will say a glut of houses on the market.

When there is a glut, the prices of other properties go down.

When the prices of other property goes down.

We see all these companies, all these organizations.

You know these people, independent contractors, wherever who buy the homes and flip them,

they start going out of business.

Contractors start going out of business because, well, there's so many homes on the market.

People aren't building new homes is a ripple effect.

The ripple effect that happens every time one particular group of people doesn't have

money to spend and it ripples all throughout the economy.

That's what we're looking at here.

We're looking at another potential housing market crash, all because of student loan

debt.

That is what the feds are trying to warn us about here.

They actually mentioned this in their report.

They talk about how this will ripple through the US economy, causing crashes and collapses

all throughout it.

If nothing is done about it, but they don't come up with a plan to do something about

it.

They don't say, Hey, you know what?

Maybe let's stop giving rich people more money and tax breaks and use that instead the pay

off student loan debt because then what happens?

Suddenly the people buried under massive amounts of debt have more money to spend and you know

what they do with that.

They go out and spend it spending increases.

Economies rebound things get better.

Homes get sold, new homes get built.

That's the way the US economy works, but the only way it will work is if you put more money

into the pockets of the people who are actually out there doing the spending.

Not Money in the pockets of the wealthy elite who want to go hide it off shore just because

they can.

kind of situation where it's like a small intimate group and like not really

getting rowdy what kind of drink should we have for like a barbecue we have lots

of people and people are just there to have fun and then the last one is a sort

of like date night drink I would want to know like how to impress a date with

a beverage so she's gonna teach me how to do that I'm here she doesn't drink so

to start off let's do the book club scenario okay so what is this drink

called well it doesn't have a name you should name it J's book club drink

J's book club drink it's basically a riff on like a French 75

which is a classic cocktail with gin and lemon and then sugar which you can add

in a bunch of different ways and then some bubbles for our purposes we chose

for the sugar to use agave syrup it's the easiest you don't have to dilute it

it doesn't like get really really sticky like honey and it doesn't have like

traditional like honey that like honey flavor like it just tastes like a nice

sweetener so in this drink is shaken you can make drinks traditionally two

different ways I guess 3 different ways where you build it in the glass so you

just put all the ingredients in the glass and it's made or you shake it

which use a shaker so this has two different parts yeah they go together

like this or you stir it and that's just a

mixing lesson and you can literally use any glasses that will fit together or

anything you can store anything in as long as it will hold liquid it ice so

what's the best way or your favorite way to do it any drink that has fresh citrus

in it like lemons or limes will be a shaken drink oh why's that because the like

aeration of the citrus calms down some of the bitterness of it and brings out

some of the sweetness of it. its f*ck'n science and then like stirred

drinks like a martini or Manhattan or a drink thats like mostly alcohol and

doesn't have citrus in it will almost always traditionally be stirred and the

reason you're doing that is because you don't want to add any oxygen to the

drink you want it to have like a really silky texture and but you need to dilute

it and chill it we got there's so many words you just said that I like don't

really understand but that's awesome you know so much! yeah people are like oh you're just a bartender it's like well i'm a really good bartender

so where do we get started okay so these are the tools we use for it our shaker and then

this is a juicer you can totally just juice it by hand I just happen to have

these if you want to be like particular about it you will measure it half of a

lemon is typically about half of an ounce of citrus you got to put it in

here and then squeeze it like that and then all the juice will go that what if

I go and just so you guys know this does not go this way yeah that's what it

seems like it does it goes this way and this crushes that and the juice comes

out of these holes everybody I ever know that's doing this for the first just at

the wrong way okay you squeeze it in there I trust you I'm gonna get ice

blast off yeah beesh yeah look at you go I'm a bartender

so the typical drink at like a restaurant or a bar will have between an

ounce and a half or two ounces of bass liqueur pick a gin you like go drink a

bunch of gins that's how you figure out what you like you love gin

right? I love all liquor so do I put this in here yes okay and the one flavor that all gin

has to have is juniper berries which is why some people think gin tastes like

pine trees we're gonna do half an ounce of agave syrup okay in here dump it in

there boom how's that great this is the tricky part so they're like stuck right

they're like fully stuck together take the palm of your hand and hit right

there and did you see it like oh shit is right out now

you're gonna hold this on top this is a Hawthorne strainer you put this over

your glass and we're using this second mesh strainer just because we decided to

do the raspberries and so it's really like there's lots of little chunks and

floaty things in there that's not that much like of a drink no but once you put

ice in there that drink will be full like to the top in a traditional French

75 you would top it with cava or champagne or some kind of like sparkling

wine but we have these delicious I have this delicious pineapple soda water and it's

11 so we don't need to add anymore alcohol I made this

you made it it's J's book club drink now you have to taste it the book club

ladies are gonna love this it's delicious so the other thing you could

do if you had a book club is make like a big batch of it where you just like put

a bottle of gin and a bunch of lemon juice and some sugar in a thing and keep

that like in your fridge and then all you have to do is pour that in a glass

with ice and then add champagne on top of it or soda water or whatever you want

then you don't have to worry about shaking drinks delicious are most

bartenders like drunk while working I don't think most bartenders are drunk while

working if your bartender is drunk while working it's not it's not technically

it's illegal for bartenders to drink while they're working at least in the

state of Kansas it is but no your bartenders should not be drunk also I

don't know a single bartender that hasn't been drunk at work

you can't be drunk while you're working you just shouldn't be drunk at work

really anyway now we're moving on to our second drink

which is going to be something you can make for a barbecue situation we have

lots of people who wanna have fun get a little bit lit maybe yeah so this

drink is the horse feather it's one of my favorite drinks because it's

delicious and because it originated in Lawrence Kansas that's so cool

it's pretty cool drink okay so do I start with the lemon you can start with

the lemon okay you just put it straight in the glass and so this is about half

an ounce of lemon okay next is two ounces of rye whiskey rye whiskey is

made with rye it's a little bit spicier than like bourbon is traditionally but

if you like bourbon whiskey then drink bourbon whiskey it's a strong one I have

faith in your ability to handle it okay now fill it up with ice using a

scoop if you're doing it for other people but we're using hands cuz we're

heathens you're doing great and this is ginger beer fill it to the top and you

can use any kind of ginger beer ginger ale there's no real difference between

ginger beer and ginger ale if there is I don't know what it is

okay so shake that on top shake it yeah pretty yeah it is pretty ooh so be

twisting it around like that then it'll look all pretty good so its going like from

top to the bottom yeah exactly and then I always just take this and like pushed it

a little bit so it's like half and half yeah that makes it extra pretty it's ombre i love that

and if you want to garnish your drink you could do it with like a lemon

spice and then you just put it on the edge and there you go

oh my god yeah i'm a bartender you're a bartender question should

Cocktails be drank with a straw I drink all my cocktails with a straw I think

that you should be drinking the part of the drink that is down here because it

is this like overly diluted tell me if it tastes different I mean it will

because the bitters are all on the top to like you mix it with the straw as you go

so it keeps the ice diluting the drink evenly or you can buy these these are

biodegradable straws made from corn starch good to feel classy it's very

refreshing yeah so another thing that comes to mind when I think of like

drinking culture even is that a lot there's a lot of pressure for women

especially to order skinny drinks or like light versions of drinks

I myself used to always get like light beers because I knew it was less

calories but actually I just am a weenie and like don't like dark beers it tastes

better it's like watered down or whatever miller high light is the best I guess my question

is like how do you feel about that and when people come in and they're like so

I want something really light or like low in calorie does that

bring anything up for you or like yeah I mean I think it brings the same thing up

for me that it brings up for anyone who's really working to like accept

their body as it is and it's the same concept as when you see someone do that

with food well they're like oh I want this burger but I should get a salad

right and there's a saying that says drink like you give a f*ck like you should eat and

drink and live like you give a f*ck and when you're eating or drinking or doing

anything should be an experience that you really enjoy and I think it's really

sad that people give up things that they really enjoy as a way to like punish or

measure their success as far as how what their calorie intake yeah if you're

going to a bar to have a drink we'll have a drink and you don't need to feel

guilty or any positive or negative way about it other than enjoying your drink

with your friends or with that bartender or in that environment at that because

I'd be enjoying this we're here to make our final drink now this is the drink

for maybe like a date night kind of thing not for me because I'm not trying

to impress anybody as we went over earlier and I'm not going on any other

dates this is gonna be a drink that would be good for going on a date or

having a date at your house or something here right if you want to make a fancy

drink and impress someone this is a great one to make if Kelly

Clarkson comes over yes I bet Kelly Clarkson drinks Miller High

Life also this is a Manhattan so it's like a super traditional drink it's been

around forever it's a classic and you can serve this drink up or on the rocks

so up means in a glass like a martini glass or a Nick and Nora glass like

looks kind like a tulip on a stem okay with no ice or you can serve it on the

rocks which means it's served on ice I love the ice in this drink is rye

whiskey and sweet vermouth this drink is made with two parts

whiskey one part sweet vermouth sweet vermouth

is a fortified wine you're gonna keep it in your fridge which most people don't

know two ounces of that you know we're doing one of this uh-huh

okay not a turn that's a pull cork now take some of the small ice cubes and

put them in there and you want the ice cubes to be above the liquor I'm gonna teach you

how to stir officially it's an official where's an official way okay you're

gonna put the back end of the spoon in and you're gonna put it against the side

of the glass and you want it to stay against the side of the glass the whole

time so you see how the spoon is actually like twisted yeah you're

twisting it here is that it keeps if you like go crrrr it gets much more air inside the cocktail

and you won't get that like silky easy like really smooth drink that

you are looking for in a stirred cocktail perfect

you're hired oh and then we need this in it too three dashes one two three

perfect I give it one more quick stir see how it's like sugar like a

ribbon yeah yeah this drink would traditional be garnished with a cherry

but I don't have any cherries oh that's okay I mean you don't need to you're

drinking it right can I try it though? yeah absolutely this is what is it called a Manhattan?

Manhattan mmm that strong right I just feel like a badass you know ice cube it's

like

*music: i will remember youuuu*

hold on sorry J no it's real strong do you mind if I ask I know that when Anthony Bourdain died it was like a big

big deal in the industry do you think it got a lot of people like thinking

about the bar industry and addiction yeah I really think it did I

mean it was definitely something that like struck a nerve with me I think that

the bar industry is notorious for you know substance abuse and not just

alcohol the drugs and you're staying up late and you're drinking alcohol if you

take stimulants with alcohol you won't be drunk you can stay up until four

o'clock in the morning and do your job and when the industry it's like a party

crowd but I think that it's also there is a part of the industry that takes

their jobs incredibly seriously it really is a trend towards low ABV drinks

you drink six to eight ounces of hard liquor you're going to feel it but also

it's a delicious drink and you want like you would drink three cokes at a

barbecue though I think there's a big movement now towards making drinks less

strong so that you can sit and enjoy them and drink more and also drinks with

no alcohol that are just as like carefully crafted as these where it's

like I want to mix these flavors and create a drink that is unique and

special and doesn't feel like you're just ordering a soda at a bar Corissa

doesn't drink it's not that she wouldn't love to come sit and do that with us

it's just that it feels awkward to be the person of the table being like I'll

just have a soda it's like it's like an art form yeah yeah it's like when I

realized that like sushi was an art form I was like holy shit like so much

work and creativity goes into this and that's the same with making drinks tell

me the difference between clear and cloudy ice cloudy has air in it it will

break apart more quickly than clear ice clear ice will be colder and denser and

take longer to melt and it's beautiful you did it you made three drinks today

made three drinks congradulations thank you oh here we are these are our three drinks

we have the J's book club drink which is my personal favorite then we have this

horse feather which was originated in here in Lawrence Kansas and then we have

the Manhattan nice I'm a bartender also well thank you so much Aly for like

doing this whole video and teaching me how to make drinks and stuff absolutely

really really appreciate it and you are so knowledgeable thank you know you know

so many things about liquor all right thank you so much for watching make sure

you like comment and subscribe to see more videos like this cuz I put videos

out sometimes these are gonna be about hopefully every Thursday's what I'm

going for so until next time hearts and rainbows

bye I have had multiple drinks sent back to me when they have been served in a

glass with a stem so like a wine glass that has a stem on it and they wanted me

to take that drink and dump it into a glass like this that's literally will

come back like take the time to come back up to the bar wait to get my

attention and be like can you pour this in another glass and to me I just think

well you are very fragile friend *laughter*

Florida Concealed Carry Reciprocity | Everything You Need to Know - Duration: 4:45.

The best part about getting your Florida Concealed Weapons Permit

is that you can carry your gun legally in

37 different states.

In this video, I'm going to show you how to do it legally

because let's face it people,

prison sucks.

What's up, my name is Ryan

and welcome to Tampa Carry

where we talk about everything that has to do

with concealed carry.

If you're new to this channel,

consider subscribing and make sure you hit that Bell icon

so you'll be notified of any new videos. Right there.

By getting your Florida Concealed Carry Permit,

we can carry our gun in

37 different states across the country.

Now, if you're driving through a reciprocal state --

maybe a state like Texas, Alabama or, Georgia,

the process is super simple.

You can have the gun on your body.

Just like if you were in Florida.

Or if you wanted to be a little bit more comfortable on a long trip,

the gun could always be inside of the center console

or even the glove box.

Make sure to check with your state's policies that this is legal.

Some states

Most states allow the firearm to be loaded

inside of your glove box in a holster.

However, some states do ask that the

firearm is unloaded

if it is not on your body.

So you definitely want to make sure you know whether that is legal or not.

Now, what if you're gonna fly to a state that has reciprocity?

Flying with the firearm is super simple,

but you just want to make sure you do a lot of research.

The gun has to be in a TSA approved case

And it has to be unloaded, of course.

So here you can see I've got my firearm inside of my luggage.

I simply want to make sure that the gun is unloaded.

I want to make sure I place these locks on it and this is a TSA approved case.

Lock the gun up.

Put it inside of my luggage.

and really that's it.

Now even with concealed carry reciprocity,

the laws do change from state to state

and it is your responsibility

to make sure you know what the difference is from each state's laws.

Now, I'm going to include a link in the description below

to one of my websites that provide you with

13 questions that you need to find the answers to.

Some of these questions include:

What places am I allowed to carry my firearm?

Am I allowed to carry my firearm into a restaurant that serves alcohol?

You definitely want to know that.

Are there any requirements if I'm stopped by the police with a gun?

What firearms or weapons can you carry legally in a reciprocal state?

and a lot more.

Make sure you check out that website

and do a lot of research.

Now, the yellow states on this map.

The yellow states are

pro-gun states.

But you cannot concealed carry with a Florida license.

Now, you can transport the gun in these states.

It probably has to be inside of a case in the trunk, unloaded.

Make sure you do a lot of research.

Now, I hope you guys are not planning on taking a trip to a red state.

I call the red states

anti-american

because they kind of are.

The red states have the strictest gun laws in the nation.

Bringing your firearm into that state,

may cause a tremendous amount of problems for you and your family.

Do a lot of research before you attempt to transport a firearm

or even a firearm accessory like a magazine

through a red state because it's a really big deal.

Recently, one of my students.

he took a road trip up to New York

and he brought his handgun.

He got pulled over while in New York.

The police officer discovered that he had a

Glock 19 -- which is a high-capacity Glock.

He was immediately arrested

and this guy is looking at a major court case

and he may even do time over this.

I think it's a stupid reason.

But it could have all been avoided

if he would have done a little bit of research

and not just been such a dumb ass.

What do you guys think about

National Concealed Carry Reciprocity?

You know many congressmen

put this bill forward

and they want to get it passed

so that we would be allowed to carry our gun

even inside of the anti-american states.

But the bill is not passed yet.

Leave a comment below and let me know what you guys think.

Escaping Game Master Safe House with Parachute Mystery Gift Drop! (Announcement Date Reveal) - Duration: 10:52.

hey spy squad in my last video Matt went missing while I was spending 24 hours in

a bounce house in the snow I saw surveillance footage on my Apple watch

that showed Matt climbing here into this underground tunnel so I hit the black

box into here because you guys know the $10,000 want massing so now I'm gonna go

find Matt and hopefully the $10,000 and you're gonna come with me you guys smash

the thumbs up button right now to wish me good luck and hopefully I find Matt

but we got to find Matt the tunnel should be over there if I remember

correctly lets go oh my gosh did you guys hear that. we are almost

there's so much snow look those are footprints I wonder if those are Matt's

footprints this is the way we went once I hope I'm not too late do you think the

quadrant is something bigger than project zorgo like the gamemaster said

okay zamfam the house should be coming up here shortly

I wish wore bettor shoes these odds are not working in this no I really hope

Matt's here if you guys know why Matt left let me know thumbs up if you think

I'm gonna find Matt here alright here it is oh my gosh it's opened I wonder if

these are Matt's footprints looks like there's more than one Wow

this was the safe house that the gamemaster had us come into before you

guys remember the last time I was here we had to break in through a window I'm

hoping this front doors open so I don't have to do that again I just hope that

since I I'm gonna try to open it oh my gosh it's

like it's like a hideout of some sort hello Matt Matt doing Matt why are you

here what's going on just did you stay the

night here what happened we're still to search for

a place yeah we're at the safe house why are you here the game master

place well why didn't you tell me I found surveillance footage on my Apple

what is the last thing that you remember last night it's an alert its so loud

we need to get back to the cabin safe either that or suppose

did you finish the 24-hour challenge yeah wait I forgot to tell you when I

woke up the red box with the $10,000 was missing no I don't know if someone

took it or where's it at we're almost to the tunnel it's over here let's go head

up there be careful deck

get back to the looks like it's up ahead I think that's

it that we're here we're here alright climb out after you

Beck come on we gotta go we got to get back to LA so let's grab some clothes to

change into and oh my gosh I forgot zamfam

remember I hit the box and work if you still hear me so we can take this back

to LA for that glazing let's go okay

okay zamfam are back in Los Angeles we're about to get into our apartment

and I just hope nobody broke in like last time I think the Quadrant might be

following us

came out love that's a good sign it's not open and it's locked

hello good zamfam am I think we're safe here in our apartment is my lipstick doing

did you write this oh my gosh I've been with you of course

he did it well that's it don't touch it I'm gonna utilize that favorites okay

Matt it looks like like it's two five digit code 0 1 2 0 1 9 - this is

definitely your lipstick I could not have done this a night I've been up at

the cabin with you I was doing a 24-hour challenge like I haven't been in LA

are there any five digit codes on here on the lock box Matt that you think we

could use these numbers for there's mostly 4 digit codes right here we've

been solving there's a three digit code on the other side this is the five digit

number that's the only thing it works this one is like it just let us so let's

try 2 0 1 2 0 1 9 wait a sec back this is six digits this is only five I

definitely work on the lock box and what this was maybe I don't know you

know what the last time the zamfam helps give us clues by putting it in the

comment section so maybe if I look at my last video

we can read some of their comments and maybe you guys have some information

that we don't have because we can't see the game masters videos okay let's get

the computer okay okay so when was the last time we were here Matt in our

apartment we escaped the sunken city okay we came back here yeah we saw oh

yeah yeah and you chased them up onto the roof do not we choose a partner okay

so let's go to that video game master has a Rebecca's Zamolo twin disguise okay

and let's see the comments from the zamfam Matt look 3:17 they said at 3:17

look behind you the person is on the rooftop

someone said they might have teleported know so hold on let's go let me flip

this just see it 3:17 zamfam to all of you guys that saw that thank you so much

we're gonna look it up right now and seek so here you are and you ran out

is that the game master you guys definitely saw something you missed there Matt how did you miss

that did you see that flash okay so Matt what

if there were clues left over there like what if this zamfam found something

and we need to go up and explore it in that spot yeah

here okay came around right here I'm standing right here and they said

someone was over back yeah we just saw it looks like it might have brain this

reminds me when we did last sleep a ball pit wins $10,000 I won obviously it's

hair we just looks like you're here what do you think someone cut my hair do you

remember Matt on the detective board of the escape room there was the board that

the game master had and it had a bunch of different hair and one looks like mine

that's was his safe house he actually took some of my hair you guys let us

know why you think there's hair and what they're using the hair for doesn't make

any sense to me at all maybe they want our DNA for something and then there's

these sunglasses here look at it kind of nice it's kind of look like they fit

over my glasses though the beds kind of cool looks like a hidden message or

like a drone this could have been one of the quadrants disguises we need the back

inside

how did they know we were here do you think it has something to do with

the quadrant possibly I don't know let's look at what this is right here okay

here so tiny it's like the tiniest hidden note ever it says make sure to

look your best on your first date and then there's lipstick do you have

something to do with our first date oh the long time ago we had matching

outfits it was pretty magical yeah lipstick though I don't have to do with

the lipstick there's a stick my lipstick that was Mel's check it out okay on your

first date so what if this is a tape of some sort like oh one two oh one nine -

oh one two one one nine it's like in between the 20th of its week we first do

you guys think that this has something to do with the numbers here and do you

think that's the day wait that look cuz it's 2000 1901 2019 like January 20th

2009 teen if you guys think that is what this clue means is this the clue like

saying something's gonna happen on this date this is right around the corner

maybe it has something to do with the event a lot of people have been

commenting on your videos and my videos that say that's just some like a big gap

we're trying to like stop it with this black box what if we put these dates

into the computer and see if there's something happening smash the thumbs up

button if you think that this state is important and we should look it up I

think we have no choice January 20 super wolf moon total lunar

eclipse does affect Earth is it safe to look at you think what if these aren't

just regular glasses okay so see I am spice squad I need your guys's talents

I'm gonna wear these on the night of Sunday January 20th and I'm gonna put it

on my Instagram stories I'm gonna be looking for clues and if there's

anything you guys find out before then please let me know I really hope these

glasses to give us more information the drone crashed on the reef is this like a

parachute maybe the drone that was flying over dropped this for us

like a Supply Drop yeah just like in fortnight wait what if it's from the

gamemaster like to help us figure out what the

quadrant is and to figure out what's gonna happen on that date it's really

heavy what do you think's inside the only one way to find out

three-two-one

Traveler's Notebook Review: Webster's Pages Regular and Pocket Size TN - Duration: 10:24.

Hi! I'm Lauren and if you've been watching my channel over the last few

years, you've likely noticed my growing love for traveler's notebooks. Today I

wanted to review two TN covers from Webster's Pages which is the first

company that I ever bought a traveler's notebook from. First, one of the older

regular sized color crush notebook covers, and then one of the newer suede

pocket size ones. Now that I've been using both of these for a while, I wanted

to talk a bit more in depth about them than I have before. In case you're

considering buying a traveler's notebook yourself and you're comparing a lot of

different brands, because now, there are a lot more companies that make them, so it

can be a little trickier to narrow it down. Mine are also not new covers

anymore so you'll be able to see how they wear over time. Just because I feel

like I should say this, this is not a sponsored video in any way. I bought both

of these covers myself and I decided to review them on my own. Though I would

love to work with Webster's Pages someday if they will have me. So back

when I bought my very first travelers notebook, I decided to buy the Webster's

Pages regular size in the color Sedona. I was incredibly excited at the time, I'd

been doing a ton of research on traveler's notebooks online and I could

not wait to get my hands on one. Something about the whole system just

really inspired me and it got me back on my journaling kick, which I've been

meaning to get back into for years and never quite had the right system. And so

the reason that I bought this notebook in particular is that I loved the layout

of the pockets. When you open it up, it has this whole section in the front with

tons of places to put things, there's a bigger pocket here and a bigger pocket

here, which actually still has some stuff in it, I didn't totally empty it out.

There's a pocket on the back, there is an elastic pen loop which is my preference

for pen loops. It has four elastics on the inside, which means that you can fit

four notebooks in it without having to add any additional elastics to attach

them, which is really helpful. I find that three or four is kind of my favorite

amount to have in a notebook at one time. I don't like when they get too thick, but

I don't like when they're too thin either, I think that's kind of the

perfect happy medium. And the whole thing closes with a single elastic band that

you wrap around the whole thing. It's a little bit loose right now because there

are no notebooks in it. But I actually feel like it holds it closed pretty well. All

the Webster's pages notebooks have this little tag, which I find really helpful

cause I like to grab it and pull it in order to take the elastic off of there,

but I'm not sure how I would take this tag off if I

decided that I didn't want this to be the charm on my notebook. I actually have

added a different charm on top of that that I've put kind of in the center. So

once I got this notebook, I filled it up with a bunch of refills from traveler's

company as well as the blank Webster's pages one that came with the cover. I've

been writing in my daily traveler's notebook almost every day for more than

a year now, I have a travel journal that I don't work on quite so often cause I'm

always really busy on trips, but I do want to get better about that, but I

really love the system itself and I've been pretty happy with this cover as a

whole. This thing has come with me on a lot of adventures, my favorite thing

about it by far are these pockets. I've been able to fit so many extra things

which is really helpful when you're traveling! Being able to store a ton of

supplies like stickers and extra pieces of paper and things like that as well as

your pen, is super helpful with a traveler's notebook because when you do

travel, you don't want to be bringing a ton of stuff along with you and having

it mostly contained in this package is extremely helpful and really functional.

I haven't tried a ton of different traveler's notebooks, but this is

definitely my favorite layout as far as pockets go. I've found it to be the most

functional for what I find myself wanting to carry in my notebook. Another

thing about these notebooks is that they do fit the regular sized traveler's

company inserts, but they are wider than the travelers company covers. That means

that you can fit more notebooks inside of here without them spilling out along

the edge, it means that if you have a pen in the pen loop and you close it all up,

there is enough room for the pen along the edges of the notebooks, which is very

helpful. One downside is that they are not quite wide enough that you can reach

into the pockets without closing your refills first, so I have to kind of stop

what I'm working on in order to access these pockets, but it hasn't really been

that much of a hassle. The downside that I have been experiencing with this cover

after having used it for more than a year, is that I don't really like the way

it's wearing over time. This is not real leather, which is a plus for a lot of

people. There are plenty of ethical reasons to not use leather and so if you

are looking for a traveler's notebook that is not made out of leather, this is

a really good option and honestly it's one of the reasons why I chose this

first over the original traveler's company covers. But as a result, I've been

a little bit jealous of all the people on Instagram whose traveler's notebooks

have just worn down beautifully. Leather gets nicer and nicer the longer you use

it, and with something like a notebook that you're carrying around with

you on all of your travels, it's going to look like you've been through so many

things in a good way. I've only been using this cover for

about a year, but I have started to notice that it doesn't look quite as good as

when I first bought it and that's a little bit of a bummer for me. I assume

that that is just the nature of the faux leather material, but it is still holding

up, it's still durable, it's not falling apart in any way, it's hanging in there.

It just doesn't look quite so nice as all of the older travelers covers that

I've seen. I have to admit that when I first started researching traveler's

notebook covers, the leather ones didn't really seem as appealing to me as the

faux leather ones and I, over time I'm kind of starting to realize why people

like the leather. Obviously, that's a personal choice, there's nothing wrong

with the faux leather and honestly I prefer it to the suede which I'll get to

in a little bit. But for that reason, I've been kind of looking into other covers

and seeing what might suit me a little bit better. A while later, Webster's pages

released their pocket size line and that was very exciting to me. Their pocket

size fits the field notes inserts, which are very popular and really cute, but

they also have a little bit of extra width similar to their regular size

notebooks. That way you have space for a pen and lots of notebooks if you want

to try and cram them in there. They chose pocket size instead of passport size

which is what the original smaller traveler's notebook size is called. The

passport inserts do still fit in there, they're just quite a bit smaller than

the cover itself. Pocket size is just as wide but taller than the passport size. I

was really excited when they announced that they'd be coming out with these and

I bought the mustard suede pocket size pretty much right away when it became

available, but I have to say, after a while of using this, I have several

issues with it and I do not like it as much as I liked my regular size cover.

I picked the mustard suede color and I absolutely love this color, but what I

like even more than this color, is when you open it up, there is a pink floral

pattern on some of the pockets on the inside, which i think is absolutely

beautiful. I really like the way the yellow looks with the floral and it just

I - man. One of my favorite favorite things about Webster's pages is their patterns

and their colors that they choose. They are right in line with my style and I

always have a really hard time choosing which one to get, just because I

like so many of them. The layout of the pockets inside this cover are similar

but smaller. They have a couple that you can fit in here, there's a clear window

similar to the regular-sized one, but because this cover is a lot smaller,

obviously they couldn't fit as many pockets, so they don't have all those

little card sized pockets in the front half. There are also four elastics so you

can attach four plus notebooks in this, which is great. However, they added a

reinforced spine which the regular size does not have, and I have several issues

with this spine. The spine, I think, is what I have the biggest problem with

with this cover. So the main problem that I have with this reinforced spine is

that when you put four inserts, one on each of the four elastics that are in

here, There is a lot of extra space on that spine and so the note book feels

empty and also larger than it needs to be. And with a smaller size notebook like

this, I want to be able to take it places and put it in my purse and so if it's

bigger than it needs to be, it takes up a lot more space than necessary. One of the

things I like about the notebook that doesn't have the reinforced spine on it

is that if I only had maybe two notebooks inside here, I could flatten it

almost completely and it would be great. But if I wanted to have a ton of inserts

in here, I could actually widen it and it would still look good. I definitely don't

feel like I need to have more than four inserts on a little travel-size notebook

like this, and so it feels a little strange to me that the spine is so wide

compared to the width of those four notebooks. The other problem that I have

with the reinforced spine is that they didn't seal the edges of it, so at least

with the suede fabric, it's fraying all over the place and it's, I've trimmed off

some of the little threads and they keep showing up. I was tempted to try and seal

the edges myself, but then I thought if they didn't do it, there must be a reason

why not. I wondered if maybe their suede fabric was a little bit too sensitive to

any kind of fray check compound that they might put on there, but another

thing that I've noticed is that the suede tends to bubble up a little bit

and I don't know if that's just the nature of the fabric, it probably is, but

it doesn't really look super great and that bothers me as well a little bit. And

it's such a shame because this is such a beautiful notebook, it was absolutely

gorgeous when I first bought it, the inside looks amazing. But just, several

things about the outside are not really what I wanted and that's a little

bit unfortunate. However, they are always making new notebooks and releasing new

colors and fabrics and sizes all the time and so I think that they probably

will improve it in future generations and if they do, I'm probably gonna be

first in line to buy another one. Overall, the functionality of these

notebooks is my favorite thing about them. I love the pockets on the inside, I

love the pen loops, I love that you can close them up and you can carry a ton of

things inside of them when you're traveling, I love that they have four

elastics so I don't have to do anything tricky to get more things to fit in

there, the color choices for these are absolutely fantastic and it's the thing

that drew me to Webster's pages as a company in the first place. When I went

to Creativation a few years ago, I noticed the Webster's pages booth almost

right away and ran right over and I had never heard of them before, but they had

like this gorgeous floral wall on the back and so I've been a fan of them

since I first heard about them. In the video description below, I will link to

some places where you can find Webster's pages products in case you are

interested in buying them yourself. Anyway, I hope that this is helpful. If

you are into travelers notebooks too, what is your absolute favorite cover? I have a

whole bunch of videos about Traveler's Notebooks, so I will link to them up in

I Cannot Stop Eating - The Rant - EP4 - Duration: 1:33.

- I cannot stop eating.

I finally understand the term snowball effect.

As something starts going downhill,

it gathers momentum and mass,

and let me tell ya, I'm picking up some mass.

I've got the momentum, too!

It's like, hey, yesterday, you ate three tacos,

guess what, today you can eat four!

Have you ever eaten so much you make yourself miserable,

then convince yourself that the only way

to feel better is to eat more?

Like, oh, I'm so bloated!

It couldn't possibly be because I ate six tamales,

a link of sausage, a sleeve of cookies,

and a box of Pop-Tarts!

No, it must be that I don't have enough fiber in my diet.

I'll probably feel better if I eat two apples,

a bowl of Raisin Bran, and a bag of frozen broccoli.

That family sized pan of lasagna I spent the night with

has nothing to do with this.

Or, I think my body just has too many toxins!

I probably need some anti-oxidants.

I'll eat a tub of blueberries

and a bag of dark chocolate Hershey's kisses, that'll help!

Nevermind the fact that I'm on a first-name basis

with the servers at Chik-fil-A!

Must be my gut bacteria, I think my biome is all off.

I need some probiotics.

I better eat some yogurt, and a bowl of sauerkraut.

I'm not sure which brand of yogurt has the best bacteria,

so I better go ahead and eat all five.

And there's no need to bring up the fact

that my kids think Ronald McDonald

is one of their godparents.

"Are we going to Uncle Ronnie's again today?"

Yes.

I bet I'm lactose intolerant.

There's no other explanation to explain

feeling the way that I do!

Only way to be sure is if I eat

this half-gallon of ice cream

and drink a quart of chocolate milk.

And that, ladies and gentlemen, is the snowball effect.

Liverpool ace Andy Robertson reveals why new contract was a 'no-brainer' and fires warning - Duration: 3:06.

Robertson has had an outstanding season for Liverpool as they push for major honours and arguably been the best left-back in the Premier League

Since joining in 2017, the 24-year-old has made 56 appearances in all competitions and scored once

Given his form, Liverpool have moved quickly to tie down Robertson to what is only described by the club as a long-term contract

And the Scotland international is delighted to extend his stay at Anfield. He told Liverpoolfc

com: "As soon as the club came to me, it was a no-brainer for me – I want to stay here, so as soon as they put an offer on the table it was signed as quickly as that

"It was a pretty easy contract for me and I'm sure for the club as well. We both agreed very quickly, that's why it's been done so quickly

"Getting to know the lads and working with all the staff at Melwood has been a pleasure

"The best thing about work is when you love coming in every day – and that's what I do here

"I am glad I have extended my stay and hopefully we have a lot of good days ahead

" And in a warning to opposition attackers, Robertson feels his best is still to come

"Every day that I come into training I feel as if I am improving on something," said the Scotland captain

"I am still young enough at 24 that I hope my best is still to come, that I can get better at the things that maybe are a small weakness or whatever

"It's about improving on them every day and the things you think are strengths, to try to get better at

"I feel as if I have done that - this season I have already got more assists than last season, which is massive for me because I wanted to give more in attack and make my final ball a bit better

"This season I feel it has been better, but it can still improve. As a defence we've improved and of course, defensively, I feel as if I have improved under that

"I am happy with that side of the game as well, getting better and better and I hope there is still a lot more to come

"

The current state of global equities - Duration: 1:02.

As you're aware investing specifically within global equities is based on

pricing and timing. I've noted some pertinent points below they should be

taken into account now to take advantage of the current economic climate and the

opportunities it presents. Firstly the S&P 500 or the US markets falling top to

bottom around 20% but over the last month, though

it has rebounded around 11%.Many investors would have missed this bounce

during the 2018 Christmas period and into 2019. The ASX, the Australian

market, was down top to bottom around 15% and has rebounded around 8% to a

two-month high as of today. Equity prices are also showing better value, so growth

on a value basis is very attractive. Investors should also be looking forward

12 to 18 months. So this is the seed that will make investors money over the long

term. Don't start thinking about doing something when the market has gone up - it

will be too late. Being ready and being active is key to overall performance.

Not Money in the pockets of the wealthy elite who want to go hide it off shore just because

they can.
