En medio de esta guerra, las redes han tirado de humor y se han acordado de un momento concreto de Los Simpson, cuando Milhouse enseña a Lisa a hablar italiano porque de pequeño lo aprendió de su abuela.

El tándem anunciado con Carmena en Madrid no ha matado a Podemos, lo único que ha hecho ha sido adelantar la defunción de un partido que está internamente podrido a causa del totalitarismo de su secretario general.

Iglesias jamás perdonó a Errejón que éste intrigara a sus espaldas e intentara arrancarle el trono podemita cuando estaba en Europa y, a su regreso, no postergó la venganza que produce el odio.

Lo castigó, lo aparto de las altas esferas de Podemos y, por supuesto, no olvidó la humillación que produce el escarnio público cambiándolo de bancada en el Congreso.

Sin embargo, el candidato regional no ha sido el único que ha sufrido los ataques de soberbia de Iglesias y ha sido purgado de inmediato por no reverenciar la dictadura interna de Podemos implantada por el líder podemita.

Juan Carlos Monedero, su ex pareja Tania Sánchez, Carolina Bescansa, Rita Maestre, Luis Alegre y un largo etcétera de nombres a todos los niveles institucionales han sido pasto de la arrogancia de Iglesias.

Tanto Errejón como Iglesias han sido lo más comentado del día en Twitter y los dos han sido tendencia durante el día.

Ha habido tiempo para una dura carta del líder de Podemos, para un chiste de Los Simpsonsy para hacer encuestas que no dejan muy bien parado a Pablo Iglesias.

De entre todos esos mensajes en redes ha destacado el de Cristina Pardo, la presentadora de Liarla Pardo ha aprovechado la ocasión para lanzar un dardo a Podemos.

Produce estupor que, una vez conocida la nueva apuesta política de Errejón al margen de la formación morada,

Iglesias se haya mostrado compungido y dolido por una decisión que ha crecido al calor de sus prácticas absolutistas que, a menudo, ha intentado ocultar bajo un falso halo de libertad.

No, no ha sido Errejón quien ha hecho estallar la fugaz armonía interna de Podemos, el único responsable de esta crónica anunciada -eternamente propia del canibalismo de la izquierda- ha sido la torpeza política y el endiosamiendo del caudillo Iglesias.

to you about something very important that I didn't even realize was as half

was gonna be on set, that I was getting my call sheet and that the first ad and

then it dawned on me the terminology of this business is not something that

everybody knows, so today we're gonna have a lot of fun I'm gonna tell you

terminology of the business. So hang tight and here we go!

Action! So the first word in your terminology is 'action' it's the principal actors cue to start

acting. Next word: director, now this is the person that's in charge of the whole

production basically so what you want to try to do is stay out of their way. Now,

there are assistant directors the ad there is first second third there's

background assistant directors these are the people that you normally would

report to when you get on set you'll get your paperwork and all that other stuff

from the production assistants, but the assistant director normally is the first

point of contact so remember that. Next term - background action.

Now, background is the people that are extras or background they usually don't

have lines when they say background action this is a cue to start doing your

business and remember, don't mug don't look at the camera.

Next word - boom, a boom mic with a pole and there's a boom mic that comes in

usually gets all the sound from whatever the actors are saying or around the area

of the acting. The next term is buyout and that is basically an amount of money

they give you as an actor to buy out the rice for you to be in that film or that

commercial for that length of time that they want it. Now if you're Union

you might be faced with something called residuals, so if you do a union

commercial every time it shows you get amount of money we like that. Next word

the unions well the only one you need to remember is SAG - Screen Actors Guild.

wrap means to basically that's it we're done with the film. We're done with our

day, done with the end of the filming day so they say at the end - All right

Con esta operación se crea la mayor productora de oro del planeta, con una producción de 7

9 millones de onzas al año. Pero no todos saben que este gigante áureo tiene sus cromosomas muy mexicanos

En nuestro país, la canadiense Goldcorp opera tres minas: Peñasquito, en Zacatecas (la más grande de toda América); El Sauzal, en Chihuahua, y los Filos, en Guerrero

La operación mexicana es la que más ingresos deja a Goldcorp —33 por ciento—, produciendo solo en 2017 unas 470 mil onzas de oro

Según el último análisis de BNAmericas, se esperan más de 20 nuevas minas, expansiones y optimizaciones con una inversión total de 7 mil mdd para aumentar las producciones de oro principalmente, seguido por plata, cobre, zinc, plomo y litio

La buena racha de una industria que representa 2.5 por ciento del PIB, se da en un año donde se espera haya una nueva Ley Minera, donde los principales cambios son de orden ambientales (más regulación), comunitarios y de temporalidad de las concesiones (hoy, hasta 100 años), aunado a los nuevos cambios sindicales, de los cuales el senador minero Napoleón Gómez Urrutia tomará ventaja "competitiva"

The project "On the Trail of the Glaciers" came to light in 2009 from my will

to communicate with a larger audience, particularly to the younger generation,

the effects of climate change.

I do this with historic photographs and involving researchers, scientists,

especially glaciologists and climatologists, during my expeditions.

This isn't a technique I invented, comparing historical photographs

with today's images, taken in the same geographical place.

Today these photos hold a high scientific value, thanks to this

project based on photographic comparison.

This technique allows me to communicate

in an unambiguous and immediate way,

environmental issues, in particular the effects of climate changes.

I thought immediately to go on 6 expeditions, reaching the most important mountain ranges around the globe.

Today, in 2018, we've completed five expeditions out of six. The first one was in Karakorum in 2009, the second

in Caucaso in 2011. After that, in 2013 we went to the Glacier Bay National Park in Alaska.

Then the Andes in Patagonia, Argentina and Chile in 2016. In spring 2018

we were in Himalaya, Tibet.

The sixth and latest expedition of the project "On the Trail of the Glaciers"

will take place on our Alps.

So the triangle of, Monte Bianco, Monte Rosa, Cervino, the central Alps, the western Alps

and part of the Dolomites, as the Glacier of Marmolada.

We will be ready for this new adventure at the beginning of 2020, when I will finish

my iconographic research. I am showing these photos

to my daughters Miriam and Lara, who are 8 and 10 years old, who I promised to bring with me to

the Alps. They saw what the Alps from 100 years ago looked like from the photos and I will show them what the Alps will look like in 2020.

Doing so to make them grow up valuing sustainability and showing them how beautiful

but at the same time fragile the ecosystems are, with the aim to pass on the responsibility towards

Nature.

This project is important not only because of the temporal amplitude

but also for the geographical one: six expeditions on the most important mountain ranges

around the globe. We completed five expeditions and, after this, I can

At times like that, there's a place I always go to.

Yes, the sauna.

Well when I say things like this, people might comment "Kitty is like an old man".

I don't care anymore if people say Kitty is like an old man.

I don't like when they say that…but today I really want to tell you about the charms of the sauna!

People often misunderstand me which is like what happens with the sauna.

Maybe you have an image of a "sauna room" in your mind?

This is wrong for a start. The word "sauna "refers to the moment when you feel good after bathing in water.

The etymology of "sauna"…

I really want you to know this.

The word "sauna" in Finnish means "going back and forth between life and death"

It's very spiritual.

I have squeezed my clothes and my titles, everything, into the locker.

I am just me in my own skin when taking a sauna bath.

I am who I am in the sauna. My real true self.

Did you get an image of being in a sauna?

Well, now let me talk about how to take a sauna bath.

Are you ready?

Hmm? Ready for what? Ready to move into another world!

First, bathe in water. Can you go in? In such cold water.

Actually, the purpose of the sauna room is to warm yourself.

So, first you go into the sauna room to warm you up before bathing in the cold water.

Your entire skin surface is warmed up in the sauna room.

So it's easy to bathe in the water.

You already miss the water bath.

And sit down on a chair like this for a while.

Then you feel your blood rushing in your veins. Because the veins expand in the sauna room.

They contract in the cold water bath.

This pumping movement of the veins makes the blood flow circulate around your body.

Blood contains lots of oxygen. It reaches to your brain.

Then your brain gets filled with oxygen.

At that moment, you feel extremely good and your brain produces some kind of liquid.

Give in to the feeling.

Please sit back in the chair.

Gradually…

Your body feels numb and your senses increasingly get kind of paralyzed.

But keep giving yourself up to such a feeling because you're feeling extremely good.

Then you can easily float off into space.

Now you're in good shape!

Hello I'm Richard McInally. I'm here because I've been helping out with the

I Bike Falkirk project and looking forward to helping out a bit more.

I've been helping out Bryan mostly, I've been leading the rides

and helping out the guys when they come to junctions and stopping cars for them.

One of the biggest things is helping the guys out - fixing their bikes,

fixing their breaks, pumping up their tyres before they go out.

The safety of the children's probably the biggest concern that we have.

Took the kids for a run just up to the Kelpies and one wee guy at the end of it

came up and said to me "that's the greatest day I've ever had."

It's terrific hearing that kind of feedback.

It really depends on the quality and the standard of cyclists that we're taking out.

Primary sixes, primary sevens we can take them maybe a 10-mile ride,

- that's five miles, a big rest, five miles back.

If we're taking out, you know, primary three, tend to keep it a nice flat ride.

Keep them all together, keep them occupied, maybe two or three miles.

It's great for them - keeps them off the iPad.

is increasing your awareness so your awareness of your own needs and what it

is you deserve and we can expect from a healthy relationship validation is is

step number two but you need to tell someone what's happening you need to

tell someone what you've experienced you need to talk about it and and not to the

narcissus a big part of this is going to be understanding their limitations and

understanding that you are not going to get your emotional needs met by them

they don't care about your emotional needs you are they are only concerned

with their own emotional needs their involvement with you is purely for that

reason Wednesday if they don't feel that you feel can you can need an emotional

need of theirs they won't have you around need to get your emotional needs

met somewhere el needs someone to recognize and validate validate your

experience because they'll minimize your pain they don't see you accurately they

see you as an extension of themselves they project onto you all of their flaws

you are who they need you to be and so if you have been relying on them to be

too near back to you who you are then you have a very skewed idea who you are

what you deserve and probably who they are and what else is available out there

you've been anywhere in any sort of close proximity to an unhealthy

narcissist you have been mistreated you have been abused because it's impossible

they in their midst and not be mistreated and the only way to even come

remotely close to it is to have really firm boundaries and not let them be

crossed and a person who doesn't even know that they're involved with the

nurses is not doing that so if you are just coming to terms of the fact that

you are involved with someone with malignant narcissism you are returning

to it from a a weekend standpoint you are already

not you've already not been living in reality and you have already been abused

and mistreated and things are gonna get better for you even if you didn't even

if you didn't realize how bad they were they're gonna get better now that you

just recognized that you were in an unhealthy situation last step in healing

the narcissistic abuse is self empowerment and that is basically you've

now come to terms with who they are you you have a better idea of who you are

and what you deserve you've set some really clear boundaries and you're not

letting them be crossed you you basically have to get to a point where

you just you just you know this is this is this is the the deal breaker here I

can't go any further than this you may not cross these lines this lines and

lines in the sand and and this is this will be a do or a do-or-die situation in

your relationship either you know you'll put these lines in the sand

and best to verbalize these in terms of I'm willing to or I'm not willing to I'm

not willing to stay here if you're going to yell at me better that than to say

you can't or you shouldn't or that kind of thing best to use I statements and

just make it very clear you know you're not saying anything they can do what

they want they're you know they're separate entity but you if they want me

around you then you know they know that you are not willing to be abused but

here's the kicker they don't want to change they don't see anything wrong

with the way things are going and so chances are they're not going to meet

you halfway and so you have to be willing to walk away you have to follow

through on these things for instance it's your mother say and you can't eat

if she wants you to come for Christmas so you say you know I would love to come

for Christmas mom I really want to see you I miss you

but you know just so you know I'm gonna be able to stay I might be willing to

stay if you if you put me down different of people or if you start criticizing me

or if you yell at me or my kids you know I won't be able to stay but if we can

avoid those kinds of things I think it'll be a great time okay

you do that and you have to follow through because first of all your

children are watching and I am telling you right now the reason I'm on here and

the most important thing I think any of us can do is to get this thing

straightened out and start calling things what they are because our kids

are watching our kids are identifying are seeing what's going on and it's not

so bad it's not so terrible if these things are going on and we've identified

them at least then at least then so if we do if we have that conversation and

we say okay mom I'm not gonna be able to stay if you're gonna yell at me or put

me down but if that if that you don't do that then I would love to be a great

time your kids heard that now when they see grandma putting you down and you

don't stay it's not all bad okay if before when she was just putting you

down and you were just putting up with it and getting upset nobody was no one

was talking about it it was just all bad there was no good lesson to come from

that now even when Grandma does bad there can be a good lesson to come from

it because they can see it's not okay you've identified that it's not okay and

you've shown that you're strong and that you will protect yourself you'll stand

up yourself and you'll send it for them and you'll stand up for what's right and

so best-case scenario is grandma doesn't do it grandma gets better but there

isn't you know there is a next best case which is light years better than what

was happening before and that is that you've identified the problem and you

follow through and you've told your kids you know you don't deserve to be treated

poorly neither do i and we don't have to put up with it anymore

there there the problem we are not the problem and that's really important we

can't change them but if we can at least be calling out what they're doing that's

really important if we can be you know identify what they're doing it's really

important for our kids and also chances are quite good that we're gonna reduce

the behavior because people don't like to have their behavior predicted you

know if you say that to your to your mom say for instance it could very easily

change the behavior because you've already anticipated it and no one wants

to have their behavior anticipated you know they already

no one wants to be predictable like that you could go a long way towards it

towards correcting a problem if they're if this is a relationship that you think

there is some hope some chance of salvaging then the unimportant thing

really a really important thing to do here is going to be catch them doing

good so when mom doesn't put you down when she catches herself and she's very

nice and polite that time you're gonna fuss over her and you're gonna be like

you're gonna give her lots of narcissistic supply for doing the right

thing this was so fun this time is such a good

time today you could really be a lot of fun you know it just makes you know make

it a big deal that they've done the right thing they're very limited set of

things we can do and there aren't very many choices but this is one thing you

can do when you see them catch them doing good make a big puzzle bang get to

the point where we get just so afraid you know we get so used to them

disappointing us that we aren't at all on the lookout for something so you know

we don't want to believe it we don't want to compliment it because we don't

trust it and you shouldn't trust it you shouldn't but you should still

compliment it compliment it and know that you know it probably won't happen

again or you know to go ahead and tell yourself all that stuff but but act like

it's gonna happen again act like you're it like you you're

reinforcing a good thing and maybe it will it's the only thing you can do it's

all there is to do like little kids you are dealing with someone the you know

that is emotionally way less mature than your chick than

your kids you know this is about a five year old that emotionally so you know

you want it you want to treat treat them about like a five year old baby if you

need to search deep down for some compassion you can at least know that

seems to the best explanation we can come up with for what where this came

from is it seems it came from the same places that that our dysfunctional

behavior came from it the same sort of abuse that we endured they likely

endured as well and it was just how they manifested it so there can be some

A Place Further Than The Universe | Your Mind On Anime - Duration: 7:56.

In my life there have been various anime and manga that touched me deeply.

Be it the story, characters, soundtrack or the just the animation itself.

There are many aspects that can make me emotional and feel connected.

But for an anime to move me this much and to actually make me tear up, is very rare.

"A Place Further Than The Universe" managed to do exactly that.

It is an anime that combines dreams with hopes, youth with adulthood, the past with the future and most importantly

gives us a reason to look forward to something in our life.

"A Place Further Than The Universe" or "Sora Yori Mo Tooi Basho" is an anime by Studio Madhouse

It has 13 episodes and aired in the Winter Season in 2018..

It is an anime about a high school student called Tamaki Mari, who wants to make the most out of her youth

She wants to do something special and something where she can explore the world and do things no one else is doing.

But she is too afraid to actually do the step forward and reach her dreams and goals.

When she meets a girl called Hirase Kobuchizawa, she finally finds the motivation and the needed support

to actually fulfill her dreams and do something special.

Together with Hirase and two other girls, called Hinata and Yuzuki

they are planning to join an expedition that's headed toward the Antarctic.

What a premise for a show.

Having a bunch of high school girls come together and have them visit the Antarctic, is a very interesting idea.

In a way, it kinda screams like the very common "cute girls doing cute things" trope,

and that's certainly not a wrong way of describing certain events.

But to just limit the show to that, would be underselling the creativity, meaning and ambitions the show is portraying.

Right at the beginning, the show is starting with our main character Mari,

who wants to do something with her life

I'm sure this is a feeling that many of us can relate to, no matter the age.

I'm not a high school student anymore, but this feeling is something that I also felt before

and actually still feel.

Wanting to break out.

Wanting to just leave home and see a different side of the world.

But what's stopping us from doing exactly that ?

Why am I not actually meeting these dreams and thoughts that I have in my head ?

It's probably a combination of many different things.

You are starting to remember the reality of your situation.

Maybe you don't have enough money,

maybe you have a family and friends waiting for you.

What I believe is the biggest reason that is stopping us,

is simply fear.

The fear of being in a situation that we are not familiar with

Being surrounded by places and people, you simply do not know.

It's a scary thought.

Mari was also feeling like that.

She had many dreams that she wanted to pursue,

but whenever the time and chance came to actually do that

she backed off.

At the end of the day, she was too scared to actually take the step into the unknown future.

But this changes when she meets a girl called Shirase.

Shirase is planning to go to the Antarctic, in order to look for her mother,

who went missing during an expedition.

This was the needed support and push that Mari needed

to actually decide to fulfill her dreams.

Going to a place, she never went before.

During their planning they meet Hinata and Yuzuki who join them on their goal to visit the Antarctic.

This part of the story would have been interesting enough to make a fun show.

But "A Place Further Than The Universe" isn't just about the journey,

it's about characters and emotions.

Each character has their own motivation and reason for visiting the Antarctic

and they are reasons that are understandable

Each character is given their own character arc,

that describes their problems and personality.

This way, each character gets the chance to be written properly

and just radiate with personality.

You get to know them better and better as the show is progressing

and you never find a moment that feels wasted or out of place.

What I found remarkable, was also the care that was put into the side characters of the story.

Characters that were introduced later in the show got enough attention,

to not make them feel like strangers.

One of the big reasons why this worked so well,

was also thanks to the character interactions.

I admire it, when the staff manages to make the characters feel like actual humans.

Of course I'm aware that this is a fictional story and the main focus, even in this anime,

is not necessarily to be as realistic as possible.

But when I talk about realism, I'm not comparing it to the real world,

but the realism in the world the fictional story is playing in.

Seeing characters having different conversations and dynamic with each character is beautiful to see and feels real.

It gives me a reason to actually care and take them seriously.

It also gives me a reason to look forward to certain character interactions.

And it wasn't just happy times,

there were also conflicts.

Not big conflicts, that the authors had to make happen, to make the series more interesting.

No, it was often just small moments of arguments and silly conversations.

But that's exactly what a show like this needs,

to help to build a world that is believable.

The girls had multiple fights, some serious and some less serious

but that's all part of growing up.

It just shows the flaws of their characters and how inexperienced they are.

But that's the beauty of growing up.

You cry, you laugh, you fight

but you always gain more experience

You never stop growing up,

no matter if you are a child, a teenager, an adult

Growing up is always part of our life, and that's why I believe, this series to be relatable to people from all ages.

This being an anime, a huge part to determine the quality of a series is always going to be the animation itself.

Madhouse has a fantastic reputation, when it comes to animation and their art style.

For me personally, Madhouse wasn't as good as they used to be, in recent years.

Some of their recent projects had rather disappointing animation, and also the choice of their projects was not something that I enjoyed.

But they absolutely nailed it with "A Place Further Than The Universe".

It's even more impressive, considering that this an anime original, meaning that this is an Studio Madhouse original.

There were a lot of talented people working on the project, like Ishizuka Atsuko, Hanada Jukk, just to say a few names.

But not only does it have a great story and fantastic characters, the animation is consistently great.

I personally haven't noticed any off models, and aesthetically, they really manage to maintain the atmosphere that this series needs.

The color palette of this show mainly consist of lighter colors,

with a huge focus on using the light itself.

Be it the the white outline that is frequently used on the character designs

or just the amount of camera angles that focus on the sunshine,

this series obviously feels very bright.

That's something that fits the series very well that is about hopes and dreams.

I also loved the backgrounds, and especially the use of real life locations and structures.

We even get to see the popular Merlion Park from Singapore, that really caught me off guard.

Even the ship itself is clearly based on the real Shirase Icebreaker Ship.

While the animation itself does a fantastic job of setting the atmosphere for this series,

what really makes it perfect is the soundtrack.

The soundtrack consist of mainly cheerful and happy songs,

that are a great way to show what the series is about.

The songs are being used in great moments, to build up anticipation or just joy.

Both Opening and Ending are also extremely enjoyable to listen to

"A Place Further Than The Universe" is a great title for this anime,

because that's exactly what the message of the anime is about.

Enjoying your life to the fullest and getting to this place, that is so far and yet in our reach.

This is an anime that moved me so much, that it actually managed to make me cry.

Something that rarely happens,

but the emotions that this show managed to create is fascinating and makes me respect it a lot.

I haven't seen every anime of 2018, but from the anime that I have seen, 123 00:07:46,760 --> 00:00:00,000 this is definitely my Anime of the Year 2018.
