Cheek Lift Exercise Update for Exercise Along With Me - Series 1 - Update - Duration: 9:16.

hello everyone today we're going to be doing the update to the upper cheek

exercise end the exercise along with me series one routine hi everyone thanks so

much for coming by today I want to talk to you about the upper cheek exercise

and give you an update with this exercise to help you with your facial

exercises to be much more successful so with this exercise the really important

thing is to put your mouth in an 'O' shape position and make this area taut

now what I've been my taught is tight okay let's give that a go that's the

action that you need to do underneath the placement of your hands so let's try

it once more so what you're doing is pulling up the zygomaticus muscles here

is a schematic of what the zygomaticus muscles look like these are your cheek

muscles and these cheek muscles activate the moving upwards they allow you to

move your cheeks upwards so when you go ahead and place your mouth in that 'O'

shape and lift it's putting resistance on those two muscles they are attached

to the Orbicularis Oris which is a very large muscle that sits

superficially which means it sits on top of all the other muscles that are

attached to it and there are quite a few but today all we're working with other

cheek muscles so let's give this a go with the hand placement with the hand

placement you place your fore fingers on your crow's feet you place your middle

fingers on the bottom of this eye socket and you place your your knuckles your

thumb knuckles right up into the corners of your lips when you go to lift it you

make that a shape making your cheeks taut and you lift

this exercise utilizes the Lift and Squeeze Technique here is the Lift and Squeeze Technique

go ahead and watch it because I developed it so that you could

have much better understanding of how to lift the muscles and then how to squeeze

them now watch that after this video because it will give you a really deep

understanding of this actual exercise so when you're lifting and squeezing in

this cheek exercise all of the energy is going out energy is a really important

thing when you're doing your facial exercises and you can master the

movement of the energy and you do that by utilizing the lift and squeeze

technique and focusing the energy going in a certain pattern so in this pattern

it goes up and out the other really important thing about this exercise that

will help you tone more this area is when you are actually lifting and

squeezing you then take your focus right to the top of your as zygomaticus muscle

and you squeeze it and there are areas here that you can squeeze as well so

taking the energy up and out and then finishing off with a big squeeze at the

top let's see if you can try it again mouth in an 'O' shape position making your

cheeks taut placing your fingers onto your face in the configuration and then

lifting and squeezing now try that again with me lifting and squeezing and then

finishing off with a squeeze here it's like another one or two seconds after

you do the exercise the actual lift so let's try it see if you can see me doing it

so I'm pushing out the energy and I'm squeezing it up here just for another

second or so and then I'm starting again

now the thing that you don't do with this exercise let's let's talk about

that the don'ts the don't are don't lift the muscles on the side of

your nose don't do the exercise with those it turns into a completely

different exercise because you're actually lifting the wrong muscles you

need to lift the zygomaticus muscles now this exercise is what helps my cheeks

have this lovely sweep back on them I'm really proud of the way that they

look so this has helped me sweep back my cheeks and have a lovely strengthened

cheek up here so that nothing is drooping now when you have the muscles

strengthened in this area and it's all strong what happens is it lifts the

nasolabial folds and when the nasolabial folds are lifted you don't have any

drooping and those awful lines that start to be created between your nose

and your lips so concentrate on using the zygomaticus muscles and not the

levitator muscles that's the first thing the next thing is be aware of how

much effort you're putting into it if you are a beginner with facial exercises

and you're finding it difficult to move the muscles just do it gently don't be

going at it like a bull at the gate to try to get your muscles going facial

exercises is a gradual change and if you try to do everything all at once you

will cause fatiguing and your muscles will not respond so if you are a

beginner just do the exercise gently so if you're a beginner just start gently

with all the exercises do that for yourself because as you start to get

your muscles moving and growing they will want to be worked a little bit

harder and stronger anyway so start gently if you have been doing exercises

for a while or facial exercises for a while go ahead and put more as much

effort as you feel that your muscles will take now remembering that you don't

go overboard with it don't do it so much where your muscles will ache

so badly don't press so hard that you are causing bruises please exercise some

common sense here go as far as you feel that you can without causing any damage

to yourself because people do it people literally do that so be use your common

sense when you're doing the exercises the other thing to remember of course

what I alluded to before was it does take time so you have to be patient with

this exercise it's a beautiful exercise and when you

actually get the hang of it and get into doing it it absolutely sweeps up your

cheeks and it lifts them and it makes your face look very very lifted it's

really a fantastic exercise and I love it

so the next thing that you work on with this exercise is your focus so all your

focus is up in drawing up the muscle to the end of it and squeezing to the end

because other muscles are involved like the platysma what will happen is you'll

tend to use a lot of these muscles too but what I want you to do is really

focus on the energy in this area don't worry about focusing down here and if

you are using that try to work ways of pushing the energy more upwards rather

than using this area focus is a very important thing in these exercises and

it is key to the exercise it's concentration and focus in what you are

doing so please do make a comment in the

comment box below if you want to ask a question I would really appreciate that

because then I can answer your questions because you know I do answer most of

everybody's questions as well as many as I can and do feel free to place

that comment in the box if you need to also remember to subscribe to the

much I hope you've enjoyed that you have a lovely day whenever you are in the

명란군만두에서 명란 찾으신분 찾습니다. / 먹방 리뷰 (자막 ON) - Duration: 5:54.

what?

Oh, it is not it.

Yes, but ...

Do you see your name?

Always enjoyable food test Cooking gangsta!

The food to introduce today!

It is a fried egg dumplings!

Does not it look delicious even if I name it?

If you read the explanation,

It is said that it puts a mustard sauce in a grill.

If you look at this picture, it is very OH!

If you look at the pictures, there are a lot of names.

And there's the flavor that makes it unique.

Domestic pork was used, Domestic vegetables were used, It tasted like a tangy flavor in a ramayoso sauce.

Using selected wheat flour and glutinous rice flour

Crispy texture is properly explained in this simple way

I usually have a way to eat fat.

It is said that it is to bake like the name which came out in the name of the mandarin dumpling.

It does not taste very much.

It's real.

If it tastes good, I think it's a big hit. ????

I think the key to this taste is the content of white liquor.

If you can get a little bit of your name, is it a 100-pro?

I look forward to it. I met two things I like.

Chicken pork

It is a dog's honey taste,

Not to mention the buns.

How good is it?

Then we will burn it right away.

I go to a frying pan and bake for 6 to 8 minutes.

There are nine of them, and I only baked six of them.

I simply mixed vinegar and soy sauce.

It's hard not to taste. Actually

It's hard not to taste.

These are

First of all, I'll show you closer.

I'll taste it right away.

What is this?

haha

Oh, it's not ...

I ate bite ....

I can not taste the name ...?

I'm not sure if it's tasteless.

Is it holding in your mouth?

Yes, but ....

(Can not you see?)

There is. I see a red dot.

This is a red dot.

This time I took a soy sauce ...

It's in there.

I do not taste much I do not like ...

I'm not sure

You have a spicy taste. It spits a little tongue.

Hahaha There is a laugh.

I'm tongue tongue. That flavor is ....

I do not even know if Mayonnaise was in fact.

I have a lot of taste in the onion, I put a lot of onion taste very strong

Onion has a strong sweetness

I heard a little bit of the photo that I did. My mouth is swollen My mouth

I did not hear them.

Myeonryang dumplings are delicious flavor.

I heard a little bit more about how to buy mayonnaise in Japan ...

This is mayonnaise. I bought it from Japan.

If you look inside, the mayonnaise is contained in mayonnaise.

I would rather sprinkle my back ...

I will inform you how

I sprinkle some mayonnaise on the side.

If you eat this ()) grilled dumplings there, it becomes grilled eggplant dumplings.

Are you seeing a bun?

Sound

Only now

You can not eat it because it uses mayonnaise.

Mayonnaise itself does not have a lot of names, but it's a combination of the two.

Oh, I did not think of a picture like this ...

I've eaten a lot of mayonnaise and mackerel.

Something is a little disappointing. I think it would have been much better if I increased the amount of light.

I'll put a little bit of this in there.

Oh, of course my personal standards are winning.

It was written on the explanation that the egg was obviously poisoned.

I can not go out in a while. How does this volume come from my mouth?

I can not go over this when I see it. It seems to be blown up even if I put a flying fish in it.

So people do not get convinced.

I'd rather set the price higher and give me a decent product.

You know people who are cheaper consumers.

I'd rather pay a little more and give me a name.

What is this?

It was a very disappointing product.

I thought the idea was good but I could not express it properly.

It was nice to have the idea

Now the taste is good and the horse is delicious.

It's delicious because I picked mayonnaise.

I did not want to taste a little. Just a little improvement

I think it would be a much better product.

No, of course not.

I will do my food test today.

I will come back with more delicious food next time. Thank you!

Cheek Lift Exercise Update for Exercise Along With Me - Series 1 - Update - Duration: 9:16.

hello everyone today we're going to be doing the update to the upper cheek

exercise end the exercise along with me series one routine hi everyone thanks so

much for coming by today I want to talk to you about the upper cheek exercise

and give you an update with this exercise to help you with your facial

exercises to be much more successful so with this exercise the really important

thing is to put your mouth in an 'O' shape position and make this area taut

now what I've been my taught is tight okay let's give that a go that's the

action that you need to do underneath the placement of your hands so let's try

it once more so what you're doing is pulling up the zygomaticus muscles here

is a schematic of what the zygomaticus muscles look like these are your cheek

muscles and these cheek muscles activate the moving upwards they allow you to

move your cheeks upwards so when you go ahead and place your mouth in that 'O'

shape and lift it's putting resistance on those two muscles they are attached

to the Orbicularis Oris which is a very large muscle that sits

superficially which means it sits on top of all the other muscles that are

attached to it and there are quite a few but today all we're working with other

cheek muscles so let's give this a go with the hand placement with the hand

placement you place your fore fingers on your crow's feet you place your middle

fingers on the bottom of this eye socket and you place your your knuckles your

thumb knuckles right up into the corners of your lips when you go to lift it you

make that a shape making your cheeks taut and you lift

this exercise utilizes the Lift and Squeeze Technique here is the Lift and Squeeze Technique

go ahead and watch it because I developed it so that you could

have much better understanding of how to lift the muscles and then how to squeeze

them now watch that after this video because it will give you a really deep

understanding of this actual exercise so when you're lifting and squeezing in

this cheek exercise all of the energy is going out energy is a really important

thing when you're doing your facial exercises and you can master the

movement of the energy and you do that by utilizing the lift and squeeze

technique and focusing the energy going in a certain pattern so in this pattern

it goes up and out the other really important thing about this exercise that

will help you tone more this area is when you are actually lifting and

squeezing you then take your focus right to the top of your as zygomaticus muscle

and you squeeze it and there are areas here that you can squeeze as well so

taking the energy up and out and then finishing off with a big squeeze at the

top let's see if you can try it again mouth in an 'O' shape position making your

cheeks taut placing your fingers onto your face in the configuration and then

lifting and squeezing now try that again with me lifting and squeezing and then

finishing off with a squeeze here it's like another one or two seconds after

you do the exercise the actual lift so let's try it see if you can see me doing it

so I'm pushing out the energy and I'm squeezing it up here just for another

second or so and then I'm starting again

now the thing that you don't do with this exercise let's let's talk about

that the don'ts the don't are don't lift the muscles on the side of

your nose don't do the exercise with those it turns into a completely

different exercise because you're actually lifting the wrong muscles you

need to lift the zygomaticus muscles now this exercise is what helps my cheeks

have this lovely sweep back on them I'm really proud of the way that they

look so this has helped me sweep back my cheeks and have a lovely strengthened

cheek up here so that nothing is drooping now when you have the muscles

strengthened in this area and it's all strong what happens is it lifts the

nasolabial folds and when the nasolabial folds are lifted you don't have any

drooping and those awful lines that start to be created between your nose

and your lips so concentrate on using the zygomaticus muscles and not the

levitator muscles that's the first thing the next thing is be aware of how

much effort you're putting into it if you are a beginner with facial exercises

and you're finding it difficult to move the muscles just do it gently don't be

going at it like a bull at the gate to try to get your muscles going facial

exercises is a gradual change and if you try to do everything all at once you

will cause fatiguing and your muscles will not respond so if you are a

beginner just do the exercise gently so if you're a beginner just start gently

with all the exercises do that for yourself because as you start to get

your muscles moving and growing they will want to be worked a little bit

harder and stronger anyway so start gently if you have been doing exercises

for a while or facial exercises for a while go ahead and put more as much

effort as you feel that your muscles will take now remembering that you don't

go overboard with it don't do it so much where your muscles will ache

so badly don't press so hard that you are causing bruises please exercise some

common sense here go as far as you feel that you can without causing any damage

to yourself because people do it people literally do that so be use your common

sense when you're doing the exercises the other thing to remember of course

what I alluded to before was it does take time so you have to be patient with

this exercise it's a beautiful exercise and when you

actually get the hang of it and get into doing it it absolutely sweeps up your

cheeks and it lifts them and it makes your face look very very lifted it's

really a fantastic exercise and I love it

so the next thing that you work on with this exercise is your focus so all your

focus is up in drawing up the muscle to the end of it and squeezing to the end

because other muscles are involved like the platysma what will happen is you'll

tend to use a lot of these muscles too but what I want you to do is really

focus on the energy in this area don't worry about focusing down here and if

you are using that try to work ways of pushing the energy more upwards rather

than using this area focus is a very important thing in these exercises and

it is key to the exercise it's concentration and focus in what you are

doing so please do make a comment in the

comment box below if you want to ask a question I would really appreciate that

because then I can answer your questions because you know I do answer most of

everybody's questions as well as many as I can and do feel free to place

that comment in the box if you need to also remember to subscribe to the

channel because when you subscribe you get all the updates and as you know I'm

going right through all the updates all year through the whole series this year

so you don't want to miss them so go ahead and subscribe when you do click

the Bell and the Bell will give you a notification every time that I upload

you'll get an email or a notification of sorts also please remember to like the

videos when you like the video it really helps me in the ranks of YouTube so

please do give me a Like okay guys thank you so

much I hope you've enjoyed that you have a lovely day whenever you are in the

world and I'll see you next time bye

Robbie Fowler slams Arsenal for 'nonsense deal' that is making his head 'BURST' - Duration: 3:19.

Ozil put pen to paper on a new deal last year following the departure of Alexis Sanchez to Manchester United

The German is now earning more than any player in Arsenal history - and he's barely playing

Ozil was left out the squad for Arsenal's clash with West Ham last weekend completely before returning to the bench against Chelsea on Saturday

Liverpool legend Fowler thinks the situation is 'crazy, obscene and insane' - and he believes it will now be almost impossible for Arsenal to get rid of him

He told the Mirror: "I look at Mesut Ozil's position with Arsenal, and it makes my head burst! "The ridiculous situation there is just frightening, but you could also wheel out 'crazy, obscene, insane' and many other words, if you were so minded, because it is so staggering

"I'm not blaming Ozil, not for one second. People may disagree with me, but I would never condemn a player for accepting a contract offer the club were happy to make

I don't mind the players getting paid the money. "What it means though, is it's virtually impossible to get rid of him

Who's going to pay £300,000 a week for a player who has talent, can be a game changer, but shows it maybe every four or five games? "And that is where my contention lies

Not with the player, but with the club for panicking and giving him such a nonsense deal

Yes, I get that you need to keep talent." The knock-on effect of Ozil's deal has also spilled over during the negotiations to keep Aaron Ramsey

The Welshman wanted a bumper contract in line with his team-mate but Arsenal said no and now he's off to Juventus for nothing

Fowler added: "The suggestion is, he was asking for money parity with Ozil. I don't know if that's true, but I do know you leave yourself open to that sort of thing

"Ramsey is a good player, but he's had his consistency problems too, largely down to injury

His wage demands are too high for Arsenal, but would they even have been that high if Ozil wasn't on so much? The German was 29 when they gave him that deal last year too, so there was no latent sell-on value

"Sometimes, you have to make decisions based on hard facts and cold emotion, and to me, those two factors screamed to not pay Ozil the money

"

A Day as a K-Pop Idol - Duration: 13:51.

When we were conceptualizing this episode

I planned about who wil be involved

I looked for people who will act as my crowd,

paparazzi, camera men, and security guard

Fortunately, I completed the list the night before the prank

The next day, we met at McDonald's Tagaytay where we weill initiate the prank

We planned about the positions, the routes

I felt so nervous for some reason because

we literally had no idea what could happen.

Would we get crowded by people

Would anyone believe us

Maybe that's why I felt so nervous.

We also talked about my celebrity name which turned out to be Kim Minjoon.

Kim Minjoon will be my celebrity name.

It's funny because many came to act as the fake crowd.

There were 10 of them.

By approximately 3 pm. We started the prank.

I changed my clothes, wore a mask, glasses, and a cap. So we started.

When we started the prank, no one was giving us attention.

But there was one,

and it's funny because she approached us

And she talked to me and asked if it's okay to take a picture.

The plan was those who want to take pictures have to ask the guard

then the guard would tell me so it would seem like I don't speak Tagalog.

But she asked me and then I answered her in Tagalog.

I said, "sure it's okay."

Then I only realized when she was already taking pictures

what I was supposed to do.

From then on, wherever we go she follows.

Since there were a lot of fake crowds,

I thought she was one of them.

The plan was we were going to the Fora Park but

there were not much people at the mall entrance.

While on our way to the park, something unexpected happened.

While we were thinking of what to do at the front of the grocery store

Our fake crowds suddenly shouted and cheered.

They were so loud that all of the customers in the store went out.

Even the security guard went out.

So we decided to go inside the store.

We were worried whether their security guard would let us in or whatever.

But what's funny is that I was the first one to come in

The store security guard was supposed to inspect for security reasons

but my guard purposedly blocked the store security guard.

So we went in, the crowd was still following us.

A lot of people were looking at us.

Even the cashiers stopped what they were doing.

We didn't realize that there was a dead end.

Then I got an idea.

Then I asked my guard to ask the staff where the restroom is.

Let's pretend I need to go to the restroom.

So we went to the restroom and the crowd was still waiting outside.

There were people pointing their phone cameras at us taking pictures

There were still loking at us

Then we finally went outside.

When we went outside the store

there were a lot of people passing by.

And there was a group just passing by and

And there was a group just passing by and

I waved at them because

they were staring at us and were arguing

whether they should come closer or not.

Then we went to the front of our meeting place.

There, many things happened.

(You guys are embarassing!)

(Oh my God! It's Kim Minjoon!)

(Can I take a picture?)

(Miss, let me take you a picture.)

(I feel shy.)

(So handsome!)

(He's just a man. Denise, he's just a man.)

(H E ' S J U S T A M A N)

(Who wants to buy umbrella?)

(Sir! Is he famous?)

(What's he's name?)

(Where's he from?)

(K-dramas, he also performs.)

(We also just saw him.)

(Does he apppear on TV?)

(Kuya, I'll take your picture)

(That's Kim Minjoon!)

(It's true! This guy told me.)

(He said it's true.)

(Kuya, he's Korean.)

(You can do it, Kuya!)

(Buy some umbrellas!)

(They want to take pictures.)

(Go on! Take a picture! It's okay.)

(So he can be more famous.)

(From what entertainment is he from?)

We finally decided to stop the prank when

people started searching Kim Minjoon on their phones.

They were also asking our fake crowd about

Kim Minjoon's entertainment company, group

And they don't know how to respond.

So when I noticed it, we stopped.

I told my guard that we should go back and change our clothes.

I enjoyed doing this prank because

I was given a chance to peek at what's to come.

I got to taste fame even for a while.

It's a good experience

I felt a lot of emotions.

I felt nervous, scared, happy, glad

It really was a good experience.

How City's busy schedule can give them a title race advantage - Duration: 2:28.

Pep Guardiola thinks any Manchester City fixture jam could work to their advantage in the title race

Success in the Carabao Cup means the Premier League game with Everton will have to be moved at the end of February, while should either Manchester side make the FA Cup quarter-finals the March derby will also have to be rearranged

Should the Blues progress to the latter stages of the Champions League there will be little room for rest and recovery as they look to chase down Liverpool, who are out of both domestic cups

Guardiola can see the obvious advantage of having more time off between games, but expects his side to build up a rhythm as they challenge on four fronts

"I don't know. [Maybe] when you are fresh mentally and in the legs in the latter stages, but if you play every three days everyone is in rhythm, everyone is focused," he said

"Sometimes when you have one week, 10 days off, the rhythm sometimes is wrong. So really I don't know

"If you win games and go to the quarter-finals, semi-finals of a competition it is a huge excitement and everyone will be involved so when I go out it's because the other [team] was better so we are not going to drop any competition

When Wigan scored in the last minutes, congratulations Wigan and out of the cup and go to Abu Dhabi for five days but we are not going to organise our schedule to go to Abu Dhabi

"It is what it is. I understand completely the question, of course I'm a little bit concerned but it is what it is

What can we do? We will see, when the federation of the league decides that's when you play the game, that's when we'll play that day

Cos'è il 'VERO GIAPPONE' ? - Duration: 7:21.

Some describe it with this absurd equation: Beautiful = False & Ugly = True. But what is "True Japan ©?

It happens more and more often to notice that in the vast, yet so small and closed, world of socials, when we talk about Japan we are going to create structurally two groups: One of those who "are right" and the others.

Who is right describes his Japan as the "Real Japan ©"

While all the others are wrong, at best, or interested in selling a Japan other than the real one. A new conspiracy, the conspiracy of "how beautiful is Japan"

(please like this video)

Over time, a series of images of Japan has been created in the minds of anyone of us: photographs, videos, descriptions, links regarding events or news ...

Especially on socials, where news and information are born, are translated, reported or, perhaps, unfortunately, simply invented, everyone tends to search the image that comes closest to what he would like it to be

and they use them to make it become a reality

collecting and constantly sharing a genre you try to show it as Truth. The fact is that Truth does not exist.

Or rather, there is certainly something real, something real, but everything is always to be read and, above all, understood. But let's get back to talking about Japan.

Take for example Akihabara, the world famous Tokyo district almost exclusively dedicated to the latest pop and youth culture

It is full of buildings covered with posters of Pokemon, video games and idol? Yes and no.

The main street certainly is.

It is because there are shops that sell products related to this world and so it is normal that, as could happen in front of a shopping center focused on fashion that maybe exposes a huge billboard on Zara

here you advertise the latest manga or video games released and which is hoped to sell in billions of copies.

But what if we move from the main street into a side street?

Billboards disappear, we find little shops selling cables and light bulbs, some kebab restaurant, a school, a small park, condominiums ..., the end of a dream that it sold as something magical and incredible.

And it is magical and incredible, but it is a specific place within a context and a situation.

In short, in its special being (and it is special, since in the world it is still UNIQUE today) it is still something normal, understandable and justifiable

in Akihabara nobody gives dreams or a better world, simply sell products related to something, and this something, here, is related to a fantasy world that is loved by the beauty of people and for this reason this trade is greatly appreciated.

Is it therefore a false place? Absolutely not! Akihabara is Akihabara, simply.

But for one of the sides of the Great War of True Japan, Akihabara is not Real Japan ©.

"The Real Japan © is Kyoto, with its Temples and traditions and antiquity and the kimono and the Geisha", others say.

Many of these then will be disappointed when they see that in the Temples are the satellite dishes,

The electric cables and that the Geisha Houses they are located next to restaurants in a neighborhood where taxis and lot of tourists

But we are talking about this in another video about disappointment.

There are those who live their day working but still happy and satisfied and, in the evening, you give a particular cafe, a bar with a unique style or a charming restaurant.

There are those who are studying and in their free time go to the games room or walk around Akihabara. There are those who visit the Temple, who is lost among the Torii of the Shinto Shrine of Fushimi Inari.

Someone is waiting for the subway. Someone argues with the neighbor. There are those who throw the cigarette on the ground and some see another person throw the cigarette on the ground.

There is everything and everyone reports what, for what he is doing and for what he wants to communicate, he sees and feels like something to show at that moment.

And with the Social we all see everything about everyone. And it's all true, there are no photomontages. The real problem, therefore, is not to distinguish the true from the false, but to understand that it is all true in that context and way. And only in that context and way.

Take the example of the tour operator who organize trips to Japan. What will he need?

He will need to earn money as it is their job. How can they earn? Selling trips.

How can they sell trips? Making good publicity ... and sells more a good video advertising where I show how many good things are there in Akihabara or a video where I show a clerk in Shinjuku at 5 am drunk that also vomits the soul? Obviously the first one.

But they are both true, only that they show what suits them best.

Other examples are the newspapers with their reporters from Japan. What will they need?

They will need to earn money as it is their job. How can they earn? Writing interesting articles. How can I make their articles interesting? Writing something that attracts a lot of attention, something big, incredible, amazing

and sells more of an article where I describe a wave of suicides among middle school kids or describe the lazy day of a pensioner who plays a card in a park in Nagoya? Obviously the first one.

But they are both true news, only that sho what suit them best.

Ok, we can go on forever like this: the travel agency has to sell very cool tourist locations, the journalist has to sell the scandal,

the youtuber must keep the people attached to the video so maybe square sushi and poorly dressed girls, the blogger writes about others who write or say things ...

and it's all true. Only that it is partial.

A phrase from the writer Sasori comes back to mind: "if I wake up happy in the morning, I will hardly want to write about sad things".

One of the things, therefore, that we have noticed is that those who talk about happy things are "false".

That is, if you are happy, if you have a good life you are happy, if you live interesting and full of good times ... then you are false because you have not reported the brutal murder occurred in the place such.

But, hey, ok, we're watching the news too but if we were visiting the Temples yesterday and then a museum about a Nihonshu merchant / distiller's house and we were going to talk about it, it's not like we're fake they want to keep the murders in Japan hidden

just yesterday we had these things that focused all our attention and emotions and then we talked about something else on our socials. It works like this, it's the human mind

(especially when you do not have a "plan" to follow)

Who decided to deal with certain themes for some purpose show this dark side of Japan then shows the unique, inimitable, irrefutable Real Japan ©.

and so: Beautiful = False & Ugly = True

We do not believe we have ever seen an equation more absurd than this. Yet it seems to be the latest trend on social media. I have bad news (and therefore it is a True News ©):

it does not work like this. A life of absolutes is not realistic, it is not physically possible on this planet and in this reality that we live.

Japan (but like a little 'all the world, I would say) has its positive and negative sides, has beautiful things and bad things, has older and newer places.

Let's finish by saying that there is no Real Japan ©, no one tells Truth © while others are lying (except for some exceptions of course but this is a separate discussion)

and there is no plot to show a Japan that is not that Japan that describes really sees.

Probably with this video who was first convinced that the Real Japan © is only the ugly one of incurable misfortunes and social trauma will continue to think but ... we simply wanted to give our opinion.

We firmly believe that the ancient maxim of "live and let live" should be memorized and engraved in everyday thoughts, whether we are talking about Japan or any other topic.

L' Institut Tavistock - Duration: 35:25.

Hello everyone.

I promised you a topic about the Tavistock Institute a few days ago,

In this video, my main source will be the blog "Amer Dessous des Cartes"

very interesting blog, which I put the link in the description

On the agenda include: America's best kept secret;

the Tavistock Institute, a social engineering laboratory;

social engineering and mental control

Daniel Estulin, or Western culture as a weapon of mass destruction.

Below Tavistock Institute

The Tavistock Institute was founded in 1947 by Frederick Emery, Eric Trist, Henry Dicks,

Leonard Browne, Ronald Hargreaves, John Rawlings Rees, Mary Luff and Wilfred Bion.

Tommy Wilson was the first President.

The original name was Tavistock Institute of Human Relations.

Its object was mainly the study group behavior and behavior

organizational.

Kurt Lewin, had a great influence on the work of the institute.

Several members of the institute play important roles in business

like John Rawlings Rees who became the first president of the World Federation

for Mental Health (World Federation for mental health).

In the program: - America's Best Kept Secret

- Social engineering and mental control, the Tavistock Institute

- Daniel Estulin, or western culture as a weapon of mass destruction

The Tavistock Institute Organized social chaos

Alternative media evoke in the framework of global governance, organizations

globalists, including the Bilderberg Group, the Trilateral, CFR, etc.

But for the purpose of a global understanding, the bodies and foundations responsible for designing

mass manipulation programs according to the objectives defined by these

global organizations should only not be neglected or underestimated.

Indeed, beyond the central core of power of the summit of Freemasonry and the second

circle formed by globalist organizations is a third circle of power

constituted by foundations and associations philanthropists, like the Rockefeller Foundation,

the Ford Foundation or the Tavistock Institute, which we will discuss in this article.

THE TAVISTOCK INSTITUTE

Most of these foundations serve as leverage of power to multinationals and finance

their programs.

They are experimental laboratories of some of the key ideas of

global organizations.

The Tavistock Institute represents an example uplifting.

It was founded by service members British and American secrets (with

Rockefeller Foundation funds)

Let's mention Mr. Rees, who was a key man of the OSS, the ancestor of the CIA.

Since 1930, this institution installed in central London will be taken over by

Mr. Kurt Lewin, researcher in psychology of German origin and founder of the famous

NTL (National Training Lab), psychology center Harvard Clinic.

It has become the temple of behaviorism, that is to say of behavioral psychology.

Mr. Lewin is known for his work in handling and behavior

masses and brainwashing off scale obtained through torture and trauma

repeated.

He is the one at the origin of the theory of the clean slate, according to which when the

terror is induced in a whole society given, the company then refers to

a kind of stupor, situation where control can easily be obtained

from an outside point.

Mr Lewin claims that the company will be able to to be controlled, and better, can be

gradually led to a state of mind infantile, immature.

He has labeled this kind of social chaos under the strange name of fluidity.

Fred Emery, another researcher at the Institute Tavistock, describes the effects induced by

this social chaos, a chaos itself engendered by social traumas, that is to say

economic and political crises, social conflicts, etc.

The society is then divided into groups hostile as institutions collapse.

Extremist groups are emerging.

For Fred Emery, the form of social chaos the most complete is the dissociation,

a state in which the individual person identifies with the company itself

and dissociates himself from his basic personality.

Because of fear, she isolates herself from others members of the social group.

Individuals become suspicious and paranoid fall back on themselves.

The dominant culture is then based on superstitions and fantasies, while

the only means of communication between beings are the electronic media, acting

as decoys and accentuating the separation and dissociation.

We understand why the network Internet has largely been created and

especially made accessible to the general public.

Similarly, in his work Entre deux Âge, the role of America in the technotronic era

(1970), Mr. Brzezinski, member of the CFR and current mentor of Barak Obama, describes his

ideal social order and predicts the advent of the electronic age, of control by

the media of the leisure society as well that the need for a new form

social control: "At the same time, the possibility of exercising social control

and politics on the individual will only increase ; it will soon be possible to exercise a

continuous monitoring of each citizen by the folder with information without

renewed and containing the details the most intimate about his state of health and

his personal behavior, in addition to the data usual.

Power will be in the hands of those who will hold the information.

Our institutions in place will be replaced by management and prevention institutions

crises.

Their task will be to identify in advance social crises and develop the

programs to answer them.

"

THE MÉCÈNES OF THE INSTITUTE

The personalities officiating at the Institute Tavistock dedicated themselves during and after

the second world war to research psychological warfare, working

first on behalf of the OSS and then of his successor, the CIA.

Just as amazing are the generous sponsors of these works and the Institute

Tavistock, starting with WHO, the Ministry British Foreign Affairs, the

Rockefeller Foundation, the Ford Foundation and a complex network of sister organizations.

The Tavistock Institute is also connected to the World Organization for Mental Health,

at UNESCO and Mr. Brzezinski's CFR.

In short, we have a beautiful network of influences that has obviously inspired

the model of society in which we live.

In addition, the Tavistock Institute plays a key in the invention of a psychiatry

social as a political science allowing the use of preventive intervention techniques

on large scales.

THE MOST COMPLETE SOCIAL CHAOS FORM CORRESPONDS TO DISSOCIATION.

THE INDIVIDUAL IS IDENTIFIED TO SOCIETY IN ITSELF AND DISSOCIATES ITS PERSONALITY.

THE IDEOLOGICAL HYPNOSIS

All programs of foundations and institutes funded by private groups

are so many research laboratories that have put into practice the ideas advocated

by the second circle of power.

To understand in what ideology fit the ideas and goals of groups like

Bilderberg, it is fundamental to understand that individuals who centralize power

within these groups transcend the traditional cleavage left / right.

So, you can see very well sit side by side in these organizations

economists of Marxist obedience as Edward Mandell, CFR member, next to ultra

liberals like Milton Friedman, democrats like Republicans, Socialists and

conservatives.

Membership in a political party is only relevant at the population level

who is hypnotized by this apparent vision left / right, conservative / progressive,

while the elite agrees to deploy a way to conserve power by crossing

crises and divisions.

THERE IS NO MORE POWERFUL TECHNIQUE HANDLING THE POPULATION AS FROM IT

SAY WHAT IT WANTS TO HEAR AND NOTHING TELL ME THAT IT DOES NOT WANT TO HEAR.

THE OBAMA EXAMPLE

What methods are used by the oligarchy versus Barak Obama

? Indeed, like all the presidents, Barack Obama is linked to the Bilderberg group.

This recognition makes sense to the extent where Mr. Obama is a creation of the

Trilateral Commission.

Barack Obama was initially the candidate from Mr. Brzezinski who, as you

know, is currently the mentor, and the billionaire anti-Russian Georges Soros.

The Obama phenomenon is the operation of mind control of the masses the most flagrant

and fabulous that we have ever seen.

In its founding principle, the plan consisted of to make Obama the center of all hopes,

of all beliefs and wills of change.

That's why it was crucial for him to never give specific details about this

what do the terms "hope," really mean, change, belief. However, I can

you specify what these terms mean in the context of the manipulation game of

the spirit put in place by Barack Obama.

They actually mean everything you have decided to see it.

The central strategic idea is that you project on Barack Obama everything in what

you believe so that he embodies the symbol of your own will and of

your own conception of the world: "I will be what you want me to be.

Some want to see him play a messiah, Abraham Lincoln, John Kennedy or Buddha.

It's just a blank page, a screen, an empty shell.

There is no more powerful technique of manipulation of the population than of him

say what she wants to hear and nothing tell him about everything she does not

do not want to hear.

Barack comes from the particular world of persuasion media.

He works with masters of art from the manipulation of consciences.

Barack Obama's speeches are based on mass techniques, control

of mind and neurolinguistic programming.

They are carefully designed to implant beliefs and perceptions in the mind

public.

THE DICTATURE TO COME

The election of Barack Obama obeys completely on the program of the Bilderberg Group and the

Trilateral since the reign of Obama will put in pieces the middle class and the class

American workers.

But the worst is yet to come: Barack Obama is going cause such a wave of discontent

that the neo-conservatives will use it ideally to regain power

and install an ultra-conservative government who will have the support of the population, which

is in the medium term the goal of the oligarchy.

Indeed, she knows perfectly well that must vary the style of political governance

to maintain effective social control on the basis of the thesis / antithesis system.

For example, it is necessary to use hatred the people have against George W.

Bush so he supports the "coup d'etat From Barack Obama.

The latter will lead a negative policy wrapped in vague slogans of left and no

not the rhetoric of neo-conservatives, who no longer has any credit.

For example, in the USA, there was a period dominated by a reactionary power, that

of Nixon, then a catastrophic episode and violent that was the Carter period, and

then a new long reactionary period Reagan - Bush.

All these schemes and their change are managed by individuals from the ruling class

who are not married with ideologies.

Their ideology is simple: it is the oligarchy.

The reaction to Barack Obama's regime will be violent: it will be based on discontent

popular and install a real dictatorship.

America's Best Kept Secret

Established in 1947, the Tavistock Institute is an independent non-profit organization

lucrative seeking to associate research in social sciences to professional practices.

Creation and design issues of institutions and organizational changes

are addressed in all sectors - government, industry and trade, health and well-being,

education, etc. - within nations or internationally and customers go from

multinationals to small community groups.

The development sector has always used a behavioral approach for evaluation

new and experimental programs, particularly concerning health, education

and the growth of communities.

What gave birth to new formations parallel to the classic lecture program

on relations between groups.

The Institute owns and publishes the newspaper monthly Human Relations which is today

in his 48th year [actually at his 66th year, the article dates from 2001] and he

recently launched a new journal, Evaluation.

Three elements combine to make the Institute an unusual case, if not

unique: it has its independence because it self-finances fully, without subsidies

from a government or other sources ; its orientation in research actions

the place straddling the fields of the university and consulting firm, but not in; and

its range of disciplines includes anthropology, the economy, the behavior of organizations,

political science, psychoanalysis, psychology and sociology.

The ideology of American foundations was created in London by the Institute

Tavistock of Human Relations.

In 1921, the Duke of Bedford and the Marquis of Tavistock bequeathed a building to the Institute

in order to study the effects of trauma about surviving British soldiers

at the first world war.

Its purpose was to establish the "point of breakage "of men in a state of stress,

under the direction of the Office of the Army British for psychological warfare,

directed by Sir John Rawlings-Reese.

The Tavistock Institute has its headquarters in London.

His prophet, Sigmund Freud, settled at Maresfield Gardens when he moved

for England.

Princess Bonaparte gave her the gift of remains.

The pioneering work of Tavistock in science of behavior according to Freudian directives

the "control" of humans has made it the global center of ideologies foundation.

Its network now extends from the university from Sussex to the US by Stanford Research

Institute Esalen MIT [Massachusetts Institute of Technology] Hudson Institute Heritage Foundation

Center of Strategic and International Studies Georgetown, where staff are trained

of the state department, secret services of the US Air Force, and the companies

Rand and Miter.

Company staff is required to undergo indoctrination in one or the other

of these institutions controlled by Tavistock.

A network of secret groups, Mount Pelerin Society, Trilateral Commission, Foundation

Ditchley, and the Club of Rome serves as a channel instructions to the Tavistock network.

The Tavistock Institute has developed impressive brainwashing techniques that were

initially used experimentally on American prisoners from the war of

Korea.

His experiences of control methods crowd have been widely used on

the American public, furtive aggression but nevertheless scandalous against freedom

by modifying individual behavior by a targeted psychology.

A German refugee, Kurt Lewin, became director of Tavistock in 1932.

He arrived in the US in 1933 as a "refugee ", The first of many infiltrators, and

founded the Harvard Psychology Clinic, where is the propaganda campaign coming from?

to ride the Americans against Germany and we [the Americans] get involved in the

second World War.

In 1938, Roosevelt signed a secret agreement with Churchill who was giving in

US sovereignty to England, because that he planned to leave the Directorate

Special Operations [secret service British] to control American policies.

To implement this agreement, Roosevelt sent General Donovan to London for

to be indoctrinated before putting on foot the OSS [Office of Strategic Services]

(now the CIA) under the aegis of the Special Operations Directorate and

of the British intelligence service.

The entire OSS program, as well as that that of the CIA has always worked

under the guidelines established by the Institute Tavistock.

The Tavistock Institute is at the origin massive bombing raids on the

civilians led by Roosevelt and Churchill in a goal of pure clinical experimentation

terror on the masses, with archiving results after observation of the reaction

"guinea pigs" in "conditions of controlled laboratory ". All techniques

of Tavistock and the American foundation have a single purpose - break the psychological strength

of the individual and make it helpless to oppose the dictators of the World Order.

All the techniques that help break the unity of the family and the principles

family religious inculcated, honor, patriotism and sexual behavior are

used by Tavistock scientists as mass control weapons.

The methods of Freudian psychotherapy induce a permanent mental illness by

destabilization of the personality at those who undergo this treatment.

The victim is then advised to "establish new rituals of personal interaction

», That is to say, to offer oneself of brief sexual encounters that actually leave

participants drifting, without relationships stable personalities in their lives, destroying

their ability to create a family or to provide for it.

The Tavistock Institute has acquired such power in the US that no one can access the

notoriety in any field if he was not trained in behavioral science

Tavistock or one of its subsidiaries.

Henry Kissinger, whose meteoric rise in power would be inexplicable otherwise,

was a German refugee [Jewish] and a student of Sir John Rawlings-Reese at SHAEF

[Supreme Headquarters Allied Expeditionary Force, Supreme Headquarters of the Expeditionary Forces

Allied].

Dr. Peter Bourne, psychologist at the Institute Tavistock, selected Jimmy Carter for

to be president of the US, only because that he had undergone an intensive program of

brainwashing administered by the admiral Hyman Rickover in Annapolis.

"The experience" of racial integration mandatory in the US was organized by

Ronald Lippert, OSS and Congress American Jew, and Director of Training

children to the Relations Commission Community.

The program was designed to disassemble the individual sense of knowledge of his

identity, of his racial heritage.

Through the Stanford Research Institute, Tavistock controls the Education Association

National.

The Social Research Institute of the Laboratory National Training Practice washing of

brain on corporate executives and of the government.

The power of Tavistock is such that the totality of the space program has been set aside

so that the Soviets can catch up their delay.

This interruption was requested in an article written by Dr. Anatol Rapport, and was immediately

granted by the government by mystifying completely all those who were connected

with NASA.

Another famous Tavistock operation is the creation of the Wharton School of Finance

[School of Management] of the university of Pennsylvania.

The only common denominator identifying the Tavistock's overall strategy is the use

of drugs.

The infamous MK Ultra program of the CIA, in which LSD was administered to officials

who did not suspect anything to study their reaction as "guinea pigs",

ended with several deaths.

The US government had to pay millions compensation to the families of the victims,

but the culprits were never charged.

The program was designed when Sandoz AG, a Swiss chemical company owned by

SG

Warburg Co of London, created lysergic acid [LSD].

Roosevelt's advisor, James Paul Warburg, son of Paul Warburg who drafted the Law on

the Federal Reserve and nephew of Max Warburg who had financed Hitler, founded the Institute

for Political Studies to promote Drugs.

The result was the "counterculture" of LSD of the 60s, the "student revolution

Which was financed to the tune of 25 million dollars by the CIA.

Part of the MK Ultra was paid by the Human Ecology Fund; the CIA

also funded Dr. Herbert Kelman from Harvard to practice other experiments on

the control of the mind.

In the 1950s, the CIA financed in Canada great experiments with LSD.

Dr. D.

Ewen Cameron, President of the Association of Psychology of Canada, and Director of

the Royal Victoria Hospital in Montreal, received large subsidies from the CIA to administer

to 53 patients with high doses of LSD and record their reactions; the patients were drugged

for weeks and we put them through electroshocks.

A victim, the wife of a Member of Parliament Canadian, sued companies

Who provided the drugs to the CIA.

All the archives of the test program of the CIA were destroyed by order of the Director

of the MK Ultra.

Like all the efforts of the Tavistock Institute relate directly to the creation of collapses

cyclical, the effect of the programs of the CIA is tragically felt.

R.

Emmet Tyrell Jr, in a Washington article Post of 20 August 1984, mentions the "consequences

sordid years of the '60s resulting in' a increased birth rate outside marriage,

minor illegalities, addictions to drugs, wars, STDs and diseases

mentals ".

This is the legacy of the Warburgs and the CIA.

Their main agency, the Institute for political studies, was funded

by James Paul Warburg; his co-founder was called Marcus Raskin, the protégé of

McGeorge Bundy, President of the Foundation Ford.

Bundy had appointed Raskin as a representative President Kennedy's staff at the Council

National Security and he financed in 1963 Students for the Democratic Society,

which allowed the CIA to operate the culture of drugs.

The Tavistock Institute operates today [I remember that the article dates from 2001]

a network of foundations of 6 billion dollars to the US, all financed by money

American taxpayers.

Ten major institutions are under his control direct, with 400 subsidiaries and 3000 other groups

studies and think tanks ["think tanks "] that create many types of

programs to increase control of the World Order on the American people.

The Stanford Research Institute, in connection with Hoover Institution, works with a

budget of $ 150 million annually and 3300 employees.

It carries out a monitoring program for Bechtel, Kaiser plus 400 other companies

and extensive intelligence operations for the CIA.

It is the largest institution of the Coast West that encourages control of the mind

and behavioral sciences.

One of the key agencies in the guidance of instructions secrets from the Tavistock is the Ditchley

Foundation, founded in 1957.

The American branch of the Ditchley was directed by Cyrus Vance [died in 2002], former

Secretary of State and Director of the Foundation Rockefeller, and Winston Lord, President of

Council of Foreign Relations.

One of the main unknown roles of the Rockefeller Foundation was to control

technically world agriculture.

Its director, Kenneth Wernimont, developed controlled agricultural programs in Mexico

and in Latin America.

The independent farmer is a serious threat to the World Order because it produces

for himself and his production can be converted into capital, which gives it a

independence.

In Soviet Russia, the Bolsheviks thought to have achieved total control over the people

; they were dismayed to see their plans threatened by the stupid independence of

small farmers, the Koulaks.

Stalin ordered the GPUU [OGPU] to grab all the food and animals

Kulaks and starve them.

The first page of the Chicago American of 25 February 1935 announced,

SIX MILLION HUNGER IN SOVIET UNION

The crops of the peasants seized, they die of hunger with their animals.

To divert attention from this atrocity, it was later circulated that it was

the Germans and not the Soviets who had killed six million people, figure

recovered on the Chicago American headline by a Chicago publicist.

The Communist Party, the Peasant Party and Workers, have exterminated the peasants

and put the workers into slavery.

Many totalitarian regimes have discovered that the little farmer was their biggest

obstacle.

In France the reign of Terror was directed not against aristocrats, including one

a good part was favorable, but against the small farmers who refused to return

their wheat to the revolutionary tribunals in exchange for worthless assignats.

In the United States, the foundations are currently engaged in the same kind of extermination war

against the farmers.

The traditional formula of earth + work for the farmer was changed due

the farmer's need to gain power to buy necessary industrial goods

to his agricultural operations.

Due to this need for capital, the farmer is especially vulnerable to manipulation

interest rates of the World Order, who put it on the straw.

Exactly as in the Soviet Union, early 30's, when Stalin ordered

Kulaks abandon their small plots to live and work on collective farms,

the little American farmer faces this same type of extermination, being obliged

to give up his piece of land and get hire by large agricultural trusts.

The Brookings Institution and other foundations created the monetary programs put

implemented by the Federal Reserve system to destroy American farmers, a

remake of the Soviet tragedy in Russia, with a farmer survival clause if he

became a slave laborer of the giant trusts.

As soon as the citizen becomes aware of the truth role of the foundations, it can include the

high interest rates, high taxes, the destruction of the family, the degradation

churches to make forums for the revolution, the subversion of universities

transformed into cesspools of addiction to drugs by the CIA and government corridors

changed to international spy sewers and intrigues.

The American citizen can understand today why all federal government agents

are against him; New Deal Agencies [Agencies applying the "recovery program"

Economic, the New Deal, started in 1933 by Roosevelt], the FBI, the IRS [Internal

Revenue Service, tax collector], CIA and BATF [Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco,

Firearms and Explosives, Department of Ministry of justice] must wage war against

citizens to carry out the programs of the foundations.

Foundations are in direct violation of their statutes that commit them to accomplish

works of "charity", since they do not make endowments that do not participate

not for their political purpose.

Charges have been laid and never denied that the Heritage-AEI network

had at least two "moles" of the KGB in his team.

Employ intelligence operators professionals as "charitable" workers

As was done in the mission of the Red Cross in 1917 in Russia, exposes

sinister politico-economic and social goals that the World Order asks the foundations

to achieve by "legacies".

It's not just tax fraud, because foundations are granted an exemption

only in the case of works charitable, but it's also unionism

criminal, a conspiracy to commit offenses against constitutional laws

United States of America.

Daniel Estulin and Tavistock

"Incidentally, the word" young "did not never been used until just

before the BEATLES arrives on the scene the TAVISTOCK institute.

As in the case of gang wars, nothing could not or would have been accomplished without the

cooperation of the media, in particular electronic media and, in particular,

Ed Sullivan who had been trained by the conspirators for the role he

had to play.

Nobody would have paid much attention to the motley crew of Liverpool

if there had not been an overabundance Press.

TAVISTOCK Institute and STANFORD RESEARCH CENTERS then trigger the words in

the general use around rock and its fans.

All trigger words designed in the framework of "rock music" were

designed for mass control of the new target group, the young people of America.

The Beatles did a perfect job, or maybe it would be more accurate to say that

TAVISTOCK did a perfect job, the BEATLES being more a "robots" formation with

a little help from their friends.

The role of the press and electronic media in our society is crucial for success

brainwashing of the population. "

Daniel Estulin, or western culture as a weapon of mass destruction

"The public can not understand this weapon, and so can not believe he's attacked

and submitted by a weapon. "

Silent weapons for quiet wars.

We have long opposed the small light Western and the rest.

In reality we see that the world whole entered the western matrix

and its greasy, basic and politically correct, China, Ecuador, or Niger or Qatar

understood, and that the whole world is going to die.

It will be child porn movies in 3D, sadistic video games good for killers

masses, soap operas for deaf-mutes, drugstores stuffed with sweets and

bestsellers selected by the NYT and all his clones.

Everywhere the same effects on masses without nations nor ideals.

As the sociologist Adorno already said:

"Repetitiveness, redundancy and ubiquity that characterize modern mass culture

tend to automate reactions and to weaken the resistance forces of the individual.

"

That's why I was very interested by the latest installment of the writer Daniel

livre (cherchez Kill King 33)…

✅ Breaking News - Martin O'Neill's time in the sun may have gone - Duration: 2:26.

Nottingham Forest came close to appointing Martin O'Neill as their manager in 1999, when he was manager of Premier League Leicester and Forest were in the division below

It shows the emotional pull of his old club that he almost said yes.As a player he won two European Cups and a Division One title for Brian Clough's Forest

Now, at 66, he has the chance to leave another mark on this storied club. But the story today is different — 20 years ago Forest would have been getting one of the brightest managerial talents of his generation

Share this article Share Back then, O'Neill was an irresistible force, dragging Leicester to promotions, cup success and into Europe on the back of a quirky brand of energetic motivation

Courted by Celtic, Leeds and fancied to succeed Sir Alex Ferguson at Manchester United one day, that was O'Neill's time in the sun

Despite subsequent success at Celtic, his flame never burned quite so brightly again and it remains to be seen what he can bring to Forest

It is almost six years since he was sacked by Sunderland and his subsequent spell as manager of the Republic of Ireland flatlined by the end

Recently, he spoke to The Times about his desire to work again. O'Neill's love for his craft and for the game is clear and his appetite for a challenge undimmed

But he sounded like a man desperate to prove something to himself. This is a big appointment for Forest

They have chosen O'Neill ahead of candidates such as Slavisa Jokanovic, who took Watford and Fulham to the Premier League and would have been fancied to do it again with Forest

But O'Neill is the romantic's choice and there is something appealing about that. He has said that he constantly felt the need to prove himself to Clough

Now that process is about to start again, only this time with a wider audience.  Share this article Share

Cheek Lift Exercise Update for Exercise Along With Me - Series 1 - Update - Duration: 9:16.

hello everyone today we're going to be doing the update to the upper cheek

exercise end the exercise along with me series one routine hi everyone thanks so

much for coming by today I want to talk to you about the upper cheek exercise

and give you an update with this exercise to help you with your facial

exercises to be much more successful so with this exercise the really important

thing is to put your mouth in an 'O' shape position and make this area taut

now what I've been my taught is tight okay let's give that a go that's the

action that you need to do underneath the placement of your hands so let's try

it once more so what you're doing is pulling up the zygomaticus muscles here

is a schematic of what the zygomaticus muscles look like these are your cheek

muscles and these cheek muscles activate the moving upwards they allow you to

move your cheeks upwards so when you go ahead and place your mouth in that 'O'

shape and lift it's putting resistance on those two muscles they are attached

to the Orbicularis Oris which is a very large muscle that sits

superficially which means it sits on top of all the other muscles that are

attached to it and there are quite a few but today all we're working with other

cheek muscles so let's give this a go with the hand placement with the hand

placement you place your fore fingers on your crow's feet you place your middle

fingers on the bottom of this eye socket and you place your your knuckles your

thumb knuckles right up into the corners of your lips when you go to lift it you

make that a shape making your cheeks taut and you lift

this exercise utilizes the Lift and Squeeze Technique here is the Lift and Squeeze Technique

go ahead and watch it because I developed it so that you could

have much better understanding of how to lift the muscles and then how to squeeze

them now watch that after this video because it will give you a really deep

understanding of this actual exercise so when you're lifting and squeezing in

this cheek exercise all of the energy is going out energy is a really important

thing when you're doing your facial exercises and you can master the

movement of the energy and you do that by utilizing the lift and squeeze

technique and focusing the energy going in a certain pattern so in this pattern

it goes up and out the other really important thing about this exercise that

will help you tone more this area is when you are actually lifting and

squeezing you then take your focus right to the top of your as zygomaticus muscle

and you squeeze it and there are areas here that you can squeeze as well so

taking the energy up and out and then finishing off with a big squeeze at the

top let's see if you can try it again mouth in an 'O' shape position making your

cheeks taut placing your fingers onto your face in the configuration and then

lifting and squeezing now try that again with me lifting and squeezing and then

finishing off with a squeeze here it's like another one or two seconds after

you do the exercise the actual lift so let's try it see if you can see me doing it

so I'm pushing out the energy and I'm squeezing it up here just for another

second or so and then I'm starting again

now the thing that you don't do with this exercise let's let's talk about

that the don'ts the don't are don't lift the muscles on the side of

your nose don't do the exercise with those it turns into a completely

different exercise because you're actually lifting the wrong muscles you

need to lift the zygomaticus muscles now this exercise is what helps my cheeks

have this lovely sweep back on them I'm really proud of the way that they

look so this has helped me sweep back my cheeks and have a lovely strengthened

cheek up here so that nothing is drooping now when you have the muscles

strengthened in this area and it's all strong what happens is it lifts the

nasolabial folds and when the nasolabial folds are lifted you don't have any

drooping and those awful lines that start to be created between your nose

and your lips so concentrate on using the zygomaticus muscles and not the

levitator muscles that's the first thing the next thing is be aware of how

much effort you're putting into it if you are a beginner with facial exercises

and you're finding it difficult to move the muscles just do it gently don't be

going at it like a bull at the gate to try to get your muscles going facial

exercises is a gradual change and if you try to do everything all at once you

will cause fatiguing and your muscles will not respond so if you are a

beginner just do the exercise gently so if you're a beginner just start gently

with all the exercises do that for yourself because as you start to get

your muscles moving and growing they will want to be worked a little bit

harder and stronger anyway so start gently if you have been doing exercises

for a while or facial exercises for a while go ahead and put more as much

effort as you feel that your muscles will take now remembering that you don't

go overboard with it don't do it so much where your muscles will ache

so badly don't press so hard that you are causing bruises please exercise some

common sense here go as far as you feel that you can without causing any damage

to yourself because people do it people literally do that so be use your common

sense when you're doing the exercises the other thing to remember of course

what I alluded to before was it does take time so you have to be patient with

this exercise it's a beautiful exercise and when you

actually get the hang of it and get into doing it it absolutely sweeps up your

cheeks and it lifts them and it makes your face look very very lifted it's

really a fantastic exercise and I love it

so the next thing that you work on with this exercise is your focus so all your

focus is up in drawing up the muscle to the end of it and squeezing to the end

because other muscles are involved like the platysma what will happen is you'll

tend to use a lot of these muscles too but what I want you to do is really

focus on the energy in this area don't worry about focusing down here and if

you are using that try to work ways of pushing the energy more upwards rather

than using this area focus is a very important thing in these exercises and

it is key to the exercise it's concentration and focus in what you are

doing so please do make a comment in the

comment box below if you want to ask a question I would really appreciate that

because then I can answer your questions because you know I do answer most of

everybody's questions as well as many as I can and do feel free to place

that comment in the box if you need to also remember to subscribe to the

channel because when you subscribe you get all the updates and as you know I'm

going right through all the updates all year through the whole series this year

you'll get an email or a notification of sorts also please remember to like the

videos when you like the video it really helps me in the ranks of YouTube so

please do give me a Like okay guys thank you so

much I hope you've enjoyed that you have a lovely day whenever you are in the
