VILLA ABBANDONATA RICCA DI TESORI [Urbex Italia] Ep. 4 - Duration: 10:58.

Here is a Harry Potter book.

Look. There are more than one

Guys, there are so many things in this mansion

I can not believe

What's written? Dear Dad...

Now let's go back to the station after taking Aunt Maria

it belonged to many people with different passions

We're careful, it's very dangerous

They put this beam

We walk slowly

There is no ceiling in that room

See how much stuff ... Look how many clothes

My God... There I believe there are other paintings

Drawings ...

Here there are at least 1000 drawings

What's this?

The frescoes of Assisi

Basilica of Assisi ... I do not understand ....

"Illustrated Monographs"

ok ...

Look how many books there are here

"The Military Culture Book"

You can leave me here too ...

"Radar method for rapid memory development"

Unfortunately, mold is slowly consuming all the books

In a few years there will be no more

Fortunately, the Ghost Village came

to show you what was there

you're welcome

But what is there?

What's on the sofa?

is it a pheasant?

It is a pheasant. it's stuffed.

inside there is straw

poor, I do not like it, it has a plastic eye

what a mess in this room

here it is even ...

ah no, I thought it was a dedication, instead it says: "blueberry syrup"

what a romantic dedication

here too there are other books ... My love?

You're my blueberry syrup

I do not take you anymore ....

why do I keep bringing you with me?

have you seen? there are chandeliers

I believe they wanted to move

so they put everything in the boxes

to take them away but then they gave up

Or they were objects stored in the attic

and someone brought them here

or, when the father died ...

These clothes are for men

yes they are

they packed everything to sell them, I think

probable, look what a crack

Beautiful color of the walls

yes, it's a beautiful color

Did you see this throne?

Cool, right? Yes

I think there were gold inserts here

They took them off. Likely

They are those old chairs where they put the inserts

I think

If you see well here there is a golden piece

it's true you're right

I want to see what's in the collapsed room

without entering

there is nothing, everything has collapsed

you will see the sky

what's on this piece of furniture?

I had not seen these books

it's nice because there's so much stuff that you can't see everything

We would have to come 10 times to see everything

What are this?

Picasso

Are they painters' magazines?

there is Renoir

Morandi

Kandinsky

They are encyclopedias

Beautiful! Since I'm here ...

I'll show you how this house is disastrous

This was a bathroom because I see the shower faucet

and it all collapsed

What did you find?

a book called "The Child"

They explain ...

"Act of shaking your head"

they try on the fourth day

what do you mean? "With continuous reflection"

sixteenth week

in practice, it explains the development of children's gestures

Ah OK

is useful! Yes it's very old

"Literary France"

There are so many newspapers on the floor here

There's a huge mess, guys

Look, there are other magazines dedicated to embroidery

the house is full of these things

I discovered one thing: turn left

and look in that box

are there other paintings? Open it

What is that? it is a plaster cast

there are 2 children, or rather 3 little angels

2 Putti. Putti? what are they?

They are called that

what is this?

It looks like a game for children

I think it's a crib

it's a box! yes it's a box for children

We have to go up, where were the stairs?

Now we have to risk our lives

I'm not scared... Come, do not worry

This was a living room, I think

Now we went to the kitchen

and this looks like a living room. Or where they worked ...

How many books, guys ...

There is a picture of 2 girls. Then they are them!

you say?

How beautiful! Yes...

1974 ... Then they are them

"History with friend"

One of them was her daughter, the other was her friend

My God, how many books ...

this library was supposed to be beautiful

I would go on ... Here too there are many books

look at how much stuff

look here

everything collapsed

that's the room we saw on the other side

now we have to go from here, but the floor is gone

the stairs are there

then...

Elisa, pass me the camera

I'm going over to see if it's worth it

and I'll tell you if you can come

Is not it better to have your hands free to save your life?

Pass the video camera

I tell you if it's good or not

if it's nice you come too

Wait a moment

it's an attic

there is nothing special

there are boxes, old chairs

some furniture

Elisa, I would say it's not worth it

There are some objects but ...

as the ceilings have collapsed

it's all rotten

My God, here is a world

I did not think there were all these things

Here there is even a new stove. Those that worked on gas

there is anything ... There you go up on the terrace

This is the view of the terrace

wonderful

it is completely immersed in nature

there is another house there. It seems abandoned. The windows are broken

it's really fantastic

there you can see a house, very far

really nice

all right

we explored it all, right?

Elisa?

Where are you?

I discovered an interesting thing

take the camera. Come, I have to tell you a story

a story?

What do you have to tell?

cover the name

It's him! University of Pisa?

it's a memory

"telegrams and letters of condolence"

he was very well known

Are the people who attended the funeral?

These are the books that put out the church during the funeral

they are so many, it's a whole book

Rome, Milan, Florence ... Pavia, Padua, Modena ...

This person was very famous in Italy

and probably also in the rest of the world

"List of participants in the funeral, deduced from legible signatures"

They are pages of signatures of people who were at the funeral

can you turn it?

look how many are ...

I'm afraid of breaking it .. then do not turn them

"lawyer's speech"

"professor's speech"

"Pontifical Academician"

is it about the church?

of course

do you realize how much he was known?

Yes I realize

do you realize that we could fall?

I am....

I am also upset ...

we move from here we are ...

we are flying !!! it was so romantic ...

especially if we fall

there are some photos

it's she! Yes...

they are very old, what year is it? 1974

but there's another name, I think it's the other sister

Yes...

she was beautiful... Yes...

how about going down? I'm tired

okay, are you going forward? Yes

We are on the floor because we were taking the photo for the cover

we do not even know if we will use it

we wanted to say bye

hoping that you enjoyed the video and the exploration

you can not not like it ... Let's hope!

see you at the next video. Bye!

Del 19 Hvordan vi fik båden hjem igen efter vores forlis - Duration: 15:26.

It's 7 A.M on a Monday morning.

We drove here to come and take the yacht home on a low loader.

I joined the driver in the escort vehicle.

We left last night at 7 P.M.

After arrival we tried to get some sleep in the car.

In the last couple of hours. It was a bit boring and saddening.

The weather is warmer than normal. So I had to do this walk to both think and have a walk.

Until we meet at 8 A.M.

And then we will see if the shipyard opens.

Then we can get to the yacht and get the mast off.

And then return back home.

Yep, have a look!

It's a beautiful, beautiful, beautiful morning here in the archipelago.

Christ, man.

Yep. That could have been me out there.

But it was not my turn. Not this time.

We are a family of 3 and we love sailing in our yacht.

With the philosophy of adventure awaits within reach.

We sail to discover.

Join us on a new adventure with CLAN

In the last vlog we made a deal with the Swedish shipyard.

About getting the boat up on the hard and making a repair of the rudder.

So we could get on with our summer vacation.

This is where 'the show' started.

First, they tried to lift the yacht up with a forklift.

But it was a bit undersized.

So they had to call in a mobile crane.

At a starting price of SEK 4,000. (= $ 450, € 390, £ 350)

Of course it could easily lift the yacht.

When the yacht came up. I could immediately see the damage was more extensive than expected.

Since we could not stay on the yacht while it was on the hard.

We had to move to the local hotel.

We were told that the next day we would get an estimate of how long it would take to repair.

Before we would be able to sail again.

But the days went by and we heard nothing.

I woke up this night at 1 o'clock.

And simply couldn't sleep.

Ehm...

Lay and thought of all these things that have happened.

What do we do now? And how do we move on from this point?

Could I have avoided the accident?

And what now? Thoughts going back and forth.

It is despite being absurdly tired.

I've had trouble remembering things. And.

If you take a look on a stress test.

Well, then I can tick almost all the factors on that list..

So I am in a kind of stress situation here.

So... uhmm...

Now we just have to ... Now I will usethis day.

Of course, something still has to be happening in relation to the broken rudder on the yacht.

But uhm...

Then I just need to spend the day finding myself again.

And like, ehh…

Move on. Because this is not good for me. It's just a downward spiral.

So we have to ... Make sure I get some food.

Make sure I get some sleep. Make sure I get away from it all. So...

So that's the plan.

I just talked to the insurance company.

And ehh...

That's how it's with insurance companies. This is sometimes a show.

And making sure to find out who.

Who will pay now? In relation to this damage on the yacht.

I'm excited about what happens.

No doubt I think that the insurance should cover.

I think they agree with me in their view.

But how do they want to cover it? It's a little...

It is probably more interesting.

Facts is that we are here in a harbor.

We can not sail the boat back to Denmark. It is simply too dangerous.

The rudder is litterally falling apart.

Because the damage it was much worse ...

No, it was bad enough to ...

It would have to be repaired in some way.

The yard does not have time to make a final finish.

Because their books a full.

But they have the opportunity to make an emergency repair. So that we can continue.

So now we see what happens in relation to the insurance.

There is also another challenge. We can not stay on the yacht right now.

So we are staying at a hotel.

There's a lot of things that have to be looked at here as well.

Otherwise, there is no more to say.

Yet.

"Right now."

"No matter where you find yourself."

"No matter what kind of stuff is going on in your life."

"Underneath it all everything is actually alright."

"You're ok."

"You have more power than you think."

"I would like you to give yourself credit fore."

"....there is something that's going on in your life."

"Know this."

"You've got the power in yourself."

"OK?"

"...and you just need to take better care of yourself."

"You're worth it."

"You can have those feelings every time you choose."

Well, CLAN is on the hard.

We have been waiting for several days and ...

Asking everybody: "What's happening?"

Will the repair start soon?

To start repairing this rudder. So that we can continue...

And return sailing on this vacation.

And its been a bit back and forth.

And we haven't really been able to get any clear answer from the yard. They have been sweet enough to help.

But we have not been able to get any clear answers.

This is most likely due to the fact that they are already busy with everything else.

There is really only one man working here.

So yesterday ...

Plus, there has been an insurance case in it as well.

So yesterday we got a message when we went down to ask at the yard.

"What's happening?" "How long do you expect you'll spend repairing it?"

And then they say 2-3 weeks.

Then my jaw dropped onto the floor.

So 2-3 weeks. Well, then our vacation will have ended..

Then I will have no time to sail the boat back home.

Because when they say 2-3 weeks.

Yes, but then it can be delayed and something like that.

How will they fix it? Will it be fixed. So it's a final solution or is it an emergency repair and?

ehh...

Back and forth. What should we do? Now?

We can't stay here for 2-3 weeks.

We can't. We could then leave the yacht and come back in a few weeks.

And then sail it home.

But it also requires that you take time out for it.

Because it is not just a one-day trip.

So the solution is simply to have the yacht up on low loader.

And get it transported back to Denmark.

It is at your own expense.

We will have to pay just over 20,000 DKR from our own pocket ($ 2700 or $ 3000 or £ 2400).

And that is how this show continues.

Because: When it's first in Denmark. Well, it's all going to be a bit easier.

Then I don't have to worry about having to get up here and then sail the yacht back home at some point.

Ehh...

Could I have sailed with this broken rudder the rest of the vacation?

Maybe...

I do not know. I have no idea what so ever. Therefore I will not do it.

I have not been able to get a clear statement from the yard.

Because they simply do not have time to help me.

They have all kinds of other boats they are working on.

So if they had said: We can easily repair this here.

But I simply don't know how much damage there is inside this rudder.

And I don't actually know... What to make of it.

The impact on the rudder is enormous when the sails are up.

So my fear was that when I started sailing, the rudder would start to disintegrate.

Which would make the steering of the yacht impossible.

Now we will return home.

To Denmark.

By bus and train.

Then I'll return.

Hopefully next week.

Uh, with a low loader.

Get it home and looked at in a shipyard.

It's about a month since the yacht came on the hard today. And eh...

And 2½ weeks since the yacht came back to Denmark.

Status is...

The new yard have looked at the yacht.

There will be made a brand new rudder.

It will be made here in Denmark.

There is some delivery time for it.

So we are awaiting it.

In addition, the lower back end of the keel must be hammered back in place. But that's a minor thing.

It doesn't seem to have been any damage to the hull itself.

We are very happy about that.

I am using the day today to be in the boat.

While we are on the hard.

And get it cleaned up. 'Cos I did not do that before leaving Sweden.

It looks like explosions of sails have occurred and I need to head and tail in it all...

The more things I can do while we are on the hard.

Well...

The easier it is to get back in the water again.

But it is difficult.

It is a task in patience this.

Because you depend on others...

...to do something. For me to move on.

It's fair.

Thats how it should be. But it does test my patience. Because

I'd rather be out on the water.

We are on our way to Dragør.

Finally after 2½ months.

CLAN came back in the water yesterday.

Rigged the mast as well, hopefully.

Time will tell. We will find out when we get there.

Now we are going out there to be there fore the weekend.

Even though the yacht is back in the water. Then there is still a lot: The final rigging needs to be done.

And tidying up. Cleaning.

Now we hopefully have a nice weekend in CLAN.

Then we just have to see how far we reach.

Welcome on board.

We have arrived here at the yacht after it has been put back in the water.

Uhm… It's a bit like coming back after the winter season.

Except that we usually have all the mattresses stored at home.

But now they have been lying here in the yacht and been packed away.

Then the yacht came off the hard and they made the first rigging on the mast.

And now it is Saturday and we are here to see what it looks like.

And it is chaos.

It looks a little different from normal.

Now I want to show you a bit around and show you how it looks inside the boat today.

Just watch.

Uhh ...

I'll just have to.

In here in the stern cabin. There is only one mattress that has been thrown inhere.

It is the sofa bed itself. It's not that bad.

Uh... the pantry.

Yes, it needs a good old cleaning.

This is suppose to be the seating area. They checked for water when the yacht was taken af the hard.

But it just needs to be cleaned up again.

Then there is a little tool scattering out on the tables.

It will have to go back in its place and also be cleaned up.

And then...

Yes.

So this is where we should able to sleep tonight.

It is packed with all our sails.

And mostly mattresses and cushions from the entire seating area.

It is reasonably close to the ceiling in here. I need some more space to sleep here later.

So somehow I have to dig myself into this cabin.

There is a bit of work for the next couple of hours here.

It was actually my old sailing instruktor Allan Røhr.

That taught me how to rig.

The way to do it is that you start from the outside and work inward.

And then it has to be tightened much harder than you actually expect.

It really has to be tightened, so the rig can withhold the forces of the wind in the sail.

That's what he taught me.

And I'm grateful he taught me that.

It has helped me ever since.

So thanks, Allan!

And yes, of course, they must also be equal in the rigging.

We have finally returned to our home port in Brøndby.

After...

2½ months (10 weeks).

The yacht has been away for 2½ months.

We certainly haven't.

We have only been in Oskarshamn and then driven back by a low loader.

And then it sailed from Dragør and home.

But we've arrived and this seasons weather is great.

Then the season must begin all over for us.

Then we start our season. We will go out and sail on some smaller trips.

And get as much out of the last part of the season it as possible.

It's really what it is all about. To get out on the water and be.

And then we have got this experience in our luggage.

In the next vlog on new adventures with CLAN

We start our season as tourists in Dragør.

6 WAYS TO LOOK AMAZING WEARING THE FLANNEL SHIRT FOR 2019 | MEN'S STYLE | RAHUL DESHPANDE - Duration: 11:48.

Do you wanna know how to wear flannels right?

Do you wanna know how to combine the flannel with other dresses, to create these beautiful,

wonderful combinations that'll make you look stylish, amazing and just, super, super cool?

Then, my friend, you're at the right place.

In this video, I'm gonna be going over six different ways you can combine the flannel,

with other dresses to create these wonderful combinations to look absolutely amazing.

All right, without any further ado, let's get started.

[Music]

All right, so we're gonna going over six different styles, right?

Because we're in January, we're essentially, we're in the winter right now, but we're also

transitioning to the spring.

So the first four styles are gonna be focused on the winter and the next two styles will

be focused on the spring.

All right?

Now, let's go.

Um, so, so the first style I like to call it the flannel on the turtle neck style.

So the idea is you wear a turtle neck, you wear a dark turtleneck and then you wear a

flannel on it.

And what you wanna do is, when you create this combination, uh, you want that the flannel

should be lighter than the turtleneck, because that will create a contrast and that contrast

will make that combination look beautiful and wonderful and absolutely awesome.

You will look absolutely amazing.

Um, let me show you guys how that looks like.

So, I've worn this super dark high neck.

And now, what I'm gonna do is, I'm gonna be wearing guess what?

An awesome flannel on it.

There you so.

So here's that flannel.

So, do you guys like it?

It's nice, right?

I mean, I, I love it so much and it's so cool, you know?

Um, the idea is so ... The reason I like it so much is, because of the combination you

know.

So, what we've done over here is, we've worn this high neck, you know, uh, which obviously

makes anybody look awesome and then we combine it with a super awesome, super cool, super

beautiful flannel shirt, and that combination you know, makes it look so unique, and uh,

absolutely amazing.

And that's the reason I like it.

That's the reason I love it so much.

And, that's why I feel like you should try it too, cause this style um, is so unique

and it's so different and I've not seen a lot of people dressed like this.

I've actually almost seen nobody dress like this, which is why I feel like you should

try it out.

So, yeah.

Um, uh, if you like this, uh, just uh, you know, let me know in the comments, you know.

I, I would, uh, really appreciate your feedback.

All right, so the next one is like a um, I like to call it the denim on the flannel style.

So the idea if you wear a white T-shirt, okay, or you can wear any you know ... Okay, let's

go with a white T-shirt.

You wear a white T-shirt and then you wear a flannel on it and then on that, you, and

by the way you wanna make sure that the flannel is unbuttoned, or particularly buttoned, just

like, you know, how we did it with the uh, high neck, right?

And then, on the flannel, what you wanna do is you wanna wear a denim jacket.

So, let me show you guys how it looks.

I'll have to go and fetch my flannel and my denim jacket and I'll be right back.

That was not a nice way of leaving the frame, cause I was kind of still there so, let me

try it again.

Pfff.

So, I have them here.

I have my purple flannel here and I have my denim jacket right here, so I'm gonna be wearing

this one and this one and I'll show you guys how that looks, okay?

All right, so let's do that.

I'm gonna wear that.

So, let's button that.

And, and now, on this, I'll be wearing a beautiful blue denim jacket.

It's nice, right?

You guys like this?

So, this is the uh, uh, this is uh, the second style.

Oh, I should have taken the price tag off.

Um, yeah.

Um, sorry, so yeah.

S, sorry about that.

All right.

So, do you guys like this style?

All right, so this is actually one of the styles that I really like as well.

I'm gonna just look so nice and cool and awesome.

Plus, I, I'm a huge fan of denim jackets, so there's this, but of course, um, if you

wanted you could wear a leather jacket on this also.

Um, but yeah.

So, this what, uh, this style is, so do you guys like it?

Um, let me know in the comment section below.

So, the third [inaudible] really nice and it's uh, something very different.

So the idea is, uh, you wear a T-shirt, obviously and then you wear a flannel on it, and then

on that, rather than wearing a denim jacket, what you do is you wear a thick sleeveless

jacket on it.

Okay?

And then, on that what you can do is you can wear a scarf.

You don't have to wear a scarf.

The scarf is optional, it just adds to the jacket, but yeah, but that's the idea.

You wear the flannel, and then you wear the uh, denim jacket.

So, let me show you guys how that looks like.

Okay?

So, just give me a, just give me a few minutes and I'll no, just give me a few seconds and

I'll change and I'll show you guys.

So, the thing is, my camera is here.

My tripod is here and all of my clothes are here and here, so I'm just gonna have to go

and fetch my clothes.

I'll wear them and I'll show them to you guys.

So, I'll ... Just give me a few.

Uh, just give me a few and I'll uh, I'll change and show you guys.

Hang on.

Uh okay, so the thing is, uh, I actually cannot find that sleeveless black jacket right now.

Just give me a few.

I'll be back.

Sorry.

So, there you go.

So this is the third style.

So, what I did was, I essentially worse a white T-shirt.

Um, I kind of changed the T-shirt, because uh, the thing is, that T-shirt has like a,

has purple between and I just wanted to like keep this like, uh, black, green, white and

not introduce purple here.

That's why I took another T-shirt.

But yeah, so essentially what I did, was I wore a white T-shirt here and then I wore

a, my black and white flannel, which I absolutely love and then on that, I wore this uh, black

sleeveless jacket that I was talking about.

So, I think this style looks really nice, um with the flannel and stuff.

And you know, uh, it keeps you warm also, because of this jacket and, you know, if it's

super cold then you know you can obviously zip the jacket and you know, wear it.

All right, so I hope you guys like this style.

Um, let's move onto the next winter style.

Okay, so this next winter style, what we're gonna do is, we're going to be wearing a hoodie

and then, guess what?

We're gonna be wearing a, that's right, flannel.

That's right.

We're gonna be wearing a flannel on that hoodie.

So, once again, we're, so essentially what we're doing is, we're taking two different

things.

We're taking a flannel and then we're taking something else, and then wearing the flannel

with that, to create the style, and that's what this is about.

That's what the idea is.

So, all right, so let me get my hoodie and I'll wear a ... So, I'll wear my purple flannel

uh, with my hoodie and I'll show you guys how that looks.

There you go, so this is my hoodie.

Um, I kind of feel like I'm Justin Bieber uh, in a song right now.

Baby, baby, baby Hola.

All right, focus, all right, alright.

Anyway, back to this.

Um, so I have this uh, hoodie, and now I'm gonna be wearing a purple flannel on this,

so let's do it.

So, yeah, so this is the fourth winter style, wearing the flannel and then wearing the hoodie

on it.

So, yeah, do you guys like this?

Um, I think this looks really nice and cool.

It's something different and unique again.

So, uh, which I think is really nice and um, yeah, that's why, that's why I really recommended

it and that's why I feel like you should really try this, and yeah, it'll look, I think it'll

look really nice and awesome.

Okay, awesome.

Let's move onto the uh, next style.

All right, back to my T-shirt again.

Okay, so we covered four winter styles.

Now, what we're gonna cover is, um, we're gonna cover two spring styles.

Uh, our first spring style is you know, it's kind of what we're [inaudible] already, so

you wear a flannel and then you wear a T-shirt inside the flannel.

So, um, the idea over here is, you wanna, you wanna make sure that you have good contrast

and good combinations.

So, let me show you an example.

So, I have an awesome red T-shirt here and I have a mustard flannel here, so I'm gonna

wear them together and show you how that looks like.

Just give me a few.

So I have my red T-shirt here.

Obviously it's from Old Navy.

And now I'm going to be wearing a mustard flannel on this.

One of ... Where's my mustard flannel?

Where is it?

Uh, uh, I can't find it.

Uh, uh.

Oh, there it is.

Found it.

I found it.

I found it.

So, here it is.

All right, so I'll wear this mustard flannel right now.

Okay.

Um, so are you guys liking this video so far?

Um, uh, if yes, please hit the like button and uh, don't forget to subscribe, uh, for

more style related content.

All right, so let's uh, get to this.

Okay, so I'm gonna make sure that this is done properly.

So this is that.

Um, yeah.

You guys like this?

Um, so this is just a, a different color combination.

I wore a mustard flannel and then I wore a red T-shirt on it, so let me ... I feel like

I should have come close to the camera, but yeah, so there you go, so there's that.

Um, if you, if you um, yeah, if you, if you like this, uh, let me know.

So, yeah, uh, so this is also a really nice style.

Once again it makes you look young and awesome and um, so the idea is we wanna wear bright

colors, at least I like to wear bright colors so over here I've chosen this mustard with

red and red is bright and that's why, that's why red is actually my favorite, uh, red is

one of my favorite colors, and, and now what I can do with this uh, I can wear dark blue

jeans at the bottom uh, yeah, I can wear essentially dark blue jeans at the bottom, and then that'll

look really nice.

All right, um, another combination that you can try, and I really love this.

This is actually one of my favorites is, uh, what you do is uh you wear the flannel, but

you wear it as a formal shirt.

So, typically when we wanna a wear formal shirt, what uh, typically what does a formal

shirt look like?

It's essentially nothing, but a plain shirt, right?

But now, instead of that, what you can do is, you can wear a flannel as your formal

shirt, right?

And so, you wear the flannel and then you wear a tie on that flannel, and there you

go.

That'll create this beautiful uh, and, and, that'll look so beautiful and so stylish,

and I absolutely love that.

So, essentially what we're doing here is we're taking this flannel and then we're using it

for something else, and that's what creates um, this new look.

And that's why I like it a lot, and that's why I feel like you should try it as well.

Let me show you guys how that looks.

I'm, loving this.

I, I'm, I'm really enjoying this.

By the way, I wanna say, thank you so much for watching this video.

Um, uh, obviously I, I still have more, but I'm so happy you're here.

I'm so happy you're watching this video and I'm really uh, I'm really enjoying uh, creating

this content for you and I'm so happy you're here, so thank you.

All right, let's uh, let's, let's wear this tie.

Let me actually put this trough here.

So there you go.

Um, that's the ... I'm using the optical viewer of my camera as a mirror at the same time.

Okay, um, yeah, I think that looks good.

So, yeah.

There you go.

Yeah, this is the idea.

This is also another really nice style.

And now, let's do something more with this.

You know, so let's think about this.

Um, so far, what did we combine with that, with our, with our flannel?

We combined the high neck, we combined the uh, the hoodie.

We combined the uh, denim jacket and we combined the uh, sleeveless jacket right, the sleeveless,

the jacket.

Now, uh, which one of these can we dig on this flannel?

Hmm.

So, let's try taking the denim jacket on this flannel.

So, I'm gonna take the black denim jacket and I'm gonna wear that on this and you guys

tell me how it looks.

Give me a second.

So I have this black denim jacket right here.

Here you go.

What do you guys think?

Nice right?

See, there you go.

So, we did ... So we did ... That was something formal and then we wore this denim jacket

on it and now it looks something different.

It looks something nice and cool.

So, that's what, that's what this is about, you know, that's what uh, that's what style

is about.

You create something new, you know?

If you guys like this, um, you know, just, just hit the like button.

Um, and let me know in the comments, you know.

Um, yeah.

Thank you so, so, so much for watching this video.

If you like this video please hit like.

Any comments are highly appreciated and also if you want me to cover uh, a specific style

related topic, uh, let me know in the comment section below, I'll be more than happy to

create a video on that.

'The number one Man Utd striker for the next DECADE' - Cascarino makes bold prediction - Duration: 2:27.

Rashford, 21, scored for the fourth Premier League game in a row on his 150th appearance in a 2-1 win against Brighton

The strike was his fifth in seven games since Ole Gunnar Solskjaer and Cascarino thinks he will become an Old Trafford legend

Cascarino told talkSPORT: "Is it a coincidence that Ole Gunnar Solskjaer's now got his £90million striker having to fight for his shirt with a young kid who, by the way, is exceptional and looks a far better player than we saw earlier on this season? "I think he had three goals in 17 and looked like a striker that just wouldn't get goals and be clinical

"Rashford's performances are due to the way Manchester United have changed their style and a manager who believes in him

"If he gets clinical, you've got one of the best strikers in the world. That's how highly I rate Rashford

"He's 20, 21? You can improve your finishing. You work hard on it, you do training sessions, you're with a guy that was a finisher

"Ole Gunnar Solskjaer was a fantastic finisher. "If he wins anything and works with Marcus, Marcus becomes a better player then you've got a player worth a lot of money and he can easily be the No

1 striker at United for the next decade." Solskjaer praised Rashford after his man-of-the-match display against Brighton and he believes he can now be the Premier League's best

"You can argue for many strikers but I am glad he [Rashford] is in my team," said Solskjaer

"Harry Kane is injured so maybe that gives him a better chance to be the best one at the moment

"No-one beats him on work-rate. No-one beats him on attitude. At the moment he is very confident in front of goal

He finishes. He tries to shoot. He doesn't think twice about it."

News24 - Man Utd and Real Madrid to battle it out for £45m defender - Duration: 2:22.

Manchester United will reportedly rival Real Madrid for the £45million signing of Porto defender Eder Militao

The 21-year-old has been watched by across Europe - including United's domestic rivals Chelsea and Liverpool

Real reportedly have a verbal agreement to sign Militao, but United are confident they can scupper that deal, according to the Daily Mail

Miltao only joined Porto from Sao Paulo for £3m last summer and won't be sold this month

But United will have to move quickly at the end of the summer as the defender's release clause increases from £45m to £70m in July

Meanwhile, manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer heaped praise on Ander Herrera after United's win over Brighton

The Spaniard is out of contract at the end of the season, but Solskjaer offered him hope of a new deal

He said: "He's a midfielder, it's a bit different to Paul, to Nemanja with their physical attributes

"But he runs and he runs, he wins the ball, plays it simple, he makes some good runs into the box as well

"Even though I let Paul do more that job and Ashley from the right-hand side, but I'll never stop him from making those runs into the box

"And hopefully he will continue like this. I've always enjoyed watching Ander from when we signed him from Athletic Bilbao

I thought he did really well against us when he played for them as well so he caught my eye then

I made my Japanese in-laws try VR - Duration: 10:02.

Hello! 2019. The first video of 2019 it's good to be back!

Sorry it took me a little while to get back but ugh,

I don't know about you guys. I get into this mode every year

Where, new year comes along

I feel like, okay I've done my best I've worked hard. It's time to just go into this slump

Of just eating junk food and resting, and basically doing nothing and then, I reach this point

Right around January 3rd or so

Where I think like, "okay, now it's time to get back on track"

What am I going to do to get back on track

What am I going to do to make this year better than the last. So I go into this mode where I just think

So I go into this mode where I just think

For, probably about a week or so

Hard about what I'm going to be doing

Over the next year. I did it last year I did it the year before

I go into this kind of hibernation

And then it's thinking time. SO

I'm out of that period. I'm back

and I want to use this video to share

Two things: the reaction of my inlaws using VR for the first time

Which is funny by the way

and as well, what I have planned

for 2019 because

This year I feel. I really genuinely feel that this year's going to be bigger than any year

that has ever happened in my life so far

And last year I got married. Everything happened last year

So that's a lot to say.

Today we have the Oculus Go on the menu for the VR trial

Please sit in this chair. Eh? This chair?

are you seeing anything? - Yeah

okay take a seat. - Oculus

okay, so from now I'm going to be experiencing

Some unknown technology recommended by Jeff

Is it on properly? - eh? Yeah it's on

So the first video I showed them was this calming relaxing video where

You are transported above New York city and you're kind of flying around with a bunch of people

And then you fly back down and it's simple

Yeah just like that. You can take your hands off of it. You can also look right left up and down

No!!!! I'm flying!!!

you can look above, down and behind

Oh yeah! Who is this person?

Oh in the back too! Hmm

This thing is coming off. Ohh oh! A building

Wow the back is a bit scary

Wow I'm flying down! There are a bunch of buildings!

this is amazing! You just fly away

Okay so how was it? - it was amazing. - Amazing?

It wasn't scary at all. It felt good flying in the sky

the second video was more of a horror. And I'm not actually good with horrors

What? I'm in a cave?

Something's hanging there... - can you walk? - oh no! What is that?

I kind of want to stop. Oh no!! This is a little scary! What!?!?

Oh nooo this is crazy! Crazy!!!

Oh no it's coming towards me! No!!!!!

this is a little scary I said. It's crazy

Ehh? It shouldn't come again

Oh no it's back!!!! I need to take this thing off. This guy is back

This is no time to laugh

yeah this is... Oh no he's back

This isn't scary anymore, it's the second time he's back. It's a different person

yeah the second time was okay because I expected it

I'm sweating after that!! - Good job for getting through

That was SCARY. The first party was really scary. - so what do you think about VR?

Well it's... Something you can experience horror with in your own home

How was the first one? The first one wasn't scary

You fly up in the sky over New York and can see the whole city

This isn't scary. I see your mom everyday so...

It wasn't scary? - no it wasn't scary at all

How about Miki tries it?

No I can't. - after seeing that face it's still in my mind

so that was VR and the reason why I did this VR thing

It ties to this 2019 set of goals that I have

plan number one. Make Newtalk better

I like to think that Newtalk is already one of the best English schools in Japan but I want to make it THE best

I want to truly transform people's English experiences with this school

and there are some things that I have in my mind that I'm going to show you all in future videos that will make this place the best

So look forward to that and working with me on that ;)

Plan #2 - get back in shape. I ate too much

Chocolate over the holidays. It was a bad idea

But now I'm ready to get back into it. I also had a bit of an injury which prevented me from working out

But I'm back into it. We're back into the fitness program

plan number three is to improve my youtube content

And I have a few ideas in mind of how I'm going to be doing that

One is that I'm actually going to invest in a new camera

New lighting. Maybe even a studio space which ties into plan number 5 but we'll talk about that after as well

Plan number 4 is to buy a motorcycle finally, in Japan

I rode one in Canada for a long time and I think it's time

To buy one in Japan. See what this country's all about

Also, as well as a motorcycle

I'm thinking about getting a drone too because I want to make some content around local, real immersive travel in Japan

On a bike. So if you're interested in that, if you haven't already hit that subscribe button

Plan number five. The final plan and the most exciting plan I think is

I'm going to be launching a new business this year

And I can't tell you much about it (yet)

It's called Next Real. It has to do with English education as well as VR and filming and training

Which ties into the studio aspect. So that's all launching this year

It's going to be a big year, as I mentioned. And I want to take you along for the journey

If you're interested in watching any of the progressions on these things

In my life, in Japan. If you want to come along for the ride hit that subscribe button

I want to hear about your year as well. What do you have planned for 2019?

What is your New Years resolution per se. Let me know in the comments

It's always interesting to read. Thank you very much for watching!

Have a wonderful week! I'll see you guys in the next video. Bye now.

I WORE A FANNY PACK FOR AN ENTIRE DAY| VLOG - Duration: 4:05.

welcome to five reasons for everything my name is AIsshwarya and and today I'm going

to chase a trend like you know in 2018 fanny packs became very popular fanny

packs or bum bags whatever you might like to call them they became very

popular so I thought why not chase this trend and try wearing one for entire day

so what I'm going to do is I'm going to wear this fanny pack for an entire day

and see how comfortable am i with the fanny pack I'm going to

replace my handbag with it and see whether it's comfortable whether it's

you know good enough to actually go around with or not I want to tell you

what all is in my fanny pack so if I open it up there are my car keys

and there's my phone and there's my wallet and all these things and maybe a

lipstick or something like that so I'm gonna go around do different things with

this fanny pack on me and see how it works or whether it does not work let's

chase the trend called the fanny pack

so it's super convenient to eat because of the pack my hands are not busy with a

bag I can finally enjoy a meal without worrying about the bag

okay so we have a bunch of young girls with us they are the new generation they

are the ones who are actually into fashion a lot so I'm going to ask them

what do you think about the fanny pack hate it? like it, like it like it, like it

so i have a lovely college student with me, hi! hi...so what do you think about the fanny pack I think its great, i really love it , i like the idea

What kind of Fanny pack would you like ? I would like to wear...umm you know... with sequins...with sequins?

okay, cool

So, it means the fanny pack is quite acceptable

everybody wants to try it like somebody in college obviously wants to try it so I'm

getting all positive votes and let's keep looking for more people and see what they think

so we have another opinion about the fanny pack and let's see what

this beautiful college student has to say so what do you think about the fanny pack

Yes, i think it's really really cool, okay, i also have so many fanny packs

you have so many of them? okay which one is your favourite and what does it look like

The supreme one

Oh you have the supreme one? oh god i am jealous of you

that's a trend that we chased today and I'm think that is a trend that I'm also

going to follow because i really liked it and I really enjoyed wearing the fanny

pack so it's very comfortable I could do everything very easily

Youngster on why loan deal has been the best move of his career - Duration: 2:44.

Ryan Kent says a loan move to Rangers and link up with Liverpool legend Steven Gerrard has been the best move of his career

The winger, who moved north of the border when Gerrard took the Rangers job in the summer, admits he's as happy as he's ever been at any club throughout his career

The 22-year-old, who had previous spells at Bristol City, Barnsley and Freiburg, has scored three goals and contributed three assists in 24 appearances this season, as well as turning in a stunning performance against Celtic in the Old Firm

Kent told Rangers TV: "I have bought into Rangers since I got here, it is an unbelievable club and the fans are brilliant

"I think with the team we have now it is a really good squad but when you are playing in those games, the big derby games, it makes you realise what a big club it is

"This is the most settled I have been at a club, I think just the way I have been welcomed into the team, the people I have got around me in regards to the coaches has made me feel really settled here

"I am enjoying my football which is the main thing, I think when you are in an environment where you are comfortable then that is when you get the best performances out of your game

" Video Loading Video Unavailable Click to play Tap to play The video will start in 8Cancel Play now    On the 1-0 win over Celtic, Kent admitted that he had hardly trained before the match and that to win the game was the "est feeling I have ever had in football"

He added: "I had to push myself a lot to play against Celtic, I only trained maybe once or twice before that game so it was touch and go to see if I could get back for it

But I managed to and I managed to play 90 minutes.  "I don't think I was expected to play the full 90 minutes but in those types of games adrenaline gets you through it

"It was definitely the best feeling I have ever had in football, just the scale of the game, the result and what it meant to the fans and everyone at the club

Couch to 5k Introduction EP1 | FTM [SUBTITLES] - Duration: 5:34.

Hey pals, how are you doing?

One of my resolutions this year was to run 5k or

do a couch to 5k program.

I guess the point of this video is to try and hold

myself accountable so that I actually do it.

I'm not entirely sure how I'm going

to format it yet, whether or not I do weekly ones or a month one or just the

entire thing,

but this is the first one,

the first installment, the first

introduction to my journey to running 5k.

I was kind of inspired by Hannah Witton

actually, to do this because she has a video series on her channel -

I'm steaming up, I'm steaming up -

I think it was called surgery to 5k, and it just made me think

"I'm six weeks post-op I can do it, if she can do it,

I'm strong.... and yeah"

I thought I'd share

with you my plan and the things that I'm gonna use in order to reach this goal,

this isn't to say that you need all of these things to run,

you don't

I just need to motivate myself somehow.

Firstly, to document this I'm gonna try and use my new camera that I got for

Christmas from my brother, because he was really kind and got me a fancy camera.

We'll see how that goes.. yeah bear with me while I kind of get

the hang of it.

The first main thing that I'm using is the app couch to 5k.

It's nine weeks of training and then on the tenth week you do your 5k,

but it's three

days a week and you kind of log what you've done.

I'm gonna start the first

week tomorrow, hopefully... if I can manage it, which I'm sure I'll be able to I just

need to get up and do it.

But it consists of a five-minute warm-up walk,

60 seconds run, 90 seconds walk, repeat that seven times, run for 60 seconds and then walk

for five minutes.

There's five people that you can choose

from to talk to you about when to run and when to walk, so you don't have to keep

checking your phone and I've picked Jo Whiley so yeah,

this is starting to sound

like a sponsorship it's not, I'm sorry, I'll put that down now,

In order to

listen to that I have my headphones which are kind of wireless they just go

around your neck and they're good.

I feel much more motivated to run if I'm

listening to something.

But it can be really difficult to find music that

makes you want to run to the same beat is it so I might make my own playlist,

and put that on behind the app, so that I can feel good while I run.

Clothing wise, I have my trainers that I've had for quite some time now and they're

a little bit damaged but that's okay.

These are the ultra boost from adidas I think,

But they're like recycled ocean stuff and I got them a few years ago and

I have ran 5 K in them and they have been great and they're really comfy and everything.

I feel like the second most vital part of running clothes is wearing

chafe pants.

If you're bigger like me, you might know the pain of not having chafe

pants and just ending up with really sore legs.

They're basically just really

tight cycling shots that are like stretchy and they stop your thighs from

rubbing together,

which I know it's a really wonderful picture.

It also has like a little pouch at the back for keeping your phone in if you don't have

pockets and any of your other clothes that you wear, but I wear like shorts on

top of that, and that helps a lot.

On top of that I've just got running shorts and

a running top.

I think this is from ASOS and I got this a few years ago.

Yeah, I think this was in a sale and I got it for a couple pounds,

and then these shorts that

I found in a sale as well, so go me, I'm making savings.

Like I said before you don't necessarily need everything apart from trainers to

go running.

So I guess I'll take you along with me I think I might do like

week by week updates but I'm not quite sure yet.

I'll figure it out.

But yeah if you fancy doing this with me then that's great.

The app I will leave

in the description and I will also probably leave a few of the other things

in the description if you're interested in checking them out.

But really, all you need is some comfy clothes and some trainers.

I feel like my

goal is to do a park run at some point this year.

I'm not putting loads of pressure on myself to hit a certain date or anything

because life happens I'm gonna be really busy with uni and everything, but I want

to run 5k this year and if I can do that sooner rather than later then that's

great, but no pressure I'm just gonna try my best.

I want to thank Sol, Mark, Jess, Bex and Oliver for supporting me on Patreon -

Thanks so much, you're the best.

I hope everyone is doing well I hope you're

having a great day a great week and a great month, and a great everything, and I

will speak to you soon.

Bye.

MALUCHEM przez Azję #4 72 godziny | Odcinek 4/14 [Gruzja - Azerbejdżan] - Duration: 25:34.

In the previous episode, Maluch the traveller, successfully passed its great test

by climbing the Mount Nemrot.

experienced fascinating roads and places in the east of Turkey.

Reached Batumi,

a holiday resort that was once a dream holiday destination.

Can I?

There?

I put my sticker in the right place

so we can move on now.

I hope

this pass

will be the last one and the road will only go downhill from now on.

On to Tbilisi.

Today I'm a little bit...

hung over.

Hung over, because...

In the bar last night

where I got my sticker,

after dinner,

we were joined by three Georgian truck drivers,

Team from Kamaz

and they

served us 'Chacha.

This is a very strong brandy with 55% alcohol.

A few glasses almost killed me.

Today, I'm barely alive.

I can't complain,

I have to move on and the road is still challenging.

Chacha!

I can feel this chacha and greasy food in me, from last night.

Generally, food in Georgia is very greasy.

I had some greasy lamb last night and I think that the grease

helped me survive the effects of chacha.

I can wash my hands here.

I have never driven on the river with my Maluch…

well, stream.

So much is happening on this road here,

so many stones….we have to take it easy.

I have to watch out for the stones.

If I hit a big stone with my oil pan under the car,

I'll be stuck here.

The pan will break.

Because it is made of aluminium.

It is placed very low.

I had a lot of problems with stones in Africa.

Here, it seems much more of a challenge because of these roads.

Ok, we made it, we passed this mountain.

I have reached real tarmac.

Now I need a petrol station,

the gauge is showing below zero.

There it is, a petrol station

How much petrol does it need for 100km…

5 litres.

The Maluch is filled up, mountains are behind us,

at least for now...

Ahead of me, is the main road crossing Georgia.

A tarmac road of course.

I'm close to the city of Gori.

It is the city...

where certain...

Joseph was born.

A terrible person,

widely know as Stalin.

Joseph Stalin.

He was Georgian,

born in Gori.

I'm in Gori.

In front of me is the Stalin museum and behind me is a train carriage used by Stalin.

Whose idea was this, to create a museum in memory of Stalin.

It's terrible,

I can't imagine a museum built in Hitler's memory in Berlin for example,

or the town where he was born.

But it's here.

A huge building.

The museum was created in 1953, after Stalin's death.

This carriage was used by Stalin when he travelled to Yalta for a conference in 1945.

This is Stalin's house.

There have been a big dome build above it to preserve it.

Below, was already a torture chamber.

That was early start for him.

It seems all the pieces are original.

I wonder if these are the original entrance doors.

Used by young Joseph.

Stalin's father rented this house

and it was where Joseph was actually born.

He spent his first few years in this house.

Now, onwards to Tbilisi.

But before I reach it

I will stop by the first capital city of Georgia,

called

Mtskheta

It was here where christianity was first introduced to Georgia.

I'm going to the Svetitskhoveli Cathedrall.

Place were coronations were held as well as place of the final resting place of Georgian rulers.

It was also the main headquarters of the Georgian church.

This cathedral was built between 1910 and 1929

by Georgian architecture Arsukidze.

It was built in the place of the oldest church from the 4th century.

Here we are Maluch, in Tbilisi,

the capital of Georgia.

We made it, after crossing almost 5000km.

I will be staying only one night in Tbilisi,

then continuing onto the east.

I don't like driving the Maluch in the city,

Georgian drivers also seem to be very disrespectful towards the Maluch.

For my farewell to Georgia,

I have stopped at this roadside restaurant

It seems to be very popular, judging by the amount of cars parked outside.

Hopefully its a sign of good food.

Also, I have to take care of my all the time hungry crew.

Outside? There is four of us.

Do you have Khinkali?

Yes.

For four people, maybe 25?

No, 20.

20.

Khinkali, 20.

Very tasty. Inside the dumpling we have some meat mixed with vegetables and sauce.

Really tasty,

By far the best dish I've had in Georgia so far,

it very well satisfied my taste buds.

I have filled myself with these dumplings.

In my last moments in Georgia, I hit the jackpot with this restaurant.

Bloody hell….these roads.

I really have to watch out on these roads here.

I hit that pothole really hard.

Bloody hell!

So I have diverted from the main road, and I'm going onto the little town of Udabno.

A few kilometres beyond Udabno

is a church,

that was built into the rock.

Also build inside the cave.

I still have about 20km to Udabno

so I will probably visit the church tomorrow morning

I should also reach Azerbaijan.

So I've reached the outskirts of Udabno,

the town in the middle of nothing.

I have to say I really like it here.

Probably because I left Tbilisi earlier today where there was so much terrible traffic, with terrible drivers around me.

Then suddenly I reach this place.

This road between nothing and emptiness,

with a view of hills

and mountains on the far side of the road.

Amazing landscapes.

And I am here in Udabno.

I like empty spaces, I seek emptiness like this when travelling.

Ok, I want to see what's happening in Udabno.

I need to find a place for the night.

But I'm not worried about finding a place in town, because I can easily camp here outside.

Welcome to Udabno.

In the middle of nothingness

is a town called Udabno.

And there is here

Oasis Club.

I think that's it,

100m ahead.

That's the Oasis Club.

What a surprise, Polish people in Udabno.

Looks like I found a Polish oasis in Udabno, a nice surprise.

'Udabno' in Georgian means desert.

Indeed, it lives up to it's name, all around me is steppe and emptiness.

The town served as a resettlement area for the rebellious people of Svaneti,

the mountain region of the country.

Nearby were army barracks.

Under their careful eye,

the mountain people of Svaneti struggled to survive.

Water was brought to the people of this town, who bred animals and farmed watermelons.

Bringing people to live here was in part, a social experiment.

After Georgia gained independence, Udabno was almost deserted by its inhabitants.

Today, only 300 people continue to live here.

Most of the houses and buildings have been left to ruin

reminding us of the old USSR.

I'm heading to the David Gareja monastery.

Let's see how it looks.

Church build into a rock.

David Gareja are monastery complex

The first was built in the 4th centaury by a Syrian monk

David Gareja

The complex was expanded in the next coming centuries.

They were often invaded, firstly by the mongols in the 13th century, and then by the army of Timur between the 14th and 15th century.

Between the 19th and 20th centur

the churches were deserted.

Today they are inhabited by a few monks.

Interesting is that part of the complex lies in Azerbaijan.

This has led to long border disagreements between Georgia and Azerbaijan.

So here is the complex of David Gareja.

Beyond the hill is Azerbaijan.

Unfortunately, I cannot delve further because of renovation works

so I can only see this place from the outside

but it's still an amazing place.

Ok, that's it for touring Georgia.

Now I'm 156km from the border of Azerbaijan.

I'm a little nervous because

I've heard the border officials may want a deposit

for my crew's production car,

I heard it can be high or low, depending.

So I'm hoping to be met by a nice friendly person.

I'm still anxious

as I cannot afford to pay a deposit

which may be as much as half the value of the car.

Well, that's what I heard, it can be as much as half the value of the car.

Regarding the Maluch, I'm not afraid

as it is a cheap car, but the freemont is quite expensive.

3km….

.I feel butterflies in my stomach…

not sure why…

well I know why.

Everything depends on this border crossing here.

Ok, I have to turn all the cameras off,

keep your fingers crossed..

and I hope to see you in Azerbaijan.

I made it.

I'm entering Azerbaijan.

I managed to drive in for only 55 dollars, for 2 cars.

Nice. The first major obstacle is almost behind us.

Hey, Maluch…

this is the next country you will enter, Azerbaijan.

The 7th country during this expedition

and in total,

not including Poland,

this is the 18th country you have visited.

I have to leave Azerbaijan with my Malcuh in 3 days.

By 26th June,

by 6pm, we have to depart from Azerbaijan.

The reason is,

as the Maluch is an old car,

it does not comply with Euro 4 emission standard.

So Maluch cannot stay in Azerbaijan for longer holidays,

we can only pass through in transit for these 3 days.

The problem I have is that the ferry

I need to catch to cross the Caspian Sea to Kazakhstan,

does not have a strict schedule.

I may have to wait longer than 3 days…

then what?

Good morning adventure.

Good morning.

As usual, I'm leaving very early…it's 10am.

This region of Azerbaijan reminds me of Poland.

with all this greenery and trees.

People think of Azerbaijan

as rich in oil, lying somewhere in the desert

but here, it's so green and calm.

I've stopped here for a moment to turn my camera on outside

and I've been invited for tea.

Two cylinders.

650 cc

Look at the tyres, they are in perfect condition.

Yes, they look new.

He's got two jerry cans.

I wonder if he uses it to wash his clothes.

You go through the Caspian Sea to Kazakstan?

Caspian Sea. Thats how they call it.

I told you he cannot fly to Kazakhstan. He must take the ship.

This car is like a person, you can literally carry it onto the ship.

4 people are enough to carry it.

It's a nice car, but he lacks girls's company inside.

It would be perfect if there was a female companion inside.

Thank you, it was nice to meet you.

I met some nice people,

had some refreshing tea,

I feel very calm here,

I like it here in Azerbaijan.

HOW TO LOSE FAT ? BODY TRANSFORMATION ! - Duration: 11:42.

Hello everyone and welcome to this new video !

So today

we decided to film a video about

weightloss and to manage to do it easily

with different tips, it's what we do right now

there are several ways to lose weight

yes

so in this video we chose to have one part

where we are going to tell you how to lose weight with physical activity

with the things we found the more effective for us

and the things we've tested during the past few years

yes

and a second part where we'll speak about nutrition, the supplements we use

and everything that can be a plus in your daily life, in the real life, we are not professional athletes

so in the real life, it has to be quick

we have a lot of work to do, a lot of things to do

so we don't really have the time to do thousands of meal prep

so we do have simple things we can use

and that will work on our favour, to reach our goals

First thing's first when we want to lose some weight :

the calorie deficit

it means you need to burn more calories than what you give (food) to your body

you can do this with fitness (sports) or with your nutrition

we already made a video about calories, we let you this here

Now it is going to be concrete, we are going to focus on this subject :

How to do it

So let's go, let's go !

so, let's go, let's go ?!

Yes, let's go, let's go !

Let's go lets go

LET'S GO !

So let's go !

First thing

which is pretty basic

to burn calories

you have to exercise

something pretty simple happened

at the moment, Clem

since septembre started a new job

yes, what's is really crazy is that before I start working, I was doing my workout sessions

but in my daily life, I was really sedentary

I was staying at home sitted all day long

except my 1 hour and a half workout session 5 times a week

but right now,

since september, I work everyday

and I walk, I noticed with my watch I was walking at least 10000 steps per day

these few times of walking made me burn a lot of extra calories

that i didn't think I could

But I lost 2 kg

Visually it's different, but in general it's complicated for me to lose weight on the scale

and 2 kg by going to the gym not 5 times a week anymore but 3 times a week

3 big workout sessions that contains everything she wants to work

we are simply speaking about cardio here, it's great

if you want to burn calories, but it's not the best way to grow muscles

because you won't develop or maintain you muscle mass

but you will burn calories during the effort

and also I would like to say that in the end

there I managed to burn extra calories by walking from one point to another

we don't think about this a lot but just walking in the street

do your things by walking , instead of taking your car, to I don't know do your shopping

or anything else you should walk to do this !

So this is the really tiny first advice we give you, the second is strength training (bodybuilding)

it's what we do at the moment, muscle strengthening, which is really interesting

With a strength training, you grow you muscle mass

and growing your muscle mass, you make you metabolism faster

it means that more you will have muscles, more you will be able to easily burn

calories, in a strength training you burn as much even more calories

than during a cardio exercise, we alreday tested this with our watches

during a strength workout

you burn a lot of calories and we maintain our muscle mass

thing you won't have by practicing only cardio, your metabolism is faster

and we'll burn more calories, and the workout you're watching

I saw with my watch that my heart rate was

going util 180 BPM during the session

and 180 BPM is the same heart rate I am while I am sprinting

the 3rd part is pretty much based on

the progam we created and what we were doing a lot

before and you still do today, it's HIIT workout or training circuit

it means High Intensity interval training : a mix of

intervals and rest, you still be burning calories after your workout

they are short sessions

it's kind of the bridge between

cardio and strength training even if it has nothing to do with it

I think it's a great way to start or to get back on track

if you want start again exercising

for example you're not ready to go on a gym

or you don't have the time to go outside or to the gym, you just need a mat

a reusable bottle of water , you put on some music and you do this at home

and it's kind of drastic way, because if you do this several times a week

you'll automatically see results pretty fast, it really work, so effective

it's the thing that will make burn the most calories, and it will be the most efficient

because you don't have to do big and long sessions

So for those who are interested

we created a program that will allow you

to reach your goals from your home

and based on several workouts

HIIT training, between 10 to 30 minutes

you can choose according to your level, it's really practical from your place, from anywhere

you can do this everywhere, you will have it on your cellphone

really simple

so we are heading to the last part : Nutrition

So Nutrition, we are going to talk you about what we use in our daily life

what's important when you are training or when you want to lose weight

is to keep a certain amount of muscle mass

it's important for your back, for your joints

it's important to gain muscle, so this is why it's important to get enough protein

but it's kinda complicated to take the right amount of protein

because protein, for those who doesn't know, but I think you know on this channel

rebuild your muscles fiber after working out

so it's complicated to get the right amount

for example if you don't eat a lot of meat or if you don't at all

it can be complicated, so we simply use

like every athlete : whey

this is the Hazelnut whey from Foodspring

Whey will bring to you only protein

so, this is easy to measure out, when you male your shaker

you know the exact amount of protein you're taking, and there is a vegan one at Foodspring

This is perfect, you have the vegan whey

and you also have the Shape shake

it's kind if the same thing

it has some protein, and it's really filling

it's like a pre workout or post workout meal, you feel satisfied

and you won't need to snack between meals, so it's really practical

another way of taking this protein, and a simple

and effective way to do it,

in general, when we want to lose weight over time,

because no one wants to lose weight for 1 month only

you must never ever frustrate yourself

because if you do

it's the fail because two days after

you will craving a pizza

you need to enjoy your food and treat yourself

and find tricks

to enjoy. Here is one of our trick to enjoy

Protein pancakes, for those who like pancakes, you need to try these

I already filmed you stories while I was cooking these, for those who follow us, the

the texture is amazing, for 4 pancakes you have 50 gr of protein

you also have the protein brownie from foodspring

the protein brownie

now we don't have it because we ate it

but we'll put a film of it

this protein brownie is amazing

with real chunks of chocolate, really simple to prepare

the, you have the everlasting

protein bars, there is a lot of flavours

this is so handy, simple

and these one are delicious

I can eat one or two of these a day

really handy, and Foodspring invented other super simple and practical products

really cool like the coco whey

a Coconut water drink with 20gr of protein

and it's a delicious drink, and what's cool is

to find these tips, these snacks that you will enjoy

and that will get you the nutrients you need

for example, when you need carbs

or a little boost, extra energy, you take this

these are the Paleo Bar, they're only made of fruits

it's really good, and for this bar you only have 130 kcal

I love this one, it's my little treat, I love it

You have the BCAA, a vegan one

BCAA is helping to fix the protein to your muscles

to explain you in simple words

you can inform yourself if you are interested, we know BCAA is made out of

human hair, it's pretty nasty

but here you have a vegan BCAA, made out of plants and other natural things

so there it is

you also have the L-carnitine, it's been 6 months I am taking this

I found this really efficient, my father is also taking these

it helps you to burn more fat, I think it's effective, it's a little help

in the protein products, we don't have with us right now, there is the 3K protein

it's a protein that spread slowly made with casein

every morning, I told you about this in an instagram post a few days ago, I eat this protein muesli

It's so good and in one bowl you have like 20gr of protein

my favorite drink these days

is this : Sparkling aminos

you know the pre-workouts, it's kind of the same thing but with this

we have a really cool little drink, it helps me to focus, I put it in the fridge

it's good cold, I take this since this summer

and it became my fave drink, when I have a big day

and I don't want to have a coffee and want to workout

so these are little examples, we'll put you list of the products in the description box if you want to see

I really recommand you to try products

like for example we didn't speak about that

but you have organic peanut butter, it's like basis

and the organic coconut oil, it's also basis

it's a product we should all have at home

there is plenty of products like this that can help you in your daily life

for your sporting goal or simply to eat healthy

we hope you enjoyed this video

yes, that it will have brought you ideas,

new things, at least this is what we do in our daily life

we're not nutritionist or personal coach, so this is our experiences we wanted to share with you

we wanted to answer all the questions we were asked

and film a cool video, a bit different, so let us know

in the comment if you enjoyed it, tell us what product you already use

and you like, or what would you like to try

what would you like

there is a lot of things, we didn't show you everything

we don't have everything .. because we use these everyday

we already ate everything

so let us know in the comments

if would like to see other video like this,

or what would you like to see in the next videos

Now we're going to work and then workout

Yes, have a great day

See ya !

Peace !

Seb I can't feel my left foot, I have a problem, I can't move

are you serious ?

VILLA ABBANDONATA RICCA DI TESORI [Urbex Italia] Ep. 4 - Duration: 10:58.

Here is a Harry Potter book.

Look. There are more than one

Guys, there are so many things in this mansion

I can not believe

What's written? Dear Dad...

Now let's go back to the station after taking Aunt Maria

it belonged to many people with different passions

We're careful, it's very dangerous

They put this beam

We walk slowly

There is no ceiling in that room

See how much stuff ... Look how many clothes

My God... There I believe there are other paintings

Drawings ...

Here there are at least 1000 drawings

What's this?

The frescoes of Assisi

Basilica of Assisi ... I do not understand ....

"Illustrated Monographs"

ok ...

Look how many books there are here

"The Military Culture Book"

You can leave me here too ...

"Radar method for rapid memory development"

Unfortunately, mold is slowly consuming all the books

In a few years there will be no more

Fortunately, the Ghost Village came

to show you what was there

you're welcome

But what is there?

What's on the sofa?

is it a pheasant?

It is a pheasant. it's stuffed.

inside there is straw

poor, I do not like it, it has a plastic eye

what a mess in this room

here it is even ...

ah no, I thought it was a dedication, instead it says: "blueberry syrup"

what a romantic dedication

here too there are other books ... My love?

You're my blueberry syrup

I do not take you anymore ....

why do I keep bringing you with me?

have you seen? there are chandeliers

I believe they wanted to move

so they put everything in the boxes

to take them away but then they gave up

Or they were objects stored in the attic

and someone brought them here

or, when the father died ...

These clothes are for men

yes they are

they packed everything to sell them, I think

probable, look what a crack

Beautiful color of the walls

yes, it's a beautiful color

Did you see this throne?

Cool, right? Yes

I think there were gold inserts here

They took them off. Likely

They are those old chairs where they put the inserts

I think

If you see well here there is a golden piece

it's true you're right

I want to see what's in the collapsed room

without entering

there is nothing, everything has collapsed

you will see the sky

what's on this piece of furniture?

I had not seen these books

it's nice because there's so much stuff that you can't see everything

We would have to come 10 times to see everything

What are this?

Picasso

Are they painters' magazines?

there is Renoir

Morandi

Kandinsky

They are encyclopedias

Beautiful! Since I'm here ...

I'll show you how this house is disastrous

This was a bathroom because I see the shower faucet

and it all collapsed

What did you find?

a book called "The Child"

They explain ...

"Act of shaking your head"

they try on the fourth day

what do you mean? "With continuous reflection"

sixteenth week

in practice, it explains the development of children's gestures

Ah OK

is useful! Yes it's very old

"Literary France"

There are so many newspapers on the floor here

There's a huge mess, guys

Look, there are other magazines dedicated to embroidery

the house is full of these things

I discovered one thing: turn left

and look in that box

are there other paintings? Open it

What is that? it is a plaster cast

there are 2 children, or rather 3 little angels

2 Putti. Putti? what are they?

They are called that

what is this?

It looks like a game for children

I think it's a crib

it's a box! yes it's a box for children

We have to go up, where were the stairs?

Now we have to risk our lives

I'm not scared... Come, do not worry

This was a living room, I think

Now we went to the kitchen

and this looks like a living room. Or where they worked ...

How many books, guys ...

There is a picture of 2 girls. Then they are them!

you say?

How beautiful! Yes...

1974 ... Then they are them

"History with friend"

One of them was her daughter, the other was her friend

My God, how many books ...

this library was supposed to be beautiful

I would go on ... Here too there are many books

look at how much stuff

look here

everything collapsed

that's the room we saw on the other side

now we have to go from here, but the floor is gone

the stairs are there

then...

Elisa, pass me the camera

I'm going over to see if it's worth it

and I'll tell you if you can come

Is not it better to have your hands free to save your life?

Pass the video camera

I tell you if it's good or not

if it's nice you come too

Wait a moment

it's an attic

there is nothing special

there are boxes, old chairs

some furniture

Elisa, I would say it's not worth it

There are some objects but ...

as the ceilings have collapsed

it's all rotten

My God, here is a world

I did not think there were all these things

Here there is even a new stove. Those that worked on gas

there is anything ... There you go up on the terrace

This is the view of the terrace

wonderful

it is completely immersed in nature

there is another house there. It seems abandoned. The windows are broken

it's really fantastic

there you can see a house, very far

really nice

all right

we explored it all, right?

Elisa?

Where are you?

I discovered an interesting thing

take the camera. Come, I have to tell you a story

a story?

What do you have to tell?

cover the name

It's him! University of Pisa?

it's a memory

"telegrams and letters of condolence"

he was very well known

Are the people who attended the funeral?

These are the books that put out the church during the funeral

they are so many, it's a whole book

Rome, Milan, Florence ... Pavia, Padua, Modena ...

This person was very famous in Italy

and probably also in the rest of the world

"List of participants in the funeral, deduced from legible signatures"

They are pages of signatures of people who were at the funeral

can you turn it?

look how many are ...

I'm afraid of breaking it .. then do not turn them

"lawyer's speech"

"professor's speech"

"Pontifical Academician"

is it about the church?

of course

do you realize how much he was known?

Yes I realize

do you realize that we could fall?

I am....

I am also upset ...

we move from here we are ...

we are flying !!! it was so romantic ...

especially if we fall

there are some photos

it's she! Yes...

they are very old, what year is it? 1974

but there's another name, I think it's the other sister

Yes...

she was beautiful... Yes...

how about going down? I'm tired

okay, are you going forward? Yes

We are on the floor because we were taking the photo for the cover

we do not even know if we will use it

we wanted to say bye

hoping that you enjoyed the video and the exploration

you can not not like it ... Let's hope!

see you at the next video. Bye!

Memoria | Digital Painting Time-Lapse + 2019 Art Goals! [CC] - Duration: 2:30.

Wow. Hi. (laughs) It's Mando.

Let me just take a second to welcome all of you new subscribers.

I really want to thank Asterisms for the shout out

I also of course want to thanke Eve from last week's collab

It was so much fun to work with her

If you haven't seen her video, make sure to go over there and give her some love

She's an amazing young artist and one of the nicest people I've met here. She really advocates support within the art community

So let's support her back. I've linked her video in the description

So please go watch it and tell her I sent you

I've been thinking about art goals lately.

My one-year anniversary as a digital artist is coming up and I feel like that is the thing to celebrate.

Also, it seems like the thousand subscriber mark is approaching a bit faster than expected

So I'll definitely aim to have at least one portrait giveaway this year

I think I'll do it with a draw this in your style type of thing

But what do you guys think?

Since I am kind of new to digital painting

I'm trying to not be so hard on myself. Other artists in my age group

basically had decades to practice, so I'm probably going to take this upcoming year

to continue to practice without stress to get the style I want to have.

There's no need to rush things

I have the rest of my life to evolve and achieve my goals (happy voice)

That's really comforting. The fact that I publish art on a regular basis is a goal in itself

And I'm kind of proud of myself for doing that. When a big goal is to keep doing what you're doing

I feel like you're in a good place in life. I do have some actual goals, though

I want to start making more complex paintings with meaning behind them

I also want to start moving towards the type of fantasy art that I admire so much

I want to learn how to paint faster and how to use digital tools

and start thinking outside my traditional painters box

. I have some really cool projects brewing for making those goals a reality. I also have this long ongoing

project with my partner Vind that I really want to put my heart and soul into

And I can't wait to show it to you

You will have to wait a bit longer to hear more about that though, but I hope you will like it

So let me know. What are YOUR art goals for this year and how will you achieve them?

Let's inspire each other in the comment section.

As always. Thank you so much for being here, and I hope to see you later. Bye

Rio Ferdinand makes Arsenal transfer claim about current players and new signings - Duration: 2:31.

That is according to BT Sport pundit Rio Ferdinand, who has cast his verdict on the Gunners and their lack of activity in the transfer market

Arsenal turned in an impressive performance on Saturday to overcome top four rivals Chelsea

The win closes the gap on fourth to just three points, Manchester United are firmly in the mix again after winning six straight Premier League matches under Ole Gunnar Solskjaer

Unai Emery revealed earlier this month that Arsenal will only be able to sign players if they are on loan due to a lack of funds

But even then, the board have struggled to identify any targets besides Barcelona's Denis Suarez

Ferdinand believes that Arsenal could do with some fresh faces this month to bolster their ranks

"They will be seeing the things that are going on in the media," he told BT Sport

"They will be looking at the fact there is no backing financially at the moment. "They want players to come through the door

"This Arsenal team are where I expected them to be at this stage of the season." After last week's 1-0 defeat at West Ham, many drew comparisons to previous seasons under Arsene Wenger suggesting not much has changed under the Spaniard's reign

And the former Manchester United defender was left surprised at one thing from the loss

"I didn't expect them to break into the top four with the squad they have," he added

"I think the manager is doing as much as I expected at this point. "Tactically, last week I saw something that I haven't seen all season

"They look like a team that are disjointed. They played 4-3-3 and really struggled

from Oprah cosmetics I have a couple of liquid lipsticks I have a highlighter so

yeah I have a few over products and I do like them so far so when I saw that

there was a huge after Christmas sale I can help myself so this is brand new and

opened you know so let's go ahead and I'll show you guys what I got I hate

when the little rip things do not rip as well as they should anyway so okay guys

okay very nicely packed which is great okay guys so I'm not wearing foundation

because I did get some lipsticks so it's kind of hard to you know it's kind of

hard to take off lipstick swatches when you have a full face on but anyway guys

so I got a couple of different got two different kits so this one is called the

staycation this comes with a mini pillow talk highlighter mini treasure long

lasting liquid lipstick and a micro makeup fixer okay so it's kind of like a

setting spray and then this little kit it can't came with a Tuscany put the

mineral miss atoll so it came with two lipsticks one in Tuscany one in

americano and then Rodeo Drive highlighter heard awesome things about

you know Rodeo Drive it's supposed to be like awesome so guys um really cute

packaging these little lipsticks are so cute okay I do want to show you guys so

this is this that I got in the kit and guys this is a

regular sized Oprah lipstick so guys a very very small very very tiny which is

totally fine okay so guys the trial up for the sizes of the lipsticks I can't

see if I can't find it anyway guys so I got so one of these was fifteen and one

of the most twelve okay so one has a thirty one dollar value and one has a

let's see a $36 value so with shipping and everything I ended up spending

thirty bucks which I think was a pretty good deal but I'm excited Jay King like

I'm kind of it's not busted but that is Rodeo Drive really pretty I like that

there's a little mirror that's super cute okay guys and then let's go ahead

and look at this one okay so this is the same shade treasure so three little mini

lip the complete liquid lipsticks okay so treasure americano and then this

is Tuscany I don't have any of these shades but I think the packaging is

really cute I like that they are just miniature tiny little baby dupes of the

regular full-size packaging so that's cute and then let's go ahead and look at

this highlighter so guys this is blissful that's really really pretty

okay guys let's go ahead and try swatch these highlights kay so these

highlighters are 4 grams or 0.14 ounces so they are pretty small which is fine

okay that is Rodeo Drive that is a really pretty gold

I'm gonna try these on and then guys here is blissful that's really pretty a

little bit more champagne II that it's gorgeous

okay we're gonna go ahead and try these out okay so I got a brother yeah I got

it right here okay guys so I'm gonna go ahead and try

Rodeo Drive on this side of my face I really do like the formula of these

highlights I have one but picks up great on a brush that is pretty oh my gosh I

don't have any like my skin's moisturize but that's it so I'm kind of surprised

it's gliding so nicely on top of like bare skin that is pretty Wow

that was gorgeous okay wipe it off the brush let's go in with blissful like the

packaging yeah these don't have very much kick up

at all oh wow that one I mean this rodeo drives pretty it's gorgeous but this

one's got more of a metallic finish to it almost

what is gorgeous Wow that is blinding that is just stunning

Wow I will use both like tons but I mean this is just stunning it's just so

pretty well okay so yeah I can see why so many people love Rodeo Drive really

really pretty but uh this uh this blissful just wow that's gorgeous okay

guys let's go ahead and try out a little liquid lipsticks they're so cute oh my

gosh okay so guys this is americano I don't see

you getting like a ton of uses out of these just because they are so tiny I

almost don't want to even put them on just because I don't want to waste a ton

of product let's just do swatches okay and I'll put one on so guys here is

americano that's a really pretty kind of brown a warm brown shade really really

pretty and then guys we have a treasure which this one looks metallic I've never

tried their metallic formula so I might put this one on okay that is really

pretty it's kind of like a purpley kind of a burgundy shade I'm gonna put this

one on I think yeah and then this one is called Tuscany

okay this one seems to be having some issues a little bit but okay that one's

really pretty too but I think I'm gonna turn it go ahead and try the metallic

out so this is a treasure that's so pretty

let's go try it on the lips

that is so pretty it's like a really pretty plum that's gorgeous

I just still can't believe this highlight is just blowing my mind that

is just so pretty I mean it's just stunning oh my gosh but yeah guys I

think and then of course we got a little a little makeup setting spray which is

super cute but yeah a light refreshing mist that keeps makeup in place all day

long I don't want to waste this because it is only 0.67 fluid ounces or 20

milliliters so I really don't want to waste it since I'm not wearing a ton of

makeup but I'm excited to try this out really really cute little sets I'm like

just blown away that they were such a good deal and yeah I just yeah I can't

believe it it's so nice so the on holiday which comes with the two liquid

lipsticks and the Rodeo Drive highlighter this was on sell for $15 it

was originally 25 so save 10 bucks that's a really good deal and then the

staycation was on sell for $12 once again it was regularly 22 so once again

I ended up saving $20 on these little sets which is really really nice

love the highlights great formula and I really really like the liquid lipsticks

so tiny tiny tiny bit of transfer but really really pretty

I like the metallic it's really pretty I'm absolutely in love with both of

these little sets killer deal definitely I'm checkout Oh Fred come see

if they still are having a long sale they had another little holiday kit

where you got like five of the mini lipsticks for like 10 or 15 bucks I

really like them I think I'll get quite a few uses out of them but they are

super super tiny the I'm not seeing where it has the sizes of the little

lipsticks on the packaging but but yeah love the highlighters love the lipsticks

I definitely think it was worth the money and saved

so yeah I definitely think these are awesome guys I kind of want to show you

the little unboxing show you what I got and just do a little bit of a you know

swatches and stuff like that but guys those highlighters are just out of this

world really really pretty so excited to get more use out of them but you guys I

hope you enjoyed this unboxing and Tryon of my new Oprah Holliday little kits and
