Несложное изделие из дерева — готовая ниша Wooden 4 - Duration: 3:50.

If you know how to work with wood and want to make sales in the amount of 50-150 dollars every day, then this niche is perfect for you. A niche means making a simple woodwork that can be made from board or plywood (as you like, do it). Plus, some metal elements are easily accessible. About 50x25x20 cm in size (any variations are possible, because the main thing in this subject is its purpose). This item is a tool for craftsmen. Therefore, the demand for it is consistently good both in Etsy and in Russia (you can sell both there and there). Even a woman can handle making. But what are you more experienced the more complex and interesting models you can do. The more you can earn. But even on simple designs of this product, you can make sales every day (demand is so stable and competition on Etsy is small). The price range of this type of product is $ 50-150 (depending on the complexity and functionality of the model). Weight - about 1 kg. Shipping cost will be 40-50 dollars. The relatively high cost of delivery does not prevent Etsy from selling this product not only to Americans, but also to residents of other countries (in the text of the niche I give examples of such stores). Demand - year-round. The product does not require customization or personalization. Required tools - saw, drill. Maybe, need a plane and sandpaper for grinding. The competition on Etsy is several dozen listings, so it is easily surmountable. My trial listing came in 12th place in the search results for the main key phrase. Internal traffic in this niche on Etsy is several thousand queries per month (for the main phrase). Growing trend. You will receive a pdf file of 38 pages. It includes: the substantiation of the niche, a brief description of the technology (references are given to video production). There are links to the best selling listings and successful stores (including those created just a few months ago and making sales every day). You will receive a complete list of necessary and sufficient key phrases for your listings. Pay for this product in the amount of 790 rubles for this form of payment (for this form, payment is accepted both in Yandex.Money and from a regular card). When making the payment procedure, you will need to specify your full name and e-mail. It is on your e- mail will come file with finished niche Wooden-4. You will receive a niche description file within a few hours (or minutes) after payment. If these payment methods are not available to you, write to me at vk.com/nfedosenko. I can accept money by direct transfer to the card, to Webmoney, Paypal, QIWI. And you can also ask me any questions about this niche. After purchasing this niche, you will receive 30 days of free consultations regarding the clearance of this product on Etsy.

Why Boba Fett WANTED to become a Bounty Hunter - Star Wars Explained - Duration: 3:35.

Hey everybody and welcome to Leia's Lair.

In this episode, I will be going over the question of why did Boba Fett become a bounty

hunter?

If you are enjoying the videos, please give them a like, share and subscribe to the channel

so I can continue making them for you.

Everybody knows Boba Fett as the mysterious bounty hunter who captured Han Solo and brought

him to Jabba the Hutt.

"Put captain Solo in the cargo hold."

In Episode 2, a clone army was created for the Republic using Jango Fett as the genetic

template.

"Your clones are very impressive, you must be very proud."

"I'm just a simple man, trying to make my way in the universe."

As a reward for his DNA, he asked that he be allowed to have a 'son' or basically

a clone of himself to raise, that was not genetically manipulated.

This would be Boba.

(In Huttese) "Boba, close the door."

So why exactly did Boba opt to become a bounty hunter?

Well, lucky for us the new Star Wars: Age of the Republic-Jango Fett dives into Boba's

past, and explores why he became a bounty hunter.

We all remember in Episode 2 when Mace Windu decapitated Jango Fett at the Battle of Genesis,

and Boba took his father's helmet, vowing to fill his footsteps.

But was that the only reason?

According to the comic, Jango was hired by the parents of a Twi'lek to retrieve their

daughter who had eloped.

He decides to bring Boba with him for his first mission, as well as 3 other aliens,

Tiver, Rinn and Neelda to help him.

However, when they find the Twi'lek girl, Tiver and Rinn betray the group, holding Boba

at gunpoint, intending to take the girl and claim the bounty for themselves.

The two traitors underestimate their young hostage, who secretly pulls a gun out and

kills them both.

It all happens so fast, and demonstrates why Boba becomes such a notorious gunslinger.

Jango lets Boba decide whether or not to let Neelda, the third alien, live or die.

Boba opts to let him live since he was not part of the betrayal, or so he lets them think.

However, the real reason he spared him was because he wanted them to spread the word

that he was up and coming in the business, with the hopes that one day he would surpass

his father and make a name for himself.

Jango is proud of Boba, but surprised at how quickly his son was able to execute his enemies.

He had the opportunity to be merciful, but Boba reveals he enjoys killing.

From this we can see that he takes over his father's role, not only as a way to fill

his father's footsteps, but also because he enjoys the thrill of the hunt.

His father makes no effort to try and persuade his son otherwise, because frankly, that sort

of attitude works best for the business.

"Well we won't be seeing him again."

With that mercenary mindset and blood lust, seeing his father killed was simply one more

catalyst that pushed him toward his destiny.

One way or the other, Boba was going to become a feared bounty hunter.

Jango's death simply sped up the timeline.

And there you have it!

Thanks for watching everyone!

What did you think about this story?

Do you think Boba Fett was always destined to become a Bounty Hunter?

Let me know down below in the comment section.

And remember to like, share and subscribe to the channel for more great videos to come.

I hope to see you all again in Leia's Lair.

How to choose your premium service - Cabal Online - Duration: 6:44.

Ahoy!

Every once in a while the discussion of which premium service is the best to buy comes up.

so in this video I'll try to give you a few tips on how to choose the ideal one for you!

There are several reasons why you would buy premium service, some of them include extra

inventory and warehouse pages, the ability to use GPS warp and various bonuses to EXP,

drop rate and so on to help make your journey faster and more fun!

So there are 4 services to choose from, or at least in the European server this is the

case.

You have Diamond, Platinum, Level booster, and Warlord.

All of those 4 have the extra inventory space included, so you won't have to worry about

that part.

I've made a little comparison table to help you with that and you can find a link to that

in the video description.

First is Diamond.

Now be careful, the cheaper version of Diamond does NOT give you the ability to use the GPS

warp function!

Many players buy that without reading its description and regret it afterwards.

So Diamond gives you a little bit of everything.

I'd say this is the best if you've got money to spare and you don't want to explicilty

focus on something, just do whatever you feel like doing.

Platinum is kind of a cheaper version of Diamond.

It has almost the same options except every bonus is slightly lower.

This is the best budget option for general gameplay.

As you can see in the price section, it's much lower compared to all the other services,

and this one has the greatest discount for buying longer duration.

Also, platinum and diamond give you more slots to use in the agent shop, which can be really

useful if you have lots of things to sell.

Level booster, as the name suggests, is the best choice if your primary goal is to level

up!

It gives you the most EXP bonus, it helps with skill EXP too for new characters, and

it doubles the amount of chaos fragments you can get in Eternal Chaos Arena.

Warlord obviously is the best if you're a fan of mission wars.

However, personally I consider this inferior to the rest of the services, because it only

increases WEXP.

While this might make your progress with honor ranks faster, it will not speed up your merit

and honor medal progress.

And those 2 are the main reason of most players who join wars after lvl 170.

However it still has the same amount of drop rate bonus so if EXP isn't important to you,

you can still make some money farming arena type dungeons between wars.

Personally, my favorite is level booster for 180 days.

Usually there's a discount on premium services during Black Friday or some other occasion,

and then you can make a pretty nice deal.

I know that is expensive as hell, but still you invest into it once, and then you can

forget about it for a while.

Now, blessing beads.

There's a separate bead for EXP, AXP, Skill EXP and so on, and you can have 1 of each

of those active at a time.

But there are 2 special ones: blessing bead plus and superior.

They are kind of similar to Diamond or Platinum, but they won't give you more inventory and

warehouse pages, nor the platinum buff you have in the top right corner of your screen.

However, they stack with premium services.

So for example if you want to maximize your EXP gain, you can activate a level booster,

a blessing bead for EXP, and both blessing bead plus and superior at the same time!

Now the bad part is, plus and superior are considerably more expensive than any of the

premium services out there!

So generally I would not recommend using those instead of premium, rather as some addition

for when you know you will play a lot and want to farm in hardcore mode.

Also they are pretty nice during server bonus events.

Now I don't know who came up with those prices, seeing as superior is... well, superior to

plus in basically every stat, and yet plus costs more money, but whatever.

By the way, blessing beads can be activated using force gems for a duration of your choice

if you click the wings in the bottom left corner of your screen.

However, the prices will be insanely high that way!

So only do that if you have some force gems to spare from event rewards or something.

Also blessing beads are often awarded as participation rewards for various events, so it's worth

keeping an eye on the Facebook page of your server for mini events and so on.

And last but not least, the agent shop related blessing beads.

Those things are a must-have for every player who sells the stuff he farms through the agent

shop, and for every reseller.

So basically for everyone who can afford it.

Now, Gold and Red memberships let you put more items in the shop, but keep in mind,

only VIP and special memberships give you immunity to the sales fee!

To be honest, that's the main reason why we use those: otherwise you'd lose 6% of your

item's value after selling it.

So conclusion time!

If you feel like you want to level up your character, be it regular levels or overlord,

or you want to farm Eternal Chaos Arena or Glacies Inferna for money, your best choice

is Level Booster.

If you're a die-hard mission war fan, go for Warlord!

If you don't really want to focus on something, or if you can't afford those, Platinum is

your best bet for general gameplay.

And if you have money to spare, get Diamond!

I'd only recommend blessing beads for hardcore farmers and rich people, and the Yekaterina

VIP membership is a must have for everyone who uses the agent shop frequently!

1 more thing: if you ended up buying the wrong premium service, or you suddenly want to buy

level booster for an incoming server bonus event, you can send a ticket to support

to have it removed from your account so you can buy a new one.

However, they will not give you any kind of refund, so you won't get your money back!

Who Am I Spiritually - Duration: 11:21.

Today we're looking at the question Who am I really? The answer is going to amaze

you. How is it we can do some amazing and sometimes unexplainable things like heal

our own bodies by the power of our thought mother's intuition the law of

attraction can we really tap into our subconscious

mind can we really create our own realities it begs the question are we

novice gods

hey welcome back to another episode thank you so much for joining me on this

journey on this documentary series that is a personal development series but you

know as I've been doing this it's really become a spiritual journey for me and I

thank you for joining me on this as I share the things that I've learned and

hopefully I'm able to share some things that will help you out wherever you are

on the journey you may be way ahead of me and in the comments section below you

may you know add some things in there that can help all of us to understand

this a little bit better but today we're looking at the question Who am I really

and I want to tell you a couple of stories well first of all I struggled

with this question for a long time and at the same time another friend of mine

struggled with this it was a crisis of faith

first of all I'll tell you about my friend he was he had worked for this

company for a number of years he had given loyal service he had given his all

he had built this to be a wonderful successful company and he was a big part

of its success and then they had layoffs and he was found without a job and he

said that when this happened he found that his identity what identity was also

gone you know that he had built so much of his personal identity into his job

and then now that he didn't have that he was lost and when he was lost he lost

his faith he lost his faith in God that God was there that God loved him and any

sort of confidence or trust that his life had you know was being directed and

being you know helped by God was was all shot now at the same time I was having a

similar crisis of faith and it was a struggle for me and I was really angry

and I was really frustrated and it seemed like it seemed like whenever I

prayed I never got answers and I was always praying for the same

thing over and over again that was part of my problem but I was really

discouraged and finally I decided I don't have faith for this I've lost my

faith and it was a super dark and discouraging time in my life and I lost

my belief in you know in God and that he was there and that he cared about me and

where that maybe he hated me or maybe he was up there with a clipboard he was

like checking off all the things I did wrong and I was really angry and

frustrated over that and these were dark dark dark years of my life well one of

the things that I came to realize before losing too much was I started to ask the

question you know what if what if there isn't anything else you know what if God

isn't there and what if this is life this is just it and you just you get

what you get and then it's over how does that feel and I remember just really

paying attention to I don't like how it feels I don't I don't want that to be

true and and then I started to think okay well what if God is there and what

if he does care about me and or at least that that he is there anyway as I

started to ask these questions I found out that it was just much better to

believe there's just so much more hope there's so much more possibility when

you believe and one more thing that kind of was a cool find on this journey is as

I as I discovered a little bit of faith and as I had nurtured and grew that to

be a little bit more and a little bit more and a little bit more and it built

up and it kind of snowballed it took a long time for this to happen of course

but as it started to snowball suddenly I was able to reconnect with God I was

able to find out who I was what my purpose is why he's given me these

challenges what the possibilities are for me in the future and it changed

everything I was happy with who I am I was content

with my wife content with my wife - absolutely I

married up but but also I had this hope of who I could be and I recognized that

the challenges were built were kind of built into my path so that I could rise

above them and it changed things for me I hope that as you start to think about

Who am I you know for you who are you what are you about what is your purpose

I hope that you just start off by realizing you know it just makes more

sense to believe it just has more hope more possibility and the end result is

way better and as you start to mess with that and start to play with your faith

you can grow your faith so let me share with you two activities that you can do

to discover who you are and to build up your faith now the first thing is to

keep a journal now this is just a simple line journal don't feel like this is a

lot of work for you to do but if you are consistent about doing this this will

change your life now the first thing is so what I what I do is I keep a hand of

the Lord journal and every night before going to sleep I look back on the day

and I think did I see God's hand in my life today was there a moment or a

coincidence or a fortunate thing that happened to me where I thought you know

what that couldn't have just been pure accident that was God in my life were in

the life of my family and as I contemplate that every night and as you

do that you will start to recognize that God's hand is in your life and that you

are connected with him and the more you do this and the more regularly you keep

track of this the more you're gonna start to recognize that you're getting

answers to prayers you've had prayers answered and that means that God is

there that means that God lives and that he loves you enough to answer your

prayers and that is HUGE so as you start to keep track of these things as you

start to savor these answers to prayers and these fortunate things you're going

to start to build up your faith and you're going to start to recognize that

you are connected to God and that he has wonderful things for you so that's kind

of the first thing is to keep a keep track of of his his answers to you of

his tender mercies is what I like to call them when fortunate things happen

to you like these crazy coincidences where you are struggling with a problem

on a certain day and you talk to somebody who just seems to have that

answer and in their life and they just happen to bring it up or when you're

watching a movie and there's a line from it that just sticks out because that's

exactly what you were thinking about or when you go somewhere and you meet up

with somebody who you were just thinking about and they anyway it's a wonderful

connection as you start to have these coincidences and as you check into them

you're gonna recognize that they are just coincidences they don't just happen

by chance but you are actually connected so anyway that's the first activity I

want you to every night to commit to yourself right now that every night you

will write in your journal just a line about how you saw the hand of the Lord

in your life a line or two whatever you want and then and then the other thing

that I want you to do is every morning as you get up and if you want help with

this you'll see in the the show stuff I have a purpose pad that will help you

with that or you can just keep like a 3x5 card I

mean you can easily make notes on this or a journal or something but what I

want you to do is keep track of the questions you are asking to God okay so

each day I want you to think what is the single most important question I most

need God to answer today write that out what is the single most

important question I most need God to answer write your question and then

leave space for his answer and then what I do is I jump into the scriptures I've

spent time in prayer and meditation and looking for listing really I mean it's

not so much the words that are there as the impressions that come to my mind the

thoughts and and the the feelings that come

but listen to your inner voice start to pay attention there and as you do that

you're gonna start to get answers to your questions you're gonna start to

recognize Who am I I am connected I am somebody important enough that God cares

about me enough to answer my questions I hope that you do that I hope that as you

are wrestling this question with this question of Who am I really what am I

about check out this whole documentary series that is what the whole journey is

about is figuring out do we have it and is built on the assumption that yes we

do have that connection with him but it's figuring out how to look at all the

evidences that show just how connected to him we are how much he cares about us

how much he loves us and how great our lives are because of that anyway I hope

that as you as you start to ask those questions about your you know who you

are and what you're about I hope that you find you you'll put a few of those

activities into place that you can start getting answers and start recognizing

his hand what can you add now are you ready to join the conversation are you

willing to add your voice your thoughts your ideas your impressions

if so add them in the comment section below we need your voice now if you have

been inspired to take action don't let an impression slip by train yourself to

listen to and follow your inner voice of course the best place to take action is

at Scott Weil high comm because if you join me for a free web class you will

receive a copy of my purpose planner the tool you've been missing that will help

you uncover your purpose what if you are a God in the making that would mean

there's purpose to your life meaning to your challenges you have a great work to

do may you have the courage faith and power to become who you are

truly meant to be see you next time

"You didn't finish school.

"Why I got to go to school?"

Well first of all you don't have no jokes.

(laughter)

Let's start there.

And my kids don't understand the process.

See they just see me now.

They didn't know I flunked out of school.

They don't care nothing about the third marriage I'm on.

They don't know that I lost everything twice.

They wasn't around when I was homeless and I lived

in a car for three years.

They didn't see the process.

What most people do is they give up

before God give you the gift.

See when you ask God for something

he box it up and he ships it immediately.

But you have to remain on faith street in order

to receive the gift.

The problem is when God box up the gift

and he ship it to you he never gives you

the date that the package is gonna arrive.

He'll never tell you that.

Most people move off faith street

before the package get there.

You can't move over on the I doubt it boulevard.

He don't ship packages to I doubt it boulevard.

He only ship packages to faith street.

You can't get over there on I don't see how circle.

He don't ship nothin' to I don't see how circle.

So when you move out of faith

the package gotta go back to sender.

That's what happens.

So you have to stay you have to stay in the process

and complete the fall.

You gonna get cut up on the rocks.

You gonna get your skin toe up.

You gonna lose loved ones along the way.

You gonna lose friendships along the way.

You might lose your car your job along the way.

You might lose your house.

But trust and believe that God got you.

Name one time he ain't never had you.

See here the problem with Christians.

You say you're a Christian.

Name one time God ever let you down.

Just name one time.

Name it.

Name one situation he didn't bring you through.

If he ain't bring you through it

he currently bring you through it now.

You know how I know that?

Cause you sitting in here.

(applause)

Liverpool ace Harry Wilson reveals why he doesn't want to return from loan early - Duration: 2:30.

Wilson has been one of Derby's key players this season and has become one of the most formidable free-kick takers in the country

Liverpool loaned Wilson out to Derby at the beginning of the season, and since then, the Welshman has scored 10 goals in 22 Championship appearances

He also scored a spectacular free-kick against Manchester United in the Carabao Cup, en route to knocking the Red Devils out on penalties

And Wilson, who has a contract at Liverpool until 2023, has been keen to note his devotion to Derby - for the rest of the season at least

"That was always my focus," Wilson told DerbyshireLive, when asked about staying at Derby until the summer

"At the beginning of the season, I signed a season-long loan, so it was always in my head that I was going to be here for the season

"Now that window [deadline for loan recall clause] has gone, everyone knows I'm here to stay

"I want to help Derby get into the Premier League. "I want to keep scoring and assisting, helping the team and getting us as high up the league as I can

" And quizzed on his time so far at Pride Park, he simply replied: "I'm loving it

" The 21-year-old has 12 goals in all competitions this season. He also played a pivotal role in Derby's win over ready last weekend, as the Rams beat Reading 2-1 to remain in the play-off spots

Wilson was excellent and assisted the equaliser before scoring the winner. Wilson's Derbyshire stay isn't the only good piece of news to come out of the January transfer window so far for manager Frank Lampard

The former Chelsea man has signed ex-Blues team-mate Ashley Cole until the end of the season

Cole will link up with a Rams side pushing for promotion to the Premier League, as they sit sixth in the league table

Sadhguru - Become a willing life, yes and yes to life ! - Duration: 10:27.

Angella Nazarian: Visionary women is a volunteer run organization

And I know that every single person who is here

is giving their time to one organization or another and

the fact that you have nine million volunteers and

you were talking about the relationship between volunteerism and willingness

And that it's through willingness that you uplift your consciousness, if I'm reporting

you correctly,

or I'm understanding it.

In some ways, talking about how it could be a doorway

to becoming a bigger person than who you are.

Sadhguru: See..

Before we come to women, first thing is visionary.

What a vision means is, say everybody has desires.

Desire is an incremental way of enhancing our life.

Today you desire, I must have a home,

tomorrow your desire, I must have this money,

tomorrow, you desire something else.

These are incremental ways of arranging and rearranging our lives

which are needed to do a few things.

When you say I'm a visionary, what you're saying is, I have a larger desire

which is not about just incremental improvement of my life.

Desire is about me, always.

Vision is an all-inclusive process.

So this itself is a phenomenal thing,

if people instead of having desires, if they have a vision.

Vision is always all-inclusive.

Desire is personal.

Desire leads to incremental changes and improvements.

Vision can transform the whole situation.

(Music) (Laughter)

I like music.

(Laughter)

So, about willingness,

because you said you're a volunteer.

To be a volunteer, a volunteer means

somebody who is doing something willingly, right?

There's no other compulsion.

There are no financial compulsions.

There are no social compulsions.

There is no something else.

You want to do something willingly.

So when you're a willing participant right now, you're a volunteer.

I'm asking all of you, right now, are you compelled to be here or are you here voluntarily?

Audience : Voluntarily

Sadhguru: Oh, thank you

Because I have spoken to conscripted people also.

I have spoken in the prisons, I have spoken in many places.

So you are here willingly.

You are doing something willingly, is the fundamental of you joy, isn't it so?

Hello?

However simple or stupid or idiotic activity it is,

'I am doing something willingly' makes a world of difference, isn't it so?

Hello?

The difference between heaven and hell is just this.

You are doing something willingly, that's your heaven.

You are doing something unwillingly, that's your hell.

Hmm?

We have already taken on attitudes - what we like and what we don't like.

I like this person, I don't like this person.

Now with this person, I will do things willingly.

With this person, I will do things unwillingly.

This may be two people, two aspects of life,

two communities, two nations, two.. many things.

This I will do willingly, this I do unwillingly.

This means, I have decided in my mind, this is good, this is bad.

When I hear, even on national news channels,

good guys and bad guys .. it just..

Once you have this kind of thing, you are going to be disastrous to the planet.

It's just a question of time.

The moment you decide this is a good person, this is a bad person,

this is gone deep into American society.

No.

There are no good people and bad people.

Everybody is oscillating between the two.

If you create a very pleasant wonderful atmosphere, everybody behaves wonderfully.

If you create an unpleasant atmosphere, a whole lot of people act nasty.

Yes or no?

There are joyful people and miserable people, but there are no good people and bad people.

(Applause)

The moment we think we are good,

we are entitled to destroy the bad, isn't it?

Oh, we've been destroying a lot of people for a long time,

time to stop that.

Because..

human beings are in different levels of experience and understanding.

Variety of people.

Anybody who's not like you is obviously bad, isn't it?

Isn't it so?

Those who are not like me must be bad people.

Because the basis of goodness and what you think is goodness is decided by you.

No, you have no business to do that.

Willing means this.

I'm just willing.

I'm a hundred percent yes to life.

I am not yes to this one, no to this one.

No, I am just yes and yes to life.

If you are a hundred percent yes to life, you are a volunteer.

You have become a willing life.

You have become so willing that you have no will of your own.

People ask me 'Sadhguru, how do you operate with all these people,

all kinds of horrible questions they're asking, they're doing this, they're doing that?'

I said 'My life is not about them.

It's about me'

It's about how I am.

This is about me.

It doesn't matter how they are, that's their choice.

But how I am is my choice.

This is my way.

No matter what they do.

I'm like this.

Because I have not given that freedom to anybody that somebody can freak me,

somebody can make me angry,

somebody can make me happy,

somebody can make me unhappy.

These privileges I kept to myself.

It's time you do that too.

Because if somebody else can decide what can happen within you right now,

isn't this the ultimate slavery?

Hmm?

Isn't this?

Someone else can decide what should happen within you,

what happens around you of course, so many people decide, hmm?

What happens around us is not hundred percent ours,

but what happens within me must be my making, isn't it?

Right now, just about anybody can freak anybody because they are not volunteers.

They are unwilling.

Volunteering means you have no will of your own.

You can do whatever is needed.

You know, we are a volunteer organization,

this means all kinds of people .. (Laughs)

Most of them are not qualified for the jobs that they're doing.

(Laughter)

And I cannot fire them because they're volunteers.

(Laughter)

Angella Nazarian: It's true.

Sadhguru: So people keep coming up to me on a daily basis,

'Sadhguru, I can't work with this person, she is so horrible, I can't do it'

I tell them 'See in this world,

this is the sort of people who exist.

like this, like this, like this, like this, this is the kind of people there are.

But if you want to work with ideal people,

you must go to heaven and today.

But if you think,

what you're doing is very significant,

you must learn to work with all these horrible people.

This is how the world is.

If you think what you're doing is very significant,

you learn to work with all kinds of people.

You will see, horrible people will do wonderful things.

Yes?

But if you want to work with ideal people, you won't find any.

I haven't found one yet.

(Laughter)

There're all kinds of ... mixed bags

but if you are willing,

that you are not yes and no, yes to one, no to another,

you're simply one big yes, you will find a way.

Angella Nazarian: Thank you so much.

I always say that the resistance..

WHAT is Affiliate Marketing and HOW Does it Work? For Beginners! - Duration: 4:09.

What is Affiliate Marketing?

And how you can make millions of dollars using affiliate marketing?

Coming up.

Let's talk about what is affiliate marketing?

And why it is important in 2019?

Affiliate Marketing is a marketing technique, where you will get commission from on-line

retailers by selling their product.

Which means you are more or like a on-line sales person.

You are selling their product on your website or social media, facebook, instagram or whatever it is.

Whenever you wanna sell something of a retailer, they will give you a specific link which will

track your records.

For example, let's talk about amazon.

Amazon Affiliate Marketing Program.

If you are a beginner, consider joining Affiliate Programing of Amazon.

Because it makes you millions of dollars.

And you you become pro, you can go other program such as BlueHost.

BlueHost is a web host service provider.

And they will give lot of money by promoting their product.

And my students are making millions of dollars just promoting the affiliate program of BlueHost.

Whenever you sign up for a Affiliate program and select a product, you will get a custom

link.

Custom trackable link.

You need to use that link in all your promotion media.

Like for example, If i have a instagram and i have hundreds of thousands of followers.

And it's totally belongs to fitness.

So i will promote fitness product on my Instagram page.

So i will go into Amazon and I will select the fitness products.

Then i will start promoting them on instagram.

I will use that particular link.

Whenever the user click on that link, they land on amazon web page.

And this link will drop a cookie in user's browser.

So whenever they purchase anything on amazon within 24 hours, that will be considered as

a referel to you.

So you will get a commission between 4% to 10% on amazon.

And there are different providers who will give you more than 20%.

And there are some exclusively retail online stores, Who will give you 100% as a commission.

Because, thay are service based.

from second month on they will make their profit.

So your job is to search this kind of retail people or retail stores and start promoting

their product to get commission.

The best place to search for this affiliate program in affiliate network websites such

as cj.com.

I will leave my 3 favorite affiliate marketing network website in the description below.

Make sure you see the description and search for your affiliate program.

Tips to start your affiliate program right now.

Make sure you have a specific Niche.

For example, start collecting niche of fitness.

Or in my case I will start collecting niche of entrepreneurs.

People who would like to start their own businesses.

And start showing the ads and products which they are looking for.

for example if you are showing for fitness freaks, then start showing some exercise tools

or some exercise online course.

Something like that.

Don't bombard or don't show them more Ads and make them irritated.

Because, if your users or your followers see or have a hunch that you are doing this king

of promotion so regularly and start irritating them, then they will leave you.

they will stop fallowing you.

That will hurt your business on long run.

Tip two.

Choose a perfect affiliate program.

Search in all websites and make sure that program can be sell able very easily.

Make sure the conversion rate is high.

And is is been sold by many other affiliate programmers.

So that you can sell very easily.

Thank you guys.

Anne: Welcome, everybody, to the VO BOSS podcast.

I'm your host, Anne Ganguzza, talking with my amazing VO Bosstie, Gabby Nistico.

Hey Gabby.

Gabby: Hello.

Anne: Gabby, I know both you and I do a lot of phone consults for people that are interested

in getting into the industry.

Gabby: Yes.

Anne: I just had one the other day, and I have to tell you, every time, if I had a nickel

for the amount of times somebody said to me, "how do I know I have what it takes?"

Gabby: "Can I do this?"

Anne: [laughs] Yes.

Gabby: "Will I make it?"

Anne: Yeah.

Gabby: "Am I going to be successful?

How do I know that I can do this?"

Anne: "Can you tell me if I have what it takes?"

I think we should talk about that.

Gabby: Yeah, let me get my crystal ball out and –

Anne: [laughs]

Gabby: – you know, get in touch with my inner Gypsy and sure thing, I will, I'll

consult the cards, and I'll tell you if you can make – I don't know!

Anne: [laughs]

Gabby: Look.

Here's my thing, right?

So, so the sassy pants in me always wants to go, "I don't know, can you make it?

Can you do it?

You tell me."

Anne: Yeah.

Gabby: You ever do that?

I mean 'cause that's the truth, right?

Anne: A lot of times, yes, I want to say that.

You know [laughs] I think, Gabby, outside of if you have an impediment where, you know,

maybe, you know –

Gabby: Yeah.

Anne: – it's hard to understand you, and even then, I would say, you've got a good

shot, right, as long as people can understand what you're saying.

Gabby: Yeah!

I mean, short of that or like a really, really heavy foreign accent –

Anne: Yeah.

Gabby: – that would bar you from, from really not even doing this but just booking jobs

in English –

Anne: Yeah.

Gabby: – you might have to just book in your –

Anne: Tongue.

Gabby: – native language.

Anne: Mm-hmm.

Gabby: There are so few reasons why somebody can't do this.

Truthfully, you have to turn the question around.

Anne: Yeah.

[laughs] Can you?

Gabby: It becomes – yeah, can you?

And know yourself.

Right?

What are your, what are your drawbacks, limitations?

Like look, I'm very forthright with people about, if, if you are lazy, don't do this.

If you are looking to make a fast buck, don't do this.

Anne: [simultaneously] Don't do this.

Gabby: If you are not organized, don't do this.

Anne: [simultaneously] Don't do this.

[laughs]

Gabby: What else?

Anne: If you don't want to learn –

Gabby: Oh God, right?

Anne: If you don't want to learn new things, and not even necessarily related to voiceover,

but what it takes to run your business.

If you do not have a desire to learn about business, and expanding business, and growing

businesses, don't do this.

Gabby: Hey, how 'bout tech?

Anne: Yeah, oh goodness, yes.

Gabby: Technologically resistant –

Anne: Yeah.

Gabby: Don't do this.

Anne: Or, I always tell people, well, you can if you want.

I mean, if you've got the money to hire somebody to do it for you.

[laughs]

Gabby: True.

Anne: You want to hire somebody to run your studio, you know, and, and let you step in

the studio while they hit record and do your editing and, you know, your accounting, and

all the social media marketing, all that good stuff, sure.

If you can hire out that, then yeah, maybe you can.

But.

Gabby: Yeah, but it's going to be a good long time before you make a profit that way, or

you just got to be really freaking good.

Anne: Exactly, and that, that is the rare occurrence of maybe, you know, a certain tiny

percent –

Gabby: Yeah.

Anne: – of the population.

And even if you have amazing pipes, let's be real.

It's all so subjective, number one, but number two, there are some people who have really,

really pretty unique voices you can classify in that small percentage of, yeah, they've

got good genes.

Gabby: Mm-hmm.

Anne: [laughs] They have got a beautiful voice.

Even if you have that, if you don't have the business sense, or you don't have the desire

to really go out there and market yourself or have someone market you, you're not going

to make it.

Gabby: I'm also very cautious of the rejection piece.

If you can't handle rejection, if you can't handle being told no, if you can't handle

being told you're not good or not good enough, don't do this.

Anne: There's so many things that I think are awesome about doing this that we can,

that we've just mentioned, that you can learn.

It's like a whole new kind of territory, if you're not used to entrepreneurship and creating

and building a business.

It's, there's so much of this that is such a fun journey, I think, but it's hard.

You know, it's not – and we even have an episode on that, right, how hard it is?

But it's not without its merits, for sure.

Gabby: No, but there are also plenty of people out there who are more than thrilled to capitalize

on that uncertainty –

Anne: Yeah.

Gabby: – and the question that so many new folks ask, and that idea of "can I make it?"

There are loads of coaches and companies that would gladly take lots and lots of money from

you –

Anne: Yeah.

Gabby: – to maybe, kind of, sort of answer that question.

Anne: Those of course are the ones we always like to tell you to watch out for and be careful.

So I understand the question.

I understand like they don't want to make an investment if they don't have what it takes

theoretically, but honestly, it, it really comes down to knowing a little bit about yourself,

knowing a little bit about how you tackle new challenges, and also a little bit of street

smarts, which we even have an episode on that, as Gabby just mentioned, people that are going

to capitalize on that question and telling you the answer, "yes, yes, yes, it just takes

a weekend of workshops, and we'll make a demo for you, and then, then you can make thousands

of dollars or millions of dollars."

Yeah, watch out for that.

Gabby: The other thing I think is really important for this is people look realistically at their

individual situation.

And yeah, you're right, we've gone into this topic in a lot of sort of segmented ways and

a lot of different episodes, but we've never addressed it full on like this.

I had an email yesterday from a woman who said to me, "I'm a single mom, and I have

five kids, and I want to get into voiceover."

Anne: Goodness.

Gabby: And my gut reaction was, "no, you don't."

Anne: God no.

Yeah.

Gabby: No, you do not.

Anne: Yeah, run the other way.

Gabby: Right.

Like how –

[both laugh]

Gabby: Like that's the crazy part to me is that –

Anne: Yeah.

Gabby: – there's still that romanticized –

Anne: Yeah.

Gabby: – version of voiceover in some people's heads.

Anne: Yeah.

Gabby: They think it's something that they can do because they have a natural or a raw

talent or gift, and while I agree that that's a foundational piece, where you are in life

is such a big part of whether or not this is going to be successful for you and whether

or not you can do this right now.

Anne: Oh my goodness.

You know, I'm always telling people who are asking me, you have to have a financial cushion

put in place.

And I would even go a step further to say that that financial cushion has to not just

be for every day, you know, living, month to month living, it also has to be for health

care.

Gabby: Mm-hmm.

Anne: So important that there's got to be some of that in place, I think, before you

seriously consider doing this.

Make sure you have those things in place, because ugh I can't imagine not having some

sort of health care plan in place while running any kind of entrepreneurial business of your

own.

I just can't.

It's...ohh scary to me, you know.

Gabby, you and I have both experienced a little bit of health care issues –

Gabby: It's scary.

Anne: – that can run up the costs like exponentially.

Gabby: No doubt, but you're right.

I even look back at me, when I first started.

I, I took that risk.

Anne: Yeah, a lot of people do.

Gabby: Yeah, I mean I was young enough that I was like, "psh, I'm fine.

I don't have health care.

No big deal."

And you know like, yeah, that was cool when I was 22.

Anne: Sure.

Gabby: Now I'm like, "oh my God, no.

Can't, can't do that."

Anne: Yeah, I agree.

It can be cool for like maybe five minutes, you know what I mean?

Gabby: Like a year.

[both laugh]

Anne: Maybe when you are in your 20's, but I think honestly anybody that's looking to

get into their own business without that plan in place, that's just not, not a good thing.

Gabby: Mm-mm, no.

I hate being that bubble burster, and I hate being that person, but the truth of the matter

is, it's not as unique a skillset as people would like to think, right?

Yeah, getting complimented on your voice and having a nice speaking voice, and like you

said that genetic piece, sure, it's lovely if it's there, but it's not all there is.

Anne: Exactly.

Gabby: Too many people rely on that, like that is going to somehow instantly equate

to dollars.

Anne: Yeah.

Gabby: You go, look at it comparatively to any other field, right?

Lots and lots of people do yoga right now, and they're pretty good at it.

Does pretty good mean you're good enough to go out and start being a yoga instructor and

making money teaching other people?

Mmm, probably not.

Anne: Yeah, exactly.

I think you just have to really come at it with a clear sense of not just a picture of,

"do I have the talent of what it takes voice-wise," but "do I have what it takes to handle the

all-encompassing business aspect of entrepreneurship that does include doing voiceover for a living?"

Gabby: Yes.

Anne: Because there is so much more than just being in the booth and just having that voice.

And I know a lot of people with amazing voices that have not progressed any further in their

careers because of their lack of either confidence, or skill, or desire to pursue the other aspects

that need to be pursued in order to really grow this into a business and not just kind

of a hobby, where you're taking classes and you're, you know, "yeah, I'm starting,"

you know, "I'm just beginning, so therefore."

Gabby: I'll be honest with you.

If I could turn back the clock 20 years and, and meet us when I was 20, I don't know that

I would be doing this.

Anne: Mmm.

Gabby: Because I'm pretty sure I would talk me out of it, because at that age, no, I wasn't

prepared to run a business.

I wasn't, I didn't have those skills.

I wasn't ready for any of that.

Now I learned it.

I, you know, I, I really I think kind of challenged myself, but had I known that that was what

it was going to take, oh man.

I don't know.

[laughs] I don't know that I wouldn't have gone "mmm maybe I should do something else."

Anne: You know, it's interesting because when I was young, if I'd known about it, I may

have opted to go that route, going for the kind of glamour of it all and hopefully trying

to catch up.

Just kind of that's my personality, to kind of catch up after I did it.

I would probably have been attracted to that glamorous side of it.

And interestingly enough, I'm glad that I wasn't at the time, because I developed the

business sense of things I think prior to that.

And like I said, if I wasn't doing voiceover, the kind of cool thing is that I've built

the skills for me to go on and do whatever it is, you know, now that I'm an entrepreneur.

I've been doing this full-time and realizing what it takes to actually run a business.

What I love about it is that now that that's established and in place, I feel confident

that I could run, I could do other things, and so therefore depending on how the industry

pans out, especially with all the growth that's been happening in the digital revolution,

I feel confident that yeah, I would be, I would be OK.

My business would survive.

Gabby: But you are highly competitive.

Anne: Well yeah.

Gabby: That's, that's you.

Anne: That's Anne, yup.

Gabby: Right.

That's, that's the Anne playbook right there.

Anne: Yep.

Yep.

Gabby: Not everybody has that.

Anne: You're right.

Gabby: This becomes I think part of that great exploration that comes before the talent,

before the training, before the classes, to really say "how well do I know myself?

Is that something I can do?"

There's a lot of people that don't have that competitive streak.

They are just kind of waiting for the jobs to come to them.

Anne: Well, and I don't know if competitiveness is so much what it is that drives it, versus

let's say just motivation to kind of just excel at something.

I think that might have been a bigger push for me.

That's just my personality is like, OK, if I do something, I have to be the best at it.

But ok, that's compet – that's competing with myself.

[laughs] So I like to call that motivation.

So if, if somebody asks me "do I have what it takes," again like Gabby, like you said,

let's turn that question right around and say, "do you have what it takes?"

Do you have the desire, do you have the motivation, do you have the work ethic to be able to take

on something like this, and handle the tech, handle the voiceover, handle the accounting

part of it, handle all of the aspects of this career?

And if you can kind of confidently say, "well, you know what?

I think so.

Yeah, I mean, I feel as though I have the drive and that if I don't know it, I can learn

it," I say that's a really good start.

Gabby: I think so too.

I also think it's worth looking at the common denominators of what makes other voice actors

successful.

When I think of our industry and when I think of my peers and my friends in this, they're

bold personalities.

Right?

We're all individuals and we're all different, but very bold, very memorable people for different

things.

And ironically not their voices.

Anne: Mm-hmm.

Gabby: It's their personalities, it's them, it's who they are that makes them so memorable.

And you'll, you'll be hard-pressed to find a voice actor that isn't memorable and

someone that you just kind of forget about five minutes later.

That's, mm mm no.

That's not us.

Anne: I agree.

Like there's so many parallels.

I think that that also draws a parallel with branding, personal branding.

People are always asking, "well, who should I be?

What's my tagline?"

And I'm like it's not about that necessarily because we are a personal brand.

I mean selling our voice really is selling ourselves, selling, you know, selling a very

personal part of ourselves, a service.

Gabby: Yeah.

Anne: And so people are not just connecting with a voice.

They're connecting with you.

We've probably said this multiple times, right, in terms of branding and marketing.

They want to connect with you, so therefore the voice almost becomes secondary.

The voice is really what communicates the very essence of you and connects with that

listener.

Gabby: Yeah.

It's fascinating to realize how the voice starts to take a back seat to that.

Anne: Mm-hmm.

Gabby: But yet, that's where so many people start putting such a heavy, heavy focus.

Anne: Yeah, yeah.

Gabby: And I don't think that question is ever going to go away, right?

I think we're always going to be inundated with, "do I have what it takes?"

Anne: Yeah.

Gabby: I think we have an obligation as an industry to kind of help people to understand

that maybe that's not the right question to ask.

Anne: Mm-hmm, mm-hmm.

Gabby: And directing them to, whether it's things like our podcast or FAQ's, or you know,

articles online.

Because I mean gosh, we've all heard them.

Right?

I mean, we all talk about this.

Anne: We all talk about it.

They're skills, I mean, and skills can be learned.

Some of them are learned quicker than others, and some people get to a point where I feel

that, I don't know.

They're, they're – we're always at different parts of our journey.

It's like lifelong actors, right?

If we're not continually learning and trying to enhance, and improve, and hone our craft,

then really what are we doing?

You know what I mean?

Gabby: Well, yeah.

Anne: It's every voice actor is truly an actor that is constantly trying to improve, and

get better at what they do, and to connect more with their audience, and that's really

I think the cool challenge of it all, and that's what I think people have to really

think about, "well, do I have what it takes to, to continue with that?"

And as you mentioned before, you know, they don't want it to just come to them and say,

"well, I've got a great voice.

People should be hiring me."

No, "it's do you have the desire to go out and get that, and to work on it, and to,

you know, craft your skill and hone your craft, whatever it takes to get you to be the best

representation of you that connects to a person, that connects to a listener?"

Gabby: Yeah, when it comes to this industry, we look at ourselves, and we forget to be

objective.

We forget about all of those little things that equal a business owner, equal an entrepreneur.

And when we really start to break it down, we are able to say, "is that right for me,

or is it not?"

And that's going to really help you to determine as well how long it's going to take –

Anne: Yeah.

Gabby: Because that's another piece that people often miss.

Anne: Oh sure.

Gabby: It's just, "can I do this?"

Well, yeah, but you know, can you do it?

Sure, but how many, how long?

Anne: Not going to happen tomorrow.

Typically.

Gabby: Right.

Anne: [laughs]

Gabby: Your journey might be two years, four years, ten years.

Everybody's different.

Anne: Yup.

And I keep going back to that.

Everything that I read is like, at least five years, starting a business.

Gabby: Mm-hmm.

Anne: It takes at least five, and I, and I always amend to it and say I think it's

closer to 10 these days because there's so much competition out there, and it's so,

there's so much information and chaos out there for you to get found, and for you to

get known, just because the whole marketing is different now.

So I, I think it's closer to 10.

And you know, Malcolm Gladwell again, 10,000 hours, [laughs] right?

Gabby: Mm-hmm, amen.

Wow.

So if you are really, really new to the industry, you know, we're glad you are here, and we're

glad you found your way to our podcast, for sure.

Anne: Right.

Gabby: And then for those of you who have been at it for a while, help, help us and

Anne: I told you he makes me matzo brei, right, for the morning, which I love!

Gabby: Ok…

Anne: But we couldn't find normal matzo! [laughs]

Gabby: Hmm.

Anne: All we could find was gluten-free matzo, which was made with potato.

Gabby: Mmm.

Anne: And so it was really good actually.

Gabby: Oh!

6 Anne: [to someone else] One second.

[to Gabby] Hey Gab.

Gabby: Hi.

What Is My Personality Type? (Myers-Briggs Personality Quiz) - Duration: 17:55.

Have you ever asked yourself

what is my personality type and are you curious to why you react the way that you do your

Relationships drive the way that they do and maybe even that you have some preferences that you absolutely need to be in place

To be comfortable in specific situations. Well, if that's you and you're not sure of what your personality type is

I'm gonna ask you to stay with my video because today that's exactly what we are talking about specifically the myers-briggs personality

Testing and at the end of this video. I have a myers-briggs personality quiz for you to take it's coming your way right now

Well, hey y'all, welcome back to my channel if you've been here for a bit

If you are new I am super glad that you were here today

My name is Lauren and my channel is all about

Making Beauty easy for the girl who thinks that she can't

My hope today is that you will consider subscribing and hit that notification bell so that you can get alerts every single time

I upload new videos

which is every single Friday and now the fourth Tuesday of the month and the third Thursday of the month with that said

I'm really excited to dive into our first transform your mind Tuesday

And that is what today's video is and our topic is gonna be personality testing

And so you might be asking like Lauren why in the world are we talking about?

personality testing when your whole topic is going to be based upon transforming your mind and you know,

what if you're asking that it's a really valid question and there's a couple reasons why so specifically I want to talk about

Myers-briggs today if you've ever taken any personality test before there's tons out there I've taken the disk test and I've taken even some others

When I was like in the corporate world, but those tests really don't explain to you your internal wiring

They're really more for like work life

And what I want to do with personality testing is give you more of like a life life on why you're made up the way

that you are like

Relationally what careers are best for you. How you handle?

Conflict and why you might react in the ways that you do when things present themselves, are you afraid of conflict?

Do you embrace it all of those kinds of things and to be honest with you?

myers-briggs personality testing change everything for me because when I figured out who I

Was with that like how I was made and wired I was like wow

this is really just super revelational and I had so many lightbulb moments after I took this test and so I personally

Think that this is like the basis

For what you need to know about yourself in order for us to get into some really like heavy topics or meat potatoes on

This topic of doing something with transforming your mind when we're talking about

body image and self-image and insecurities and

Feeling worthy and hustling for your worth all of those things

I really think boiled down to I need to know who I am first

So I've written down some notes over here

And I've got my laptop out

Because I want to explain to you a little bit about myers-briggs if you're not familiar with it

and then what you can do actually is take the test because I've listed it down in the description box below and I've also given

You some resources and let me just say this. Some of the websites are a little old and clunky. They really need some updating

so they're not the prettiest things to look at but the information that you will learn especially once you know

Your type is so valuable that I think you'll really absolutely love that

And so I wanted to make sure that you had those resources and you didn't have to go hunting for that

After you left this video

So the first thing I want to talk about is why you need to know your personality type and this is so very important

I think the reason why I feel like this is so important why I kind of wanted to I got a shift on my couch

You guys sorry. Oh, I bumped it. I'm sorry about the camera

I

Think there's so many reasons why this is super important and I want to give you a few that I think you need to know

so the reason why I think this is so important is because myers-briggs really helped me to

Understand like the internals of how I am like how my preferences are for the world to work how my preferences are for

Relationships to work how my preferences are on like career fields? I think this is a common question that I hear all the time

I think a lot of people are not happy and their jobs, they don't love what they do

They you know, they really just you know

they live for the weekend that kind of thing and one of the first things I always think about when someone tells me that is

I always go

I

Wonder what their personality type is and if because of that they're in the wrong career field or they're in the right career field

But they're in the wrong job for what they want to do

So it's things like that that Myers really helped me to learn about myself and I was like wow

This is super empowering for me to know how I function

so the other reason is is that you actually will know yourself better like you're gonna have more of

You're gonna have more of an internal understanding of how you experience the world around you and I think this is so

Important to know because if you don't understand those things and you're constantly frustrated with yourself on how you react to certain situations

Maybe you're frustrated relationally and let's be really honest you're frustrated with yourself because you're not happy with who you are

Maybe the reason that starts from is because you don't even know how you're wired and how you're made in the first place

for you to even embrace things about you that are strengths and then for you to

Understand the weaknesses that you struggle with and figure out ways that are healthy to combat those things over time

So this is really why this is so important to me and why I kind of wanted to share that with you

So let me look at my notes and make sure and can't miss anything and then I want to talk about what the whole personality

Typing is if you haven't done myers-briggs, so just doing a brief overview here

Oh, the other thing I didn't mention is that this will also help you

This is a huge thing and we'll talk about this again as we continue to dive deeper into this topic

That is my ultimate goal

We're gonna talk about things like this creating better boundaries when I figured out myself and was like, oh wow

I have some unhealthy ways of relating to the world around me and people and there's toxic people in my life who I don't need

To be there and oh my gosh

like this helped me to even learn it was like the start of me learning how to even create better boundaries for myself so that

I can protect me so at the end of the day my goal and this is for you to be confident in yourself

For you to have exceptional relationships with people and for you to pursue your dreams because you were made for something incredible

You are fearfully and wonderfully made on top of that and there's a purpose and planning for your life

And if you're not sure of what that is

We kind of have to start at the basics before we can build into all of the big things that transform your mind

Tuesday is gonna be so that's why we're doing this today

So let's actually dive into the four letters that are gonna make up your personality type. So basically it goes like this

There's a there's the first one is you're either going to be an e or an I and Amy's

Extrovert and I means introvert if you're not familiar with it what those are let me just kind of briefly describe them

Extroverts are energized by people. They enjoy a variety of tasks a quick pace and are good at multitasking

Eyes are introverts. They often like working alone or in small groups

They prefer a more deliberate pace and like to focus on one task at a time

This one is typically one that most people go. Oh, I know exactly what I am. I will see this

I've had so many friends take this over the years and

Sometimes the results actually will surprise you and I'll let you know my personality type as we get to the end here and a few

Strengths and a few weaknesses. So you guys can kind of learn a little bit about me, too

The next letter is s or n and so s is a sensor

So sensors are realistic people who like to focus on the facts and details

They apply common sense and past experience to find practical solutions to problems and means you're an intuitive

So an intuitive prefers to focus on possibilities the big picture easily easy

You easily see patterns as well as you value innovation and you see creative solutions to solve problems

So those are s or N and I will say this. I'm an S

Personality and one of my weaknesses has been if I have had bad things happen to me in the past

Sometimes that's how I'll look at the future and I'll go oh man

But this happened and what if history repeats itself and I can tend to focus too much on how that past experience was

so that's kind of a weakness that I'm just sharing off the bat just because when I read that I was like

Oh, I do that. So that's one

The next letter is T or F

So thinker or feeler thinkers tend to make their decisions using logical analysis

Objectively way pros and cons and value honesty consistency and fairness and then feelers you guys are gonna be and I see you guys

I'm a feeler too feelers tend to be sensitive and cooperative and they decide based on their own personal values and how others will be

Affected by their actions. My husband and I are both deep feelers and this is really great in our relationship and it's also

An absolute disaster, so I'll kind of talk about that as we go - and the last letter is J or P

So if you're a J

You're a judge and don't freak out by that word that does not mean you sit just judging people

That is not what it means. I'm gonna talk about it

So judgers mean you tend to be organized and prepared you like to make and stick to plans and are most comfortable

Following most rules. I'm a J big hard J coming at you

Alright a P a perceiver is someone who perceives for I'm sorry perceivers prefer to keep their options open

They like to be able to act spontaneously

And they like to be flexible with making plans that life scares me. So if you're a P

Congratulations. I love you, but that life freaks me out and my husband of course is a P

so

those are the letters that you're gonna get and when you take this test you're going to get four letters and that's gonna actually give

you a personality type and then this is when your world is just gonna be like

Completely turned upside down and you'll be mind blown by the results because you're gonna go. Oh my gosh

I know all these things about me makes sense. So for me, I am an e I'm an extrovert. I am an S

I'm a sensor. I am a J a gender

Oh, no, wait a feeler first and then a J judger, so I'm an es f J

so the perfect person to describe a personality type when I started learning about myself I was like

I wonder what celebrities or EF Jays es f J's and there's a lot of them out there

but the one that stuck out with me was

Monica Geller's the character from friends is based off of an SF

Jey, and so that made me laugh and also feel pretty good about myself because I've been called Monica my whole life

I'm not as neurotic as she is or her character was but I am definitely a Monica personality

And so in saying that it's kind of funny because I started to go. Oh wow

Ok, that's why I do those things and it's like I said, my friends have called me that my whole life

So I have a very strong personality. I see life in black and white

There's not a lot of grey in my life. I have a very strong sense of right and wrong and

Left or right? It's black or white

It's this or that and my husband and I always joke about it because he's a lot of gray and I'm very black and white

Ok, so as an es FJ

I have some amazing strengths and then I have some really

Hard weaknesses that I have to work on and I wanted to share a couple strengths with you guys and then a couple of weaknesses

Because this is what you really need to embrace about yourself is that again?

You were created with an absolute plan and purpose the way that you're wired is not wrong

I don't care what personality type you are. You're not wired wrong

there is a

There's a reason that you are the way that you are and so my goal is to help you figure that part out today

So that going forward as we continue to dive into deeper topics on transform your mind Tuesday

You have a really good basis for who you are and you're comfortable

With that piece of yourself and so for me for many years

I was like man, I'm just so different than other people and you know, I can you know

one of the negative things that I had to learn to overcome is I used to be kind of a bulldog about everything and I

Still have very strong convictions

But I live life differently now than how I used to but I just thought me that's not you know

People just aren't wired like that or you know, I'm just I'm just I'm just kind of a mess

like I'm

you know so different and

Why do I think like this and why do I have to have same things a certain way for me to be happy or comfortable?

and when I took this test and realized like oh

There's nothing wrong with me

I was actually created this way and it does serve a purpose

And so that's the whole goal here today is that you kind of get comfortable with that?

So let me give you a couple of my strengths

So an ESS ESS?

J has a strong sense of right and wrong as I already mentioned

Easily empathizes with another person is able to share feelings with other people cares greatly about the welfare of others

Open honest and forthright about the way that they see things is some of my weaknesses

I are kind of as follows may be unable to

Acknowledge anything that goes against their certainty about the correct or right way to do things

That is something I have to work on all of the time. It's just in 8ly in me

like, you know, this is the way the world works is out to be and

I'm starch about it. And so I have to constantly work on that

and so what I've come to realize over the years is that I have my own my own like

Beliefs that, you know are our convictions for me

but where I'm at in my life now is like I have all of that but

So support the right for someone to figure that out for themselves and used to I was not like that

especially in my early 20s

I was just like no

It should be this way cuz now it is and I've definitely changed a lot but this test is what helped me go

Oh, that's a problem. That is seriously a problem

So one of the other ones is maybe unable to understand verbal logic and quickly cut off others explanations

I have done that too

So these are some of the things that I have to constantly think about and work on on a regular

Basis and I can remember a few years ago when I took this test

I was an unhealthy version of Annie sfj, all of these things that are weaknesses

They were my like go-to first response on everything and when I realized that I was like boo, this is not good

These are the things that need to change. These are the things that negatively impact my relationships

These are the things that negatively impact me as a person and I need to change and work on these things

so as I started to continue to kind of dive into

just learning more about myself and honestly for many years I

Saw a therapist and learned so much

I am NOT a psychology major by any form or fashion or stretch of the word but through counseling and learning about proper ways to

just perform new create new habits, and then that becomes my

my go-to response

I

Don't tend it like I read these now like I'm sitting here doing this on camera for the first time in a while like reading

This stuff going wow

I don't react that way anymore and I can remember a time when I used to and

so this is kind of the stuff that I'm looking to really empower you with and I wanted to start here today because I think

it is so very important to know your personality type and really

Understand the way that you function the way that you prefer to receive information

The way that you prefer to deal with things in the world and all of that. I think it's so vastly important

So here's my question for you. Once you take the test that's in the description box

I want to know what your personality type is

And the second thing I want to know is what surprised you the most like, what did you go?

Holy crap, that is totally need and then what thing do you kind of need to work on?

Like what's that thing that you go?

me and that really hit my heart and I see that I do that a lot and I really need to work on that because

It's not good for me, and it's not good for my relationships

So that is what I want to know down in the comments below

So I hope this video has been super intriguing for you today to go. Yeah, girl

I do not know what personality type and I need to know what it is because again as we dive deeper into this topic

I'm so excited about have so many great things coming for you guys over this year with transform your mind Tuesday

I really wanted to make sure that you have such a good sense of who you are and I'll probably refer back to this video

Several times just because if you don't know that if you don't have that basis

I really think it's gonna be tough to try and overcome some things because you're just gonna get frustrated with yourself

Because sometimes it's really hard especially with those weaknesses to go. Oh, man

Why is that always my first response, but then what's really great is you can see all of your strengths and you can go

Oh my gosh, these are amazing things about me and these are the things that I want to continue to develop

so with the resources that are below I think it's 16 personality types calm and then it's

personal

Personal, I don't know it's down. I'll bliss it below because I can't remember it off the top of my head

But basically when you click into these websites the one that's really clunky

You'll you'll see it as soon as you click on it

What I want you to do is click careers click relationships

and what you have to do is scroll down a little bit and actually select your

Personality type and then you can actually read about yourself

So make sure you do that because each one of those you'll see the portrait section and the portrait is gonna give you an overall

About your personality and then of course

You can learn about your career learn about your relationships if you are if you are married or you've got a boyfriend

Selling a farm property - Duration: 1:34.

Hey guys Trisha Lutteroty here with Keller Williams Realty Group. Thanks for

stopping by my channel where I post new videos every Tuesday about all things

real estate. This week we are talking about how to sell a farm property in the

winter. It's freezing here in eastern PA! It's 11 degrees today and we are cold

and we're starting to see sellers pull their properties from the market because

they're waiting for spring. All the sellers out there are thinking "who is

gonna be trudging around a cornfield looking at a farm property in the winter".

Buyers are still shopping right now there's no reason that you need to put

off selling your farm property until the spring and summer market, that's what

everybody else is doing it you want to be ahead of the game.

Getting good listing photos of a farm property in the spring and summer has

its challenges. Think about it you walk outside and you

have a wall of corn. You really can't show off that beautiful view that you

might have. When a photographer goes out to take pictures in the winter months,

all the crops are mowed down so you can really see the view and experience the

landscape. Capturing these images when it's cold outside really is going to let

the buyer get the lay of the land and really understand what they're

purchasing and what their land looks like. What's the hardest thing about

selling any property? The upkeep, right? Selling in the wintertime is going to

give you less to do. You don't have to tend to all those crops so you can keep

focus on keeping things tidy in the house and get that farm property sold.

So just to recap, why is winter a great time to sell your farm property? Less

competition, better photos to show off your property, and less upkeep. It's a

win-win! Thanks for watching be sure to click Subscribe and the little bell

below so that you get notified every time I post my new videos.
