in today's video I will be testing out a Pinterest game called cheese head I'm

naming this cheese head you'll see why in just a minute but of course you

already saw the thumbnail with cheetos stuck all on my head

hence the name cheese head but I saw this all over Pinterest and I thought

hey we got to give this a try to see if it's actually any fun. if it actually works

so I will show you my son and husband and I demonstrating this game. okay

really I'm the guinea pig and my son is throwing Cheetos at my head and then at

the end after you see us playing the game I will give you kind of a wrap-up

and let you know is this worth playing at your home. what are the ups where are

the downs. how many laughs did we get. was it fun? did everybody enjoy it?

are there any special tips because yes yes I have some special tips for you all

video. here we go so I found this game over on Pinterest and I had a little bit

of nervousness in trying this game because it looks very very messy. it

involves shaving cream and Cheetos. I don't really like Cheetos. I did when I

was a kid and shaving cream is just you know weird. so I went to my local Target

and I picked up the cheapest shaving cream I could find and a bag of Cheetos.

it called for a shower cap but I forgot a shower cap so we stuck a plastic bag

over my head and then I came home and asked my 11 year old son to throw

Cheetos at my head. and if you've never given your preteen a chance with their

Cheetos at your head I highly recommend it

because most likely they have some aggression towards you that they need to

get out. basically what you do is you put a shower cap or a plastic bag- in this case I

put a plastic bag over my head and you go ahead and prep it with some shaving

cream and basically just see how many Cheetos you can toss on the person's

head. come over here

okay okay did you get some over here? This is your one chance in life to throw Cheetos

at your mother's head. you have the cheeto. I'm gonna close my eyes. you can do this

as a family just as a fun game to do or you could have it as a competition and

line a whole bunch of people up and see how many Cheetos that you can throw at

the person's head and then count you know and see who has the most Cheetos on

their head so it can be a really fun team game. so the cheeto hitting my head

is very painful but not like disastrous. um I suggest getting a shaving cream

that doesn't have such a strong smell because um wow this is a strong smell

and my son is having fun decorating for the picture for the profile picture I

think oh it smells like the ocean yeah does it not only the ocean no it

does not smell like the ocean right we're gonna take some pictures I'm gonna

make you have somebody so here as you can see there was a little laughter in

this game um I definitely would recommend this game probably might do it

outside but honestly it wasn't too messy on the inside I had some cheeto dust on

my shoulders actually didn't have any of my hair are you guys so I'm not sure how

I'm going to clean up this mess my husband did a great job picking up stuff

I suggest getting garbage bags on the floor and my son definitely enjoyed

hitting me with Cheetos how we can get this off oh and if you don't have a

shower cap you can use target bag wrapped around your head and

tied in the back with a little garbage bag tie we pulled the plastic bag off my

head and actually I think it worked better than doing a shower cap

because we could just pull it off all of the mess was contained in the plastic

bag and we could just throw it away again

what what? did you just say? I've never found you more attractive. thanks thanks we are cleaning up from a game

that we just filmed got a little messy

but I recommend it if your kids have some aggression that they need to get

out. oh I'm so sweaty underneath my head is sweaty right after we filmed the

taking off of the plastic bag you guys there was literally we didn't even know

it there was a snake above our head so we had Christmas lights strung up above

our heads and with this was filmed on New Year's Day so we were taking down

the Christmas lights right after we film this my husband got

on the ladder and to take off the Christmas lights and there was a snake

that fell on him well actually was attached to a piece of tape that was

attached to the light and he pulled it down and said that this snake was like

right in his face and it freaked him out. anyways wish I caught that on camera. I

make videos like this twice a week so make sure you come back to share the fun

Contagious empathy

is automatic while cognitive empathy requires effort

and can be trained and expanded.

What is empathy?

Empathy is feeling together,

understanding what the other feels

or, more deeply,

feeling like the other. Empathy is one of the bridges

between selfishness and altruism.

Contrary to many beliefs, empathy is a natural ability for humans and other animals,

many other animals.

The empathy that is proven to be present in other animals is what we call contagious empathy;

it is automatic, it does not require effort, it happens.

So what is a good example of it? Imagine someone closing the door on their fingers...

we automatically contracts our muscles and we imagine and almost feel the pain

like the other. The word empathy comes from the Greek, but it has been forgotten for hundreds of years.

and it was back at the beginning of the last century.

Today, empathy is mandatory,

she is everywhere

from primary school

it becomes much easier to choose who to empathize with and how to be genuine in empathy.

to be auto-empathic,

to be selective, to be open to new narratives, and to be genuine is

the best way

to develop our self-knowledge,

Stuff into 26 to 36 mm natural hog casing

32 to 34mm in this case

Twist into 10 centimeter links

GOODBYE in SHANGHAI: Losing Something Special - Duration: 4:30.

I really hoped that I wouldn't have to make this video.

Before we knew it, we had arrived in Shanghai.

Our very last stop in China.

Nobody really talks about how exhausting travel can be.

Constantly moving from place to place, train station to train station with sometimes only

a day or less to explore a new place.

And after five solid weeks of travelling around, we basically crashed.

Both of us got sick and just the idea of sightseeing started to feel like a chore.

Honestly all I wanted to do was lie in bed and eat some strange flavoured Chinese snacks.

But we only had three days left so we ventured out into China one last time.

As we watched the sunset over the city, it really felt like the end of a chapter.

And in a way, the World Financial Centre viewpoint captured the essence of both the best and

the worst things about travelling in China.

Awe-Inspiring beauty that you sometimes have to fight your way through crowds to see.

But honestly I was really sad to be saying goodbye to China.

It was goodbye to the epic cityscapes and mountaintop views.

Goodbye to the hidden nature of the cities and those unexpected pockets of peace.

It was goodbye to the madness, the busy markets and the bustling backstreets.

Goodbye to the city lights and the claustrophobic crowds.

Goodbye to selfies with locals and Chinese hospitality.

Goodbye to the blistering sun, the pouring rain, the food, the drink, my list could just

go on and on.

But for me personally, there was something far more special that I had to say goodbye

to.

From the start of this trip, these last five weeks there's been something that's been

a sort of constant.

It's…

You know, we've grown together these last five weeks travelling around from place to

place and I feel like we've been through thick and thin, but…

I never thought this day would come.

Of course, I'm talking about shaving off my travel beard.

That big, beautiful, slightly ginger friend on my face.

It was time for a new beginning, a blank canvas, a brand new country and an exciting new city.

A clean shave just felt right.
