Prodotti pulizia e cura bicicletta Peaty's - Duration: 5:14.

Hi all

Today we'll talk of bike cleaning products

Steve Peat's ones

whose brand is called Peaty's

I'm holding in my hands the bike cleaner foam

that we'll test shortly in this video

This is the chain degreaser

and finally the chain lube

I wanted to show you also the tyre sealant

It's already in some tyres of our test bikes, a specific review will follow

This is the dirty bike I'll use for the test today

an Ibis Ritmo

Let's go out to the bike wash!

I start rinsing the bike

using the pressure washer without pressure

You can open or close the Peaty's turning the spout

Closed... open

On the bottle it's written to wait 3/5 minutes before washing it off

so let's wait

3 minutes are gone

Let's get the dirt off the bike

As you can see I haven't used any brush

it looks like the bike is quite clean

the dirt has gone completely

I only used 1 minute of pressure washer

The results are pretty good

Let's take a closer look

Now I try the chain degreaser

Give it 2 minutes to work properly

as written on the bottle

let's check the results after 2 minutes

That's it

The chain looks quite clean to me

even if I haven't brushed it off

I dry the chain up

The is still some dirt but not much

I won't clean up the whole drivetrain, this is just an example of how the chain degreaser works

The lube bottle has a very well thought spout, precise and easy to apply

I haven't used it yet, let's see how it works

I wipe away the lube in eccess from the chain

It's clean and lubed, ready for the next ride

Let's check the bike once it is dry

These are the results of Peaty's foam

Even if I waited to dry up the bike

There are no shadows or dirt/water/foam stains

I'd say the results are good.

The work is done, the bike is clean

I forgot to tell you that this lube is for "all weather"

I'll tell you in a couple of weeks how it works in the wet, even if the conditions here right now are really dry

Thanks for watching!

Please.

But I feel worried about leaving you alone now.

I need to spend this important moment alone.

Okay.

I'm going, but call me if you need me.

[Incoming call]

You really had a blast, didn't you?

But too bad.

You got 65,032 views.

Things don't go well for fakes, do they?

When you hit 50,000 views, I thought for a second that you might make it.

But, this is reality.

Who knew that something you had put so much into could fall apart so quickly.

Anyway, as promised, Showtaro,

I'm keeping your account.

[End call]

Hey...

Yeah.

I'm at home.

Listen...

I've a favor to ask.

Why are we going back?

To find out why he began appearing.

Gotta see him.

See him?

Since I lost the game,

I've been scared.

He still has my account.

What's he gonna do with it?

I don't know

Man, I used to think YouTubers were cool.

It seemed to be a fun job, but it comes with danger.

Yeah, there's a lot you gotta sacrifice.

I've been in bad situations before.

But this is the worst.

It's crazy.

He started to appear

after we went with Toko to that abandoned school in Hachioji.

Right, when we went to take a video of ghosts.

So you're going back there to make him appear again?

How else can I catch him?

I'm gonna find him and ask him why he's doing this to me.

Hey, Toko needs the car tomorrow.

We have to get back before morning, okay?

I know!

Let's go make him appear.

Okay...

[No students allowed]

Hey!

Here I go.

Who...

are...

you?

Is the time okay?

Yeah, it's 2:10 a.m.

Okay, ready?

Who are you?

Who are you?

Who are you?

Let's go up to the roof.

Think he'll appear?

He has to.

He's not here.

We couldn't make him appear.

Wait a bit longer.

Watch out!

Don't fall!

I'm okay.

It's raining.

Too bad he didn't show up.

ETC card has been inserted.

Hoshi.

What's that?

Drive recorder is on.

That thing...

It's too dark to see. Switch to high beam.

What's that?

Who is that?

It's past three.

He's looking at us.

Doesn't his face look weird?

-Is he coming? -Yeah.

-What do we do? -Let's get out of here! Go, go!

Hurry! Hurry!

That's the horn!

Back it up, back it up!

Hurry, hurry!

He's coming!

He's coming up fast! Speed it up!

Can't go any faster!

No, no, no!

Hey, turn around!

Ouch!

Show, you all right?

Aww, yeah...

Wow, this is bad!

That was close...

Is he gone?

Oh my god! This is really bad!

Tah-dah!

You!

Don't you just love a good Candid Camera stunt?

You think you're being funny?

Yes, I am being funny!

What is this?

I'm flattered that you came all this way to see me.

I don't understand.

Why did you appear in my life?

You make me sick! What are you?

Are you listening?!

How long are you going to keep this up?

Why did you appear?

You want to know why I appeared.

What do you think?

You don't get it?

That's why I'm here!

I'll give you a clue.

"Who are you?"

I'm really sorry.

An accident?

A month to repair?

Unbelievable!

I'm sorry.

Listen, it couldn't be helped.

Couldn't be helped? What were you doing?

Having a car chase?

The training camp starts today!

You can rent a car.

I'll rent you a car.

That's not the issue.

What were you thinking?

Two grown-ups ghost-hunting on a weekday night?

You know I got labeled "Ugly x 100" for that.

You're still at it?

-This is different. -It's the same!

I'm sorry for causing you trouble.

Hoshi, please.

Don't help him make stupid videos.

I understand how you feel, but Show didn't make them.

Good grief! You're so stupid.

Dancing isn't just a hobby for me.

I'm serious about it. You understand?

Understand?

Yes, but Hoshi really is not to blame.

It's all my fault.

A movie director?

Get real.

Lots of people try really hard and still don't make it.

I'm sorry.

It's not Hoshi's fault at all.

I'm serious about this movie on Show.

Maybe that's your mistake.

Stop it!

This guy makes fun of hard-working people.

He makes disgusting videos.

He's laughing at you for wanting to be a director.

No, that's not true.

What's with you, Toko!

Yelling at Show, without trying to see his side.

Who's the kid here?

What?

You're the one looking down on me.

Sorry.

Hello?

Yes.

Kodan Records?

The music company?

This isn't a good time. Can you call back?

Huh? Debut as a rapper?

Yes.

Who, me?!

This is a work of fiction. Characters, organizations, and

names are fictional and do not represent any actual persons.

Keys to Success | Crystal Sparks - Duration: 11:26.

I'm so excited to be sharing this with you I'm going to be talking about a

vision book planner and how to make it setting goals that actually work and

being able to track them throughout the year is your key to success where do we

talk about all that coming up next

hey everyone welcome to Wednesday's with Crystal my name is Crystal Sparks and

whether you're here for the very first time maybe you found me through a search

Google bar Google search bar search Google bar you know what I've tried to

say and whether you found it through that or maybe somebody shared it on

social media I'm so glad that you are here on my channel every week on

Wednesday I put out a new video and my channels purpose is this is to help grow

your faith and help equip you to accomplish your dreams and your goals

hey one of the things that I'm really excited about is this year I'm gonna be

putting out some different products and different tools to be able to help you

grow your faith in real practical ways and I was sitting at my desk a few

months ago and if for those of you that know me know that I'm really big about

setting goals really big about having a plan in place and I had my planner in

one spot and I was digging and I was looking for my vision book because I go

over my goals every single day right when I get to the office and I was

telling a girl friend of mine I said you know I wish I had a book that had my

planner in the front with my calendar and all the things that I had going on

and then in the back I would have where it showed me my vision and for the year

and she goes crystal why don't you make that I think people would love it so I

did I got a team of people together and we put it together and so I'm gonna talk

to you about setting goals that actually work I believe that the key to success

is this it's not just having a vision cuz everybody wants a better life right

everybody wants to be further next year than they were the year before I talk to

people all the time that they're believing for this to be their best year

ever and hey I'm right there with you but the difference I love the difference

maker between Henry Ford and the Wright brothers is this persistence it's not

what you do once that matters it's what you're willing to do over and over and

over again one of my favorite stories about the right

before they would go out to the field to attempt to get their plane to take off

is they would go to the part stores and they would buy enough parts to cover how

many times they felt like they would fail that day attempting to fly I loved

that so much because they knew they weren't going to take off the first time

but they had already made up their mind they were gonna be persistent so I

believe if you want 20-19 to be your best year ever you have to make up your

mind in advance that you're gonna be persistent and just like the Wright

brothers they went to the tool store and they got the parts that they needed I

believe that you're gonna have to have the right products you need to be able

to surround yourself and remind yourself of the vision that when you fail and

when you mess up you have something to go back to to remind yourself of what

you originally set out to do so the first key to success the thing that's

gonna make it your best year ever is number one you've got to start dreaming

there's one of my favorite stories is about a famous pastor his name was

Kenneth Hagin and he was an incredible preacher evangelist and did amazing

things in his lifetime well one day the meeting had to ended and everybody had

left and there was this one person and they were down front and they were

praying at the altar he walked up and he tapped them on the shoulder and he said

what are you praying for and they said nothing in particular

and he said this that's exactly what you'll get nothing in particular see I

think a lot of times we don't even know what we want in fact a friend of mine

just recently I told her how I was kind of frustrated in an area of my life and

I really was just trying to get to the next level and she asked me the question

well what do you want and when she asked that I was struggling with coming up to

the answer and then I got out my vision book and remind myself of what I want

and I know that sounds crazy but so many times we don't give ourselves the time

to drink we don't know what it is that we want out of 2019 we don't know what

it is what does being more spiritual or being closer to God what does that look

like what does being in better shape what does that look like what is having

more money look like what does having a strong marriage look like and until you

can start dreaming of those things that you

ever gonna develop a mental picture I think what's so amazing is psychologists

will tell you that when you begin to dream and you begin to see those images

in your brain that those images to your brain is as though you already completed

it and so your mind and your body begin to perform on a different level in fact

one of my favorite stories was from the Olympics a few years back and it was a

rowing team and this coach got the principle of having the right vision and

his in there his players minds and he was like I'm gonna do this for my team

so they recorded a fake version of the Olympics and the announcer was saying

enthusiastically about the team getting close and he was narrating the whole

thing between the two teams and then you could hear the water going you could

hear the crowd cheering and at the very end their team won he made them listen

to this every single day as they begin to train you know what happened they

went to the Olympics and they won the gold medal and I believe that they were

able to do that because they allowed themselves to start dreaming so what I

love about this vision planner is it has a spot for you to put pictures and this

is somebody's vision planner it's not mine but they have a picture of money

there they have a picture of a family all together they have a picture of

somebody with their pants that they're loose right the opposite of Thanksgiving

and so they have all these pictures and what is it it's allowing them to start

dreaming of what God has for them and so I want to just challenge you what is it

that you want what is it that you're believing God for for this next year the

second thing the key to success to make this your best year ever I believe you

have to get specific you have to know exactly what it is that you're believing

for goal should be measurable I love this quote it says that goals are dreams

with deadlines and that is so good because so many times we have these

things that we say we want to do it's kind of like when we tell people oh we

should get together sometime and it never happens have you ever noticed that

you see somebody if you'd be like oh it's so it'd be so good to hang out and

you never make it happen but the difference is there's other people that

you say hey we should have dinner sometime and then you get out your

phones and you say how about Tuesday at 7 o'clock what is that it's

getting specific it's not just saying something vague like I would love for us

to get together sometime but it's saying we're going to set our intentions

anything that you have is a goal it should show up on your calendar so these

four things should be in getting specific number one how much so if it's

getting closer to God how much what does that look like does it mean you're going

to church does it mean you're reading your Bible how much the second question

it should answer by what time when is this going to happen number three the

plan what is the plan to get you there number four you should have a written

statement that you confess daily about that so if it's something about getting

closer to God then you should say daily I love every single night when I go to

bed I say God awaken me next morning with your loving-kindness and for me

it's just me confessing daily that I'm able to wake up early spend time in the

word spend time praying and doing my confessions it's my way of setting my

intentions for the next day see what I love about this person's vision planner

is they did such a good job they have right here on pounds loss and they have

all the pounds tracked out and then as they lose them they're Xing them off

another thing that they have is their date night right and so then they have

that their goal is to go on one day a month and so they have 12 boxes lined

out there where they can X them out as they go along and what's great about

this vision planner is up here is it's got ways for you to track the things

that you have the goal in the back so you're able to see here on the Bible

read for her to get closer to God her goal is to read Genesis 1 through 12 and

Psalms 1 through 10 and so what's awesome about that is as she does it

she's able to mark off here because that goes to our next thing is is you have to

review often the key to success is reviewing often I read a study that

happened in the 1950s and I think if the study was done again we'd be so much

worse than what they were back then because we're so distracted right in

fact they say that the average human has the attention span of a goldsmith

goldfish now right a goldfish is more attentive than we are so here's the

thing is they got these people together and they

gave him a sequence of letters and in that they showed him the sequence of

letters for just a few seconds and asked them if they could recall them and they

did and then they said okay do me a favor count backwards from six and so

they counted backwards from six and they said okay can you tell us the sequence

of letters only half of the people were able to do it they kept moving the

numbers up until they reached 18 and they had to count down from 18 once they

got to the number 18 nobody could remember the sequence of letters at all

anymore so I'll just say this that if we're like that with things that we just

saw how much more we like that with our dreams and our goals so many times we

set a goal and this is what happens is we put it up somewhere maybe we have a

vision board in our closet or something like that and then next thing we know a

few months go by a few weeks go by and we can't even remember what we had

originally set out to do and that's why I love this that I created is that it's

got a spot for you to be able to track it monthly and it helps you keep

yourself accountable because I think that everything that we do should have a

plan in a place so here's the plan and here's the place right so we're able to

make sure that our monthly our yearly goals it broke down into monthly things

and what's super awesome is I have a focus spot for you who you every single

month you can fill it out at the top what's awesome about these is they come

with two awesome sticker sheets so you can make them customized to for yourself

so this one has all the months and then this one has fun different things that

you can decorate your vision planner with and get started in this next year

in a strong way and what's awesome in this is that it's twelve months in here

and you can fill it out you can make it whatever you want it to be and you can

start literally at any point so maybe you're watching this video and it's July

guess what this vision planner will be awesome to help you not only just start

well but finish well and so hey I'd love for you to grab one of these they're

available on my website the link is down below I want to help you give all the

give you all the tools you need to help you grow your faith in equip you to

accomplish your dreams and your goals thank you so much for being a part of my

community here if you will take a moment share this video help us get the word

out so we can help others but do something awesome for God to speak

Ozil's Arsenal behaviour will breed squad discontent, believes Seaman - Duration: 3:45.

Arsenal legend David Seaman has hit out at Mesut Ozil, believing his current behaviour could be detriment to Unai Emery's squad

Ozil last featured for the Gunners on Boxing Day in a 1-1 Premier League draw at Brighton

The former Germany international was omitted once more from their squad at the weekend as they lost to West Ham - with his days looking increasingly numbered

Instead of being in London, he was pictured in a hookah lounge in Istanbul. Ozil is currently on £350,000-a-week, making him the club's highest earner, a figure that Seaman feels he is not deserving of

'He has been given a vote of confidence from the manager [when given the captain's armband] but then he hasn't carried it on, has he?' Seaman said on the Alan Brazil Sports Breakfast show on talkSPORT

'How can you not be fit for one game and then two days later be fit?'There's something really weird going on and I don't think we're getting the full story but he just doesn't look good

He's the top earning player at the club and he just isn't doing it - including when he's on the pitch as well as he's not played brilliantly

'It can cause a lot of problems [within the squad when you're not performing] especially due to the amount of money he's getting - it's almost double whatever everybody else is getting in some cases

'The guy that is getting the most money is the guy who is supposed to be setting the example

He's the best player at the club and you want to see that.'That he's not doing it regularly it breeds a little bit of discontent and players do get the hump with it

' Problems between Emery and Ozil have grown with the former wanting the club to find an exit route for the latter before the end of the January transfer window to free up funds to sign his own players

The manager's omission of Ozil for Saturday's defeat at West Ham pointed instruction to the club's board that, as far as Emery is concerned, their No 11 is dispensable

Arsenal are still to receive credible interest for the player, who does not want to go on loan and whose £350,000-a-week salary deters potential buyers

Earlier in the season, Ozil's absence at home against West Ham was put down to illness

This was despite the player mingling in the Arsenal dressing room for an hour before the game

In November, Emery cited 'physicality and intensity' when Ozil was left out at Bournemouth

On Saturday, Emery said: 'The players who were here were the ones who deserved to be at this match

Sometimes he is helping us, at other moments not helping us because of injury or because maybe the match is not for him

'

Improve Your Manual Skills | MTB Coaching With Neil - Duration: 13:37.

(grunge music)

- Right, this is a how to manual video

but with a difference today

because I'm joined by a guest.

This is Tom.

You may have heard of Tom.

He normally stands behind the camera,

this time he's in front of the camera.

Tom can ride a bike.

I'm sure he can manual a bit

but I'm gonna run a coaching session

from the start, run you through how to manual,

and hopefully you guys at home can join in as well.

(grunge music)

Tom, you've been riding for quite a few years I suppose?

- Yeah, a long time.

Too long and I should know how to manual, really.

- Aren't you mates with Brendan Fairclough

and Olly Wilkins?

They not taught you how to manual?

- No. (laughing)

- Right, what's your biggest manual?

- Probably about 2m, but I can manual like on a trail.

I can manual through a hole,

I can manual through a roller on a pump track.

- Yeah.

- I can bunny hop, I can jump, I can do drops.

I just can't like do an impressive manual down a road

to show off to my mates.

- Okay, we'll try and do that,

but we'll also try and do it from the start

to help people that can't do that as well.

- Yeah.

- So, I'll run you through a coaching session

like I used to do it, start, start.

So you don't need anything to try and learn to manual.

Just find yourself a big open space,

fire roads, slight downhill is perfect.

It's gonna be easier with a bike with a short stem,

so 50mm stem is alright.

Should be good.

First part of a manual is the pump.

So standing nice and tall on your bike,

ready position, and then go straight down into saddle,

trying to squash the bike into the ground.

Squash like pressure through your feet into the ground.

(grunge music)

Trying to go, it gonna feel weird,

because it's a bit unnatural if you think of it,

but just go straight down.

'Cause at the minute you, you're kind of going

a bit down and back, so almost go to the seated position

but not quite.

(grunge music)

And that's one of the big mistakes people make

is missing that straight down.

They go diagonally down and back at the same time.

So, moving on to L-shape.

An easy way of practicing this is

don't try and actually lift the front wheel,

just do the motion.

So it's from the ready position,

straight down, then push the bike forward.

So two movements, straight down,

push the bike forward.

That's it.

And that's the bit that's gonna feel a bit weird

to begin with probably.

So just do it over and over, just like that.

Real sort of stuttery.

Tom's gonna have to unlearn what he already knows.

It can take ages.

You know, the whole ten thousand hours thing.

I'm not sure I believe in that,

but you need to do it loads of times until it feels natural

and it can be, you know,

two motions for as long as you want.

(grunge music)

- Like, that slow or

- Yeah that's fine.

Maybe try and get a bit lower to the rear wheel

on the second bit so,

I've got the seat right down

and I almost sit, and then I'm quite low,

my hips and my bum is pretty close to the rear tire.

So straight down and then slide back and low.

- Back and then sort of little bit down

- Yeah, that's it.

- towards the rear wheel.

- So, that L-shape we talked about, down, back,

actually you wanna sort of open it up a little bit,

so it just like down and down and back.

This is where you practice practice practice

and it's got to become muscle memory.

I don't know how long that can take

but it can take a while, it can be frustrating

because then doing it one motion

can really sort of frazzle people's brains

and they go back to doing whatever they used to do

and it could be down and back,

whereas it needs to be straight down and then roll back.

How do you feel about the covering your brakes thing.

I know you ride with one finger.

- Yeah.

- So that's good.

A lot of people ride with two fingers on their brakes

and I always say

Right, get used to riding with one

because you need to be coming at all times.

How do you feel,

do you feel confident about if rubber does come up,

you know, when to hit the rear brake?

- I think so, but I feel like, at the moment,

I would just jam it on.

- Yeah.

That's the way to do it.

It will save your arse, literally.

You can pretty much do vertical, you hit it hard,

it will bring the front wheel down.

- Yeah.

- It's just getting the judgment on when to pull it

and how hard, will take a bit of practice.

- Yeah.

- Best way to practice that is actually wheelie in

and just get used to the balance point and that.

But it is just that safety,

you know, safety net to hold on to at all times

because I reckon in a minute or two,

you'll get a good one, and the movement comes,

and you'll go whoof

and that's where you whack that back brake

on as soon as you can.

- Yeah, okay.

- So what is gonna happen

- So just keep doing that L and it will just pop up?

- At the moment it's not quite popping

because you've still got bit of a pause,

which we're practicing the two motions,

so now it's gotta be doo-doo-doo.

- Okay.

- Like whoosh.

Not a duh, duh, and at the moment yours is a bit duh-duh.

- Try and make it one without cutting that corner.

- Exactly.

- Cool.

- That's the one where, yeah,

it's difficult because people then want to

cut the corner.

- Yeah.

- You still gotta go straight down back

but it's a whoosh, not a duh duh.

Nice.

(drumming music)

- I almost feel like I'm sort of, like the front comes up,

and I'm only just peering over my bars, like

- Yeah, that's alright though.

That's probably because you need a bit more

of the pump first, but you're right back.

You know, if you're peering over the bars

you know you're right back there,

and that's good because also that's what I have to coach

people out of the pull on the arms

because what a lot of people do is they stay in the middle

and just ride on their arms

and your weight is still right in the middle of the bike

but it's good that you're saying that you're, you know,

peering over the bars.

Just to get it more effortless,

you need to get that stronger pump in the middle,

- Okay.

- And then finish off in the same spot,

and then you'll go woohoo

- I'm going way faster than you were going just then,

so does speed not really matter but not too fast.

- No.

You want enough to get a gyroscopic effect

so you don't fall over sideways easily

but it's not a case of throwing more speed at it,

you can do it nice and slow.

- Yeah.

(upbeat electric guitar music)

- The faster you go, the more chance of bruising

skinning your (beeping) when you fall off.

(grunge music)

- I don't know if I'm like,

I've not got to the point where I have to put my brake yet.

- Yeah.

- Should I almost go for it and then

- I do think it's difficult

because you if you don't get the brake nailed,

you will loop out, so that's where the whole wheelie

is a safe way of doing it because you can go up the hill,

you can go slower and you can

- Neil, I think this might be a bad time to tell you

but I can't wheelie either.

- (laughing) A wheelie is a different skill

but you've got two safety nets

because if I'm looping out I can back off the power,

and I can hit the brake.

- Yeah.

- So it's like a much safer way of learning

your balance point, and learning to wheelie,

I think you should be able to wheelie,

you're a good enough rider,

it's just different things to practice.

- I think like the problem with wheelie-ing and manualing

is the whole feeling of like going too far,

- Yeah, yeah.

- And like, I think when you're wheelie-ing

you actually feel like you're looping out way more

than you feel comfortable doing when you're learning it.

If that makes sense?

- Yeah, and with the manual you are pretty much

in a loop out position, and that's why I go on about

manual is great for big altitude drops and stuff.

It's also, it gives you that skill of knowing exactly

where too far is because you've been too far,

- Yeah.

- So you know when you're bombing down a trail

what it feels to be too far off the back of the bike

and it gives you a better judgment

of not doing that so much so,

it helps with lots of different types of riding.

I reckon that's it.

Your thing now is to get beyond that balance,

the balancing point, so loop out and hit the back brake.

- Yeah.

- And do that over and over.

So loop out, hit the brake

- Just want to loop out like

- Loop out, boom, brake.

And it's, it's there, it's not,

you know, not a million miles further back

than where you are.

So what you're doing now is quite common as well.

It's doing like a little setup,

sort of squish the suspension,

- Yeah.

- It can also sort of mess up our timing

and you get then tired of doing it.

People do it with jumps as well.

They say they wanna get like a

ooh, I'm ready, and then boom,

but just do one motion,

there's your manual.

Don't do a, it's difficult,

I used to find it easier to coach someone

who is completely new to riding a bike

than is someone who has ridden for years.

- Yeah, it's bad habits I suppose.

- Yeah, and like you said,

it's for me the years of practicing outside your house,

messing around like a 12-year old.

That's where I learn.

It's probably a lot of things that still I use nowadays

and manual is definitely one of those things

where doing it in the nineties on my bike with a 80mm stem,

over and over (chuckling).

- So I never really, I never really did that.

I sort of did a little bit.

I think I learnt bunny hops and that was it.

- Yeah.

- Then I was like, right, lets go off into the woods

and go and mountain bike.

I never really spent that time that loads of people

or loads of kids do.

- What also jumps as well for me,

I just spent hours and hours doing that

and that all adds up to these skills

from being able to pump from manual, jump,

that you can use for everything

like riding cross country.

And it's easy enough to learn.

As I say, you need a road near a fire road.

- Yeah.

- Do it over and over.

I think technique's there,

you just need to do a bit more of everything,

and then you need your back brake.

- A bit more aggressive on everything,

- Yeah.

- Or more like

- Aggressive maybe not, but like firm,

like to me it does feel like a proper forceful thing.

It may not look like it but it's quite a swift movement.

Definitely with manuals, you've got to learn to loop out

and realize that your brake will save you most of the time

but that takes practice.

Alright, I filmed ya.

So this works very well.

Do in slow mo.

This first one is actually really good.

So if you watch that, standing nice and tall,

straight down then back

- Yeah.

- That's low so you're looking over the top of the bars.

Only difference that I can see in my final position

is I'm probably a bit lower to the rear wheel.

You see your hips are behind the rear axle,

so that's great.

Arms straight, heads up, that's the right position.

Just could maybe finish a bit lower

and then you'd be looping out

so you'd have to hit the brake.

- Yeah.

- That's just what you got to learn.

So I'd say there's nothing wrong with the skill,

the technique's fine now,

it just needs bit more revving

and that's where you will go beyond the balance point

- Okay.

- And it will take a while and,

I should say sometimes it gets worse,

that is really frustrating

because you think about it too much

and it just goes out the window.

Sometimes it takes a while,

it could take coming back tomorrow

and doing it again will make the difference

but nothing wrong with technique,

it just needs a bit more force in it,

and a bit more movement.

- That was kind of strange that time,

like I thought more about the down and bars forward

rather than before I was thinking like down and bum back.

- Yeah.

- It's the same thing but

- Yeah, whatever works but whatever it is

you end up in the same position,

you just slide the bike forward to get there.

So, let's try that.

Down and hands forward.

(light upbeat guitar music)

Nice.

Yip, that's good.

That's wicked technique and where it goes sideways

it just takes a bit of practice

getting the movement straight.

- I'm still like all of those I didn't feel

like I was near a point of needing to hit that brake.

- I reckon you're right on it.

The way it floats and then drops,

- Yeah.

- Knows you're right about the balance point

otherwise if you're not there, you just drop down quickly.

So it's like whoooeet.

So you were getting pretty close.

- And do you like, 'cause I know that when you do manuals

you kind of like, you use your hips a little bit,

- Yeah.

- But is it like better to just, but when you begin,

like ignore moving hips to try and hold the manual

but just use the brake?

That's what I feel like I do.

I feel like I move my hips up and forwards a bit when I get

- I get lazy and do the brake because it feels more fun

to just hang on the brake but really,

you know, you watch a bit of Maxi's do, and no brakes.

So, it's all about the hips and to begin with

you probably just want to use your hips,

but I find it fun to turn a manual into that coaster wheelie

where I sit behind the balance point to use the brake.

- Yeah.

- It feels more like a motor bike where,

I can't do that very well but it feels cool.

(laughing)

So yeah, hips more than brake I would say.

- But I feel like I'm almost over exaggerating hips

and I get to the point, I then move my hips forwards a bit.

- Yeah.

You would be better off learning to loop

and hit the brake 'cause you are right there,

but I don't want to surprise you,

you know, not much further,

and the front will wanna completely come up.

- Yeah.

- How's that feeling then Tom?

- Definitely way better.

I feel like I know what I'm kind of doing more now.

- Yeah.

- Just more practice I suppose.

- That's always the way.

And it's one of those things like,

I've ridden with you loads, you're a really good rider,

but if you want to go to like the very next level

it's learning where loop out plays sides,

not necessarily being able to manual,

it's just learning like these little details

about balance on the bike and I reckon it does help.

Just practice.

- Yeah.

Jerry Jones thinks the Rams' slippery field hurt the Cowboys in playoff loss - Duration: 2:49.

Cowboys owner Jerry Jones said that he didn't want to make excuses for the Cowboys' season-ending loss to the Rams

He just had a lot of excuses.  While Jones agreed with the assessment that the Rams were able to pick up on tells from the Cowboys defensive line, he thought much of the defensive struggles could be blamed on the LA Coliseum's field conditions

Jones joined 105.3 The Fan on Tuesday and immediately mentioned the field when asked about the Rams' 273 rushing yards on Saturday

He said:  "I've had the benefit of the tape, looking at the tape, the evaluation by both scouts as well as the coaches

Preview   Tonight's episode is titled "The Last Seven Weeks", and the plot synopsis for the episode reveals that it will focus on Kevin (Justin Hartley) meeting someone from Zoe's past and Kate (Chrissy Metz) and Toby (Chris Sullivan) getting ready for their baby.

"Along with any great joy comes a good deal of anxiety and nervousness," Sullivan told TVLine.

"We'll see how they handle the full scope of [parenthood]." The episode will also deal with Randall (Sterling K.

Brown) and his political candidacy coming to an end. The crumbling relationship between Randall and Beth (Susan Kelechi Watson) with be a major factor.

They had an understanding to put their marriage and each other above all else, but now, it appears that Randall is refusing to drop his candidacy for the good of their future.

The episode's title, "The "Last Seven Weeks", also suggests that the story will take us through the family's past two months before picking up in current time.

A quick shot at the end of one of the promos shows Beth in a New Year's Eve party hat, suggesting that we may get some scenes set during the holidays.

Report fully explains why Unai Emery isn't allowed to make any signings this month - Duration: 5:03.

It's been a funny season for Arsenal.  Unai Emery began his tenure with back-to-back defeats to Manchester City and Chelsea but then went on a 22-match unbeaten run to get themselves back into the top-four

Since a shock defeat to Southampton exactly a month ago, it's been tough for the Gunners

A League Cup quarter-final defeat to Spurs, a drab draw against Brighton, a 5-1 hammering against Liverpool and Saturday's 1-0 loss to West Ham have all occurred in the past 30 days

Suddenly, Arsenal are six points off the top-four and level on points with Manchester United

Just as well the January transfer window has opened and Emery can sign a few players, then

Well, that's not going to happen.  "We cannot sign players where we have to make a payment

we can only make loan signings," Emery confirmed last week.  But why?  Well, it was thought that the decision was financial

But according to Gabriel Marcotti from ESPN, that's not exactly the case.  The money is there

After all, Arsenal were ranked sixth in the most recent Deloitte Money League and have made a profit every year since 2008

The report explains how Arsenal "offer a case study of how big decisions from newcomers, made in a short time, can have massive knock-on effects

" WHY ARSENAL WON'T LET EMERY SIGN ANYONE  And it all happened 12 months ago.  Arsene Wenger may have been in charge but it was all change elsewhere

The club's longtime transfer negotiator Dick Law had left, so had chief scout Steve Rowley

Chief executive Ivan Gazidis - who has now left for AC Milan - brought in Raul Sanllehi as a de facto director of football and Sven Mislintat as chief scout

Gazidis, Sanllehi and Mislinat immediately had three massive decisions to make

They had to sell Alexis Sanchez, give Mesut Ozil a new contract and sign a new forward

While the club-record £57.6 million signing of Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang was a risk that has paid off brilliantly, the other two decisions have been something of a disaster

The decision to sell Sanchez to Manchester United coincided with the arrival of Henrikh Mkhitaryan on a deal worth more than £10 million a year through to 2021

The Armenian has since started just 18 league games in 12 months and has been hugely disappointing

Ironically, Ozil has also made the exact number of league starts over the same period

And the decision to bump the German's contract from £9 million to £20 million-plus per year now looks ludicrous

Emery clearly doesn't fancy Ozil and has often left him out of matchday squads this season

To put the three decisions into context, the club committed more than £150 million over the next three-and-a-half years in wages to Mkhitaryan, Ozil and Aubameyang

That's roughly one-fifth of the club's entire wage bill for players that were 28, 29 and 29 at the time

The report concludes that it was the rushed decisions of Gazidis, Sanllehi and Mislintat a year ago that means Emery won't be allowed to make the same mistake

"They got one of those decisions right [Aubameyang] and, it appears for now, two wrong

But the choices made a year ago are making a lasting impact, both in the type of players Arsenal can recruit and in the ones they can retain

William Lane Craig Defending Christianity - Duration: 11:50.

It's freewill possible if God knows all our thoughts and actions beforehand I

Think it certainly is some people have adopted a viewpoint called

theological fatalism

Which says that if God for knows what you're going to do?

Then you are fated to do it and therefore everything happens

necessarily

This however, I think commits an elementary logical fallacy

It reasons as follows

Necessarily. If God for knows that I will do X then I will do X

premise to

God for knows that I will do

X3 therefore necessarily I will do X so that that's how the argument faith for fatalism goes

Necessarily. If God for knows that I will do X then I will do X

to

God for knows that I will do

X3 therefore necessarily. I will do X that commits a fallacy and modal logic

It does not follow from those two premises that you will necessarily

Do X all that follows from the two premises is that you will do X

But not that you will necessarily

Do it you could refrain and if you were to refrain then God's foreknowledge would have been different

so by acting one way or the other I have the ability to act in such a way that

God's foreknowledge would have been different than it and it is in fact and

That's sufficient for freedom. There's there's nothing about God's merely knowing about something in advance

that takes away my freedom to do otherwise

Okay. I'll have to go home and think about that for a minute

Somebody says in that moment in immense pain, I don't care what good he can bring out of this. Yes

I reject yes

And we hear that a lot and sure and see us Lewis drifted towards saying that in his grief observed

Mm-hmm, and and God when God hears us say those kind of things

Okay

he

His response is one of understanding the scripture says yes, he too has been tempted in every way even as we were

Yes, okay. And so God doesn't shut us off when we say that no, no. No. I I think that's absolutely right

Look at the Psalms. Yes how the psalmist expresses anger

Toward God and God. Where are you? Why are you allowing this? Why? Why am I going through this?

I think the lesson of the Psalms is come to God with your hurt and your pain and your anger and

Don't try to stifle it and suppress it

let it out and then he'll listen to you who listen and if you'll let him if you'll listen to him as

Christopher Hitchens acknowledged he gives the only

consistent

Logically constructed

Plausible answer that frankly even Hitchens acknowledged. You know, what?

Christianity alone solves this problem

Yeah

I remember Bertrand Russell the great atheist philosopher once said that no one can sit at the bedside of a dying

child and believe in God

But when Jan and I were in Paris, we met a young minister who was trained and now worked in

counseling dying children

And I thought to myself consoling dying children. What would Russell have said to those? Children? Yeah, what could he say?

Too bad. Yeah, tough luck. That's all the naturalist has got to say it's as you say it's theism

It's belief in God

That provides a hope and and a reason for the suffering that it's redeemed whereas in atheism

We're locked in a world that is filled with gratuitous and unredeemed suffering and there is no. Hope of escape

It may not be feasible for God to create a world in which everyone freely embraces salvation and

Comes to him. It's it's logically impossible to make people

Do something freely. So it may sadly be the case that in any world of free creatures

There will always be some who will freely reject God and his every effort to save them

But I take seriously the scriptures that say God

wants all

Persons to be saved and come to a knowledge of the truth that God is not willing that any should perish

but that all should reach repentance so his plan and his will is

universal salvation and he works

Toward that end and the fact that Universal salvation is not achieved is only because people reach freely repudiate

God and his every effort to save them and it may be that there is no world of universal

Salvation of free creatures it's available to God. The other thing is that it may be that if there are worlds of universal salvation

that they have

overriding deficiencies that make them less preferable and

one that I thought up for example would be maybe they've only got two or three people in them and

if he were to create any more than at least one of them would reject God and and that would seem to be a pretty

Deficient world it seems to me that so long as God gives sufficient grace for salvation to every person he creates

That those who would freely repudiate God and His grace

Shouldn't be allowed to have some kind of veto power over which world's God is free to create

Why should the blessedness and the eternal happiness of those who would freely respond to God in His grace be prevented?

by those

Obdurate people who would freely reject God and his every effort to save them

It seems to me that God is no less loving for preferring the world in which some people are lost

Despite God's every effort to save them. They have no one to blame but themselves

Christianity shares many

doctrines with other religions particularly with regard to the existence of God the great monotheistic faiths like

Judaism Christianity and Islam all share belief in the idea of a personal

Creator and designer of the universe who is the source of moral value and who holds us responsible

But the reason I believe that Christian theism in particular is true is because of Jesus of Nazareth

I think that we have very good historical grounds for thinking that this man claimed to be the absolute

revelation of God and

son of God and that

Remarkably God raised him from the dead in attestation of these radical blasphemous. Allegedly blasphemous claims for which he was crucified

Now I know at first blush. That sounds crazy. I mean what?

Historical evidence could there be for an event like Jesus resurrection?

but this was the subject of my doctoral research my doctoral dissertation in Germany at the University of Munich and

What I found is that

the central facts

undergirding an inference to the resurrection of Jesus are

accepted by the wide majority of New Testament historians today and these would include things like

Jesus

crucifixion at the hands of the Roman authorities in Jerusalem his

Burial in a tomb by a member of the Jews Jewish Sanhedrin we even know his name Joseph of Arimathea

The discovery of that tomb being empty on the first day of the following week by a group of his Wimpy's as women followers

then

Various individuals and groups of people experienced appearances of Jesus alive

After his death, and then finally the original disciples suddenly and sincerely came to believe that God had raised Jesus from the dead

despite every predisposition to the contrary and those five facts are agreed upon by the majority of

historical scholars who write on the subject of the historical Jesus and

The question then is well. How do you Lanie's?

What's the best explanation and I'm persuaded that the best explanation?

is the one that the original disciples gave God raised him from the dead and

therefore I believe that he was who he claimed to be and

therefore that the God revealed by Jesus of Nazareth is the true God

a

Predictability is just one way to test for the truth of a scientific theory and it's not always

Useful some theories for example are empirically equivalent in their predictions

For example, I mentioned ten different physical interpretations of quantum mechanics, which are all empirically equivalent

There are three different interpretations of special relativity which are all empirically equivalent and yet they're different

The reason each one is a legitimate scientific

Theory even though they can't be assessed based on predictability other

Factors, then can come into play things like simplicity

Plausibility

degree of ad hoc Ness

Explanatory power. These are other theoretical virtues besides predictability that we can use in testing a hypothesis and

Predictability is especially difficult to apply when you're dealing with a free-agent

rather than with

impersonal

mechanistic

Causes in particularly in God's case. How could you predict what God would do you could predict perhaps that if a universe

Exists, then it would be fine-tuned for our existence or that if God created a universe it would likely

Have objective moral values and duties

I think you could make that kind of prediction

But how could you predict as a free agent whether or not God would create a universe at all?

So instead, I don't think what you do is look for predictability you follow Quinn's

prescription remember Quine said if you could show the indirect explanatory benefit of

positing things like a creator

then I would joyfully Accord them scientific status along with these other entities like quarks and black holes and

So I would say that the the theism has

Explanatory power to offer us for example

Fine-tuning is more probable on theism

Than on naturalism

states of intentionality more probable on theism than on naturalism or atheism

Objective moral values and duties are more probable on theism

Than on naturalism. The resurrection of Jesus is more probable on theism

Than on naturalism. So in all of these ways, I think theism is an

explanatorily

Beneficial

Hypothesis that explains a wide range of the data of human experience which

atheism cannot explain

Brexit turmoil sees panic-stricken Brits throw money into gold - Duration: 13:34.

With no clear idea what will happen with Brexit - and the March deadline for leaving the EU rapidly approaching, Brits are abandoning shares and cash savings and throwing their money into physical gold

"Last night, we saw a 173% increase in enquires [compared to the average over the last 12 months] as it was announced that Theresa May 's Brexit deal succumbed to the largest defeat for a sitting Government in history," said Josh Saul, chief executive of gold investment firm The Pure Gold Company

"We remained open until 10pm taking orders from panic-stricken investors as many of them expressed concern over the prospect of either a general election and/or the UK leaving the EU without a deal and the effect this will have on our economy

"  They weren't alone in seeing it either

Chris Howard, Royal Mint's director of precious metals, said: "We have seen a significant increase in demand for gold this month and at the end of last year, a trend which we have no doubt is largely attributed to Brexit turmoil and subsequent market volatility throughout the month of December and into January

"  The Mint said gold sales were up 73% on last January, and there was a 74% spike on the day the meaningful vote was delayed

Brexit: The remaining potential outcomes explained after Theresa May's defeat   Why they're choosing to buy gold  On the face of it, buying gold is a poor use of your money

Gold prices can't be reliably predicted, you need to spend money storing it or protecting it, and - unlike shares, property or even normal savings - gold doesn't pay you an income

There are costs to actually buying and selling physical gold too

So why are people throwing cash at the shiny yellow metal? Simple, they're scared

"Our clients are not purchasing gold for growth, it's more about safety and security in the event of market failure," said Saul

Fans of gold point out that the supply of the metal is limited, so it's not something governments can mess about with, as well as the fact it has value globally and has been used as a currency for thousands of years

"While Brexit is foremost in their minds, our clients are also increasingly worried about a wider economic downturn, presaged by the difficulties on the UK high street with company administrations and store closures, trade wars between China and the USA, and Donald Trump's volatile behaviour in pursuit of a Mexican border wall," Saul added

So if you want to invest some of your money in gold, how do you go about it?  Well, there are three main ways

1. Buying physical gold bars and gold coins  Gold bars, gold sovereigns, dublooms, pieces of eight or even sequins (originally a type of gold coin) can be bought and stored

There are two main benefits to this

Firstly, if you're buying British gold coins (yes, the Royal Mint do still strike gold sovereigns) then, thanks to a quirk of law, you avoid tax on any money you make when you sell them

Secondly, you actually have the gold - meaning it's completely within you power and no other firm or company is needed

Gold bars (ingots) and coins are the most common ways to buy physical gold - with coins a bit more flexible when it comes to selling (you don't want to have to cut a bar in half if you can help it)

Some coins carry a premium, as they are rare, but most don't - with the South African Krugerrand the most common coin

You do pay a more on the price of gold to buy physical versions of it, although the large dealers will deliver it to your house

At the time of writing, a 1 ounce coin costs roughly 3% more than the gold spot price for an ounce

Big UK dealers include the Royal Mint (who buy and sell non-British coins and gold bars too), Chards and Baird

When it comes time to sell, you will be hit by a premium again

Using a large dealer - like those mentioned above - is advised, but will likely cost you 4% of the value of the gold

So were you to buy a single 1oz coin, then sell it back immediately it would cost you 7% of the value if the coin

2. Online bullion dealers  If you're not worried about actually having the gold in your hands, online dealers are a far cheaper way to buy gold

Gold is held in secure vaults, and can be easily bought and sold in whatever quantity you fancy

The rate you get is also far closer to the current price

You can also transact fast - with almost instant buying and selling once you're signed up

 However, there are downsides too

First major dealers charge storage - including insurance

The cost is typically low - about 0

01% a month or 1% a year - but over the years that builds up

There's also a minimum charge with some companies that could hurt smaller holdings

You also don't escape capital gains tax this way - although you need to make a profit well above £11,000 on what you sell before this kicks in

If you're interested, the main players are BullionVault , GoldMoney , GoldCore and new app-based system Glint

3. Gold tracking funds - the cheapest way to invest in gold  If what you care about is the price of gold, and aren't bothered about directly owning some of the shiny stuff yourself, you can invest in it through trackers

These are bought and sold in a similar way to shares, can be held in an ISA, and many are even backed with actual gold

ETFS Physical Gold (PHGP) is the largest gold tracker on the London Stock Exchange, but Source Physical Gold ETC (SGLD) is cheaper - with an annual management fee of 0

29% according to Hargreaves Lansdown

That means it's less than a third of the price to hold compared to most online brokers

However, trading shares - even when they stand for physical gold - incurs a broker fee too

The good news is that this is only a few pounds, and that's frequently fixed no matter how big the transaction

So the question to ask yourself is, do you want access to the price or the metal itself?  But before you do anything, one word of warning

"Investors need to understand investing in gold is by no means a one-way bet," said Danny Cox, a chartered financial planner at stock broker Hargreaves Lansdown

"Gold is notoriously difficult to value, subject to seasonal demand, and unlike shares and bonds, it provides no income for investors

Price movements can be fickle and unpredictable

"It can, however, be used as a hedge against calamity, but we have seen wider supply and demand considerations put pressure on the gold price up then down in the aftermath of the financial crisis

OK BRO!!!

Great!! now is my chance to kidnap that kid

Hello, you want an ice cream little boy??

My Mom said, i can't talk to a stranger

There's many bad person

Eh!? I'm not a bad person

In that case let me introduce myself my name is BOB

Hai! my name is Ajin

SO!! where's the ice cream

Ah Yes! first, you must follow me

OK!!

Khu Khu Khu, easy prey

YO HELLO GUYS!!! Welcome back with Me

THE OMNITOYVERSE

How are You today?

I hope all of You is fine

Today, I'll reviewing something different

Still a toy, but today I'm reviewing

A Model Kit, SD Cross Silhouette, MAZINGER Z

I've been waiting this for a long time

Because, i've planned to collect SD robot

So, I can make a scene like in Super Robot Wars Series

Actually, there's NXEdge series,

But that's series is kinda expensive now

SO, I hope there's another robot series in this model kit line

Also, I hope bandai won't release the kit in P-Bandai style

although considering what bandai always do it's kinda hopeless

As usual let's take a look at the box design

Because the one who design it need to be mentioned

The box size is like the regular long SD Modelkit box

There's an artwork for MazingerZ in SD and CS mode at the front side

For your information, if there's a pictures like this at the right and left

That's mean, you got the SD and CS frame

From this side, we can see the feature that we got

There's a part effect and a gimmick for this toy

And if you look at this, the retail prices are usually listed in here is gone

And here's another side part

Now, let's open it

We got a manual

One

Two

Three

Four

Five

Six

Seven

Eight runners

And a set of sticker

You can look upside whle i assemble it

You can look down again

After i assemble it, the result is makes me pretty happy

In my opinion the details looks good

We don't need to bother repaint it

Unless if you guys don't like glossy color in this black and blue part

The only thing that needs to be painted is the mouth

It also only needs a black gundam marker

Or, if you guys don't like the sticker like myself

There are some details that need to be painted

The yellow detail in front of pilder

Silver for the inside of the cockpit

Pilder propeller

White part in the Jet Scrander rocket

And yellow on the body when jet scrander are attached

For the lining it only take two places

The eye part

The body when jet scrander are attached

The articulation in CS mode

The head can fully rotate

Bent backward

The shoulder can fully rotate

or to the front and back

Then lift it

and slightly pulled out

Bent the elbow

and then rotate it

Rotate the wrist

Also rotate the hand

You can fully rotate the body, if given enough space like in the manual

And pose sideways right to left

The legs can be full forward with the help of hinges

Or backward a little bit

Or lifted to the side a little bit

You can bent the knee

And then rotate it

The toe cannot rotate, but you can pulled down a little bit

and in right to left

We got a quite flexible articulation in CS mode

For its height this figure is 10 cm or 4 inch

Compared with NXEdge OO Qanta

SD Gundam Sangokuden Liu Bei

Legend Class Titan Return Kickback

SHF Donald

Revoltech Winnie The Pooh

And Leader Class POTP Optimus Prime

Then to change it to SD mode

Is slightly different from it's gundam counterpart

What needs to be done is just removing the joints of the CS joint

On the hand

And the leg

Then put it back without the joints

And if you want too

Replace his eyes, which in my opinion does not make a significant change

In SD mode the difference is

First, minimal articulation

We don't have bent articulation on elbow and knee

because we remove the CS part

Second, shorter size

To 9 cm or 3.5 inch

Compared with NXEdge OO Qanta

SD Gundam Sangokuden Liu Bei

Legend Class Titan Return Kickback

SHF Donald

Revoltech Winnie The Pooh

And Leader Class POTP Optimus Prime

And last, bigger eye

For accessory installation methods both sd and cs mode are the same

We got open arms

Which can be exchanged easily

Rocket Punch effect

Which is installed like this

Jet Scrander

The position of the wings can be changed by removing it like this

Body parts for installing jet scrander

Which is installed like this

And exchanged like this

And last but not least is the pilder itself

My impression on this model kit, is really makes me happy

Articulation, gimmick, and accessories that we got

Makes me really like it

Although in my opinion the accessories obtained are still lacking

At least we can got breast fire effect

A knife for the hand, so we can do iron cutter moves

Also a missile in belly, for missile punch moves

Maybe Bandai will release a separate set for the parts

Or, A full set (Mazinger + the Part) in Premium Bandai Style

Or not even released at all

Well, let's wait and see it

And what amazed me was this figure

Even though it was a model kit but I felt it was solid enough to play with

Rather than other Bandai model kits

In the sense that it is not easily separated compared to ordinary SD kits

My concern it's just that for the long term if the parts are often pulled out

I'm a little bit worried that the part will easily loose

Maybe you should buy this model kit two

One for CS mode, and one for SD mode

After all, we need two pieces of the rocket punch effect part

To do the double rocket punch scene

For the price, this model kit is priced at ¥1500

If multiplied by the current exchange rate

Let's say the current exchange rate is Rp.130

So the price is at Rp.195.000

But, if this one goes to Indonesia I think you guys must prepared at least Rp.2xx.000

At that price

I think this guy is still worth to buy

So that's the reviews from me, you can leave criticisms and suggestions in the comments section

Or you can also request what toys will be in the next review

Don't be shy to write it down, I'll try to review it

Don't forget click the like button

And then subscribe

To help me build this channel

Thank You For Watching

See You on the next review

Ciao

Pain Relief: The Hormone Diaries Ep 15 (cc) - Duration: 8:39.

*claps* How do I do this again?

*Roaaarrrrrr*

Hi guys I'm Shelly welcome back to my channel, and the first Hormone Diaries of 2019

Though it's, you know, quite a while in by now, but hey.

So where are we with this Hormone Diaries thing?

The last Hormone Diaries video I did. I went for a scan for my Endometrioms, because you know......that's lovely

And...... and I mentioned that it didn't go well, because it didn't!

I was a bit scared about the results. Well the results are in people!

I didn't have to be as scared as I thought I did. It's not cancer.

But basically I was told that my Endometrioma,

which is a cyst on my left ovary.

Haven't grown, they haven't gotten any worse.

But my right ovary is now showing signs of cyst's growing, at some point.

Basically ovaries are squishy, they have eggs in them, and they're all supposed to be ......

you know, kind of moving about and doing their thing.

My right ovary has now stopped moving basically, it's showing signs of the eggs becoming cystic.

So that is what is causing my tremendous amount of pain.

I talked to my doctor, and she gave me options as normal.

Of going onto the pill, which reduces periods and is supposed to reduce the pain and..and stuff like that.

Or surgery to have the cyst on my left ovary removed.

Both of which are not really options that I'm comfortable with.

Having multiple illnesses and multiple issues with medication, I don't want to go on the pill....

Because no thank you!

Also the surgery will include obviously having anaesthetic,

and there is yet to be found an anaesthetic that works on me, due to other chronic illnesses.

So I have decided to carry on with mind numbing pain every single month...

Yes, and so on that note..... I found a thing.

And it's sort of blown my tiny little mind .

On Twitter and Instagram for a while. There has been some promotion of something called BeYou.

Which is a pain strip. It's a little strip that's supposed to release things that stop period pains.

I think like most people, you look at it and just go..... ' Are you actually kidding me?'

You're just like, 'Hey get away with you, this is a scam'

My pain had gotten so bad that I thought okay, I'm gonna go on the website and have a little look.

I did some research and I found out that they do a trial pack.

You don't have to sign into any subscriptions. You don't have to give all your money over.

You could just buy one pack, and have a little test.

So if it was a scam, it wasn't very good scam.

I ordered them and they came and they come in a pack like this.

The envelope is just a plain white envelope, you can't tell what's in it.

So the idea of these strips, you get a pack of 5.

And they're supposed to give you 12 hours pain relief, wherever you put it.

They're full of natural ingredients and they're fast-acting.

The main ingredients of them, being menthol and eucalyptus.

So this is why I thought it was just like a scam.

How can Eucalyptus and Menthol really work?

I did a live review on Instagram as I tried them for the first time.

I will leave a link to that down below, because I saved the story.

So this is basically a more refined version of that.

So when you open them you get 5 strips, like this.

It sort of looks like elastoplast, with the backing like that.

Not very big very, very discreet. It's not elastoplast, it's much, much smoother.

It's just kind of, literally you can do that it's quite.....it's quite nice.

I can smell it from here!

It's very, very strong menthol smell, like really strong cough drops.

You just stick it on your lower abdomen, sort of between your pelvic bones,

or higher up depending on where your pain is.

Now bearing in mind I have Endometrioma and Endometriosis,

so along with my period pain I have the Endometrioma pain.

So I was not expecting it to even touch it to be honest.

Because I've got like, 'bunched up in a ball crying' pain.

I put it on, and within about 10 to 15 minutes, I get this tingly feeling.

So a bit like when you put, if you ever tried peppermint cream?

You put it on your feet and it cools and it tingles?

It feels like that, when you stick it on your stomach.

And somehow the tingling cuts through the pain, it's like the nerves are just so confused.

Because they're now tingling, instead of cramping in pain.

That it can confuse all the senses in your stomach.....

That's not the right words, I'm not using the right English for this.

But it just confuses your stomach and your pain enough,

that the pain eases off so much, so fast.

I was in shock, I was just....

Am i making this up? Has my brain just gone, 'I want this to work so much that I'm gonna make it work'?

Sometimes, you know I will admit, that that could possibly be happening.

But I was so skeptical about this, and so expecting it not to work.

I'm just like..... this is actually, is this working? I am so confused right now!

Literally my Instagram story, is just me going. What is going on?

And I kept this on for 12 hours. When I took it off I did have some skin reaction.

Because bearing in mind I have super sensitive skin.

But you kind of expect that anyway, when you take off a plaster you get a bit of redness, and it went down really fast.

I don't think it lasted the whole 12 hours, I know after 6, I definitely felt the pain kick up a level.

But again, that could be the chronic illnesses, that could be my endometrioma.

This is based.. and it's supposed to work on period pain only.

I don't think it's supposed to work on all my other issues...

I've tried it again since, just to see if it was a fluke. And no, it's still working.

It smells heavily of Eucalyptus, and like the second you open packet you can..... it hits you.

And I will admit a downside is that, you smell a eucalyptus once you put it on.

And your clothes smell of eucalyptus after you take them off,

or if you've been wearing it throughout the day, you will have eucalyptus smell on your clothes.

So you may have to put it in the wash.

If you're a person who doesn't like to bring attention to their period?

Who is very quiet about it?

Wearing this won't....... nobody is going to come up to you go,

'Excuse me, you really smell of menthol'

It's not really... really noticeable. You notice it, because you get a waft now and again, and again your clothes.

It's sort of like wearing perfume, and it's just, it just lingers in the background a little bit.

So if you're somebody who doesn't like the smell of menthol, I guess you would have a problem with this.

What I love about this company, is on the back of the leaflet that you get.

It's promoting period positivity!

I'm not sponsored by the way, I would love to be and I am talking to the company because of my god!

Their customer service is brilliant!

I had a little conversation with the company because they saw my Instagram story,

and the fact that I was reviewing this.

So they emailed me, asking me if I had any had questions or I wanted to know anything else?

I was genuinely interested as to how this came about.

How they they found this?

It turns out that the company came up with this because one of their co-founders, Kru

Was not allowed to take a hot water bottle into work for her period pain.

Which is just ridiculous!

They thought it was unprofessional to sit at a desk with a hot water bottle ,to kill period pain.

But at the same time, the men in her office.

Were allowed to come in with heat patches, and cool patches and everything, for sports injuries.

Kru's brother was so angry about this, that they co-founded BeYou together.

Not enough time and research has been put into periods, and these two people went out on their own.

And this is how it's happening, this is how painkillers and and MoonCups and things like that, are happening for periods.

Because people are getting so fed up with the fact that healthcare, administration's and companies are not looking into it, not helping it.

The pads are so expensive, and so on and so forth......

This is my jam, this is my rant, this is what I'm angry about.

And they are angry about it too.

So I love this company, just for the positivity about periods, and the fact that they are behind it.

The fact that they are pushing for openness with periods, and pushing the conversation forward.

But yeah, I genuinely thought this was a scam, and then I tried it.

And now I'm a convert. I don't know if I'm gonna be able to use it forever,

because my body will build up a sensitivity to it possibly, I don't know.

But for somebody who has an Endometioma and Endometriosis and severe ovulation pain once a month.

I cannot tell you how happy I am with this product.

So yeah, I will leave links to them down below.

Again this isn't an AD, but I'm just.....

I'm just very, very happy and I wanted to share this with you.

Because if I could share a painkiller that actually flippin works, you know. That's something.

I hope you guys are good, and I will see you soon for another Hormone Diaries....

Byeeee.

I'm in that place where I think I make sense, and then I watch myself back and just go.......

I'm sorry, was there a sentence in there somewhere?????

Weights and you want to incorporate them you can hold on to them like I'm doing on the right

Otherwise do the body weight version which is what I will be doing in this workout

Very good, make sure your ab muscles are sucked in and engaged

It's your abs that are keeping your whole body stable while you reach from side to side

Very good, this is a full body burner. Everything is working right now. I

Heard you already knew that you can feel it

You're doing good

That was perfect

Now you're just going to extend your hands in front of you and raise your knee as high as you can

Make sure that your abs are engaged as you do this when you're doing standing climbers, you are targeting those core muscles

But if you do this quickly

You're also burning more fat. So do your best

Just a few more seconds the timer is your friend keep going

Go go go do it do it. Yeah. All right

You're going to go on your side and just raise one leg up

When you're raising that leg you do not want it to touch the mat

Just do your best to raise toward the ceiling come back down and go right back up

Tuck your abs in for balance and say your prayer

Let's go

Very good you are doing so well. You're doing a really nice job

Just a few more seconds you're almost at the end almost at the end of the workout

If you came this far, you can definitely make it to the end

guaranteed

Go ahead and flip over. We're going to do the same thing on the other side

Your abs are sucked in your arm is in front of your stomach for balance

And you're just raising that leg making sure not to touch the mat when you bring your leg down
