Youtube daily report w Jan 17 2019

In my last videos I have mentioned that I am

going to make a video series

from concepts to equipments

What will be covered in the video was mentioned in high level.

The video link is in the description.

I had planned to start from CONCEPTS However, I started getting messages (in youtube)

that many of you wanted to buy equipments, requesting me to start from equipments...

So, I thought, I will make a series of equipment videos...

so , if someone wanted to buy a camera right away, it can be of help to them....

but let me mention, one thing I have suggested in my old video...

that you go for a DSLR body and Kit lens initially..

Do hands-on from two to three months

gradually you will realise what genre you are interested in..

Ones that happens, we can buy specific lens and equipments..!

but if you have decided the genre already,

then accordingly , you will have to plan to buy

the equipments, lens...

etc....

My upcoming videos are specific to lens and equipments for genres...

But before I go there...,

I will give you an idea about basic level entry lens....

So, today we will compare selected cameras from Rs.20,000 to Rs.50,000

Lets start from Rs.20,000

Best entry level basic camera

considering you want to come out of mobile photography and point and shoot

and advance to the DSLR cameras...

then , the basic entry level camera that you can buy

1300D Canon

This camera is close to Rs.25,000 and released in 2016

In 2018, a slightly upgraded version

1500D was released and people

are confused which camera to buy

This is actually very confusing because with a

couple of years of difference usually we prefer

to go to something with slightly upgraded technology which is 1500D

but as such there is no difference in the features

whatever differences we see in the feature specifications

even that's not very important update

there could be a difference of four to five thousand

I have not myself tested 1300D and 1500D

but some of my friends feel that 1500D has a slightly better ISO

definitely there is an upgrade in megapixels

1300D has 18 megapixel

and 1500D has 24 megapixel

and all new cameras with updated technology

the latest firmware updates can be installed easily

So, as such there is no much difference

But , because 1300D is an old camera

there will be offers on this product

So, I would like to suggest, that if your budget is between 20,000 and 25,000

Then exploit these offers and buy a 1300D camera and if

your budget is between Rs.25,000 to Rs.30,000 , then you go for 1500D

Both the cameras are good and you wont regret..!

Now as we go upto Rs.35,000

there we see 2 Nikon Cameras

One is D3400 and the other is D5300

D5300 was released in 2013

and D3400 was released in 2016

even the price is not different

Ideally because D3400 came 3 years after D5300, I expected some new updates

but , pretty much in all ways D5300 is better than D3400

As I always say, we need not always rely on specifications

when we look at an overall camera

some features in the camera become very important

like I feel articulating screen is important in these days

even when I am in an event or a function

for taking some low angle shot, I need to bend along with the camera

An articulating screen would have helped me

Top angle shots becomes almost impossible in some cases without

an articulating screen

D5300 has articulating screen

but D3400 which is new doesn't have one

which I feel is a major draw back

Not just that even AF points of D5300 is more than D3400

AF points obviously makes focusing easier

Coming to videos,

we know how important is sound

people compromise with video quality

but bad audio and noise is a turn off and people lose interest

these 3 differences

between D3400 and D5300

makes D5300 value for money

If we need all features of D5300 and

if you feel touch screen can be an advantage

then you should go for D5600 which is close to Rs.40,000

it also supports UHS memory cards

If you are up for a camera between forty to forty five thousand

then its Canon 200D

This is Canon's one of the most successful camera models

If you compare this with Nikon D5600

Nikon is a winner with specifications

but as I always say, specifications is not everything

If we look at Autofocus points

Nikon D5600 has 39 AF points

and Canon 200D has just 9

and talking about cross type auto focus

Nikon D5600 has 9 AF points

and Canon has only one...

If you want to know more about autofocus points, then I have a couple of videos

you can see in the description below

Despite less number of AF points and only 1 CT AF points

because of dual pixel auto focus technology,

Canon 200D is very famous among video guys..

So, if you are a photographer predominantly

but sometimes you do take videos

then Canon 200D is your camera

Sometimes price of Canon 200D comes below Rs.40,000

in some offers

which becomes almost equal to Nikon D5600

In that case, its definitely a good deal..

But if your budget is upto 50,000, we have a good mirrorless camera which is Canon M50

Canon 200D

and Canon M50 are usually compared

and judged which one is good..!

M50 is small as it is mirrorless

It has a frame rate upto 10FPS

and we have 4K video as well

If you are a traveller, this is an ideal camera

but because of its small size ,

huge lenses cannot be mounted easily

Also, it has limited compatible lenses...

but by using intelligent adaptors

you can use all Canon lenses and third party lenses as well

So, we discussed all selected cameras from

20,000 to 50,000

I hope you liked this video

Do let me know which cameras of Canon, Nikon and Sony you like?

In my upcoming videos

I will talk about genre specific lens and equipments

L'acqua. I vermi. Cosa posso dire?

4 Perfect Winter Workouts For Cyclists | Get Fit For Summer Riding - Duration: 7:11.

- So are you stuck for ideas on how to train outdoors?

- There are loads of videos on the channel

about indoor training sessions in the winter,

but I haven't seen that many about outdoor rides.

- No, that's true and it's a beautiful day.

- It is.

- I mean, it's a good time to do some training outdoors.

- How about we show them our three favorite

and then if there's time at the end,

we've got a bonus as well.

- That's a plan, let's do it.

- Cool.

Which way are we going anyway?

- Left I think.

The basis of any good aerobic training program

is the ability to increase your aerobic capacity

and ultimately the higher this is, the faster you'll go.

- We've chosen 12 minute duration for these intervals

because that enables you to include two to five reps

in one session, which give you space for progression

over the months as you improve.

- Yeah, so for this first session,

looks like you're doing it mate.

- This is much more of your kinda thing, Hank.

- Good luck buddy!

- For this session, you'll need to complete

a good warm up around 8-12 minutes of good progressive

ramp up to get your heart, lungs and legs pumping.

To be honest, 8-12 minutes is enough

for all of these sessions, assuming you do them correctly.

- How was that mate?

It looked tough!

- I've not done enough of these recently

so on that note, you should aim to include six to eight

of these each month throughout the winter

and that'll really help you progress as you go on.

Oh!

- Right, round two it is.

(rock music)

- Hank, do you ever feel like you're looking

for that break through performance?

- I guess.

- Well then you could be lacking those strict

dedicated intervals that push you not only

up, over and outside of your comfort zone

but they also really help get you to the next level.

- I had a feeling you were gonna say this.

This sounds very painful.

- Well, it's gonna be.

V02 intervals are absolutely agonizing.

- Oh gosh, here we go then mate.

V02 intervals coming up.

- James, mate, I've not even told him what they are yet.

Pay attention.

- After getting a bit overexcited and then getting

called back, I finally got all the information from Chris

and this is what I started with.

I started with five four minutes

with four minutes recovery in between.

The efforts are to be done at effectively max effort.

This will continue to build your top-end output.

These are often referred to as race-winning efforts.

- Oh!

One down, four minutes rest.

Nice and easy.

Recover, get ready for the next one.

(rock music)

- Good work Hank.

- That was hard.

- So we recommend this session up to five times

a month throughout the winter, but never more

than twice in one week.

This will help prevent stagnation through doing

the session too often but it will provide you

with enough stimulus to vastly improve.

- And you can progress as you get fitter

by increasing the lengths of the intervals

up to really seven minutes would be an ideal goal.

When you're thinking about recovery,

try making like for like

so for example four minute effort,

would need a four minute recovery.

Six minute effort, would need a six minute recovery.

- Yep! - I'm out of breath.

- It's hard isn't it?

You can build these efforts up to seven minutes in length.

- And finally James, c'mon tell me more

about neuromuscular power.

- Well, Chris, you always wanna build maximum muscle

recruitment don't you?

- Always!

- And you wanna win boat races, don't you?

- Not anymore!

- Okay, so you wanna win races to the cup.

- Now that I do.

- Yeah and when included in a session, or short session,

you can make it into a really good HIT session.

- Yep, you can!

And to do this, you wanna start out in a fairly big gear,

kinda the gear I'm in now, rolling at around 24k's an hour.

Cadence 80 to 85

and then over the next 12 seconds

through a maximum exertion into the pedals

you wanna build those 130 reps.

- Alright mate, enough talking about it,

I wanna see you do it!

Get them legs going!

- You will do this by getting into the drops,

selecting the appropriate gear, engaging your core

and then exploding down and through the pedals.

Allow 8-10 minutes to fully recover before repeating this

for six reps in total.

Don't simply ease off between the sprints,

in to continue at an effort of around 75-80% of max

and this will help you get the most from you session

on the bike and prevent cooling off too much in between.

- Alright mate, that looked hard.

- That was brutal.

- Right now you've done it, how often do you have to do it?

- Well I reckon once a week is enough to forge

a good progression with your sprints throughout the winter.

12-16 worths of sprints, six times a week,

that's 96 sprints over the winter.

- Sounds like a lot!

- Well 1152 seconds which is just under 20 minutes!

Quite a lot of pure neuromuscular effort, isn't it?

- You love it!

As Chris winds up for his next sprint,

just remember to keep your sprints sharp throughout

the entire winter because the last thing you wanna do

is play catch up as the temperature begins to rise

and the sun comes out.

C'mon Chris!

We haven't got all day, mate.

(electronic music)

- Mate, c'mon, I've done two proper sessions now.

It's only fair you do another yourself.

- I thought I was gonna get away with it.

But fair play, I've gotta the bonus ride.

And that is endurance ride and it's a really good way

to improve your overall condition on the bike

is to do a three plus hour ride if you've got the time.

- Yeah, it's a great way to improve your efficiency,

ability to oxidize fat for energy and to be honest

we can make an entire video on the benefits

of endurance training.

- True.

- I think instead of that, we should practice

what we preach and ride to the cafe.

- Yeah, I reckon I can set one

hundred k?

- Yeah, that's a good endurance ride for me.

- Well, perfect. - Nice.

Whoa, not so hard.

- Aim to make your endurance ride a good pace.

It's not easy like a recovery ride.

But also not too hard either.

You don't want to be over 80% effort on this ride.

So there you have it, three, actually no,

four training sessions that you can implement

during the winter out on the road.

- Which was your favorite?

I quite enjoyed the endurance myself.

- I think the endurance one was the best, yeah.

- But you mustn't neglect the intervals or you just

simply won't improve going into next season.

- Yeah and don't forget if you did like this video

then give us a thumbs up and we hope it helps you

when you're out on the road.

- And if you wanna check out Dan who's back on his

fitness plan, well click down here somewhere.

- He's tried to keep up with us but it's not gonna work.

- Well, he's only riding indoors.

Outdoors is the way for ya Dan.

Why Liam Neeson's nephew's death is awful reminder of tragic wife Natasha - Duration: 6:06.

Liam Neeson is mourning the loss of nephew Ronan Sexton, who died at the weekend at the age of 35

Ronan's tragic death comes five years after he suffered a serious head injury from falling 20 ft from a phonebox during a night out in Brighton

It's the second tragedy to hit the Irish star's family with Liam losing beloved wife Natasha Richardson ten years ago

The 45-year-old actress passed away from head injuries in March 2009 following a freak accident on a ski trip to Cananda

Liam said his life was turned upside down when he arrived at the hospital to see his wife lying in in intensive care

The Taken actor, who married Natasha in 1994 and went on to have two sons with her, had to make the heartbreaking decision to turn off her life support machine, softly telling her: "Sweetie, you're not coming back from this

"  During an interview with America's 60 Minutes in 2014, the Hollywood hardman spoke of his continuing grief saying he still thinks Natasha is going walk back in to their home when he hears the door open

He also revealed how he gained great comfort knowing Natasha had given a gift of life after her vital organs were donated to three other people

Liam said: "I was told she was brain-dead and seeing this X-ray was like, wow. but obviously she was on life support and stuff

"I went in to her and I just told her I loved her. I said, 'Sweetie, you're not coming back from this

You've banged your head.  "I don't know if you can hear me but this is what's gone down and we are bringing you back to New York and your family and friends will come and that was more or less it

"She and I had made a pact. If any of us got into a vegetative state we'd pull the plug

So when I saw her and saw all these tubes and stuff that was my immediate thought, 'OK, these tubes have to go

She's gone.'" Read More Liam Neeson's nephew dies of head injuries - ten years after wife Natasha  Speaking of his ongoing grief, Liam said: "It hits you

It's like a wave. You just get this profound feeling of instability. The earth isn't stable any more and then it passes and it becomes more infrequent, but I still get it sometimes

"  Natasha, the daughter of Oscar-winning actress Vanessa Redgrave, fell while taking a ski lesson on a beginners' slope at the Mont Tremblant resort in Quebec

She had not been wearing a helmet and initially shrugged off her tumble, appearing to be fine and able to talk and act normally

Paramedics and an ambulance which initially responded to the accident were told they were not needed and left

Refusing medical attention twice, she returned to her hotel room but about three hours later was taken to a local hospital in Sainte-Agathe-des-Monts after complaining of a headache

She was transferred by ambulance in a critical condition to Hôpital du Sacré-Coeur in Montreal and was admitted about seven hours after the fall

A day later she was flown to Lenox Hill Hospital in New York City, where she died on March 18, aged 45

The Taken actor kept his wife on life support for a short time so her family and friends could say goodbye

He, Natasha's mum and sons Micheal and Daniel had gathered by her bedside when she died

The New York City medical examiner's office said she had suffered a blunt trauma to the head, causing massive internal bleeding in the brain

In such cases, blood from a damaged but still-pumping artery can quickly pool in the skull, creating pressure that must be relieved before irreparable damage is caused

Read More Liam Neeson's son changes name to honour late mum Natasha Richardson  During his interview with America's 60 Minutes, Liam said that he took comfort in knowing Natasha was living on in other people after opting to donate her organs

He said: "We donated three of her organs, so she's keeping three people alive at the moment

Her heart, her kidneys and her liver. It's terrific. and I think she would be very thrilled and pleased by that

"  As a tribute to his late mum, Liam and Natasha's son Michael, 23, changed his name last year so he could "hold his mother close to him"

Micheal's Oscar-winning grandmother Vanessa Redgrave revealed the news, saying: "He's taken, officially, the name of his mother

"He's Micheal Richardson, not Micheal Neeson."  Vanessa added to Waitrose Weekend: "That wasn't because he wanted to avoid his father's fame, which is enormous

"He wanted to hold his mother close to him — because she was a remarkable actress

"  Irish actor Liam and Natasha married in 1994. As well as Micheal, they also have son Daniel

Aiia Maasarwe murder: Student, 21, killed as she 'talked to sister on FaceTime' - Duration: 6:19.

An Israeli student found dead in Australia was talking to her sister on FaceTime when she was murdered, say detectives probing the killing

Aiia Maasarwe, 21, was fatally attacked in north Melbourne after a night out with friends late Tuesday night, and her partially-naked body was found in bushes the following morning

The international student got off a tram outside a shopping centre and called her sister, who was overseas, to catch up, but as they were talking she was attacked

Ms Maasarwe is believed to have dropped the phone as the "horrendous" crime was committed, and her sister then "heard voices" and alerted police

She boarded a tram to the suburb of Bundoora and got off at Main Drive, close to where her body was found

Detectives believe she was attacked at about 12.10am on Wednesday.  Ms Maasarwe then called her sister to catch up and they were chatting when she was attacked, said Detective Inspector Andrew Stamper

He told reporters: "Sadly, her sister was talking to her, the phone then appeared to fall to the ground and she couldn't contact her, so we think that's the time

"I think they were just catching up and just talking in general.  "She heard the sound of the phone falling to the ground and she heard some voices and that was it

"  The pair were chatting on FaceTime, The Age reported.  Detective Inspector Stamper added: "This was an absolutely horrendous, horrific attack that was committed against an innocent young woman

"  Ms Maasarwe's sister raised the alarm.  Her body was found by passers-by in a bush on Main Drive on Wednesday at about 7am

Ms Maasarwe's devastated uncle Rame told 9News that her death was the "last thing" he expected in a country such as Australia

He said: "It's not easy for the family, it was shocking.   "You never think anything [like this will] happen in Australia, it's a very safe place

"  He described his niece as happy and energetic, adding: "She liked to have fun all the time

She was a very good person."  The student had previously studied Chinese and English at Shanghai University before moving to Australia to continue her education

Detective Inspector Stamper said clothing left behind by the suspected killer was "key to solving this crime", as he appealed for tips

He said: "There will be someone out there who has seen a person wearing this clothing, and we really need them to come forward and provide us with that information

"If you have information about the identity of this person then I urge you to tell us

"We have a grieving family who has had to fly halfway across the world under the most horrific circumstances and we want to be able to give them some answers

Top 7 Excuses Not To Train & How To Avoid Them - Duration: 6:25.

- At some point in the season,

it's likely that you're not gonna feel

like training, for whatever reason.

Whether you come up with an excuse for yourself,

your training partner, or your coach,

it doesn't really matter.

Deep down, you know it's an excuse

and that it probably could have been avoided.

So today, I'm gonna be covering the most commonly used

excuses for missing a training session

and more importantly, the tips on how to avoid them

occurring in the first place.

This has to be the most common excuse.

We choose to do three sports and most of us

juggle a job, then have the social

and or family commitments as well,

so of course we don't have enough time.

Having said that though, for some reason,

we choose to do a triathlon and we do manage

to fit the training in, so we know that it's possible.

Yes, I get that there are only 24 hours in a day

but being organised and having forward planning

will give you the best opportunities we have

to complete that training session.

And also, you need to be flexible.

So for example, if you have a long run

or a long, steady cycle,

think about being able to adapt that.

For example, if it is a long bike ride that you need to do,

how about changing to do it on the turban,

so you can make it shorter and more intense

and also, you don't need to waste time

cleaning your bike afterwards.

If you have a sport you're doing,

a fair amount of kit is required,

and whether you're going straight from training to work,

or out for coffee, the idea of carrying

your sweaty kit around or a soggy towel,

probably doesn't appeal.

You might well find that your local gym or work

will actually provide you with lockers,

where you can leave your kit,

and if you find yourself commuting,

either cycling or walking or running,

travel light on those days and the other days,

when maybe the weather's bad and you're going by

public transport, or driving in,

then you can take the rest of your kit with you.

And another alternative, just invest in a nice kit bag

that you don't mind carrying around with you

and it won't interfere with your plans.

Okay, this one gets me.

I still think that if it's darkness,

that means bedtime or at least a glass of wine,

if it's the evening or pressing a snooze button

if it's still dark in the morning.

But depending on where you live,

this could severely hamper your training,

especially if you have a long, dark winter

or if you live near the equator

then it could affect you all year round.

At the beginning of the day, getting up in the dark

really is one of the hardest things

but there are a few tips that you use to help you.

For example, you could set your alarm and leave it

on the other side of the room,

so you've at least had to get out of bed,

and you're halfway there.

And another thing that I have to do,

especially if I'm going swimming early in the morning,

is pack my bag the night before and then

at least I don't have to think,

just have to get up and leave.

Also, you could use one of those lights

that comes on gradually, so by the time your alarm goes off,

your room is nice and light and hopefully

that's gonna make it a little bit easier.

And then at the other end of the day,

it's advisable to try and go straight to training

from whatever you finished doing.

So whether that's going straight from work,

not coming home and sitting on the sofa

because then your session is far less likely to happen.

And that's the motivation side,

but then it's the practical side with training in the dark.

So if you are going to go running in the dark,

for example, plan your route where you know

there's gonna be streetlights or go to the gym.

Or if you are gonna run somewhere further afield

and you want to still have that adventure in your run,

invest in some good lights or a head torch

and always wear reflective brake clothing.

Let's admit it, if it's not on Strava,

that doesn't count.

Well that's what they say,

but it isn't actually entirely true.

Although I have had that sinking feeling

when I've forgotten to press Start on my watch,

or the batteries died midway through,

but the training effect is still exactly the same

on my body, it just means that I can't boast

about it on social media platforms.

Does this matter?

Some people might say yes, but fear not,

there are actually ways in which you can

damper the loss of your training session.

For example, if you've done your run or your ride

with a friend, you can just ask them to share it

and then it can actually come up on your feed

as though you've completed it with them.

Another option, if you've done the route previously,

you can just then find that and then download it

onto your Training Peaks for example

or you can even manually add it into certain programmes,

such as Training Peaks,

so your session will still turn green.

But if all of that is not enough,

it's probably a sign that you need a little bit

of a sports technology detox.

I dare you to try and go two days

without uploading any of your training.

We've all done it.

We've got home tired after training,

jumped straight in the shower, had some food,

watched television and gone to bed

and then not realised til the next morning

that you forgot to take your kit out, wash it and dry it.

Well, it's not very pleasant but realistically,

it's not actually gonna hurt you to wear that kit again,

although it might be a little offensive to your friends.

But if you do have to recycle your kit,

then you might need to do that training session

on your own or at least run or cycle downwind

of those your riding or running with,

and I must admit, at Running Club,

I have had to reposition myself in the group

from a few smelly T-shirts before now.

Doing anything when you're hungry is difficult

and it does depend on what level of hunger we're talking.

You need to work out whether it's just

the thought of going training instead of having

that nice, hot meal that you can smell when you get home

or if it is actually hunger.

And then, first of all, make sure you're

adequately hydrated because that can actually

disguise itself as hunger sometimes.

And if you are still hungry,

then just have a pre-training snack.

And I make sure I've always got some emergency snacks

in my bag if that does happen to me

so it doesn't get in the way of my next training session.

If you've done an intense session

or trained in a hot environment,

it's likely that your body temperature's gonna

take awhile to cool down.

And then add to that trying to get changed

in a hot, humid changing room,

especially if you're in a hurry,

it's gonna take even longer,

and that often results in that red-faced look

many of us experience.

Every time that you've time been swimming,

you might even have goggle rings or hat marks

to add to that, and that's not really

the type of look that you're gonna want

for your first work meeting of the day.

If you do have the option of a cold shower

for a few seconds, it's unpleasant at the time

but it will definitely help reduce your body temperature,

or even just splashing some cold water on your face

and make sure you allow yourself enough time

so you're not getting changed in a rush.

But if that still doesn't help,

then it could be worth investigating and getting

some face cooling cream or even

dabbling in a little bit of makeup.

I really could go on and you probably realise

that I'm really a little too good at these excuses

but I think that's enough for one day.

Hopefully, you don't find yourself using

any of these excuses but if you do,

you've at least got methods in which

to overcome them and make sure you get

that session completed cause trust me,

the feeling afterwards is definitely worth it.

A message to Keys - Rafa has more important things to spend money on - Duration: 4:26.

In a weekend of baffling sporting statements, it stuck out above the rest.  Richard Keys, who was backing up Rio Ferdinand's misguided assertions about Newcastle United and their owner Mike Ashley, defended the former England centre-back for an opinion that was widely condemned and criticised within minutes of it being aired

Ferdinand - offering a view that is the polar opposite to long-suffering Newcastle supporters - dismissed Magpies fans' concerns, telling them they should be grateful for Ashley's ownership, despite their chronic lack of spending in the transfer market

"When they went down, he spent £50million odd to get them back up, of his own money," said Ferdinand

"He's done that to get them back up, and by the way, please say thank you for getting Rafa Benitez in

"By rights, they're lucky to have him."    It was like a red rag to a bull and watching viewers made their opposing stance immediately clear through social media

Unsurprisingly, BT Sport were inundated with furious Newcastle fans who disagreed with Ferdinand's hot-take, but the ex-Manchester United man found an unlikely ally in the form of Keys on Twitter

"Well said @rioferdy5,"  Keys wrote with clapping emojis . "If Rafa loves Newcastle as he says - spend some of his own money

He's got enough.  "Management is about teamwork - why should it always be Ashley? Buy it

It's still for sale. They're in the bottom 3 & Rafa is responsible. He picks the team

"  It was perhaps an act of desperation from Keys as he struggles to stay relevant following his infamous fall from grace at Sky Sports, but it inevitably got Twitter talking

There are some very obvious flaws in Keys' reasoning.  First of all, demanding an employee to spend large sums of their income to help improve life at work is illogical and unrealistic in the extreme

The thought of a Premier League manager spending millions of pounds of his own money to land a target is laughable, too

Rather than scour the transfer market with their own personal chequebook, the Benitez family are far more likely to be spending their hard-earned on causes that remain close to their heart

Like the Hillsborough campaign that was given a £96,000 donation from the former Liverpool manager after leaving post at Anfield in June 2010

Or the 40 children that Benitez's wife, Montse paid for to visit Disneyland back in 2016 to a reported cost of £12,000

Video Loading Video Unavailable Click to play Tap to play The video will start in 8Cancel Play now    Or the £17,000 worth of designer clothes Mrs Benitez sold in 2015 to help children whose relatives have been killed

Or the work the married couple's Foundation regularly carry out to help raise and distribute over £114,000 to more than 20 local charities across Merseyside

So no, 'Keysy', Benitez won't be spending his own money to land Newcastle the striker they need or the defender they want - in this or any other transfer window

He's far more likely to use his income to continue to help and aid communities across Merseyside

Gov't to consider opinions of small business on wage policy: Finance minister - Duration: 0:41.

Korea's finance minister met Thursday with organizations representing small business...

to discuss ways to improve conditions for them.

Minister Hong Nam-ki vowed to stay in close touch with these groups... and listen to their

ideas when it comes to the minimum wage, which has been raised by double digits for two years

in a row now.

These organizations have been calling for wages to be raised more slowly... because

of the difficulties higher wages have posed to small business owners.

Minister Hong also vowed to support the self-employed.

Although the specifics have not been announced yet, he said the government will submit a

bill this year to parliament to support these two groups.

Liverpool's stance on Coutinho transfer amid speculation revealed - Duration: 2:54.

Liverpool have no plans to re-sign Philippe Coutinho from Barcelona

The former Reds midfielder is unsettled in Spain just one year after putting pen to paper on a five-year deal following a £142million transfer from Liverpool

Jurgen Klopp's side did everything in their power to try and keep hold of the Brazilian - who was a stand-out player in his progressive side - in January 2018

But Coutinho's heart was set on a move to Barcelona, and in the end there was nothing Liverpool could do but part company with the Brazilian

Coutinho started brightly in Spain but has fallen down the pecking order at the Nou Camp in recent weeks as Ousmane Dembele, Arthur and Arturo Vidal all battle it out for the limited first team places

January transfer window  Barcelona boss Ernesto Valverde recently called on the midfielder to pull his socks up and work harder, and Coutinho responded with an assist in the win over Eibar

The Brazilian is keen to remain at Barcelona at least until the end of the season, where he has plans to review his situation

Gonzalo Higuain responds to questions on Chelsea transfer as Milan striker lands at airport  Top clubs in Europe will obviously be keeping an eye on Coutinho, but one club that won't be is Liverpool, according to The Telegraph

The Reds have no plans to re-sign the midfielder and are instead focusing their efforts on discovering young talent

How To Learn Your First Chords On Guitar Quickly And Correctly - Duration: 5:42.

do you want to learn chords on the guitar quickly and correctly if yes I

have three power tips that will help you to do that tip number one yes avoid

building chords with one finger at the time you don't want to start making your

course this way you know just starting from the pinkie then adding your ring

finger then you know your first finger and your second finger what do you want

to do you want to start with groups of fingers so group them as much as you can

and and it should be actually another tip but I will just keep it as tip

number one start from lower strings first because these are the strings you

are going to strum fast not not the top strings so I deliberately started

building chord from from the top string to show you that you know this is this

wouldn't work with your chord changes so all you need to do is group your fingers

and start from bottom strings and at this stage you know trying not to do

chord changes yet just try to focus on on making chords tip number two in order

to learn course faster you need to be able to spot similarities between chords

G major chord and C magical have this mini shape this mini diagonal shape in

common and what it does if I'm learning G major obviously see that diagonal

shape first now when I'm when I want to learn my C major chord I will also see

that diagonal mini shape located here on strings five and four so in a way it's

that same shape just move down one string towards the flow and and then you

know just using different fingers it will actually help you with your chord

changes as well to be quite honest with you if you if you can spot similarities

between chords tip number three is to develop muscle memory and to memorize

your cause by name why do we want to do that we want to develop VC because we

want to play them quicker and we want to play them correctly so we use previous

tips to grab them you know correctly and create quickly which is you know

starting from the bottom drinks and and grouping fingers together

and and then to develop muscle memory you need to do this for each court just

grab the court and squeeze your guitar fretboard with your fingers as hard as

possible and release your fingers raise the pressure of your fingers but don't

remove fingers from from the strings so just do the squeeze and release type of

thing don't lose contact with your with your strings and while you do it you

need to think to yourself that I'm actually practicing G major chord so by

doing so you are kind of building connections in your brain connections

that will allow you to recall them the court when it's needed and and and when

you've when you physically squeeze and release you kind of think about the name

of the chord because you want to program your body to to associate the sensation

on your under your finger and so you want to associate that sensation of G

major chord you want to associate it with the name of the chord you know I

don't I don't find it very productive to land chord shapes and not knowing what

they are called because when you need to play the song you need to be able to

record the the right chord shapes so a lot of people learn their songs learning

only courts shapes without knowing what the shapes are called and then they can

not play other songs it's very frustrating so this is a just

unnecessary work that has to be done later so instead of doing this later do

it now the squeeze release for C major chord is the same procedure just put

your code correctly and then squeeze and release but don't remove from the

fredbot and then call it in your in your in your head C major C major C major you

know do this process before you actually do an astronomy with the right hand

because the right hand will kind of distract you the chord shape at this

stage you know doesn't have to be 100% spot-on meaning you know that the notes

don't have to yet me clean it will come with time for

just focus on grabbing the correct Court and a cot shape and and and associate

the correct shape of their production name of the court okay I shared with you

my three power tips on how to lend your courts

quickly and correctly obviously there is no such thing as shortcut in learning

guitar you still have to do the work but wave those strategies it's gonna take

you a little bit less time that it would otherwise I hope that you found this

lesson useful I mean I hope that you you you've got something out of it and if

Ruki: Let's raise those spirits and sing!

Ruki: I really think this song would be great for the live!

Roki: Where's the source?

Ruki: Sauce? I think it's in the fridge?

Roki: No, not sauce...

The swaying streetlights

The pelting rain

Wavering feelings

Emotional telepath

The lost two

Contact

And the heart

Learned love

Roki: You're lively

Tight rope

A patched up uniform

A severe

Discomunication

Glare in the eye's

Shine red

I feel that something

Is going to happen

Ruki: I'm getting exited!

Ruki: Here we go!

Ruki: Everybody together!

Ruki: One two!

Alien

I'm an alien

I'm going to mislead your heart

With the crossing gravity of space

And the feelings you feel

Heart pounding

Alien

I'm your alien

Hearts pulling at each can't be torn away

I'll give you my un-experience

Until the end of another world

Heart pounding

Love you

Ruki: I can just imagine all the Sasgers

Ruki: Cheering along to this song

Roki: Where does that confidence come from?

Ruki: Hey look! It's almost your turn!

Fluorescent light repeatedly

Switching off and on

The paranormal confusion

Quietly ate you away

The parallel signals

Intersected at one point

Created-reality-blind-sickness

Accepting instinct

Syndrome

Alone night after night

Imagination

Grimoire until it's written

A flying vehicle avoiding searchlights

Do you still want to

Know everything?

Roki: Ruki-chan, just a little bit quieter...

Ruki: I'm going to put all my heart into it

Ruki: Please listen!

Roki: What?

Alien

I'm an alien

I'm going to mislead your heart

With gravity that doesn't reflect in your eyes

Please notice that

Ruki: One! Two! Three!

Ruki: GO!

Alien

I'm your alien

If you touch it the wound won't disappear

And the countless meteors pouring

Can't reach my pounding heart

Alien

We are two aliens

Can't hold back my pounding heart

You are an unidentifiable lifeform

To the end of another world

You

I love

This is a movement that's targeting your abs. So make sure you are thinking of those ab muscles as you do this. Let's go

Very good really pull up that knee as you draw your elbows down and contract your abs

Visualize the six-pack of your dreams as you do this

There you go

You look really awesome already, I'm just saying

Perfect it's about to get real with some high knees if you can do the version on the right if you cannot do the version

on the left

You're gonna put your arms right around your waist to guide your knees and tell you how high you need to raise your knees

Let's get the heart rate up

That's so awesome

Okay, we're about to do a move that you're already familiar with lateral raises abs are engaged

You're raising your knees and you're raising your arms. If you have weights you can hold on to them

Like I'm doing on the right if you don't have waist

You can do the body weight version on the left with me the key here is that your abs are engaged

Those knees are going as high as you can manage and you are

Controlling the movement of your arms as you might imagine. This move is targeting your arms

We have our priorities straight around here. We start with the booty

We did the ABS got the heart rate up for fat-burning. Now. We're doing the arms. Oh, yeah

Keep going

You get one more move after this and you get a break so just do your best

Arnold press

you're going to bring your

Elbows together in front of you put them out and raise them up

If you have weights you can hold on to them

Like I'm doing on the right if you don't have weights, it's all good to the version on the left

Keep a slight bend in your knee and keep your abs sucked in and engage to support your body

With this you're working your arms your shoulders your chest your back. It is a awesome up up body move

It's so real when I hear an accent just jumped out out out of nowhere. It just attacked me

What is this

Keep going

You're doing awesome, keep going keep going this is your last move before the break

You did that go ahead and take your full minute to rest I love that you're working out today. I'll be back after the break

Think that's what I want to say. I think yeah

Welcome back. We are going straight into a reverse leg raise your abs are engaged

You're doing a reverse lunge and raising your leg

If that's too much for you do the version on the right hold onto a wall and just raise your leg

Remember when you raise your leg like this? You need to squeeze yo booty

This movement is not about speed it's all about control so go at your own pace

There you go, hold on to something if you need to

That front knee shouldn't go too far past your toes

There you go. Do your best that was wonderful. We're going to switch sides and do the other side

Notice that botany doesn't actually touch the floor

If this is too hard just do the modification ain't no shame and your game you are working out and

That is good enough for me. Keep going

You're not even gonna believe but you're almost at the end at least you're more than halfway through

Good job, make sure you're moving when that timer ends

Awesome we're going to do knee catches if you can do the variation on the right if you cannot simply do the variation on the

Left you're just hugging your knee abs are engaged as you do this and you're using your ab muscles

To pull your knee toward your chest because your abs are talented like that

You look so fresh so clean

So amazing, we're gonna go into crab walks now

so you're gonna go into that quarter squat position and just

Walk like Sebastian from Little Mermaid. If you have weights, you can hold them in front of you like an OG

Otherwise just hold your hands together like you're seeing a prayer and step from side to side with me. Let's go

There is no way to look sexy doing this movement, so don't even worry about it just do what you gotta do

It's just a few seconds and we can move on to more dignified movements. Okay?

Keep going

I love it you survived?

Now your back is straight and you're just going to stand up

Almost but not fully on one side and then do the same thing on the other side

This V ops are an amazing way to work your abs and lower back so up. There you go

Keep that back straight

Tuck your abs in

You will be surprised at how effective this movement is at working your abs and your lower back at the same time

It's kind of a miracle

Very good

Your head is acting as a weight in this movement. It's so good

finally we're going to do a wall sit find a wall and

Sit on it

You want your lower back to be touching that wall arms are extended in front of you

Your thighs are parallel to the floor and you're just gonna stay there. This is to burn you out

Give me everything you have left all of it

Don't worry about the timer. Don't let it intimidate you

The timer is your friend

This could be worse it could be burpees or push-ups

Hang in there

Keep your abs sucked in let those thighs burn

Dab it out. Dab it out. You're doing amazing. Just a few more seconds hold it. Hold it your last move

finish strong finish

Strong don't listen to that voice in your head. She doesn't want you to be great. I want you to be great

Yes, that was so good. Go into a plie and raise your hand to the ceiling. Oh

So good you worked out today?

Let's go

That was so good you did so well today Wow go ahead and place like bending your knee

Give yourself a huge hug. I just want to remind you that everything you're working towards it's possible for you

Just don't quit don't give up
