was really amazing

i was like Japan and Korea

there is gym equipments

and it was really cool to see korean people

old people, adult or

even young... but yeah more old people

they go in this kind of outside gym place

and they do their sport every morning

every night

it's really amazing

and really it's everywhere!

and yeah i really enjoyed

this concept that it's healthy

with really simple equipments where

you use your own body

but yeah if you can do that everywhere in the world it can be

cool!

another thing that i enjoyed

it's a palace

i don't remember the name sorry

it's a big place where you see every people in traditionnal clothes

with temples and everything it's amazing

i know that there is a lot of couples who like

to go there in traditional clothes and do some pictures!

well i think they are paid to be like that

i don't think it's true guards

but yeah it's really a culture that i like a lot

but for me south korea was

i mean the korean cinema

korean movies!

i enjoyed that since i was in france!

i watched a lot of korean movies

and you can feel this... well it's like i go

to hollywood or new york

i'm a geek so i can see every place

that i saw in movies!

so south korea was like that for me

i saw every movies in the street of seoul

and i was like "it's amazing"

and yeah they are really good

in media and movies

they are much better for me

than japanese on that

they also speak more english

but it's kind of normal because it's the usa who

help them against north korea

so they try to change their government to

to adapt in english culture

more like usa culture

i think and i also heard that

and yeah everything start to change in south korea

to be more

international culture i think

but i also think that it's a country who's gonna keep

his traditional culture like japan

so don't worry it's not gonna change a lot

so they try to change for better things

because i think it's a difficult culture to adapt to a new country

i can see that with korean people here

but yeah i already did videos about that

but yeah korean culture is really hard to adapt with a new country

for me it's the most hard with every culture that i saw

but yeah the south korea i really a country that i recommend

and i hope that you're gonna go there

i want to go in others towns

like busan or jeju island

此外，新加坡 2018年 12月21 日已把一个马来西亚发展公司（1 MDB）案件的调查范围扩大，

对曾经帮助一马公司筹集资金的高盛集团（Go ldman Sach s）展开刑事调查。

新加坡在调查涉及一马公司的资金流动时，一直在审查高盛与该公司的关系。

有关审查相信早在201 7年底就已开始，但一直到最近，

该公司的新加坡单位都还不是任何调查的焦点。

《彭博社》报导，各相关机构在尝试确认，

高盛在201 2年至20 13年为一马公司安排发售3批债券赚取的大约6亿美元

（约25亿8 00万令吉）服务收费，究竟有多少已流入新加坡子公司。

I'll be keeping my same channel name

But I'd like to switch up some of the channel art and the intro and maybe some of things that I say at the beginning

was launched: the greater the speed, the greater the distance

the individual will travel to the ground. Now let's try to imagine that we are watching

this experiment from a distance, so we're watching everything from space:

we have our Earth, with its curved surface, the mountain

and our individual who is launched horizontally.

So, the individual will follow a trajectory that will lead him to fall

to the Earth's surface at a distance from the mountain measured

along the curved surface of the Earth. If we increase the speed

we will get a greater distance on the curved surface of the Earth.

All these trajectories, however, have one thing in common:

at a certain point, they intersect the Earth's surface.

If, however, we launch the individual at a sufficiently high initial speed

we will be able to follow a trajectory that not only does not intersect the Earth

but that after one rotation around it, will bring the individual back

to his initial position, at the same initial speed.

The individual in this case, therefore, has entered into orbit.

But what speed must the individual have to be able to enter into orbit?

This depends on the type of orbit and, generally, can be complicated

to calculate. There is, however, one particular case where we can easily

find an expression to find the speed that the individual must have

to be able to orbit around the Earth, and I'm referring here to circular orbits

that, amongst other things, are often used for satellites that orbit around the Earth.

Let's leave our satellite to the side for a moment and try to carry out

a simple experiment: we have here a glass with a marble

inside it. Let's suppose at this point we turn the glass upside down,

obviously, what happens is that gravitational acceleration causes the marble

to fall toward the Earth's surface. If, however, with this wire, we can give

the marble sufficient transversal speed, we can give it

centrifugal acceleration which overcomes gravitational acceleration

and doesn't let the marble fall despite the fact our glass is upside down.

We can imagine something similar happening with our satellite.

So, let's go back and analyse the satellite that is orbiting in a circular orbit

around the Earth. In particular, let's analyse the forces that are

acting on our satellite: first of all, we have gravitational force

which gives our satellite gravitational acceleration

towards the centre of the Earth, but due to the circular motion,

centrifugal acceleration in the opposite direction will also act on the satellite.

For our satellite to orbit in a circular orbit

these two accelerations must balance each other, equalising

the expressions of gravitational acceleration and centrifugal acceleration

We get the expression of speed that our satellite must have

to overcome the gravitational action and orbit

around the Earth in a circular orbit. The speed depends on the range

of our orbit, so, the altitude we are orbiting at.

If, for example, we consider the International Space Station

which travels at an altitude of approximately 350 km and we apply this formula

we find that the International Space Station, to be able to orbit

around the Earth, must have a speed of approximately 28,000 km/h.

Professional Noting EP.0 Stationary

Hello everybody, I hope you guys are doing well today.

It's cold here in England. In this year I want to make a

new video for you guys. So I create this series about my

PhD life in England at Newcastle University. A lots of

people ask me about how I do a noting. So I think I'll

make a series. How do I take a note? For this first EP I

want to talk about the things that I use for taking a note.

This is a very important thing. You might ask me why I

have to talk about the equipment?

One pen is not enough?

For me one pen is not enough. So the first EP will be

about my stationary. The first one is the highlight. I have

the pink and the purple one. I bought the pastel tone

cone. The reason why I choose a pastel tone is because

the color is very light and it's not hurting my eye vision.

I'll suggest you guys to buy the tone color that you like.

Because our eye will be concentrate to that tone. The

brand that I use is the Stabilo Boss. I think you guys

know this brand well.

Next is the pen. It's can be anything brand.

This pen I've got from the conference and the event.

Or I stole it! Just kidding!

For me I use the black one but you guys can use the blue

pen. Blue one might be a lot easier to find. Another thing

is the Uni Pen Fine Line. The reason why I bought this

pen is because my architect friend suggest me that this

pen will not be faded away. The main reason why I

bought this is that in my PhD final year I have to do a

thesis. That if I had a data from the first year I can easily

see them. So that is the reason why I use this pen.

The data is staying still.

The length of this pen is 0.5 mm. I choose this size

because the length is not to long or to short. The reason

why I chose the black and red color. Because the black

color is for the thing that are not very important. And for

the red one is for the important thing. Another thing I like

to use a color coding technique. It's the technique for

separate thing. I usually use the color coding in my daily

life in the to do list. There are a lot of activities about

work or hanging out with my friend. I use only two colors

which are the green one for the Youtube thing.

For the relax activity I will use a light purple color.

Another thing is the bold marker to use to mark the

important thing when I read the paper.

The last thing is the small ruler. I've got this from my

senior in my high school. I use it until now. It might look

old. I will use this for underline the important thing.

You guys might be surprise why I don't have a pencil.

The reason is that I try to force myself to use a pen

because I like to write an erase and it cost a lot.

This morning I am in Rameshwaram, the place I was born, and the place that is the primary

energy center for removing human karma.

So, I had a revelation today about human evolution.

The human evolution precisely is to turn this meat body into a light body.

That is ultimate liberation, ultimate, not only liberation, but attaining the highest

intelligence possible and not confined or constrained by other things.

The revelation is the following:

There should be a different fueling system other than eating food, whether vegetarian

or non vegetarian.

There should be a different fueling system which could be a pill that you will take,

and that pill will satisfy your hunger.

One thing that Ramalingam did in his lifetime was to kill hunger; he was not hungry at all.

But then it happened to him in a mysterious way; it was a gift from Siva.

So, that's not going to happen to everyone.

We need another technology, so the revelation came that this technology is available in

another earth plane.

In another earth plane where you can have access to this new technology that will kill

hunger and that is the bottom line.

Where is that new planet?

That is again Earth planet.

There are so many earth planets in the galaxy.

So, we have to figure that out, and I have some premonitions of what they are.

WHAT TO DO IF YOUR LIFE SUCKS - Dreams Around The World - Duration: 8:29.

Hey Dan here and in this video I'm answering a question sent in from an

ENFP although my advice is really going to be universal here no matter what your

personality type. Ultimately it boils down to: My life sucks, what should I do?

So here are the highlights of the question: I've been listening to your

YouTube videos on and off and just started up again as I've been having

difficulty in my life I've reached a point where I'm not sure what to do

anymore I'm burned out and have no drive, motivation, dreams, or money to do

anything except stay at my dead-end job that I once again went back to because

the grass wasn't greener on the other side. I'd hoped to start in total the last

two plus years a work from home job but I know nothing about the motivation of

running my own business but I can't stand the cubicle grind in data entry

long term - I don't blame you for that one - My feelings get in the way of dictating

what I should do in almost everything I do in my life. I will point out there's

some typos and some issues, something I might touch on after why that's

important but everything I do in my life and realize that I can't always feel

good about being a business owner because every choice of being an

employee or a business owner has its pros and cons. I don't have any direction

in my life, I'm all over the map, I can't choose a destination and if I do, I

either get bored after a while or I can't see things through to completion.

Being 37 years old and making less than $14 an hour with a two-hour commute to

work every day is not my idea of fun. it's absolute hell. Any advice and what I

should do? - So it doesn't sound like you're in a great spot. And I gotta give

you the hard truth is from what you've told me and where you're at I mean if

you're 37 and for the United States earning less than $14 an hour with a

two-hour commute doing work you hate, you screwed up somewhere. I mean that's the

honest truth of it, right? If you told me you were doing work you loved and you

weren't earning any money that's a different story but doing work you hate

for a very low American wage I say so because people watching from all over

world some places that's a very good income but based on the cost of living

in the US, that's not a good livelihood. You screwed up somewhere and I bring

that up because you might want to start at the fundamentals, you know. You talked

about starting an at-home business and that's something that I cringe at

because you know it sounds like you're probably looking for an easy solution

you know and you're in a point in your life where I think you're the potential

prey a victim of phony gurus and self-help people who are gonna say: "Hey

buy my magic potion, take your last five hundred dollars you have left on your

credit card and buy my course and I'll change your life!" Because you're in a bad

spot and I gotta tell you I don't think there's going to be a quick you know

get-out-of-jail-free card for you necessarily. What I would do if I was you

is I would take some time, I would focus on reading, videos as well but things

that you can go in depth and reflect. I'm guessing that there is a pattern

somewhere there is a trend in your life where you're doing something you

mentioned in terms of your emotions you have some self-awareness on that already.

There's something that keeps coming up that keeps putting you in these

situations and until that's resolved you're going to struggle whether it is

getting a better job or starting your own business or making a big change

because there's something in the foundation that isn't right. That doesn't

mean you aren't right and that doesn't mean you're stuck this way at all, it

just means there's something you need to figure out, you know...For me one of those

things was ADHD where I always knew I had ADHD, everyone in my family does, but

I'm like yeah I was smart enough to get through school it wasn't really a big

issue and I just kind of toughed it out but at a certain point in my life

especially working for myself, working from home I'm like: Wait, I might actually

want to look into this and I started reading up on it, reading up on doing

things like exercise and diet at all kinds of ways to address it and that had

a big impact on everything else in my life. That was something that I realized

afterwards was ultimately holding me back in the like little ways but so many

little ways everyday and so that's something I would encourage you to look

at. Not ADD specifically although that may be something but look at what could

be an underlying issue. It could actually be a serious psychological issue you may

have something I can't tell from your message, I'm not gonna try to

diagnose you but you could have any number of underlying disorders that if

you look into treatment might resolve all the other problems or you may just

have some kind of patterns you do with people a mindset you picked up when you

were younger, something that is ultimately holding you back here that's

what I would start with in terms of making a change until you've done that

nothing else will really make a huge difference. Now with that said something

else I would start doing and you can do at the same time simultaneously is look

to improve an area of your life don't necessarily think to make your big

change right now and I know I'm sure you're impatient you don't want to be at

this dead-end job but is there another area you can start improving there's a

personal development saying - How you do anything is how you do everything and

that tends to be true for people, you know, if you have asked one area of your

life might have asked the other areas of your life similarly if you start to

develop really positive habit it can end up improving many areas of your life.

Jordan Peterson talks about this in a bit of a different way with like making

your bed and I don't make my bed in the morning to me it seems useless because

I'm just going back into it at night but his logic behind the make your bed is

you're starting the day I guess being disciplined and being you know doing

something good, you're building good habits and that kind of thing. I think

the same could apply to anything you know start to learn like something you

know, read a book start learning a language on Duolingo on your phone and

do that for 30 minutes a day. You'll build discipline, you'll improve your

thinking, you'll start to feel pride in yourself again like I'm guessing based

on your situation you don't feel the best about yourself right now and that

makes it hard to make change again so picking up some kind of hobby, a martial

art, just exercise, running, doing something, learning about whatever, doing

something that you can make progress and feel proud abou - anything but a video

game. I love my video games but you know getting to level 50 with your World of

Warcraft character may not have enough of an external impact on your

but something you can do involving like language, people, learning, maybe even

start volunteering which sounds crazy because you're probably thinking:

Volunteer somewhere? I need help right now, why would I help other people but

you might find by making a change like that that it will adjust your wiring

inside by taking time to give to other people it will change how you're

thinking and that could also help you make progress so those would be the two

things I would look at and I would say this pretty much to anyone. If you've

watched this far in the video and you feel like you know your life sucks or

you're in a tough spot or maybe there's someone else in your life that isn't a

tough spot and you're watching this video for them is look at underlying

issues. I can almost guarantee if it's been a pattern throughout your life

there's something there that is causing it and until you address that the rest

won't make as big of a difference and the second thing is do something you can

take pride in and that will start to make you feel good to start to at least

adjust how you're feeling on a day to day basis. I would say exercise, learning

or volunteering something in one of those three areas would be where I would

I am back in my hotel room after a very, very long day.

Woke up really early this morning

to go on the Shotover Jet which was really, really fun

and I got completely drenched.

Absolutely drenched!

Ah, that was fun.

Today was a very non-eventful day.

We were supposed to go on a cruise through Milford Sounds

but due to the extreme weather,

when we got there after our four hour bus ride,

we couldn't cruise because the weather was so bad.

It was storming, the winds were so strong,

I was literally being like blown away -

both figuratively and literally.

Tomorrow I am doing a zip-line trek which is cool.

The first time I've ever done that.

And also, we are going canyon swinging!

Leaving it all to the last day here in Queenstown.

The Moment I Realised - Phoebe Wilson - Duration: 1:57.

Working with children in the clinical setting has been an ambition of mine for

as long as I can remember. I was even given a toy stethoscope when I left

secondary school and told by my head of year to follow my dreams. I think my

ambition to be a children's nurse grew when I was studying psychology at A-

Level. In psychology you learn about child development and this led me to

develop a keen interest in pediatric nursing and look at the University of

Plymouth. Now the University of Plymouth offer the opportunity to not only study

child development at greater depth but also put this theory into practice and

that's something that I really wanted to do.

I think the moment I realised I was becoming a children's nurse and that this was

a career path sculpted for me was after my first day of clinical placement.

Following six months of intense theory which I absolutely loved,

I was excited but anxious about my clinical placement. I'd built up big

expectations that I was worried weren't going to be fulfilled, but I'm so happy

to let you all know that my clinical placements and my community placements

were absolutely incredible. I was so supported by my mentors and I

was given the opportunity to do so much more than I could ever have

imagined. I think the proudest moment of my course so far has been on placement

and being told by my patients and by my mentor that I'm gonna make a good nurse.

I think this makes you believe in what you're doing and also strive to be the

best version of yourself. I love working with children and I want to be a

children's nurse, so being told that you're going to be good at it is

fantastic feedback.

In this video, I am going to go deep on one earned media example and show you the specifics

from start to finish of how I helped one of my media mentoring clients earn exposure,

a five minute live segment on local TV in San Diego.

That snowballed into a whole lot more media coverage, but we're going to talk about that

first media hit that she earned and how you can do it too.

We are going to break this down into five steps.

The first step was really looking at her goal and this was her goal: Crystal is a Dietitian

and a blogger and she wanted to reach more local moms and the San Diego area, so based

on that goal, we looked at where she needed to be.

We looked at what local moms were reading, what they were watching and what they were

listening to, and that's how we decided on morning tv and I'm sure you have some of these

media goals for yourself already in mind.

I think the most popular that I get from people are the today show and Oprah magazine.

Those are huge.

Those are really big goals.

They're probably the most popular.

Okay, so we found our goal, which was step one that determined our target, which was

step two.

Now step three is actually writing the pitch, and this is something that a lot of people

struggle with.

Remember I was a TV reporter and anchor for 10 years.

I received a lot of pitches and nine out of 10 of them were terrible.

So I'm going to break down for you how we wrote Crystal's pitch to actually land coverage…

and if you want to see that pitch word for word, make sure you jump into my three day

media class because I copy it word for word so you can take it, swipe it and make it your

I've also put a link to it in the description below, but to sum up or pitch quickly and

included a lot of things.

The biggest factor was timeliness.

When we pitched the media, we wanted to give them a reason to do the story.

Now remember, she was a dietician and we did this story around September.

It was August/September, so it was back to school time.

So, we went with the angle things to pack in your kids lunch box that they will actually

eat, because she's a mother who knows that many times you send your kids to school with

a lunchbox and may come home and they haven't eaten anything, especially if they're a picky

eater.

So, she was solving this problem on the local news morning show, so we wanted to make sure

that it was timely.

If they saw it was a back to school angle, they would have to jump on that story and

do it now.

And then did you also notice that the story wasn't about her?

I think this is the biggest mistake that people make when they pitch the media.

They want to make the story all about them.

It wasn't about Crystal at all.

It was about her expertise.

Okay, so now we've got the pitch.

The next step, step four is to execute the media hit.

They said yes, so now we need to execute the media head because this is TV.

We needed to be visual, so I made sure that Crystal was all set to go with everything

spread out on the table to showcase what you're going to put in the lunchbox.

You want to make it entertaining and you want to make it fun.

She made it bright and colorful and did a walk and talk, and she was picking things

up and interacting with the anchor so she executed the media hit perfectly.

She gave the producers everything that they needed on a silver platter.

And lastly, step five, and this is the step that everybody forgets, you have to do PR

on your PR.

Too many times people just assume that everybody was watching the local news and everybody

saw it.

That is not true.

So what we did with Crystal is we took that segment and we promoted it all over her social

media.

Again, this is something that I talk about in a previous video about how to promote yourself

on LinkedIn to increase sales, so that's what we did.

We used her media hit to promote her expertise to increase sales and it did.

That TV segment turned into brand deals for her as a blogger and a local influencer because

now she was getting tv time and it also turned into her getting other TV segments on other

stations in the San Diego area.

In fact, she had to reschedule a media mentoring call with me because she booked a TV segment

and she's getting approached by so many stations that she actually has to turn some of them

down, which is a good problem to have.

Everywhere around the world, the comments sections of journals and social media

seems to be capable of bringing out the worst in humanity.

Maybe that's because people are not held accountable for their actions,

so they feel they have the right to show us

their worst, the worst they have.

And unfortunately,

that never happens with the best side of people,

but still it doesn't mean that this side doesn't exist.

I believe that now we are… Social media

are a new phenomenon, we don't know how to deal with them yet,

and maybe this…

This is the reason why things happen to be this way.

So I believe we most probably should

start educating our children on how to use social media,

we have to create laws to protect people

and prevent abuses, right?

Social media are a very abusive environment nowadays,

and by that I mean there are cases of racism, intolerance, etc.

We must not accept those things in our daily lives,

it's a matter of civility, of civism.

So we must also not accept that in social medias…

In short, I believe that we must create laws to protect us

and to…

Civilize social media. At the same time,

we must start educating, reeducating our young people, our children,

in order for them to use social media in a more rational and civic way.
