Youtube daily report w Jan 21 2019

Hello guys~ I'm Kiwan!

Have you guys been to the zoo?

What was your favorite animal from the zoo?

Today, let's draw 5 zoo animals and feed them what they like!

Let's get started!

This animal has a projecting shaped face called 'Muzzle'

What an interesting look!

And a long neck with a beautiful mane!

Well, the shape of its body already reminds me of an animal!

What do you guys think this animal is?

Oh I got it!

There's only one animal I can think of with black and white stripes like that!

Hello! What's your name?

Hello! I'm Zebra!

Shhhh… Did you see the Lion? Was he here?

I have to eat quick! Or the Lion will come and get me!

With these stripes, I can hide in the grass very easily! Look!

Can you spot me?

Lunch break! I wonder which one's mine!

This one it is! I usually eat just grass,

But my digestive system allows me to eat things like roots or barks as well!

Take your time there Zebra!

Here's comes our next guest!

Look at that adorable mouth with a puffy round face!

Well, I thought it was a bear, but those eyes…

I think I know what it is! Did you guys get it too?

Very round and plumpy yet giant body!

Black patches around its eyes, over the ears and across its round body!

And its legs too!

Let's make it even more adorable with this shiny black glitter!

Hello! What's your name?

Hello, I'm Panda!

I'm starving!

I have to be either eating or sleeping throughout the day!

Why are you cutting into my busy schedule?

Oh, why are you so lazy Panda?

It's not that I'm lazy!

I limit my social interactions because of my low energy input in my diet!

Even though I eat up to 14kg of bamboo everyday, they're just vegetation!

Alright, I prepared some bamboo just for you!

Bamboo? Alright, I'll go!

I hear someone's footsteps! Quick! Hide!

Zebra! hold your horses, it's just me! Panda!

Oh gosh… You scared me there, Panda!

Why are you so late? You slept in again didn't you?

Hehe, Bamboo! My favorite!

Enjoy those bamboo Panda! Let's go meet another animal!

A big bulky head!

But what is that? Is that its nose?

Oh in between those sharp tusks!

Now that's called the trunk!

And two giant ears!

Wait, wow! Look at how big it is!

I wonder if there's any other living animal larger than this one!

I'm sure you need those big legs to support all of your weight!

Grey color skin!

Wow, it certainly is really large isn't it?

Silver Glitter all over its body!

Hello! What's your name?

Hello! I'm Elephant!

Haha, I heard the lunch bell!

Time for lunch break!

Where's my lunch? Where's my lunch?

I came straight my mud bath!

You have to wash your hands before you eat then!

I don't have to wash my hands, I already washed my trunk!

Oh yeah, I wanted to ask you about that! Do you eat through your trunk?

No way! My trunk just works like your hands!

I can grab objects or drink water with it!

I don't drink water through the trunk,

I just suck it up halfway, then squirt it to my mouth!

Someone's coming!!!

Huh?

Hey Panda! And was that Zebra?

Come back Zebra!

Don't you get tired of running away every time you hear a footstep?

Oh it's you Elephant! That's just natural for a herbivore like me!

Hey, I'm a herbivore too you know!

Yay! Apples, I love fruit!

Yeah you guys keep enjoying your lunch!

I hear different kind of footsteps!

These 2 things are not horns! They're called ossicones!

Maybe it's a small and short animal with a small size head!

Well I was very wrong about that!

Its long neck reminds me of a dinosaur called 'Apatosaurus'!

4 long and slender legs just like its neck!

And look at those patches all over its body!

I wonder what colors they are!

It turns out they are brown patches over yellow!

And dark brown on the mane, tail and hooves!

Glue over the brown patches!

Orange-Brown glitter!

Hello! What's your name?

Hello! I'm Giraffe!

What's for lunch? I'm craving for some acacia leaves!

Did you say acacia leaves?

How do you eat the leaves from such a thorny tree?

Oh it's nothing! I just use my tongue!

My tongue is about 45cm long,

so I can pull the leaves from the branch like that!

The Lion's here!

Every single time…

How many more times is he gonna do that?

Hey Zebra! It's just me! Giraffe!

Phew… So the bucket way up there was for you!

I knew you'd be coming!

Well… then the last bucket belongs to…

Who do you guys think it is?

Wow! The strongest looking jaw so far!

The shape of its face is looking a little odd

Wow! It was a mane!

I know what animal, especially the males have a mane like that!

And those strong front legs Looks so threatening!

Let's color its body orange!

And brown for its mane and tail!

This Brown Glitter will make its mane even more fascinating!

Hello! What's your name?

Hello! I'm Lion!

I am the king of the jungle!

And I demand some meat for my lunch break!

Hey Lion! We have prepared some yummy meat just for you!

Alright, let's go check out what you got for me!

Wow! I suppose it's an all you can eat buffet!

I see Zebra

Panda

Elephant

and a giraffe!

I love to eat all of them!

No! Bad Lion! Your lunch is in your bucket!

Promise me you won't eat your friends!

Well I prefer hunting over a meal prep but alright

Hey guys! You can come out now!

I got the Lion to promise not to mess with you guys!

Are you sure?

Yes I'm sure!

Hey guys, why don't you show everyone what you guys are eating?

I'm eating some grass!

I'm eating bamboo

I'm eating some fruit!

I'm eating acacia leaves!

I'm eating meat!

Wow! They all look so yummy!

Thank you for watching!

Oh, hey guys, why don't you all let me know what your favorite animal is!

I wanna hear about it!

Don't forget to like and subscribe!

Bye!

Bosch Motor Repair | How To Care And Maintain Your E-Bike Motor - Duration: 17:06.

- We get a lot of concerns on the channel

about buying second-hand e-bikes.

At the same time, we get a lot of concerns

about the longevity of e-bike motors.

Well, today we're gonna put all those worries at bay.

I'm gonna have a look at a very inexpensive way

how to refresh your Bosch Performance Line CX motor.

Steve, before we begin, let's talk about the Bosch warranty

on the Performance Line CX.

After all, you are a service agent for--

- I'm a Bosch service center agent.

- All right.

So what happens if you have got one of these motors

and you've had it for less than two years?

- So if you bought a new bike,

you cover the bike for two years.

So if your motor goes wrong,

it's a complete new motor. - Wow.

- Nothing gets opened up. - That's pretty cool.

- The motor's have been out since 2015

so there's a lot out there, they get a lot of wear,

they're used hard, and it's like a bottom bracket,

anything is gonna wear.

- So what happens if you do happen to get a new unit

under your warranty, does your warranty get extended

for a further two years?

- So yeah, yeah you get an additional two years.

It's just-- - That's pretty cool.

- Which is a cool thing, a very good thing.

- Yeah, so if you've got any problems in your motor

in that two years, then you can just simply get

back to Bosch and they'll renew it for you, right?

- That's correct.

- If your motor is within the warranty,

can you fiddle with it and take it apart?

- You can't touch it.

(laughing)

That voids the warranty. - Right.

- These little screws here have got

rubber coating all over them.

If that rubber coating isn't on there anymore,

that means you've been inside it

and you have no warranty.

So don't go taking it apart

if you're within your warranty period.

Just go back to your Bosch dealer.

- Alright, now my eyes been drawn to this

little box over here.

What have we got over here?

- [Steve] Okay, so this is a service repair kit

for motors that are no longer in warranty.

- Right.

- So it's a motor, it's got bearings

like your bottom bracket.

- It's gonna have wear and tear, right.

- It's gonna have wear and tear.

If you start to feel your motor bearings

getting rough and noisy, noisy's the main thing.

You start to hear a bit of noise.

This is the kit you need, it's a service repair kit.

It changes the main drive bearing.

- Right, great, well I think without any further ado, Steve,

let's get stuck in and fix this new kit, to this old motor.

- So, Steve, the first thing we do

is we keep everything clean.

And one another thing is -- - Yes, I've got that

on the checklist.

- Ya got that?

- I'm gonna be doing the checklist on this motor.

If ya don't mind. - Yeah, it's really important

that when we open this unit up,

everything is really clean.

You see that we've got stainless steel worktops.

- Well, it is like a kitchen as you've rightly called it.

- So, first thing is, we got to get clean,

so I'm gonna put my gloves on, don the gloves.

I bring my cleaning bucket into play.

And, I'm gonna put the motor in the cleaning bucket

and I'm gonna take my spray cleaner.

This is one of the new range

for Muc-Off, which is specific e-bike range, which is good.

It's actually a dry cleaner, so you haven't

got to get it wet, so you haven't got to worry about that.

- I guess you can get cleaner from any other brands,

like WD-40 and everything like that.

- Yeah, there's lots of cleaners.

So we give that a wipe over, make sure

everything is super clean when we come to break into it.

- There she is! - Onto the bench.

- I'll clean up after ya. - Get my bucket away.

You can tick me off there for cleaning the motor.

- We've done that.

- We've done the cleaning of the motor.

First job is, we remove the circlip.

So, circlip pliers.

- That's not a bad pair, is it?

Good solid pair of circlip pliers.

- Yeah, they're handy.

- I can tick that off then, Steve?

- Yeah, tick that off then, thank you.

The next thing we do is - Open her up?

- Remember I said about all the rubber in the seals.

- Yeah. - We gotta get that out.

It's a right pain, so we have to get our little pick

in there and get it out. - Right.

- And luckily, what we did earlier.

- Yeah, this is actually a procedure, isn't it?

- Yeah, it is a procedure, yeah it is.

We've got a checklist and everything.

So, the first thing we do is we loosen the box off.

And it's all just, we've got six T25 bolts here,

that we need to remove.

- Those are the ones you cannot touch, if your motor

is still under warranty.

- You certainly can't.

So, we got this going and to speed it up, I'm gonna

get my power drill - Is that a Bosch power drill?

- It is a Bosch power drill, yeah.

Yeah, look at that.

- Fit a lock ring.

- Fit a lock ring? - We've got a lock ring.

The lock ring is fitted.

So, bearing puller.

- Bearing puller goes over the top like hangs on the lock

ring and then we wind it on the crank bolts.

Can you see it lifting there? - Yeah.

- Look at that.

- I can now check that off I think.

- I think you can.

We've lifted it.

And we lift the motor and

we're all out. - I mean, she's not too

bad inside really.

- Well, it's gonna to be spotless inside

they're so well sealed.

So we got seals all around the edge, the edge of here.

- Yeah. - You can see inside.

The first thing we do is we check to make sure

everything is clean.

Everything is good and that shows there's no contamination.

- No signs of corrosion or anything like that?

- No, look at it.

It's like. - Yeah.

- It's like new. - Yeah.

It's just making a noise it's all.

- Yeah, it's making a noise and as you can see, you've

got no more crank axle in here.

And it runs on a bearing.

- I'm I gonna check off,

check for signs of damage or corrosion?

I think we're good aren't we?

- We've checked and we're done, yeah.

- Ah, right.

- Okay, so now we remove the freewheel sprocket.

And this is this unit here.

And that just press fits and that comes out.

It's really important that we don't touch

the shaft, we only touch this, because

we're gonna reuse that.

So, for the time being I'm gonna put that

on the bench, there.

- But is it worth opening up?

I'm quite eager to see what's in the box.

Is it a good time now or should we wait?

- I think we should.

(laughing)

I think we should, let's do it.

- Let's go see what's in this Bosch box there.

Ah, so there you go, that's it.

There it is Josh.

- [Steve In Black] It's like Christmas, isn't it?

- [Steve] It is like Christmas.

We gotta keep this really clean, so

- [Steve In Black] Okay.

- Make sure you don't...

- Sorry, I just wanna show you guys

there, what we've got here.

It seems to be lots of parts in there.

- [Steve In Black] Whole kits, o rings, and

- [Steve] Special grease.

- [Steve In Black] Special grease.

Ah, all the replaceable bolts.

Ah, that's pretty good, isn't it?

- [Steve] It's the whole lot, yeah.

- [Steve In Black] Well leave that there.

What's else we gotta do

before we get the new part in, then?

- So we need to remove the locating pin.

It's a pin that the sprocket (mumbles).

- Yeah, I can see the locator pin there.

- Okay, and that's it.

- There's one of them.

- Yeah, so pliers. - Yeah.

- [Steve] We're just gonna lift it out.

Give it a bit of a twittle.

There she is. - [Steve In Black] Yeah.

- [Steve] Out.

- [Steve In Black] And the rubber seal as well?

- [Steve] There's a little rubber seal.

Sits on the little rubber seal.

- Is there another o ring in here?

- Now the other o ring, is the o ring that

sits on the shaft, here. - [Steve In Black] Yeah.

- [Steve] So again with the pick, we're gonna

pull this out, and get rid of that o ring.

- [Steve In Black] Next, I step, I think we're done.

So we've got the lubricating pin.

Check.

- Done that.

Check PCV heat pad is on PCV?

- Ah, now, this is the heat pad here.

- [Steve] This little thing here.

And we're on.

So, we're covered.

We're ready to go.

- So we're done on the first part of the process

of opening the motor?

- Yeah, we've done it.

- Now we're onto stage three. - Okay, now the next thing.

Before we put the new one on.

We need to give this a quick clean.

So, first of all we need to make sure there's no

dirt around the edge.

So, I'm gonna take my one and three cloth,

lint-free cloth that was.

Spray some cleaner on that.

And just work around the edge, being careful to

brush outwards and not inwards, because anything

there, we need to push outside the motor.

- [Steve] Okay, so we've got the rubber washer.

- [Steve In Black] Yeah.

That sits on the rubber sleeve.

- [Steve In Black] Yeah. - [Steve] Yeah. That goes on.

And then peel this adhesive backing off.

They've done a good job, they've made it really simple.

And then you locate this into there, and push it into place.

- [Steve In Black] Boom!

- [Steve] Done.

- (Steve in Black] Boom!

Are you gonna put that pin,

while you're at it?

- [Steve] The pin, drops in, and slides on.

And we're done.

So, now we need to clean the bottom bracket shaft.

So, just to make sure everything is nice and clean.

Before we put the o ring on.

- Steve, can I put the o ring on?

- You can, Steve.

But before you do that, you need to grease on the shaft.

- You can do that. - Shall I do that?

- Okay, I'll do that.

So we just get my little brush and

we'll just paste it around

here, make sure it's all in the right place.

- [Steve In Black] Good to go right?

- [Steve] Good to go.

- [Steve In Black] Stick it on there.

Gently lift.

I can't get it, it's just too much of a fiddle.

You do it.

- [Steve] So we'll get that down and we'll move it

down to the right recess, which is that one there.

- [Steve In Black] Boom!

- [Steve] And then we're in place.

- [Steve In Black] Right, I just need to

update my tick offs.

Clean rubber housing.

Clean the BB shaft.

O ring, (mumbles) done that.

I feel like that moment has come when we can

open the package up.

All we've got is six bolts left, yeah?

- Yeah, they're the retaining bolts for the motor.

We need those for (mumbles).

- Can, I open the packet?

- Yeah, let's open it, yeah.

- [Steve In Black] There ya go, that's them

I'm interested to see what you get for your money here.

Wow, that's a pretty significant part.

- Be careful not to touch the inside of it, we need

to keep it - I'm gonna put that there.

So you be careful when you take this out.

So I guess,

I guess that comes out

and there it is.

And that is your new unit.

I mean you get quite a bit for your money, there

don't you really.

So, we're talking.

For this kit.

How much is it for the kit?

- Well, the kit is, 99 pounds, for the kit.

That's good isn't?

It's gonna totally refresh your bike, right?

- Yeah, you think about what a bottom bracket

costs, in a bike.

- Yeah, exactly.

- It's like, it's good value.

(mumbles)

- [Steve] Look at the amazing detail of the bearings?

That's a really complicated bearing.

- [Steve In Black] So, can I just give this to you?

I feel like that uh.

- [Steve] Yeah, let's take it.

Yeah, let me take it.

- Next job.

- Next job.

We're gonna grease this sprocket, ready to go on.

So, sprocket, grease.

- [Steve In Black] Bosch grease?

- [Steve] Bosch grease.

Work it around.

- [Steve] Quite nice doing that.

It feels like icing a cake.

Get the brush and just wipe it all into it's place.

- [Steve In Black] Honestly, this motor is gonna be

so smooth when we put it back together.

- We've greased this.

And we pop it into place.

- [Steve] So that sits, the locating pin,

that we stuck on with a pad. - [Steve In Black] Yeah.

- [Steve] This sits in there and presses into that

little wheel there.

So, it's just a case of dropping it in.

And that is located.

That is done.

- Guess all is required now is, to pop the freewheel,

uh thingamajig on? - Yes, remember this is

is the bit that we don't touch.

So, we need to give this a clean.

Let's give it a clean.

Where's my cloth, lint-free cloth?

- [Steve In Black] Here ya go.

- What did you call it?

- Lint-free cloth.

There's no lint in this cloth.

And so for the first thing is we're gonna clean

this, but we're not gonna touch the shaft, we're just

gonna get the old grease.

It's actually still amazingly clean.

But we give it a wipe off because we have the new grease.

So we put new grease on.

So, there we are.

New grease.

Again, work it around.

Paint brush there.

It's like being like a dental nurse.

Paint brush?

- Oh sorry, there ya go.

- We're fully greased up.

- Yeah, greased up.

Slot her in.

Slot her in there or slot her on there?

- [Steve] It's gonna go onto the shaft here.

So we're gonna drop it in.

- [Steve In Black] Engaged?

- [Steve] Make sure it's engaged.

Fit it in with a coax.

Can you see that?

The wheels are in motion.

Look at that.

We located.

- Well, can I go back to my checklist?

- Yep.

- I neglected it for a minute.

Greased all that.

Greased that.

Greased sprocket.

Checked the new cover seal and see if it's not damaged.

- Check to see if cover seal is not damaged.

- Okay, did you do that?

I've done that.

- [Steve In Black] Check and see if cover

seal is all in place.

- [Steve] Cover seal all in place?

- Yeah.

And I think, now too, uh, put the top on the pie?

- We're ready to go with just the icing.

So, we take this, we check the seal is good.

We gonna flip it over, and not gonna touch

any of this.

Gonna flip it over, and drop it, into place.

I say drop it gently, ease it into place.

So, there we are Steve.

We've dropped it into place.

We've done it.

Okay, so next thing, Steve.

Circlip back on.

This is important, so circlip,

open it up a little bit,

drop it into place.

And there we are we located it.

And that's it, done.

- All that I'm seeing now Steve, is six bolts.

- Six, bolts.

- Yeah, we're gonna put the bolts in.

And I'm now gonna remove my gloves, because

I've got grease on them.

- Means I can help you with this, then?

- You can do that.

- [Steve In Black] I can see you eagerly waiting there

with the Bosch screwdriver.

- [Steve] I am, now this is important.

When you do this, you need to make

sure that the pressure is right.

- [Steve In Black] Exactly.

- It's like doing the car wheel.

Let's alternate sides first?

- Exactly.

- Don't go in the clockwise or anticlockwise motion.

There ya go.

- So, I got my drill, and I'm just gonna loosely drive

these down.

- [Steve] Like the car wheel nuts.

Do opposite sides.

- [Steve In Black] Boom!

- [Steve] So, there now at least you're done.

So, what we now need to do is get the

six newton meters.

We need to get our torque wrench.

We'll just give them, and do it like the car wheel.

Do opposite sides.

- Alright, Steve, we only got a couple of

things left to tick off there.

- We're nearly ticked off, aren't we?

- Fit it back in the bike and

it says here, diagnostic.

- Diagnostic is great.

We plug it into the laptop and it'll check on

the whole motor.

Make sure everything is working as it should.

But, it's also an opportunity

to the upgrade the latest firmware.

Two years ago, 2016.

Bosch upgraded to the...

- The eMTB,

- MTB right.

eMTB mode.

- It used to be called Sports and then eMTB mode.

And that's the mode that will work between, flows between

- It's like (mumbles) my car.

- Right, it works to how much power you're putting down.

It gives you that, you pedal harder, you get more power.

So, you're not gonna (mumbles)

- Make sure you get that eMTB upgrade on your bike.

- You're not gonna hit turbo when your not expecting.

- Okay, one more thing I was gonna ask you.

Now that's fitted.

What's the warranty situation with that bike now?

With that motor?

- So what we've done there, the new drive bearing

has now got a two year warranty on it.

Which is great, because you're covered.

If it goes wrong within two years.

It's warrantied.

- So yeah, that's great.

Depends on where you live and the

conditions you live in, and the ground

conditions, every motor, in different part of the whole,

is gonna have a different wear age, right?

- That's a really important thing.

- Yeah.

- Where you're using it.

What you're getting it.

How muddy you're getting it.

How you clean it as well.

Don't go into it with a jet wash.

- Yeah.

- Try and keep it as - But I think the important

part is like you said, Steve, is like be proactive,

you know, keep an eye on your motor,

and give your motor some love.

And give it a bath.

Steve, thanks so much for showing us around the fix

on this motor and - Thank you.

- And don't forget to check out the Bicycle Kitchen.

- [Steve] My web address is bikekitch.com

- Bike kitch? - Bike kitch.

We leave the link at the bottom of this video.

- [Steve] There's a whole section of on what we

do with this thing.

Which you'll find out on the site.

- [Steve In Black] So let, one final thing.

Money-wise, we're looking at 99 pounds for the part.

- (mumbles)

- So, we're looking at a couple

hundred quids to get this done?

See there ya go, I hope to see your comments below.

I hope it's taking away some of your worries and fears,

not only, about buying second-hand e-bikes,

but of the longevity of the e-bike motors in general.

Don't forget to like, share, and subscribe to the EMBN.

You'll see some more Bosch content as in one on gearing,

which you'll find.

Wild Zoo Animals for Kids, Learn Names and Sounds | Giraffe, Elephant, Lion, Zebra, Panda - Duration: 14:52.

I see Zebra

Panda

No!

Triumph Bonneville T-215 Update - Duration: 5:38.

you guys asked for it so I'm going to finally deliver on something I promised last

year an update on the t214

This channel got started with this bike. The very first video we ever did, when we

called the channel Idiots and Octane, which was a silly thing and then we

changed it and we found out it's changed its not really changed I

don't know it's weird but t214 is really just to Triumph T100 black the old

air-cooled variety. In the first video we took off the stock bars and the lollipop

mirrors and we put the clubman bars on. I switched over to these sort of tracker

style ones because they are a bit more comfortable. These ones had me too high up and vertical

these ones had me way too far forward for my lower back. I'm getting old guys, I had to.

We put these bar end mirrors on to get rid of the lollipops, which is... They are fantastic I

really like them the only thing I thought about was

possibly swapping them over and putting them underneath but I kinda like being

on where they are they look right past my elbow which works pretty good

good for me. They don't look too far down. The other thing we did was, we install

a cafe seat. It was pretty good it's actually really comfortable there's just

one problem. I've got a girlfriend and cafe seats and passengers don't mix.

No more cafe seat. Then she got to go for rides, which she's happy about, but miss my cafe seat.

the only downside to this seat really it's not the most comfortable because it

is a factory triumph seat. What really the problem I have with it is that

because of limited production I don't really like to park it at

work, for like 8 hours a day in the sun. I don't really ride this bike a lot anymore I was

riding it daily, which I put like 9,000 miles on this thing, when I bought it, it had

seven. So it's a bit up there now, but at the same time I only ride it every

once in a while now. I just do the maintenance on it and take it out for charity rides and

a bit of for a bit of a curse round with Julianna. One thing we didn't to show on

YouTube, because I didn't do it myself those fitting British customs slip-ons

now slip-ons if you think you do you saw me do the Moto Guzzi

chrome tips, but because of the freer flow you need to retune the computer on

these things to keep it from backfiring. And it still backfires so that's the only

reason why I did it that route.

The last couple of mods that I want to do for this bike are just some cosmetic light ones.

I wanna get rid of the spaceship tail light. Like most Bonneville riders do. I'd like to get

a tail tuck kit with an LED tail light and my license plate properly

displayed I'd like to eliminate the front turn signals

By getting and integrated headlight with the turn signals built in.

kind of smooth out the front too. The goal is to try and get this back to

being a bit more of a brat bike. The stock seat, I like the look of it, so probably

to keep that on there though I might switch back to, I might switch back

to the cafe seat. The only reason why this video isn't a engine teardown is because

I don't have all the tools needed to take a part of the warhorse engine I

will the ordering though is hopefully the end of this month and we'll be

getting into that next month until then I still have to prep the frame I've got

and find and locate a new tank for it I've got to find a solution for oiling

the thing I need to find a seat I need to find front and rear wheels yeah but

I've got to figure out the size the front wheel and tires I can figure out

where the angle the front fork is gonna be so now how long on the front fork to

order basically just need a whole bike yeah I need all the parts which I've

actually Adam designed some really awesome t-shirts and got them up on themotorholics.com

check it out. By purchasing that shirt that helps support and pay for the

warhorse because right now I'm paying out of my pocket and my pockets are

there very exactly not going to get lens cap key they were exactly this deep I'm

super stoked about the shirt design it's been playing with some spawns like

that man the one he came up but came up with a couple of good one I'm really

stoked about I didn't think he actually designed it I thought he got from

somewhere else really often she thought I went out on like Fivr and paid someone designed

this I just buckled down and finally decided to learn how to use there's

still confetti in the party we're planning a ride in spring yeah we're

gonna call the motor home it's coffee run it over a cafe in Virginia Beach to

a cafe up in Williamsburg we're gonna go out around the long route I'm hoping to

get as many riders from the Hampton Roads Virginia area as possible so if

you're interested stay tuned subscribe because I will make further

announcements in the future we're looking at sometime in May right as it

starts to get nice and warm but before it gets super hot and don't forget,

9 Ways To Stay Motivated And Beat The Winter Blues - Duration: 7:26.

- It's Blue Monday, the day that is

said to be the saddest of the year.

The holidays are done, the best food of the year eaten

and the presents unwrapped.

Even worse, the weather is chilly

and the days still feel a little too short.

So finding the motivation to get our and ride your bike

can feel a little bit tricky.

Fear not though, because we're here

with a few of our top tips

that'll inspire you to get outside and shred.

Even on the bleakest of days.

(soft music)

One surefire way to get motivated

throughout winter is to set yourself a mountain bike goal.

Something that's exciting and challenging,

which requires you to put in the miles.

It could be a race that you've always wanted to try,

like the epic Megavalanche,

which Blake ticked off his bucket list, actually.

Or it could be a long-distance bike packing adventure.

Whatever it is you want to do,

create a training plan and be sure to set yourself

some mini goals along the way,

so you can track your progress and maintain the hype.

If you're still unsure about having a goal

will spur you on through the winter weeks ahead,

why not rope a friend into the action,

so you can encourage each other through the training.

(soft music)

We've all headed out on rides which seem

really demanding at first,

so you end up finding yourself counting down the kilometers

until it's over.

The problem with this frame of mind

is that you forget to actually enjoy the ride

because all you're riding for is that

high feeling of accomplishment when you finish.

Well, you can easily remedy this by reframing your outlook.

What you need to do is take your more challenging rides

and break them down in your mind to keep your focus small.

So, rather than getting overwhelmed by the whole route,

or the elevation challenges waiting for you,

study the loop and focus on short sections at at time.

(soft music)

Who doesn't love riding new places?

Venturing away from your local trail haunts

is another excellent way to motivate yourself

out of your house and onto the bike this winter.

Circling the same trails can get a little tedious,

so go out and find new thrills elsewhere.

Do some research to find new areas to ride,

read up on your reviews and chat with your friends

to discover where you and your bike can go next.

If you make plans to ride somewhere new,

it's a great idea to tag along with some locals

who can show you around the trails

and all the secret stuff, too.

Once you've ridden one new place,

you'll want to explore more,

so make yourself a little checklist

and tick 'em off as you go.

(soft music)

Winter mountain biking comes with a few challenges

of its own, like wet trails, reducing grip,

leaving you scrambling around and sliding about.

However, these more difficult conditions

are when you should be out playing on your bike the most.

Let the bike move beneath you

as your bike-handling skills are put to the test,

and focus on your line choices to avoid

particularly slick points.

All of this winter riding

and the hours spent in the cold slop

will soon payoff when the trails dry out

because you honed skills will help you

find new speeds and flow.

Sometimes riding in the worse conditions

helps you perform in the best conditions.

(soft music)

Many of the reasons you have not to ride your bike

in the winter can probably be combated

by simply being well-prepared for your ride.

Having the right kit and the equipment for a winter ride

is a great motivational tool,

because if you love riding your bike

and you're protected from the weather,

nothing is gonna stop you.

Cold and wet weather can typically be overcome

with suitable clothing, having a good layering system

which combines thermals, base layers,

mid layers and jackets is a great way to start keeping warm

and dry when you're outdoors.

A decent waterproof jacket is an absolute must

because you never know when you're gonna get

caught out in a shower, and riding in the cold

while soaked through is just not fun.

Another good preparation area to consider is your bike.

If you want more information on how to winter-proof

your bike, check out Doddy's video here.

- Just making sure your bike is fully cleaned

and it's got a lot of decent, quality grease on it.

So as well as the grease lubricates the actual bearings

and stuff on the bike itself,

it also acts as a bit of a defensive barrier

to keep water at bay.

(soft music)

- Fitness tracking apps or just riding apps

may not be for everyone,

but it's more than about racing mates, which can be fun.

Monitoring progress can be really rewarding

and these apps can be a great tool for setting goals

and sticking to them.

When you see all the stats like speed, distance,

time, heart rate, and segment times,

all reflecting the physical effort you put into a ride,

you immediately want to beat it over and over again.

Seeing your progress get better

just motivates you to ride more

so you can keep improving your riding stats.

(soft music)

When you enjoy doing something you love,

it's always fun to share it with friends.

And mountain biking is

one of the best sports for socializing.

Having a social ride in the diary

is definitely something to look forward to.

A day out with the bikes and your mates is always a laugh,

especially when you have some friendly competition

along the ride.

But as someone's friend, you can also

help encourage your mates to ride with you,

especially if they're feeling the effects

of the winter blues as well.

Use one another for support or motivation

by organizing rides together and setting goals

for the year ahead.

(soft music)

Sometimes a little incentive can go a long way

to getting you off the couch and onto the saddle,

especially when the day outside

looks most unwelcoming.

One of the best incentives is rewarding

a good ride with a pint or a nice slice of cake.

Knowing that's waiting at the end of the ride

is enough to help muddle up the challenging climbs.

Another great treat is earning a new piece of bike bling

or kit by setting yourself a kilometer challenge.

Like, if you complete 150 kilometers of trails in a month,

you definitely deserve those new carbon handlebars.

(soft music)

Book a holiday.

Booking a mountain bike holiday

is the ultimate summer reward.

It's the treat on the horizon which you need

to ride through the winter for.

It's a great idea.

If you take the time out and spend the money to travel

with your bike, you'll want to make the most of the trails

and the time you have there.

To do that, you need to be fit and capable,

so spend this time working on your bike skills

and endurance so you can spend four days

out on the trails, making the most of your well-earned

mountain bike vacation.

So for inspiration, check out some

winter riding destinations here.

- For many of us, winter is here,

the dark, short, cold days have set in.

But don't fear, this is our list

of our favorite destinations to get away

into the sunshine for some winter riding.

- So what are you waiting for?

Get motivated, get off the couch

and enjoy riding your bike this winter.

You know you'll feel good for it after,

especially when you have fun and exciting

challenge to work towards.

Look right here for Blake doing exactly that,

and his first endure ride on a High Tail no less.

Click on the globe to subscribe and hit the like button

if you're fired up for the year ahead.

Best of luck.

What It Takes to Become a Millionaire - Duration: 5:23.

"He's a millionaire."

Even today that phrase has a magical ring to it.

And what image do you see?

Probably a guy in a $1000 suit pulling up in his luxury car to his ten-bedroom mansion.

He doesn't have a care in the world.

Why should he?

He's got all the money in the world.

Who knows how he got it.

Maybe his parents left it to him or he got lucky in the stock market or acquired it in

some dishonest way.

What does it matter?

It's out of your reach, right?

I don't blame you if you think this way.

I thought that way once myself.

It's how Hollywood and the popular media like to portray the wealthy… "the one-percent."

But it couldn't be further from the truth.

How can I say that?

Because my research team and I surveyed and interviewed over 10,000 millionaires.

We learned a lot about them.

What we found out surprised me, and, I suspect, will surprise you, too.

But before I explode some millionaire myths, let me first define what I mean by a "millionaire."

It means someone who has $1 million dollars in net assets; that is, the total of their

assets, bank accounts and investments minus any debts totals $1 million or more.

According to a recent report, there are almost 11 million millionaires in the United States

today – more than ever.

But here's the kicker: that same report shows the number of people living paycheck

to paycheck is on the rise, with one in three unable to cover a $2000 emergency with cash.

The key difference between the so-called haves and have nots?

Well that's what really blew us away.

But before I give you that answer, I need to deal with some myths about the millionaires

we talked to.

Myth #1 – Wealthy people inherited all their money.

The truth is, 79% of millionaires received zero inheritance.

That's right, zip from mom and dad.

They earned it on their own.

Myth #2 – Wealthy people are lucky.

This is one that I believed for a long time.

But in reality, 76% of millionaires say that nothing extraordinary happened to enhance

their wealth.

No lottery wins.

No stock market killing.

Discipline and hard work were the key factors.

As for luck, the luckiest thing in most of their lives was being born in, or becoming

a citizen of, the United States.

Myth #3 – Wealthy people have prestigious private-school educations.

Wrong again.

62% of millionaires went to public state schools.

You don't have to go to an Ivy League School to do well.

Myth #4 – Wealthy People Have High Paying Jobs.

Not true at all!

One-third of millionaires never had a six-figure household income in a single working year.

Really.

I'm not making it up.

So, what makes these millionaires so extraordinary?

You ready for the shocking answer?

Here it is:

Nothing.

Nothing at all.

Remember I said that there was one key thing that separated the haves from the have-nots?

It's the attitude millionaires have toward money.

They have learned to control it and not let it control them.

So, if you want to achieve financial security, you need to change your mindset.

The sooner the better.

You have to start with the belief that it's possible for you to become a millionaire.

I can give you 10,000 examples of people like you who have done it.

Next you have to take responsibility for where you are financially right now.

And wherever you are, however you got there, you've got to own it.

My friend Dave Ramsey says, "If you're the problem, it also means you're the solution."

That's actually good news.

It means your financial destiny is in your own hands.

Once you've accepted where you are, you have to create a plan and set goals.

You need to pay off debt and build up savings.

Methodically.

92% of millionaires set long-term goals for their money.

There are no shortcuts.

Reaching millionaire status won't just happen accidentally.

It takes what I call "intense intentionality."

And, of course, hard work.

But I believe just about anyone who's willing to work hard and be disciplined about spending

and saving can become a millionaire in America today.

If you had talked to all the ordinary Americans, like I have, who have "made it",

you'd believe it too.

The opportunity is there.

Take it.

This is America – where there's always room for one more millionaire.

I'm Chris Hogan, author of Everyday Millionaires, for Prager University.

Ike Barinholtz's Family Has a Good Sense of Humor - Duration: 1:59.

A remarkable actor Ike Barinholtz is known most of all due to such sitcoms as American

Dad, Family Guy, Weeds and of course, Mindy Project.

Ike wasn't the best student either at school or later in the university, where he studied

political sciences.

After moving to LA, he decided to pursue acting career and never regretted this decision,

as it greatly paid him off.

Before becoming one of the most gifted actors, he worked in a marketing service company and

as a waiter in a restaurant.

Today, he is a sought-after performer, a caring son, a loving husband and a wonderful dad

to two daughters.

In one of the interviews, Ike mentioned that his parents are very liberal people with exceptional

sense of humor.

The movie star's father Alan was an actor in his own right.

Apart from that he worked as an attorney and a producer.

The mother Peggy has always been supportive of her two sons.

She is very proud of each of them and she is that same mother anyone could ask for.

The celebrity has a younger brother named Jon.

Like Ike, he is also into the entertainment industry, being a comedian and a film performer.

Since 2009 and up till present moment Barinholtz has been married to Erica Hanson.

The couple had been dating for 9 years before finally tying the knot.

Both prefer to stay away from the limelight, so there isn't much to say about this union,

except their two kids.

The first daughter Forster was delivered in 2013 making both Ike and Erica experience

a wonderful feeling of parenthood.

Three years later, they have welcomed Payton that became an amazing addition to the family.

Ian Wright responds to Arsenal boo boys over Lacazette incident - Duration: 3:23.

Ian Wright was disappointed to see Arsenal fans booing Emery's decision to substitute Alexandre Lacazette and has called for more "trust" in the Gunners boss

Arsenal beat Chelsea 2-0 at the Emirates on Saturday evening, and Lacazette scored the first goal with a sublime finish after a beautiful touch to set himself in the box

Laurent Koscielny added the second, scoring from a cross with what looked to be his shoulder

Arsenal have closed the gap with Chelsea to just three points, and although Chelsea were much better in the second half Arsenal maintained a clean sheet

The Emirates was in fine fettle, but the party atmosphere was marred by the boos that greeted Emery's decision to substitute Lacazette for Alex Iwobi in the 68th minute

Ian Wright wasn't over the moon with the fans' booing Emery, and said: "You just have to trust the gaffer for what he's doing

"I don't think Lacazette was too disappointed with it. I think we have to be a little bit more kind and just let the boss do what he's doing

"  , particularly their rearguard action in the second half.  The Spaniard said: "I'm very pleased with this victory and these three points

"After our defeat at West Ham we needed to show our supporters a strong moment

"I think we can improve. We can be optimistic in the future but we need to find a good balance between when we're playing away and when we're playing at home

"We can be optimistic because we are closer to a lot of teams like Chelsea, Tottenham and Manchester United

"I'm very happy with the last 20 minutes and how we defended against them. The first half made the difference with the result, but in the second half we showed how we can defend together

"  Emery's post-game reaction was in sharp contrast to Chelsea manager Maurizio Sarri, with the Italian giving his team a public dressing down

Speaking through a translator to ensure maximum accuracy, Sarri said: "I'm really angry about the approach that we adopted today

"It's an approach we can't really accept.  "I have to say, I'm extremely angry. Very angry indeed

This defeat was due to our mentality, more than anything else. This is something I can't accept

"This group of players are extremely difficult to motivate."

Alpas - Becoming Free - Duration: 5:41.

Hello, welcome to "counselling & words" and to my word of today which is the

Tagalog word "ALPAS".

The meaning of the Tagalog word "ALPAS" is to

become free or to be able to break loose. In a very particular way I was

fascinated by the word "ALPAS" and its meaning. Don't we all want to be free and

independent? But unfortunately this is very often nothing more than dream,

because in some way we are all constrained. And yet I'm convinced that

we all can at least achieve a little bit of freedom. Most of us go to work

every day, perform our duties, take care of our families, save money for a little

holiday, and live our lives in a rut. And then suddenly this very thought comes up!

Why do I live the way I do? I could also pack my things and go away.

But most of the time we don't. We do feel this soft longing but we don't follow it.

We are adapted to our lives and we stay where we are. "ALPAS" - becoming free

Perhaps we long for freedom because the world in which we live, or the people

around us do not hear what moves us. We are not important. We are as

exchangeable as numbers. What counts is profit, to which

everything else is subordinated. This is sad but unfortunately very often true.

The Dalai Lama says, listen carefully! "Our planet no longer needs successful people.

It urgently needs peacemakers, people with civil courage who are willing to

commit themselves to making the world worth living in and human." These words of

the Dalai Lama have preoccupied my mind. Of course he is right! But how do you

become a person with civil courage? How do you manage to rebel against injustice?

How can we make the world more human? How can we make our lives worth living?

I believe that it's very difficult to rebel against existing profit-hungry and

power-obsessed systems. This is also risky, because we might break. And who

wants that? On the other hand we are all looking for happiness and the freedom to

shape our lives freely. We know what we want. "ALPAS"

We feel very precisely when something is not okay. We use the valves of our

disposal to get rid of stress. We gossip. We only work according to instructions.

We flee into sickness. We only do the bare minimum, because our hearts are not

there. All this does not make us happy. As individuals we cannot do very much and

it is also a hard road. Nevertheless it can be that only we alone perceive the

small freedom. Yes and if so then we should follow our impulses, not only

because it's the right thing to do; but also because we are strong enough and

committed to helping others.

Well this was about my Tagalog word "ALPAS",

meaning to become free or to be able to break loose. Thanks a lot for watching.

I hope you enjoyed the talk, see you soon, enjoy life and everything. Bye bye!

Mohamed Salah: Liverpool star compared to Cristiano Ronaldo… but not for a good reason - Duration: 3:37.

Salah has shone for Liverpool since joining in the summer of 2017, helping the Reds to last season's Champions League final

He has also shone again this season with Jurgen Klopp's side currently leading the Premier League by four points

Though Salah hasn't been attracting attention for his 16 goals in the top flight, nor his seven assists

Instead, the former Chelsea flop has come in for criticism for the supposed easiness with which he is going to ground this season

Salah won a questionable penalty in last week's 1-0 win over Brighton before again looking to win a spot-kick in the 4-3 victory over Crystal Palace

The referee wasn't fooled in that clash, though neither was Salah booked. Ronaldo has also gained a reputation in the latter years of his career for going down at the slightest contact

And pundit Tony Cascarino has slammed Salah, comparing him to Ronaldo for his alleged tendency to dive

"He has crossed the line when it comes to his diving," Cascarino wrote for The Times

"There have been a few contentious incidents with Salah winning penalties this season but on Saturday, in Liverpool's win against Palace, he blatantly dived in the penalty area

"It seems as though there is an added ruthlessness in his game, which is why he is crossing into doing whatever it takes to win games

"Perhaps it stems from the pressure that Liverpool players potentially feel in terms of winning a trophy this season and if so, Salah certainly won't be the first star name willing to cheat to gain an advantage

"Cristiano Ronaldo's willingness to go to ground easily in the area only increased as his career progressed

" Chris Sutton believes Salah is at risk of costing Liverpool the title with his diving

"Every time Mohamed Salah dives, he risks costing Liverpool the Premier League title," Sutton wrote in his Daily Mail column

"His tumble against Crystal Palace was the second time in the last month that Salah has gone down too easily

"He won a penalty against Newcastle on Boxing Day after going to ground theatrically following the slightest of touches from Paul Dummett

"If he keeps diving, he risks being hit with a two-game FA ban. Liverpool only need to slip up twice to put Manchester City back in the title driving seat

"Without Salah's firepower, would Liverpool have won the topsy-turvy game against Palace? This match proved that Klopp needs his main man available for every game

"
