झणझणीत तरीवाली पुणेरी मिसळ - Puneri Misal Recipe In Marathi - Maharashtrian Misal Pav - Sonali - Duration: 4:34.
We already saw how to make Kolhapuri Misal.
Today we will see one more type of Misal.
That is Puneri Misal.
So let's start, I have kept pan to heat.
Pan is heated now.
To that add oil, 2 to 3 tablespoon.
Oil is heated now.
To that let's add 1/2 a teaspoon of mustard seeds.
Once the mustard seeds splutter add 1/2 a teaspoon of Cumin seeds.
I will add curry leaves now.
You have to add 6 to 7 curry leaves, it is fine if you add more too.
But it gives a very nice flavour.
Next, add asafoetida.
Now let's add some onions.
These are finely chopped onions and I have use 2 onions.
Mix it.
Now to this I am going to add this green masala.
In this I have taken 2 chillies.
Around 6 to 7 garlic pods.
And 1 inch piece of ginger.
And 1/4 cup coriander leaves.
Ground them finely and add some water to it.
So I will add this masala into onions.
We have to fry this masala nicely into the oil.
So that the rawness of garlic goes away.
Now to this we will add 1 finely chopped tomato.
Mix this well again.
And sauté it till this tomato gets cooked.
Now let's add all the spices to it.
1/2 spoon of turmeric.
1 spoon of red chilli powder.
To this I will add Goda masala, it is easily available in market.
And if you want to make this at home then there is link available in the description box below.
So that way you can make it.
I will add this goda masala, around 2 to 3 tablespoon.
Mix it again.
Now let's add some salt, you can add as per your taste.
Mix it.
Now to this let's add 1 cup of Bean sprouts, these are Moth bean sprouts.
Mix it.
4 to 5 cups of water.
Once it come to a boil, cover it and let it cook.
It has come to a boil now I will cover it.
And let it cook for around 10 to 15 minutes.
15 minutes are up, let's see if our Moth bean sprouts are cooked.
It got crushed between the fingers easily.
Which means it is cooked.
So now let's turn of the flame and plate it.
In Puneri Misal this dry potato curry is added.
This is our normal dry potato curry.
In which we add curry leaves and chillies to tempering and temper it.
We also add some turmeric to it.
This is the same type of potato.
And we don't add any savoury snack to it we add sev chivda (Indian snack).
It basically have more sev.
It has some boondi and some very little savoury snack.
And some peanuts.
So now let's serve this.
The serving method of this is little different.
I will show you.
First add Moth bean sprouts on this.
Now add sev chivda.
And now gravy.
Some onion.
And some coriander leaves.
Here is our Puneri misal ready.
If you want some sourness to it then you can add some tamarind water.
Or you can also squeeze a lemon on it.
You have to eat this with pav.

Hello guys, welcome to iconic view, before we step in, if this is your first time on

Recently, Marvel and Sony released international trailer of Spider-Man: Far From Home and we
have seen various supervillains in that trailer.
Including Hydron, Hellfire, Sandman and Mysterio.
But Hydron and Hellfire are the Elementals.
The Elementals are four extradimensional humanoids who became
immortals with power over natural force.
There are two more in Elementals Magnum and Zephyr.
Might be you are thinking that, how they suddenly appeared in front of Spider-Man and what are
these villains.
Don't think too much, i'll explain all of these villains for you.
Just don't go anywhere, before it's done.
Let's first take Hydron, real name of this villain is Morris Bench.
He was a cewman on the cargo ship the U.S.S Bulldog.
The ship overboard was being knocked accidentally
by Spider-Man.
While a powerful experimental generator is being tested in
the ocean.
The combination of unknown radiation and his immersion in a deep ocean dwelling bacteria
turns him into Hydro-Man.
When he realized that he had become a man-of-water, he blamed Spider-Man for his accident and
started to hunt him.
But hero defeated Hydron.
His powers and abilities.
He can able to bodily transform himself into a watery liquid substance.
His cells remain fully under his control when he's in liquid state.
He can cause tidal waves and tsunamis.
However, he can't tolerate fire-extinguisher and chlorine.
Now let's see his affiliation with different teams.
Hydro-Man is a member of Frightful Four, Maggia, Masters of Evil, Sinister
Six, Sinister Syndicate and Sinister Twelve.
Now Moses Magnum.
He was born in Ethiopia.
Is a country in the northeastern part of africa.
He joined Benito's army against his own people.
Later, Magnum had become an american citizen.
Then he became president of Deterrence Research Corporation,
the world's foremost independent weapons manufacturing firm.
In issue number 4 of Giant-Size Spider-Man, Spider-Man and Punisher has planned to tackle
down terrorist called Moses Magnum, according to plan Spider-Man reached
to room where Magnum was monitoring the system.
Spider-Man fought Magnum until Punisher arrived.
When Punisher step in that room, he was watching Magnum with holding dissolving gas
in both of his hands to kill Spider-Man.
Then Spider-Man said Punisher to shoot.
After that shot, Spider-Man escaped with Punisher and shut the door.
Then after, they had assume death of Magnum.
But Magnum didn't die.
Thanks to his secret emergency gas suit built into the lining of his clothes, he survived.
Then after, he had go for Japan and tried to kidnap a
geophysicist named Samantha Sheridan to test his new energies.
But Samantha already hired Power-Man and Luke Cage.
But Magnum killed Power-Man.
However, Luke Cage fought Magnum, due to fight of them, there was a blast.
After that, Magnum was survived by Apocalypse and granted
him huge powers and he declared himself as Magnum Force.
Powers and abilities.
His body generate seismic force which amplifies his natural strength.
He uses this energy to create vibratory shockwaves, minor tremors and devastating
earthquakes.
Group affiliation of Magnum.
He has lived in Four Clans, Deterrence Research Corporation, Magnum Munition, Magnum
Force and Masters of Evil.

Stop Saying 'I Messed Up'🙈- Learn New English Conversation Phrases - English Speaking Lesson - Duration: 10:07.
Hey guys, welcome back to Let's Talk, this is me Meera your trainer for the day.
I've got few different phrases and words for you to replace saying, 'I messed up' or
when you say, 'I fucked up'.
Now why, why have I got this for you in the first place?
I think that people make mistakes, we make mistakes, sometimes your head is not in the
right place, sometimes your mood is not right, sometimes it's just probably not your day
or probably you are not ready to get out of your holiday and you keep making mistakes.
Okay but just because you make mistakes, doesn't mean you have to stick to the same boring
method of saying, "Hey, I'm sorry, I messed up."
There's so many different ways to say I messed up and we're going to take a look at that.
Now these ways and methods could be probably giving reasons why you messed up before saying,
'I messed up' and in a way you are indirectly anyway saying, "I'm sorry, it was my fault."
Okay let's quickly start taking a look at all these different ways of saying, 'I messed
up'.
Let's quickly begin guys, "I did my work in a tizzy", that's your first one.
Now when you say 'tizzy' you actually mean that you were nervous and you were excited
for at the same time and that's why you made a mistake.
Probably you were asked to prepare a presentation and you jumbled up all the points.
So you were supposed to put one point here but you put it somewhere else and you want
to say sorry to your manager, so you can say, "I'm sorry, I actually, you know, I was,
I did my work in a tizzy."
You're wanting to say that you were nervous.
You make mistakes when you go on stage.
Probably that's because you were not in the right headspace and you, you probably delivered
in a tizzy, okay?
Let's quickly move on, "I was bummed out."
This is actually sort of a reason to give when you mess up.
Bummed out means you were upset or you were annoyed and that's why you made a mistake.
It was not on purpose it was because you were not having a good day.
Nothing was happening the way you wanted it to happen.
You woke up late, the alarm didn't ring, you did not eat, the breakfast did not come on
time, you did not reach office on time, the boss yelled at you so you were really bummed
out and that's why you made mistakes.
So when you say bum out you mean annoyed or upset.
Moving on you can also say, "I ruffled up the work, I'm so sorry."
You were probably asked to arrange few documents in line and in order and you can say, 'I
ruffled' that means you, you kept everything in incorrect order, you disarranged everything
and you ruffled up and that is when you, that is when I can understand that, "Oh!
She has made a mistake, she ruffled up everything."
So ruffled up means, disarranged or disorder, okay?
That's one way to say that you made a mistake, okay?
Moving on, "I botched it, I'm so sorry."
'I botched it'.
You're actually trying to say that you were careless about it.
You were careless or you were clumsy.
Your parents gave you a new laptop but you broke it, why because you were clumsy, so
you can go and say sorry to your parents and you can say, "I'm so sorry mom and dad,
I botched it, I did not mean to."
That means you were just clumsy and you were careless don't do that.
Okay moving on "I goofed up".
All right what does goof up mean?
That you were just silly.
You were not taking things seriously.
So probably in a relationship you can always tell your next partner or you, you can confess
your current partner that "I'm so sorry love, I goofed up, I did not mean to do that."
That means you were silly and you were not taking things seriously, okay?
That is goofing up, all right?
So people actually end up saying that right, 'don't goof around come home on time'
right that is what goof up means you're being silly.
Well next up is "I wrecked it".
Now guys wrecking something is actually worse than botching something.
You, you're just being careless but when you wreck something you actually destroy it.
You destroy it, probably you're learning how to drive a car and then you just bang it in
a wall and you want to apologize to your father, your mother or the person who is teaching
you how to drive, you say, "I'm sorry, I wrecked it, I did not mean to, my mind is
not in the right place."
Okay?
Or "I made a mistake, I goofed up and I wrecked it."
Okay?
Here's how you can mix match as well.
So you've destroyed it that's what you mean when you say wrecking something, okay?
"My foul".
Now this is a very, very common terminology used in games.
Now this just means a basic mistake or a general mistake.
You're gonna notice in your office that tomorrow all of you are supposed to gather for a meeting
at 11:00 a.m. sharp and you end up reaching there by 11:30 and you didn't even know that
you were supposed to go for the meeting, so you can say, you can apologize by saying,
"It's my faul, I was not paying attention."
Right?
So was your mistake, my faul.
All right moving on to "I psyched out" which means I was losing my mind and that's
why I did not do things correctly and that's why I am sorry that I messed up.
So you were completely psyched out about things, you were losing your mind, let me write it
here and that's why you made a mistake, "I'm sorry, I psyched out."
And that's why I made a mistake, got it?
Perfect!
"I tipped over" that means you forgot something.
You made a mistake by forgetting something.
Tipped over means forgot to just miss something, so usually it's also a physical thing to do,
so "I tipped over" something a stone a pebble that I did not see in my way.
Again you fell down and that's why you wrecked your clothes.
Okay so this is another way to mention how you messed up.
And lastly we have a word called "tousled".
Now tousled what does that mean?
Its mean, it means making something untidy, all right?
Tousled, untidy, all right?
So you usually have your cupboards or wardrobes which are untidy so you can, you will say
that "That's completely tousled, how can you live with that?"
That means your mother or your father is trying to say that that's such, that you have an
untidy room, please clean it up or you can say that, "hey, I'm so sorry, I, the whole
work is very tousled, I will do it all over again."
"I'm sorry, don't mind, I will do the project all over again, it was it's completely tousled."
That means it's untidy, all right?
Now these were different ways to express that you messed up, there were reasons behind these
phrases and these words which you can use for the other person to understand that hey
its fine you understand that you made a mistake and that you would not repeat it, all right?
And now that you have so many ways to express, make sure that you don't make a mistake but
if you do express it well so that others can accept your apology and you can move on.

and I have been on YouTube now for one year already. So, when we started filming
YouTube, Yeti and I were filming in our bathroom. Because the bathroom had the
best lighting in the house. And it was also an enclosed space to keep Yeti with
me. At that time I was filming off of my iPhone camera. Absolutely nothing to prop
the camera up, except for a book. Yeti didn't feel too comfortable with the
camera so he slid in between the toilet and the cupboard to hide. That lasted for
two videos. Then, I got him to come out. Since then, he's been my YouTube buddy
ever since. Yeti begs me, Mom, let's go film YouTube.
Mom, let's film YouTube. Mom. Mom. Mom. Mom. Mom. He will not let me go to bed until we
film. He asks me every night. Mom. Mom. Let's go film YouTube. Mom. Mom. Let's
film YouTube. He likes being on camera for all of you guys.
So, when Yeti and I first started filming YouTube, to break him out of his shyness,
to prevent him from hiding, I brought in his favorite toy. I started bringing
treats in there. He loves getting his treats while he's filming, he's a crazy dog.
So, if you want to have your dog be on YouTube, you need to figure out what's
going to work for your dog. With Yeti I figured out really quickly, it helps if
you have a toy, or something to chew on, like this bone. It also helps if you lure
him in with treats. Yeti, you need to face the camera. Come over here.
Treats are also a great trick to get your dog to face the camera. And Yeti,
why are you... what are you doing... why are you kissing my knee?
He loves this outfit that I have on. It's it's the fuzziness of this outfit and
it's having this polar bear that's holding hot chocolate that he likes. Like,
look at him he's looking at it. He likes this shirt. So in order to keep your dog
attentive to filming YouTube, you need to do something that they like doing, to
keep them interested. Yeti obviously really likes the treats. If your dog loves
playing, be sure to bring the toy in. Be sure to capture a lot of fun and
entertaining moments with your dog. Like, for example, Yeti burping. Yeti
barking. Yeti talking to me. Yeti acting crazy in front of the camera. Yeti
stealing toys and treats and just being a crazy dog. Those moments are fun and
entertaining to capture on film. Yeti also really likes having Quimby and
Bigby come over to film with him. But, when they're over here, I can't film in
this room. I have to film them in the bathroom and when all three dogs and me
are in our little, teeny, tiny bathroom...Quimby and Bigby.... Yeah I'm talking about
your buddies. Quimby and Bigby don't want to face the camera. I have desperately
tried to get them turned around to face the camera. Yeti sits there facing the
camera....(mimicking dog panting) Like looking all cute and pretty, facing the camera, because he's used to
it. But Quimby and Bigby though, they just don't want to face the camera. Walking
before filming, helps a great, great deal. Show moments you love. For example, last
year, it snowed about three feet in April. So I had Yeti outside playing in
the snow, like during the beginning part of
the snowfall. And Yeti loved racing around. Playing in the snow and I captured that
on film. And I put it, on YouTube, for you guys!
Don't worry about perfection, on camera, because there's always the editing room.
In the editing room you can make your content entertaining, fun. You can clip
out the parts where you and your dog aren't very exciting. You can clip out
the dead air. You can do all types of stuff in the editing room. So, don't be
afraid to pause for a few moments, to get your dog under control, or to get your
thoughts collected, so that you can talk on camera, because there's always editing
afterwards. The most important thing about filming on camera for YouTube, is
just have fun with it. Include moments that you would want to see on film. Ask
your viewers, what they would like to see? So, viewers, what do you guys want to see
Yeti do? What would you like me to talk about? Do things that your viewers like,
cause that will keep them coming back. And it will also encourage new viewers to

Ace - Put it on the eyes for 20 seconds, the eyes make up will be removed. 把这个敷在眼上20秒就可以把眼妆给卸掉.
Ace - Put some cleansing water on the cotton and massage the face. Wipe gently from forehead to jaw~ 把卸妆水倒在化妆棉上, 然后轻轻擦掉. 从额头到下巴~
Ace - Add cleansing water on the cotton pad, and wipe off the make up again. 再到一些卸妆水在化妆棉上, 然后轻轻再擦一次.
Ace - Then wash the face with cleanser~ 然后用洗脸乳洗脸~
Ace - I am done with cleansing. This is how I usually remove my make up~ 卸妆和洗脸都结束了. 我平时都是这样卸妆的~

First of all, I think there are many Koreans who don't know about muslim much
I think It's not easy to experience islam culutre in Korea
Not even easy to find a person who is muslim and can hang out with
Overall, It's difficult to get the information
What they think or Who really they are
We just know the basic things like
My muslim friends asked me if it is okay to put hijab when they travel to korea
Yes, It's not a problem.
We also know that you have to wear it when you go out
So we know that, don't need to worry about it
And honestly, because of the media, I think many people is confused between terrorirsts , isis and muslim
I used to get this questions before
"Do you think terrirorists are muslim ?"
Terrorists can be muslim, but that doesn't mean they all are terrorists
But Many korean people have a wrong idea of that
If You have a chance to meet a Korean , Explain and show who you are if they have a wrong idea
2) How I think of Muslim ?
Muslims who I've known , They are so kind and really amazing!!
I have a whatsapp group supporting my youtube channel
Among them, there are many girls from Indonesia, Malaysia
They are truly amazing and helping me a lot
They are nothing related to terrorism
And also there are many friends from dubai, Egypt, Kuwait and so on
They are all so thoughtful and tried to help me a lot

And I realzied there are many muslims who is interested in KPOP, Korean culture

I really think It depends on people

Hello investors, my name is Sagar and in this video we'll talk about Kaveri seeds
we'll talk about their business model , financials and valuations
as you may know, Mohnish Pabrai has invested in this company recently
The founder and now chairman of this company is Mr. Bhaskar Rao. A science graduate who started this company in 1976
the company showed an amazing growth trajectory in the beginning
so for example in 1985 they were selling 150 tonnes of seeds in one season
and in three years they were selling 3 000 tonnes in the same season
at the moment, their cotton seeds have also performed very well and we will talk about them later
Once they realized there is a huge opportunity in the market, they decided to invest more in research and infrastructure
but now you might have a question. Why would any farmer use their seeds instead of natural seeds ?
you should know the answer to this question if you are planning to invest in this company.
Kaveri seeds produces genetically enhanced seeds. These seeds are better compared to natural seeds. Let me explain why
When a farmer buys any type of seed , his main objective is to get better results
When you buy genetically enhanced seeds, you can get up to 20 % better results
and the second advantage is climate resistant. There are many more advantages but these two are the main ones.
When you buy normal seeds, you need an optimal climate season and water.
but as you know, the climate is never the same and it can go out of control. When you use these enhanced seeds
they are resistant to climate changes , not all of them but many. This is what climate resistant means
now you might be thinking, this is amazing and this means every farmer is using this. We will talk about this in market share
let's talk about their business model. As I mentioned previously, their cotton seeds are very famous.
They generate the majority (57 % ) from cotton seeds. Their market share is around 15 %.
but if you read the news, you might have noticed some changes. The Government has ordered that cotton seeds should be sold at 740 rupees
before it was around 800 Rupees. There has been a reduction in price.But I did listen to what the management had to say and they weren't concerned.
the reason being because they are shifting this business to a non-cotton because they can achieve better margins
Then they offer Pearl millet (Bajra) . Their market share is 8 %
They offer rice and their market share is just 4 %
and lastly they have maize with a market share of 10 %.
They also sell other vegetables such as vegetables, okra. They also offer chili and watermelon among others.
but it's very important to take a look at their pipeline. The reason being because they will be introducing new products
if they have a strong pipeline, they will be able to deliver their products faster
and that's very important especially before the season as farmers buy their seeds before the season
This company has more than 7 processing plants and they have more than 15 000 distributors where they can sell their products
and they want to increase their reach so they can sell more
Let's take a look at the market share. In the beginning I told you if the product is so good, that means every farmer is using it right ?
The global seed market is estimated to be around 45 billion dollars
and 66 % of this global market is concentrated in 5 regions : US, France, China, India and Brazil
India is growing at 10 % . But why is it growing so fast ? Let me explain
As you already know, the population in India is very high and it keeps increasing at a rapid pace
and as the population increases , we will need to supply enough food for that
but the land we have is limited. And a big part of that land is already involved in agriculture
so when we know that the land is limited, we will need to improve the results in order to meet the demand of food
so at the end, we will need to improve our results and as I mentioned, enhanced seeds give you better results
so we know that eventually many farmers will use these seeds but at the moment the number of farmers using this seeds is very low
it's in single digit percentage, so you can see the opportunity is huge .
there is one more advantage. As you know the Government is trying to improve the salary of farmers which many new schemes
So for example , improving the soil fertility and improving the access to irrigation
let's talk about their future plans. As I mentioned, the majority of their revenues come from cotton segment
but they have been reducing their percentage from cotton . So, in 2014 , 65 % was from cotton and in 2018, only 57 % is from cotton
but why are they reducing it ? This is because they want to focus in the non- cotton segment.
This is because that offers them an opportunity to grow faster. Plus they can also improve their margins by 5 - 7 %.
and the vegetables segment can offer even better margins and that's why the management believes they can achieve
10 - 15 % topline growth after 2019 - 2020 but as I mentioned, they will offer better margins
so even though they will achieve 10 - 15 % topline growth (revenues ), they can achieve profits growth of more than 15 %
as I mentioned, they have already invested in the infrastructure, so that means there will be little investment in the future
Yes, they will be investing in research. Once they do achieve those future numbers, they will give the majority back to their shareholders
this can be as buybacks and dividends. This year they announced buybacks of 200 crores plus dividends.
let's take a look at their financials and we will star with their balance sheet. I will talk about their assets and liabilities
This company has assets of 1448 crores. A big part of this is in cash which is very good.
and they have liabilities of 436 crores . Basically this means they will be able to pay their debt easily at any moment.
Now, let'st take a look at their income statement. They reported sales of 843 crores compared to 740 crores the previous year
but as you can see in the graph, they had already achieved this numbers some years before
out of 843 crores, their profits were 211 crores. This gives them profit margins of 25 %and they believe they can increase that more.
let's talk about their valuations and if I will invest or not. This company reported free cash flows of 130 crores , which is a good sign.
and if they manage to improve their profits,. they can increase that number. But will I invest in it ?
At the moment, I will not invest in this company but I will track it for sure
because I want to see when they launch their new products and what do the farmers think about it
because if the farmers can get better results, they will repeat again and again and the company will earn more
that's why I would like to wait and see their new products and how well they are received
