Youtube daily report w Jan 21 2019

Given only a year left to live, Metal Gear Solid 4 sees a prematurely ageing Snake take

on his long-time nemesis Liquid Ocelot in his final mission.

The final chapter in Solid Snake's story tried to tie up as many lose up ends in the Metal

Gear saga's narrative as possible, with series creator Hideo Kojima seemingly trying to give

fans as much closure as possible.

This resulted in a big surprise during the game's ending, with Solid Snake's father Big

Boss not only making an appearance after his supposed death, but also meeting his son face

to face.

The pair discuss all of the events that had transpired and finally set aside their differences

- bringing about a culmination to a nearly 20 year conflict and battle.

"Let it go...

My son."

Big Boss tells Snake and they embrace each other in a hug.

The soldiers and former rivals exchange words of respect during this meeting and Big Boss,

unable to light his own cigar, is aided by Snake who dutifully lights it for him and

places it in Big Boss' mouth.

This scene is emotional in English but in the original Japanese version it's even more

so.

This isn't down to any differences in the script or visuals however, but due to the

casting decision Hideo made for Big Boss' voice actor.

You see, in the Japanese version of Metal Gear Solid 4, Big Boss is voiced by the late

Chikao Ōtsuka.

Conversely, Solid Snake's voice actor is Akio Ōtsuka - notice the identical surnames?

Akio is Chikao's real life son, with both of them being well-known and accomplished

voice actors in Japan.

This father and son relationship mirrors the events in-game perfectly and makes the scene

extra special - however that's far from all.

The circumstances between the voice actors were actually even more similar to the game's

that just being father and son.

The pair had actually fallen out and not spoken to each other in years.

Hideo then got wind of this and casted Akio's father for the role to try and help patch

things up.

His plan proved to be successful and it led to the Japanese version being that much more

memorable.

The English version however had no special significance with its voice actor casting

- with Big Boss being voiced by Richard Doyle, who has no known relationship with Snake's

voice actor David Hayter.

This may also be the reason why Solid Snake says he has a problem with Sonic The Hedgehog

in the crossover game Super Smash Bros. Brawl.

When using the codec whilst fighting Sonic, Snake will repeatedly say that he doesn't

like him but when pressed for an explanation he says he doesn't have one but there's just

something about him he doesn't like.

In the Japanese version however, Snake's voice actor's father is famous for being the long

running voice actor for Doctor Eggman - Sonic's nemesis, which may have been what Snake is

referring to.

This isn't the only time that there's been some interesting differences between the Japanese

and English voice acting however.

For example, a big difference can be found in Metal Gear Solid 2, where the main antagonist

Solidus Snake is voiced by the same voice actor as Solid Snake in the Japanese version.

In the English release, he has a different voice actor completely.

This also ties well into the story, with Solidus Snake being said to actually be Solid Snake

for a portion of the game.

To add to this, when Raiden teams up with the real Solid Snake, Solid has his identity

disguised and uses a different name - leaving the player to question what exactly is going

on and in the Japanese version, with the shared voice actors between Solidus and Solid, even

more so.

What do you think about these casting decisions in the Japanese versions?

Making Your First $25K - Duration: 6:36.

- So today we have this awesome video

of one of my students who just made

$25,000 just out of high school.

Check it out.

(upbeat, fun music)

All right, so I am reading messages from you guys.

DM me, comment at me, tweet at me.

I read 'em all, I take it in, it's good feedback for me.

This is one student on my Instagram,

and he wrote, @clayruf, is his nickname,

he said I just wanna say thank you for inspiring me.

I'm now addicted to the trading and can't wait

to join the Millionaire Challenge.

If you do wanna join my Millionaire Challenge

click the link just below this video.

And he says, when my Penny Stocking Silver

subscription runs out.

My dumb bought the Tim Alerts first then Silver.

Lol, I'm closing in on my first year

and I'm up $25,000.

It took me nine months to get profitable,

although I was in high school seven of those,

not focusing hard, but things have finally started clicking.

I'm ready for the monthly recap video.

I wanna live it up and travel like you man.

Stay safe.

Thank you @clayruf.

And let me just close my laptop for a second

'cause it's about to die.

Don't feel bad if you start with Tim Alerts

or Penny Stocking Silver.

We have many different options to learn.

All of my most successful students, yes,

they are in my Millionaire Challenge.

Now many of my top students are actually teaching, too.

It's not just me giving live webinars.

I'm very fortunate that almost all of my top students

give back to the community.

They want others to learn from their own experiences.

So the rate at which we've been creating millionaires

has sped up because frankly my Millionaire Challenge

has more and more content, everything is archived.

So Millionaire Challenge students get two, three,

sometimes four live webinars per week,

whether it's Q and A or live trading.

So that's awesome.

Clay also, first year and up $25,000,

you're ahead of the game my man.

You know, Tim Grittani, my top student,

1500 now, into over seven million in profits.

He made nothing, nothing his first nine months, okay?

He made $1 million in his first three years

but nothing his first nine months.

Now I'm not trying to say it's an exact science,

like oh here's what you have to make seven months in

or nine months or three years in.

Be patient okay?

And if you're up 25,000 in your first nine months

and you were screwing off for seven of those nine months,

you're way ahead of the game.

I'm excited to see what you can do.

And I encourage you guys to start studying.

Get involved as soon as you can.

Even if you're in high school.

If you're under 18 you do need parental permission,

but if you're in high school, college,

even if you're in a senior citizens home,

if you're 80 years old, start studying as soon as possible

because the sooner you get knowledge,

the sooner you get preparation,

the sooner you can begin learning

and the sooner you can begin executing trades

on these fast moving stocks.

The sooner you begin executing the trades

then you get practice.

Practice, while again nothing is perfect in this game,

practice does make pretty damn close to perfect

a few years later on.

So a lot of people say, oh Tim,

I'm gonna start studying in like three years.

Why are you wasting three years?

I get messages from people where they're like

I was in college, I'm now searching for a job,

I mean, college doesn't give you much these days

except student loan debt, enjoy that mothers.

I wish that college wasn't a scam.

I wish that student loan debt wasn't such an unbelievable

crutch that too many people have all their lives.

Even if you declare bankruptcy

your student loan debts still exist, like what?

You can be a deadbeat degenerate gambler,

go bankrupt, throw all your money away in casinos,

have a freaking heroine addiction,

spend it all, give it all to drug dealers,

declare bankruptcy, and all your debts are wiped clean.

But if you go to college, nope,

you have to pay your student loan debts forever.

How does that make sense?

I don't understand that.

Anyways, that's another topic.

I'm very proud of @clayruf.

He is learning, he is on his way to something bigger.

And this is the process that I wanna teach you guys, okay?

He started with Tim Alerts,

he went to Penny Stocking Silver,

next he's investing in his education

and he's going to the challenge.

Wherever you start, and maybe some of you just start

with my free YouTube videos, that's fine.

Just get started and then gradually along the way

you start to realize I'm real.

I know a lot of people get involved

and they're like I'll just watch

but I don't believe that you're real.

I'm gonna find a way to like,

where you catch, where you slip up.

I'm gonna catch you slipping up.

I get these messages from some people.

I'm like I'm not slipping up mother dudes.

I am real, okay?

Sometimes I do lose.

In fact, I lose roughly a third of the time.

But when I lose I make a video lesson about it.

I write a blog post about it.

Those are actually some of my most popular

blog posts and video lessons.

I don't hide anything.

I show my income tax returns and audits.

I love that people think like,

oh you're alerting half your list,

the buy and then the other half a sell,

and it's some kind of scam.

I'm just being real with you.

And the sooner you understand that, the better.

The sooner you understand I'm not perfect

and you're not perfect and yet we can all still make

a lot of money using our brains the better.

So, congratulations @clayruf, it's a process.

Your first $25,000, fantastic.

Now take it seriously.

Take it more seriously and invest more time,

invest more money into your education.

Use this software, StocksToTrade.

And we're back. Invading personal space was fun,

let's try it one more time. Activate the English subtitles.

This is Invading personal space, part II.

If you like the video, follow us on Instagram.

I already told you why I couldn't.

I have no money on my phone, I can't call you.

I can only receive calls.

We should get together to do stuff.

Takes time? True...

I don't think so. I don't think it's like that.

You're really saying that?

No, no, girl. Nah, you're playing with me...

You think?

Hold on. Sir, could you speak more softly?

I'm talking to my girlfriend.

Huh? -Yeah, yeah, go on.

Well, I'm on the phone.

Why are you laughing? I'm asking you to speak softly

so I can hear my girlfriend. Ok?

Yeah, yeah, yeah. -Thank you.

No, a man who was talking here...

P15, who's last? And before you?

I'm at a bus stop, there's noise, what can I say.

Yeah, someone talking next to me,

already told him to be quiet.

Yeah, I don't know, I don't know.

Can you move over, man?

What? -Can you move away?

Wait.. I'm talking to my girlfriend, man!

I'm talking to a girl. -So what?

MOve over.

But... what's up, man?

I'll say again: Can you move over?

Are you upset, man? -Man....

I don't get why you're like this, man.

You move or I willl move you. -What's that?

You move or I willl move you? -Hold on, man,

'cause I'm scared of you right now. You're strong and you can

beat me up for no reason.

Honey, look, listen. You have to understand,

I'm at a bus stop..

right now.. -Hey!

What? -She and I are talking.

Oh, sorry... One moment, just...

I'm on the phone.

Yes. Yes, I understand all that, but I'm at a stop...

Look, just recharge my phone.. haven't you heard the new song:

Recharge my phone.. that one. Recharge my phone,

and I'll call you.

Yeah, sure.

people have no respect, and talk loudly, understand? I don't..

i already told her to be quiet and she won't!

Ma'am, excuse me.. ma'am.

Last time..

Ehh? Ehh?!

No, no, no kid no. No, no, no.

What do you mean, last time?!

And what happens if I don't shut up? -I can't do anything to you.

Well, then, don't say that... -I was just...

The good thing about internet on your phone is

you can use it anytime you wnat. It's the only advantage.

And, obviously, you don't have to...

Ohh, ok. Yes, I'll take care of that.

Don't worry, leave it to me.

Look, man. Look here.

It's a hidden camera show, man.

I'm just doing a prank. You're from around here, I've seen you.

Ok, sure.. Sure..

She wants me to tell you it's a hidden camera show, look.

See it there? -No, I don't see it.

Look there.

I understand..

Look, guys.. a hidden camera.

SEO in 2019 What Will and Won't Work | Neil Patel - Duration: 5:23.

As time goes on, SEO is becoming harder and harder.

So should you even do SEO any more?

Of course you should.

Majority of the people click on organic listings

and not paid listings.

Hey everyone, I'm Neil Patel and today,

I'm gonna share with you, SEO in 2019,

what works and what doesn't work.

(uplifting music)

Now before we get started,

I have a simple question for you guys.

How many of you guys are SEO experts, or SEO beginners?

If you're a expert, leave a comment with expert,

if you're a beginner, leave a comment with beginner.

The reason I'm asking this is, and the reason I'm curious,

because I'm gonna lay down down some new tips,

and hopefully you guys don't know about 'em.

The first tip I have for you is,

blogging drives a ton of traffic.

You guys know that, Google loves content,

as they say, content is king.

But here's the thing, there's over

a billion blogs right now.

So, if you go out there and you just write tons

of blog posts because your competitors rank

for all these terms, it won't work.

Regurgitating the same information over and over again

won't produce results in 2019.

What you need to do is create a new unique spin.

You have to write about fresh stuff

that people haven't seen.

So instead of focusing on writing a blog post every day,

maybe write a post once a week,

or if you can't even do that, once a month,

but if you write something that's super new and unique,

I kid you not, you're gonna get a ton of social shares,

you're gonna get a ton of backlinks,

you're gonna get a ton of comments

and engagement and traffic.

The reason being is, right now,

so many people are producing blog posts,

majority of that information is regurgitated.

People are looking for new information

and they're craving it more than ever right now.

The second tip I have for you is to build a brand.

There's a lot of sites out there creating fake news,

and Google hates that.

They're looking for brand signals,

and if you're wondering how big your brand is,

go to Google Trends, type in your brand name,

versus your competitor, and you'll see how you're doing.

The reason they wanna rate brands is, it builds trust.

They know that if people are looking for your brand,

they trust you, and you're less likely

to create crap content or write fake news.

So if you wanna build a brand,

you gotta do things that are offline as well.

I know that sounds counter-intuitive,

but it will help your SEO.

You gotta take a omni-channel approach both online

and offline, and if you do that for a long period of time,

I'm not talking a few months,

but I'm talking about a year, two years,

your brand will get bigger and bigger

and you'll find that it's easier for you to rank on Google.

The third tip I have for you is,

link building is harder than ever.

Everyone's hitting up these sites for links.

Yes, there's over a billion blogs,

but because there's so many sites out there,

everyone's getting hit up more and more for links.

So instead of just going out there

and trying to build links, because in most cases,

you send off an email to someone,

they're just gonna be like no, I don't wanna link to you.

Instead, what I want you to do is use

a Link Intersect feature within ahrefs.

It shows you who links to your competitors

and who doesn't link to you.

If someone links to three, four, five of your competitors

but not you, you know they're open to linking

to other sites in your industry,

there's a much higher chance that

they'll link to you if you hit them up.

The fourth tip is make sure your website loads fast.

Google has a mobile-only search engine

as well as one just for your desktop and laptop devices.

Speed is more important than ever.

Yes, I know people have 4G and 5G phones,

just because they have fast ones doesn't mean

they're in an area with really strong reception,

so that could mean your website loads really, really slow.

Use Google Page Speed, it'll show you

what you need to fix to load faster in Google's eyes.

The next tip I have for you is voice search.

Voice search is becoming more and more popular.

Two out of every five adults are using voice search.

If you're using voice search, leave a comment with yes.

If you haven't used voice search before,

leave a comment with no.

I'm just curious, I know they say hey, you know,

voice search, I don't think it's sexy,

not too many people are talking about it,

but by 2020 over 50% of the people

will be using voice search.

So you wanna make sure with your website

and your content, 'cause that's typically

what's gonna rank for voice search,

you're answering questions people may type in,

in short sentences.

Not big long paragraphs, but it should be

one to two sentences.

The shorter you are with your responses to the answer,

the more likely you're gonna rank.

And of course, we found that HTTP sites,

everyone should be on HTTPS by now,

but if you aren't, switch to that,

it'll help with voice search,

as well as having a fast-loading website,

that'll also help with voice search.

The sixth tip for you is, update your content.

Google's tired of ranking old, outdated content.

I've mentioned this many times,

there's over a billion blogs, so what does that mean?

There's content on everything.

Whatever you're writing on, the chances are,

there's 50 other articles similar to that.

If you wanna do better, I know I already mentioned,

write new, fresh content.

But even with your new, fresh content,

other people are gonna copy you,

so you need to update it, it doesn't have to be monthly,

but at least once a year,

go into your best-performing pieces

of content and update them.

It'll help ensure that you continue to rank high on Google.

So that's it, that's how

you get more search traffic in 2019.

If you want me to help you get traffic in 2019

check out my ad agency Neil Patel Digital,

where we help grow companies.

And of course, if you enjoyed this video,

make sure you like, comment, subscribe,

really appreciate that.

I look forward to seeing you next time.

5 Things You Should Never Order From An Upscale Restaurant - Duration: 4:03.

Fine dining isn't cheap, so it's critical that you make the most out of your experience

and order the right stuff.

If you're looking to save money, protect your sensitive stomach, or eat ethically, here

are a few fancy menu items it's probably best to just avoid.

"Today's seafood is flounder."

You don't see veal on too many menus these days, and for good reason.

Veal is one of the cruelest foods you can eat.

"Merry Christmas!"

"A choo-choo train?"

"No, it's five pounds of veal."

It might have a reputation as being super tender and flavorful, but there's a horrible

reason it comes out that way.

It comes from a young male dairy calf, who — from the industry point of view — isn't

useful for anything later in life.

Most male dairy calves become veal at the end of their 8-to-16-week lives.

Those short lifespans are spent confined to tiny veal crates built to restrict their movement,

which leads to more tender flesh.

Plus they're being fed formula deliberately low in nutrients to make them anemic, which

makes the color of the meat more desirable.

It may taste delicious, but a backstory like that is hard to stomach.

Oysters are regarded as being just as luxurious as lobster, caviar or Champagne, with the

added fun factor of risking serious illness or death from eating them.

You might assume that eating raw oysters from a fine dining restaurant should lessen the

risk of illness, but you'd be wrong — an FDA report in 2015 showed that reputable restaurants

are by no means protected.

"He was a bold man that first ate an oyster.

I believe that was Jonathan Swift."

"Are we naming them now?"

Your best bet with oysters, then, is eating them cooked.

If you must eat them raw, purchase them only from specialist establishments, such as oyster

bars, and accept that just because you're paying a lot of money for them doesn't mean

you're guaranteed to keep them down.

As with any seafood, try to get them near the source too, if only for quality's sake.

One of the biggest temptations when you're going out to a fancy restaurant is to get

something extra-special you wouldn't normally make for yourself at home.

Mussels definitely fits the bill for most, but experts say you should be wary.

Chef Mary Dumont told INSIDER, she never, ever, opts for mussels, saying,

"I know people love them and I'm meticulous about their storage and care if I serve them,

but all it takes is one bad mussel and you're down for the count."

There's a whole bunch of nasty ways a bad mussel can take you out — including potentially

fatal paralytic shellfish poisoning, which impacts the nervous system as soon as half

an hour after eating a contaminated morsel.

There's also the more common ailment: massive gastrointestinal distress.

The late Anthony Bourdain, a famously adventurous eater, was very cautious with mussels, once

writing,

"I don't eat mussels in restaurants unless I know the chef, or have seen, with my own

eyes, how they store and hold their mussels for service."

If you know for a fact that the restaurant makes its own pasta from scratch, by all means,

order the pasta!

But if the place isn't known for its noodles, and you suspect they're from a box, it's best

just to order something else.

Why?

Because you're paying a pretty penny for a plate of food that cost, well, pennies to

make.

This is especially true at high-end joints that offer a few pasta dishes as an alternative

for family members that go along for dinner but don't like more specialized offerings.

Look at it this way: customers that order a simple pasta dish aren't paying as much

for their seat as the ones ordering truffles, so in order to counteract that revenue loss,

those pasta dishes are often marked up more.

In fact, they're marked up a lot more.

MarketWatch says pasta dishes at seafood restaurants, for example, can be marked up as much as 20

percent, and given how much a box of dried pasta costs at the store, you're better off

saving it for a night in.

For four years, researchers from several universities carried out a study where they took samples

of fish from Los Angeles restaurants and then performed a DNA test to determine if people

were getting what they paid for.

High-end sushi restaurants were found swapping one fish for another 47 percent of the time,

and when it came to halibut and red snapper, consumers were getting a substitute fish a

surprising 100 percent of the time.

The researchers added that it was unclear whether or not the mislabeling was intentional.

To top it off, MarketWatch points out that if you're in an area where the fish isn't

local, part of what you're paying for that high-priced dish is overnight shipping costs.

Order something more easily identifiable and local to make the most of your fine dining

experience.

Got caught watching porn so they tried the Bitcoin BLACKMAIL Scam - UNBELIEVABLE! - Duration: 5:44.

I can't believe I fell for it I can't believe I was so stupid can I get my money back?

this was the first email followed by

basically a whole bunch more what's going on there seems to be a new scam

that's going around and a lot of people are falling for it especially the non

tech savvy people it's the Bitcoin porn scam I'm gonna

show you today what it's all about and especially how to protect yourself if

you know of anybody who's not that tech-savvy you could fall for this share

this video okay let's get onto it

[music intro]

hey welcome to another Talking Tech with the Techie Guy

My name is Liron Segev where I make technology simple if you're

into phones how to gadgets and apps hit that subscribe button and let's get on to today's show

so what's going on well if you have email you get spam fact

of life that's just what it is among set spare messages there gonna be a whole

bunch of phishing emails fortunately the new antivirus anti-spam is getting

pretty good at detecting those kind of sites and in fact they block you before

you even able to get to the website itself so that's pretty cool however the

new scam that's going around doesn't have any links in it doesn't have any

dodgy attachment and they put bypassing the anti-spam and ending straight into

the mailbox which is what a lot of people are actually falling for it okay

so here's what the email actually looked like they pretty much the same they

follow the same vein slash formatted slightly differently but essentially

they say okay we have your password this is your password and your hacked into your

account they've installed some sort of a malware so even if you've changed this

password from however long ago this was accurate by the way this was never my

password but anyway essentially they even have changed that they have

intercept my password every time they've installed some sort of malware on the

router some of them going to a little bit more of an explanation some of them

talk about an RDP session remote desktop with a key logger and a webcam and

essentially they say they got a whole bunch of dirt on you and unless you pay

them some sort of a dollar amount into a Bitcoin account they're gonna release it

to your content that amount keeps on changing 749 756

784 and if you want proof that this actually works some of them will even

tell you that you can reply to this email there we go

reply to this email with the words yes and the same email will be sent back to

you proving that they've got control of your email okay so a couple of things

firstly the reason they can reply if you replied to this email you'll get an

email back from yourself is because it came from me to me now this is very very

easy to do to spoof somebody's address is really doesn't require any hacking

skills whatsoever you just got to put some information in the right field so

that's not even a thing RDP remote desktop and key logger and spying on

somebody's webcams those are in fact real issues that we have on the Internet

so those are real by judging from these number of emails that we get personally

the same the odds of somebody actually have hacked into my machines to do this

is pretty pretty slim right head over to a website called have I been pawned

dot-com make sure you spelled the point part of it all right if pwn Edie and

pawned essentially is a term that's been used as slang term that's been used to

say when my hacker owns another person or another computer or another device

they owner they plundered essentially okay why this website well on this

website when you enter your email address what it will do is it will scour

through known databases of hacked usernames and passwords and email

addresses to see whether your email has been compromised somewhere on the

internet so let's do a quick search or man has been found on three breach sites

if I scroll further down I can see these are the three starts now collision

number one is the latest and it's probably I mean it's I think it's one of

the biggest it's 2.7 billion records including 773 million unique email

addresses and password has been breached well this is why we getting more and

more of the stuff because these databases are becoming more and more

available so what do I do now that I know that my password has been breached

well of course I go and change my password

what can you do to protect yourself well a couple of things the first one is

low-tech take some posters up the top one on and simply stick it over your

webcam tada nobody can kind of see anything through

Dont use the same password on every website I know it's tempting because we

have so many website that requires so many password it's tempting to you have

one good one and you want to kind of rinse and repeat it many times the

problem is that when when one password gets hacked essentially they have access

to all the website that you use the same password on so not a good strategy to

use try again a unique password per website Twitter Facebook they've all got

something called two-factor authentication and essentially what that

is is you put in your username and password and then you'll get a message

to your phone - with a random code you can enter that code in and you love you

into the site yes it's one extra step but that one little extra step could

essentially save you from being hacked completely - give this video a thumbs up

if you liked what you saw if you're new here consider hitting that subscribe

button check out some of these other cool videos and I'll see you on the next

Cheers for now

Rams' John Johnson Makes Acrobatic Interception in OT vs. Saints (VIDEO) | Heavy.com - Duration: 3:58.

Rams' John Johnson Makes Acrobatic Interception in OT vs. Saints (VIDEO) | Heavy.com

The Los Angeles Rams were doing their all to slow down Drew Brees and the New Orleans Saints on the first drive of overtime in the NFC Championship Game.

With a spot in the Super Bowl on the line, the Saints were just shy of their own 35-yard-line and just beginning to start a drive.

Fortunately, thanks to an acrobatic interception by safety John Johnson, New Orleans wouldn't go any further than that, as he saved the day.

The exceptional focus on the interception led to the Rams getting great field position and starting their drive in striking distance of field goal range.

Although there was still work to be done from there, Jared Goff took over and needed three plays to get into kicker Greg Zuerlein's field goal range.

Goff connected with tight end Tyler Higbee on passes for 12 and six yards, with the second placing the ball on the Saints' 39-yard-line.

From there, the Rams kicker stepped up and nailed the walk-off 57-yard attempt.

Rams Defense Steps up.

While the Rams defense wasn't perfect in this game, the fact they managed to hold Drew Brees under 250 yards in the Superdome is a victory in its own right.

As StatMuse shows, the Saints quarterback averaged 321.6 passing yards and three touchdowns per game over seven home matchups during the 2018 NFL regular season.

The day wrapped up with Brees completing 26-of-40 passes for 249 yards and two touchdowns.

He was also intercepted the one time and sacked twice.

With the Rams defense holding the Saints to 23 points at home, their run defense also deserves a large amount of credit.

The leading rusher for New Orleans was Mark Ingram, who finished with 31 yards on nine carries, and one of those attempts went for 16 yards.

Ingram's backfield mate, Alvin Kamara totaled eight attempts for 15 yards on the ground.

Kamara wound up being the Saints' leading receiving, totaling 96 yards on 11 catches.

That stat actually points to the excellent job the Rams did in the secondary as well.

They held star wideout, Michael Thomas, to just four catches for 36 yards on seven targets.

The Best Documentaries on Netflix || Bingeworthy - Duration: 3:59.

- Guys, check it out.

This is David Attenborough.

Spiders are gross.

Why do kangaroos exist?

What's the deal with pelicans?

Hey.

Hey, I'm Alex Robinson and this is "Bingeworthy."

Today we'll be talking about documentaries,

specifically some docs that have recently

launched on Netflix.

So, remember back in 2017

when a bunch of Instagram influencers and rich people

were duped into going to a private island

in the Bahamas for what was billed as the hottest

music festival of all time?

They were expecting sun, supermodels, and hedonistic luxury,

but then actually just got a bunch of

disaster relief tents and cold cheese sandwiches.

That was the Fyre Festival, created by

a bunch of tech bros and Ja Rule.

- You have no hair on the side of your face.

- Don't you start that.

- Well, we finally have the delicious schadenfreude

of the whole Fyre Festival disaster caught on camera.

"Fyre," the documentary, just hit Netflix this past weekend.

It's a wildly entertaining and very satisfying

piece of weird modern history.

The doc pieces together the entire grift of the festival

and also shows the mess

that the local workers were left with

when McFarland skipped out without reimbursing anybody.

The whole thing resulted in $100 million

paid out through lawsuits and six years of jail time

for Mr. Tech Bro.

You know, for defrauding everyone.

Now who among us doesn't love a good grift?

In my opinion, this one is better than "The Sting."

Fyre comes to us from Chris Smith,

the same guy who made "Jim and Andy: The Great Beyond,"

which is basically about how insufferable Jim Carrey was

when the spirit of Andy Kaufman overtook him

while he was shooting "Man on the Moon."

And hey, this isn't the only Fyre Festival video

we're getting this year.

Hulu launched their own Fyre doc a couple weeks ago.

It's like a whole "Armageddon"/ "Deep Impact" thing.

- What did we miss?

- Or a "Dante's Peak" volcano scenario. You get it.

Now let's move onto serial killers,

but just one in particular,

Ted Bundy.

Despite getting the electric chair 30 years ago

for a string of horrifying murders,

he's going to have a big 2019,

thanks to both a feature film

starring heartthrob Zac Efron

called "Extremely Wicked, Shockingly Evil and Vile,"

coming later this year,

and a new four-episode docuseries

coming to Netflix this very weekend.

The Netflix docuseries

"Conversations with A Killer: The Bundy Tapes"

is all about the disgusting (beep) this nutjob got away with

during his criminal spree.

This includes killing more than 30 women in the 1970s

and escaping from prison not once but twice.

Both the Zefron film and the Bundy Tapes

are directed by Joe Berlinger,

who has made some of the best

true crime documentaries of all time,

notably 1992's "Brother's Keeper"

and the "Paradise Lost" trilogy about the West Memphis Three.

Plus there's the regrettable "Book of Shadows:

Blair Witch Two."

- If you don't believe in the Blair Witch, then why the hell

did you bother to come?

- I thought the movie was cool.

- But don't let that one deter you

from checking out his Bundy stuff.

It is absolutely fascinating.

Finally, there's "Shirkers,"

a documentary that dropped fairly quietly on Netflix

right around Halloween,

though you might have seen it popping up

on some year-end best documentaries lists, including ours.

If you haven't watched it yet, you absolutely must.

"Shirkers" revolves around Sandi Tan

and her film-obsessed friends,

who made an ambitious surrealist film

around mid-'80s Singapore when they were 19 years old

using some highly unconventional techniques.

They did things like faking seizures to attract a crowd

and stealing old people from retirement homes

to use in a scene.

Now, this is barely scratching the surface

of the immense weirdness that happens during this film.

My best advice?

Go watch "Shirkers" and find out for yourself.

We've got a massive list of great documentaries

that you can watch on Netflix that we're constantly updating

Why Your Workout Sucks! - Duration: 6:27.

Your workout sucks.

But why does it suck?

Well the hard part is,

is that it might not just be the workout in and of itself.

It could be sleep.

It could be nutrition.

It could be even stress levels.

Why your workout sucks.

One, your sleep might be way off.

The first thing that you want to realize

is that you need eight hours of sleep

and that's minimal.

When I was hitting my big lifts in my career,

squatting world records,

bench pressing 600 pounds plus,

I was going to bed at nine p.m., one.

Two, I was getting up around six,

and then I was taking a nap in the afternoon.

What's the point?

The point is sleep is crucial.

But the next thing is that you have to be in bed early.

You have to go to bed early enough.

And why is that?

The reason is you get the most impactive, IGF

or Insulin Growth Factor spike at one a.m.

which means that is the time which you need

to be in REM sleep for all the hormones to actually come out

and do their repair work.

If you're not in deep enough sleep at one a.m.

you can miss this window and many people do.

This is why a lot of people that work third shift

are very, very tired and Timmy gets sick very easy.

C, the darkness of your room when you sleep is crucial.

No lights, no flashing lights from TVs or radios or phones.

The big trick is that darkness is key for the brain

and the body to shut down.

So you want your blinds dark,

you want your room dark,

you want your TV lights and all those things off completely.

The next big thing is WiFi. You want to make sure your phone

is turned off when you sleep,

and that your WiFi is actually off in your house.

There has been studies overseas showing

that WiFi actually disturbs brain function while asleep.

Which means this could be the reason

why you're not recovering and why you suck in the gym.

Another big factor of why your workouts

may suck is nutrition, okay.

There's been studies that have shown

that four out of five people are magnesium deficient.

What does that mean?

One out of every four or five people

has a magnesium deficiency.

Well what's magnesium?

Magnesium's actually a recovery tool

that actually shuts the brain down

and lets the muscle relax.

If I were to go have you do a bunch of bicep curls

and then make you keep 'em tense

for the next four to five hours,

the muscle would never heal.

That's kind of what happens at the microscopic level

if you don't have a good amount of magnesium.

The muscle never really gets to just

and breathe and relax.

Same holds true with the brain.

So if your magnesium levels are low,

your brain is going to have a hard time shutting off

and your muscles are going to have a hard time shutting off.

The next thing is why your workout may suck

is because your salt and your hydration may be off.

What does that mean?

That means that you need

a pretty good amount of salt in your diet.

Especially if you eat very clean.

If you eat clean you actually have to increase

the amount of salt that goes into your diet.

If you are low on salt and low on hydration

the muscles will not act correctly

especially if you're looking for power type events, okay.

Now when you're depleted

and you're trying to get ready for a body building show,

your salt and your hydration levels may be off anyway

because you're cutting.

But in reality if you're looking to be a power lifter,

or you want to be very, very strong,

your salt content, your electrolytes in your water

must be at high levels and very good.

The next thing is you need

a pre-carbohydrate before you train.

Especially if you need power and explosiveness.

The body loves to use carbohydrates for energy.

When I was at my biggest we would have a decent amount,

up to 150 grams of carbs

before we worked out pre-power events.

You can't really be super powerful on ultra low carb,

it's almost next to impossible.

The next thing is you need segmented protein.

So I don't know how many of you guys go to the gym

and you think when you get done working out

that you need a huge protein shake.

In reality your protein should be in small dosages

throughout the entire day.

Meaning you really can't absorb

more than 25 to 35 grams at a time,

so if you're trying to fit in

a 75 gram protein shake after a workout,

it's not really beneficial for putting on muscle.

You want protein every two to three hours

so that the body can actually use

what you're putting in the system.

Your workout may also suck

because of your programing design.

There are a lot of bad, upwards of horrible workouts

that are placed on the internet everywhere.

What you have to remember is that no workout is bad,

it's just, are you ready to do that workout?

And these factors tend to be making you not progress.

One of them is what you see all the time,

too much intensity. I get people asking me all the time,

"Matt, why isn't my bench moving?"

And I ask them, "Well whatcha do last week?"

"Well I maxed, I got 315."

"Well whatcha do the week before that?"

"Well I tried 315 again, and I barely got it."

"Whatcha do the week before that?"

"Well..."

See the point is they max every week.

Can't really do that

unless the exercises are vastly different.

But you would be surprised if you go to an average gym,

people are using the same exercise

over and over every week.

And then wondering why they're not getting any better.

The thing of it is,

is that I like to use this analogy,

if you want to be a smart man,

a smart man does not have one book.

A smart man has a library.

Same holds true for your exercises.

You have to have a vast library of exercises to select from

or you're going to have a major problem in stalling

in either your education or your strength.

Next is too little of conditioning.

When you get super, super strong,

those exercises and workouts can be immensely taxing.

If your conditioning is not high enough

to recover from those things,

you are going to have a huge problem

in trying to recover from workout to workout.

So what I find at any level,

is that people have not developed the conditioning base

in order to withstand high intensity exercising.

Especially when it becomes too many sessions.

And that leads us into the third problem.

You find that some people when they want to get stronger,

you ask them how many times a week do you workout,

and they say, "I work out every day."

Interestingly enough, I broke four world records

training only four days a week.

Why?

Because it's not how much you can do,

it's how much you can recover from.

We hope that your workouts don't suck,

but just in case they do,

maybe check into these three areas:

Recovery, nutrition, programming.

All of these things are going to be viable tools

in your success as you get better

and where you are at now.

So if you have any other questions on those things,

ask below, share around

and we'll see you next time.

Dont'a Hightower & Girlfriend Have Been Together for 7 Years | Heavy.com

Dont'a Hightower and the New England Patriots will take on the Kansas City Chiefs in Kansas City this evening.

Cheering him on will be his girlfriend of seven years, Morgan Hart.

Hightower and Hart met at the University of Alabama.

She majored in communications studies and public relations, obtaining her degree in 2012.

That same year, Hightower was picked 25th overall in the NFL Draft by the Patriots.

Although they haven't taken the next step in their relationship just yet, the two seem more happy and more in love these days than ever before.

Here's what you need to know:.

She Is Super Pumped for Sunday's Game Against Kansas City.

     .

"Lady Boom," as she is known (Hightower himself goes by "Boomtower"), is super excited for Sunday's game against the Chiefs.

Hart will undoubtedly be on hand to cheer on her man and the Patriots as they attempt to earn their spot in the Super Bowl.

Earlier in the week, Hart posted the above photo, taking on the Patriots mantra of "on to the next one." She's consistently uploading photos of her guy and is, without a doubt, his No.

1 cheerleader!.

Hart's Instagram account is filled with photos of her and Hightower.

The two celebrated seven years together back in August.

"All my favorite flowers to celebrate 7 years together.

I love you SO much @_boomtower  happy Anniversary babes," Hart captioned a photo of herself sitting next to a huge bouquet of flowers.

She Owns a Clothing Shop Called Marlee + Grey.

       .

Although she refers to herself as a writer, Hart also has a side hustle; she sells clothing in a boutique-style online shop called Marlee + Grey.

"We are an online clothing store committed to bringing women the most exclusive brands & latest trends in contemporary fashion.

Our selections are carefully hand-picked to ensure that every customer, no matter her body type, will look and feel great in our clothes.

Few things are more powerful than she who bravely stands on her own, and the role of empowering women to find that confidence is one we proudly embrace at Marlee + Grey," reads the shop's description on its website.

The shop sells a variety of clothing items, including tank tops, rompers, and jewelry.

All of the items are fairly affordable, ranging in price from $9 to $50.
