AN EXTENDED TOUR OF THE LOCKHEED SR-71 BLACKBIRD - Duration: 16:00.

well now we're going to get a chance to

actually walk around the plane with buzz

carbon who actually flew it now this

nose cone comes off doesn't it's

actually three noses

there's a training knows it looks like

the nose you see there the radar nose

has a similar external view and if the

optical camera was in we call that the

country's camera because it took a

picture 72 miles wide

there's a big glass window that came

along the whole from either side of the

nose that the camera fit into now four

bolts hold this on only four bolts held

the nose on because the air pressure is

your flying along is keeping the nose

very firmly in place and the four bolts

is all the required which made it easier

on the ground for them to swap out noses

if the mission was changed now tell me

about the camera that would be on board

here there is a little bit of film in

there right

the camera in the nose which took that

picture 72 miles wide

the film itself was five inches wide two

miles long so when you landed and the

photo maintenance people took it down

they had quite a job because they had to

take the nose and the film back to the

photo lab cut it into 500 foot length

put on cotton surgical gloves go the

whole length of the film to make sure

there's no cut your tears and then put

in for processing so it was a very fast

process to get the pictures back to

somebody on the ground actually look

that's correct and that's part of the

reason this airplane was retired because

it took awhile hours sometimes measured

in days to get the information that had

been requested to the people who have

who had requested it now there are some

little blisters that you see little

bumps along the airplane in different

spots tell me about those the little

blisters on the nose of the of the

aircraft look forward and they're

looking for air-to-air and

surface-to-air radars the blisters on

the bottom and some other hidden

antennas if they launched a missile

lattice they would then come in and

start a jamming process which basically

denied the missile that had been fired

as any update information so typically

the missile was stupid we had a couple

hundred missiles fired at us

I personally never had one the closest

missile to the airplane was about a mile

and a half and trailed behind us and was

that because the plane was that much

faster than the missiles are because of

the jamming as well a combination you're

at 85,000 feet you're hard to see on

radar

you're traveling at 20 almost 2200 miles

an hour very difficult target the

intercept notice you've got a pin on

your lapel can you tell me about that

when you had your first mach3 flight

they met you and they gave you one of

these pins that Lockheed had created

when you'd flown 300 hours you've got a

second pin when you flew 600 hours you

had another pin that had 600 hours on it

there were about 19 people that made it

to 900 hours i never got that high and

we had I think three people that had

over a thousand hours but that was

pretty unusual now the cockpit on this

when you see the inside of it doesn't

really look like a modern-day cockpit

doesn't it wasn't killed its it was

basically late fifties like an f4

cockpit or fighters of that time when

Kelly Johnson accepted the challenge

from President Eisenhower he had so many

technical challenges to fly an airplane

at these speeds and deal with the heat

that he said I'm not going to mess with

a cockpit if it works so it's a standard

all round dial with a lot of additional

switches engages the deal with

supersonic flight the windows on here

actually the whole plane got a little

bit warm as you were flying right that's

correct because flying at 2,100 miles an

hour the skin temperature the average

temperature was over 600 degrees

you couldn't use aluminum so the

airplane is ninety-three percent

titanium one of the interesting facts is

all the titanium came from Russia they

never knew who they sold it to to build

32 of these airplanes as you look up in

the cockpit the small triangle or

windows there are about 600 20 degrees

my side windows are about 580 and it's

about an inch-and-a-half quartz glass

much like your oven glass at home and

that's what was protect the protect the

crew members the navigators windows were

more in the range of about 480 degrees

but they're hot you can't hold your hand

against the window from

more than five or ten seconds at most

even in your space suit before it's just

too hot to the touch

Wow now when this plane took off it

almost immediately had their have a

refueling scheduled right it did that

because of the twelve airplanes we lost

for them either the primary cause or a

significant secondary was tire failure

so we reduced instead of taking off with

80,000 pounds of fuel we took off with

40,000 pounds of fuel it reduce the wear

and tear on the tires and the second

thing right after liftoff had we lost an

engine there wasn't enough air flow

across the airplane to keep it right it

would roll over on itself and crash much

like the Concorde did at charles de

gaulle so to get through that dead zone

quicker we took off with half you look

so how many times would you have to

refuel on a normal mission

normal mission was one and a half Irish

to me two and a half to four and a half

hours maybe one or two refuelings my

longest was ten hours and 20 minutes and

that was five refuelings when these

airplanes during the arab-israeli war

flew from the east coast into the middle

east and back for the president was

anywhere from five to six refuelings

every two hours

you had to come down and either refuel

at 25,000 feet or you had come in to

land now there's a little star wars

connection here can you tell me about

them when i when i give tours I talked

to the kids would we have an r2d2 on

this platform from the British we were

able to get a very sophisticated system

now this is in the sixties that you

would upload all the information about

the mission tell the airplane exactly

where it wasn't the under face of the

earth we would start the engines when we

taxied out of the hangar

there's a sensor on the back of the

airplane a glass eye that looks through

the blue sky and locks on the stars we

guaranteed the president anywhere in the

world traveling at 2,200 miles an hour

within 300 feet

this is long before GPS we were not

dependent on ground information to

verify our position and it's basically

in the same spot that r2d2 wrote in

spaceship that's exactly right we've

moved a lot closer to the planet as you

get closer you can see there are some

pretty significant gaps here can you

tell us about those because of the

heating on the airplane an average

temperature over 600 degrees overhead

here this is the most significant gap

the airplane grows three to four inches

in length in this particular gap here

can expand anywhere from one to two

inches to account for the heating that

the titanium metal goes through as the

airplane goes into Cruz there's a couple

other expansion joints on the airplane

but this is the most significant one and

the airplane grows wanted two inches in

width also because of the heating inside

the engine because heated the core the

engine to 2,000 degrees and the

afterburner to 3,200 degrees the engine

actually grows six inches in length and

a couple inches in width to accommodate

this tremendous heating that it sustains

for an hour and a half at a time how hot

would the outside of the plane get the

Arabs outside the airplane the coolest

part was about 450 degrees the hottest

part of the exterior the airplane was

over 1,200 degrees and this plane wasn't

designed with the the software and

everything that we have today wasn't it

was not some of you may or may not have

seen these before this is the last major

airplane built United States using a

slide rule both the aircraft and the

engine and years later they went back to

look using a computer model and they

found out from the computer model they

would have designed the airplane exactly

the same way pretty amazing what you can

do with a non battery-powered slide-rule

exactly right

that's amazing now we've moved back in

front of the engine can you tell us

about the engines on this plane

this was the most difficult job that

Kelly Johnson had been rich design the

inlet because no engine even today can

absorb supersonic air so at some point

you have to adjust the air flow and the

purpose of the spike here is that this

is a subsonic position when you hit 1.6

mock the spike 1.6 mock is about a

thousand miles an hour the spike will

start moving at

it'll double the size of the opening and

in the back of the spike area in Rome

narrow and so the air is automatically

compressed before it hits the first

compressor blade and the amazing thing

about this engine is really three parts

the it's the inlet in the front that

starting at 1.6 mock will start

translating back and double the size of

the opening and in the back it'll slow

the air down because no jet engine even

today can absorb supersonic air in the

center you have a dirt a turbo jet

engine and at the higher speeds it

becomes a turbo ram engine because it's

going to bypass a lot of the air around

the engine back into the afterburner

which is the third critical part this is

the only inlet engine afterburner

combination in the world that the faster

we went the less fuel we burned because

it became more like a ramjet at 2,100

miles an hour 80 some percent of the end

of the thrust came from the ram thrust

per se

now this plane would make a pretty

impressive sonic boom we called it the

sound of freedom and two points off this

airplane shock would come off and it by

45 seconds behind the airplane much like

the space shuttle has the same

configuration can you imagine that

sometimes we were tasked by the State

Department to overfly heads of state the

three nights before we invaded Panama an

sr-71 visited Panama to fly over his

house to kind of remind him it's time to

leave the forces are on the way one of

the most interesting stories a week that

we just found out about in march of this

year the Smithsonian released a video

that talked about the secret spies of

Hanoi and it turns out three sr-71 were

tasked to overfly hanoi out of Japan and

cross almost simultaneously we thought

it was just a message to the POWs though

helps on the way we support you as it

turns out this was a message that been

approved by president

listen to Admiral Stockdale that said

when you hear the sound of thunder

there are navy rescue teams off the

coast if you feel you can escape from

the prison and make it down the river

will be Navy me frog men seals to meet

you and to take you home and where the

first we ever knew about it was when the

March film was released

that's incredible that it not only to

serve the the spy missions but also as a

signaling which has a signaling mission

school can you tell us about one starts

and sympathetic on starts because this

airplane at the high speeds basically

was a ramjet it was absolutely critical

that the shockwave stay inside the inlet

to reduce the dragon to produce the

structure we required if you had a

disturbance because of air or

temperature and the shot came out what

you have was one inlet engine

combination was producing 20-percent

thrust the other was producing a hundred

percent thrust momentarily and the

airplane was started violence slice and

could pick up on you

it could be so violent and one of the

flights during emergency my son visor on

myspace it was broken when the cockpit

hit me I mean the airplane was violent

so what they developed was when one

inlet would on start the other inlet

would sympathetically unstart so both

spikes would come forward and hopefully

you'd keep symmetrical thrust it didn't

always work but that was what had been

installed in the airplane to make flying

this airplane a lot easier during my

time flying the airplane over five-plus

years I had over a hundred on starts it

wasn't not a particularly it was it was

a very dramatic event then you were head

your full attention to keep the airplane

flying straight ahead incredible you can

see that we've moved underneath the

Blackbird we're looking at the tires but

these aren't just ordinary tires are

they they are not the 22 apply and

they're filled with nitrogen the 415

pounds per square inch and the reason

you don't use air is as you get up in

the flight and the tires would heat up

even though they're in a protective cell

per se

oxygen in the air would go into the

rubber so when you came back all six

your main tires which were critical will

all be flat

we lost 12 of the sr-71 in accidents

four of them were because of tire

failure was a major either the primary

cause or a major contributor and these

are brand-new tires you see here there's

no tread on them they have little

dimples and tires like this would be

good for about fifteen landings and then

you'd have to replace them now how fast

were you going when you took off when

you took off you lift it off doing about

240 miles an hour so these tires were

approaching their stress limit at that

point when you landed you touchdown

typically doing about a hundred

seventy-five 280 miles an hour

you flew this plane that were underneath

didn't you

I did I had over 10 missions in this

airplane i have over 65 hours it was one

of my favorite airplanes because it

always flew very well well thank you so

much for joining us here with the sr-71

blackbird Marty has been my pleasure and

I hope that the students find this

airplane is fascinating is I found it

during the time I fluid throughout the

only person around it doesn't have TV

coverage of the food

mind it man they've got the flag up now

you're gonna feel better than getting a

TV picture never fail us we are going

vector

that's one all

what happened

ok

Xiaomi Mi Max | Thes Unboxing +Eng Subs - Duration: 7:38.

Welcome back to the channel!

I am John and today we are going to show you a phone from Xiaomi

This video is sponsored by store4u.gr

It is the Xiaomi Mi Max, some people asked me to show this

It's a "small" phone as you can tell from its name

Don't forget to Like, Share and Subscribe Let's check out what's inside its box

Here is the Mi Max

Which has Gorilla Glass 4

Inside the box there is the phone

As always the warranty card along with the SIM card tray key

Which is used to open the SIM tray which can either take 2 SIM cards or 1 SIM card and 1 Micro SD combined

Inside we also find a Micro USB cable and a 2A charger, that's all

This is the phone

It's pretty big

6.44 inch, Full HD panel

On the back

we can see its 16 megapixel camera Dual LED flash and a Fingerprint sensor

to unlock the phone

On the right side

there are the power and volume buttons

On the left side there is the SIM tray

On the top there is the hands-free slot, a Microphone

and also an IR Blaster so we can control TVs etc.

On the face of the phone there is another Camera,

a Speaker and a LED for notifications

There are also some buttons at the bottom

Home, back and settings

On the bottom you can see

2 speakers, from what I was told it has stereo

and the micro USB slot to charge the phone

The phone has a unibody so the battery can't be removed

It is made out of metal except for the plastic parts on the top and bottom

A 6.44 inch Screen

Gorilla Glass 4, Full HD resolution

It comes in 2 configurations, one with 3GB RAM and one with 4GB RAM

32/64GB Internal Storage or 128GB

For anyone who is wondering, it comes with the official global version

which now supports Greek

Version 6 as you can see This phone has 3GB Internal Storage and 32GB ROM

And as you can see the phone comes with Greek pre-installed

A fully translated menu

The screen is very bright

I wasn't expecting it to look so good considering when you have a bigger screen you get less PPI(Pixels Per Inch)

Let's check the camera, with our little helper as always

Very fast camera focus

Very sharp image even though it has a low PPI screen

Let's take another

I think I can say that it has a really good camera

Very nice phone made out of metal, very sturdy And of course from Xiaomi

Imagine being on the bus with this phone

I want you to tell me on the comments below what size phone do you prefer

I like phones like 5-5.2 inches

I want you to tell me what you feel more comfortable with, to see what most people like

This was the Mi Max, for those who like big phones

A small phone-tablet, "Phablet"

In my hands I think it is big Some people like big phones

WATCH BEHIND THE SCENES OF "THE MARTIAN" - Duration: 2:59.

we've been following around cast members

discussing the Martian I've had the luck

of hanging out with dr. Greene and

nicole stott was nationalized who lived

on a SS for three months for over the

past few days and just getting to talk

to them directly and and have them

explain things that I'm interested in to

me in a way that doesn't feel

prohibitive or exclusive has been such a

treat and I think that's what movies do

as well as you let you get to have a

model for a person that that you can get

to know on a emotional level and then

and the job that seems far away or that

you hadn't seen represented before feels

closer to we've also been hearing from

dr. Jim Green NASA's director of

planetary science really you know the

human effort to move out into spaces is

really a collective one in this world

and the ability for us to be able to

give back to the people on what we're

doing and how it looks and what we might

be able to accomplish by going to Mars

this movie devices and we asked him what

science which inspired him to pursue a

lifetime of sight you talk to fellow

scientist and you save what was that

spark that got you interested in this

field and it's it's all over the place

you never know what will spark the

interest of our kids whether it starts

of science fiction or it starts with

science fact I was a teen in the sixties

and so consequently i watch the original

star trek from the very first episode

and and it was like nothing else on TV

and it really captured my man

situation along that same time I was

working in an observatory had a

wonderful opportunity to use of 12 inch

allan clarke refractory and so although

i was seeing science fiction on a weekly

basis to start round I was really doing

astronomy from the ground on

ground-based telescopes and and so the

reality the science and the science

fiction part was just a wonderful

combination for me so that when i went

to college I knew exactly what I wanted

Hollywood have a fascination with

science fiction but you can check out

NASA's science fact with the film art

history about the only person around it

doesn't have TV coverage to the food and

a man they got the black up now you're

gonna feel better

getting a TV picture now epic fail yet

we are getting a TV picture now

one all right

badly

Can I Have a Cake? - Duration: 1:51.

How are you? How are you?

Coffee!

What?

Why?

Why did you just say a coffee?

There are over a thousand and one different types of coffee flavours.

Would you go into a clothes shop and ask for a shirt?

Because I am sure they will know exactly what you are asking for.

Or would you go into a bakery and say...

...a CAKE.

What do you expect when you order the cake?

A chocolate ? Because it is the most popular.

There are over seven point four billion people in the world.

Everyone has there own taste based on their mood.

Humans are always inventing new flavours.

We have nearly over one point seven trillion different types of flavours.

On planet Earth we have cake such as zucchini, avocado, coke, Guinness and even coffee.

So you can not come in here and ask for just a COFFEE.

Tell me what you want!

Some coffees are stronger than others...

...others coffees need more milk, while others have less water in them.

Some people add sugar which completely changes the flavour of the coffee.

So my dear, I do not have a crystal ball in my hand that tells me what you need.

So, let's start this again!

What would you like?

Well... I thought that if I ordered a COFFEE everyone would know I wanted an Americano.

No!

So...

A CAKE!

【MUKBANG】 Natto Smile Eggs With Rice ! 5.4kg , 7311kcal [CC Available] | Yuka [Oogui] - Duration: 5:43.

Hello its Kinoshita Yuka (Eng subs by ~Aphexx) (Change font size color and transparency via options menu)

So, Today! tadaa I've made such a Kawaii natto and egg rice dish (Natto-fermented soy bean)

don't they look super Kawaii? ~kinda don't want to wreck this by eating it~

alrighty lets see how its made

I'll use 12 packs of Natto and I'll maybe use 9 eggs... we'll see

the ingredients we'll use look like this I've already mixed the sauce and spices with the natto

and now add some extra ingredients that you like to the natto cucumer, onion, sesame oil and sesame seeds are what I'll use

chop the onion, and chop the cucumber to a size you like

also you can add noodle dipping sauce or just plain soy sauce to this

I'll now prep the rice I've made 9 cups of rice today

top with the natto we made earlier

woo.. looks delish with all these extra ingredients its goona taste delish

flatten it out just a bit... and make little pockets in the natto to hold each egg you'll use

and in each pocket place just the egg yolk

the egg white has plenty of great nutrients so keep that for later use ~the egg whites don't suit this aesthetic so thats why I'm not using them~

use some black sesame seeds to make their eyes and use seaweed as their mouths and use chili sauce

to give them rosy red cheeks you can probably use ketchup or chili oil, just use whatever

you prefer or have on hand ~they're super Kawaii lol~

tadaa the dish is complete! I'll make sure to not forget to weigh this today

I also made 1L of miso soup and some salad and over here I have the 9 egg whites

the egg whites contain so many great nutrients and taste delish so that's why I'll add them later

alrighty lets weigh the dish today without the bowl its 4.1Kg and with 1kg of miso soup

the total will be roughly 5.1Kg I won't add the salad to the total and I'll calculate what the weight of the egg whites will be

and add the combined total to the title later on ~the weight of 9 egg whites that is~ itadakimasu

K, time to break these yolks

farewell ~such a cruel fate~ this Rice & Natto will be loaded with nutrients

its so delish with all that Natto ~hmm I can totally eat a yolk on its own~

ahhh Kawaii!! 可愛い

omg this is such lavish dish alrighty lets add the egg whites here

ahh my egg friends are all drowning

mmm its filled with seaweed and beans

these yolks make it seem like such a rich full meal yolks are so delish.... they egg whites are tasty but the

yolks have such a rich flavorful taste

((OK peeps #RealTalk Raw eggs are totally fine to eat in Japan. incidences of Salmonella are virtually unheard of Please keep an open mind Rest assured dear viewer "She not goona die" ))

ahh so nice~ the yolks are so rich and fantastic

oh hey.. "the yolk is rich and fantastic" has a nice sound to it ~the Yolk is "nō kō" the yolk is so very "sai kō"~

lol... see if you can continue the tune

alrighty lets eat this in an extravagant way

the yolk is so rich and fantastic

lets take a moment and try this dish with some wasabi

tadaa this soy sauce has the character 'Gudetama' on it it says 'a flavored soy sauce to use on Gudetama'

I received this from a viewer as well this suits today's dish to a 'T' with this Gudetama character

that hit of wasabi is so niceI love wasabi wait... too much!!! lol

these diced cucumbers in here really add to this dish its so delish... its a nice addition to natto

ahh... I wanted him whole for the last bites but he broke apart

when you eat natto your face gets a bit itchy ((natto is very stringy and errant strands sometimes stick to your face))

final mouthful itadakimasu

all done gochisosamadeshita

the natto and egg over rice bowl was so delish and it was also so very KAWAII

today I had 9 cups of rice, 12 packs of natto and 9 eggs but for those who don't want to eat that much you

can just use a bowl of rice along with 1 egg... it would make for such a Kawaii dish as well

also when you add all sorts of veggies to natto it really enhances the overall flavor

things like avocado or some chopped perilla leaf would probably taste very delish

this dish was so Kawaii and fun to make and delish won't you all give it a try?

and as always thanks ~ wait do I have any natto on my face ~

New EcoLog E-series Forwarders 2017 (w subs, 4k) - Duration: 7:38.

Hi Skogsforum! Here we are in a brand new EcoLog 574E forwarder together with Emil ...

... who works as an instructor for EcoLog, Hi Emil.

As Emil has unloaded 15 tonnes of timber we've been talking about the new cabin for the E-series.

Emil: Yes, the new cabin is the biggest news when it comes to the new E-series.

In a drivers perspective this new cabin is awesome and we are very proud of the new product.

Fredrik: You've made it wider?

Emil: Yes, it's wider now along with bigger windows for better visibility and more light.

Fredrik: There are also more space now passengers. I'm comfortable here in the back.

And then you have new side windows so that the driver more easily can see the boggies, right?

Emil: That is correct and they are very useful to gain control of where the front tyres are and what they do.

Fredrik: And in this machine you also have a forwarder computer?

Emil: Yes, that is correct. It is ForwarderVolume from DASA.

Fredrik: And this computer is eqvivalent with DASA Forester for harvesters? Emil: Exactly.

Emil: You can easily register the timber weight if you have the built in scale in the bunk area.

Fredrik: And over here we have the machine computer? Emil: Absolutely, it is the new IQAN MD4 ...

... with touchscreen and further enhancements from it's predessecor (MD3).

MD4 has a clearer interface and we've optimized all necessary parameters on the home screen.

And of course, if you want to dig deeper into the data you can point yourself into the different menus.

Fredrik: And that leads us to whats new in the front, the new engine from Volvo.

Emil: Exactly, one other big update is the new engine from Volvo.

Emil: This is a major update and many drivers of the E-series harvesters says that the engine is an big improvement.

Our intention is now to take this improvment into the forwarders as well.

The new engine has a more unifrom strength and is overall an effective engine.

Fredrik: Yes, and as you all can see and hear in this video we give you the opportunity to hear and see for yourself.

Fredrik: I'm also wondering if we can have a look at the variable load space that this machine has.

Emil: Sure, we can try it out. The gate has hydraulic flaps to make it wider along with the stakes that are adjustable up and sideways.

The gate can be adjusted up and down.

The stakes can be adjusted in height as well, all done by hydraulics.

The widening of the bunk area are a bit slow now due to the cold, but it widens as you can see.

So you can easily transform the forwarder to be used in thinning or clear cutting.

Fredrik: And before we also tried the in-built scale to measure the weight of the logs in the bunk area.

Emil: Yes, the scale is an addon that some customers want, some don't, but it works well ...

... and makes the work more efficient due to that you do not have to register the load manually.

Fredrik: And now you also have updated the gate with built-in LED lights?

Emil: Yes, this is to get optimized light when you drive in reverse into the forest.

They can be turned on and off with a switch on the lever panel. It is preferrable when you have full load.

Fredrik: And you also have new LED lights on the cabin side right?

Emil: Yes, they work very well in thinning when there are a lot of limbs, they light up from below.

Always warm tools!

The 10-Day Sugar Detox Diet (To Reset Your Body and Brain) - Duration: 7:20.

Thank you for watching

The 10-Day Sugar Detox Diet (To Reset Your Body and Brain)

Americans are known to be 'sugar babies' — we consume large amounts of sugar on a

daily basis.

Now, I don't mean we literally take refined sugar and chew it or swallow it down with

a bottle of our beverage of choice; but that is actually what we do basically.

Our eating habits have contributed to this, fast food now translates to fast weight gain

and increased propensity to being overweight, having diabetes and high blood pressure.

Studies show that the average American consumes about 152 pounds of sugar yearly.

When you put this in proper perspective it is equivalent to about 22 teaspoons of refined

sugar per day for the average adult.

For kids that is about 34 teaspoons per day, this is alarming isn't it especially when

you consider that it is estimated that 1 in 4 teenagers in America are pre-diabetic.

It is also common knowledge that the average American man weighs an incredible 196 pounds

while his female counterpart weighs on average about 167 pounds.

It wasn't always like this though as studies have further shown that way back in the '60s

the average male weighed in at 167 pounds (what the average female weighs today) while

the average American woman weighed 141 pounds.

Is sugar consumption addictive?

It has been ascertained by Harvard scientists that consuming large amounts of sugar daily

by way of foods like fast food increases the sugar craving centers in the brain and further

increasing the need for sugary food.

The body also acts like a cocaine addict on withdrawal when it is starved of sugar as

the bacteria built up in the body that feed on this sugar makes the body react, in some

cases violently to a lack of sugar in the body at any point in time.

The Dr. Mark Hyman 10 day diet tip

Mark Hyman, M.D. came up with a 10 day diet for 600 individuals and they amazingly lost

a combined total of 4,000 pounds in just 10 days using his special diet tip.

The diet created by Dr. Mark Hyman consists of food aimed at reversing your sugar addiction.

That urge to consume sugar laced foods will be quenched and you can live a healthy lifestyle.

The 10 day diet tip

Take the first step

You have to decide if you need to cut down on your sugar or not.

Dr. Hyman usually starts his diet course with a questionnaire.

Your response to any of the questions will determine whether you need to detox or not.

Liquid sugar is worse than solid sugar intake

Dr. Hyman says that any liquid form of sugar calories is worse than solid food with contain

sugar or flour.

According to him the sugar goes straight to the liver rather than being digested in the

stomach as with solid food.

Today the highest source of sugar calories in people's diet is in sodas, soft drinks,

sports drink, coffee and sweetened tea.

Just remember that a single can of soft drink taken a day can increase a woman's risk

of being type 2 diabetic by 80 percent as well as a child's risk of obesity by an

alarming 60 percent.

Just stop

You will have to stop taking flour products, eating sugar in whatever form they come and

taking drinks with artificial sweeteners.

For 10 days you will eat fresh food, natural food and stop taking fast food for that period.

Processed food slows down your metabolism, they increase your cravings and your body

tends to store the fat which could lead to clogged up arteries.

Eat vegetables

Eat lots of vegetables; the best part is you can eat as much as you want.

Vegetables are carbohydrates but avoid starchy vegetables like Irish and sweet potatoes,

winter squash and beets.

Make greens, artichokes, green beans, zucchini, peppers, kale, cauliflower, mushrooms, tomatoes,

and asparagus for 10 days and see the difference to your health.

Have a protein diet

A high carbohydrate diet is the chief source of increased blood sugar; protein helps to

balance this blood sugar level as well as maintain the insulin levels in the body.

You can have for breakfast – eggs and a protein shake.

Try out fish, chicken, nuts, seeds, beans and beef as a regular diet.

Protein breaks down slower than carbohydrates, but gives you the energy you need approximately

between 4 and 6 ounces at a single sitting and the best part is you will fill full longer

than carbs.

Use fat to combat sugar

Contrary to the belief that fat makes you fat it actually doesn't.

It only makes you full, but its benefits include helping with cellular growth and balancing

your blood sugar.

Eat nuts, coconut butter, fish, extra virgin olive oil and seeds which are all rich in

good fat.

Carry an life saver pack

When your craving is up just reach out and grab your life saver home prepared pack.

This pack should consist of vegetables, fat rich food and proteins.

This will help you avoid a quick dash into a fast food restaurant for a soda and hamburger.

Suppress inflammation

By eating less sugar based foods and more fat, protein and vegetables in 10 days you

will suppress inflammation in your body which was caused by sugar rich foods.

This inflammation causes blood sugar imbalance and type 2 diabetes because of insulin increased

resistance.

Sleep well

It is recommended that the human body needs a minimum of 8 hours of sleep per day.

In a study of this important fact some college students were given only 6 hours of sleep,

it was observed that there was a rise in their appetite for sugar and carbs as well as in

their hunger hormones and there was a decrease in their appetite – suppressing hormones.

So the result of the study was that sleep is a very good way of combating cravings.

Take deep breathes

The stress hormone in the body – cortisol can make you feel hungry.

It can also lead to type 2 diabetes and cause belly fat storage in a person.

Studies have shown that by taking deep breathes you can activate the vagus nerve.

It is this nerve that shifts the body's metabolism from fat storage to fat burning.

This will ease your stress and make you feel relaxed and calm.

Dr. Hyman recommends that you take five deep breathes in and five out (exhale) in sets

of five.

You should try this before every meal for maximum effect.

Autism Lessons From an Autism Mom, Behavior Analyst and Best-Selling Author - Duration: 2:54.

Hi I'm Dr. Mary Barbera. I fell into the

autism world in 1999 when my first son

Lucas was diagnosed with autism just one

day before he turned three. Since then

I've become a board certified behavior

analyst, wrote a best-selling book, earned

a PhD, and created two online courses for

professionals and gungho parents. My

mission is to improve the lives of

children and adults with autism around

the world. One of my goals this year is

to record and publish a new video blog

each and every week, just like this one,

so I can share my stories, give you some

case studies, get on a few soapboxes,

share some mistakes I see, and give

answers to frequently asked questions.

Many of you who are watching this video

now probably are aware that I'm the

author of The Verbal Behavior Approach,

How to Teach Children with Autism and

Related Disorders, which has sold over

50,000 copies since 2007 when it was

first published and is available in

several languages. Many of you probably

don't know that I also published a very

short ebook in 2015 called More Talking

Less Tantrums, 10 Key Components of

Effective Autism Programming for Any

Child, Any Ability, Any Setting. I've been

selling this ebook for the past two

years but late last year I decided to

update the book to include downloads and

videos embedded right within the book

and now I've decided to give the book

away for free as part of my 10-day

course called More Talking and Less

Tantrums in Your Client or Child with

Autism. Most of my work including my two

books is geared towards helping children

with autism who also have significant

language delays and disorders. So while I

do help all kinds of kids, both toddlers

and teens with autism, most of my work is

geared towards non conversational

children and teens

who have little to no language. So if

you're parent or professional and want to

learn strategies for my 10-day course

and from my free ebook, click the link

below to sign-up for this. I hope you're

excited and I hope you'll let me know

that you want to join me on my journey

to help children with autism around the

world. I hope you plan on watching my

short videos each and every week and I

promise to keep them short and sweet and

include strategies you can implement

immediately. Thanks for watching and I'll

see you next week.

[檔車教學] 邊煞車邊退檔補油 Brake & rev match at the same time - Duration: 4:14.

Hi guys, this is 13N

Let's talk about

how to rev match while braking

in my last tutorial about rev match

I mentioned the importance of using palm for throttle control

it requires more practice

say I am braking soon

usually under hard braking

to slow down from very fast speed

see my right hand

while pressing on the brake lever

my wirst twists a bit

to control the throttle

say I am downshifting now

downshift, keep braking and twist

you can practice while riding slowly too

pull in your clutch

use right palm to twist your throttle

and try to be consistent with your brake to slow down

no jerky motion

so when you pull in the brake lever

I am using three fingers like so

because Ninja's brake is a bit weak. Going to need brake fluid flush and new pads

so I am braking like this to leverage more braking force

usually you would brake like this

so when you practice off track

simply pull in your brake lever and hold

as if you are going to do a burn out

everyone knows what a burn out is, right?

you stay in position, while the rear tire are spinning

that's called a burn out

and you really need to hold your front brake for it

so if you learn how to throttle control

with the brake applied

then you probably know how to burn out

ok. hold your front brake

and on the right

your palm and wrist there

of course, you wouldn't grab your brake suddenly

you will have to be smooth

a lot of times, you will be braking hard from high speed

which means your brake lever will come very close to your grip

this makes twisting throttle even easier

I'll do more demonstration later

a lot of times, you might think

what if I can't brake consistently

so here. let's do again

(hold down brake steadily)and then downshift

i'll do a step by step analysis

ok, i'll add a couple points on the side

hopefully it's helpful

to your downshift while braking practice

alright, that's it

Thanks all!

GABRIEL JESUS SIGNS FOR MAN CITY! | EXCLUSIVE FIRST INTERVIEW - Duration: 11:12.

I'm very impressed by the grandeur of the club, with the planning, the structure, the

training ground is very big, I really like it

The fans avidly followed the process of your transfer, did you follow all that excitement

in Brazil?

Yes, you can't avoid it, people who live for football, who love football, we follow

everything, so I was very pleased that the fans wanted to find out about me, were following

me, so when I'm presented officially, when I run out onto the pitch, I'll be playing

for them.

You've only been here a short time, but what were your first impressions of Manchester?

Very cold! [laughs] Very cold… but it's a manageable cold, as I said, it's another

challenge, but I'm enjoying it, I was very impressed with the city, the more I discover,

the more I like it, I haven't seen it all yet, but I like what I've seen so far.

You wore the number 33 at Palmeiras, are you going to keep that number?

Yes, I plan to keep it, I've asked to, it's the number I've been wearing since I turned

professional, it's a number I ended up with and I really liked, and I intend to wear it

for many years. I told the club, I asked if the number 33

was available, they said yes, and so I chose it.

And what was your main reason for choosing City?

Apart from the size of the club, which is massive, with a long history, it's a club

that always competes for the title in the competitions it enters, so that was an important

factor, and because of the manager, Guardiola, and the squad. He was the only manager who

called me, Guardiola, so I was very pleased, given the manager he is and everything he's

done, his intelligence, so my desire is to work with him and learn more from him every

day, as well as from the other players in the squad.

He called you? What did he say?

He said he'd really like me to come, that I'd help the club a lot, my teammates, so

I was very pleased, and from the point I chose Manchester City, I got it into my head that

I was coming here to help and learn a lot.

Was it important for you to leave Palmeiras at the peak of their success, Gabriel?

Very, very, they asked me why I only chose to come after 2016, and why I didn't come

halfway through the year, I made it clear that I wanted to stay until the end of the

year at Palmeiras because I wanted to win another championship, to help Palmeiras, it's

a club where I learned so much, so I wanted to win. We were champions, I left there with

my head held high and highly satisfied with our performance during the championship.

Of course, everything in your career has happened very fast, you won two titles with Palmeiras,

one with the national team, have you realised the enormity of that?

Not yet, I haven't thought about it much yet, but I'm very pleased with everything

that's happening in my life, I'm very happy, I think it comes from a lot of work,

a lot of faith in God too, I work very hard, I like to work hard every day so that I can

learn more and more, so I believe that opportunities come along and we have to take advantage of

them more and more.

And now you'll have the opportunity to win more titles, won't you?

Yes, that was partly why I chose to come here, I want to win titles and Manchester City is

a club that is used to winning.

What do you expect of the Premier League?

I've watched it and I notice it's a very hard, intense style of play, I hope to adapt

as quickly as possible in the first contact I have with the game, I'm going to try to

take it all in and adapt, I know it isn't going to be easy, but it only depends on me

to put in the effort to help with the transition.

Knowing you as I do, you're not going to feel scared, are you?

No, not at all. We can't feel scared, being given an opportunity like this to change my

life, there are more challenges and opportunities to change my lives of my family members, to

give them opportunities, so I can't be scared of anything.

I had a very normal childhood, I was always outside in the street playing football, I

missed other things to play football, I played various games during my childhood, I always

prioritised school, which is very important, so I finished school, I didn't have time

to go to university, I finished school and played amateur football, our local team in

Jardim Peri, so I see my childhood as very normal, of course I only thought about football,

as I do today.

I used to go out in the street with my friends to play football, and I started to love it.

I think I was born to play football, at the age of five you can hardly walk properly,

so it's been a passion since I was little.

Before coming you must have spoken to Fernandinho… how was your talk with him? What did you talk

to him about before arriving here?

Yes, I spoke to him, before coming to Manchester, I spoke to him, he called me and we had a

good chat, I liked what he told me about the city, about the club, the professionals who

work here, the people, so I was very happy. That's when I began to decide to come here,

I was very comfortable with everything he told me and shortly after we met up with the

national team and we talked, I asked him… I'd already signed for City and I asked

him everything, about cars, housing, everything, and he explained everything to me, the places

where there's housing, so he's someone who is very important to my arrival at City.

We have a lot of South Americans here, Argentines, do you think that this will help you to adapt?

I hope so! I think it'll help because we're neighbours, so… I'm going to do my best

to adapt quickly and learn more every day.

Agüero is already an idol here, what's it going to be like to play alongside him,

Gabriel? What do you expect?

Not just in relation to him, but to everyone, I expect to be another teammate to help out,

to add something to the team, and to learn from them, and I'm very happy to be able

to wear the City shirt, it's a massive club, so the players who are here are here because

they have the skills, they are very professional in defending the City shirt, so I intend to

learn as much as possible from them.

Of course, now you're going to train with Pep Guardiola. What do you expect from him,

what have you heard about him, what do you expect from the training sessions?

One thing I've noticed is that, like me, he's mad about football, he lives football

24 hours a day, and I'm like that too. When I'm not playing, I'm watching, or playing

a video game, doing something linked to football, so I think this is very important, that I'm

the same as him, and I hope to learn. As I said, I've come here to learn, I'm going

to give my all to learn more and more from him and my teammates.

To finish up, what is your dream in a City shirt?

My dream in a City shirt is to win titles, to be happy and to make all Manchester's fans

happy too. I've come here to help and to win titles.

Dancer with Ballerina Shoes Performs at the Biggest Show on Earth | 5 Lives - Duration: 8:25.

I have difficulties to talk,

to express myself through words.

Dancing is the easiest way to show who I am.

My pores are opened.

Even before I started dancing, I knew that I wanted to dance.

I'll take part in the Olympics Opening Ceremony,

I'll be a dancer.

We have been working on it since last year.

(AGNES RODRIGUES BALLERINA) It is very important for us artistically.

This space is very important,

we'll be able to do and to show what we do,

and also because we'll be part

of something so grandiose.

(OPENING CEREMONY REHEARSAL)

(DEBORAH COLKER CHOREOGRAPHER)

I want to ask you, at the end, at the wall, I want everyone to look

and ask what are those girls looking at?

Agnes and Gabi.

I was raised in Curitiba,

but in the suburbs, away from the city centre.

We had a huge back yard, my father used to rear chickens

and my mother also,

so I had to have a responsibility,

we started to work at a young age.

I already worked at a plant, a textile industry,

I took my bike and looked for a school

and found a dance school.

I used wide pants, tennis shoes,

very urban, got in class

and saw the girls with ballet shoes,

pantyhose, leotards, skirts, hair in a bun,

my hair all messed up.

I didn't want to do it.

Then he started, he played the first song

and I knew I wanted to do it.

Then I found jazz.

And it led me to a different path.

Then I started to teach,

and I left the textile plant and the worrying began.

My family didn't know it, never saw it,

didn't know what a dancer was, how was the life of a dancer.

It was too far off,

and then suddenly the youngest says she'll be a dancer.

I got here on November 1st, 2014.

And ever since, people say,

"You're not a Carioca? I don't believe it."

When I arrived in Rio, I immediately felt hot.

I wanted movement, I found movement.

Loads of it. Cars, horns. A lot of horns.

And I felt at home.

She liked Rio during her first stay here,

she loved it.

And she ended up living here.

She is agitated.

(DIANA ROSA BALLERINA) She is very agitated.

Our friendship is very intense,

because we live and work together,

we breathe the same ambience.

Deborah Colker was already huge.

She is a great name in Brazil's dance history.

Someone told me Deborah was my neighbour

and I decided to try.

So I went to the computer and wrote an e-mail

I said I wanted to take classes, to learn,

I wanted to keep working.

We had a nice talk downstairs,

I came to class and she told me

I shouldn't worry, because I was already in.

And it all started.

Don't forget to spin, always spinning.

This is the Deborah Colker Movement Center,

the school she idealized.

This is my second home.

I've almost set up a little room here,

with a mattress,

because it's easier, it's easier

to shower upstairs and lay down,

than going home and coming back.

This is now a part of me.

I take classes and also teach classes.

All my work involving dancing is done in here.

We are arriving at the Maracanã,

first rehearsal,

the show will take place here, everything will happen here.

Now it's time to feel the size of the stage,

the size of the place.

To be part of an event,

of this process,

it's a huge responsibility.

It's a place where we have lockers to keep our things,

as if it were a dressing room.

They are all in the cast.

They are dancers, people from circus,

there are people from parkour.

A lot of people from urban dances.

And those boys don't stop. They spin, jump,

they do it all.

My mom will arrive soon. It's her third time in Rio.

She is very excited, she loves Rio.

I came to Rio to see my daughter

and also to enjoy my vacations.

To visit the Botanical Garden for the first time.

(LUISA RODRIGUES AGNES' MOTHER)

And walk around with her until the Opening Ceremony.

Even not understanding the dancing métier very well,

she knows,

she feels what I've achieved.

And she is happier every time she comes here.

It's good to get off the stage

and see my mom.

There were two phases, I'll divide in two phases:

when she didn't know

that dancing could be a profession,

so there were many uncertainties,

and now she is really following,

and to see her happy

is very satisfying.

I don't know if I'll watch it.

You'll watch it, Mom!

- The world will be watching! - I'll cry the whole time.

I've always watched it on TV, like everyone,

but I don't think I knew what it really meant.

That moment, the Opening Ceremony, is something

I'll tell my friends' grandchildren about.

CCBB in Rio de Janeiro - A Dica do Dia - Duration: 1:28.

Do you believe this place was once a bank?

So, let's get to know the CCBB in Rio de Janeiro.

In 1920 the Bank of Brazil decided to buy a comercial building in Rio de Janeiro

to create another branch.

It became then the most important financial center in Brazil, which lasted 40 years.

However, in 1980 the bank of Brazil decided to change the building into a cultural center.

The project was hard, but the bank managed to preserve the original structure of the building

and restore the columns, decorations and small details of the construction.

In 1989, CCBB was finally opened as a Cultural Center.

And that's what CCBB stands for:

Centro Cultural Banco do Brasil (Bank of Brazil Cultural Center)

It's one of the most important cultural centers in Rio, where you can find, movies, theater, music,

and different exhibitions either for a cheaper price or for free.

Do you have anything like it in your country?
