Youtube daily report w Jan 19 2017

In this lesson you will learn the easiest way to be every day a better version of yourself.

Take a look to the people that achieve great things and you will notice something.

That they are consistently improving themselves.

Which would be the consequences if you never work on your self-improvement?

Lets find the answer!

Hey there this is Juan Camilo and welcome to Secrets of Happiness, today I am going

to share with you the 7th principle of our video series of the nine principles to live

with eternal happiness.

If you remember the fable very quick you will remember that there was a part where the bee

saw a magical mirror.

And we are going to associate this picture, this magical mirror in order to memorize and

to remember with the importance of the self-improvement.

And what is self-improvement?

Is that commitment, is the only obligation that we have in life.

To be every day a better version of our selves.

To improve, to grow, to learn.

2 years ago when I closed up my company after that decision I realized that I was very lost.

I didn't know what to do and I was feeling with no purpose, with no direction.

So I began working on myself, I began doing some exercises and most of them I share with

you every week.

Because I realize something, most of the times we are very busy, we are very focus on our

work, on getting new things, on our professional careers, that we don't take the time to work

on ourselves.

To look in a magical mirror and ask questions for example such as: which are my passions?

Which are my talents?

What things am I doing to contribute to the world?

And different aspects and if you realize all the exercises, all the efforts that I do on

Secrets of Happiness are directed to help you on your self-improvement road.

Because this is very important, since I began doing this exercises in my life I realize

that I am improving and growing and feeling much better with myself.

Because everything that I am doing, I know why am I doing.

I know which are my weaknesses, because I am consistently analyzing my life and of course

I am not perfect.

I have a lot of defects, maybe negative things or aspects that I can improve.

But the importance is not to remember yourself every day and just telling yourself negative

thoughts and telling you: 'oh yes you are undisciplined, oh yes you are lazy, oh yes

you are an angry person'.

No that is not the purpose.

The real purpose is to identify those weaknesses and work and commit with yourself to improve

them.

Why is so important to work on our self-improvement?

I will talk about two aspects.

First of all, and this is very common in our age.

Now with Facebook and all this social media, we always want to show the better version

of ourselves.

So I mean, each time you post a picture, you are always looking that you are good-looking

on the picture.

Every time that you post, that you comment, that you show to others part of your life,

you want to show something good, isn't it?

But this is creating a negative effect on a lot of people, because this is creating

a sensation that your life is not enough good when you compare to others.

You see?

You feel envy, you feel that maybe this person have a better car, this friend have a better

job, this guy is traveling more than me, this lady have a better life than mine and this

is of course very negative for our happiness and our peacefulness.

So I am going to share with you what you should do.

You have an obligation, you have a must to do in your life and yes it is a competition.

But it is not a competition against others, it is a competition with yourself, you must

compete with yourself.

Your real obligation and your real goal is to be every day a better version of yourself.

If yesterday you had some weaknesses the idea is that today you work on overcoming and facing

that weaknesses.

At least if they will not be your, lets say the stronger parts or aspects of yourself.

You must work on that in order to improve yourself.

So the first thing that I want to let you know and the, if you make this click and this

change on your mind, trust me, everything will change.

Is, do not compare your life with others, do not work every day to compete with others.

Work every day to work against yourself.

To challenge yourself, to work every day on your goals.

To work on your strengths, to contribute to the world and if you check yourself and you

know that you are improving, growing and learning, you will feel very, very good, you will feel

great.

Because you know that you are doing a good job, because you will feel a lot of confidence

and this is the main idea and the main purpose of this lesson.

And the other aspect.

I told you that I want to share with you two aspects.

So the first one was that one and the second one is the importance of have a self-improvement

in an integral way, in a balanced way.

So lets take a look to the areas of your life that you consider you must have in balance,

that you consider you should have in a top level in order to have a balanced life.

And when I am talking about areas of your life, I am talking for example to my relationships

area, that includes your friends, your family.

To your health area, how is your health area?

To your professional area, to your hobbies area because that one is very important.

To your financial area.

So, identify those areas of your life that if you have them in a top level you will consider

and you will feel happy because you have a balanced life.

Right?

If you want to go deeper on this aspect, you can go to the video where I talk about, how

to set goals?

Because when you set goals for yourself, which is what we are doing, firstly you should be

aware of your areas of self-improvement.

Right?

Si I am going to share with you an exercise which is called After Action Review and this

exercise will help you to improve yourself every day.

Will help you to do what we are talking about.

To be aware about your weaknesses, to be aware about your strengths and to learn every day

from yourself.

To learn from your actions and to learn from your decisions.

So this exercise have 4 basic steps.

The first step is to at night you are going to take your notebook and your are going to

list all the activities and all the main situations that you live during that day since you woke

up until right now, until that specific moment.

Try to do it always at night, because at night is when you can do a whole feedback of all

your day.

That is your first simple step.

So you are going to say, ok I woke up, I did exercise, I had a discussion with a person

in the traffic jam, then I arrived to my work and I did this and I did that, then I stayed

with my partner and this happened...

Okay you are going to remember all the things that you did during the day.

And the second, third and fourth step is based on three questions that you are going to ask

yourself and that will help you to improve and to learn from your actions of that day.

The second step which is the first question is, what were the specific results?

You are going to think on the outcomes that you got during this day.

Do not think more on activities, just think on the outcomes, on the results of all your

decisions, of all your actions of that day.

So for example, the outcome of fighting and having a discussion in the traffic jam was

that I felt stressed and I arrived with a bad mood to my job.

The outcome of going out with my partner during the evening, to the cinema was that we strength

our relationship and we expressed each other our love.

Right?

The third step is, what did you do right so that you can amplify those behaviors?

In this point you are going to think on the positive things that you did, on the good

decisions.

For example, if you realize that going out with your girlfriend help you to make stronger

your relationship, you are going to realize that it is very good to hang out with her

at least once per week.

Yeah?

I am just telling an example.

Realize all the positive things, if you woke up early that was a positive result, because

you began your day with a lot of energy and enthusiasm.

Right?

And the fourth step and last step of this exercise is.

What can you improve and what did you learn today?

And this is the most important part of this exercise.

Because you are going to remember, lets say the negative or not so positive decisions

that you took during the day.

You are going to list them and you are going to realize, which was that bad decisions and

things that you can improve in order to have better days, to improve yourself.

So for example with the discussion in the traffic jam.

You learned that you must not allow others to control your emotions, because that will

change completely the way how you feel during the day.

So you should be more relax, more happy and more tolerant.

Right?

This is your exercise for this week.

Just do your After Action Review, the ideals is to do it at least every day, yeah? that

is the ideal.

But if you don't have time, if you begin doing excuses to yourself and so on.

Okay you can do it once per week.

Yeah?

Maybe on Sundays you will check all the things that you did, but what happen with this is

that you are going to forget a lot of positive and important aspects to improve yourself.

So it's up to you how do it, but trust me, this will help you to be a better version

of yourself every day.

Okay dude that was everything for today.

You know what?

We just released a new e-book that you can download for free on our website SecretsHappiness.com

just go there, download it.

Because that will help you a lot in your process.

Is a gift from me to yourself.

I'm today in Medellín Colombia, this is my favorite city of my country and I am not here

just traveling.

I am here because this is the city where my coach lives and as I am encouraging you to

work on your self-improvement, this also apply for me.

Is not that I already made all the exercises, I continue working, I continue learning every

day.

And I am addicted to learning, really!

And this is the key aspect, the key mindset of me that allows me to improve and to grow

consistently.

You should have a coach, if you are interested in having me as your coach as your happiness

coach, just let me know it, right?

You can go to the website, or you can write here a comment or also in the description

you will find the link, so you will not have excuses.

Okay see you the next week, if you liked this video, like.

That's all what I ask for you, right?

I am not charging you anything, this is completely free because I love sharing my knowledge but

just let me know that you like this concepts, that you like this exercises and that this

is helping you in your life.

Okay this is Juan Camilo and see you in the next video.

Find My Phone | How To Track Lost / Stolen Android Device | Get Fixed - Duration: 3:36.

Today I'll be showing you a sured way to get your phone back if it's been lost or stolen.

Very quickly here are the equipment I used to make this video possible: The Canon T3i

with the Tokina lens, Yeti pro microphone, Acer aspire r7 laptop, 32 gigabyte SD card,

the Samsung Galaxy note 5, and the Samsung wireless fast charging stand.

You can find the links to any of these item down in the videos description below.

Let's get started.

Go into your Android devices settings by pulling down the notification tab and hitting the

gear icon.

Next locate and tap the lock and security tab.

You will see an option labeled find my phone.

From there it'll ask you to sign into your Samsung account.

If you don't have one, then I recommend creating one asap.

Once signed in, you will see three key features.

Remote controls - allows you to control your device anywhere using your Google account

( I'll talk more about that in the video)

Google location service gives you a more accurate location.

Basically the exact address where your phones located, and sim card change alert, which

does exactly what the name implies.

It'll notify you via Gmail or find my mobile that your sim card has been replaced.

Now let's use this scenario.

You sparked a conversation with a cute guy or girl behind the service counter at your

local Starbucks.

You got so lost in the convo that when it came time to leave, you forget to grab the

phone off the counter top.

Five minutes goes by when you realized this, but by this time it's long gone.

I know because a friend of mine actually stole your phone.

Don't panic!

Here's what you do.

Locate a device with Internet access on it or ask to use someone's phone if possible.

Next open up an internet browsing app and type in "find my phone".

Click on the first link you see.

It'll ask you to sign into your Samsung account.

Now this is where the magic happens.

Because you've enabled Google location service, you'll get an accurate ping of the exact location

of your phone.

Go over to the lock my device and Samsung pay.

Click it.

You'll be presented with this popup that reads "When you select "Lock" to protect your device,

all the features as shown below, including Samsung pay will be locked".

Hit lock It'll lock your phone with a pin if you haven't

already, lock Samsung pay, and lock power off.

What I'm interested in is the third feature.

If you can act fast enough, you can actually prevent the thieve from turning off the phone.

Lock power off prevents the theft from being able to power off your device via the power

button, giving you more than enough time to track it.

The only downside to this feature is that the person who has your phone can easily remove

your sim card if clever, or if the phone has a removable battery, they can simply remove

the battery to power it off that way.

It's all about how fast you can react to the situation at hand.

By the way, not every thief thinks the way I do in terms of disabling the phone from

being tracked, like removing the sim card, but taking out the battery is a pretty common

to method.

I encourage you to do this before you regret it.

Take care guys!

Plan, Analyze, execute.

Peace!

21 Shocking Facts About India! - Duration: 10:03.

21 Shocking Facts About India!

21.

Freddie Mercury The extremely famous and talented frontman

of the iconic band Queen Freddie Mercury was actually of Indian descent, though many people

don't know this.

It's true - Mercury was born Farrokh Bulsara and spent a lot of his time up until his mid-teens

in India before moving to England.

In many places he stated that his nationality was British-Indian.

It was in India, in fact, that he first received his formal piano training, which would become

the cornerstone and basis of his musical talent.

20.

Floating Post Office While it's pretty widely known that India

has the highest number of post offices in the world, one thing you might not know is

the extremes they go to in order to distribute their mail.

For instance, one of the many post offices in India is actually a boat.

The Floating Post Office in Srinagar has become a popular part of tourist's itinerary since

its inauguration in 2011.

If you're a resident of India, you'll also know right away if you get a letter postmarked

from the Floating Post Office - all mail which is posted there bears a special design which

features landscape depictions of Dal Lake and other attractions in Srinagar.

19.

New Workforce It's no secret that India accounts for a

lot of the outsourced workers in the world.

The actual numbers, though, might shock you.

The world's workforce has shifted greatly to India, with up to 25% of new workers joining

the world's working pool coming from India.

This is a pretty big deal, since virtually no other country in the world can top those

numbers.

India's job market is only expected to grow, in direct proportion to the number of tech-based

companies currently popping up all over the world.

18.

Oldest City There is a lot of archaeological evidence

to suggest that the Indian city of Varanasi is probably the oldest continuously inhabited

city in the world.

This means that while it is not the oldest city where people ever lived, it is the only

city in the world which can trace its history back from present day in a straight line all

the way to potentially the 20th century BC.

That's more than 4000 years ago!

17.

Zero The concept of the number zero was first theorized

in India.

This may seem strange, since zero is now a fundamental part of our understanding of the

world and even small children can grasp the concept, but humanity once did not have a

true concept of zero.

As early as the 5th century, however, it's speculated that Indian scholars were using

the concept of zero in their math.

16.

Visible from Space It's actually a common myth that the Great

Wall of China is visible from space.

That might be a letdown, but you'll be happy to know that India has an even cooler claim

to space fame.

In 2001, the Maha Kumbh Mela spiritual gathering, which takes place every 144 years in India,

had so many participants that it was visible from space.

This event, which attracted more than 70 million people to the sacred location, still counts

as the largest gathering of humans in one place.

Ever.

15.

The Wettest Place in the World A remote location in India known as Mawsynram

is considered to be the wettest place in the world.

This is because the location has the highest average annual rainfall, with an average of

nearly 10,000 millimeters of rain in a given year.

To put that in perspective, the wettest city in the USA, Mobile, Alaska, receives just

1700 millimeters of rainfall on average.

14.

Martial Arts We now associate cultures such as those of

China and Japan with martial arts, but it was actually in India that the concept of

martial arts was first created.

Kalaripayattu , or the study of war, was created in India as far back as the 3rd Century BC.

The style is still practiced today, and is itself the basis for many more forms of modern

martial arts.

13.

More Poor Than Anywhere Although India's culture is world renowned,

India is also home to a startling disparity.

To a point, India has more poor people than any other country in the world.

According to the Millennium Development Goals report by the U.N., more than one third of

the world's population of poor live in India.

This is something that India is working to resolve; their government considers poverty

to be one of the biggest concerns they face and works to reduce that number.

12.

Bandra Worli Sealink A cable-stayed bridge in India called the

Bandra Worli Sea Link (also known as the Rajiv Gandhi sea Link), contains enough steel wire

to wrap around the entire Earth.

Additionally, the megalith structure contains 90,000 tons of cement, and has a daily traffic

volume of approximately 37,500 vehicles.

The structure also has a height 63 times that of Qutb Minar, the tallest brick minaret in

the world, also located in India.

11.

Outsourced IT We mentioned earlier that India is pretty

much the fastest growing job market in the world.

A large part of that is because modern tech companies around the world see India as the

premiere destination for outsourced IT work.

In fact, more than 80% of US companies chose India as their first choice for outsourcing

software development and support.

More recent estimates have shown that about 50% of the world's outsourced IT ends up

in India.

Pretty cool!

10.

Shampooing Most Americans shampoo an average of 4 - 6

times per week.

It's a part of the daily routine to lather up your hair in order to keep it clean, and

you'll quickly become a social pariah if you choose not to do so.

But did you know that the concept of shampooing comes from India?

It's true - in fact, the word "shampoo" comes from the Sanskrit word "champu",

or to massage.

9.

Indian Movie Market Although the western world thinks of Hollywood

when movies come to mind, India thinks of Bollywood.

In fact, India's movie market is so big that it accounts for more than the ticket

sales of the United States and Canada combined.

In 2013, Indian ticket sales for movies accounted for about $2.7 billion.

When all of this is taken into account, it's undeniable that Indians truly love their movies.

8.

World's Biggest Family A man from India, named Ziona Chana, is currently

recognized as having the largest family in the world.

He has 39 wives, who have borne him 94 children, and who have in turn given him 33 grandchildren.

The huge family actually all lives together in a gargantuan 100-room mansion in the Mizoram

village of Baktwang in India.Chana says that he considers himself to be a lucky man to

have such a large family.

7.

Indian Lunar Missions The Indian Lunar Mission Chandrayaan 1 -It

is significant not just because it's a major achievement by a world power, but also because

that mission is responsible for the discovery of water on the Moon.

This discovery shocked the world when it was announced in 2009, with a spokesperson from

NASA saying "None of us had expected this 10 years ago".

The Indian space program is actually the 5th largest in the world, and with the popularization

of private space exploration, it's likely we'll see more space missions coming out

of India in the near future.

6.

Spa for Elephants Elephants are an important part of Indian

culture.

So important, in fact, that there exists a spa in India which is reserved just for elephants.

Each year during the sweltering summer month of July, elephants in India get a bit of a

reprieve from the heat - they enjoy scrub-downs by locals who lovingly clean them and bathe

them in the center, which is located in part of the famous Guruvayurappan Hindu Temple.

5.

Second-Largest English-Speaking Country As part of their push to become a major part

of the world's workforce, India has embraced the English language.

They've done so in such a big way, in fact that India is now the second-largest English

speaking country in the world, second only to the United States.

Part of this is because India actually does not have a national language of their own.

Hindi is the official language of the Indian government, but most Indian people see it

as a relic of the past and opt to speak English instead.

4.

Vegetarian Population Indian eating habits are a lot different from

those in the Western world.

That's no secret.

But it's surprising to learn that a huge amount of the population of India considers

themselves Vegetarian.

Meat is a huge cornerstone of western diets - especially in America - but that's not

the case in India.

In fact, more than 500,000,000 people in India don't eat any meat at all.

This is both due to poverty preventing access to meat as well as health and spiritual reasons.

Either way, India is home to the largest percentage of vegetarians in the world.

Vegetarianism is so widespread in India, in fact, that popular restaurant chain Pizza

Hut had to create vegetarian menu choices to stay relevant there.

3.

Milk Production Although many know that Indian culture considers

cows as sacred, you might be surprised to learn that this hasn't stopped them from becoming

the largest producer of milk in the world.

In fact, India alone accounts for more than 18% of all the milk produced globally.

This constitutes an output of more than 146 million tons of milk per year.

So next time you go to dip your Oreo cookie, thank India!

2.

Indian Diamonds Although diamond mining is now typically associated

with different parts of Africa, it was actually in India that diamonds were first mined.

Indian diamond mining dates back all the way the the 4th century BC, where Indian miners

discovered the gems and pulled them from the earth to send along trade routes with China.

India is so historically associated with diamond mining, in fact, that it was common thought

up until the 18th century that the stones could only be found in India.

1.

Sugar Consumption It turns out that we pretty much have India

to thank for our sugar consumption.

Farming of Sugarcane in India dates back more than 60,000 years, with the first consumers

of the sweet confection doing so just shortly after migrating to what would become India.

Sugar went on to become one of the most highly sought after prizes along the Silk Road trade

route, and was the basis for India's initial success in early human civilization.

Alien's tagline was wrong! What is sound in space? | SSFX Space Sound Effects - Duration: 8:05.

It was the movie Alien, or the trailer at least, that told us

in space no one can hear you scream and

like me you probably thought space is a

vacuum and since sound needs a medium

to travel in there cannot be any sound in

space, right? It turns out we were horribly wrong!

Sound fundamentally is a pressure wave.

As air oscillates backwards and forward it

will go between being compressed where

the density and therefore the pressure

has increased to being rarefied where

the density goes down and therefore so

does the pressure. Now because pressure

gradients, or essentially differences in

pressure between different points,

causes a force

this means that these oscillations then

travel, they propagate through the air

as a sound wave. That's all sound is.

The way we mathematically describe this though is

through the equations of fluids known as

hydrodynamics. It's relatively simple to

derive the equations of sounds from

hydrodynamics, in fact it spits out what

the speed of sound

actually it. But treating air and other

materials as a fluid is just an

approximation. For instance if you

decrease the density of air to such a

rate where it actually matters that

the air is made out of individual

molecules, otherwise known as kinetics,

then equations of hydrodynamics will

break down and it can be argued sound in

its fluid sense no longer exists.

But what about in space?

Space isn't a true vacuum, in fact none of the vacuums that

you've come across are true vacuums

because nature abhors those. There's

always some matter present and no I'm

not talking about vacuum fluctuations

where pairs of particles pop out of

existence due to Heisenberg's uncertainty

principle from seemingly nothing.

No I'm saying that there was never

nothing in the first place.

Space is filled with plasma, be that from

planets' ionospheres, to solar and stellar

winds, or even the interstellar medium

itself. They're all incredibly weak plasmas.

For instance the seemingly empty space

between the planets actually contains

five protons for every square

centimeter. Compared to the air around me

that is almost nothing, but it's not

absolutely nothing and it turns out that even

that almost nothing is enough for sound

to exist.

One of the simplest ways that we can

describe plasmas is essentially by

merging Maxwell's equations of

electromagnetism with hydrodynamics

forming something called magnetohydrodynamics.

This treats plasmas as

a single, quasi-neutral, conducting

fluid. Magnetohydrodynamics, or MHD,

supports two sorts of waves.

The first is literally the same as sound,

but with an extra magnetic component. We

call these magnetosonic waves.

Magnetosonics waves are also pressure waves

just like sound it's just that they can

exhibit that pressure in two different

ways: either thermally just like in

hydrodynamics or magnetically as well.

A sound wave in a regular fluid which

slowly become a plasma will turn into

a magnetosonic wave, they are actually

sound.

Plasmas can also support another type of

fluid wave, a sister to the magnetosonic wave

known as Alfven waves. You can think of these

like waves on a string, where that string

is a magnetic field line with plasma

all alongit. The question is, can

we actually treat the plasmas in seemingly

empty space as being a fluid? Is that

approximation valid?

While some places including even

wikipedia will strictly say MHD cannot be

applied to space plasmas, it seemingly

works incredibly well. That's not to

say it works in absolutely every

circumstance, for instance usually you're

talking about distances that are

comparable or a fraction of the size of

the Earth and at frequencies much less

than one Hertz, so-called ultra-low

frequencies. Great, so theoretically sound

should exist in space.

The question is, does it?

We routinely detect sound in space all this

time. Many of our satellites in orbit

around the Earth or throughout the solar

system are equipped with plasma

instruments that can directly measure

the density, velocity and pressure of

space plasmas and they do see these

oscillations that we're talking about.

But in some cases that measurement is

actually incredibly difficult, for

instance some plasmas can be too cold

to be detected by our instruments. That's

because satellites charge up in

sunlight due to Einstein's photoelectric

effect and if the particles themselves

don't have enough energy to overcome the

electrostatic repulsion, there's no way

that we can actually detect those

particles. But there is a handy way

around this. Because plasmas and magnetic

fields are tied to one another through

something called the frozen in condition,

which I talked about when I discussed

lightsabers,

we can actually forgo measuring the plasma

directly and just measure the magnetic

field and look for fluctuation in that.

And as we know electricity is tied to

magnetism and a fluctuating magnetic field

will have a fluctuating electric field

associated with it, so that's something

else that we can look for. And even

though it's not sound directly that

we're measuring, it is still sound. But

why should we care about sounds in space

that are so weak they can't even move

our eardrums and at frequencies so low we'd never

be able to hear?

Well it turns out ultra-low frequency

magnetosonic and Alfven waves

contribute to space weather.

That is phenomenon from space that can affect

our biological and technological

existence.

I'm talking about things like gps, mobile

phone networks, weather forecasts,

our power stations... being affected by things

from space and in some extreme cases

even our lives.

If that's not something to scream about

I don't know what is.

BREAKING Clinton Foundation to Lay Off 22 Staffers - Duration: 2:30.

BREAKING: Clinton

Foundation to Lay Off 22 Staffers.

It appears that, at long last, the Clinton Foundation is discovering that trading influence

for money doesnt work out so well when you dont have any influence to trade.

According to The Daily Caller, 22 staffers are being laid off at the Clinton Global Initiative,

one of the multifarious tentacles of the Clinton Foundation. The layoffs will be effective

as of April 15, a filing from the group said.

Politico reported on the announcement of layoffs back in September, before the election.

he layoffs come as an investigation by the FBI into the Clinton Foundation is in full

swing. Many allege that the foundation was used as little more than a slush fund for

the Clinton family, all the while peddling influence during Hillary Clintons time

at the State Department.

The foundation has also been suffering with cash flow problems since Hillary Clintons

swan dive at the polls back in November. Apparently, there arent too many satrapies willing

to pay either Clinton for access when theres not much access to be bought. Who would have

thunk it?

The Clinton Global Initiative was one of the more nebulous arms of the Clinton Foundation.

According to its website, CGI convenes global leaders to create and implement innovative

solutions to the worlds most pressing challenges. In other words, it manages conferences. At

its height, the Clinton Global Initiative employed about 200 people.

Theres nothing quite as satisfying as seeing heads roll at the Clinton Foundation, even

if its a bit late in the day for it. We can only hope that the Clinton familys

sick slush fund is dismantled and that the former first family is no longer able to peddle

their influence. In the absence of that, however, 22 people being laid off is certainly a good

start. We can only hope theres more to come.

Canadian Military's 2nd In Command Just Became A Whistle blower By Leaking Highly Classified Informa - Duration: 4:11.

Canadian Military's 2nd-In-Command Just Became A Whistle-blower By Leaking Highly Classified

Information

General Jonathan Vance, the chief of the defense staff, commanded the removal of Mark Norman

after an investigation of pretty high-level secret documents that were allegedly leaked.

However, it is still unknown if the classified documents were sent to journalists, other

countries, business interests or some other 3rd party or not.

Additionally, the nature of the material leaked has also not yet been discussed by anyone.

Vice Admiral Norman has served in the Forces for 36 years and was previously in charge

of the Royal Canadian Navy.

He commanded the Royal Canadian Navy for more than four years until General Vance appointed

him as vice-chief in January 2016.

Lieutenant-Colonel Jason Proulx, a spokesman for General Vance said of the news:

The Chief of the Defense Staff has temporarily relieved Vice Admiral Mark Norman from the

performance of military duty.

For the time being, he will not be carrying out the functions of VCDS.

While the information itself, nor the destination of the leaks have been revealed, one must

wonder if and when such information will be revealed.

If we look closer at this situation, it appears there must be something extraordinarily huge

that was leaked.

For the 2nd-in-command of Canadas military to leak information, tells us that what was

leaked is of extreme importance and significance.

Even looking at the language used by the military themselves when explaining the situation is

evident that the information is incredible: Pretty high-level secret documents.

The alleged leak comes at a time when the world is already examining the potential costs

and outcomes of leaking material.

Out-going U.S. President Barack Obama is allegedly examining the possibility of pardoning Chelsea

Manning, who has been serving prison time for leaking nearly 750,000 documents to Wikileaks

that exposed a wide range of corruption that the U.S. military allowed in Iraq.

It also comes at a time when over 1 million signatures have been submitted to President

Obama to pardon Edward Snowden, the famous NSA whistle-blower who has been living in

Russia for the past 3 and a half years.

Additionally, it comes at a time when just a week ago, it was reported by mainstream

media and alternative media that a high ranking mason in Italy was just caught for hacking

and spying on former Italian prime ministers, Vatican cardinals and other politicians and

business people.

What might be in these documents that Mark Norman has leaked?

To whom were they leaked?

What kind of information would be so important for the 2nd-in-command of Canadas military

to risk his job on leaking?

In a recent article we released two weeks ago, we talked about how more leaks would

certainly be coming and how truth is coming and cant be stopped.

Whether this leak is somehow connected with previous leaks or upcoming leaks, remains

to be seen.

However, it is yet another sign of the times we live in when more people begin speaking

out and revealing/leaking truth.

Clearly, something very big is happening behind

the scenes.

to interview the owner of this amazing tea plantation.

Let's get inside.

Hello, Mrs. Juthathip Saelor.

It is a tremendous honor to interview

the owner of 101 Tea Plantation. The biggest tea plantation in Doi Maesalong.

May I ask you how long have you been opened 101 Tea Plantation?

101 Tea Plantation we made over thirty years.

But for this point we have done 25 years.

Can you tell me why it have to named 101 Tea Plantation?

In the past, before being the 101 Tea Plantation our partners are Taiwanese

and exportation to branches

in Taiwan,

America and many.

If we use the same name, it will be more easily exportation.

Okay. Next,

When we plant the tea seeds, what is the important things should care about?

Well, from the weather,

because the northern of Thailand weather is pretty cold

and the soil is suitable for planting tea here.

What about the sea level, is it associated with planting tea?

Yes, up to 400 meters.

And how many varieties of tea do you have here? And how different of it?

Well, we have just 3 varieties,

Oolong Kanon or Oolong number 17,

Oolong number 12 and scented tea.

Each flavor will vary depending on the concentration and aromatic of tea.

on the concentration and aromatic of tea.

What about the duration of growing tea? How long does it take?

Each time planting we takes time about...

will have to plant the seeds first and then brought to the culture.

It takes about a year and a half,

then transplanted and wait for the harvest

it takes 2 years.

How many days that you have to abstinence

during for tea harvest?

Well, in the rainy season it will take 40 - 50 days,

but if it is in winter will take about 60 - 70 days.

But today it was already harvested.

Yes.

We don't see anything today.

Yes.

What about the tea transformation of 101 Tea Plantation, Is there only tea leaves?

is there only tea leaves?

We have tea leaves and nowadays we have Matcha,

candies,

fermented tea and many products.

How about the purchasing? How can I order?

You can order by Facebook, E-mail, Line and contact by telephone.

There are tea export to abroad?

Recently, there are some but less.

It is depends on order and some of customers came to buy

and export by themselves.

What is the highlight of this tea plantation?

Our highlight it was a past

we offer about travelling.

The tourist can taste the Oolong tea for free.

Also we have a service for a tourist it's a restroom and other.

That is the impression that we make for our customers.

They are still come to our tea plantation till now.

So, finally I want you to tell the detail how can we come to this place?

If you come here by drive a car or don't have a car you can hire the minibus for come to our tea plantation.

How Are Nanoparticles Bring Change To Fuel Production - Duration: 4:06.

How are nanoparticles bring change to fuel production?

Well, the spirit of alternative fuels production has been invented since quite a long ago.

Countless research has been conducted from bioenergy to nanoparticles.

We don't know that anyone would care at all, but we'd be willing to gamble that at least

all of you have had a little thought about when alternative fuels would be more readily

available.

So let's dig down a little deeper to the practical applications of this very question.

However, we'd like to talk about nanoparticles guys.

Nanoparticles are ultrafine units of matter that measure no more than 100 nanometers in

length, width or height.

They have a part to play in fuel cells and they are a potential replacement of combustion

engines.

If you don't know yet, fuel cells produce electricity through a chemical reaction, and

nanoparticles can serve as the catalysts that facilitate those reactions.

How about that?

With this short video we are ready to change the future?

Hold on guys, there is still more to it.

Let's back to the colege, nanoparticles have a relatively large surface-area-to-volume

ratio due to its size they produce a ridiculous amount of contact each others, which means

the reactions can happen faster because there are more surface to react.

And because they're so teeny tiny, you don't have to use much.

One of the nanoparticles most often used as a catalyst for fuel cells is platinum, we

know it is the best and widely used already.

It works fast in a reaction and is thought to be fairly stable.

However, platinum is simply too expensive on an industrial scale, even if you're only

using nanoparticles of it, also platinum does gradually break down.

In that matter, a scientists at Brown University recently discovered that a cobalt nanoparticle

catalyst worked nearly as well as platinum but proved a lot more durable.

Given the chance it could make a better fuel cells since cobalt is readily available and

inexpensive compared to platinum which is too expensive and not available in abundant,

cobalt nanoparticle catalyst could help create more fuel cells, which would lessen the demand

for fossil fuel production.

However, I believe that's not the only thing about nanoparticles when it comes to fuel

production.

There are a lot of research as well, Cerium nanoparticles have also begun to be added

to certain fuels to make fuel combustion more efficient.

It could helps oxidize carbon at a lower temperature than diesel engines usually need.

That means they can use less fuel and results in less soot.

However, adding cerium might as well as producing a different kind of pollution, cerium pollution.

According to research, cerium nanoparticles can travel from the lungs to the liver, producing

liver damage.

Because this cerium is in nanoparticle form, it has the potential to enter our lungs much

more easily than bigger particles like soot.

So the point is, while nanoparticles is one of the most possible item for fuel production

in many ways, we have to make sure that we're not changing it for the worse, otherwise we

are just swapping one evil for another right.

In facts, these tiny little particles are being robustly added to not just fuel but

food, cosmetics, and medicine technology.

Even nanotechnology has been invented to cure some cancer disease.

Well, we don't know exactly what they can do to human body, but more likely we will

find out sooner rather than later.

Well, that is all to this video.

Really cool information isn't it?

McDonald's Is Not Just About Burgers - Video Essay - Duration: 3:56.

Watching the McDonald's commercials, the most intriguing thing I walked away with was

that McDonald's is generally not interested in advertising about how tasty or delicious

their food is.

Their main goal is always to resonate with different demographics by connecting the presence

of McDonald's with different relationships, moods and feelings.

They've tried to connect themselves with love, happiness, fatherhood, motherhood, friendship

and so on.

Like most other brands, they didn't really decide to settle on a consistent marketing

style for their commercials, instead they chose to appeal to an audience in a way that

if you're with someone with whom you have a strong relationship, the first thing you'll

think about is spending time at McDonald's having their food while further strengthening

your bond with each other.

If you ask me, that is pure genius, but the downside is that this approach resulted in

a pile of tonally jumbled up commercials with no single vision to tie everything together

in a coherent way that would tell you that all these stories came from the same brand.

The only thing you have with which to connect these stories is the presence of the McDonald's

logo in these commercials and that's it.

So I began to wonder why is that, why it seems like McDonald's is just not interested in

tying together the artistic vision of these stories with which they connected with so

many people around the world and became one of the largest brands in the food chain industry?

If you begin the intriguing journey of reading about McDonald's history up to this date,

the image you will probably walk away with is that at the end of the day, the only thing

McDonald's cares about is just handing out burgers in your hand in the most effective

way possible to maximize their revenues and cut down their costs.

I never got the impression that they genuinely care about on a deeper level on how they appear

to the critics and food lovers who don't just like to experience the taste of their

food but they also love to analyze their meal down to its finest details.

McDonald's obviously cared about it in the beginning because that laid the foundation

of what McDonald's would like to appear today but that was the end of it.

McDonald's is now one of those industry giants who will no matter make how many mistakes,

the general food lovers will always go back there for more and more because obviously

McDonald's now has a very profound effect on them with the biggest thanks to these tonally

jumbled up commercials.

So the question is, why am I critiquing their commercials when in the end, they got the

job done.

They got the people to believe that McDonald's is more than what it appears to be on a surface

level.

They got the people to believe that you're not just having a McDonald's burger, but

you're actually performing some necessary subconscious ritual which is always going

to be a part of your life, no matter how small or big, but it is always going to be an integral

part of it.

I'm critiquing their commercials because as a film director and a storyteller, this

is very disturbing to me that not only these commercials are tonally confused, but the

storytelling of these commercials is not intriguing enough even if you watch the commercials separately

as standalone stories.

But even while critiquing their stories, we again have to look at the fact that they got

job done of connecting with people.

So despite of all the uninteresting narratives, they resonated with the world because they

targeted the one thing that is most important to everybody and that is the relationship

you have with the most important people in your life.

So even though their storytelling is a complete mess, they perfectly executed their formula

of getting their food from their shops into the hands of the general public.

This perspective that I presented to you was not to criticize McDonald's food or their

image or anything like that, but it was simply to exhibit my own love as a filmmaker for

great stories.

Because no matter how uninteresting I think their stories are, there is so much that we

can learn from them on a deeper level.

So if you liked this blog, be sure to leave something thought provoking about McDonald's

in the comments and subscribe to my channel so you can stay tuned to some storytelling

philosophy every now and then.

In the hopes to connect with story lovers all over the world, this is Mr. Zeecon, in

the making of a great story.

Atlanta Brain Injury Attorney | Georgia Brain Injury Lawsuit Process - Duration: 3:41.

Hi, I'm Jane Lamberti, I'm Georgia's brain injury attorney.

And we're here to talk with you about brain injuries and lawsuits involving brain injuries.

Often, when clients come to me who have suffered a brain injury from someone else's negligence

or mistake, they ask me, "What is the process like for brain injury case here in Georgia?"

And what I tell them, really, is there are two parallel tracks that happen at the same

time at The Cochran Firm when we handle brain injury cases.

First of all and most important is that you get the appropriate medical treatment and

really, we apply a three-pronged approach incorporating three different specialists

to make sure you get the proper medical attention that you need.

Number one, we incorporate a physiatrist.

A physiatrist is a rehabilitation specialist and he is the physician that will direct your

rehabilitation needs.

The second type of specialist that we incorporate is a neurologist.

The neurologist is directly responsible for the medications and treatment for your brain

and for your nerves and muscles that may have been injured in your case.

And third, and most importantly, especially in mild traumatic brain injury cases, is the

neurophysiologist.

The neurophysiologist is a type of doctor that specializes in determining whether or

not there's been a brain injury and can even use tests to detect the most subtle brain

injury.

For example, he'll test whether or not you've lost part of your memory, your attention span,

your ability to process speed, your ability to think and to talk.

That's something that a neuropsychologist can evaluate.

So, while we're working on the medical side and having you see three different specialists

at the same time, we're also working on your lawsuit.

And in your lawsuit, what we do initially is we gather evidence about your case.

We preserve evidence that may have been used in your case.

We preserve evidence surrounding the accident of your case.

We also then hire investigators and experts to determine the cause of the trucking accident

or the cause of the medical mistake or the cause of the chemical that may have caused

your brain injury.

Once we gather all of that, we file a law suit, and after we file a lawsuit, there's

a process called discovery, and during discovery, it's a six-month time period where we get

to ask the other side questions and they get to ask us questions, and then, of course,

there's a trial.

And that's important to know because here at The Cochran Firm, when we take a case,

we take it as if we're preparing to go to trial and we try cases.

You know, there's always the saying that you have to aim high.

Well, that's what we do.

We always aim for trial because if you've got an attorney who's aiming just for a settlement,

they're not going to get you the maximum value of your case.

If you've got attorneys who are known to be trial lawyers and try cases, they're preparing

their case right from the start from trial and will get you the maximum value for your

case, and that's what we do here at The Cochran Firm.

Every step that we take in your brain injury case is one step further to prepare your case

for trial, and if it settles, fine, and if it doesn't, we are ready to go and fight for

you in court.

I'm Jane Lamberti, Georgia's brain injury attorney, fighting for your peace of mind.

Trump Warns Canada, Mexico He Will Begin NAFTA Renegotiation Within Days Of Inauguration - Duration: 4:31.

Trump Warns Canada, Mexico He Will Begin NAFTA Renegotiation "Within Days Of Inauguration"

by Tyler Durden.

In the latest unexpected and ad hoc announcement on North American trade arrangements, the

Globe and Mail reports that Trump's Commerce Secretary pick, Wilbur Ross, has informed

Canadian officials that he plans to reopen NAFTA talks within days of his inauguration,

and that rules of origin and independent dispute tribunals will be central in negotiations

of North American Free Trade Agreement. Ross has indicated new administration will send

a formal letter notifying Canada and Mexico of plans to renegotiate Nafta within days

of Trumps inauguration.

According to the G&M, Trump "want to discuss country of origin rules and the independent

dispute-settlement mechanism that are key features of the 1994 NAFTA pact, officials

say."

Country of origin rules, which govern how much content from outside NAFTA a product

can contain and still qualify to be shipped duty-free, are specific to each product and

spelled out in writing. They cover every kind of good and service, from suits to cars. The

Trump administration is expected to take a harder line on exactly what can cross the

border duty-free.

NAFTAs tripartite dispute panels are also on Mr. Rosss radar, officials say. The

United States has long complained these independent panels are unaccountable and give too much

power to Mexico and Canada.

However, in what is modest good news for Canada, a senior government official told The Globe

and Mail the signals from Mr. Trumps trade team indicate the trade focus will largely

be aimed at Mexico, essentially cutting the United States southern neighbour out of

many NAFTA benefits.

The clear indication we have gotten from that side of the operation is that they are targeting

Mexico and not us, the official said. We are keeping an open line of communication

with them so we know what things they are planning to do with Mexico and that have a

major knock-on effect with us.

Foreign Affairs Minister Chrystia Freeland has already contacted Mr. Ross, although the

Trudeau government is relying heavily on former Progressive Conservative prime minister Brian

Mulroney to act as an intermediary. Still, it remains unclear just how much a

renegotiation will have on Canada. Canada is the biggest trading partner of the United

States, and Mr. Mulroney has strongly pressed the case about the importance of the Canadian

economy to Mr. Ross and others, including the president-elect, a source said.

Mr. Trudeau sounded a positive note when asked at an event in Fredericton, N.B., on Tuesday

about the threat of U.S. protectionist measures and a border tax on Canadian products.

We are focused on having a constructive working relationship with the new administration

and one in which we highlight the depth of integration and inter-connectedness between

our two economies, he told reporters. Obviously, there are millions of Canadian jobs that depend

on the U.S. market, but there are also millions of American jobs that depend on smooth integration

and trade back and forth across the border of goods and services.

Ross will have his confirmation hearing before the Senate Commerce, Science and Transportation

Committee on Wednesday. He has been a vocal critic of free trade, and long advocated renegotiating

NAFTA and other deals. He has called NAFTA the poster child for unbalanced trade and

investment and accused Mexico of importing auto parts from China for vehicles it ships

duty-free to the United States.

In an interview with Bell Medias BNN in October, Mr. Ross said Canada would not have

a lot to fear from a Trump presidency. You dont hear him voice huge complaints

about Canada, and theres a good reason for that, he said. In the case of the

trade between the U.S. and Canada, it is relatively much better-balanced than is the trade between

the U.S. and Mexico.

As for Mexico, keep an eye on the USDMXN which has been rising all session

on the news.
