A busy week - Duration: 3:20.

hi everybody this is unreal from the

homestead this week I've been really

busy at work

it started on Tuesday when I agreed to

sign a contract with us-based to company

hearing chuckle it's an amazing story

just out of nowhere a guy calls from the

US and suddenly i'm at their office and

click on explain what we can do for them

a couple of hours later they want to

sign a contract with us we have no

country in English so I promised them to

have that done in a few days then it was

off to gothenburg by air from the city

airport I even got lucky getting some

parking at the charging stations after

some coffee in the terminal i boarded

the flight to Gothenburg

reply to about 40 minute

the company that I worked for in

gothenburg had got me a nice room at 15

floor in the Goetia tower right next to

the Swedish fair it was no time to lay

down and rest

I to get down to the fair right away we

had a few hours to finalize to stand it

wasn't being out of there in Gothenburg

and I help the customer to build their

stand i also have some business meeting

and help them answer some ID related

questions in the evening I had time to

this is a nice restaurant them that 723

bar on the top floor i'll go get hours

during the fair i also finalize the

contract with the USAF company we will

take care of all IT related top for them

here in sweden then it was off to

Stockholm again it was foggy start in

Gothenburg

but with a cloud some always trying

finally home I had received some LED

lights that i ordered and the first

couple of solar panels don't get your

hopes up yet

it's really small and inexpensive panel

just for the LED lights when this video

is going public

i'm on my way out to the homestead to

meet with an Internet company that is

going to deliver internet by

fibre-to-the-home said in the middle of

the forest really crazy and a really

crazy week if you haven't subscribed

just had to read her messages huh

so I was thinking really hard if I should

tell you this I wasn't sure if I was

going to tell you we had but I just feel

so hurt and betrayed by you that just

couldn't hold it in any longer I just had

to say something

decided to stay online just because i had

VEGAN MEALS UNDER 5 MINUTES ! ♡ - Duration: 6:05.

hey guys welcome back to my channel

before i start i just wanna adress

dress a quick message to French people that follow

me

well im gonna talk in French now cause

that was a little bit weird !

so today

i have three easy healthy and quick

meals that u can make under five minutes

im pretty sure of that.. these are meals that i

usually make myself when I'm really busy

and I don't really notice that im getting

hungry and then like in a second i get

so hungry and I want to eat food like

right away

also all the recipes i'm going to show

you can make them for your lunch box you

can even make them in the morning.

it can be a bit hard if you have prepacked food

in your kitchen because that is

obviously like the easiest way to eat

food but you still can eat healthy and

prepping something under five minutes and

that's what I'm going to show you today!

so the first recipe is a savory

oatmeal and for that you will need

3/4cup of oats, some spice mix,

a tsp of chiaseeds and then mix that

well together then add frozen vegetables i

add mushrooms and capsicum then add

water tamari, herbs and a little bit of

plant-based milk of your choice. then

bring that to a boil and then reduce the

heat and start stirring everything

together

I really like my oatmeal thick and

creamy but feel free to add more water

if you want. then I just put everything

in a bowl and I add some fresh veggies

on top so I just add tomato

spinach, some leftover tofu that I had

some hummus and some seeds.

now this one is one of my favorite toast

combination i make sure to use fresh

bread from the bakery because usually

doesn't have any preservatives and then

for this recipe all you need to do is

rinse your chickpeas and that's it! then

take as many pieces of bread you want

and starts spreading some hummus on top

this one is green because it's split peas

hummus and then add some spinach or any other

greens then I add some mint or basil is

also really good, some avocado and

and then just start too mash that on

your toast and more avo because

you can never have enough of avocado!

and then add chickpeas and really you can

stuff it like it doesn't look like it's

going to hold on the bread but trust me

it will and it's going to be super fluffy

and yummy!

then i've added some pepper and some salt, chili is

also a really good option and some sesame seeds.

for quick salad i like to use tabouli

because it cooks in 2minutes sharp and

that's the quickest cooking cereal I know. basically i

put the same amount of couscous and water

and salt and then I cook it for a minute

in the microwave and then I take it out

and fluf it and I put it again for a minute in the

microwave and I fluff it out again.

while the tabouli is getting colder i chop

my veggies and pretty much any veggies

but mint does really make a

difference in that salad. and i'm just

adding everything together with a

tablespoon cumin and a homemade

dressing that i'm going to put the

recipe for in the description box below.

and I top everything with avocado and

yep, this is a really good and filing salad!

Baked Apples Recipe with a Crumble Topping - Duration: 4:32.

All the goodness of a traditional apple crumble served in individual portions.

Serve these baked apples with vanilla bean ice cream and homemade caramel sauce for the

perfect dessert.

Start by making the crumble topping for the apples.

Measure out 1/4 cup all purpose flour and add to a small bowl, followed by 1/3 of a

cup of rolled oats.

Using a mixture of flour and rolled oats for this crumble creates the perfect crispy texture

that you just don't get by using only flour.

If you would like the full recipe it will be on my website as well as all the measurements

listed in the information box below.

To the flour and rolled oats add a teaspoon of cinnamon - the perfect pairing with apples

and 2 tablespoons of soft brown sugar for some sweetness.

Use a fork to mix the ingredients together until they are just combined.

This crumble recipe is a favourite of mine, it works perfectly with these baked apples

but you can also use it for a traditional crumble or try adding it on top of any type

of fruit flavoured muffin before you put them into the oven to bake.

Once the dry ingredients are combined add the cold cubed butter.

You can do this part with a fork if you would like but it's a lot easier to just use clean

dry hand.

Use your hands to mix the butter into the dry ingredients until there are no longer

any lumps.

It's important to use cold butter here so it won't just melt between your fingers.

Continue to mix until there is no longer any lumps of butter and the crumble resembles

coarse breadcrumbs.

Set to the side while preparing the apples.

For this recipe I've chosen to use Fuji Apples because that was what was available.

These are good to cook or bake with but there are many more varieties you can choose from.

Texture is just the most important thing here, make sure to choose an apple that will hold

together well when placed into the oven and won't just turn into apples sauce.

Gala, Granny Smith, and Honey Crisp are popular varieties.

Take your apples and remove the core either with a knife, or much easier to do with an

apple corer.

You want to remove the middle of the apple, leaving a hole through the centre.

Next, use a knife to remove the top of the apple, leaving a shelf where the crumble will

be.

Place each of your apples onto a baking sheet which has been sprayed so the apples won't

stick.

The recipe will make enough for 6 apples, but the great thing about this recipe is it's

so much easier to make it for more.

If you're cooking for a crowd simply double or triple the amount of crumble to top all

of the apples.

When all of your apples have been prepared take your crumble and start to top each of

the apples.

Sprinkling it over the top and press it down with your hands.

Quite a bit of the crumble may fall onto the baking sheet but don't worry about that,

it's deliciously crunchy once it has been baked.

Divide the crumble evenly between the 6 apples then place into the oven to bake for about

15 minutes or until the crumble is golden brown and the apples are soft.

Serve with vanilla bean ice cream and homemade caramel sauce, or for a healthier approach

yoghurt and honey work perfectly too.

This is it...this is ehhhh...yep.

Today I'm getting rid of most of my clothes, hopefully.

At the start of 2016, I challenged myself to not buy

any new clothes for the entire year of 2016.

So far, so good, but I still have way too many clothes and that needs to change.

Sorry if I keep looking there it's because my camera is in the closet and I just...

it's such a mess!

I'm currently on a quest to minimalism...

Quest? Is that the right word, quest?

It feels medieval.

Anyways.

So these last few months I got rid of a lot of things and it feels so good!

It just feels so amazing, like literally a weight off my shoulders.

I feel like when you have a clean space, your mind is cleaner as well,

if that makes any sense.

So when I first heard of minimalism, I was like what?

Why?

Why would you do that?

But now, I get it.

Getting rid of stuff is honestly quite addicting.

So about maybe 5 months ago, I read this book.

When I first picked up this book I was like ''yeah sure life-changing'',

but honestly it kinda is life-changing.

I'm gonna give you the steps and the tips she gives in this book to declutter your closet.

And hopefully you'll be able to clean with me and we will just be cleaning together and

we'll have a big cleaning party.

Let's just get started.

So first you need to do this on a day off.

Do it all at once and in one day

is what Marie Kondo recommends

because it's just more efficient and just easier overall.

First you need to gather all of your tops together,

or whatever category you wanna start with.

And you need every single one of them,

don't forget the ones in the wash

or the ones you put away for off-season.

The second step is to hold each item in your hands and ask yourself:

If you hesitate, it's probably a no.

And don't lie to yourself, okay?

And in this step you should only have two piles.

One pile ''discard'' and one pile ''keep''.

And don't feel bad for throwing things like gifts or things you never worn

or clothes you spent lots of money on.

When you are done with tops, start over with bottoms.

Depending on how much stuff you have, you can make more categories.

For me, I had:

But maybe you want to do

tops, jackets, dresses, jeans, pants, skirts,

you get the idea.

The third step is to discard what you don't want,

so with your discard pile,

make how many piles you think you need.

Personally, I had ''donate'' pile, a ''I wanna sell'' pile and just a ''trash'' pile.

But please don't throw away any clothes in the thrash,

even if there's holes in them

or they are just to worn out to donate, there's always a way to recycle them.

I really suggest you check in you area if there's any textile recyling program.

Check with your local H&M, cause I think they still have their recycling program as well,

so check that out.

That is.. a lot of stuff.

I'm kind of ashamed right now, this is ridiculous.

I'm just kind of mad at my past self.

This is so much money, this is like half of a plane ticket or something?

This is so much stuff!

Like..oops!

I ripped my bag open, but this is all shoes.

Who needs that many pair of shoes??

No one needs that many pair of shoes.

The fourth and final step is to organize, but I want to keep this video kind of short,

ADMINISTRATION AND SO, IT IS BASICALLY HIS DESPERATE

ATTEMPT TO SAVE SOMETHING THAT DONALD TRUMP HAS BEEN

VERY VOCAL AGAINST.

BARACK OBAMA HAS HEATED CALLS TO HELP SECURE THE

FUTURE OF THE HISTORIC PARIS AGREEMENT BY TRANSFERRING A

SECOND $500 MILLION INSTALLMENTS OF THE GREEN

CLIMATE FUND JUST THREE DAYS BEFORE HE LEAVES OFFICE

START IF YOU ARTIE DID THE MATH, COOL, IF YOU DIDN'T,

UNDERSTAND THAT THE US HAD COMMITTED TO $3 BILLION AND

SO FAR, WE HAVE ONLY DONE 1 BILLION OR GIVEN 1 BILLION.

INCLUDING THIS LAST INSTALLMENT.

EXACTLY.

IS DONALD TRUMP GOING TO CONTINUE WITH THE PAYMENTS?

PROBABLY NOT.

IT IS A CLASSIC OBAMA MOVE AND IT HAS ITS UPS AND ITS

DOWNS.

IF HE HAD DONE THE WHOLE 2 1/2 BILLION THAT WE GO,

KNOWING THAT TRUMP WELL AND HE HAS PROMISED NOT TO, HE

WOULD'VE GOTTEN CRITICISM AND THEY WOULD'VE SAID LOOK

AT THAT, HE GAVE AWAY TWO AND HALF BILLION DOLLARS ON

HIS WAY OUT.

THEY DID THIS TO BILL CLINTON.

THEY NITPICK EVERYTHING HE DID IN HIS LAST COUPLE OF WEEKS.

SOME RIGHT BELIEF SO.

HE PARDONED A GUY WHO IS A DONOR AND GAVE MONEY WHO DID CRIMES.

THAT IS CALLED FOR BUT WITH OBAMA THEY WOULD'VE BEEN

LIKE GIVING AND A HALF TO HAVE BILLION TO

INTERNATIONAL INTERESTS.

YOU PUT IT ON TRUMP, YOU PUT IT ON TRUMP TO DO THE WRONG

THING, AND YOU COULD MAKE THE ARGUMENT I DID WHAT I

WAS SUPPOSED TO DO AS PRESIDENT.

THE TIME I WAS HERE ASSISTING A 500 MILLION.

WE WERE SUPPOSED TO SPACE IT OUT.

THAT IS ON TRUMP, NOT ON ME.

THOSE ARE OKAY ARGUMENTS AND LEGITIMATE ARGUMENTS, BUT AS

The Starcraft series is praised by a lot of people around the world,

and might be one the best games out there, of this type.

Now, I did some research and found some secrets, that you might find awesome or maybe interesting,

not in the first game of the Starcraft series, but the second, named Starcraft 2.

In all cinematics for Starcraft 2, the Blizzard logo will appear with some static video effect afterwards,

but if you pause in between the static video effect, you will see a picture of most likely,

some of the developers who worked on the Starcraft series.

On the ship named Hyperion, that you're mainly on when you're not doing missions,

is there a place called Cantina, with a lot of hidden secrets.

First one is located at the top left corner of the Cantina, where you can see a holograph,

of a dancing night elf female from the game, World of Warcraft.

Sometimes a commercial will show on the tv screen, with a band named 'Level 800 Elite Tauren Chieftain',

shortened down to the name 'L800ETC'.

When heading over to the corner, where you can play an arcade game,

you can quickly see the name 'The Lost Vikings', which is a reference to the game made by Blizzard named

'The Lost Vikings'.

In the level named Devil's Playground, you can find Diablo from the Diablo series.

Use any fast movement forces to get to the bottom right corner of the map.

When you're at the same position as me, just move your cursor more to the right,

and you will see Diablo standing there.

In the level Zero Hour, where you're needed to hold your base from the Zerg, until back-up is coming,

you can find a Tauren Space Marine standing on a place that you wouldn't normally go.

Get a handful of your own force, and start moving them towards the bridge,

and on the other side where the Zerg force is.

Start killing all the Zerg in their own base, and when you're done,

go further and you will see the Tauren Space Marine besides an outdoor toilet.

When you're getting to close, he will go inside the outdoor toilet,

but if we click multiple times on it, it will start flying as a rocket.

All these secrets and hidden references, is from Starcraft 2: Wings of Liberty,

and not from any of the expansions yet.

scammed now let me make this clear first

not everything is a scam of course but

unfortunately there's a small syndicate

of scammers that are out there preying

on people's greed and desperation and

i'm going to show you exactly what

they're doing and what to look out for

in just a moment but let me add this

first the big-ticket direct sales

industry it truly can be a very powerful

and profitable business endeavor but

unfortunately you can also feel like a

big scam if you end up signing up with

someone whose main objective is to get

your money

so what are the warning signs to look

out for what you need to be aware of

well if a picture is worth a thousand

words then this right here will tell you

a lot now the images you see on your

screen

they represent people who aren't looking

out for you and while that may be

obvious to some it's important to

understand that not only are they not

looking out for you but they're actually

trying to bait you by holding up wads of

cash

you see when people like this are trying

to oversell you with their cash proof

it's because they don't respect your

intelligence

they're looking for the ignorant

impressionable sheep that buy into that

garbage and look I don't mean to offend

anyone who has fallen victim to these

scam artists because I work directly

with quite a few people who

unfortunately had to learn the hard way

but these cash flashers as we like to

call them they have about as much

integrity is that shady street vendor

you know the one with the overcoat

selling counterfeit watches but it goes

deeper than that I mean let's apply some

logic here let's be logical for just a

moment I mean do you know how foolish it

is to send somebody that much cash in

the first place as opposed to a bank or

a cashier's check

i mean i can show you many examples

where the mainstream courier services lose

packages more often than you may think

so the fact that these people have the

audacity to ask you to put your money at

risk by sending cash as opposed to a

bank or

cashiers check that should be the only red

flag you need to realize to where it becomes

obvious what kind of person you're

dealing with but who knows perhaps they

don't want a paper trail

maybe they want to hide their money

under a mattress and who knows but for

whatever the reason may be nobody who's

looking out for you

nobody is going to ask you to send cash

unless they're truly is an underhanded

objective in play so use some common

sense and be aware of that and of course

they'd also have you believe that there

are enough stupid people in the world

that will throw thousands of dollars in

an express envelope and put that money

at risk as opposed to exercising a bit

of common sense and sending a form of

payment that could easily be recovered

if lost so remember this tip when you

see someone flashing large sums of cash

look at me and they're trying to say

this is income proof when they're doing

it excessively especially I mean the

only thing that proves is they're an ego

obsessed show off that likes to appeal

to the naive and weak minded wannabe

entrepreneur the one who's desperate

and that's pretty much in a nutshell

Hello, I am Ólöf, I am from Iceland

I am 49 years old, I live 25 years in Belgium

Ólöf, tell me about your background!

I was born in Iceland, I lived in small village

where I grew up with my brothers

I have two older brothers I am number three

and then I have two other younger

brothers in fact three. I studied Spanish

At the university of iceland and then I

added 1 year to it in Barcelona

at University of Barcelona

Why Spanish? that was because I went for a

year abroad with University and I was living

in Equador for one year and that is way I learned

Spanish

It was was The journey to

the Center of the Earth

check yes!!! and in that book he says that

the entrance to the center of the earth

is in this volcano in Iceland

and the volcano is called Hekla

I think that the only one that you might

know would be the program of Lazytown it

was very popular and that was a program

that they also filmed in English and

sent to all over the world, my children

here they used to look at it!

it was Lazytown... yes, yes!

well my

children watched as "Latibærthe"

that's the Icelandic name and I had

these videos from it

Yes, I have two sons they're both born here (Belgium),

their father is flemish and they speak Nederlands and Icelandic!

The whoo clapping that was

something that they created for this

event and it was new as well!

It was

new in Iceland too... it was amazing

was a

moment of pride

It was a moment of pride, yes... it was

wonderful to see... that everybody was

participating in it!

It was some kind of feeling that... of the

the unknown... people are more

aware of the unknown... more aware that

things can happen in their lifes... that

they have no influence over and I think

that somewhere deep inside people...

not that people are afraid but people...

do ask themselves what will happen i

I think that we all have have that feeling!

That 2017 has many question marks that

we will have to wait to see to get the

answers to

just because of everything that is going

on in the world and everything that is

changing.
