Accessori GoPro Snowboard in Fuori pista, quali scegliere? [SUB ENG] - Duration: 2:26.

Hi guys

welcome in this new video

Today I want to show you some accessories

and some shot that I use in my snowboarding video

especially in freeride

an accessory that can not miss

to those who make freeride and use GoPro

it's pole

I bought the 3- way

because it does not occupy space

it is comfortable, it close and put in your pocket

an accessory that when snowboarding is not use is the adhesive to the helmet

But in freeride I like it

because we can see clearly the movements

to replace those who do not want to wear helmets

it's head strap

that you can put on your hat

and have the same type of camera that with the helmet mount

the pole can be used in two different ways

the first type of video is the GoPro turned toward us

the second one is with the camera facing a subject

this video is impressive in freeride because we can raise fuss of powder

so it is a very interesting shooting

we can also shoot someone that snowboarding

I recommend for this footage to set the superview

because otherwise we risk not to enter the video

Guys the video ends here, I hope you enjoyed it, subscribe, comment and put a like

see you soon, 'Bye

B9Creator - Impressão 3D DLP para Joalheria - Cera Perdida - Duration: 7:42.

How to make jewelry using 3D models and 3D Printers

From the two prototypes made by 3D Criar

Silicone molds are made from the prototype

The resin perfectly withstands the heat required to make the silicone mold

And then we have the first template

Soon after the process of wax we set up a tree of models

The tree is assembled using a hot iron

Which causes the wax to stick on the tree

When we finish the tree it goes into a plaster tube

This is the tree we spoke of before, now already filled with silver

Our viking pendant

Now we go to the process of cleaning and finishing the jewels

This is the raw piece.

What is the importance of 3d printing for the process?

My name is Boris Valdes

and I am the onwer of BORVAL jewerly

we are specialized in men jewerly

I have 30 years of experience in the design and 10 years in jewerly crafting

In that time I learned the processes of welding and how to build a jewel by hand

So 8 years ago I was introduced to the rapid prototyping process

With software that built what we did manually

I saw that they were faster, with higher quality and saw the need to learn the process and the software

At that time we used the milling machine

I used the router until 2010 when I moved to Spain

And then I met the modern 3d printing equipment

It was then that I realized that all the milling equipment was practically outdated

B9Creator is a machine that meets all the needs of a small craftsman

To a jewelry workshop with three working craftsmen

Is a perfect machine that goes from the designer who wants to start up the professional who already has his store

I had all the support of resin testing, to try to cheapen costs

In addition to support for optimizing files for the printer

Are benefits that we often do not find in other suppliers

We did lots of tests because my parts are very detailed

And I am very picky with the quality and definition, it is my brand that counts

So I could not risk on equipment that does not meet my expectations

And for this reason I point out the 3d printer b9creator as the best printer for the jewelry business

With low cost and fast production speed, excellent quality

Besides all the technical assistance

of the 3D Criar team

Which was excellent, I can say that they are not just suppliers

They are also friends.

5 Tips, Tricks and Ideas for Toad Don't Jump Levels in Super Mario Maker. - Duration: 6:25.

Hello you lovely mario maker person, my name is Ceave and welcome back!

Today we are going to take a closer look on the second placing idea in the idea of the

year competition, we are going to take a look on five more designs for stages where it is

forbidden for toad to jump.

So you're ready?

Let's do this!

So here's our first idea.

Toad finds himself on top of a couple of bullet blasters on top of lethal sawblades.

These sawblades can't hurt our small mushroom as long as he decides to follow the physical

rules of treasure tracker.

As soon as he tries to jump through the floor decides to collapse and he is forced to kiss

the sharp-blades.

The mechanism behind this is actually super simple.

As soon as the game starts these shells try to hit the pow-block to their right, but they

are stopped by a thwomp.

This thwomp will only block them for as long as toad doesn't jump, as a jumping toad

makes the thwomp angry and he decides to throw himself down.

So now that toad learned his don't jump lesson, let's see what he's actually supposed

to do here.

Luckily for him this room is super simple to survive as long as he plays by the rules.

All he needs to do is to avoid the koopa and the thwomps and he reaches the exit door.

Now he has to activate the small skeleton roller coaster which is hidden behind this

sawblade and the p-switch on top of the thwomp to the left gets triggered.

Hooray.

In our next idea it's not only forbidden to jump for toad but to gain any vertical

height.

Sadly for him there are tons of obstacles which try to push him into the air if he isn't

careful.

If he hits one of these cannonballs for example everything collapses again.

Here we use buzzy-beetles instead of thwomps to trigger our prevent jumping p-switches.

This is actually a lot more practical than using thwomps as you don't hit the item

limit too soon with this technique.

If toad stays careful and plays the stage again he soon finds himself trapped in the

middle of a dangerous boss fight.

Here he has to wait for the skewer to destroy all blocks so that a pow-block becomes triggered,

while our small mushroom tries to avoid all the lethal fireballs.

For our next don't jump design we use invisible blocks: This variation is is a little bit

less cinematic than a collapsing stage but probably a lot more useful.

The cool thing about invisible blocks is that it's possible to pass through them in many

ways without triggering them.

In this level our small backpacker has to go through hidden blocks by climbing and using

platforms at first.

Once he made it through the moving vine part he faces a small puzzle.

The exit door is just above him, but as toad learned during this video above doesn't

mean reachable, so he needs to find a way to reach it without hitting A. Luckily there

is a small contraption to his right which helps him.

If toad triggers this skeleton platform the platform will travel directly beneath the

exit.

Now he only needs to escape from here without jumping.

Triggering the p-switch allows him to throw a shell down into this little hole which grows

a vine a few seconds later.

Now he is finally able to escape this idea, and to enter the next one.

The next idea is basically a don't jump autoscroller.

Above toad there are two thwomps on tracks hidden.

Once he jumps the thwomps become angry and trigger a lethal p-switch.

So our poor little mushroom is trapped in between these munchar-pillars.

This on it's own wouldn't be too much of a problem if it wasn't for the horrific dogs

which try to eat him.

Toad now has to avoid getting bitten by the chain-chomps while he can't jump.

That's a little bit unfair, mario would just jump over the munchers and run to the

exit, but mario carries no heavy backpack on his shoulder.

So let's take a look on my favorite don't jump idea.

Toad finds himself in a huge room.

There are bullet-blasters to his left which block each other and some small obstacles

to his right.

The ground isn't made out of brick-blocks which makes toad confident that he won't

fall into a bottomless pit soon.

Together with this key he is now able to go through the door at the beginning.

This door teleports him on top of a moving platform.

The platform would have been reachable by a simple jump before but our small backpacker

was too afraid of the consequences of trying it.

Once the platform made it to the left it lifts one of the bullet blasters into the air which

starts to shoot flying bob-ombs.

Toad is now able to escort one of these flying bombs back to the right where they get ignited

by a fire-blade and explode directly on top of the blocks which block the exit.

How convenient!

So toad played the whole level without jumping once, but was there really a lethal mechanic

hidden in this stage as well which would have killed him if he tried to jump?

Or is ceave playing mind games with him as he got conditioned that jumping kills him

but in this room it would have had no consequences?

Should he try to make a last little jump before he leaves the room?

Just to know for sure?

He decides … not to do so.

Thanks for watching I hope you enjoyed this little video, if you enjoyed this little video

don't forget to leave me a thumbs up and maybe you…

no I'm just kidding, let's find out.

So here is what happens if toad jumps.

The munchers get killed.

The pow-blocks drop down and the exit door becomes unreachable for our small mushroom

and he is forced to restart the room.

But the really cool thing about this contraption is that it's able to remember when toad

jumped.

If toad jumped at the beginning of the stage for example nothing would have happened until

he reached this area again, but then the exit would have gotten blocked.

It was a pretty good idea by toad not to play with the fire, before.

The mechanic behind this is actually incredibly simple.

There are buzzy beetles hidden out of sight once again.

If toad jumps they drop down and travel into this little hole.

Once the p-switch at the end becomes triggered they fall down and hit the pow-block.

But if toad never jumped there is no shell in here and the pow-block stays lonely in

his little hole.

So thanks for watching, I hope you enjoyed this little video, if you enjoyed this little

video don't forget to leave me a thumbs up and maybe you feel especially speedrun-challenge

today and want to hit the subscribe as well.

I hope you have a wonderful day and to see you soon, goodbye!

Finns don't smile - First semifinal - Harri Olli vs Susanna Penttilä - Duration: 5:17.

It's time to put the Finnish myth to the test.

Are we Finns really as grumpy as we think?

We have chosen 8 representatives of Finnish expressionlessness

whose blank appearances will be tested under extreme circumstances.

Juron Jäljillä is a kind of a...well...a game

where the rules are simple:

put your best frowny face on, or go home with tail between your legs.

Two sourfaces enter, only one sourface leaves...to battle another day.

Is Finland really the promised land of humourlessness...

...and who is the most Finnish of them all

you will soon find out!

This is JURON JÄLJILLÄ

the challenge of genuine Finnishness!

Today amongst us mortals, is once again, Mr. Harri Olli.

In the previous episode Harri won Linnea, without moving a muscle

and showed us how this game is actually played!

Harri, tell us, what tactic are you using?

I will do ANYTHING to succeed

Well you sure do sound like a winner, are you here to win?

Wel...ummm...I have absolutely no clue about that.

Well we sure do have high hopes for you buddy!

I mean check that completely stoic stare. Is there ANYTHING going on in his head?

He's the BOSS!

In the first semifinal of the Finnish stoic staredown competition

Harri will face the beautiful business-kitty, Susanna Penttilä

Susanna P won Susanna Ingerttilä by by putting on her "funny face"

Susanna, what do you know about your competition?

Harri Olli...well yes, I do remember him from the tabloids...

..is this true? The tabloids say he's one hell of a party-boy!

Right? And she skis flew?

True dat! Who could forget all of his tricks?

I think it's going to be a tough competition. I mean now we're talking about a REAL Finnish man!

...well, actually we're maybe talking about someone who's GOING TO BE a man one day.

So I MIGHT have a real Finnish man as my competition today!

Well, anywho, it looks like we have a REAL Finnish man and a REAL Finnish woman as competitors!

VERY exciting!

And in the true Finnish spirit, they're dressed in bunny costumes and little fishes are going to tickle them.

...just like their forefathers before them.

Are you guys ticklish yet?

Doesn't even being at the mercy of wild beasts make this man show his emotions ?

Harri, HELLOOO??

The man is a robot. His face doesn't even twitch.

Really, I'm laughing as we speak.

Yes...I can see that.

That one there, he was a real manly man!

Uuuu, is there romance in the air? Let's crash their date!

I can keep a straight face REALLY easy.

I'm like the great iron-face!

Dinner tiiiimeeee!

In my opinion, people smile when they're having fun.

True dat! So NOTHING can make you smile?

Yes, I'm smiling.

Oh, my bad, I didn't get it.

Well I was actually quite hungry, but the dining part...it didn't go as planned.

At least I managed to eat a bite or two.

Well we're not here to eat, RIGHT?

It's time to burn the calories.

And we'll see how well the competitors can do yoga in these sumo wrestling -costumes.

This Penttilä went from Minnie Mouse to a heavy duty wrestler!

Downward looking dog...and a flying duck...and whatchamacallit...

Shut the front door...What is that?! Is Harri smiling?

I mean it LOOKS like a smile...or is it a reflex.

Or maybe some sort of a cramp?

I bet Harri put on his cocky winner's smile already!

Well something strange IS going on here.

Is the jedi master of stoicism turning to the soft side?

I thought of changing tactics and I conjured this expression.

Olli takes the competition to the next level!

It surely looks like a smile to us regular people

but the complicated measuring devices and algorithms do not recognise this expression as a smile!

Well I though because the sumo wrestler -costume was way too big and heavy for me

and I was about to faint

I though he should have started laughing by then, because my eyes were rolling around like...

No, no, no, nothing happened!

Even though Susanna was a great challenger, it looks like it is truly impossible to beat Harri!

He is INVINCIBLE!

Susanna, do you think the right person won?

Well of course I was bummed that I didn't win. It made me sad!

C'est la vie sister!

But NOW, there's no time to feel sad because it is time for the SECOND SEMIFINAL!

Maybe we're going to have some fun...

In the next episode we're looking for an opponent worthy of Harri to compete in the FINAL

when thhe wild card of the competition, Asal Bargh will compete against

Finlands sexiest nobody...Susanna Medeiros.

Don't you dare to forget to watch! This is JURON JÄLJILLÄ!

Master Chief Storyline in 3 Minutes | (Animation) Video Games in 3 - Duration: 3:24.

This is the Halo Master Chief chronology

in three minutes,

let's begin. John, AKA Master Chief Sierra

117, was born in the year 2511,

with his mother and father. At age 6,

Dr. Catherine Halsey, a brilliant military

scientist, identifies him as a candidate

for the Spartan program, a military

program to make super soldiers.

John is abducted as part of this program,

and placed under intense training. John

proves extremely capable, doing even

better than the other trainees. At age 14,

John undergoes the extremely dangerous Spartan augmentation process, making him

stronger and faster. Many other trainees

die during augmentation. John's first

military mission is a fight with

insurrectionist rebels. The Covenant, an

alien alliance, makes contact with

humanity. They begin massacring mankind.

John invades the alien warship, delivering

a nuclear warhead to ensure its

eradication, proving the Covenant can be

defeated.

Master Chief continues to fight against

the Covenant as the leader of Blue team.

John leads the fight, defeating the

Covenant and the human rebels alike. In

the summer of 2552, he receives every

medal the UNSC offers, except the

prisoner-of-war medallion. Master Chief

meets Cortana, an artificial

intelligence. They become close friends

and allies. Master Chief is aboard a

human warship when it discovers a Halo

ring installation. They are attacked by

the Covenant and fight to survive. The

humans discover the Halo ring has

destructive potential and fight to take

control when they discover the Flood, an

ultra organic parasitic organism that can

consume an entire species.

Master Chief and Cortana blow up the

Halo ring, preventing mass species

eradication. John regroups with his fellow

humans, and aids in the recovery of

humanity's military from the Covenant's

devastating attacks. John then defends against

the massive Covenant invasions. One of

the Covenant ships attempts to retreat,

but John chases after it. They arrive at

another Halo ring installation, and

discover the Covenant are trying to

activate it to fulfill the religious beliefs.

John and his fellow human soldiers fight

and kill a Covenant leader known as the

Prophet of Regret. The flood Overmind

captures John, and puts him in an ideal

position to stop the Covenant from

proceeding. The Covenant leader, the

Prophet of Truth, attempts to escape, but

John chases him all the way back to the

fight on Earth.

John nearly succeeds, but fails and

retreats back to Earth. John and the UNSC

follow a Covenant armada through a portal,

finding another Halo installation known

as the Ark. John fights through Covenant

forces, and stops Truth from firing all

the Halo rings. John and Cortana activate a

partially finished Halo ring, which

destroys

the Flood and a $#!t ton of ancient

technology. In John's attempted escape,

he's left stranded in space in cryo sleep for

five years.

John approaches the ancient shield world

called Requiem. Cortana wakes John and

the two land on the planet. Cortana

demonstrates symptoms of Rampancy, and

John races to try to prevent her

deterioration. John attempts to contact

the UNSC Infinity, but instead he

releases an ancient form of alien called

the Forerunner, this time being called the

Didact. The Didact tries to use a device

called the Composer to enslave the human

race. John regroups with the UNSC

Infinity and stops the Didact, but at the

cost of Cortana's life. The Didact

survives and continues his attempts to

agonize humanity. John regroups with

Spartan Blue team and contains the Didact

in a Composer. Cortana mysteriously

reappears and wants to take control and

responsibility over all life. John goes

freaking AWOL to find her.

The UNSC dispatches Spartan Team Osiris

to hunt him down. Cortana reveals a plan to force peace

over all sentient life at the cost of free

will.

John and Osiris fail to stop Cortana.

And that was the Master Chief chronology

in three minutes.

Well that ended on a downer, but, if you

like this one make sure you check out

our video called Halo in 3, which covered

the broader Halo story in the Halo

universe.

Trump's EPA Pick "Hasn't Looked At" The Dangers Of Lead In Water - Duration: 5:17.

During his confirmation hearings this week, Donald Trump's pick to head the Environmental

Protection Agency, Scott Pruitt, told Senator Ben Cardin that, "Hey, look, I really don't

know about the research that shows that lead is dangerous.

I have not looked into that research."

Now, in his defense, Pruitt did say that he doesn't think anybody should be exposed to

lead.

Okay, good enough, I guess, but here's the thing ... Mr. Pruitt, you want to head the

EPA.

As part of the EPA, you will have to regulate ... I know you Republicans hate to do that,

but you're going to have to ... drinking water.

You're going to have to make sure that you regulate and prevent chemical and heavy metal

contaminants from entering drinking water that gets consumed by the American population.

That's part of your job.

The Supreme Court has said that that's part of your job.

The Supreme Court has also said it's part of your job to enforce the Clean Air Act and

make sure we're not breathing dirty air.

Yeah, you may think that you know that lead is bad, and it is.

You may say that no level of lead is safe for anyone, which is true.

Both independent research, government research, and the EPA, have said that there is no safe

level of lead for Americans in the United States, especially children, but the fact

that you haven't looked into the science on it, is very concerning.

You have to know these things.

You can't just say lead is bad.

You have to know why lead is bad.

It's bad because it screws with brain development and ruins a person's life, essentially.

We have 26,000 children in Flint, Michigan right now who are suffering from the effects

of the lead contaminated water in that city.

26,000 in just one city.

Think about this ... Reports from December showed that there are over 3,000 locations

in the United States where the levels of lead contamination are actually higher than those

in Flint, Michigan.

The only reason we know that there's 26,000 lead contaminated children in the City of

Flint, Michigan, is because people started to study to study it, and test the blood levels

of these kids, once we found out about the problem.

We do not have the money as a country to go around to these other 3,000 locations with

higher levels of lead than Flint, and test all those children, and find out how many

kids we've screwed up because we can't afford to replace water pipes.

I take that back.

We choose to not afford to be able to test these kids.

We choose to not be able to afford to replace water pipes.

Do you know why?

Because, Republicans, like you Mr. Pruitt, decided that it was a better idea to give

tax breaks to the millionaires and billionaires instead of protecting the people of this country.

Do you think anyone, other than the Walton family that owns Walmart, cares more about

the Walton's getting a tax break than they do about drinking clean water?

They don't.

Do you think there's anyone in this country who cares that it's more important for Donald

Trump to get a tax break than to test our children for lead poisoning because we know

that they've been exposed?

That's how this country works right now and it's disgusting.

We are so concerned with giving more money to rich people than we are about making sure

that we're not ruining children's lives because they don't have clean water.

Think about that.

Clean water is less of a priority in the United States than giving 400 families a tax break,

than giving the top 1%, 5% a tax break.

Buying military jets that we don't need is more important than replacing water pipes

to make sure we don't poison 300,000 people in one city.

That's what Mr. Pruitt needs to understand.

That's what he should have been asked during those confirmation hearings.

I know he doesn't have any bearing on tax policy, but we need to know what he thinks

about that if he wants to head the EPA.

Because, the EPA is only as powerful as Congress lets them be.

If Congress does not give them any money because we've given all the money to millionaires

and billionaires, then it doesn't matter what Scott Pruitt thinks about lead poisoning.

Because, he won't have the money to do a single thing about it.

Late Night Snack - Hollywood Horror Stories: Tig Notaro - Duration: 2:07.

Notaro: I'm Tig Notaro, and my dreadful tale began

when I was a production assistant on a cable TV pilot

where a notable Hollywood actor

treated me like absolute dirt.

Now, a production assistant can be asked

to do the oddest of odd jobs.

So, on this particular day,

this actor is in a motion-capture suit,

and he complains the power cable

dangling from the suit's helmet

is cumbersome and yanking him back.

So, I'm told to hold the cable

so he won't feel any tension,

meaning I'll be jumping around behind him

like a little elf as I guess

if he's going to go left or right or jump.

And whenever he'd feel even the tiniest tug,

he'd go nuts and berate me in front of everyone.

It was awful and left me burnt out.

And, as the years passed, my career and success grow,

and I get word from my reps that my old nemesis

is apparently a huge fan now

and is asking to come backstage to meet me.

But, while he might not recall our past, I do.

So I have my reps politely decline his offer.

But he keeps reaching out,

so I decide to write him an e-mail.

In it, I reveal I was the elf he humiliated on that pilot.

But I talk it over with a friend

and she tells me not to send it

until she approves it.

Fast forward to a few weeks later,

and that friend and I get invited to a dinner party

at another famous actor's house.

It's an intimate gathering

with one empty seat across from me.

The last guest shows, and I can't believe it.

It's him, and to make things weirder,

he proceeds to completely ignore me.

So dinner ends with me feeling invisible to him.

But, as he goes to leave,

he finally turns to me

and out of nowhere, says,

"Good night, Tig."

Hardly the closure I'd dreamed of.

But, hey, in Hollywood,

you never know if your story's got a green light

for a sequel waiting on the horizon.

Hey, everyone.

Bri here again with another one of my Pinterest videos.

Well, Super Bowl Sunday's coming up,

and if you're like us here at the Von Essen home,

you're gonna be flopping on the couch with friends,

just cheering on your favorite ball team.

Now, people say they just want nachos and chili,

but I know better.

For me, nothing says football like bouillabaisse.

It's just as easy as chili.

First, you got to start with homemade fish stock.

So, you just need a pound

mixed bones and heads of white-flesh fish,

gills removed, bones and heads rinsed well.

Man: What's that smell?

Then, throw in some white wine, butter, parsley, and onion

and simmer for 25 minutes.

You can make that ahead of time.

Just make sure to pick out the heads.

It stinks in here!

On game day, just throw that in

with 3 pounds of white-fish fillets,

cut into 2-inch pieces.

Add some shrimp, clams -- scrubbed --

mussels -- scrubbed with any beards removed --

and the key ingredient

for bouillabaisse is saffron threads.

Just pop it all in a pot and simmer.

Done and done.

And with a warm round of crusty seeded sourdough,

you'll be getting more cheers than the home team.

So, pin it! [ Laughs ]

Now, everyone loves chicken wings, right?

You'll really wow the crowd

with my buffalo wing stadium extravaganza.

Now, check this out.

I made this stadium out of a hat box,

with some contact paper

and a...load of toothpicks.

I like to place each perfectly crisp wing

into its own seat in the stadium

that I've crafted for this big event.

And I used bleu cheese to draw the yard lines.

Now, don't forget, when serving,

the napkins have to be in the colors of your team!

But perfection takes time.

You may find your guests becoming irritable.

If they persist, and believe me,

they can be persistent and cranky,

well, you just tell those hungry Neanderthals

to keep it in their pants!

For dessert, I don't know.

Um, I didn't really think about dessert.

So, um, how about a potato?

Crowd goes wild!

Go, team!

Come on! The game's almost over!

Andy Imlay - "You Didn't Sound Handicap over the Phone" - Duration: 6:24.

[Instrumental music]

I was born with cerebral palsy and

diagnosed at 18 months,

that was back in 1978.

Spent the first four months of my life

in an incubator at Kosair in

Louisville, had a 40% chance of

making it and here I am.

My mom was, if you've ever seen the movie

"Forrest Gump", my mom was kind of, my mom

was kind of like Forrest's mom, you know. She

wanted me to have the same opportunities

that everybody else was going to have,

and just because I was born a little

different didn't mean that I didn't

deserve the same opportunities. So I was

mainstreamed into school in the first

grade, went all the way from the 1st

grade through 12th grade no special ed

classes, you know. They would pull me

out on occasion to do PT and OT therapy

that kind of thing on a weekly basis;

taught me how to, basically one of the

therapist would pull me out and got me

hooked on video games because that

helped my hand-eye coordination, so. And

then the other therapists got me into

playing cards because shuffling cards

helped with your hand-eye coordination.

So video games and gambling, who knew that those

two things would really, you know, benefit

me, so yeah. And graduated with a, with a,

you know, regular diploma just like

everybody else in my class. It's a big

accomplishment anytime anybody graduates

from any kind of school, but to have a

disability on top of that. I mean it's

just, you know, it's one of those big

things, you know. It's like when I first

got mainstreamed in school, they awe this

is, you know, this was I mean in the

'80s you didn't hear of this stuff. So it was

all in the paper, you know, and in 1988

that, you know, all this was kind of, you

know, still still in the forefront; they

were like all Easter Seals, which is down

in Evansville that provides therapy

services they're like we need to pull

this guy because we need him to be our

child representative. So I was child rep

for them back in '88, got to

meet Don Mattingly and got my picture

taken with him.

And the telethon back then was 37 hours

long and, you know, I was on TV for a long

time, you know. So, you know, and I still

get services from them to this day.

I've been living independently since 2006

in Evansville. I'm currently living with

my fiancé; we're getting married next

year. She is she's able body, and she's a

she's a drug dealer.

I'm kidding, she's a, she's a pharmacy

tech. So I love pulling that joke on people,

they're like what? I'm like no she, she actually she

when I first met her she, was a CNA so

that, you know, that helped out because

she kinda already knew the ins and outs

and stuff, you know. And, you know, we joke

around about that a lot, but then she

decided well, you know, that's, that's

tough work, you know. If you know what

those people do day in and day out, it's

tough work, you know. So she's like I want

out of there so she decided to do the

cashier thing at Walmart for a little bit. And

then the pharmacy tech job opened up, and

she was like well I want to know more

about the medications that you take and

what it does.

I went to a comedy club

back in 2005 when they started the Funny

Bone back in Evansville and was able to

see a comedian by the name of Chris Fonseca if you know who that is.

He has cerebral palsy, and he's been in

the comedy scene for probably 30 years.

He's performed on David Letterman. He's

been on some big shows and so, you know.

I kind of thought about it and didn't

really do anything with it, then years

later Josh Blue, if you ever heard of him, he

also has cerebral palsy won Last Comic

Standing I believe 2005-2006, you know.

Saw him, met with him, got my picture

taken. And then my friend is like, "Hey I got

these free tickets to this comedy club

in town you need to go check it out." So I

went and checked it out. I had an open mic so

I thought yeah I'll get up there and

I'll do some stuff. And you know, if it's

good, it's good. If it's not, it's not. You

know the old adage, if you don't try, you

don't know kind of thing. So I got up

there and started doing some stuff and

noticed that I was pretty quick on my

feet. I guess you would say mentally not physically of course, but

mentally, as you know, quick on my feet.

And I was kind of good at it. So a friend

of mine, actually he wasn't a friend of

mine at the time, but saw me, you know,

doing the stuff. And he had a start up

comedy business so he's been booking me

on shows and stuff like that. So anytime,

anytime there's a new venue that we've

got that we're really wanting to promote and

get, he throws me in there to MC the show

to kind of test the waters. To see okay

what kind of crowd do we have here. And

we've actually been able to book regular

shows at Legends Bar and Grill in French

Lick. So I basically perform all around

southern Indiana. I've been to Bloomington.

I've done some stuff in Fort Wayne.

Just because I have a disability doesn't mean

I can't be funny, you know. And the

preconceived notions that people have

about disabilities,

those are hilarious. They really are and

people need to realize that what they

say no matter how stupid it might be

it's hilarious to me. And if you say it to

me, guess what? I might use it on stage so

be careful. Kid you not, this happened to me

at the place I work at. Guy comes in and

said, "Wow, you didn't sound handicap over the phone."

I mean, you know, who says that to somebody?

So my response was, "Wow, you didn't sound

short either. You trying out for the new

'Hobbit' movie? You know, he's like five foot

tall. And you know what? He thought it was

so funny, he's bought thousands of

dollars of equipment from us since then.

So I found out the tricks of the trade.

If you can make them laugh, they're going

to open their wallet and they're going to spend money

with you because, you know, if you can get

them to like you, they'll trust you. Which

means if they trust you, they'll believe

in your product and they'll buy from you.

Robots Can Now Sense Your Emotions Via Radio Waves - Duration: 3:31.

Scientists have invented a machine that can detect emotions even if someone's expression

doesn't change.

Can you read what I'm feeling?

Hey everyone, Amy here for DNews.

Part of what makes us human is that we experience emotions.

But it's still really hard to know what other people are feeling, especially when

they're trying to hide it.

So, what if machines could read and interpret people's emotions for us?

Well, scientists at MIT have thought of that, and have developed a device that can detect

how you're feeling without even looking at your face.

See, we display emotions not just through facial expressions and body language, but

with our entire physiology, things like our heart rate, breathing, blood pressure, and

sweat.

These are the exact changes that lie detectors look for when you're hooked up to a polygraph.

But polygraphs require being physically plugged in, which is an awfully cumbersome way to

get a read on someone's mental state.

That's where MIT's device, dubbed "EQ-Radio", comes in.

It works by bouncing radio waves off a person and analyzing how those waves are affected

by the rising and falling of their chest or the vibrations of the pulse under their skin.

With this information, it can measure the time between heartbeats and breaths, and notice

when they're speeding up or slowing down.

The device then uses an algorithm to determine how the data matches up with different emotional

states.

Researchers trained to recognize the emotions of joy, pleasure, sadness and anger in 12

subjects, and it was able to identify these emotions correctly 87% of the time.

And when it was shown a new subject, it could guess how they were feeling more than 73%

of the time.

The scientists think this technology could be used for things like market research, like

telling a production company what you're feeling when you watch their movie.

It could also help monitor people's emotional states for medical reasons, such as observing

people with depression.

But let's not forget about facial expressions, because the technology for reading faces is

also getting better.

5 years ago, Google's algorithms could pick out faces less than 16% of the time, which

isn't very impressive.

Now software is so good at seeing and identifying faces, apps on your phone can automatically

swap them.

Computers can measure the details of your face remarkably well, and by analyzing the

relationship of certain points on your face, they can guess how you feel with surprising

accuracy.

According to a 2014 study published in the Proceedings of the National Academy of Sciences,

researchers at The Ohio State University created a program that could identify not just the

six basic emotions of happiness, sadness, fear, anger, surprise, and disgust, but a

total of 21 complex emotions, things like "happy surprise" or "angry fear".

They took 5,000 photographs of 230 volunteers reacting to different scenarios.

After pinpointing a variety of facial muscles that are used to express emotion, the software

was able to identify basic emotions 97% of the time and complex emotions almost 77% of

the time.

This could help us diagnose and understand people with autism, who have trouble expressing

emotions, or people with post-traumatic stress disorder, and it may even allow us to learn

what's happening in their brains when they feel complex emotions.

So, computers that know how you feel might just improve medical science, even if it is

a little creepy.

Oh no, now they know I'm uncomfortable and it's just making me more uncomfortable...

These algorithms that read your emotions wouldn't be possible without machine learning, the

first step towards Artificial Intelligence.

To learn why you shouldn't panic about HAL 9000 just yet, check out Trace's video on

AI here.

Do you see emotion recognition as a useful tool or does it give you the heebee jeebees?

PVC Plastic Glue and Repair | 1-2-Fixed with Tech-Bond - Duration: 8:40.

Welcome to Tech-Bond molecular bonding

system's 1-2-Fixed video on how to bond or

repair PVC. Current wisdom is that PVC

can't be glued, except with PVC glue.

Current wisdom is that PVC can't be

repaired. In both cases, that is

absolutely incorrect. PVC pipes and

fittings can be repaired with strength,

quickly, easily, and cost-effectively. To

achieve this, you will need the Tech-Bond

molecular bonding system's basic kit. The

basic kit consists of our structural

adhesive SI blue, our activator

accelerator, and our filler. In addition

to these chemicals, there is an

additional critical step in the process

that will substantially increase the

strength of the repaired PVC. PVC issues

are a real problem, not for the cost, PVC

is cheap, but plumbers are not. Here are

the steps first about joint repair with

these two pieces of PVC. Ruff the ends with

coarse sandpaper. Next, spray one edge

with the activator accelerator

and let that dry. It is critical to let

the activator accelerator dry completely.

Now, the step that substantially

increases the strength of the repair,

heat. Take either a blow dryer or heat

gun and heat each edge for 30 seconds.

PVC begins to soften between 110 and 130 degrees.

Softened PVC bonds easier and with

greater strength and durability. Now

apply SI blue to the opposite edge that

we applied our activator accelerator to

and you can use the nozzle as a brush.

Align the two pieces and press firmly

for 20 seconds.

Ok, now we can take our heat and aim it

at the seams for another 30 seconds.

As you can see, I cannot pull or twist

the two pieces off. Now let's assume that

this joint is leaking. Importantly,

repairs cannot be done with an ongoing

leaks in the PVC. Make sure water

pressure is turned off,

drain the pipe, and dry the seam. With

this repair heat is not needed. To repair

the leak, rough the PVC with coarse sandpaper.

Now apply the SI blue to the seam again

using the nozzle as a brush. Spray with

the activator accelerator, remembering

again to let this completely dry. Once

the activator accelerator is dry you can

repeat the two steps.

Add the SI blue and spray again with the

activator accelerator. This repair will

not leak. Now let's look at repairing the

gap, also an easy repair. Here are the

steps, again

no heat is needed. We will apply SI blue

on the inside edges.

Now take our filter and apply it to the

adhesive. There's an accelerator built

into the filler which will cause the

filler to set in seconds. Wipe away

the excess and repeat until the gas been

filled.

So, another layer of the adhesive, and more

filler.

Again, brushing away the excess. let's do it

one more time.

Another layer of the adhesive and then

more of the filler.

And now you have a gap that is filled

and will no longer leak. Be sure to check

out our 1-2-Fixed video library on how to

repair other broken items around the

home, shop, factory, or office.

Yes, the repair will be that easy.

You may be asking yourself: how does it

work so easily and why does it works the well?

The short answer: chemistry. When used

properly, our activator accelerator

actually intensifies the chemical

reaction that occurs when used with one of

our SI structural adhesives. That

stronger chemical reaction means a

stronger bond, a more durable bond,

a bond they easily executed, and an all

around better repair. In addition to the

1-2-Fixed instructional videos on how

to complete your repairs,

you can also find a step-by-step

instruction guide that coincides with each

video. We understand that you may still

be skeptical, hence our guarantees. You can purchase

individual pricing. Just visit the
