face apart from large amounts of sugar

wine sometimes contains pesticides and

sulfides causing an alcohol to dehydrate

you your body loses water your liver is

overloaded and your digestion may fail

the next day so your skin will look

wrinkly red and hanging in the long run

alcohol abuse may disrupt the work of

bowel bacteria and cause various

diseases what to do give up alcohol for

at least three weeks this is ample time

for your skin to recover and then apply

the rule of 80/20 this means you allow

yourself a glass or two in 20% of cases

while refusing and the other 80% to milk

space milk added to your coffee or

another bowl of ice creams may seriously

affect your facial skin color even if

Naval Cadets Ep 2 | Nathaniel Lipinski: 'I always wanted to spend my time out here' - Duration: 2:07.

Naval Cadet Lapinski: When I came out to British Columbia

and travelled on the ferries, and saw the Ocean,

I always, always wanted to spend my time out here.

I'm Naval Cadet Nathaniel Lapinski.

I went downtown to our Canada Place, and the recruiters there,

they immediately told me to join the Naval Reserve.

Well right now, this is the end.

This is the culmination of our course that they call "MARS 3".

MARS stands for: Maritime Surface and Sub-Surface Officer.

Our position is basically standing on the bridge,

working with all the equipment driving the ship.

What we're doing today is maneuvers,

and that's working with a bunch of other ships,

basically driving around them.

We call them tactical maneuvers because

they're usually used in a combatant scenario.

Doing the mathematics in my head, and adding everything up

so that you can give a proper report to the Captain,

it's probably one of the more complex things, I find.

Lieutenant (N) David Noble: It's always more fun to be on this side

of the clipboard.

It's a lot of fun for me to actually mentor the students

and get them to the level that we expect from them.

Naval Cadet Claurence Diaz: Ah, going into it

I've never really been worried about the maneuvers,

it was more so being at sea, getting back to the ship's routine.

I have a lot of trust in my team.

There's a saying that I always think of:

"If you want to go fast, go alone.

If you want to go far, go together."

Naval Cadet Lapinski: It was a very high stress examination,

but in the end when you come out successful,

you're very, very pleased. Which I am.

Naval Cadet Claurence Diaz: I joined on a whim.

Honestly, I didn't even know

I was joining as an officer, and here I am.

Naval Cadet Lapinski: Oh man, these…

it's like working with my family right now.

I've known these people for…some of them, coming on two years now.

Just coming from a small town in Edmonton, around Edmonton, Alberta,

I find just taking that leap of faith to join the Navy;

to pursue that adventure, was an excellent, excellent decision,

and I haven't regretted it; I haven't looked back once.

Trusting My Life to a 3D Printed Part! 😮😮😮 - Duration: 10:02.

hey guys in the last video I mentioned

we're getting a new 3d printing

sponsorship

well that 3d printer has come in the

mail and we're ready to unbox it!

like i said this is the only 3d printer that

can actually print continuous fiber

carbon fiber, fiberglass, and kevlar which

makes the print super strong and almost

equivalent to aluminum the material

comes in these gold ziplock bags and

this is just the fiber and we have

carbon fiber fiberglass and kevlar and

they all have slightly different

properties depending on what you're

trying to build now the material is a

really high quality nylon which consumer

3d printers nylon is one of the best

materials you can use for 3d printing

and this steps it up another notch so

one of the biggest issues with nylon is

it absorbed humidity which means if you

just leave it out in open air it will

actually suck water in which then

destroys your print quality when you try

and use it so this printer actually

comes with this pressurized watertight

Pelican case which you actually put the

roll inside and it comes out this to

keep all your material nice and safe and

community free

it would be a lot easier if you guys

were just entering watching you as one

sexy-looking 3d printer

alright so we just finished our first

print off of the mark 2 by mark forged

basically just a really simple wrench

for our lathe so let's go see if it

works alright so as you can see the

print quality is awesome you can barely

see the layers and it's super strong

because the the fiber in the middle

alright so this is a very basic part but

basically it was our first test print

from the machine so we didn't want to do

anything too complex alright so we've

had the mark 2 for about a month now and

we've actually started utilizing it for

some of our projects including printing

the gears for Riley's over powered

electric long board which we're going to

be doing a dedicated video on very soon

hot sonic we also managed to print one

of the most crucial parts for the Batman

grappling-hook winch and that allowed us

to do some pretty extreme tests what

you're going to see in the final video

that I'm coming out very soon

so now that we're pretty familiar with

how the printer works we want to do a

strength comparison test how much better

is the mark - compared to a normal

consumer 3d printer and to do that we're

actually revisiting our oldest Batman

project look familiar

we originally designed the fat man or

filing hook to be made of steel and

allowed us to rappel down some pipes and

then release the hook I even trust in my

life to it by hanging upside down and

pulling as hard as I could sure but the

real question is could we have used 3d

printing to do this project let's find

out all right to start we treaty printed

the rappelling hook using polycarbonate

filament which is widely regarded as one

of the strongest materials you can use

for consumer 3d printer now the question

is will this be strong enough to hold my

weight all right I do not have a good

feeling about this let's put some safety

glasses on already it's twisting

twisting

oh yeah it's kind of holding it don't

want to it's going to come right down at

me yeah I figured a better way of doing

this there you go

so you can't print this using a regular

3d printer but let's see what we can do

with the marker - as you can see the

limb of the bat arm just snapped right

off now this is definitely something

that the mark forged can help with

because with continuous fiber we'd

actually have reinforcements all the way

along the outlines which would likely

prevent this kind of a failure

all right let's utilize the Eiger

software that comes to the market Forge

to reinforce our part with carbon fiber

as you can see we're putting 20 layers

around the perimeter of the part to

really strengthen it up alright so there

we go we have a nylon Batman repelling

hook with carbon fiber reinforcement

around the perimeter of the park

so hopefully just be able to hold my

weight let's see alright let's give this

a shot

whoo a little bit nervous I think it's

going to hold compared to the other one

yeah this leg strap on

safety glasses this thing don't want to

spin

I bet there's quite the difference all

right take two whoo

not breaking its twisting a lot but that

carbon-fiber is holding strong and your

close-up of that so as you can see the

part is still twisting in the one AXI

and that's because the carbon fiber

reinforcement is only along the layers

unfortunately it's impossible to have

the reinforcement go the other way

because otherwise it wouldn't even twist

but as long as you design your parts

with layers in mind which you do for 3d

printing anyways you can have a very

strong structural part that you actually

use for things that you'd normally need

metal for plus if you attach to a bar

where it can engage fully it's even

stronger

how many can he do

how's it feel as you saw the normal 3d

print part using polycarbonate which is

supposed to be one of the strongest

filaments consumer 3d printer can use

still wasn't strong enough the carbon

fiber reinforced nylon part though from

the mark 2 was actually strong enough to

support my weight but I wasn't exactly

pulling off the feeling I had it the

original prototype made out of metal

that being said this printer is going to

allow us to make some really awesome

things that we normally couldn't do with

3d printing so I'm super excited to see

what were able to make with this 3d

printer if you guys want more

information about it don't forget to

check out their website it will link in

the description below thanks for

WOLFORD DRAMA & LEBANESE KITCHEN - VLOG #1 - Duration: 10:47.

Hi everyone, welcome in my first vlog

I am going to Amsterdam with my little brother Adam

We are on our way to the train station

Long live public transport otherwise this girl wouldn't see the world

I am with Adam in the Bijenkorf

We went to Wolford as well

He is checking for some shirts for in the summer

No, I don't really like it (lol)

We are in Zaandam right now

We are going to eat

After that we are going to the birthday of my cousin

It is his birthday ( happy birthday Chadi)

We are going to eat at Eazie

Which is so addictive

It is healthy but tommorow I really have to hit the gym again

It is just vegetables, a little

We are now in the Eazie (Wok)

I have noodles with chicken and vegetables

For drinks Fanta and fresh juice

(my brother): we are done with eating right now

We are now going back

After that we are going to the birthday

We are heading now the station

For the people who don't know yet what happened with Wolford

A while ago I bought a shirt which became really ugly after washing it (as they said how to do that)

Who knows the brand knows that it is not really cheap so I was so confused??

I went back and I made a complaint about it

On 20 March, today it is 30 April (1,5 month???)

I also bought the fatal dress on 20 March, which also became so weird after wearing it 2 times

I went back with my complaint

They told me that they have lost my item when I brought it, ( that is the reason why it took so long)

They have sent it to Austria, and there they lost it

So I didn't get anything back

They wanted to give me discount 20% / 50% off

Which is so confusing

When I give my item to you I think it is normal to get it back

That is what happened, tommorow the manager will call me about this

So I am so curious about what she is going to tell me, also about the fact that my shirt is gone/lost

Ok guys, follow me on instagram @adam072_

We are back in Alkmaar, and going to the birthday of my cousin

My brother is so active, (he was dancing at the station)

It is getting cold

This cake is so amazing! Not only does it look nice, it also taste delicious!

We are back home now

It is late,

I am going to bed

I am going to sleep

I am so curious about what the manager is going to tell me tommorow

Goodmorning! It is 7.15

I am going to the gym

I don't really feel like working out but I have to

I am just wearing some comfy clothes

Today it is arms and leg day

I am so tired

Mo is only doing arms

I am sooo tired

I am now on my way to Amsterdam

I am going first to the Bijenkorf

To Wolford because of the shirt - and after that I am going to eat with Mariam (which is my bestfriend)

So annoying to talk while you have gum

I bought a latte machiatto which is my favorite coffee

it is so bad, I always get one when I have to travel

Primark nails are so gorgeous!

They are so beautiful and also very easy to remove

I am with Mariam

We are going to eat in Cedars Amsterdam

It is the Lebanese kitchen and as you guys know I am Lebanese too

I am going to show you guys the Lebanese kitchen

We are now in Cedars and it is incredibly beautiful here

Also the weather is gorgeous

I am going to update you guys about Wolford

I went to the Bijenkorf

She was very kind to me

I wasn't really surprised about it

She knew that I knew that they lost my shirt

I didn't really said anything about it anymore because I got a new shirt and my money back from the fatal dress so I didn't really have a problem with it anymore

I liked the way she made a solution for me which I am thankful for

The only thing which I didn't like was the fact that at the beginning she didn't really took me serious

I don't really think it was my fault what happened but never mind with that

I got a new shirt (happy!)

I don't really know what to do with it since it is getting so ugly after wearing it or washing it

But I really hope that this shirt is much better than the other one

I am just going to chill with Mariam right now

She went to the toilet now

So I was like why not taking the opportunity to film this for you guys

It is so good right here!

Try this out for sure!

It is so beautiful, the people are so amazing. They welcomed us so friendly

This is my first time here

I am curious about the food ofcourse

My sister told me that the food is good

Music is also very good

I talk too much....... (hahaha)

I am waiting for Mariam, miss her!

Hope she is soon back

She is not back yet but there was some served

This is mtabbal (after that we found out that it was chicken LOL), after that louba bl zet, hummus, fatoush, taboule which are salads, Lebanese bread

' Mariam on the background: do you want to dance with me? " LOL love this girl

Mariam has an ice tea and me too

Mariam do you like the food?

Mariam: hmmmmmm

i really love you I swear

First round is over

I am almost full

Fatoush is really the fav

The weather is still so beautiful, got a little bit colder

Round 2 is kebab, chicken, spareribs

The garlic sauce is a little bit different than the others, it is more creamy (SO DELICIOUS)

This is dessert which is baklava, fruit and cake

This is typical Lebanese baklava, I don't really see this at other cultures

Melhem Zein on the background <3

I am almost home and also at the end of my vlog!

I really hope that you liked this, give it a thumbs up, please subscribe on my channel for more and leave a comment

See you next time! BYE!

Right Before Leaving, Obama did Something Sick to 30,000 Americans…This is Really Bad! - Duration: 2:02.

Right Before Leaving, Obama did Something Sick to 30,000 Americans…This is Really

Bad!

Today is a very dark day if you are an American.

A brand new report revealed that Barack Obama did something so horrible, so low, so just

dark that it will keep you up at night.

In 2016 he used the NSA to spy on 30,000 Americans.

The Officer of the Director of National Intelligence said this week that US officials searched

both metadata and the actual contents of communications for the names of more than 30,000 US citizens.

To make it even worse, more than 3,000 of the reports were then circulated among government

departments without the names of the parties being redacted.

Look, folks, I have seen a lot of slimy sh!t in my time, but this here takes the cake.

What Obama did is 100% a violation of the 4th Amendment, and not even the former President

is above the Constitution.

I was hoping he would just slink away into the shadows and disappear, but this is a step

too far.

I think it's about time for Donald Trump and Jeff Sessions to step forward and show

what the Law means to this country.

Share if you think it's about time Obama goes to court.

Can I get an Amen?

Truth Isn't Black and White: 3 Requirements Every Fact Should Meet | Katherine Maher - Duration: 7:09.

Was it Moynihan who said you're entitled to your own opinion but not your own facts?

The thing that Wikipedia focuses on is not truth nor facts, it's reliable verifiable

information.

And what we would say is that as the world's consensus changes about what is reliable verifiable

information the information for us will change too.

So the example I like to use (because it seems a bit difficult to dispute at this point in

time) is helio- versus geocentrism.

If Wikipedia had been around a couple hundred years ago we probably would have had an article

that says that the sun revolves around the Earth because that was what we understood

to be true.

We no longer understand that to be true thanks to advances in science and physics, but if

tomorrow we were to wake up and learn that in fact time being relative really does upend

the way that we think about the world Wikipedia would have to evolve in order to describe

that.

So we're not really in the business of truth or facts, we're in the business of what is

known, and what has been determined through consensus—scientific consensus or otherwise.

And I think that that actually provides some clarity on how to understand what information

you're looking at.

One thing that I think is really unique about Wikipedia is there's only one version for

the whole public.

There's no feed that's curated for you or for me.

We all are looking at the same version of the article.

And I think that's actually a strength, because it forces editors and it forces contributors

to come to some sort of common understanding of what the narrative of a story, what the

narrative of history, what the facts actually are.

And research has been done by the Harvard School of Business just earlier this year

that shows that people who enter into editing Wikipedia with a highly partisan prospective

tend to actually become more neutral if they stick around over time.

So you might enter in to edit the article of a politician's page, and if you are particularly

political or have a perspective on that politician, if you actually learn how Wikipedia works

and continue to edit what it seems is that Wikipedia editors start to take on a more

neutral tone and engage in more neutral ways presenting more facts than opinion.

Now, there's not a lot of places on the Internet that I think make people less partisan or

more oriented around conversation and discussion and inquiry, and so that in and of itself

is sort of a really interesting byproduct of the way Wikipedia works.

So every Wikipedia article is based on sort of these three quart tenants.

The first is neutrality.

Wikipedia articles have to be neutral in the way that they present information.

And what that means generally is that you don't see a lot of adjectives in Wikipedia

articles because adjectives are slippery, they can mean different things to different

people.

They have to be based on reliable sources and reliable sources, so that's the idea that

it's verifiable you can go back to the source that it comes from.

And Wikipedians will use different types of reliable sources depending on what you're

writing about.

If you're writing about current events you're going to use very different sources than if

you're say writing about 18th-century tapestries; Just different types of publications cover

these things.

And the way that Wikipedians think about reliability is not about "source A is good and source

B is bad", instead it's more around "how do those sources think about and engage in

knowledge creation, generation and critique?"

So they look at things like: does the source fact check?

Does the source engage in peer review?

If the source is wrong will it issue a correction?

And that is sort of the approach that Wikipedians take to assess different types of reliable

sources for different areas of knowledge creation.

And then the last is no original research.

So while new knowledge is being created every single day, until it has actually gone through

a process of shaping consensus review it doesn't belong on Wikipedia.

We are not a place to break news, in the sense of new information.

We are a place to provide an overview of what is understood and accepted, and the work has

been done in other forums.

Subjects also have to be notable in the sense that they have to have been written about

by sort of a number of secondary sources, and so notability is not the same thing as

fame.

You may have somebody who is a very obscure ethnobotanist, but if they have really contributed

to their field and are acknowledged as such they will be notable even though the general

public may never have heard about them.

So those are some of the sort of core characteristics of what goes into Wikipedia, what doesn't

go into Wikipedia, and then how an article is built.

And what was fascinating to me was reading what we call with Wikipedia a "talk page."

Every article has a talk page.

One way of thinking about it is it's a newsroom for Wikipedia articles.

It's where editors can contest information, can challenge each other, can propose alternate

phrasing for the article, can highlight things that are missing, and can engage in debate

what goes on the cutting room floor and what makes it into the public article.

Most people never see the talk pages, but they're there, they're public.

You can click on them.

You can read them.

You can learn about the discussions and debates that go into the creation of every article.

It's not just controversial articles, I encourage everyone to look at the talk page for your

hometown; it's very enlightening or entertaining.

So those talk pages are where the conversations happen and you can really start to see things

like the principle of neutrality at work.

You can start to see things like: the way information is created, and why it matters

to be specific.

So in this particular article about the U.S. strike on the Syria, I was looking at the

way they titled it.

And the conversation was: "Is it an airstrike?

Well no, because it didn't come from planes; It was sea to surface, so it's not an airstrike,

it's a strike.

Is it a raid?

No, because there weren't troops on the ground, so we wouldn't call it a raid."

And these are the conversations that Wikipedians have as they hammer out the specifics of almost

every sentence that goes into an article.

Of course, the more contested an article is, the more controversial a subject is, the more

attention each individual sentence gets.

I don't know if the articles about say Pokémon are quite as contested, but then again I don't

know much about Pokémon, so perhaps they are.

OFFCIAL DLC RELEASE DATE MAFIA 3 0:00:30.119,0:00:33.390

new details and actually the release MAFIA 3 STONES UNTURNED OFFICIAL RELEASE DATE

0:00:31.740,0:00:35.250 date because it was confirmed today from

0:00:33.390,0:00:37.380 hangar 13 it Mop you through themselves

0:00:35.250,0:00:40.079 in a video of an inside look video of

0:00:37.380,0:00:42.270 stones unturned the new mafia 3 dlc so

0:00:40.079,0:00:44.070 basically this DLC is about a guy named

0:00:42.270,0:00:46.350 Connor Aldrich who has a mercenary army

0:00:44.070,0:00:48.149 working alongside him and the story is

0:00:46.350,0:00:49.950 he is coming to new Bordeaux the city

0:00:48.149,0:00:51.510 where mafia 3 is based out of and he

0:00:49.950,0:00:53.280 poses the threat to Lincoln and John

0:00:51.510,0:00:55.260 Donovan as they try and take down the

0:00:53.280,0:00:56.370 Italian and Dixie Mafia new Bordeaux at

0:00:55.260,0:00:58.770 the time you've never encountered

0:00:56.370,0:01:00.629 enemies like these before in this game

0:00:58.770,0:01:02.430 apparently Lincoln had some tough times

0:01:00.629,0:01:04.019 in Vietnam during the Vietnam War and

0:01:02.430,0:01:05.339 apparently these enemies are even

0:01:04.019,0:01:06.750 tougher than that so it's going to be a

0:01:05.339,0:01:08.670 first-time experience for all the new

0:01:06.750,0:01:10.470 players here and this calls for heavy

0:01:08.670,0:01:12.510 firepower so there will be new weapons

0:01:10.470,0:01:14.610 added to the game like new RPGs there's

0:01:12.510,0:01:16.170 going to be a new sniper service a new

0:01:14.610,0:01:17.549 sniper and a new sniper service which

0:01:16.170,0:01:19.020 allows you to order the sniper and

0:01:17.549,0:01:19.950 deliver to you in a van I don't know how

0:01:19.020,0:01:21.420 that's going to work but it's probably

0:01:19.950,0:01:23.130 going to be similar to the armor health

0:01:21.420,0:01:24.420 and weapons dealers that are already in

0:01:23.130,0:01:26.759 the main game and there's going to be a

0:01:24.420,0:01:28.110 new 50 caliber turret and turret trucks

0:01:26.759,0:01:30.240 added to the game as well which add a

0:01:28.110,0:01:32.220 visceral experience with lots of action

0:01:30.240,0:01:33.869 and explosions and then this DLC like I

0:01:32.220,0:01:35.850 said you team up with John Donovan in

0:01:33.869,0:01:38.070 new Bordeaux and you also get taken to a

0:01:35.850,0:01:39.960 new location a new island for plenty of

0:01:38.070,0:01:42.030 new storyline hours and hours of

0:01:39.960,0:01:44.520 gameplay you can get the CLC separately

0:01:42.030,0:01:46.259 for $8.99 or for free download as part

0:01:44.520,0:01:49.110 of the season pass and the release date

0:01:46.259,0:01:51.689 for the stone unturned DLC from off e3

0:01:49.110,0:01:53.460 is May 30th so until this game and this

0:01:51.689,0:01:55.290 new DLC drops we have a lot to talk

0:01:53.460,0:01:57.479 about I will break down all these new

0:01:55.290,0:01:59.040 details new features and new content in

0:01:57.479,0:02:00.719 further videos I will probably start

0:01:59.040,0:02:02.130 talking about the new weapons first and

0:02:00.719,0:02:04.170 we'll talk about the story and we'll

0:02:02.130,0:02:05.520 talk about the vehicles and the location

0:02:04.170,0:02:07.439 and just kind of have a discussion of

0:02:05.520,0:02:08.759 all the stuff before the DLC comes out

0:02:07.439,0:02:09.959 and make some new predictions let me

0:02:08.759,0:02:11.700 know down in the comments guys if you

0:02:11.700,0:02:13.319 like and also let me know down the

0:02:13.050,0:02:14.849 common

How To Advertise For AWESOME Tenants | Property Business Basics With Tony Law - Duration: 4:31.

if your landlord and you're looking to

advertise your property yourself how do

you do that effectively to make sure

that you attract only the very best

tenants to contact you that's coming up

after this hi my name is Tony Law from

your first four houses and my channel is all

about helping you achieve financial

freedom through property. If this is your

first time here be sure to subscribe to

the channel and click the bell

notification icon so you don't miss out

on anything. So this is one of six videos

that I've put together for you all of

which is designed to help you find and

keep the very best tenants in your

properties and I've broken it down to

six different videos for you

we've got demand, advertising, viewings,

referencing, retaining, and sadly removing

tenants from the property and so this

one's going to be all about advertising

and I'm going to be assuming here that

you're not actually using a letting

agent so the first big one I've got to

share with you is you've got to put

together beautiful adverts... honestly...

there's no excuse for not having a

beautiful advert out there and as soon as

you've finished watching this video

unless you're going to watch some more

of my videos - I encourage you to go onto

Rightmove go onto Spareroom and check

out what some other people are

advertising out there... it's amazing!

One of the best examples of a really

horrible looking advert - and you'll see

lots of these - is when you've got

somebody that's actually advertising a

room for example and they've got a bare

mattress in the middle of the room on a

bed obviously... what's that all about!

How effort would it really require to

chuck a mattress on put a couple of nice

pillows just make it look a little bit

more attractive? I'd suggest next to no

effort frankly so that's the first thing...

You've got to put together beautiful adverts

next - you can put adverts - if you're not

already aware of this - onto all the big

property portals like Rightmove Zoopla for

example, by using online services like

"UPad", "Open Rent",

"I Am The Agent"... just to name three for

example and I'll put links to all those

in the box below.

It means you can actually - for a very small fee - put

those adverts out there and control

what actually happens with them. Next I'm

going to encourage you to put these

adverts - or at least comments - onto

Social Media

and I'm going to include Gumtree in this

bit if that's okay, because this is

another great way to get your message

out there that you've got rooms

available if it's an HMO for example or

if it's houses or flats it's also just

as valid. It's a great way to get

your message out there

and you if you've got a good social

media following... I'm very fortunate to

have quite a lot of connections in

social media world - if I put an advert

out there I will get a lot of inquiries

coming back in. Next, I'm going to

encourage you to speak to your existing

tenants if it's an HMO and ask them for

references. Give some incentives... beer

cash... both work really really well and

after all don't forget it's them that's

got to actually live with the new

incoming tenant. Keep Details from any

inquiries that you get coming in because

it may well be that you can't actually

help that particular tenant today

because you may be filled the room again

if it's an HMO but maybe six nine twelve

months down the line, when you've got a

gap, if you've kept the details you can

then send out a blanket text to all

those people and I can assure you that

one or two or ten of those will come

back to you! At this point I've got to

make one thing really clear... you must

comply with Data Protection if you're

keeping any information on anybody and I'll

put a link in the box below to that.

it's easy to do

just do it I would suggest.

Last;y... monitor your pricing. I'm finding that

pricing on letting is really changing

quite a lot at the moment especially in

the HMO world and so you want to try to

to be below the average price I would

suggest unless you're doing something

really special with your property and a

really good person to speak to or

connect with here is a guy by the name of

Julian Maurice. I'll put a link in the

box below to him. He's a great example of

somebody that does extraordinary

things with property - makes them look

amazing and as a direct result he's able

to justify a higher price when he's

letting out his properties.

I hope you found that helpful - please be sure to

subscribe as there's a lot more stuff

I'm to be looking forward to

sharing with you on this topic and I've

also got a couple of other videos here that you may find helpful

My name's Tony Law

from Your First Four Houses and I look

forward to seeing you in the next one

Whoopsies & Workout | andthenIfellinlove Daily Diary - Duration: 12:21.

Yes, but it was made with white asparagus, and it wasn't well...

Oh really? - ... made.

You can make it with white ones.

I peeled off the skin wrong, so I got hard pieces.

Oh, really? - With the white one, you have fibers.

That doesn't taste well.

I break them on the softest part.

So the hard bottom goes away.

And the tops taste the best, so we're keeping them.

Look, some are soft still.

Oh yeah. - This one is hard.

Oh, then it's... moist or something.

Now we need to cut.

Yes, you do with this one. The white one you need to cut.

Yes, asparagus on the wall.

Chives.

It smells deliciously.

Smell it.

I think it's going to be delicious.

I believe the chives have to go in here now. Is that right?

Does that have to go in there now?

Yes. - Yes.

Because it said...

Cut the chives. Leave some for garnish.

Beat the eggs.

Add four table spoons of cream.

Four table spoons?

Yes.

What did you do then?

200 ml in there...

That's too much.

What you're making now...

Throw it in there.

This is salt and pepper. - OK, perfect.

It has to go in there, darling, not on my camera.

Are you OK?

This is #$%.

It's pureed a bit? - Yes, but it needs to be more.

How is that possible?

See, it doesn't work with this one.

It must be mixed well.

What a mess here.

Don't laugh.

It looks like a delicious soup.

Yes, indeed. Now it does.

Look above the...!

You're making everything a mess!

Over the edge.

dad

You're cleaning it up.

I'm all covered (in soup).

And eat deliciously!

I am test case.

If you fall off your chair, I won't eat it.

How does it taste?

Taste it.

Good?

Try it.

Very creamy

Yes, delicious.

Oh yes, that's really good!

Dad changed a lot!

Indeed. - He became a cat.

He smells the egg still.

He wants... Give him a piece of the egg.

There are spices in it.

Let's see what he does.

A little piece.

He eats it.

Since when do cats like egg?

You have to give it to him.

Hello everyone.

Hello everyone!

Marlie and I are going to work out.

Oh, I think I zoomed in a lot.

Oh, I did indeed.

Oh well.

Having a nice bike ride.

Did you work out well?

Me too. - Yes.

Worked out well.

Tomorrow I'll be sore. My legs hurt.

Wanda Sykes: Working With Goldie Hawn And Amy Schumer Was 'So Much Fun' | TODAY - Duration: 4:48.

>>> ACTOR AND PRODUCER WANDA SYKES HAS BEEN A COMEDY

POWERHOUSE FOR YEARS EVER SINCE HER WORK ON THE CHRIS ROCK SHOW

IN THE '90s AND EVEN BEFORE THAT.

AND NOW SHE'S STEALING SCENES IN THE NEW MOVIE "SNATCHED" PLAYING

AN AMERICAN TOURIST WITH A SHADY PAST IN ECUADOR WHO GIVES A

STERN WARNING TO SOME FELLOW AMERICAN TRAVELERS.

>> YOU WILL NOT STOP LAUGHING. THEY ARE PLAYED BY GOLDIE HAWN

AND AMY SCHUMER. >> ECUADOR IS A PRETTY PLACE.

NO ARGUING THAT. BUT YOU CAN'T LET YOUR GUARD

CHARACTER'S HYPE MAN BECAUSE BARB SHE WAS IN SPECIAL FORCES,

IN SPECIAL OPS BUT CUT HER TONGUE OUT.

>> THAT MAKES SENSE. >> COULDN'T SHE JUST WRITE IT

DOWN? >> RIGHT, RIGHT.

SO MAYBE SHE SHOULD HAVE THOUGHT THAT OUT.

SO YES, SO WE ARE THE TRAVELERS THERE WITH THEM.

AND GOLDIE AND AMY, THEY GET KIDNAPPED AND WE GO TRY TO SAVE

THEM. >> JOAN CUSACK IS ALMOST

UNRECOGNIZABLE IN THIS MOVIE. BUT I THOUGHT THE TWO OF YOU --

THEY COULD SPIN THE TWO OF YOU OFF INTO YOUR OWN MOVIE.

CHARACTER. AND WE'RE LIKE PROTECTING GOLDIE

AND KATE AND AMY. WHAT ARE WE DOING?

>> IF SOMETHING HAD HAPPENED, WOULD YOU HAVE BEEN ABLE TO TAKE

CARE OF IT? >> YES!

I WOULD HAVE HANDLED IT. >> IS THAT A REAL QUESTION?

WAIT. CAN I ASK YOU ONE THING.

HOW DO YOU PLAY A CHARACTER WITH A SHADY PAST?

THAT WOULD BE A STRETCH FOR YOU, RIGHT?

>> I'M SQUEAKY CLEAN. >> ME, TOO.O.

>> NOTHING WRONG, FOLKS. BUT WE HAD A GOOD TIME.

IT WAS NO PROBLEM PROTECTING THEM BECAUSE, YOU KNOW, IT'S

HAWAII. JUST SHAKE A TIKI TORCH AT THEM

AND THEY TAKE OFF. IT'S FINE, YEAH.

PLAY SOME HULA MUSIC. YOU BREAK UP A FIGHT.

>> YOU AND DON HO. >> EXACTLY.

>> WAS IT COOL TO HAVE GOLDIE BACK.

SHE HAS A STAR. DIDN'T REALIZE SHE DIDN'T HAVE A

STAR ON THE HOLLYWOOD WALK OF FAME.

>> I WOULD HAVE BEEN SURE SHE HAD A STAR BY NOW.

>> ALL THE RIGHT WITH THE WORLD. A COMBO.

>> IT COMES OUT RIGHT BEFORE MOTHER'S DAY.

>> PERFECT MOVIE. >> DO YOU HAVE ANY PLANS WITH

THE TWINS? >> I'M SURE IT'S THE USUAL --

I'LL GET UP AND MAKE BREAKFAST AND EVERYTHING AND THEY'LL BE SO

EXCITED TO GIVE US A GIFT THAT THEY MADE.

>> ARE THEY 8? >> YES, THEY'RE 8.

YOU HAVE TO DO THE WHOLE FAKE THING.

Super Quick Hijab-style Wrap - Duration: 3:10.

Hi Wrapunzel Ladies; it's Lissa again with a super quick video tutorial for the hijab

wrap that I do when I'm sick, or when I need no pressure on my head, or when I'm

running super late and need to be in a quick rush to get out the door faster than I can

even do with a regal wrap.

Um, I've been doing this with pashminas, with shiny-liciouses, with basically any scarf

that I own.

The shimmeries aren't working so well, I think I may have to pin those in place somehow.

Um, but I'm gonna use a quick little 2-in-1 today.

This is really light, it's really thin, it's really easy.

Eh, it makes a cool summer wrap.

You may need to adjust this a little bit if you have more requirements, like if you need

to cover all of your hair - make sure nothing ever shows — then you may need to put a

shaper or a, uh, another scarf underneath like a very thin 2-in-1 regal wrap or an Israeli

or something like that.

And if you need to cover your neck, you will also have to make adjustments to this wrap.

But this is what I do when I'm in a hurry.

So I've folded over the um, front a little bit so that it'll make a nice clean edge,

but you don't need to do that.

You can just leave it, uh, loose.

And I've got one really short end and one really, really, really, really long end.

Which is so long it's catching on my chair.

There we go.

One really long end.

So the short end I'm going to shove down my shirt.

And the tassels don't bother me but if they bother you, again, you may have to make adjustments.

And then the long end I'm just going to take the, uh, edge here… and…

flip it up over my head.

I put it towards the back, you could put it towards the front.

I adjust it until the front looks the way I want it to because again, I do not like

having things strangle me.

I don't like them really tight on my neck.

And then this tassel-y bit, this fringy end that I've got hanging over my shoulder,

I put down my shirt as well.

So through the front and down my shirt.

And then make all the adjustments you need to, so you may need to shift everything over

to the side a little bit, you may need to tuck things in more or less…

But there you go; I'm done.

I've got, um, it loose on my neck; I've got everything rolled a little bit so it's

not going to bother me.

Yep, uh, and I've got this cool little swoop thing that's really interesting.

And it's gonna stay.

The velvet headband that I've got under here, um, I have it pushed back a little bit

so it's — this is the front of the headband and this is the back of the headband.

So the scarf is going to grip onto that really well.

And this part probably won't slip because this scarf isn't super slippery so it won't

slip, uh, off the 2-in-1 itself.

And you can see from the back that I've got everything covered, and the front:

everything's covered.

You can also pull or roll back this first layer back a little bit to keep it, to bring

it away from your face if that's something that bothers you.

You could even, if you really wanted to, slip it behind your ears, and just use the top layer

to cover them a little bit, or not very much, especially if you wore nice earrings like

that.

But uh… there you go.

This is my super simple, super quick, um, super cool hijab wrap.

See you guys next time!

On Losing Friendships [CC] || Jeff Miller - Duration: 4:51.

There's, uh, there's no hot cocoa in this today.

It's, it's just water.

It's just water. [ laughs ]

[ slurping noise ]

But, uh, *snap* still going to do a chat! [ laughs ]

[ INTRO MUSIC: Tops by Lincoln Jesser ]

So Cori, one of my patrons on Patreon actually picked this topic.

And by the way, if you want access to choosing topics, music downloads, and just other stuff that I going on,

you can check out my Patreon. It's JeffAMiller17.

I also have it linked down below.

Don't feel obligated to do it, but just letting y'all know.

But anyway, the question was:

"Have you been able to keep friendships that you had

before you transitioned or did you grow apart?"

And the answer is yes? To both? [ laughs ]

There are some friendships that I had in high school that don't exist anymore.

Um, some are because I'm trans

and some are just because we moved to different cities when we went to college

and we just lost touch and grew apart and that, that happens.

The first person that I actually told (in person) that I was trans was one of my closest friends in high school and

she knew all of the difficulties that I had. The depression that I was going through and um...

She was very religious and, in my head, I wasn't seeing it as an issue.

I was raised to Lutheran. Like, I had that background and

the Christianity that I was taught growing up was love everyone regardless of whatever.

But she was the type of Christian who wasn't down with any of this, like:

"Trans people are sinners." "Gay people are sinners" and

that was a really hard thing for me to... [ laughs ] to grapple around, you know, the fact that

the first person that I told in person wasn't super, super happy about it.

And as soon as I drove away from Perkins that night.

[ laughs ] lol uh, I told her in a Perkins like around midnight.

Late night Perkins. That's what we did in our town.

I knew that there, it wasn't going to be repaired.

That there wasn't really much that I could do with that.

But yeah, for most of the friends that I had in high school, we just sort of grew apart and

we were living in separate areas. We were living separate lives.

And that's the thing that no one really tells you when you're leaving high school or college that

the likelihood of you staying best friends with those people, it's...

It can happen, but it's not always going to happen

and, you know, the best friends that you had in high school

aren't necessarily the best friends that you had in college and just so on and so forth.

Sometimes you lose touch with people or you grow up and develop different interests

and, you know, you're not, you're not interested in the same things anymore.

So it becomes more and more of a process to actually hang out with the person instead of

enjoying it, like it used to be.

Things are never going to be like it used to be. Just point blank.

And I think it's really important to note that just because you lost a friend,

it doesn't automatically make you a bad person or like that you're worthless.

'Cause I can't tell you how many times I've personally

gotten caught up in trying to save a failing or toxic relationship.

With putting so much effort into trying to fix something that you can't really fix

and thinking that it was all my fault that I let the relationship go south or something like that.

Sometimes friendships just end and there's not really a reason for that or anyone who is at fault.

It just happens and that's something that is potentially a hard lesson to learn.

I know for me it took a really long time to figure it out.

But for anyone who is going through that, you're definitely not alone.

And it can be scary, but at some point you're going to meet new people

and those people are going to love and respect you

and you won't have to try. Like, you can just be you in the friendship and

Yeah, that's, that's a wonderful thing and I hope that every person is able to experience a friendship like that.

That's about all I can say about this in this chat, but yeah. [ laughs ]

As always, you are valid.

You are loved.

I hope you all have a wonderful weekend and I'll see you again on Monday.

Bye.

Tutorial - Mini Álbum com Cascata - Dia da Mãe | Parte 2 - Duration: 9:58.

Hi! I'm Susana and today I will finish the mini album from the previous video

For the flaps will use patterned paper

and a bit of cardstock with 8 cm x 8 cm

cut in half

like this...

I will score 1 cm on one side

on the other

in both pieces

and trim the corners

Fold from the score lines, to get 2 flaps

that I'll attach to the back side of the patterned paper

Now, I will apply adhesive,

and attach to the album

I'll do exactly the same on the other side

To decorate the two pockets I did, I will use patterned paper

that I will also cut in half, diagonally

and paste

For the upper flap I cut patternet paper with 13.3 cm x 7 cm

and for the other flap, I'll use paper with 13.3 cm x 8 cm

I cut also a piece of cardstock with 15.3 cm x 5 cm

and I will score three sides at 1 cm

the not scored side will be punched with this border punch

Trim a small triangle on the corners,

and fold from the score lines

apply som adhesive on the inside flaps

and stick to the back of the patterner paper

forming a pocket

I'll apply some adhesive

and paste

I will attach a piece of patterned paper in the pocket

and also in the flap

I've cut cardstock with 13.8 cm x 2.5 cm

and punched both sides with the boder punch

I will apply adhesive only on the side borders

and paste

I will attach a strip of patterned paper on top

These two pieces of paper

are to adhere to the closure

round the corners

at 1/4 inch

I will also embellish the outside with patterned paper

if you are liking this video,

do not forget to give me a thums up

Now I'll paste a magnet, with some double-sided tape

and over it, I will paadhere patterned paper with 13.3 cm x 7 cm

and I will do the same thing behind

with the same paper I use to embellish the outside

I cut four strips to cover the spines

and I will do the same thing inside

I die cut this flower with a Sizzix cutting die

and I will use this circle die

to cut out a sentiment from a collection card

I want to use it as a flower center

That's it!

And now I'll paste it here

I will use the heart of this set from La Pareja Creativa

and I'll paste it here

Now I will fussy cut a banner

and I'll paste it above the heart

I also cut out some cards for the pockets

I will fussy cut some images from the paper pad

which are great to embellish

I cut cardstock with 10.5 cm x 10.5 cm

to attach to one of the paper pad cards

I've also cut a piece of patterned paper with 5 cm x 10 cm

to adhere behind

I will now apply gadhesive in half of this piece

leaving a gap here

and stick to the left side flap

like so

I cut a cardstock strip

with 12,5 cm x 1 cm

and I'll score at 2.5 cm

at 5 cm

at 7.5 cm

and at 10 cm

I will fold the creases

and stick one end to the other, forming a square

Apply adhesive in 2 sides of the square

and paste oneside on the album

and another side to the last page of the waterfall

I will cut out the center of this card

to attach to the piece I've just created

It can't be large

because it's suppose to be hidden

To close the album will use a bow,

where I will apply a magnet

I don't want to stick the the magnet with the wrong side,

so I'll put it first on the album, above the other hidden magnet

and then with the bow, which already has double-sided tape,

I'll go get it!

Thus, there is no error :)

And that's ready! I hope you enjoyed this video,

hope it inspires you,

thanks for watching

kisses and see you next time!

so easy to transform that you want to

break them which is nice and they

definitely make a great gift for the

transformer person that loves them

I love just transform because they're so

quick and easy to transform it's

absolutely awesome

finding an exam well are you - which

one's your favorite body powder

To Walk With Pride - Duration: 6:39.

1988 - Polio Cases Reported 350,000

1988 - Global Immunizations Efforts Begin

1996 - 33,000 Cases

1999 - 10,000 Cases

2004 - 1,255 Cases

2011 - 650 Cases

2012 - 223 Cases

2014 - India Declared Polio Free

Polio immunization teams in Pakistan <i><b><u><font color=#00000000></font></u></b></i>

36 million children every campaign.

Still, some remain unreached because they are in transit.

In 2014, Pakistan responded by positioning vaccination teams

in high-traffic areas called Permanent Transit Posts (PTPs)

To Walk With Pride

Beforehand, the program was concentrating a lot on

the percentage and number of children

that we're able to cover every time in each campaign.

But, we shifted to focus on

the number that we're consis- tently missing every campaign.

These are the people on the move

These are people that are generally under immunized

That are not caught generally on either side

During those routine campaigns that are held

So, in that sense...

Yes, these PTPs are very very significant

and they're very critical in helping us

catch and vaccinnate populations that are constantly on the move

We need to know the dynamics

associated with the population movement

from our international borders

as well as from within the country.

Particularly in the challenges

of accessing the more than 500,000 vulnerable people

in FATA as well as in cities like Karachi and Peshawar.

We have been able to contain the virus

to three core resevoir areas.

We are primarily focusing on our international boundary.

The most important is our border with Afghanistan.

Which is almost 2500 kilometers long.

That people movement from affected area,

or, under immunized area

plays an important role

in spreading the polio virus from place to another.

We have the nomadic movement,

we have the economic migrant,

we have the religious movement.

Transit teams are necessary

where there is a constant flow of persons

traveling from areas where vaccination is limited.

Have you got this kid vaccinated for polio?

We have been vaccinated before, but not today.

Please get her vaccinated,

it's good for kid's health.

Alright.

We need those vaccinators to be

on the ground within those routes

to be able to stop to grab the kids and vaccinate them.

Bus station, toll plaza, markets, amusement parks,

health faciliities, clinics,

All those places, we need to be there.

Rotary has put up several permanent transit posts

at all the borders.

Even gliding the borders between Afghanistan and Pakistan

and from province to province.

Last year, independent reports said

that 3 million children were vaccinated.

This is a place where we have 2-3 shifts

24 hours in some areas.

We have all kinds of resources inside.

The IDs, the jacket

all things that they might need.

Did you get this kid vaccinated,

when you got him zero does injections?

Yes.

Which area do you belong to?

Shahpur!

You are coming from Shahpur.

Alright.

Thank you, you can go.

We are managing the flow of IDPs here.

Internally Displaced Persons (IDP)

from Tirah and Khyber Agency

also IDPs from Waziristan.

We vaccinate them

We especially concentrate on displaced population.

IDPs are staying in Bannu and Tirah.

We vaccinate the people from these areas who were missed.

This is very important point here.

This is the point where all the traffic

passes from Khyber and Karachi.

We are running not on office mode,

but on operation mode.

We go in the morning not to work,

but to fight.

That is the machine that we have now.

Hundreds of people are fighting a virus.

And there is this commitment.

Every campaign, every kid.

Two drops. Every time.

It has been a challenge to us,

to our front line vaccinators.

And it is so simple.

Giving two OPV drops.

The generations are not going to forget us.

We have to complete our work.

We want them to walk with pride.

May the 4th Be With You & New Addition to the Channel (Secret) - DragoNate Daily Vlog - 2017/05/04 - Duration: 4:19.

hello good night it's Thursday and this

light is hurting my eyes so today has

been a great day I did quite a lot of

stuff today including making a thumbnail

and some other stuff that I actually

can't really remember right now although

one cool thing that I did do I don't

want to say too too much about it right

now and because I'm going to make a

specific video talking about that to

inform you guys about it but I made a

new addition to my channel and to what I

can do and I'm kind of excited for it

also it is a little bit um I'm not

totally sure how it is going to work out

but I'm hopeful it'll work out and it is

a completely optional thing you guys

will be seeing that in another separate

video at some point here probably pretty

soon maybe I I plan on doing that anyway

but if not then I guess oh well we don't

do that and it just it just happens but

all you really need to know right now is

that I setup something kind of new kind

of cool and maybe who knows

tomorrow's livestream or I guess today

because they're seeing this will

probably bring it to light anyway which

would be kind of cool also with these

daily vlogs I've decided that I'm going

to just upload them at the regular 11:30

a.m. MDT time that that I have usually

been putting my videos up to begin with

and then any other videos that come out

during the day or for a particular day

can either come out earlier or they can

go out later on and I'll decide that as

it comes but I figure that because these

are going to be specific and always done

so I figured I'll keep them at the 11:30

schedule that I had before

also because trying to put them up at

9:00 a.m. for me is like a little bit

too difficult so I am going to not do

that because there's going to be lots of

times where I'm probably not going to be

get it be able to get it out great add

to that

time so yeah as for how my day was today

today was a great day like I said I got

a lot to done did a lot of stuff aside

from that kind of thing my training

tonight was fun all the new interesting

weird things that are in the gym we got

to use that in class again today and our

instructor gave us another bunch of

challenges to do with it and then I

played some games with my friends later

on some some parkour games not video

games and we had a lot of fun doing all

that and I also worked on strength stuff

I did this I did this thing just just

for fun and that there's a whole bar

area that they have there as well and

what I did that's actually super tiring

on the fingers and the forearms and the

wrists is you just hang onto a bar like

straight arm and straight legs you point

your toes and all that so that you don't

use your legs you're trying not use your

legs here and you kind of do like monkey

bars but you're not bending your arms

none of this it's all straight arm you

can move your shoulder around but other

than that no and you just like try and

move around on the bars constantly and

see how long you can go and it is

extremely tiring like I said on the

hands and fingers and forearms and all

that but it was a lot of fun that'll

definitely improve your grip strength

and my backflips are getting so much

better I'm able to actually land them on

my feet more often than not in the air

bag on the air bag I'm still a little

bit leery to take it to flat ground even

with a mat but I'm going to have to do

that sometime very soon and I feel like

now I can but that's it for my Thursday

I hope you have you guys have a great

Friday and oh yes may the force be with

you although because you're seeing this

Friday it's kind of pointless for me to

say that anyway either way I hope you

have a great Friday and I will see you

all two more row once again Godbless I

don't have glasses put on this time
