Never Buy This Type of Car - Duration: 5:00.
rev up your engines, Tyler m says Scotty I'm thinking about
buying a 95 miata convertible, is it worth it and what are the downsides, the
miatas are a decent cars, but here's the thing, I don't advise people to buy
convertibles period, being a famous youtuber I get companies giving me their
convertibles to road-test, and yes they're fun to drive around on a
nice sunny day, but they have too many downsides, first if you ever rode in a
convertible in heavy traffic especially in a highway, the first time I ever did
it, it scared the bejesus out of me because I thought, what's that noise
what's that noise, and it was an 18-wheeler way back coming to pass me
you hear a lot of sounds that you would never hear otherwise, and be in a ragtop
hey the convertible top somebody gets a knife, they can rip it and get in and steal
anything that's in the car and then your stuck with buying an expensive new top
plus the tops themselves over time, they just flat wear out and they look
horrible and they're dirty, and of course almost all of them leaked over time, when
it rains outside they'll get wet inside, I've had more customers convertibles they
stunk like mold, you look under the seat that's mold
under there, they're a real pain to take care of you know they just are, now the
one advantage though that Miata is, if you get the hardtop and the soft top okay
you can put the hardtop on most of the time and then use the soft top once in a
while, that's not a bad design really, but for a regular convertible I'm not a fan
I'd never personally bought one myself, I probably never will, Michael asks dear Scotty
I've been watching your videos on YouTube for a long time and find it
interesting, if you could buy any car from Kia, Hyundai, Volkswagen, or Fiat
which one would be better for a good reliable car, I know you don't like any
of them just curious to know, I wouldn't buy any of those cars, but if I had to
buy one of those cars, I would buy a Kia because their quality has gone up a lot
in the past, they used to be really junky little cars, now they're decent cars
they're not gonna last as long as the Toyota or Honda but, the Volkswagens and
Fiats, you lose so much money in them because their resale value
absolute garbage, and they don't hold up all that well, where are the kias they
hold up longer, I had a customer with the Kia, he was a sales guy
for a big food chain here in Texas, and he put 200,000 miles on his Kia in the
first two years and it was still running okay, so you know, hey that'd be what I pick
out of those mike says
I got a question with the 2014 Mazda cx-9, it's funny that Scotty said don't
buy this one in the latest video, anyway its under powertrain warranty but
does anyone know why the power transfer unit in the rear transfer case would
leak, the car's only got 50,000 miles and automatic transmission, yeah because it's
a mazda, their cheaply made there's just no if
ands or buts about it, mazda throughout history has had transmission and
drivetrain problems in all of their vehicles, I remember 35 years ago
customers would bring me Mazdas and I'd say well your transmissions going out
they just don't make them all that well it's a big reason I say don't buy one
but if you're gonna buy mazda and get a standard transmission, that's another story
I've had customers with Mazda with standards that would get 200-300,000
miles sometimes out of them and they can be decent cars then, but you don't want to
buy a Mazda with an automatic transmission
it's just cheaply made, like fifty five thousand miles on it and you got leaks
those seals should be made to last a really long time, oh it's a
2014 so it's only five years old the seals should certainly last longer, I've
had Toyotas that were 25 years old the
seals were still good, so another reason not to buy one of those things, otis says
scotty I got 07 honda civic with 108,000 miles and 6 speed manual tranny
after the engine warms up it shakes it idle, I can hear a knocking under the
hood, no error codes, could it be the alternator or AC compressor, well you want
to pray that it's that, very easy to check, drive it and warm it up and you hear
the noise, quick take the belts off,
if the noise goes away great then figure out what it is, but from my experience,
when it warms up if it's shaking at idle and you hear a knocking, it's usually an
internal engine problem I had a customer with one of those and
the engine was going out inside it turns out it was that variable valve timing
stuff was wearing out and it started knocking and rattling inside and it's a very
big expense to do it, but do as I said warm it up drive it and take the belt off,
pray the noise goes away, then pull on all the pulleys and belts and
see if you can figure out which ones making the noise, pray it's that
because odds are it's not and it's the engine, so if you never want to miss
another one of my new car repair videos remember to ring that Bell!

Hello everyone! Welcome to my reaction channel!
My name is Pilar.
And today WE are going to be reacting to episodes 9 and 10, S5 of Game of Thrones.
Okay so for this last two episodes my sister is going to join me-
as you see we look alike A LOT.
Umm
Would you like to say something?
Her name is Lourdes!
L: Hello, how are you guys? I'm Lourdes.
L: I've already seen Game of Thrones.
L: I follow the series on TV since Season 2.
L: And well, I used to get together with my friends from university to see it, at my house.
L: Season 5 I watched it when it premiered 3 years ago I think.
L: yup 3 years ago.
P: Yeah 3 years ago.
L: And well, I don't spoil so-
P: She doesn't spoil guys. In fact she is my comments mod so-
L: Yes. So we will see how this goes.
L: I came to visit my sister cause I'm traveling tomorrow.
L: So- We decided to do this together just for this time.
P: Okay some things that I would like to see the answer to are:
1) What is going to happen to Cersei, who is still imprisoned.
2) What is going to happen to Margeary?
3) What is Lord Baelish and Lady Olenna going to do to get all of this religious freaks out of Kingslanding?
P: Do you remember something about this?
L: Yes.
P: umm..
Those are the things I look forward on seeing the most.
Also what is going to happen to Tommen?
With the daugther of-
P: Wait, what's the name of their daughter?
L: umm
P: Jaime's and Cersei's daughter!
P: I know this. It starts with an M.
P: Myrcella! Who is in Dorne. What is going to happen to her?
And what will happen to Jaime and Oberyns daugthers too..
So yeah I think those are the most important things I want to know about.
Ok then, let's watch this. And I hope you enjoy this reaction.
P: Oh please. I'm so scared. I'm not ready.
P: She never wears a coat.
P: It's everywhere.
P: It was Ramsey.
P: They are not opening-
P: Is he not opening the gates?
He is not opening them.
P: And he is going to become the new-
P: And he is going to take Jon's place?
P: They are not opening.
P: I'll cry.
P: Yes!!!!
L: nerve racking right?
L: Are the coming from-

P: Amazing! That ending scene.
P: When the white walker do this- And then all the dead wake up.
L: So good!!
P: Oh God. I'm scared of this dude.
L: Of the giant?
P: Yes! Cause they kill both of his friends.
P: don't look at him! He hates when people stares at him.
L: Lol he sighs.
P: Oh no.
L: This little fu**er. P: Poor Thing.
L: Why ¨Poor thing¨?
P: Cause they killed and ATE all his family.
P: And he is watching those who did that entering there.
P: I feel sorry for him.
L: Thenns right?
P: Yup Thens.
P: Is Stannis thinking about killing her?
P: Melisandre told him last episode that she should be sacrificed cause of her kings blood.
P: But Stannis refused.
P: They are all going to die.
P: Good bye Stannis.
L: They- They are kind of screwed.
P: My prediction is that Stannis is going down.
P: She taught him how to read.
P: She reminds him of his own son.
P: Hello bombon!
L: Agh I love him
P: My love.
P: You love him too?
P: Tyrells? One of them is a Tyrell. And the other one is-
P: No wait! I know who he is. Wait.
P: I can't recall his name. Wait.
P: Ser Meryn.
P: Ser Meryn, that's him.
L: Woah look at the statue.
P: Yeah it's amazing I love it!
L: ¨ Boy fucker¨
P: Jaquen is teaching her how to lie.
P: Is she going to lie and say she is a prostitute?
To old?
Is he a pedophile?
L: He is gross.
P: He is disgusting.
P: Is he gonna-
P: Please don't tell me he will rape her.
L: Agh- She is a child. P: She is a little girl.
P: Look the way they stare at him.
P: Oh no she is so little.
P: I thought he was going to rape Arya.
P: ¨The Dancing Dragon¨ Like in Avatar.
P: Remember? L: Yeah you're right.
P: No. Stannis don't.
P: I'm not watching this.
P: Is he going to kill her right now?
P: No! Shut up!!
P: He is not capable.
P: Please don't tell me he will burn her alive cause I swear-
P: I swear I'm done with this show, like-
P: Don't tell me she-
L: Her little face.
P: OH YOU * Inaudible spanish cursing *
*takes FooFoo*
P: Her mother is just a *#$%* She must be happy about this.
P: She is calling for her mother.
P: Oh she doesn't want to-
P: I cannot believe this. I can't believe it.
Yes. Good.
P: Can't they at least kill her before burning her?
L: This is so cruel.
P: Are you fckng kidding me?
L: This is ruthless.
P: No, I can't.
L: They burned her alive.
P: This is horrible.
P: Late! Too late!
P: His own daughter.
L: It was hard to contain my emotions to avoid spoiling if she was going to get burned or not.
P: This is all very Roman. I have Gladiator vibes.
P: She' so in love with him. L: yeah she is-
L: he was wrong lol
P: There he is, there he is.
Here we go.
P: Good. Good one Jorah.
P: What is he doing?
P: Who is it? Daario?
P: Oh the mask.
L: I love the music in these scenes.
P: Now what?
P: Please drogon come, and everybody fly away on top of him.
P: Good one Jorah. Good.
P: Yes Jorah.
P: Good one Tyrion.
L: Oh God, this is just-
L: This is a massacre.
P: A massacre indeed.
P: I'm scared.
P: What is it?
P: I knew it.
L: How did you know?!!!
L: He is been missing for a long time.
L: Omg her face, her face, she loves him.
L: That love face she makes.
P: Wait- I can't.
L: He is her son!!
P: Oh God oh God oh God.
P: Please don't kill him cause I'm done.
P: Take it out, take it out.
L: What an amazing scene.
L: Look at that, look the dragon's quality.
P: I'm too emotional rn.
P: Stop it.
P: Is she going to- Is she climbi-
P: Yes, yes, yes, yes, yes, yes, yes!
P: No wait. I can't. I can't. This is too much.
P: That means ¨fly¨?
P: Low blood pressure.
P: I wasn't ready for this.
L: This scene is incredible.
*shake heads at the same time*
L: That music.
P: Wait, the others? Still there?
L: Lol yes.
P: She has to come back and take them too.
P: ¨Hop in everybody¨.
L: This is just-
P: Look at that.
P: This is crazy. I'm like. I can't-
P. I'm red.
L: That scene is amazing.
L: One of the best scenes ever.
P: I said it once,
I said twice, I said it thrice.
P: This will be the fourth time,
Daenerys has the best endings in this series.
L: Season 1's finale...
Mhysa
Ah, season 1's finale?
The one where the dragons come out- *dragon noise*
Both: That was one of the best scenes.
L: Yeah
L: One of the bests ever.
L: Her coming out nude from the flames,
with the dragons climbing-
P: and Jorah's face saying, like: "I love you",
"make me yours, anything for you".
P: Oh, God.
What's the order to fly? Valr? Something like that?
L: Valahar?
P: No, not that.
L: Volar.
P: Ah, please, I can't.
P: Wanna watch the 10th?-
Ah, let's talk a bit about this episode.
I don't know what to say.
P: Everything regarding King's Landing is in stand by.
Everything King's Landing.
P: Like, this was centered-
P: Is that right? Did we see anything about King's Landing?
L: What?
L: King's Landing? No...
P: No, nothing.
L: The bonfire, what did you think?
P: No, no...
P: No, I can't believe it.
P: There's a scene-
L: It's harsh.
P: It's harsh!
L: The one who went to the wall...
P: Oh, no! Yeah,
Uh...
P: Sir Davos.
L: When he finds out-
P: When he finds out they burn her.
P: That's why he sent him away.
L: That's why, yeah.
P: That's why.
P: And she had the fawn in her hands?
L: Yes.
L: The fawn.
P: The fawn.
P: Hello FooFoo.
L: Let me tell you, it's really hard to watch the episode
L: and not being able to make
ANY reaction.
L: It's like,
L: You react and I keep a poker face because,
P: You're afraid of spoiling something.
L: And I couldn't tell you if they were gonna burn her or not,
L: Because maybe you thought that the mother would save her.
P: Yes, I though for a moment, like
plot twist!
P: Plot twist: the mom saves her.
P: Um,
Now I want to see the reaction
from, I don't know when,
I thought of saying:
P: Well, bring on the dragon.
L: Watch it, because I'm-
P: You were like:
L: I was like:
L: But, yeah, it's very difficult, so,
P: No, it was fine.
L: that's why I'm like, poker face.
L: Because I don't-
The reaction can also spoil something for you.
L: So? Good episode, right? P: Yes.
L: This season...
P: Excellent. This season is-
L: It's one fo the best.
L: And there's little left,
L: until the last one.
P: Oh, God.
P: Let's see, what else happened?
Oh, well, Jon Snow at the wall.
P: Umm...
L: Mm, Jon Snow at the wall.
P: I was- for a moment, I was 90% sure
that they guy replacing him
wasn't gonna let them through.
P: Jon Snow was looking at him like:
L: Well,
L: Wow, well, I've got to see your reaction
of episode 8 because, to me,
it's one of the best.
L: I mean,
L: when we got together-
L: I don't know if I should look at you,
P: We're looking at each other.
L: I look at her on the-
P: Yeah, because you can see on the-
L: Yes, so as to not face
the audience sideways.
P: Ok, what?
L: Um,
L: For us- me and my classmates-
episode 8 was one of the best
episodes of GoT.
L: That fight...
P: Oh, yeah! It was great,
the one with the White Walkers
L: Yeah!
L: They're there-
P: That was also one of-
P: I have to make a list of my favorite endings.
P: And I'm almost sure that one-
L: Episode endings or...
P: Endings, right, endings.
Which usually are on the season finales.
P: But the endings of episodes in general.
L: I just remembered- nothing.
P: Is it a spoiler?
P: Ok, shh...
P: No, I mean-
L: Spoiler alert.
P: Epiosde end- L: Spoiler alert.
P: Hang on.
Well, hang on, you were saying that
P: The end- what? I'm scared.
P: No! Where you going to spoil something?
Shhh!
L: No no.
P: You're gonna be banned from my reactions.
P: Anyway, the ending with Jon Snow with
the king looking at each other
was incredible.
P: Well, yeah, my make-up's gone, but anyway...
L: Well, now we're gonna watch the 10th,
P: Let's watch the 10th.
L: The last episode of season five.
P: Wish me luck.
I have my FooFoo with me.
L: Am I watching it with you or not?
P: Obviously, we're watching it now.
L: You sure?
P: I'm gonna go get more tissues cause,
I clearly can't use these anymore.
P: Umm...
P: So, yeah...
P: I cried a lot,
honestly, I was so moved I cried.
P: I cried almost as much as I did with Rains of Castamere
L: Now?
P: Yes, didn't you see me?
L: No, I was watching the episode.
L: I mean, I saw you cry but,
P: I couldn't, like, weep, but tears kept falling.
L: No, but it's just that scene is amazing.
P: When I finish-
P: Once I'm done reacting to Game of Thrones
the 8th season included, which premiers in April,
I'll begin reading the books. All of them.
ALL of them.
P: Well, done. L: Well,
P: Next Episode.
L: We're going to drink water and we watch
Both: Episode ten.
L: The last one.
P: Ok, and we're going to turn on the AC cause-
L: And we're gonna turn on the AC cause it's really hot.
P: Well guys, I hope you enjoy the reaction.
I hope you enjoyed my sister's company.
P: I loved reacting with someone else,
cause sometimes I feel kinda lonely reacting by myself.
P: So I loved it.
P: I hope you enjoyed.
P: And well, like always,
don't forget to subscribe if you haven't-
L: I've always wanted to do that.
P: Do it.
P: Don't forget to subscribe if you haven't already,
and also press the bell button to get notif-
P: Stop it.
P: Press the bell, so as soon-
So you'll know as soon as I upload a reaction.
P: Uh, also please don't forget to check my Patreon,
There you can find episodes I haven't uploaded to youtube yet.
P: I think I'm on the 6th season...
P: So...that.
P: I hope you enjoyed, and we'll see you soon
for episode ten.
Bye!

Yo no guardo memoria.

Arsenal defend allocating 5,233 tickets to Man United for FA Cup tie - Duration: 2:52.
Arsenal have defended offering a smaller ticket allocation to Manchester United for their FA Cup fourth-round clash - with a leading fan group for the Red Devils labelling the decision 'hypocritical'
United have only been given 8.7 per cent of tickets, which equates to 5,233 seats, for the January 25 meeting at the Emirates Stadium - with FA Cup rules stating 15 per cent should be made available for visiting sides
The decision has been derided by the Manchester United Supporters Trust (MUST) - whose strongly-worded statement issued on Wednesday evening criticised both the Gunners and the Football Association
'We are hugely disappointed by the decision to uphold Arsenal's self-interested and hypocritical near-halving of the 15 per cent ticket allocation that should be provided under FA Cup rules,' it read
'The FA must themselves be concerned by this blatant disrespect for their own rule
'The vibrant atmosphere created by a larger away supporter presence is part of the 'magic of the FA Cup' that is already suffering as a result of other decisions including televising and rescheduling matches - although ironically 11,000 United supporters were willing to meet the resulting travel challenge and now more than half will be denied the opportunity
'Manchester United themselves had pushed for the full allocation of tickets to be made available to their supporters
But the decision was taken after Arsenal - and the relevant authorities - deemed it would 'not be safe' to open both tiers for away fans
'We recognise that having more away fans at matches is one of the many reasons why the Emirates FA Cup is so special,' a club spokesman said
'For the match against Manchester United, the safety assessments we have undertaken, which included liaison with our stadium licensing authority, have made it clear it would not be safe to accommodate visiting fans in the upper tier
'We take safety of home and away fans at Emirates Stadium very seriously and cannot ignore the results of the robust safety assessments which have been conducted
'

Unboxing Equipment For Drawing Timelapses | Lets Take A Look - Duration: 4:31.
New pegs today
Okay, so there's a bunch of stuff in here
Card reader and then we have camera lens hood power adapter got for my DSLR reversing adapter
well, this is the
Extra lighting piece for my own umbrella way that I got because the one I have now it only has one bulb in it. I
Can't actually get too much light. I keep f never a Zeiss on my camera too much. So then everything gets kind of grainy
I'm gonna open up this one first here
The instruction manual
Pretty straightforward
It's like a macro it can make my lens to where I can zoom in a lot more
I take the lens that I actually flip it around and then attach that to the DSLR and
Then you have it to work. You can have a macro photography or video
I wanted to have that for when I'm doing really tiny intricate drawings
Is actually less sturdier than I thought it was gonna be
So then can have my lens attached to it for macro photography because I want to do some super tiny drawings and
I couldn't get zoomed in enough with my DSLR
and I tried to use my zoom lens, but
it just didn't work it made everything blurry and out of focus, so
And what is this? Oh the lens hood
That's a little cap for the funnel lens
Like a little rubber
Attachment to it
so didn't have a lens cover for my
Lenses the one I have in my camera right now our card reader. I
Have this card reader because I need it for micro SD card and
my other SD cards are used for my cameras and
it was inconvenient because I had this little USB flash drive that I would plug it into and
It started to wear out the USB
port in the front of my computer so I didn't want to break that so I just got one of these this was only
Ten dollars film it didn't cost that much
And this here is
DC coupler Dr
yeah, plug this into this bar and
I can just have it run off of the current from plugging into the wall rather than happen to keep putting different battery
Because I do a lot of time lapses so I just get tired of charge them because out have times where I would have
The two batteries were dead and I would accidentally forget to charlie and the one in my camera would
End up going dead, too. So then I'd be working
Welcome to find out the batteries had no power left in them
And I don't need those simple structure, I wonder what this little piece
It looks like it might be important
Attaches to the cap and that holds it on what I'm not using it
I'm gonna go ahead and put all this together test everything see how it works plug everything in and
Then I'm gonna go work on some drawings. I'll see you later. Do you have a good day?

Bioeconomy – What Does It Mean? - Duration: 2:25.
Bioeconomy what does it mean? That's a good question.
Stay with us a moment, and we'll explain with our definition. Plus, we tell you why
it's good for our planet, and can reduce climate change. Our planet is getting
more and more crowded. As a result we need to use our resources more
sustainably. The Bioeconomy is making and selling useful things, using renewable
materials. Which means that these are made from organic carbon-based
biological matter, instead of being produced from oil. Most things you buy
start out being oil, and are refined in petroleum refineries to make plastics
and synthetic fibers. Even though many people are not aware of it, the
Bioeconomy is already part of everyday life.
Bioresource technologies are already being used to replace many goods and
processes currently based on fossil fuel resources. In some cases bioresource
based goods, even have novel properties which can make them superior to the
goods we currently depend on. In short, the Bioeconomy means, using renewable
resources for innovative products, instead of the present oil-based
economy. Today we depend on fossil fuels for things like clothing, plastics, and
chemicals. The goal of the Bioeconomy is a circular economy, producing reusable
bio-based products. Many nations in Europe are collaborating in EU research
to become leaders in this growing market.
However, most people don't realize that sustainable alternatives already exist,
like (the shoes you saw) at the start. We hope we have helped to raise your
awareness of the Bioeconomy. Help promote biogas production. Share this video. Click

Fox Sport News - If Marcelo Bielsa was my manager I would be embarrassed - Duration: 4:29.
If this was my manager spying on our opponents' training sessions, I would be embarrassed
As much as you want to win, you want to do so as fairly as possible.I won't pretend that I was the best-behaved player on the pitch
But when I did overstep the mark during a game, it was a reaction in the heat of battle
Marcelo Bielsa gave a powerpoint presentation as he tackled the spy storm engulfing Leeds He explained how Leeds have watched training sessions of every team before facing them RELATED ARTICLES Previous 1 Next Marcelo Bielsa spends 200 hours analysing every team Leeds
'I've spied on EVERY team we've faced this season': Leeds. Share this article Share What Marcelo Bielsa has been doing at Leeds is premeditated
He may say otherwise, but watching your opponents train gives you an unfair advantage
Every manager wants to know the starting XI they are going to face. That information can allow you to tweak tactics or make a last-minute change of personnel
Teams may hold open training sessions from time to time, but in the main they are behind closed doors
It is not as if training grounds are in public places. There are often measures in place to ensure privacy
Arsenal used to train next to a public footpath. When the training ground was redeveloped, a row of trees was planted to block the view from the path to the pitch
The press conference included a detailed excel document with data on all of Leeds' rivals Whenever we played away from home in the Champions League, we declined the chance to train in the stadium the day before the match
The thinking was that any advantage we might gain from acclimatising to our surroundings would be negated by our opponents learning our final preparations
There may be no clear-cut rule against espionage but what Leeds have done this season breaches the sport's moral code
Bielsa insists that it is not illegal and that he does it to ease his anxiety of failing to prepareIt is not in the spirit of the game
Bielsa wants to leave no stone unturned before every match to ensure that no opponent can spring a surprise on his team
But for supporters, it is that same element of surprise that makes the game so exciting to watch
Just because Bielsa is being honest now does not make up for the fact that spying on your opponents is cheating
Hopefully this is the last press conference he has to give on this topic. RELATED ARTICLES Previous 1 Next Marcelo Bielsa spends 200 hours analysing every team Leeds

My Stock Market Portfolio - What Stocks I Own & Total Allocations - January 2019 Edition - Duration: 14:41.
hello everyone and thanks for tuning into the financial investor channel my
name is Brent and today we're going to be going through my entire portfolio
I have consolidated on a list here and we're gonna be going through the entire
list of what stocks I hold what 80s I hold what funds I hold these are across
all of my accounts m1 finance Merrill edge my thrift savings plan my Roth 401k
and we're gonna be going through all these socks to see what percentage
allocation I have invested in each stock what percentage allocation I have in
each specific sector and then what structures I am not currently invested
in so that is what we're going to be covering in today's video so if you are
brand new to the channel hit that subscribe button below give the video a
thumbs up if you do enjoy it find it helpful and of course if you have any
comments questions going over anything in the portfolio stock market real
estate personal finance drop it in the comment section below I will always read
and reply to all your guys's comments and let's go ahead and get it we're back
so I'm inside the spreadsheet here that I have created these are all the stocks
that I'm invested all the funds all the ETF's that I'm invested in throughout my
m1 Finance account the attacks will count my Merrill edge IRA Roth IRA my
thrift savings plan and my Roth 401k at work I don't believe I'm missing
anything as far as what I'm tracking these are all of the stocks funds ETFs
that are invested in I also have the allocation so we're going to be covering
the sector company name the ticker symbol and the allocation percentage
allocated towards each specific company and as a whole sector how much percent
am i holding of that sector so as we're gonna be covering today let's go ahead
so conglomerate conglomerate here triple M ticker symbol mmm could be considered
a conglomerate it could be considered in industrial goods in this I have
considered a conglomerate and that is my only conglomerate making a point nine
four percent of my total portfolio so I only hold one conglomerate there and
that makes up point nine four percent of my total portfolio they're great company
there and I do plan on adding maybe in another one or two and conglomerates in
there I've been looking at Honeywell and UTX
ticker symbol H o N and UTX those are a couple
I've been looking at but really there's so many socks out there I don't want to
be buying too many more my consumer goods here is what we're jumping into
next those are General Mills ticker symbol GIS catalogs ticker symbol K
kimberly-clark ticker symbol kmb altria group ticker symbol M o avery dennison
ticker symbol ABY and I should have five consumer goods so I do have a count of
five there and my consumer goods here they make up five point one eight
percent five point one eight percent is how much my consumer goods makes of my
total portfolio there so jumping down into finance now finance I have this
sort of broken up I have my my finances broken up into REITs asset management
companies the traditional traditional banks so JP Morgan being my only
traditional bank and I have my insurance company in there so my financials you
got to have a little bit of assets insurance in traditional financing and
companies and then I have my REITs in there as well
so my asset management company is ticker symbol and on why and that is a very
small percentage only point zero three my REITs here I have six REITs and they
make up around a pretty good percentage of my total portfolio I really like to
be invested in rates so REITs make up five point one six percent and that is
my REITs I'm not going to be including them in their own sort of sector I'm
gonna be just wrapping up into the finance sector UNM that is my insurance
comfort company there so unum come unum group is ticker symbol UNM and they do
insurance and such and then my financial as far as financial institutions I
believe JP Morgan is a better financial institution than Wells Fargo city bank
Goldman Sachs and a few others out there I believe JP Morgan is one of the ones
that is strongest of the financial scripts no actually go on earnings I
believe next Tuesday so I'm looking forward to them now my financials of my
entire portfolio let's go ahead and highlight the financials
they make up seven point one nine percent of my total portfolio seven
point one nine and I have nine financials so
financials while I don't like to hold them they do make up a large portion of
my portfolio and it's mainly just REITs I really like to hold REITs and they are
invested within the Roth IRA and the Irate I kind of want to sell on them out
of my IRA and move them into the Roth IRA that way I don't ever have to pay
taxes on them that fifteen and a half I'll be completely they'll be completely
tax-free and they'd have paid so much by then so those are these financials
they're sliding down into the healthcare we have three healthcare stocks here we
have ad V ticker symbol a BB V we have Johnson & Johnson ticker symbol J&J and
we have Pfizer ticker symbol P F P now my healthcare here I would like to
increase my healthcare I do have cardinal health Cardinal health would be
considered a health care and services company to make metal to medical devices
and they produce different services across the country and across the globe
there so including them here in the bunch that health care makes up five
point three six five point three six of my total portfolio so Cardinal Health
tickers will see a H all of those are great companies you probably recognize
them Abby Johnson & Johnson finds ur Cardinal health all great companies they
make up five point three six percent of my portfolio and those are my health
care so those are my four main health care companies jumping down into
industrial goods again Triple M could be considered an industrial goods some
people consider it some people don't and it's actually a conglomerate but so
industrial goods I hold Caterpillar ticker symbol C 80 Lockheed Martin
ticker symbol L M T Stanley Black & Decker ticker symbol SW k and again if
we wanted to include Triple M in this then you know Triple M mmm we've already
kind of covered them now all great companies in Stanley Black & Decker
Lockheed Martin caterpillar and Triple M there that makes up 5% but because
Triple M is the Columbia I don't really include it so we're not gonna include it
here so my industrial goods here I'm gonna go ahead and put 4.0 weight
percent of my total portfolio I think these are all strong very strong
industrial goods my S&P five and P 500 funds I hold a
couple my hold vous that is within my wife taxable count on m1 finance I hold
this seif up the SP 500 what is this one oh the C fund my Thrift Savings Plan is
primarily invested in the C fund overall you know with it was out of the military
fund that I had that makes up twenty seven point four one percent of my total
portfolio and that is invested towards the SP 500 has a very low expense ratio
I believe is like point zero one percent so I kind of leave it there let it do
its thing and then I have that SP five hundred three times leverage fun I plan
on solace I just haven't got to a really good buy now or selling opportunity here
and that's 0.23% so these SMP 500 funds they make up twenty eight point eight
two percent of my total portfolio now we're going to be jumping down into
these services services here I have Tait wrong components take your simple ta AIT
lows ticker symbol Lowi be a man industries ticker symbol ABM we have
Walmart ticker symbol WM T so those are my services companies there and my
services makes up three point seven two percent three point seven two percent I
would like to increase my services but at the same time I consider Apple a
technology services company they're not just doing technology now they're also
branching off and becoming more services driven so I kind of included that you
know Apple is a very large portion of my portfolio I hold it with my wife's M on
Finance Roth IRA I hold it within my IRA account so Apple as a whole makes up
twenty two point one four percent of my total portfolio now if we're just
looking at the other technology companies here I have AT&T ticker symbol
T and Cisco Systems ticker symbol C SCO so my technology just with three two
stocks makes up twenty five point four percent of my total portfolio that's a
very large portion there and then my two utilities my last two companies here are
ticker symbol E this is Consolidated Edison and then
Southern Company ticker symbol s oh and those are very small positions right now
I do plan on continuing to grow those and those make up 1.4 five percent of my
total portfolio now over within my Roth 401k I have two vendored funds I have
the Vanguard growth index institution and this is invested in Google Amazon
Apple Netflix and many other companies out there this was more of a growth one
I believe over the past ten years has had a a change percentage over year an
average increase of around fourteen thirteen fifteen fourteen percent right
in that range and then my other one here that I invest in is the Vanguard
institutional index and this is again eight point nine six percent of my total
portfolio and this one is mainly dividend stocks driven so it does hold
Johnson and Johnson Apple and a few other you know stocks here that grow and
pay out dividends and those both pay out dividends within my Roth IRA I make
about $30 of dividends every quarter and I just started my Roth 401k last year in
January as I started my job at my new company so those funds make up seventeen
point eight seven percent of my total portfolio so we actually kind of got out
so I don't actually hold any basic materials I don't plan on buying any
basic materials it's not just one of those things I like that he buy and hold
I do have three industrial goods and I do have four services I do have three
technologies and two utilities so here I hold my single stocks I have thirty one
single stocks just individually and those only make up a smaller portion of
my portfolio about fifty percent of my portfolio is invested in single stocks
and fifty percent is invested in funds so my Vanguard growth in institutional
index that's a fund my Vanguard institutional index is another fund here
my SP 500 Thrift Savings Plan these leveraged funds Evo
that makes up forty six point six nine percent of my total portfolio so that's
roughly fifty percent of my total portfolio is invested in in ETF or a
fund so a lot of investors I've seen my portfolios and they said hey why are you
so invested in single stocks aren't you invested in any ETFs or funds or and
such and I'm already invested pretty heavily outside of my m1 finance my
Merrill edge account you know what's inside those are just a small portion if
we're looking at just what's invested here probably within my wife's m1
finance account those are they only make up twenty two percent of my total
portfolio maybe a few others here down towards the bottom so maybe my wife's m1
finance portfolio only makes up maybe twenty five thirty percent of my total
assets that we actually kind of show and stuff and the rest is between funds on
the Thrift Savings Plan on my Roth 401k and my Roth 401k at work just continues
to grow semi-weekly I add more cash to it from my salary and then I get a
company match and that actually probably outweighs my Roth IRA contributions as
far as you know as far as I can invest in the Roth IRA I'm will able to invest
up to six thousand dollars within the Roth IRA my Roth 401k with the five
percent match actually puts me above the limits of the Roth IRA contribution of
six thousand for the year so that is all that I wanted to cover so here if we do
look here I'm gonna go ahead and do a equals sum and we're looking at column
II whoop some did e two through a thirty seven so here everything here within the
e column when we add every single one of those percentages up those total
percentages that make up a hundred percent of my total portfolio so there
we go I have five consumer good stocks I have nine financials for health care
three industrial goods for services three technology two utility and only
one kilometer so those are all my socks here within all of my accounts
across different brokers across different you know plans and such so let
me know in the comment section below that you guys enjoy that content that
you you know does it help you in any way I know a lot of investors out there I'm
looking to get started and invested in single sock allocations but I don't
believe it's the best way to start your aportfolio you need to create your base
first though you know I have my base over my Thrift Savings Plan my Roth 401k
I do have a little bit of SP 500 on my wife's m1 Finance account but the
majority is held elsewhere then I'm constantly invested into every single
two weeks pluses and include my wife's her own funds that work and stuff like
that so these are just a few of them and that is it if you guys are brand new to
the channel have not yet subscribed hit that subscribe button below if you have
any comments questions going over any of the stocks funds that I'm invested in
let me know in the comment section below I always read and reply to all your
guys's comments and of course it's you know that's it so thank you all for
tuning it I will see you next time have a great day bye

premiere comrade Malenkov comrade agents thank you for coming
here's what we know so far ten years ago the United States government covered up
an invasion by an alien race known as Hurons the primary agent was this Veera
Cryptosporidium 1:37 dangerous unpredictable and now deceased so what
is being problem the problem con man is that Hurons can clone themselves and
pose convincingly as human and they use these abilities to put Cryptosporidium

Leeds boss Marcelo Bielsa makes SHOCK admission amid 'spying' saga - Duration: 3:55.
Earlier today, Leeds confirmed Bielsa would be holding an impromptu press conference at 5pm, prompting many fans to fear the the Argentine was set to resign in the wake of last week's 'spying' controversy
However, that was not the case as Bielsa wanted to assist in the EFL's investigation into his antics, as he insisted what he was doing was not illegal
The EFL yesterday launched a "formal investigation" after Leeds manager Marcelo Bielsa admitted he instructed a member of staff to spy on a Derby training session
Bielsa made the admission before his side's 2-0 win over the Rams on Friday. Derbyshire Police had swooped on the scene at the training session the day before, but the individual was not arrested
Leeds have since apologised to Derby and said they will remind Bielsa of his responsibilities
However, Bielsa insisted the practice was not unlawful or illegal, but he could still fall foul of EFL regulations which state clubs must behave towards each other in good faith
And today Bielsa appeared to suggest he's been watching other teams all season. "Good evening
I called this press conference because tomorrow we have the classic press conference ahead of our game against Stoke City," he said
"I have already said I was responsible for this situation. The person who did it followed my orders and I am the only responsible one
"My behaviour has been debated and many people have made an opinion. Many have condemned the act of behaviour
They've said it was immoral and violated the fair play and cheating. "I was publicly told that my behaviour was not respecting the principles and integrity that are the basis of the club
"Many managers and ex-footballers have said that my behaviour was not respectful
"The league, after a complaint made by Derby County, have decided to open an investigation over my behaviour so they will evaluate if I behaved bad
"I am going to make it easy for the investigation of the league. I will give them what they need
"I assume the fact that my behaviour is observed. I observed all the rivals and we watched all the training sessions of the opponents before we played against them
My goal is to make the investigation easier. "I don't think this will make it worse what they're looking for than what I am saying right now
By doing that I assume the possible sanctions they will give me. "I did it because it was not illegal
Of course, I have a point of view but it does not mean mine is right. "Frank Lampard said he doesn't believe I have bad intentions
He believes that I violated the fair play spirit. So I have to adapt to the rules that are linked to the habits of English football

Perfect French Macaron Tips - Duration: 2:37.
Macaroons.. macarons, however you call them, they can be super hard to make.
Watch today's video to get 7 of my tips on how to get perfect macarons everytime.
Be sure to subscribe to my channel and hit the bell to be notified whenever I post a
new video.
When it comes to macarons, it can definitely be a love hate relationship.
Trust me, I know.
I've spent years trying to figure out this little cookie but today I am sharing my findings
with you.
Let's go ahead to the 7 tips.
Tip number 1, always use a kitchen scale to measure out your ingredients.
Macarons require very precise amounts of ingredients so even if you're one gram off, this could
affect your results.
To properly use a kitchen scale, first place your bowl on top and then press the "tare"
button to zero it out.
Then you can start adding your ingredients.
Tip number 2, sift your almond flour and your powdered sugar.
You want your shells to be as smooth as possible, so sifting will help get rid of any lumps
or large pieces.
Tip number 3, beat your egg whites to stiff peaks.
If you underwhip it, the macaron shell will not be as stable.
Tip number 4, during the macaronage, or when you're folding your batter, a quick tip on
how to tell when you're done is when you can form the number 8 continuously.
It should keep its shape for a couple seconds, and then slowly sink back into the rest of
the batter.
Tip number 5, after you pipe your macarons, tap your tray against the counter a couple
times to release any air bubbles.
Tip number 6, gently touch up the air bubbles with something like a toothpick to ensure
you have a super smooth surface.
Tip number 7, let your shells dry and form a skin before baking.
They should be dry to the touch and not be shiny at all.
So those were my 7 tips to achieving perfect macarons.
Have you tried any or all of these tips before?
Or do you have another macaron related question?
Let me know in the comments below.

- My favorite people!
- Regina is an educator, a friend, a Christian.
- Welcome! Welcome! Welcome to my home!
It's so great to see you guys again!
- Regina and I actually met at a Taekwondo class that both of our children were in.
- Her middle son, my oldest son were actually in class together.
I think they were about four or five years old.
And we would sit on the sidelines like parents do and and chitchat with each other.
- And we realized that we have more in common than just Taekwondo.
She was a teacher. I'm a teacher.
She had all boys. I have all boys.
♫ "Joy gives us wings. Joy, joy gives us ... wings" ♫
- Probably about a year or so after we met I begin my first children's class in this neighborhood.
So I called her and gave really a kind of brief explanation of what this children's class would be that
some friends were going to be getting together and we were going to be sharing with a group of
children some some really wonderful
qualities and virtues that that will really just help them to be better people in these were based on
the teachings of the Baha'i faith that I had mentioned to her.
And she said, "Okay, I'll come and check it out and see what this is all about."
- So I will bring my older son. I would drop him off.
I would go running, jogging while he participated in a children class.
And eventually she said to me, you know what, you can stay. We have adult classes too.
And I said well, okay, I'll come.
♫ "And my souls gotta have... And my souls gotta have" ♫
♫ "Some place to stay... Some place to stay" ♫
I enjoy the study circles. We went from one book to the next, to the next. And the next thing I know I
found myself teaching the children class and which I really enjoy.
Because you know I enjoy ... I enjoy kids. I do
and I enjoy sharing the knowledge.
- The children's classes give the children the spiritual foundation to understand that
we're all a part of this world and that our purpose is to contribute to make the world a better place.
- My oldest son Isaiah - it started with him.
He was involved with it. He enjoyed it to this day.
He still is involved with it where he actually teaches the youth class for Miss Danita
♫ "Rescue the oppressed, bring hope to the hopeless, shelter the destitute" ♫
- And my youngest son has Down syndrome - special needs.
It just ...
It's just surprising to see how much he's learned.
You know? How much he's picked up on.
- I remember one time she came by and like parents do was sort of saying, "Okay, you know, my son is
"is being a little bit of a headache today." And she sort of needed to vent.
Instead of just leaving the conversation where it was which we often do, we hear our friends, you know
experiencing issues and challenges and we kind of just say, "oh yeah, that's terrible. You know, me too."
I decided to invite her to pray together.
So we shared a few prayers one of which was "O God refresh and gladden my spirit."
- And then one day she just she just handed me this prayer, you know.
And it was "Refresh and gladden my spirits. Purify my heart."
It was telling me everyday I need to start new, you know, and once she handed me that prayer.
I kept it with me. I recited it every morning.
For about ... I did it nine months.
- And I just feel like there was something that just shifted
at that moment about our friendship from this
I don't know - worldly friendship to kind of like this spiritual friendship.
Where we were now two souls walking together on this path of service
But it wasn't just a path of service just serving the community
but it was also serving our families. It was also supporting each other
- And when I had my 50th birthday party - that's the first words
those are the first words I spoke to everybody there.
- Oh God, refresh and Gladden my spirit. - Purify my heart
- Purify my heart. - Illumine my powers.
And I explained to them. I shared with them how it came about.
You know, how Danita shared it with me in a time that I think I was having some challenges
challenges in my life and basically learning that prayer and believing in it.
It just calmed me.
- I lay all my affairs in thy hands. - Thou art my guide and my refuge
- I will no longer be sorrowful and grieved.
- I would be a happy and joyful being.
- Oh God, I will no longer be full of anxiety nor will I let trouble harass me. I will not dwell on the unpleasant things in life.
I feel at home.
I feel at peace.
I have more peace in my life. I do.

Paris Jackson's Highs & Lows: Modeling For Calvin Klein, Checking Into Emotional Rehab & More - New - Duration: 3:09.
Paris Jackson, the only daughter to Michael Jackson, was thrust into the spotlight from the day she was born. The star has faced an emotional roller coaster since, & we're looking at her the ups, and the downs, to date.
Paris Jackson is one talented lady, and between her band, and modeling career, she continuously shines bright with her talents. However, it hasn't always been an easy road for the 20-year-old daughter of Michael Jackson. Paris was thrust into the media's eye at an early age, and along with her father's death, has faced a number of trying times along the way. We're taking a look at the highs, the lows and everything in between, for the only daughter to the late King of Pop.
2019 is just beginning, but Paris has already succumbed to the scrutiny of the media. It was on Jan. 15 that Paris checked herself into a treatment facility to work on her "emotional health," according to People. "After a busy year of work engagements that took her all over the globe, Paris decided that she needed to take some time off to reboot, realign and prioritize her physical and emotional health," a source close to the young star told the outlet. However, less than 24 hours after the report surface, she slammed the media, and said the claim was an exaggeration. "Yes i've taken a break from work and social media and my phone because it can be too much sometimes, and everyone deserves a break, but i am happy and healthy and feeling better than ever!" she clarified on Instagram. "Gabriel and i have some new music we're stoked to share with y'all!" she added to fans.
Becoming the face of any glossy magazine is an amazing feat, but Paris truly stunned when she graced the cover of Australian Vogue in summer of 2017. The sultry star appeared on the July cover that year, looking clad in a blue bralet top that matched her piercing blue eyes. Most importantly, she used the interview as an opportunity to speak her mind, and revealed how committed she is to setting a healthy example in the fashion industry. The cover of the famed fashion mag was definitely one of the star's highlights that year!
Fans were heartbroken to hear of Paris' suicide attempt in June of 2013. Paris was rushed to a hospital early Wednesday morning, June 5, after an alleged suicide attempt, which was later confirmed by her mother, Debbie Rowe. While the painful incident hasn't been forgotten, it's great to see that the singer finds herself in a much better place these days. Despite spending time in emotional rehab, she says she is "feeling better than ever!" You can see all of the highs and lows of Paris' career to-date, by clicking through the slideshow above.

Inter-Parliamentary Union Delegation: October 2018 | NZ Parliament - Duration: 5:32.
I'm Anne Tolley, the Deputy Speaker for the New Zealand Parliament,
and I led a delegation to Europe, in particular to the IPU conference in Geneva.
In Belgium what struck me was the complexity of their government system.
They have a national parliament, they then have two regional parliaments.
They also have smaller parliaments representing culture and different languages.
And of course Brussels is also the home of the European Union.
It was just incredible to try and get our heads around the different communities, the
language aspects and the regional components that made up all these different parliaments.
We also wanted to support the free trade agreement negotiations that are taking place
at the moment.
One of the things that we were asked to do was to make contact with the Wallonian Parliament.
I was very impressed by the effort that they went to, to meet with us and talk with us
and assure us that the first stage of the agreement would be passed by their parliament
– so that was really important.
We had a member of the EU Parliament from the United Kingdom and a member of the EU
Parliament from Germany, and hearing them discuss their various perspectives on Europe,
particularly on Brexit.
Many of the European Parliaments joined the EU because they were wanting to see security
and peace within Europe,
whereas the Brits certainly joined the EU because they saw it
as an economic relationship.
And so these two fundamentally different perspectives that they're coming at the argument
from were really interesting to see for us sitting in that room... and it got quite heated
over an informal dinner, so you can imagine what it's like for the actual debates.
And when we were in France, we met with the French Parliamentary Friendship Group
and we had a good lunch with them.
We saw the inside of the most glitzy, glam building ever.
We went into the Luxembourg Castle, which is now the home of the French Senate.
The relationship between New Zealand and France is as warm as it has ever been, and
that's because we're both countries making the effort to have
these inter-parliamentary contacts.
Then we went on to Switzerland for the actual IPU itself.
My first IPU, that was really interesting to see:
178 countries come together, represented
in Geneva in this massive auditorium for the general assemblies,
and we're discussing issues
that are important for our countries as we see them, and hearing a range of views from
a whole range of different cultures and perspectives.
As delegation leader I made the address to the general assembly, talking about the
role of parliamentarians in using science and technology in the ever-changing world
that we find ourselves in.
I spend most of my time at these IPU assemblies locked away in a
in a very special but important committee
of ten parliamentarians from around the world, and we look at issues around the human rights
of elected parliamentarians anywhere in the world.
We had an urgent debate on sexual harassment and bullying for women parliamentarians.
And what was really interesting about that debate was the number of female parliamentarians
that have been sexually harassed, bullied, had death threats – to know those numbers
from the European study that they conducted.
They found that 82% of female parliamentarians had been bullied, sexually harassed or threatened.
What we need to find out here in New Zealand is: do our figures match that?
Because that's appalling, those statistics.
I was elected as second vice president of that Bureau for Women Parliamentarians
for the IPU, which was a great honour both for me personally but also for New Zealand.
One of the key things that stood out for me from the IPU was the decision of the general
assembly to over-rule a committee decision that had been made to hold a debate on
freedom of speech, effectively – so whether people can debate potential human rights breaches
against people with LGBTI rights.
So this foundation discussion around whether or not we can even discuss this topic was
absolutely opposed by a number of countries.
And I was just staggered, I suppose, to see that we still have so far to go.
I came away with this real understanding... and from now on, whenever I'm seeing or involved
in any such debates or anything in New Zealand Parliament or elsewhere is going on, I'll
have an understanding of that.
We had an urgent debate on climate change, and this was relating to the Pacific Islands.
And it was a real privilege for me to be nominated as the chair for that committee.
It was the first time where they've had a debate where there was unanimous support for it.
So across the group we took part in all the events that were happening at the IPU,
to make sure that New Zealand is an active participant, and also that we get a lot to
bring back into New Zealand.
All in all a fabulous trip.
I absolutely loved my time away with the IPU delegation.
It was a nice blend of new MPs and experienced MPs.
I've come back a much better MP, a better informed MP.
It was great to be on a delegation with members of all parties.
We take these various political parties...
the one message I have to all of them at the
start of such a tour is that we bury our parliamentary differences.
We go there to represent New Zealand.
And the interesting thing about these delegations is the way that members of Parliament
come together and enjoy each other's company.
We're there as New Zealand parliamentarians.

SEGURAMENTE NO SABIAS!! LA RAZON VERDADERA POR LA QUE NO, NOS GUSTAN ALGUNOS ALIMENTOS✅✅✅ - Duration: 4:03.
Is there any food, fruit or vegetables that you do not like? Or maybe sometime! Have you felt repulsion for any food?
if you answered yes! Do not stay with curiosity!
join me in this video and you will know the real reason why this happens!
But Before Curious! Give us your like
If you got here this is why you want to know why this happens in us! Well, it turns out, that what rejects these foods, is our brain
since when we were primitive creatures,we were not sure, what we would eat,
it was good or bad for our body, so we tried things and this is called TASTE AVERSION
if our body experienced some discomfort, and we survived that experienc
the brain made sure not to eat the same again
therefore if you eat something that makes you feel bad, the brain decides, that it is better to prevent than to regret
and it conditions you to feel sick, every time, that time, you smell or even think about that food.
The next time they went out in search of food And they found something,That made them feel bad in the past
Instantly you were hit For a feeling of nauseaAnd they preferred to eat something else
The people who were good at the development of taste aversions they lived and had children.
Those who were not good at developing them, they were poisoned and died.Throughout the centuries
our ability to form taste aversions became stronger and stronger.
This is how flavor aversions work correctly, that you no longer want to eat what made you sick,
but it can be more complicated than that. Gustatory aversions can be very powerful,
and can last for years after a single bad experience.
To confuse things more, Sometimes aversions are formed against the wrong foods.
Imagine that one morning on the way to work you stop for your usual cup of coffee.
Later that day, your co-workers, they go out to eat Indian food. You have never tasted that food, but you want something new.
You eat delicious and try many new foods. However, around three in the afternoon,
You start to feel disgusted. You get worse and worse,
and at night you're sick to your stomach and you are not able to retain anything
Your brain feels that it has been poisoned. Again, he's not sure what the cause was,
but he does remember many spices and strong flavors that you've never tasted before.
To make sure you do not get poisoned in the future, your brain decides that prevention is better than regret,
and it conditions you so that you feel sick any time you smell,Try or even think of Indian food.
The problem is that it resultsthat there was nothing wrong with Indian food,
but it was the cream in your morning coffee the one that was spoiled.
"No way," says your brain, "We have drunk that coffee every day for a year.
We know it is safe. They have to be those weird and new foods that we ate. "
Fortunately, our conscious minds are mostly able to overcome this effect.
The key is to recognize what is happening and think about the reason for the reaction.
Remember consciously what are you about to eat it is not poisonous it can help you
to interrupt the automatic survival mechanism. With practice, you can find
that you are able to eat the foods you used to hate. You may even start to like it again.
The key is to go little by little, and expose yourself to food in a positive environment.
Teach your brain that there is no connection between food and feeling bad.
Now write us in the comments, what is that food that you can not eat and that you refuse to even imagine it!
Remember that if you liked the video
Do not hesitate to leave your Like, and share with your friends to know what their gustatory aversions are
subscribe to the channel for more and better content
