officially a day in the life episode. There is a… there's both a girls basketball

game and a swim meet tonight and I'm gonna try to cover some of those

pictures. Also, today… today after school Nammons and Gnarly are gonna come

record their segments. Also, I actually need the other cleaners and get my

clothes. I don't know if that's gonna happen today or not. Also I got a message

from my son you know what that means. I got a message… a text message for my son.

And so the question that he raises is this is… this is important…  Is it "It all

my text messaging and it has perplexed him. I suggested maybe it's two different

couple more clean shirts I'll probably be not going to get the shirts alright

Alright, welcome to this episode. I'm Bill Snodgrass. This is… uh… this is

officially a day in the life episode. There is a… there's both a girls basketball

game and a swim meet tonight and I'm gonna try to cover some of those

pictures. Also, today… today after school Nammons and Gnarly are gonna come

record their segments. Also, I actually need the other cleaners and get my

clothes. I don't know if that's gonna happen today or not. Also I got a message

from my son you know what that means. I got a message… a text message for my son.

And so the question that he raises is this is… this is important…  Is it "It all

my text messaging and it has perplexed him. I suggested maybe it's two different

expressions so I thought I will consult with I'll consult with some colleagues

one science teacher one a English teacher one of them said ah it's all

be able to add your equit store to your current website and I really believe

it's the best thing for you if you're a small business owner if you're a

marketer if you're a creative if you'd like to learn how to set up your ecwid

merchants see a 15% average increase in their revenue when they activate this

awesome feature it only takes a couple minutes to open your omni-channel

facebook store and start selling on tablets and mobile phones through your

facebook business page each and every sale will be synced to your ecwid

control panel reach more customers and allow them to shop through your facebook

business page simply by activating your equity Facebook store today

here's how to start selling on Facebook open your ecwid control panel under

sales channels click on sell on Facebook and click on connect Facebook page log

because people are constantly looking at their Facebook notifications and if you

can easily push notifications to your customers by them just clicking on that

subscribe button then it's a very very powerful tool and I think that really

has to do with the 15% of conversion rates that equit has created for their

customers simply with this integration okay so here we go I definitely

recommend you take notes on this part these are the new things that you can do

with your Facebook store thanks to the ecwid Facebook integration

here's a couple takeaway tips and new features you and your customers may also

love you can tag products in your photos when posting to your Facebook feed

the embedded product link will send your customers directly to your product in

your store if they click on it

you could also share your product catalog by clicking on the share

collection button

share individual products on Facebook from within your shop by clicking on the

share button

and don't forget to tell your customers about the new subscribe button in the

shop section that notifies your followers when you add new products to

your store

so here are a couple tips for you the first thing I would do is inform my

customers that the shop tab is available it is a fairly new feature some people

might not even notice it because a lot of people don't look in that area on

your page but inform your customers that it is possible to shop on your Facebook

page the second thing you might want to do is if a customer is talking to you

through messenger about a specific product you can share that product with

them directly within Facebook and then the last feature the subscribe button

definitely inform your customers about it and encourage them to subscribe to

your Facebook page you could do that within Facebook with a post but I'd go

further than that you can inform them by email if you have an emailing list ask

them to subscribe to your Facebook page you could do it in YouTube videos if you

have YouTube videos it's a great way to send them notifications for free you

don't have to like set anything up there's no development to carry out it's

an excellent feature that will notify your customers within Facebook the

second you add new products your online store

and that's about it for the Facebook integration I'm sure that there will be

updates and new things that are going to come in the future so definitely stay on

top of that within the what's new tab in ecwid and by following equites blog and

keeping up to date with all of the new features that are coming out with

regards to selling on social media platforms awesome once your Facebook

store is set up you'll be able to connect your Instagram account and start

selling on Instagram you're actually going to need to use the Facebook

integration to be able to use the Instagram integration now as you may

already know Instagram was brought out by Facebook so it's the same company at

this point and the both of them work together to be able to enable Instagram

shopping now there will also be an approval time for Instagram shopping

another thing you might want to know before you begin you will have to have

an Instagram business account so go into your settings and check out business

profile and make sure that your account is a business account before you begin

this process ok cool once you're ready let's have a look at how to do it

did you know you can sell your products on Instagram by tagging them in posts

that feature your products you can now take your products directly on your

Instagram feed as well as on your posts and on stories so customers can click a

link to purchase them in your online store your instant Instagram shop is

available in 44 countries and only takes a couple minutes to set up to enable

shopping on Instagram on your desktop computer in your equity control panel

click on all sales channels then sell on Instagram if you're not yet selling on

Facebook you'll have to enable selling on Facebook connect your Facebook

catalog with your Instagram profile inside Facebook business manager then on

your cellphone and Instagram go to your profile go to settings tap shopping and

continue select a product catalog to connect to your business profile all

right I'm gonna stop the demonstration there just like I did with the Facebook

video I want to just talk to you a little bit about the cool features that

are available in Instagram before I actually show them to you because once

again you're gonna have to inform your customers about them and one way that I

suggest doing that is writing it in the description so you could put a little

emoji with a finger that's like pointing or clicking and you

can say shoppable post or you know click on the post to see the products in the

store you're gonna have to like educate a little bit because these are new

features at this point of course for now it's still a fairly new feature not very

many users know that you can actually shop on Instagram it's becoming more and

more popular but you will have to tell your customers in the post that it is

actionable and that they can click on it and purchase your products my second

piece of advice would definitely be to go back over your old posts and find the

most popular ones and then go make them actionable because if they're your most

popular posts then they should be actionable for your customers to be able

to purchase your products that are within those posts and my last piece of

advice would be to go to your messages and if there

using Instagram really well you probably already have template messages that you

send out to new followers if you don't I'm gonna be showing you how to do this

in a future video where I'm going to be telling you how to increase your

ecommerce sales from day one and in that video I will demonstrate how to do this

but if you're already using this feature then link to your Instagram products

within your messages that you're sending to your customers

Gov't to consider opinions of small business on wage policy: Finance minister - Duration: 0:38.

Seoul's finance chief met with organizations representing small business... to discuss

ways to improve conditions for them.

Hong Nam-ki vowed to stay in close touch with these groups... and listen to their ideas

when it comes to the minimum wage, which has been raised by double digits for two years

in a row now.

These organizations have been calling for wages to be raised more slowly... because

of the difficulties higher wages have posed to small business owners.

The Minister also promised to support the self-employed.

Although the specifics have not been announced yet, he said the government will submit a

bill this year to parliament to support these two groups.

LEGO Ninjago Oni Villains battle pack review 👹 853866 - Duration: 6:21.

hey everyone this is the lego ninjago Oni villains battle pack I suppose this

is the first official Ninjago season 10 set to be released it's just three

figures but it's a start let me get this opened built and take a look at it huh

that's pretty striking I don't think I've ever seen a scene quite like that

from Lego this is a proper battle pack just three bad guys or three warriors

from the same side you know of a conflict and it's super massive all

because you could just get lots of these and end up with well lots of these and

an army of Oni I feel like even the token little one of the bunch is

dangerous and powerful you know he's he's got some Harmer on there he's got a

lot of weapons with two katanas on the back and then this one acts on a pole I

don't know what exact type of weapon it's supposed to be but basically it's

just an axe on a pole like a long-handled axe with a tassel on it and

yeah this looks pretty cool for like I said the the token little one it doesn't

look like this is the one that you would get rid of easily in a battle you know

that you would put out is just kind of the the fodder to get taken down most

quickly it could actually be seriously dangerous I'm not going to show you the

print on the back of the torso here or the print on the head because those are

the same on all three figures so I'll just show it to you on the next one

there you go so that's the face that you didn't see just a second ago the weapon

for this one is bizarre katana stuck to a long handle I guess

what they're going for here is a blade that is partially hollowed out you know

that just has a in milled out section of it and so it's intended to be you know

just a very long blade something bar dish like but with an even longer blade

yeah it's it's different I like weapons that are actually built

up usually this one doesn't look that great to me but

at least the pieces are good and there's what the print looks like on the back of

that torso it's a nice nice Armour piece to really like that like the shaping on

it looks like it would be pretty reusable for other themes you know good

for customizing creating your own figures from scratch then here's the big

guy that really stands out because of the horns of course you can change out

those horns if you want to anything that's the size of a bar will fit into

those two holes on the head there they didn't come up with a new mold for the

Oni mask itself we're just fine I think the print for that mask is a little bit

lacking it's just a little bit a little bit flat looking to me looks a little

bit too much like it's just painted on I feel like it needs a little bit more

depth just personal opinion the main weapon for this one also is pretty

simple it's just a staff with a tassel I like a like a bo staff interesting but

he does also have two katanas so more options there for lethality the torso

print was again it is exactly the same so there's nothing else to see on the

back of this one and underneath there this mask is attached to a regular

motorcycle helmet that is the same face again there was on the other the other

two so nothing nothing really special for this big one except for the

inclusion of the Oni mask itself the big one and I just want to do one other

thing here to turn these because I feel like this whole potential you look a

little bit more evil having the horns kind of angle forward yeah definitely a

little bit more more tourists like a Minotaur like I think I like that let me

just try it the other way as well turning these back is there multiple

ways to do it but yeah that that changes the look as well hmm maybe that's even

more Minotaur like where they come forward and then sweep back yeah I

actually think I'm not like that the the best of for the options we started out

is another that once no one's okay it looks a little bit formal to me

this is good too but now I get one they're on their angled front to back a

little bit but yeah regardless that's it so again a proper battle pack here super

super massive oh it is a little bit disappointing to me that they didn't

include just one different face because you know even though you don't see the

face behind the big bony mask there if you've got two of this set you can put

the one or one of the special faces over on this guy or something you know and

then you you would see more variety between your different troops especially

if they did something different with the eyes just slightly shaping the eyes

differently then you could put that different one on this also the same

torso prints being used between them I think this is okay no print for the legs

is a little bit weak but kind of goes with the theme here I think the only

thing that I'm not well I'm particularly unhappy about is the price 13 bucks I

mean it is Prada for the course now but we used to be able to get four figures

for that you know I always always use the benchmark of three to three and a

half dollars for figures the value of each figure in a set typically varies

but four dollars is typically what we see now for individual figures so

however you look at it this feels a little bit overpriced as these

battlepacks in the clear peg hook style packages

tend to be I've got nothing more to say about this one so I will move on and

we'll talk to you again very soon

Osteoarthritis: Symptoms - Duration: 2:18.

this is like acute, warmth, and redness in joints, swollen joints, stiff joints,

trouble moving joints and grinding feeling of your joint, is it one or is it

all of these? > You know it's it's it can be all of them, painful and and many

times what we'll see is this cycle. Okay. you know every day you're not gonna have

a painful swollen joint in a standard case of arthritis. Which you'll see is

good days and bad days and you'll see swelling maybe after a stressful

strenuous day, you'll see some warmth over the joint, the grinding that

patients feel on the joint. We call it crepitus. The crepitus is a result of

like that picture we were looking at when that smooth surface turns into an

irregular almost potholed surface you will actually feel that and sometimes

hear that, as a patient moves their joint. But you will see all of these things in

advanced arthritis sometimes you'll see them every single day in the patient but

most often what you'll see is good days and bad days and when I'm talking to a

patient about their arthritic hip or knee I'll say you know what's it like

you have a bad day a month, one bad day a week one bad day a year and then it

becomes a question of you know how is this affecting your life. > And in the hip

it's usually a pain in the groin is that how that is wrecked because well so most

people that come in with a good looking hip and say talk to my hip hurts and

then they point to the outside of their hip. So, so the pain from arthritis in the

hip joint is almost always groin pain not there's always some outliers that

have atypical presentations but usually it is groin pain at least part of their

symptoms.
