This is one of the most important festivals in Tokyo

Shinto and Buddhism

and here there are 2 temples (one of each)

because a lot of us are tiring ourselves out for school

But why do we feel this way when we get fatigued?

Let's discuss the more positive aspects of feeling light-headed.

We possess this tiny chemical in our brains that are responsible for making us happy.

And this chemical is called Dopamine.

Remember, when we feel happy whenever we win games and contests

or if we get a high grade in an test?

This rush of happiness is due to Dopamine spreading from the parts of our brains in charge of rewards

to the other areas of our brain

Dopamine travels to these areas by passing through the spaces

between the brain cells, or neurons, to make us feel great

Dopamine also gets released whenever we need to be alert and awake

to fight over the urge to sleep during exams

*me all the time*

Because of Dopamine, we end up laughing at so many random things

What do you call a fast-moving soup?

So-pas!

*We sincerely apologize for Chino's jokes*

But Dopamine is not the only factor of light-headedness.

Our minds aren't superheroes, they wear out too

Our thinking speed and movement slows down,

which is why we have a hard time listening in class

and are more likely to make mistakes during exams

Also, the part of the brain responsible for decision-making also weakens and slows down

Because of these, we tend to be more reckless with our emotions and lose motivation to play or learn

And if we tire ourselves repeatedly, our chances of getting diseases and damage increase

Diseases like cancer, heart attack, and permanent brain damage

At this day and age all of us, not just students, have to fulfill our own responsbilities

such as socializing,

paying taxes,

Instagram

and taking care of our family

And all these activities do contribute to a happy and wonderful life

but they also rob us of our time to strengthen our bodies,

strengthen ourselves

Feeling light-headed can be a sign of brain fatigue

And multiple all-nighters and cram sessions will just lead to no good

Researchers are currently looking for ways to help us

But we should take it amongst ourselves to change

Small habits like time management and more discipline

are a few of the things that can help our minds,

ourselves,

and our lives

Hello everyone. I'm BOOWHOWOO.

Today

I'm going to

cook raindrop cake like this.

What you need is a pot,

500ml of water or drinks

Agar powder

a bowl,

a 15ml spoon,

some round shaped molds.

It will be super clear raindrop cake

when we use water but

I will use Soda drink

to make the raindrop cake flavored.

OK, let's cook!

Put a bottle of Soda drink (500ml)

in a pan.

and put 2 spoons of Agar powder

in a bowl

and mix well.

Make Agar powder melt with this Soda drink

scooping from the pan.

Please remind that Agar powder is

easy to getting lumps.

Please stir very slowly, little by little.

Put this in a pot again and mix well.

Boil this about 1 minute.

It's getting very hot

so please make sure that children like me should cook with adults.

Let this liquid cool for a while

Then put it in molds.

Conditions that overwork the heart. Conditions including high blood pressure, valve disease, thyroid disease, kidney disease, diabetes, or

heart defects present at birth can all cause heart failure. In addition, heart failure can occur when several diseases or conditions are present at

once.

What are the treatments / Medication of Heart Failure

Eat a healthy diet. Limit your consumption of sodium (salt) to less than 2,000 milligrams (2 grams) each day. Eat foods high in fiber. Limit

foods high in trans fat, cholesterol, and sugar. Reduce total daily intake of calories to lose weight if necessary.

Exercise regularly. A regular cardiovascular exercise program, prescribed by your doctor, will help improve your strength and make you feel

better. It may also decrease heart failure progression. Don't overdo it. Plan your activities and include

rest periods during the day. Certain activities, such as pushing or pulling heavy objects and shoveling may worsen heart failure and its

symptoms. Prevent respiratory infections.

Ask your doctor about flu and pneumonia vaccines. Take your medications as prescribed. Do not

stop taking them without first contacting your doctor. Get emotional or psychological support if

needed. Heart failure can be difficult for your whole family. If you have questions, ask your doctor or nurse. If you need emotional support,

social workers, psychologists, clergy, and heart failure support groups are a phone call away. Ask your doctor or nurse to point you in the right

Hey guys, welcome to my channel,

finally I screwed up my courage to talk in front of the camera:)

In today's video I'm going to share some BB cream products' reviews and comparisons.

Also I will mention some tips that we should be careful while applying BB cream.

Today I'm going to talk about two western brands and two Korean brands.

The western brands are Bobbi Brown and Clarins.

The Korean brands are Laneige and Missha.

Before we get into our topic, I would like to share my experience that I bought the green bottle Maybelline Minerals BB cream as my first BB cream years ago.

It was really affordable for me as a university student without much money.

But it was quite moisturizing

with gentle coverage performance, easy to apply,

fragrance-free, suitable for sensitive skin.

If you are a beginner for doing makeup,

Maybelline is a good brand to start with from my experience.I personally really respect this brand.

So let's start our topic,

the first BB cream I'm going to talk about is Clarins Skin Perfecting Cream.

We know Clarins is famous for its skin and body care products.

I feel really comfy to wear this BB cream,

and it has... let me see,

and it has SPF 25 sun protection.

for our skin

The coverage is gentle and mild.

So you won't like it if you have high expectation for a good coverage.

I have oily combination skin type

and I remember on my international flight

i can re-apply it on my face without caking or masking.

I guess it is the moisturiser inside that so helpful for me to re-apply it without caking.

The con is

this product has few colour choices to choose from, there's even complains about the colour choices on Amazon.com shopping website.

The one I was using is 00 fair,

which is a bit bright for me,

but the next shade is quite dark for me.

So it is hard for many Asian people to choose the right colour.

The next one is the Bobbi Brown BB cream

which has SPF 35 sun protection.

I think this product probably can get the highest score in general.

Considering Bobbi Brown is specialised in professional makeup,

Bobbi Brown has many colour choices for the BB cream prodcuts

so it's easy for us to choose the right colour.

I decided to buy it without any hesitation when the makeup consultant tried this BB cream on me.

.But the coverage is gentle, not very good.

So you wouldn't be satisfied if you want a good coverage.

The big advantage of this BB cream is the moisturiser inside made it easy to apply and lets skin breathe.

It is really poplar with really good scores on Amazon.com.

But there's one thing I want to mention here:

It contains Oxybenzone

which is an ingredient for chemical sunscreen.

There are some arguments about this ingredient, some people said it may be harmful or cause allergy,

others think it is OK.

we don't know who is right. so I can not made judgement here.

Next：Korean Brands.

So next let's move to korean brands BB cream products

First one is Missha's pink bottle, (not the most famous red bottle)

it is kind of expensive comparing with Missha's other BB cream products.

it's called M signature real complete with SPF 25 sun protection.

It is thicker than many other BB cream products, feeling more like foundation

with good coverage.

Feels thicker than many other BB cream products

It will be a good choice if you like a better coverage.

The colour I was using is 23 Yellow Natural Beige,

but on my skin it looks slightly pinkish,

in this way, my skin looks slightly grayish after I applied on my face.

If you have a warm yellowish skin tone,

then it may not be your best choice.

The second one is Missha's Cell Renew Snail BB cream,

which belongs to higher price range compare with Missha's other BB cream products.

maybe because the formula?

It gives skin good moisture.

And the texture is not too thick or too light

with SPF30

But you have to be really careful

if you have a warm yellowish skin tone like mine,

because the natural beige colour of this product shows a bit pinkish tone on my skin.

I remember people always asked me if I got sick

because I looked quite grayish after using this.

The tick is please dont choose any foundation or BB cream that is pinkish if you have warm yellowish skin tone

unless you want a gray skin colour :P

Next is what I am using every day now. It is Laneige BB cushion (Pore Control)

with SPF50 that provides good sun protection even in summer.

I found colours of a lot of korean foundation or BB cream products are lighter than we think.

The one im using now is 23 sand beige,

but it doesnt show sand colour at all.

It is pretty light-weight on skin,

and easy to apply with the the convenient sponge, so you wont apply too much on your face, easy to control.

The coverage is gentle,not as good as normal foundation.

then let me see ....

From the ingredients, seems it should contains physical sunscreen

which I personally like,

maybe I am just scared of the word"chemical":P

I remember ,once in summer, I applied this BB cream then enjoyed the water theme park with my friend,

because of we living in a farm without convenient water at night,

so I didnt remove my BB cream or wash my face,

but next day my skin was totally fine without any acne which may happen before.

I personally like this kind of gentle BB cream for daily use.

There's another thing I'd like to mention:

while you only apply light-weight BB cream like this Laneige BB cushion

please dont apply thick concealer

Because light-weight BB cream is not as thick as foundation

thick concealer will be quite obvious on skin

then your face will look really uneven after a whole day.

because concealer will be masking or caking where you applied it,

So just apply really light concealer if you have to

you can also apply the foundation to the brush

I want to see how this holds up own its own so I am not going to use a primer

I will be blending this with a sponge on half of my face and with brush for the other half of my face

I'm not sure if the color will match me . I feel like it's a little bit to dark for me but we'll never know until we try

i am going to start with the sponge side which is my right side

there wasn't any instructions on it so I'm sure but oh well

I'm just going to stop right here for now and blend it out

with a sponge

it actually looks like a second skin!

it doesn't look like I applied foundation!

but it covered my imperfections pretty well!

this is the most important bit because there are pores

i mean the pores wouldn't be a problem if I wear a primer so

they weren't lying when they said this will give a second skin!

the color matches me pretty well and it doesn't look like I have foundation on my skin!

let's move on to my forehead

i have a lot of small bumps on my skin so

i think it did a pretty good job

it looks really natural

how do I divide this part in half

did it

my nose as well

it blends out really well

i don't think my forehead needs another layer but my cheek does

let's see if another layer makes the foundation look cakey

if another layer doesn't make the foundation cakey then it's really good for bringing it with you

it covered it

i really like this

i should've used it earlier

i was just scared to use this because I had so much expectations for this

i have it on the right side and not on the left side

it's really natural but it covers it really well

they really weren't lying !

as I said before , I have a lot of small bumps which I hate

these bumps are so hard to cover without looking like I have make up on

the sponge side doesn't look like that

for now, I like the sponge a bit btter

the sponge side only needed one layer for my forehead but

there are still some redness peaking through for the brush side

i feel like the sponge side has more coverage

i am going to apply another layer on this side as well

i think it applies less patchy with a brush

this side is with a spongs and tis side is with a brush

i mean it's not a big difference

but if i had to choose, i would choose the sponge

i feel like the sponge side didn't settle in to my pores as much as the brush side did

i think the sponge side is better

this is side is with the brush you can't really see it but

this part right here just settled into my pores

i don't think the sponge side is bad as the other side

so I like the sponge side better

i am going to finish the rest of my makeup

i've done all of my make up but

the foundation didn't move

everything that they said on the website is pretty true

oh no i dropped it

it's really creamy and it was easy to blend out

as I said, i like the sponge side better than the brush side

it looks like this after i put on the rest of my makeup

it already settled into my nose so I wonder how it's going to look after 6 hours

but the rest of it seems pretty good

i mean you could get away with the pores if you use a primer so

that doesn't really bother me

it had a pretty good coverage

but it's not full full coverage

it still looks natural

i am pretty happy that the shade matched me

it looked like my skin when I was blending it out

it is 1:15 right now so

i will see you guys around 6 or 7!

it's a little bit past 7 and it's 8 oclock right now

the forehead looks pretty good to me

it did come off on my chin but

it always does that so

but I apologise to Paul and Joe's gel foundation because

it looks really bad on my nose

the rest of my face looks pretty good though!

even though I didn't use a primer, area around my pores look pretty good

it didn't make me dry

i don't look THAT shiny

i mean I am a little but

it's not that bad and

even if I touch it with my hadnds, it doesn't come off

i didn't use any primers but it looks pretyy good so

i am excited to use this with a primer

brand new paperback. Relativity is the

story of single mother Claire and her

socially awkward but genius child Ethan.

They live in Sydney, Australia, and we

know that Ethan's father has been out of

the picture for many years, but we're left to

piece together a few hints of what might

have caused him to leave. This is the story

of what caused their relationship to end;

it's a story of missed opportunities and

changing dreams; and it's the story of a

mother's love for her child. My thoughts

on this book: I like this one,

but I was never quite sure what I was

supposed to be taking from it. But maybe

that's such a great thing. One of my

favourite things was how richly and three

dimensionally Antonia Hayes portrayed all

of these characters. Some of the events

in here are actually based on the author's

real life which is probably why she

managed to paint them in such a real

and honest way. I was more interested in the

adult characters' storylines than the

children's to be honest, but that might be

because i'm a little bit scared of children.

sweet french cheese flavor ~this sounds so delish~ Bali coconut flavor and inside they look like this

and on the surface of the cookie there is a cream slathered on it looks so delish, There's 10 in each pack

tadaaa today I've assembled all these other foods that I want to eat along with these crackers today itadakimasu

lets start off with these the belgian chocolate ones ahh look at this chocolate and on the flipside its baked

to such a nice golden color and its sprinkled with sugar

its a nice and thin and its got a nice coat of chocolate that is so very delish

its so nice and light as well

next is a sweet french cheese flavor

the cheese is sweetened yet has a very rich and delish flavor the cheese has such a depth of flavor

next we've got a Bali coconut flavored cracker its got coconut sprinkled on it and it smells of coconut as well

for a lover of stong flavors like me its something that I just can't stop eating

these taste just great on their own but I hear that these go great with things like ice cream and fruits so I've prepped

all sorts of other things to go with this. potato salad, whipped cream, ice cream, cream cheese

and this is raisin butter, and some fruit as well I've been thinkin'.... as I've been eating these crackers

they're so sweet that this potato salad and this cream cheese might not be so great if I put them on the cracker so I've decided

that it might be best to eat these as normal and then eat the cracker as a palate cleanser

so lets take this guy and try it with ice cream on top looks delish

ahh choco and ice cream go so nicely together

so delish lets try dipping it

I'll try the cheese one with some pink grapefruit on top

that feeling of biting into a fresh fruit transfers to the cracker... its so nice

and on this I've added some raisin butter

ahh it matches nicely it adds that rich buttery feel to it

and now its time for whipped cream

looks delish

soo good, that creamy feel mixed with a crispy cracker

this strawberry looks so Kawaii with this

strawberries go so nicely with sweets

the ice cream has all but melted lets add the whipped cream into that bowl now

I'm about half done now these crackers are so delish... so easy to eat as well

and now I'll add some honey

honey goes nicely

I think I liked the chocolate and ice cream pairing the most among the crackers I liked the sweet french cheese one the most

and the one that went best with fruit was probably the bali coconut one

these Indonesian Malkist crackers were so delish please give them a try if you take a trip to Indonesia

Today

I'm going to

cook raindrop cake like this.

What you need is a pot,

500ml of water or drinks

Agar powder

a bowl,

a 15ml spoon,

some round shaped molds.

It will be super clear raindrop cake

when we use water but

I will use Soda drink

to make the raindrop cake flavored.

OK, let's cook!

Put a bottle of Soda drink (500ml)

in a pan.

and put 2 spoons of Agar powder

in a bowl

and mix well.

Make Agar powder melt with this Soda drink

scooping from the pan.

Please remind that Agar powder is

easy to getting lumps.

Please stir very slowly, little by little.

Put this in a pot again and mix well.

Boil this about 1 minute.

It's getting very hot

so please make sure that children like me should cook with adults.

Let this liquid cool for a while

Then put it in molds.
