Youtube daily report Jan 20 2017

A Queens mother accused of murdering her 2-year-old daughter by violently shaking and beating the toddler pleaded guilty to the crime.

Ashley Diaz, 31, of Rockaway, entered guilty pleas for first-degree assault and second-degree manslaughter on Thursday morning, the Queens District Attorney announced.

During the court hearing, Queens Supreme Court Justice Richard Buchter indicated he would sentence Diaz to 17 years in prison to be followed by five years' post release supervision.

Prosecutors said her daughter, Kevasia Edwards, suffered several violent blows to her head and body.

Diaz told cops that Kevasia suffered a seizure on Feb. 3, 2014 inside her Rockaways home on Beach 56th Place at about 9:30 p.m., officials said.

Ashley Diaz entered guilty pleas for first-degree assault and second-degree manslaughter on Thursday morning.

(Alex Rud)

After waiting at least a half hour, Diaz called her babysitter, who then reached out to a family who called 911, according to authorities.

Little Kevasia died at St. John's Episcopal Hospital just after midnight.

Diaz had received at least four visits from city Administration for Children's Services and counts no less than five arrests on her rap sheet, records show.

She tried to get herself out of trouble by claiming her child's injuries stemmed from a fall she took after the seizure.

Prosecutors said Kevasia Edwards suffered several violent blows to her head and body.

(Alex Rud)

But an autopsy found injuries that indicated abuse, officials said.

The girl had two broken ribs, a bruised liver, scars and bruises all over her body, and trauma to her head, officials said. She also had scarring on her right foot which indicated there was a prior burn, according to doctors.

"The actions of the defendant are totally incomprehensible," Queens District Attorney Richard Brown said in a statement after her arrest in 2014.

NYPD presses case against cop who killed Ramarley Graham, saying he violated playbook for dangero... - Duration: 4:25.

From start to finish, Officer Richard Haste violated one tactical rule after another in going after 18-year-old Ramarley Graham before killing him, NYPD Inspector Gregory Sheehan testified Wednesday.

Haste broke just about every rule set down by the NYPD in handling a suspect believed to be armed inside a dwelling in the 2012 shooting, said Sheehan, commander of the Specialized Training Section.

Haste forced the confrontation and ignored rules which require cops to "isolate and contain" suspects holed up in an apartment or house and call in Emergency Services officers specially trained to perform dangerous entries, Sheehan said.

The commander explained there was no immediate danger to anyone in Graham's home, and Haste easily could have waited for ESU to arrive and handle the entry.

"This was poor tactics," Sheehan said. "Once the pursuit was over and (Graham) was inside a locked apartment, it becomes a barricade job."

It was only after shooting Graham that Haste backed up and found cover as the teen lay dying in a bathroom.

Sitting in the audience, Gwen Carr blurted "Oh, wow!" at the revelation in court.

Carr, the mother of Eric Garner, who was choked to death by police in July 2014, later said she was outraged.

"If you thought he had a gun, the sensible thing would be to take cover before the shooting," she said.

Officer Richard Haste, flanked by lawyers Stuart London and Michael Martinez in 2012, used "poor tactics" in pursuing Ramarley Graham before fatally shooting him, a NYPD prosecutor said Wednesday.

(Richard Drew/AP)

"That was such a statement. They should have just kept that to themselves."

Graham's mother Constance Malcolm said despite Sheehan's testimony, the NYPD isn't going far enough and should discipline the other five cops involved.

"It disgusts me how the NYPD continues to lie about my son," she said. "He wasn't running. He didn't commit no crime.

He was a black man walking down the street pulling up his pants."

Officers Tyrone Horne and Andrew Jarvis triggered the encounter after reporting they saw Graham with a gun.

No gun was found, but Horne and Jarvis were promoted to the rank of detective.

"They haven't gotten any reprimand for anything that they did. They put the whole thing in motion," Malcolm said.

Michael Martinez, a lawyer for Haste, said Sheehan was "Monday morning quarterbacking."

"There is no police operation, no matter what the outcome, that you can't look at and find ways to fine tune it," he said.

Undated photo of Graham.

"You can second guess and say this should have been done differently. It just doesn't translate into discipline."

Martinez noted that the standard is whether what Haste did was reasonable. Haste is slated to take the stand Friday.

On Feb. 2, 2012, Jarvis and Horne spotted Graham walking down the street with two friends, according to trial testimony.

Graham separated from them and went into his own house, most likely having no idea that Haste was following him.

He locked the door and went upstairs. Haste and Officer John McLoughlin kicked at the door and then Haste ran around back and went to a first-floor neighbor's apartment.

The neighbor let in Haste, who then went to the front door and let in Sgt. Scott Morris and Officer Chris Crositto. \

When no one answered, they kicked the door in and Haste entered and walked down a narrow hallway yelling at Graham not to move, trial testimony continued.

Sheehan said in the absence of someone screaming for help or gunshots, cops are supposed to "isolate and contain," slow the pace of the encounter and use time and distance to resolve it.

Councilman Andy King (from l.), Ramarley Graham's mother Constance Macolm and sister Leona Virgo are seen outside police headquarters during a break in the Haste trial on Tuesday.

(Jefferson Siegel/New York Daily News)

"Absent an emergency, the only person who has the authority to order a breach is the precinct commander or the duty captain," Sheehan said.

Using force, he added, is a last resort that the NYPD frowns on because it brings lawsuits and hurts the department's reputation.

ESU officers train constantly to do dangerous entries. Regular cops like Haste don't receive that training, Sheehan said.

"Overall, the tactics were bad, the decision making was bad," said Carlton Berkley, a retired detective and one-time City Council candidate who is a friend of Graham's family. "It was bad from the beginning."

So far during the trial, the account of the incident has not mentioned that Graham's grandmother and 6-year-old brother were at their apartment at the time of the incident.

"He murdered my son in front of my mom and 6-year-old child and none of that was mentioned," Malcolm said.

Advocates criticized the NYPD for not calling any of the civilians in the home to testify.

A police official said Haste is being tried on whether he violated police procedure.

"Civilians don't really know anything about that," the official said.

Regents Exam | Algebra I (Common Core) | August 2016 | Problem 11 - Duration: 4:21.

Regents Exam Algebra I August 2016 Problem number 11.

Which function has the greatest y-intercept?

In this problem we are provided with 4 functions each one expressed in a distinct form.

We need to determine which of these functions has the greatest y-intercept.

For this type of problem we have no other choice but to systematically go through each

option and make a decision only after we have analyze all the possible answers.

Let's start with the first option here we have f of x equals 3x this is equivalent to

y equals 3x, recall that the equation of a line in slope intercept form is y equals mx

plus b, where m represents the slope and b represents the y-intercept.

Comparing both functions we see that f of x equals 3x has a slope of 3 and a y-intercept

of zero.

Alternatively we could have figured out the y-intercept by setting x equal to zero and

simplifying the expression or solving for f of x or y.

Recall that the y-intercept of a function is the point where the function crosses the

y-axis and has an x-coordinate equal to zero.

Taking a look at option 2 we see that we have the standard form of the equation of a line

of the form Ax plus By equals C we can determine the y-intercept by rewriting the function

into the slope intercept form by solving for y so we first subtract 2x from both sides

of the equation, we then divide both sides of the equation by 3 making sure we divide

both terms on the right side of the equation, doing that we obtain the following alternative

form of the function, y equals negative two thirds x plus 4.

Comparing this function with the slope intercept form of the equation of a line we see that

the y-intercept is equal 4.

Alternatively we can also determine the y-intercept by setting the variable x equal to zero and

solving for y doing that we also obtain 4 for the y-intercept.

For option 3 we are not provided with a function but we are provided with a description of

the line in this case the line has a slope of 2 and passes through the point one negative

4.

In order to determine the y-intercept we can make use of the point slope form of the equation

of a line to do just that.

The point slope form has the following form y minus y sub 1 equals m times the quantity

x minus x sub 1 where m represents the slope and x sub 1 and y sub 1 represent the points

x and y coordinate respectively.

Substituting the value for the slope for m and the points coordinates for x sub 1 and

y sub 1 we obtain the following.

Next we need to solve for y and rewrite the equation in slope intercept form.

So we distribute the slope and then subtract 4 from both sides of the equation obtaining

the following function, y equals 2x minus 6.

We can now clearly see that this line has a y-intercept equal to negative 6.

Lastly we need to find the y-intercept of option 4.

Here we are given a graphical form of the equation of a line we can quickly determine

the y-intercept by locating the point where the function crosses the y-axis or in this

case f of x.

Locating the point we see that this occurs at the point zero five.

So the y-intercept is equal to positive 5.

Comparing the y-intercept of all four options we see that the greatest y-intercept is 5

so option 4 is the answer.

HEAR IT: Chris Christie calls Philadelphia Eagles fans 'angry, awful people' on 'Boomer and Carto... - Duration: 1:40.

Although Chris Christie appears to be a fan of Philadelphia cheesesteaks, the New Jersey governor could care less about the cities sports fans.

Christie co-hosted WFAN's "Boomer and Carton Show" Wednesday morning and was not shy about expressing what he thought about fans from the city of brotherly love. The governor was talking about the public reaction he gets for being a fan of the Dallas Cowboys. It should be noted, Christie is the governor of a state where the southern half are predominantly Eagles fans.

"They're interested. But the hostility, I will tell you that I take for being a Cowboys fan — and this is what I say to Giants fans all the time, and Eagles fans. Now Eagles fans I understand it from a little more because the Eagles do suck and they've sucked for a long time.

And their fans are generally angry, awful people," Christie said.

Co-host Craig Carton agreed with Christie on his stance about Eagles fans.

Christie has never hid the fact that he's a Cowboys fan in the state that's home to the Giants and Jets. He's been spotted at Cowboys games several times over the past few years, usually right beside team owner Jerry Jones.

Despite being governor in the state where the Jets and Giants play, Chris Christie pledges allegiance to the Dallas Cowboys.

(Michael Ainsworth/AP)

Giants and Eagles fans had plenty of ammo to throw shade at Christie and the Cowboys over the weekend.

The NFC East winners were knocked out of the playoffs by the Packers in the divisional round. The Cowboys have won only three playoff games since their last Super Bowl win in the 1995 season. They also haven't gotten past the divisional round.

Coat Rack from an Old Drawer - Duration: 7:16.

Since the winter started my wife and I have been putting our coats and jackets all over

the house.

While the cat seems to like it, Things have kind of gotten out of control.

We have an empty wall behind our front door which I think Is a good spot to hang coat

rack.

Now, don't tell my wife, but the real reason for building this coat rack is that I just

couldn't wait to try out my new table saw, even though I didn't quite finish building

it yet.

I found this big drawer that someone threw away.

It's really nothing special, it's made out of pine and has this blue colour all over it.

Usually I won't even bother picking something this beat up off the curb, but I was curious

to see if I could use the table saw to get something decent out of it.

I thought it would be a nice exercise.

So I took the best looking board, which was still a pretty bad looking piece of wood.

It was a bit cupped, full of staples, and pretty dirty too.

So I took the staples out, half way with a flat screw driver and the rest of the way

with locking pliers.

I then cut the board down closer to its final dimensions, and ripped both sides off to get

the board to be 13 cm (5" 1/8) wide, which was twice my maximal depth of cut.

In order to straighten the board I needed a flat reference plane, so I used two short

screws to attach it to a sacrificial piece of plywood.

Now I could take care of the cup.

I raised the blade and set up a featherboard to hold the board tight onto the fence during

the cut.

Because this will apply pressure on fence towards its end, I clamped the fence to the

table on the back as well, to make sure it doesn't move.

But I didn't set the feather board properly, since the workpiece got stuck when it hit it.

So I repositioned it, and made the cut again.

This time it worked out ok, so I flipped the board and cut the other side as well.

I had a little bit of burns and marks from the blade, but after some scraping and sanding

I got to a pretty decent result.

And the cup was gone.

At least on the upper side.

Next I trimmed the board to its final dimensions.

I wanted to chamfer the edges of the board, by making a 45 degree cut on the table saw.

In order not to ruin my zero clearance insert, I removed it and put in a new one.

It came out pretty nice, although I did have a little bit of tear out.

I thought it would be nice to add a small inlay around the coat rack.

A few weeks ago I found a lot of hardwood flooring that was thrown away, so I had quite

a lot of hardwood.

I really felt like a kid in a candy store, with all of this variety to choose from.

I wanted to use something that will go nice with the pine, but won't have too much contrast.

I'm really not sure what kind of wood this is.

So, if you have any idea, let me know in the comments.

In order to use the table saw to cut a groove for the inlay, I glued some black electrical

tape to the fence to mark the start and end positions for the cut.

I then tried to finish the grooves with a chisel.

Although it was pretty sharp, I had a really hard time removing the material, especially

in the groove perpendicular to the end grain.

This pine was so soft, so it was very hard to work on without damaging it.

So I decided to change plans, went back to the table saw, and cut the groove all the

way through.

I then cut the hardwood inlay and glued it in place.

When the glue was dry I cut off the excess material on the table saw.

It was a bit awkward, but it worked out ok.

And then it was simply a matter planning it flush.

After about half an hour of careful work, the result was just spectacular.

I ended up with beautiful shavings.

Some were curly, some long and thin, and even some of hardwood wrapped in pine.

Oh, and I also got the inlay nice and flat.

All I had left to do now was to take care of the chamfers.

Next I applied a couple of coats of water based finish, and when it was dry I finally

removed the sacrificial plywood from the back.

Remember that blue color?

In order to drill the holes for the dowels I put a couple of C clamps on my temporary

drill press to act as a depth stop, and used some scrap wood to set the angle.

I drilled two of the holes all the way through using a smaller drill bit, so I could later

drive in screws that will attach the coat rack to the wall.

By attaching a bolt to a piece of wood I made something that I made something that I could

use to hold the dowels in the drill, so I could chamfer their ends.

I could probably just use a chisel instead, but where's the fun in that?

Because some of the dowels were a bit loose in the holes, I used a relatively generous

amount of glue.

I wasn't worried too much about cleaning it up, since I already applied finish on the

board.

I gave the glue a short while to dry, and then removed the excess.

After a couple more coats of water based finish, it was finally done!

This was a really interesting experiment and I learned a lot from it.

I really didn't think I could get something this nice from that old drawer.

The result is far from perfect, but I still really like the way it came out.

So it has some imperfections here and there, but it really doesn't matter all that much,

because the thing about coat hangers...

... is that you never get to actually see them.

Till next time, thanks for watching.

Trump Thinks All These Bikers Are Coming To His Inauguration... - Duration: 8:35.

DONALD TRUMP IS NOT THE TYPE OF PERSON WHO LIKES TO BE TOLD

HE'S UNPOPULAR OR THAT HE'S LOSING AT SOMETHING, AND RECENT

REPORTS INDICATE THAT THERE ISN'T A LOT OF FIRE OR A LOT OF

ATTENTION BEING PAID TO THE AMERICAN PEOPLE TOWARD HIS

INAUGURATION.

NOT A LOT OF PEOPLE ARE ACTUALLY GOING TO

SHOW UP, AND HE ABSOLUTELY HATES THAT.

IT DRIVES HIM INSANE

BECAUSE HE WANTS TO BE PART OF THIS POPULARITY CONTEST.

TO GIVE

YOU AN IDEA OF WHAT HIS INAUGURATION WILL BE LIKE

COMPARED TO OBAMA'S --

TO BE FAIR, PRESIDENT BARACK OBAMA'S INAUGURATION WAS

UNDOUBTEDLY A MOMENT IN HISTORY, IT WAS THE FIRST TIME THAT WE

ELECTED A BIRACIAL PRESIDENT.

SO I CAN UNDERSTAND HOW HE WOULD

HAVE MORE PEOPLE ATTENDING THAN ANYONE ELSE, TO BE HONEST,

UNLESS THERE IS SOMEONE WHO IS NOT CHRISTIAN OR NOT MALE

WHO GETS ELECTED, BECAUSE THAT WOULD BE HISTORIC AS

WELL.

TO BE FAIR TO TRUMP HE IS ALSO HISTORIC, HE'S THE FIRST ORANGE

PRESIDENT WE WILL HAVE.

THAT'S PART OF IT, THE OTHER PART OF IT

IS WHEN TRUMP'S APPROVAL RATINGS ARE NOW HOVERING BETWEEN 37 -- I

THINK I SAW 44 ONCE, LET'S CALL IT 40% -- FOR AN INCOMING

PRESIDENT THAT IS HISTORICALLY MISERABLE.

GEORGE W. BUSH ALSO

WON AN ELECTION WHERE HE DIDN'T WIN THE POPULAR VOTE, BUT CAME

IN AT 61%.

BARACK OBAMA, WHEN HE GOT THE 1.8 MILLION PEOPLE TO

SHOW UP, CAME IN AT AN 84% APPROVAL RATING.

THAT'S WHY HE

HAS TWICE AS MANY PEOPLE WHO CAME TO HIS INAUGURATION, HE WAS

LITERALLY TWICE AS POPULAR.

HONESTLY WHO CARES, DON'T DRAW ATTENTION TO THE FACT THAT THERE

ISN'T AS MUCH EXCITEMENT SURROUNDING YOUR INAUGURATION,

BUT TRUMP CAN'T HELP HIMSELF.

SO OF COURSE HE STARTS MAKING

STATEMENTS ABOUT HOW POPULAR HE IS AND HOW MUCH EVERYONE LOVES

HIM.

HERE IS A QUOTE --

-- SOMEPLACE IN THIS COUNTRY.

I WONDER IF YOU LOOKED IT UP OR VERIFIED IT.

FIRST, BIKERS FOR TRUMP OBVIOUSLY SUPPORT TRUMP, THEY

EXIST AND THEY PLAN ON ATTENDING.

HOWEVER, THERE ARE

MEMES, PICTURES, AND VIDEOS CIRCULATING AND GOING VIRAL

INDICATING THAT HERE ARE THE BIKERS, HERE THEY ARE ON THEIR

WAY TO DC FOR THE INAUGURATION -- THE ONLY PROBLEM IS THEY ARE

ALL FAKE.

THEY ARE ALL EITHER PHOTOSHOP OR THEY ARE FROM

EVENTS FROM YEARS AGO.

THERE IS AN EXAMPLE OF A VIDEO THAT

OBVIOUSLY IS NOT IN DC BECAUSE OF THE GREEN GRASS, AND IT'S

WINTERTIME.

LET'S KEEP THAT IN MIND.

LET ME GIVE YOU SOME

EXAMPLES -- THERE WAS A PHOTO FROM TWITTER HANDLE

WIKIFLEEKMEMES CLAIMING THAT 200,000 BIKERS WERE ON THEIR WAY

TO DC, IT WAS FAKE, THE ORIGIN OF THE PHOTO COMES FROM A 2013

POST ABOUT BIKERS FROM A SPANISH WEBSITE.

ALSO --

I DIDN'T KNOW THAT, THAT'S A STUNNING NUMBER.

BUS PERMIT REQUESTS, BUT AWAY.

IT'S NOT LIKE THEY ARE NOT

GIVING THE TRUMP GUYS PERMITS, HE WON, HE'S GOING TO BE THE

PRESIDENT.

I'VE NEVER SEEN A SITUATION WHERE THE PROTESTERS

AT AN INAUGURATION ARE LARGER THAN THE SUPPORTERS.

NOT BUSH,

NOT ANYONE -- YOU CAN ARGUE THAT A LOT OF PEOPLE DIDN'T LIKE

OBAMA BY 2012, THAT'S NOT EMPIRICALLY TRUE, BUT YOU COULD

ARGUE THAT, AND PROTESTERS WERE TINY, TINY, COMPARED TO THE

ACTUAL INAUGURATION EVENTS.

IN THIS CASES LOPSIDED.

THAT'S WHAT

DRIVES TRUMP CRAZY.

BUT HE DOESN'T CARE ABOUT FACTS, AND

HE'S THE PRESIDENT OF THE UNITED STATES AND STILL DOESN'T CHECK

ANYTHING.

HE DOESN'T CARE, THOUGH.

WHEN YOU GET EMBARRASSED?

DONALD, THAT IS A PICTURE FROM

2013, IT'S FROM A SPANISH MAGAZINE.

BUT HE DOESN'T, HE

DOESN'T CARE.

HERE'S THE REASON WHY HE CAN DO THAT AND HE WILL CONTINUOUSLY

GET AWAY WITH IT -- HE UNDERSTANDS THAT HIS BASE ALSO

ISN'T INTERESTED IN THE FACTS.

HE LIED AGAIN AND AGAIN, NOT

ONLY DURING THE ELECTION BUT AFTER THE ELECTION, HE LIES, HE

CAN'T HELP HIMSELF, AND IT'S NOT ENOUGH TO CONVINCE HIS

SUPPORTERS THAT HE IS NOT THE RIGHT PERSON TO LEAD THIS

COUNTRY.

AS I'VE SAID BEFORE, THE SCANDALS AND LIES DON'T

MATTER, THE ONLY THING THAT WILL MATTER IN THE END IS WHAT HE

WILL DO TO THIS ECONOMY.

AS SOON AS AMERICANS FEEL THE ECONOMIC

BURDEN OF DONALD TRUMP, I THINK THAT'S WHEN THINGS WILL MATTER.

BUT IN THE MEANTIME IT DOESN'T MATTER, HE CAN SHARE

FAKE MEMES AS MUCH AS HE WANTS AND COMPLAIN ABOUT

FAKE NEWS SIMULTANEOUSLY.

LET'S HIT THEM WITH THE WALL OF MEAT.

CHRIS COX IS THE FOUNDER OF BIKERS FOR TRUMP,

RECENTLY HE WAS ON FOX TALKING ABOUT HOW MUCH HE

LOVES TRUMP AND PLANS ON SUPPORTING HIM.

WE ARE A POLITICAL PHENOMENON, WE ARE IN NO WAY, SHAPE, OR FORM

VIGILANTES, WE WILL HAVE A PRESENCE DURING THE

INAUGURATION.

WE HAVE FULL CONFIDENCE IN THE POLICE, WE

BELIEVE THEY LEARNED FROM MISTAKES THAT WERE MADE IN

CHICAGO AND ARIZONA AND WE HAVE CONFIDENCE IN THEM, BUT

IN THE EVENT THAT WE ARE NEEDED WE WILL FORM A WALL

OF MEAT.

WHAT DOES THAT MEAN, A WALL OF MEAT?

WE WILL BE SHOULDER TO SHOULDER WITH OUR BROTHERS AND

WE WILL BE TOE TO TOE WITH ANYONE THAT IS GOING TO BREAK

THROUGH ANY POLICE BARRIERS THAT WILL BE INSULTING WOMEN,

SPITTING ON THEM, THROWING THINGS AT THEM --

WHO'S GOING TO PAY FOR THAT WALL?

I KNOW YOU'RE GOING TO

BUILD IT WITH YOUR MEAT -- BY THE WAY THE GUY WHO WANTS TO

BUILD A WALL OF MEAT, HIS LAST NAME IS COX.

[BEAVIS AND

BUTT-HEAD LAUGHING SOUND EFFECT] COX IS GOING TO BUILD A WALL OF

MEAT, THAT'S WHAT COX IS GOING TO DO.

THEY SUPPORT TRUMP, MORE POWER TO THEM.

DO YOU, BOO.

BUT IN THE

LAST PART OF HIS STATEMENT HE SAID SOMETHING ABOUT PROTECTING

WOMEN FROM BEING ASSAULTED OR SPIT ON -- THE PROTESTERS THAT

ARE GOING TO PROTEST HIM AT THE INAUGURATION AND THE DAY AFTER,

THEY ARE CALLED THE MARCH FOR WOMEN.

SO I DON'T THINK ANYONE

IS INTERESTED -- I DON'T BELIEVE FOR A SECOND THAT ANYONE RELATED

TO THAT MOVEMENT OR THAT PROTEST IS LOOKING FOR VIOLENCE OR

LOOKING FOR TROUBLE.

WILL THERE BE A PROVOCATEUR, PEOPLE TRYING

TO CAUSE PROBLEMS?

I HAVE NO DOUBT, THAT ALWAYS HAPPENS.

BUT

OVERALL NO ONE IS GOING THERE LOOKING TO ABUSE WOMEN.

I'M GOING TO MAKE A RANDOM COMMENT ABOUT THE FOX AND

FRIENDS B-TEAM, THEY BROUGHT THE B-TEAM IN FOR SOME REASON, AND

THEY LOOK LIKE NEW PUPPETS.

I FEEL LIKE THEY MOVE LIKE THE

MUPPETS, LIKE, WALL OF MEAT?

HA HA HA.

THEY CRACK ME UP, MAN.

I

THINK BETWEEN THE THREE OF THEM HAVE GOT ABOUT TWO BRAIN CELLS

THEY RUB TOGETHER, AND THEY ARE LIKE, WALL, MEAT.

GUYS, IF YOU

ARE TRUMP SUPPORTERS AND YOU LOVE THIS, HAVE AT IT, HOSS.

GO

JOIN THE WALL.

BE PART OF THE WALL OF MEAT, WHICH IS

HILARIOUS.

MAKE THE VEGETARIANS PAY FOR.

[TIGHTEN UP MY MEAT]

THAT ALSO FROM FOX AND FRIENDS.

David Moadel today I wanted to give you

an introduction to the stochastic

indicator and it could be an indicator

that might tell you or at least at least

give you an indication of when you might

consider buying a stock and also when

you might want to sell it so let's take

a look

this is an example of the stochastic

indicator and the black line is the

stochastic line

ok and the red line is the three day

moving average of the black line and so

if the black line is a little too choppy

for you might be a little confusing the

red line is kind of a smooth out version

of the black line but mainly I focus on

on the black line the stochastic line

and it's an overbought and oversold

indicator ok and so if this bottom line

here represents 0 and the line never

goes below zero this top line represents

a hundred and it never goes above a

hundred alright

this dotted line is 50 that's the

midline and that means that the price is

you know about average where it normally

would be

this is 20 and that represents oversold

so if the black line goes below 20 or

this line that means that the stock is

possibly cheap and worth buying because

you want to buy it a low price of course

this line over here is 80 and that

represents overbought which means that

if the black line goes above this line

here that means the stock might be

expensive

ok and so you might not want to buy it

if it's overbought and if you already

own it you might consider selling if it

goes up above selling your shares if it

goes above that line all right now what

a lot of people do is they don't buy

right when the black line goes below 20

into oversold territory they don't buy

immediately they wait until it goes into

oversold

territory or below 20 and then they wait

until it goes back up

out of oversold territory in other words

when it comes back up above 20 that's

when they buy ok and so let's take a

look at some examples this is sprint

this is the daily candlestick chart and

i'm using stockcharts.com

which is a free website with the stock

charts and now as you can see

stochastics are not always the most

exciting indicator that you might go

months without a buy signal

ok and so you have to have a lot of

patience sometimes for first castex but

as you can see it in the on this chart

one time it went you know the black line

went into oversold territory and then if

you had bought right when it popped back

up or crossed above the oversold line

you know if it went back up above 20 if

you had bought there you would have

enjoyed a really big run-up he would

have done really well and some people

that they might sell their shares when

it now the line goes above 80 into

overbought territory you can do that or

you can hold on for longer in this case

you you would have wanted to hold on for

longer for sure this is best buy and in

all this time there are only two buy

signals but if you had to use if you had

used the signals you would have done

well the black line went into

over sold territory then popped back up

out of oversold territory right here and

if you had bought then you would have

enjoyed and held you would have enjoyed

a really nice run-up and here's another

recently there was another you know went

down into oversold and back up above 20

and then if you had bought right there

it might be too early to tell but so far

it seems to be going up so it seems to

be doing well here's panera bread and we

have three buys possible by signals here

it went into overbought territory here

but again this is an example of how you

don't necessarily want to buy right when

it goes into overbought territory

because it can stay in overbought

territory for a long time and you could

have a lot of downward price action

during that time so it came up above

k out of overbought right here if you

have back there you would have enjoyed a

run up here and then it went below and

above here again

and if you had bought right there you

would have enjoyed a sizable run up

there and then here's another one

it went below and then back up above 20

here and if you had thought they're so

far it's a decent run up

ok so those are just a few examples to

consider don't let anyone in decatur

tell you what to do when to buy or you

know when not to buy it's just one

indicator of many that you can look at

to help you make decisions so if you

Animal Abuse On "A Dog's Purpose" Set? (VIDEO) - Duration: 9:35.

DURING THE FILMING OF THE NBC UNIVERSAL MOVIE A DOG'S

PURPOSE, SOMEBODY HAD GOTTEN FOOTAGE OF ONE OF THE GERMAN

SHEPHERDS BEING TREATED IN A WAY THAT MANY FEEL IS NOT OKAY,

ESPECIALLY IF YOU CONSIDER THAT IT WAS FOR HUMAN ENTERTAINMENT.

THIS WAS IN NOVEMBER, 2015,

IN CANADA, AND TMZ DID GET THIS FOOTAGE AND I THINK THERE

IS A DEBATE WHETHER OR NOT THIS IS CONSIDERED ANIMAL CRUELTY.

TAKE A LOOK, AND WE WILL DISCUSS.

HE AIN'T GONNA CALM DOWN UNTIL HE GOES IN THE WATER, JUST

GOT TO THROW HIM IN.

HERE HE GOES, OH NO.

OKAY, HE'S GETTING HIS FEET WET, HE LEARNS IT'S NOT COLD.

HE WANTS TO GET AWAY, JUST THROW HIM IN.

THERE HE GOES.

HE'S GONNA END UP GOING IN WITH HIM.

OH NO!

OKAY ñ

WHAT HAPPENED AT THE END THERE?

HE STARTED TO DROWN OR SOMETHING?

YEAH, HE WAS CLEARLY SUBMERGED, EVERYBODY STARTED TO FREAK

OUT AND WENT TO SAVE THE DOG.

THEY GIVE YOU SOME BACKGROUND, IN THAT SCENE THERE WERE EIGHT

OUTBOARD MOTORS USED TO TURN THE WATER AND CREATE RUSHING WATER.

A LOT OF DOGS ARE AFRAID OF WATER

LIKE THAT, AM I A

CRAZY DOG OWNER?

BECAUSE I GET IT, THERE'S A LOT OF DOGS THAT HATE WATER.

MY DOG NOW THANKFULLY DOESN'T MIND GETTING BATHED, BUT MY

PREVIOUS DOG HATED GETTING BATHED.

SHE DIDN'T LIKE GETTING HER NAILS CLIPPED, BUT YOU HAD

TO CLIP HER NAILS, SO SHE WOULD FIGHT IT.

I THINK THE DIFFERENCE THERE IS, YOU ARE DOING IT FOR THE

DOGS WELL-BEING, SO SHE HAS SHORT HAIR AND NAILS AND IS

COMFORTABLE.

IN THIS CASE IT'S BEING DONE FOR ENTERTAINMENT, IT'S SO

UNNECESSARY.

AGREED TO DISAGREE.

WELL, I'M AMUSED THAT YOU THINK YOU HAVE THE CONTROVERSIAL

OPINION, ARE YOU KIDDING ME?

AMERICANS LOVE DOGS, WAY MORE THAN THEY LOVE HUMANS.

ALL OF AMERICA IS GOING TO BE ON YOUR SIDE.

IF WE DID A POLL, I WOULD BE CRUSHED.

IN FACT, PEOPLE ALREADY DESPISE ME AND I HAVEN'T EVEN FINISHED

MY SENTENCE.

THE DOG LOVERS ARE LIKE, OH NO SCRUFFY GOT WET, HE DOESN'T LIKE

THE WATER!

THEY ARE FILMING A MULTIMILLION DOLLAR MOVIE, UP AND

AT 'EM.

DID I MENTION I'M AN ECONOMIST?

HERE'S THE OTHER THING, WE CUT THEIR BALLS OFF, AND YOU

ARE TELLING ME WE CAN PUT THEM IN A POOL THAT IS ACTUALLY SAFE?

AND LOOK WHAT HAPPENED, WHEN HE ACTUALLY GOT SUBMERGED THEY

WEREN'T LIKE, WHATEVER, CARES ABOUT THE DOG, GET THE NEXT

ONE, THEY ALL FREAKED OUT.

THEY DOVE IN AND SAVE HIM.

IS NOT LIKE THEY DIDN'T CARE AND THE TRAINER WAS LIKE,

WHATEVER, THROW HIM IN, NO, IT WAS, LET ME GET HIS FEET

WET, GET THE BODY WET, MAKE SURE HE'S OKAY.

THEY HAD TO FILM THE SCENE!

NO, THEY DIDN'T HAVE TO FILM THE SCENE.

JUST SHUT DOWN THE MOVIE.

HERE'S WHAT I FEEL ABOUT MOVIES USING REAL ANIMALS, OR REAL

DOGS, ESPECIALLY IF THE ENTIRE MOVIE IS ABOUT DOGS.

1ST OF ALL, THEY USUALLY SUCK.

2ND OF ALL, IT'S SUPPOSED TO BE A KIDS MOVIE, WHY COULDN'T

THEY JUST MAKE IT ANIMATED?

BUT THAT'S NOT THIS MOVIE!

I THINK IT'S RIDICULOUS TO PUT ANIMALS IN UNCOMFORTABLE

POSITIONS JUST FOR OUR ENTERTAINMENT.

I KNOW THERE'S A HUGE DEBATE.

I THINK YOU ARE USUALLY DISCOUNTING THE NUMBER OF

PEOPLE THAT ARE ACTUALLY ON YOUR SIDE.

THAT IS INTERESTING.

MAYBE I AM A CRAZY DOG OWNER, BECAUSE YEAH, I THINK ABOUT MY

DOG, HOW SWEET HE IS, AND HOW MUCH HAPPINESS HE PROVIDES FOR

MY LIFE.

AND THE IDEA OF PUTTING HIM IN A TERRIBLE SITUATION FOR

SOMEONE ELSE'S ENTERTAINMENT MAKES ME ANGRY.

YEAH, BUT WHOEVER OWNS THE DOG IS PROBABLY GETTING A GOOD

AMOUNT OF MONEY, SO IT'S NOT LIKE, DON'T PUT MY DOG IN

JEOPARDY.

AND YOU SAW THE VIDEO, I DON'T KNOW IF HE OWNS IT, BUT THE

TRAINER WAS VERY CALM.

VERY GENTLE WITH THE DOG.

HE WAS!

WHAT DO YOU WANT HIM TO DO?

OKAY, YOUR SIDE, YOUR MAIN ARGUMENT IS:

? ANIMALS ARE INNOCENTS ?

AND THEY ARE, DON'T GET ME WRONG.

IN SOME COUNTRIES, LIKE TURKEY, WHERE THEY'D DEDICATE THE BEARS

ñ NOT TO INSTIGATE THEM, BUT THEY CHAIN THEM UP AND THEY

MAKE THEM DANCE.

OR IN INDIA OR THAILAND, THEY TRAIN THE ELEPHANTS, THEY TRAIN

THEM TO PAINT AND STUFF.

DO YOU KNOW WHAT KIND OF A BEATING THEY HAVE TO DO TO

A BEAR OR AN ELEPHANT TO GET THEM TO DO THAT?

SO, I'M SO PRO-ANIMALS I'M BASICALLY AGAINST ZOOS; I

HATE SEEING THEM CAGED UP LIKE THAT.

I MIGHT BE MORE LIB THAN YOU WANT ANIMAL CRUELTY, BECAUSE I

DON'T LIKE ZOOS, BUT WHAT HAPPENED ON THAT TAPE THERE

WASN'T LIKE, SOME CRIME AGAINST HUMANITY.

NO, OF COURSE NOT.

THERE IS A LOT OF ANIMAL CRUELTY HERE IN THE UNITED STATES.

WE ARE OBVIOUSLY VICIOUS TO ANIMALS THAT WE CONSUME.

I'M A BIG MEAT EATER, I KNOW THOSE BIKERS FOR TRUMP WANT TO

SET UP A WALL...

I DON'T WANT TO GET BACK INTO IT.

SO, I USED STEAK, I EAT MEAT, EVERYBODY KNOWS IT, BUT EVERY

TIME I THINK ABOUT WHAT THEY DO TO THOSE POOR COWS, THOSE POOR

KIDS, AND HOW WE ABUSE THE HELL OUT OF THEM.

BUT EVERYBODY IS LIKE, YEAH BUT IT'S NOT LIKE YOU DOG.

KEEP THE COWS IN A CAGE FOR THEIR LIFE, WHATEVER.

YEAH, THERE IS THAT DOUBLE STANDARD, AND THAT SHOULD BE

MENTIONED, BUT AT THE SAME TIME, THE REASON PEOPLE HAVE REACTIONS

TO VIDEOS LIKE THAT ñ AND I AGREE WITH YOU, I DON'T THINK IT

IS A GIGANTIC CRIME ñ I'M JUST SAYING, WHEN YOU WATCH IT, IT

MAKES YOU FEEL REALLY BAD.

IT'S BECAUSE WE DO SEE OUR PETS, SPECIFICALLY OUR DOGS, AS

MEMBERS OF OUR FAMILIES.

I KNOW IT'S NOT THE SAME AS BABIES, I GET THAT, BUT I THINK

PEOPLE ALSO MINIMIZE THE INSANE POSITIVE IMPACT THAT DOGS HAVE

ON PEOPLE'S MENTAL HEALTH.

SO THEY SEE VIDEOS LIKE THAT, AND THEY IMMEDIATELY THINK

OF THEIR DOGS.

THERE IS A MAJOR ASPECT OF THIS I THINK YOU GUYS ARE BOTH

MISSING.

HAVE YOU SEEN THE PREVIEWS FOR THIS MOVIE, A DOG'S PURPOSE?

IT LOOKS LIKE ONE OF THE MOST CHEESY, HORRIFICALLY STUPID

MOVIES I HAVE EVER SEEN.

BY THE WAY YES, I THINK IT IS TORTUROUS AND CRUEL TO THIS

ANIMAL, EVEN IF IT'S SOMETHING MENTAL.

THE DOG WAS FREAKING OUT.

THERE IS SOME LEVEL OF FEAR GOING ON.

TO DO ANYTHING THAT DRASTIC THAT IS FEARFUL, BUT THE MOVIE LOOKS

SO BAD.

IT'S SO BAD.

OH, HE JUMPED OFF MY BACK AND GOT THE FRISBEE.

OH HE'S THE SAME DOG, KEEPS COMING BACK AND HELPING

DIFFERENT PEOPLE.

YOU THOUGHT AIR BUD WAS BAD?

THIS IS GOING TO BE WORSE.

THAT'S WHAT I'M SAYING, THIS WAS DONE, AGAIN, FOR THE

ENTERTAINMENT OF HUMANS, AND THE ENTERTAINMENT IS NOT THAT

ENTERTAINING.

WHY DIDN'T YOU DO IT FOR THE ENTERTAINMENT OF DOGS?

WHY DIDN'T YOU DO IT HOLLYWOOD?

THESE TWO MAN, BLEEDING HEART LIBS.

I'M JUST THINKING OF MYSELF BEING OFFERED ANY AMOUNT OF

MONEY, AND AGREEING TO IT, AND THEN SITTING THERE WHILE I

WATCHED SOME PERSON TRYING TO DRAG MY DOG INTO THAT WATER.

FIRST OF ALL, I WOULDN'T HAVE TAKEN THAT MONEY, THAT'S JUST

ME, BUT I WOULD LOSE MY FUCKING MIND.

OH MY GOD, IF I SAW CHARLIE 100% SUBMERGED LIKE THAT IN THE WATER

TRYING TO GET HIS CUTE LITTLE NOSE ABOVE THE WATER, I WOULD

LOSE MY MIND.

ME WITH MY CATS.

DON'T EVEN SAY IT.

KIKI CAT.

HEY, ARE YOU OKAY?

I'M KIDDING, I'M KIDDING, BUT THEY'VE GOT TO GET A MOVIE.

MAYBE YOU GUYS ARE RIGHT THAT THEY SHOULD NEVER HAVE MADE

IT IN THE FIRST PLACE, BUT THEY DIDN'T KNOW IT WAS GOING TO

BE BAD.

MAYBE THAT'S JUST MY PERCEPTION, I HATE THOSE KIND OF MOVIES.

YOU KNOW WHAT THEY SHOULD HAVE SAID IN THE FIRST PLACE? K-999.

Linked List in JavaScript using TDD. Data Structures for Front-end: #2.5 the hidden Gems - Duration: 6:34.

A data structure is a particular way of organizing data in a computer's memory.

Nonetheless, do we really need data structures in the Frontend development?

The answer is yes.

I'll show you why.

Hi!

Let's talk today about a data structure, namely Linked List and its realization in JavaScript.

I'm Anatol and you are watching the Good Parts of the Frontend development.

Let's start from the definition.

What is a Linked List.

A linked list is a linear collection of data elements, called nodes.

Nodes contain two fields: a value and a link to the next node.

The principal benefit of a linked list is that the list elements can easily be inserted

or removed without reallocation or reorganization of the entire structure.

In other words, items can be added or removed from the middle of list.

What are they meant to do in Front-End?

The linked lists are used to keep a set of comments to the post

They serve to organize a navigation menu in one-page application

The linked lists also are helping to keep the image order in the Slide show.

Do you have another experience?

Leave it in the comments below.

To any Linked List the following operations are applicable:

add or insertAfter: a data item is placed to the defined position

remove or removeAfter: a data item is removed from the defined position

get or contains: returns a node's value if a desired node is exists in the lists

It is possible to have a doubly linked list, for which each node besides a link to the

next element, contains a link to previous node.

There is also available: a Multiply linked list, each node contains two or more link

fields, and a Circular Linked list, where the last node is linked to the first node.

Addition is O(n).

Because you have to iterate over the entire list to find the target node

Removal is O(n) Because you have to iterate over the entire list to find the value

Search is O(n).

Again, you have to iterate over the entire list to check if the value exists in your

list.

Let's dive in the code.

use package.json file created in the previous episode

Use mocha for testing create linked list file

describe test use that Linked List for image sequences checking

in the slider then add image and define its position

check length and first element then remove it

now check new first element and length run test

Well done Now create Linked List class

its constructor uses head pointer and length add method

structure for nodes add node and new links

increment length remove method

check its position and modify links decrease length

get method check the range

search for node and export module

run test again test ends well

My code is available on GitHub Documentation is available in the Internet.

Follow the links if you're eager to get more.

Training on the FCT, How not to merge Scoring - Duration: 3:05.

Hello.

Are you SPORT SCIENCE.

Topic of this issue us in the comments below

Video suggested Dmitry Shapovalov, for which he had a separate

Thank you.

FCT - post-cycle therapy.

It is carried out in order to restore hormonal

system to its original state and cause major indications

hormones of the reference to the values after the course of anabolic

steroids.

This period is characterized by a significant drop

anabolic opportunities and an increase in body

catabolic processes.

All this leads us to the obvious conclusion - if we want to

maintain maximum the amount of muscle mass,

we got to we need to change course

Our training process, because the train as

well as on the course and to rate we can not

for the reasons described above.

In one of our editions We have already talked about what

namely the measures we need to take to return

our hormonal system back to normal.

Today we will focus on building training process

during post-cycle therapy.

First you have to get used to with the idea that you are sure

You lose a lot of meat.

Your power rates be sure to start falling.

Muscles become less relief, and fat levels increase.

It is an axiom.

You would have to accept it at a time when the dare

use steroids.

This path is similar to skating on the waves.

So you're on top, you're in pit.

The most important thing you need to minimize Our losses to

in the future to return the lost and make additional

step forward.

It is on this principle and a set of loops are constructed

for athletes who have chosen dark path of force.

We need to reduce number of training

days per week, to reduce duration, volume

and the intensity of our workouts.

Once you have completed course of steroids, we recommend

take a week off.

It will benefit our exhaustion.

After a week of rest not Train often 2-3 times

in Week.

It is recommended in the power style of training

6-8 repetitions.

Duration of training It should not exceed 40 minutes.

In this regard, the program training necessary

include only basic exercises.

Each muscle group We are working not more than 1

twice a week.

And remember.

Your goal in the training period FCT - losing as much as possible

less.

Follow this principle, and all you get.

Ken Thompson's widow wants legal battle over his estate with late Brooklyn DA's mother to be seal... - Duration: 1:44.

An attorney for the widow of late Brooklyn District Attorney Ken Thompson has filed a petition to seal all documents and bar spectators from future proceedings involving the battle for the late prosecutor's estate.

Thompson's mother Clara Thompson filed documents in Brooklyn Surrogates Court last month, accusing Lu-Shawn Bendow-Thompson of taking advantage of her husband's failing health to completely bump her off the will.

The widow and mother-in-law briefly attended court on Thursday where a judge ordered the original documents for the $750,000 estate to be produced and she agreed to, according to a stipulation filed the previous day.

Clara Thompson, who was one of the first African-American and female NYPD officers, accused her daughter-in-law of ripping up the will that was produced on Aug. 7, 2008.

The accusations left Lu-Shawn "bewildered and deeply hurt," according to the petition.

"One can only conclude that the Petitioner's (Clara Thompson) motive, knowing that the court proceedings are public, is to harass and humiliate the Respondent (Lu-Shawn Bendow-Thompson) in the court of public opinion," according to the petition.

Ken Thompson's widow, Lu-Shawn, is pictured with their children at his Oct. 15, 2016 funeral.

(Theodore Parisienne/for New York Daily News)

Thompson, 50, died in October because of complications with colorectal cancer.

For almost three hours, the parties along with friends, family and supporters from the district attorney's office, attended the discussions in a separate conference room.

Lori Ann Douglass, the attorney for Lu-Shawn Thompson, walked out of court stone-faced and declined to comment to reporters that she requested, in court documents, not attend any further appearances.

A distraught Clara Thompson left the room during the talks and also declined comment.

The next court appearance is Feb. 8. A judge is expected to rule on the petition to seal documents and ban spectators at that time.
