Big Sean Explains the Concept Behind Upcoming Album 'I Decided' - Duration: 2:32.

Hey guys for Complex News, I'm Natasha Martinez.

Big Sean's upcoming album 'I Decided' is set to release in just two short weeks on February

3rd.

While gearing up for his SNL performance tonight, the Detroit rapper stopped by the Tonight

Show starring Jimmy Fallon to talk about the concept of his album.

Fallon showed the album art to the audience and started asking questions about the meaning

of the two people

in the frame.

Continuing to get us all in our feelings, Big Sean finishes off by saying that the album

is about getting one chance to redo life having the wisdom of an older you while you're still

young, going through life, and figuring it out.

Now that we have a little background on the concept it will be interesting to hear how

Event items + drop rate bonus --- A theory about drop rate - Duration: 4:40.

Today I've prepared something a little different for you.

It's not a video showing any tips, and neither is it a guide, but more like a theory.

It's about drop rate. I've seen so many people complaining about not getting more event items

when we had a drop rate bonus from a server boost. Well I'd like to explain to you why.

First of all, if you'd like to know more about drop rate, please check out one of my earlier videos

there should be a link to that on the screen like... right now.

So, once again I'd like to emphasize that this is only my theory, and it might not be how the game actually works,

but it's based on the experience of myself, and that of other players who have shared their stories with me over time.

I'm going to go through a simple example. Let's say, we're farming green kringles

you know those things we used to collect during the Xmas event, they are green and look like the severed head of Santa Claus.

Except they aren't bleeding.

So let's say they have 3% chance to be dropped when we kill something.

That is without ANY kind of bonus to your drop rate.

So person A who doesn't have premium, does a run of his favorite dungeon and finds 5 kringles.

Now, let's say person B buys level booster premium with 100% drop rate bonus.

That increases the base 3% to double of that value, meaning 6%. It's clear so far right?

Person B does run of that dungeon too, and finds 10 of them.

The next day, because our game masters are so kind, we receive a server boost of... like 200% drop rate bonus.

Person A is happy, because he'll get more items without premium!

Or so does he think anyway. He does a run of said dungeon, and finds 5 kringles, just like he used to before.

Person B is even happier because he thinks he'll nolife all weekend and farm so many kringles he'll make a santapocalypse.

So he goes to his favorite dungeon, and instead of 10 he ends the run with only 8.

Then he uninstalls cabal and throw his computer into the grinder. OK that was a bit harsh.

So... why did person A get the same amount, and person B even fewer than how MANY* he should have?

Well our game masters might be kind enough to give us 200% drop rate bonus,

but they also know it wouldn't end well if every player suddenly found 3 times as many items as they should.

o, they DO apply the bonus, BUT they compensate the BASE drop rate of the items to be lower.

If kringles had 3% chance to drop, and they increased the drop rate of everything to 3 times the original,

that means they have to decrease the BASE drop rate of kringles to 1%, to keep it at 3% with the bonus.

So, person A with only the 200% drop rate bonus from the event will notice no difference,

because 1% + 2 times 1% equals 3%, which equals the original drop chance.

Person B will have 300% drop rate bonus altogether, meaning that 1% turns into 4%,

and that is even lower than how much chance he had to find those things when he had only 100% bonus.

Well, I tried to make it as clear as I could, and I hope you could understand it.

Once again, that is only a theory.

However, I honestly believe this is the way it works, and speaking of which,

this probably applies to the stones from the awakened DX dungeons too, and maybe, just maybe, the rings of FT2 and tower of the dead b3f as well.

President-elect Donald Trump was four days out from taking the oath of office and liberals

were already scheming for his impeachment on MSNBC.

During Monday�s Hardball, host Chris Matthews peddled in conspiracy theories of Russian

�collusion� with the Trump campaign while teeing up Democratic Congresswoman Maxine

Waters to attack the president-elect.

�Does that make Trump subject to impeachment?

What do you mean by not legitimate,� Matthews demanded to know.

Waters seemed to be off the rails as she declared that if Russia �were the ones who came up

with �Crooked Hillary,�� then �I think that is something that would put the question

squarely on the table whether or not he should be impeached.� At one point, she even suggested

that Russia could have been behind the nicknames Trump used against his Republican opponents

during the primary.

The MSNBC host was in agreement with Waters and tried to find any way he could to tie

Trump to the Kremlin.

�Russian television was running a lot of propaganda that Hillary was mentally and physically

impaired.

That was their�That was the propaganda message,� he exclaimed to Republican strategist John

Brabender.

Matthews� guest mocked him, stating, �Yeah because so many Americans are watching Russian

television.�

�Do you believe that Trump is somehow being held hostage by Vladimir Putin because of

information on his behavior,� Matthews continued, alluding to BuzzFeed�s salacious fake news.

�You know, what we have heard, not in the classified briefing, but in this information

about the dossier that has been collected by the man in London on him,� Waters replied,

�It talks about some things that appears to ring true based on what we have learned

about Trump.�

It�s disappointing that Matthews would allow Waters to exploit BuzzFeed�s fake news when

just last week he admitted the dossier was �misinformation� released for the amusement

of Trump�s enemies.

But he let her use it anyway, even begging her to dive deeper.

Waters obliged:

Ok, what I have learn or heard about the dossier, it's about his involvement with women.

It's probably prostitutes that are involved and those kinds of things.

And he has sounded that way.

He has acted that way, and it gives you reason to think maybe something is to this and we

need to find out more.

Matthews invited such outlandishness from the very first question: �Is Trump going

to be a legitimate president United States, actually president of the United States, or

not?� As Brabender quipped at the end of the segment, it�s all �sour grapes.�

Waters even argued that since Trump joked about not accepting the election results so

could Democrats, but for real.

I guess there's two issues here.

Is Trump going to be a legitimate president United States, actually president of the United

States, or not?

And are there questions about what roll Russian played in this election?

I personally think they�re separate questions, but do you?

MAXINE WATERS: No, absolutely not.

And I think when John talked about him being illegitimate, he really was talk about the

fact that the questions are still out there about whether or not the Russian did play

a role in determining what happened in our elections.

And also, I think John was talking about-- there are going to be more investigations

to determine whether or not Trump or his advocates people associated with him on his staff in

the campaign; whether or not there was some collusion; whether or not there were exchanges

of information; whether or not they were strategizing together.

And I think that's what he was trying to describe.

Other people are trying to talk about this, you know, democracy and whether or not once

you question whether someone a legitimate that you are questioning whether or not the

democracy works.

MATTHEWS: Well, let's talk about where that leads to Congresswoman.

You raised a good point here.

I guess for you it�s important.

If we find out that somebody on behalf of Donald Trump was on the phone or in e-mail

relations with somebody in Russia or ambassador to America from Russia and there was some

sort of, as you call it, collusion, then what?

Does that make Trump subject to impeachment?

What do you mean by not legitimate?

Just generally, what do you mean by the term?

If you find out there was a connection, there was collusion?

Your term.

WATERS: Well, here�s what I�m trying to get to.

If we discover that Donald Trump or his advocates played a role in helping to devise strategy,

if they were the ones who came up with �Crooked Hillary,� If they were the ones who came

up with �She�s ill, something�s wrong with her energy,� and the way he basically,

you know, described her in the campaign.

I think that is something that would put the question squarely on the table whether or

not he should be impeached.

MATTHEWS: Russian television was running a lot of propaganda that Hillary was mentally

and physically impaired.

That was their�That was the propaganda message.

JOHN BRABENDER: Yeah, because so many Americans are watching Russian television.

Today we are at Newport Pier in Miami Florida on a mission to catch some fish for dinner.

we will be using live shrimp for bait.

We hear that the fish in Florida love eating live shrimp.

So here's the rig.

Egg sinker, swivel, leader line, hook.

People seem to really like to use live shrimp here, and, um, this is the common rig that

I've seen, which is just a hook, 2 feet 30 lb. leader, a swivel, straight to your line.

Um, so that's if you just wanna let the shrimp out free- lining.

Uh, if you wanna put a sinker on it you put an in-line egg sinker through here and tie

that on to your leader.

So when you are hooking on a shrimp to your line you need to make sure of two things:

make sure the hook isn't too big, you want the shrimp to be able to swim freely.
