Martin and I made this bread!

This flower-shaped bread

At first it was a dough we had to let it rest for a long time!

We let it rest and then we put it in the oven!

Then it was ready!

We parked under this coconut tree

There are leaves that slightly touch the tent

This morning there were small ants all over the tent!

These are not ants according to Jill they are: "beasts of coconut trees" ..

As you can see we are at the ocean

We saw that there is a small fishing port next door so we would like to see if we can find a fish for lunch!

We have to walk a little bit, about 1.5 km, so we'll walk along the water

So I could not film the fish .. because they were not happy we were there ..

How Australias cricket team hatched a plan to cheat  .

The reputation of Australias cricket team is in tatters after captain Steve Smith confessed to coming up with a plan with senior players to cheat South Africa by tampering with the ball in the third test.

Smith and Cameron Bancroft, the fielder chosen to carry out the tampering, admitted to cheating after Bancroft was caught on television using a piece of sticky tape to rub dirt into the ball.

He then tried to hide the tape down his trousers when umpires suspected something was up.

Heres a look at what happened on Saturday at Newlands:.

At the lunch break on the third day of the third test in Cape Town, Australia is in trouble.

South Africa leads by over 100 runs with just one wicket down, looks set to forge further ahead, and the ball isnt doing much to help Australia.

With the series 1-1 with one more test to play after Cape Town, its a crucial moment in a battle between the arch-rivals.

Skipper Smith and other senior Australia players - Smith referred to them as the leadership group but refused to name them - decide they will tamper with the ball when play restarts, a desperate attempt to get it to reverse swing and give their struggling bowlers an advantage.

Smith said no members of the coaching staff knew about the players intentions.

The Australians get some yellow sticky tape from a team kit bag, see if they can get some loose dirt from the pitch stuck to it when theyre back out on the field, and then use it to rough up the ball.

THE MAN.

Bancroft, an opening batsman in his eighth test, is chosen as the player to do the tampering because he is in the vicinity of the discussion between the senior players in the dressing room, according to Smith.

Confessing later, Bancroft said he was in the wrong place at the wrong time but denied he was pressured into doing it.

As a fairly low-profile player, Bancroft appears to be a good person to do the tampering as he wouldnt normally attract too much attention when Australia is fielding.

STICKY POSITION.

Sure enough, Bancroft hides the sticky tape in the pocket of his trousers.

When he gets the chance, he collects some granules beside the pitch, sticks them to the tape, and uses it on the ball.

The problem is hes caught red-handed by television cameras, and its replayed over and over on the big screen, in close up and slow-motion.

The embarrassing images are also replayed on TVs all around the world.

Panicking when the on-field umpires become interested, Bancroft resorts to hiding the offending piece of yellow tape down the front of his trousers.

He produces a harmless sunglasses bag from his pocket when approached by the umpires, and appears to have gotten away with it.

But his desperate attempt to hide the evidence in his underwear is also caught by TV, and replayed multiple times.

THE CONFESSION.

Australia announces it wont be doing normal interviews immediately after the days play with the host broadcasters, and appearing only at a news conference, at which it is unusually very late.

With overwhelming video evidence against them, Smith and Bancroft face the music at the conference, admitting everything in front of yet more television cameras.

Smith said the players were desperate to try and gain some advantage because we saw this game as such an important game.

THE FALLOUT.

The most immediate fallout looks set to come from Cricket Australia on Sunday.

Smith, while embarrassed and regretful, said he will not resign from the captaincy.

I still think Im the right person for the job, he said.

Obviously today was a big mistake..

That would be a steep and sudden fall for Smith, currently the top test batsman in the world and the man who led Australia to a 4-0 Ashes rout just two months ago.

Misconduct charges brought by the International Cricket Council are also likely to be released on Sunday.

Bancroft said hes been charged for ball tampering, which carries a penalty of 3-4 disciplinary points.

If Bancroft receives the higher end of the punishment, he will be banned for the final test in Johannesburg.

Also intriguing is the role of Smith and the rest of the leadership group.

They could also face charges of bringing the game into disrepute.

If vice- captain David Warner was part of the group, a logical presumption as the second most senior player in the team, a single demerit point would see him also banned for the final test.

That could leave Australia without both of its opening batsmen.

The bigger picture is the public back home in Australia, who woke up to the embarrassing news.

Australias cricket team is its biggest sports team and as fiercely supportive as Australians are, they are also fiercely critical if the team has done wrong.

meanwhile Bobby rebuilds ax cap taking new security measures to protect himself

and the company from any further damages

but he still has to make money and in the process a new star

rises in the form of them aka Taylor Mason

And let's not forget about Wendy

Rhodes who newly separated from Chuck and axe opens up her own office while

also taking some freelance gigs from axes opposition despite this Bobby still

tries to win her back but only ends up doing so at the benefit

of Chuck as he agrees to drop the lawsuits against him and with that

things start looking up for Chuck as he takes down a different billionaire and

then turns at least part of his attention towards running for governor

the other part dives deep into a setup to get axe that cost him his entire

trust fund but for Chuck it's worth it to see axe in lockup awaiting trial in

the end Bobby names Taylor CIO and asked Wendy not only to forgive him but to

help him start over of course Wendy accepts but we'll have to watch season 3

to find out how it all turns out I know I'll be watching tonight on Showtime and

I hope you guys will be too but before I go the question of the week returns and

I want to know who do you guys think will come out on top this season I know

it's a little early to start making predictions but I want to hear you guys

Thomas Tuchel in talks to replace Arsene Wenger after snubbing Bayern Munich ● News Now ● #AFC - Duration: 2:15.

THOMAS TUCHEL has reportedly turned down the chance to manage Bayern Munich and has already

held talks with Arsenal.

Bayern Munich are looking for a new manager to take over from 72-year-old JuppHeynckes.

Heynckes came out of retirement when Carlo Ancelotti was sacked earlier this season,

and has been vocal in his desire to see Tuchel get the job next.

But according to reports in Germany, former Borussia Dortmund boss Tuchel was rejected

Bayern and told them he wants to manage abroad.

The 44-year-old German has been without a club since last May when was axed by Dortmund

just days after leading them to German Cup success.

Tuchel has been linked with Arsene Wenger's job at Arsenal and Antonio Conte's at Chelsea.

And German TV channel Sport1 claim Tuchel has already negotiated with Arsenal about

taking over from the Frenchman.

It is added Chelsea would be keen on him if as expected they part company with Conte at

the end of the season.

Paris Saint-Germain are also mooted as an option for Tuchel, but Arsenal appear to be

the frontrunners.

Tuchel is well known by Arsenal's new head of recruitment Sven Mislintat, with the pair

working together at Dortmund.

Although it has been said that they endured a somewhat rocky relationship.

Bayern had lined up the highly-rated German to be their new man with Heynckes set to leave.

And the caretaker boss even said: "Thomas Tuchel has the quality to coach Bayern.

Diagnosed with Vitiligo - Duration: 1:40.

A few weeks ago I went to the dermatologist because I started noticing some white spots

on my hands and elbows.

I'm a pretty healthy person, who doesn't get sick very often so I immediately assumed

I was getting some horrible fungus from the desk at work which doesn't get cleaned properly.

After less than thirty seconds the doctor declared I have Vitiligo, prescribed some

creams and said there's not much I can do about it, that it's a genetic thing.

Not being particularly excited about looking like a Dalmatian I began to do some research

which suggests our medical professionals have very little idea as to what the route cause is.

They think external factors as well as genetics cause changes in the immune system and viola,

Vitiligo.

Vitiligo affects just 1% of the population and can be very prominent, or just

affect certain parts of the body.

Besides removing pigmentation from your skin and even your hair and the mental health effects

of that there are no other side effects.

It's not contagious, and there are no treatments proven to remove it completely.

Doctors just like to throw drugs at it and see what sticks.

Interestingly this is the same problem Michael Jackson was proven to have, and more recently

Jon Hamm.

I'm going to look into the thing I think is responsible for most of our sicknesses

today, diet.

Time to eat a lot more vegetables and a little less meat.

I'm South African so giving up my meat could be really traumatic and stress me out which

would make my Vitiligo even worse so baby steps.

extra attention to it and made jokes about it.

Hey Gang!

80-Eye Samurai hit 300 subs, and he's having a contest.

He wants to know the grade of comic we're willing to buy.

For me, it depends.

If it's a spec book, I want it to be nice and sharp, I want the colors to burn my retina,

I want the blacks to put me in a depressive state, I want the whites, well you get the

idea.

Cuz if the book should bounce, I'm probably not gonna flip it, but I'd like to have

that option.

I was at my local flea market, and a dealer had a bunch of overpriced junk.

But he had very underpriced Swamp Things, at a dollar a piece.

And he had Swamp Thing 50.

It had not yet bounced, so it would've been a spec book.

And it was in kinda ratty condition.

And I figured, I already have a Swamp Thing 50 in ratty condition, so I'll keep the

dollar.

Well, now that dealer has that copy of Swamp Thing 50 sitting in a pile on a card table

at a Antique Mall with a 25 dollar price tag.

No one's gonna buy it, and I regret not picking it up for the dollar.

But obviously, for comics I just want to own, I consider age, price, and general desirability.

If it's cheaper than dirt and I want to read it or it's a key, condition doesn't

really matter.

In fact, I'd rather have lower grade copies to read.

I still haven't read Devil Dinosaur cuz I got this reasonably high-grade lot off ebay

a few years ago for cheapsies, and I'm too inhibited to sit down and enjoy them for fear

that I'll V-Eff them up.

And he wants us to take two characters and mash them up, like Weapon H. I'll mash up

Asterix and Matter-Eater Lad to create: Ass-Eater Lad!

Which is awful, but I wanted to Venomize Matter-Eater Lad to get Venomnomnom, but I googled it and

it's already a t-shirt!

We had an extra training day and I grasped it and I was like, Right, I can do it. Charlotte explained she was at the front of the boat and was warned not to catch a crab.

Catching a crab is when a rowers oar gets caught in the water, sometimes being so forceful the rower is pulled from the boat.

Sara confessed shed got a slight injury, joking: I cut my finger.
