In this lesson, we will learn some different ways to ask name in Urdu language

The most common phrase, people use to ask name in Urdu is

Aap ka naam kia hai

But in this lesson, we will learn some different ways like as

How to say "May I ask you name"

Or do you mind if ask you name?

or how to say, please tell me you name

May I ask your name?

Kia main aap ka naam pooch sakta hun

repeat with me

Kia main aap ka naam pooch sakta hun

In here, you need to learn that "Sakta" for masculine gender

If you are feminine, you will say "Sakti"

Once again repeat with me, for feminine gender

Kia main aap ka naam pooch sakti hun

Number 2

How may I address you?

That's mean what name I should use to call you.

In Urdu language, we will say

Main aap ko kis naam se bula sakta hun

repeat with me

Main aap ko kis naam se bula sakta hun

in here, once again. "Sakta" for masculine gender and if you are feminine gender you will use "Sakti"

Once again repeat with me, for feminine gender

Main aap ko kis naam se bula sakti hun

Number 3

Tell me your name " Apna naam bato"

repeat with me

Apna naam bato

this sentence for both gender

But in here, you need to learn the word "Bato"

"Bato" mean "Tell" If you are talking to your junior or you want to use the informal way, then you will use "batao"

But if you are talking to your senior or you want to use formal way, you will say "Bataye"

repeat with me

Apna naam bataye (formal)

"Bataye" is formal and "Bato" is informal

Number 4

May I know your name?

Or in old English culture, people used ''May I have your name"

So, if you want to say "May I have your name" or may I know your name", you can say

Kia main aap ka naam jaan sakta hun

repeat with me

Kia main aap ka naam jaan sakta hun

In here once again, "Sakta" for masculine gender

And if you are a feminine gender, you will say "Sakti"

Like as " Kia Main aap ka naam jaan sakti hun"

And the number 5 is quite different.

This is "What is your name". usually people say "Aap ka naam kia hai"

but today we will learn "Aap ka ise girami kia hai"

Repeat with me

Aap ka isme girami kia hai

But better you avoid to use this sentence with younger or new generation.

but for old people, like my grandfather, like our parents my parents or like our teachers.

You can use and it's really work and it's very good

Because they are familiar with this sentence but the new generation is not much familiar with this sentence.

Aap ka isme girami kia hai (what is your name)

Why Teens Are OBSESSED With JUUL? - Duration: 3:05.

Teens are getting hooked on JUUL, which is what many are calling the iPhone of e cigarettes.

I'm going to tell you everything you need to know and maybe a few things you wish you

didn't know, here for you on IO.

What is good, this is inform overload, where we overload you with information.

I'm Charlotte Dobre High schools across America are being invaded

by a small, sleek e cigarette no bigger than a flash drive.

Like other e cigarettes, they convert liquid nicotine into vapor, which you then inhale.

But the thing that makes JUUL so attractive to young people is that its discreet, meaning

they are easy to hide, and cartridges, aka JUUL pods come in delicious flavors like crème

brulee, mango and fruit medley.

Each pod contains as much nicotine as one pack of cigarettes, yet each JUUL pod is only

about $4.

That's way less than a pack of cigarettes, which usually retail at around $10.

One reason why cigarettes have become so expensive is because of the increased taxes placed on

cigarettes to cover the health effects of smoking.

A JUUL pod consists of nicotine, benzoic acid propylene glycol and glycerol.

Juul was launched 2 years ago, and since then it has gained somewhat of a cult following.

Teenagers are OBSESSED with it.

Many of the teenagers posting about how awesome it is aren't even old enough to buy one.

That being said, JUUL is not marketed to kids.

JUUL was originally intended to appeal to adult smokers.

Several schools have had to get parents involved because JUUL is so popular.

According to the CDC, e cigarette use among high school students rose from 1.5 percent

to 16 percent.

And now 2 million high school and middle school students used e cigs in 2016.

Even though using an e cigarette might be getting you off cigarettes, the FDA has not

approved any cigarette as a safe or effective method to help smokers quit.

So that whole schtick about it being safe is not necessarily true.

Yes, safer than cigarettes, but not 'safe'.

Nicotine is still really addictive, and even thought he long term health effects of e cigs

are pretty unknown, it is a certainty that nicotine can affect brain development.

Nicotine can actually alter your brain chemistry.

So, this kid was at the Super Bowl.

You know just like any rich kid would.

Getting to watch one of the greatest games in person.

Little did he know that his life was about to change forever.

Why Lonzo Ball Is Shooting BETTER In The NBA - Duration: 3:45.

Lonzo Ball went from this to a clutch 3 point killer.

But how?

How did Lonzo become a better shooter?

What is up dudes, dudettes, ballers, players, it's your boi MJ.

Today I want to talk about Why Lonzo Ball is shooting better.

Let me know what you think about Lonzo's rookie season and what you think about Lonzo's

recent shot.

Alright let's get into it.

I just wanna say that I was hype when I saw Lonzo hit those clutch 3s against the Spurs.

Like that was Kobesque.

But I don't expect Lonzo to start hitting fadeaway 3s like Kobe anytime soon.

Still look at this.

(I might be getting crazy with the edits)

Lonzo was at one point in the season shooting less than 30% from 3 and was trash.

He was making a brick house.

Now, Lonzo has been shooting an elite 43.9% from 3 since the January.

I know it's only 10 games, but there's been a lot of change in those 10 games.

And as a bonus, he's been shutting haters up.

Like me who hated on his shot in this video.

He's shooting more 3 point catch and shoots, way more catch and shoots.

He's getting about one more a game in the last 10 game stretch and knocking down 60%

of them.

And he's still shooting at a high volume.

He's more in rhythm and shooting 4 catch and shoot 3s out of 5.8 3 point attempts per

game.

He's taking more stepback 3 point shots, which he was really good at.

Because his shot is to the left, a step back pushing off with his right foot back helps

him get into a rhythm.

On stepback 3s, he shooting 71.4% from 3 for the season and you can see it in the Spurs

game, he really used it.

There is also an impact of Lonzo getting his head right when he was rehabbing.

People forget, he's only 20 years old and is the most scrutinized NBA rookie out there.

There aren't that many 20 year olds in the league.

When was the last time you heard a 20 year old have this much pressure on him to do this

great?

It can take time to figure the NBA out and his weakest part of his game was his scoring.

He's still averaging 7 assists per game and 7 rebounds per game while helping the

Lakers defensively and make players less selfish.

That's a pretty good impact for a 20 year old.

Now his shot is starting to fall because he's figuring out what he should tailor his strengths

to.

Some of these shots are high difficulty shots and deep.

One other factor that is probably helping is the fact that his dad LaVar Ball hasn't

been at the games recently or run his mouth.

This just allows Zo to be Zo.

I love seeing rookies like Donovan Mitchell, Ben Simmons, and Tatum ball out and Lonzo

got a special place in my heart cause he a Lakers rookie.

Seeing Lonzo's shot going in the bottom of the net is just so pure.

Now he's shooting better and shutting up haters.

And that's why Lonzo Ball is shooting better.

Why Teens Are OBSESSED With JUUL? - Duration: 3:05.

Teens are getting hooked on JUUL, which is what many are calling the iPhone of e cigarettes.

I'm going to tell you everything you need to know and maybe a few things you wish you

didn't know, here for you on IO.

What is good, this is inform overload, where we overload you with information.

I'm Charlotte Dobre High schools across America are being invaded

by a small, sleek e cigarette no bigger than a flash drive.

Like other e cigarettes, they convert liquid nicotine into vapor, which you then inhale.

But the thing that makes JUUL so attractive to young people is that its discreet, meaning

they are easy to hide, and cartridges, aka JUUL pods come in delicious flavors like crème

brulee, mango and fruit medley.

Each pod contains as much nicotine as one pack of cigarettes, yet each JUUL pod is only

about $4.

That's way less than a pack of cigarettes, which usually retail at around $10.

One reason why cigarettes have become so expensive is because of the increased taxes placed on

cigarettes to cover the health effects of smoking.

A JUUL pod consists of nicotine, benzoic acid propylene glycol and glycerol.

Juul was launched 2 years ago, and since then it has gained somewhat of a cult following.

Teenagers are OBSESSED with it.

Many of the teenagers posting about how awesome it is aren't even old enough to buy one.

That being said, JUUL is not marketed to kids.

JUUL was originally intended to appeal to adult smokers.

Several schools have had to get parents involved because JUUL is so popular.

According to the CDC, e cigarette use among high school students rose from 1.5 percent

to 16 percent.

And now 2 million high school and middle school students used e cigs in 2016.

Even though using an e cigarette might be getting you off cigarettes, the FDA has not

approved any cigarette as a safe or effective method to help smokers quit.

So that whole schtick about it being safe is not necessarily true.

Yes, safer than cigarettes, but not 'safe'.

Nicotine is still really addictive, and even thought he long term health effects of e cigs

are pretty unknown, it is a certainty that nicotine can affect brain development.

Nicotine can actually alter your brain chemistry.

How To Stop OCD and Intrusive Thoughts From Ruining Your Life - Duration: 4:09.

Heya playa, have you ever felt like your OCD, your Obsessive Compulsive Disorder has taken

over your life and you want to do something about it?

Well, that's exactly what Jacob asked me when he said: "Please do a video on how to manage

my OCD".

Now OCD can be really intense and really hard to deal with sometimes but there are a few

key things that you can do in your day to day life to help you work through it.

This is The Josh Speaks.

For those of you that are new here, my name is Josh and every single Monday through Friday

I make videos sharing tips, ideas and stories teaching you how to be your best self and

sometimes people throw around the word OCD when maybe they just like things clean or

need to do things in an organized way.

But for many people, OCD is a very real and difficult thing to deal with.

It can lead to depression, anxiety, nervousness, social exclusion and a ton of other things

that you don't want to happen.

Two things I don't want to rule out when it comes to OCD is getting the proper medication

for it and going to therapy.

Both can be extremely helpful and successful ways to help you cope.

And along with those two options, there are still other little things that you can do

to help you figure out whether or not you're experiencing OCD in that moment or you're

not.

One thing you should do is to make a list of all the different anxious thoughts that

go through your mind.

And that can include anything from constantly having to wash the dishes to check to see

if the door is locked to checking in with loved ones to make sure they're safe.

Whatever happens in your mind.

Once you have this list written out, make a second column and next to each thing that

you wrote, write down the trigger moment.

Something that happened to cause you to think that thought.

Maybe you were just leaving the house, you shook someone's hand or you just haven't spoken

to your family and friends in a while.

Put down all of these different explanations and reasons that led to the anxious thoughts.

And now that you've gotten those two columns down, you're going to make a third column

and in this third column, you're gonna write down whether or not you think this fear is

realistic or unrealistic.

Now you may feel like they're all realistic but I would really try to challenge yourself

here and to break down and identify which you think are truly realistic, things you

think if you didn't do them bad things would happen and which you think are just because

you're experiencing your OCD.

Making this list is going to be extremely helpful going forward because the next thing

you're going to want to do is to come to terms and accept the fact that you have anxiety

and OCD.

And there's nothing wrong with that.

It doesn't make you any lesser of a person or weird in any way.

We all have our different experiences and things we have to go through so this is simply

one of yours.

And along with making this list, one thing you could try doing is journaling.

Write down your different experiences throughout the day.

That way seeing it on paper makes it easier for you to recognize when it's happening and

to see that you can do something about it.

So along with documenting your experiences, you're also going to want to challenge them

head-on when they do spring up.

For example, if you feel like your hands are covered in germs and you constantly want to

clean them, try to push yourself every single day.

Start by doing it for one minute without going to rush to clean your hands.

And the next day, do two minutes.

After a while do five, and then ten.

As you keep practicing you'll start to be able to push those behaviors further away.

And the reason for doing it like that is because everything is small steps, making those incremental

changes from day to day will make it a lot easier to see how you're growing rather than

just trying to jump to the finish line from the start.

I know you have what it takes and even if you make just a small step, that's a huge

progress from where you were before and you should definitely be proud of yourself.

What's up Youtube, Joey's Raticate here, and today we're gonna be probably playing Roblox

in the background, I really don't know.

But I'll probably record a bunch of that because it's the only thing I can get a steady fps

on, WOO!

Go gtx 610... and i3 processor.

I probably might record a game called Insurgency that's kinda like a knock off..

kind of.

you can just lean and infiltrate areas, it's basically Arma with an ai that's decent and

pretty annoying.

There's also multiplayer but the only thing I like in there is coop cause I suck DICK

at the game.

There's also Clash Royale which I might be doing it's probably gonna be on live streams

or it's gonna be super edited very bad videos.

One of my main problems with this build is fps obviously because I have a GTX 610 and

an i3 processor.

I have 6 gigs of ram and that's pretty good but the rest really fucking sucks.

I can't get a steady fps on CS:GO the max I can get is probably around 20 on average.

I might also record League of Legends because that's really easy to record and it doesn't

take much to run it and it's a really really decent game too and I suck ass at that also.

There's also Pokemon Showdown which I might start off at 1000 and push my way up to maybe

1500 maybe I'll go all the way to top 100 instead of being at top 500 with that 1500

mark.

You never know it could go either way, especially with me, I suck.

xD I have no one else to play with except my 2 friends that might join me on Pokemon

and 1 on Clash Royale.

It's like a dollar and some so if you can't afford that I don't know maybe suck dick for

pocket change?

$50 Forever 21 Outfit Shopping Challenge! - Duration: 5:40.

hey guys it's Hashtag Zoe and welcome back to my channel! so for today's video I have the

forever 21 $50 outfit challenge. so today I went to one of my favorite

stores, forever 21 and I had a budget of $50 and I needed to find an

outfit so that's what I did. so here's the footage of me looking for an outfit

and my experience at forever 21 it was honestly pretty hard to find an outfit

under $50 because things add up at forever 21 like it's not expensive by

any means but things definitely add up so without further ado let's check out

the footage where I was shopping so I didn't buy shoes this outfit doesn't

include shoes because shoes are honestly really expensive at forever 21 not like

really expensive but they weren't within my budget

they were like 30 bucks and they were cute but like I don't think they would

have gone with this outfit very well so I just kind of didn't include shoes the

outfit that I'm gonna show you I would wear with like checkered vans or really

any shoe just not the ones that I saw forever 21 okay roll the clip keep going

all righty so now I am obviously back home from forever 21 and I'm gonna give

you guys a shopping haul of what I got and then I'm gonna put it on and show you how I

would style the pieces that I got and the outfit that I made with my $50

dollar budget so if you know anything about me you know that I don't like to

wear jeans I like leggings so you guys may have literally a steal these

leggings keep in mind they're just plain black leggings and I don't know how like

good-quality they are but they're they're black leggings I don't care they

were maybe 90 not three hundred and ninety dollars people three dollars and

ninety cents your girls a bargain shopper and the next thing I got is also

pretty much a basic item but I figured that I would wear it not just this one

time I've got a tube top and this is kind of unlike me because yes I do love

crop tops but I've never actually had a tube top before so I thought would be

super cute I just got this one in white and this one it was two for eight so I

got two but like in a challenge it's one so it's a dollars for this and yeah

super cute just a nice tube top that I thought would go very well with the

other thing I got to really bring the outfit together I feel like this makes

it an outfit that those are just like basics this makes it an outfit so I got

the cutest jacket you guys I've been looking for a jacket like this for so

long and it fit in my budget and this jacket was the most expensive out of all

these but it's okay because it was a fifty dollar challenge and this was ten

inch ninety or twenty seven I don't really remember exactly but it was

around there okay it's kind of hard to see now but it looks like this it's just

this really nice green color jacket it's honestly really soft it's a thin jacket

but keep in mind I live in LA so it doesn't get cold very often here so

honestly I'm okay with it it's super cute and it's also really soft which I

like okay now moving on to accessories obviously that's a pretty basic outfit

so I figured I would dress it up more make it more of like a going out outfit

okay so I am not the type of person to wear jewelry a lot but I figured for

this look it would be super cute because it's a tube top and then there would be

like not much going on up here so I figured I would get this piece of

jewelry this was $4.90 so pretty cute and I can give a look nice with the white

shirt super cute and to go along with the silver jewelry I also got a set of

hoops I never wear hoops I kind of want to get

into it I like it so I got this set and this entire set was $4.90 and I think for

the look I'm gonna go for like the medium fish the second smallest ones

like these yeah they're super cute and I think I'm gonna get a lot of use out of

these two because they're all different sizes

the bigger the hoop the bigger the bigger the heart right and the last

thing I got that I thought really like brought the look together because we

have the black bottoms were these black sunglasses and the reuse is that they're

super cute and I also really like the gold detail at the top so I'm just gonna

put these on for me now because I'm a model

I love these these are super cute they're really big but it's okay because

if I'm like not wearing makeup one day I just really don't want to show any of my

face like these these work you know
