Monte Gelato Waterfalls

I arrived at the Valle del Treja regional park

I discovered these waterfalls a couple of years ago

almost by accident

while, with Google Maps, I was flying over the areas around Rome

following rivers and streams.

When I saw the words "Cascate di Monte Gelato"

I immediately looked for the nearest route and went there the next day.

Today I come back here after two years.

The waterfalls are about 40 minutes drive from Rome

and, as you'll see, they really deserve a visit.

There is also a natural path of about 3 and a half hours,

inside the Park, which goes from the Monte Gelato waterfalls to Calcata,

passing through Mazzano Romano.

It seems incredible that with 40 minutes of driving

you can leave the hellish chaos of Rome

to find yourself immersed in a magical place,

among woods, streams, waterfalls

and nature (almost) untouched.

I want to take a shot in long exposure

I will use the bracketing mode,

I will do three, four maybe five shots

with different exposures and shutter speed

I do not know if you can see from this screen

I shot at f/8 and f/5.6 with different shutter speeds

let's see what I can get in post production

ok, let's continue our journey ..

here there is another beautiful little waterfall

As I said It's the second time I come here to the

Monte Gelato Waterfalls and I'm amazed like the first time.

It is a fairytale place, only nature.

The best thing is that here today there is nobody,

while the first time I was here was full of people.

Today the waterfalls are all for me

So today tadaa I'll be making carbonara with milk

There's a lot of carbonara recipes out there Using eggs and cheese and a bit of cream at the end

but today we'll be using MILK

Since we're using milk It seems as if it would be easy to make?

I usually never have any cream on hand But I almost always have some milk on hand

AND THEN...

It was upside down

I've heard that you can take really wonderful pictures Using this Xperia

And so I'll be using this to take pictures And showing them to you at the end of the video

It's my first time using this I'm super excited to see how it turns out

Please stick around to see if It takes wonderful pictures

alrighty lets get cookin'

These are the ingredients

Spaghetti, bacon, milk, yolk, butter, consomme, parmesan cheese, salt and pepper

boil a pot of water with plenty of salt for our spaghetti here

Slice up the bacon into random sizes

Separate out the yolks

There were some yolks lost to my one-handed technique

I always get asked what I do with the leftover eggwhites

I usually end up stirring them into my Ramen So don't worry they don't go to waste

Add butter to a fry pan

Then our bacon

Then fry them up (inaudible)

Then the pasta, milk consomme

parm cheese

Mix thoroughly

It's gradually looking more like a carbonara

I'll add another helping of cheese as well

add 2/3 of the yolks

Kill the Heat and mix

its getting T H I C C

transfer to a dish

Looks yummy Add the rest of the yolks

add black pepper

And I'll add some more parmesan cheese just because

tadaa tis all done

It's jam-packed full of cheese I have a feeling it's going to be so yummy

I snapped a bunch of pics while making this I hope some good ones turn out

the eggs are so gooey

They look so yummy

its crazy rich and yummy

The eggs and cheese come together making for a very smooth mellow taste

It's got such flavor and it's so yummy

Can't get enough of that bacon

I went all out with the cheese its super rich tasting

You can really taste the cheese in it

the black pepper is puttin in a good deal of flavor here

I made this with milk but, since we used yolks and cheese its got a super rich flavor to it

carbonara makes me feel so happy

The first time I ever had carbonara I was like......

"OMFG how can something taste this good exist" I was shook

And now it makes me so glad To be able to make carbonara at home

(RAW EGGS TOTES SAFE IN JAPAN salmonella from eggs is near unheard of they don't smell and please just keep an open mind)

the sauce is so T H I C C its sticks to the noodles nicely

I'm getting hot in here

Since I added so much bacon There's enough to last right to the end

I kinda want to get my drink on

Drinking makes eating so much more fun

I love my liquor

Alone or with friends

I'm almost out of food but whatev's clinky clinky lets get drinky

The peach liqueur is so yummy

A disturbing announcement was just made about White House Special Counsel Robert Mueller's

investigation that has Donald Trump's supporters praying for him.

Fox News reported that Judge Andrew Napolitano warned that anyone who thinks Mueller's

investigation is winding down is in for a big surprise.

"I believe he's gearing up and the president remains in his crosshairs," Napolitano said

during an appearance on "Fox & Friends."

New reports have indicated that Mueller's team has interviewed George Nader, a businessman

who advised United Arab Emirates leaders and visited the White House frequently last year.

Mueller is now trying to figure out if the UAE bought political influence with the Trump

campaign.

Napolitano added that the recent guilty plea by Rick Gates, the longtime business partner

of indicted former campaign chairman Paul Manafort, has provided Mueller's team with

a "treasure trove" of information.

Though Gates worked on Trump's campaign and frequently visited the White House, he

and Manafort are facing charges that predate the campaign.

Napolitano made sure to point out that Gates originally faced exposure to up to 40 years

in prison based on all the charges Mueller filed.

"He pleaded guilty and his exposure went from 40 years to three years.

He obviously is prepared to tell them a lot of information to get that exposure to go

way down.

… This is unbelievable," he said.

The Fox News senior legal analyst also discussed the strange events surrounding fired Trump

aide Sam Nunberg, who dared Mueller to arrest him and refused to go before a grand jury.

"Why he did what he did yesterday, I don't know.

Unless he really wanted to discredit himself or he really was inebriated," Napolitano

said.

It's sad that this witch hunt against Trump is being allowed to continue despite the fact

that Mueller has found no concrete evidence against him.

2018 Nissan Qashqai ST Review | motoring.com.au - Duration: 2:36.

For growing families on a tight budget, the Nissan Qashqai is an ideal compromise when

small SUVs are too small and medium SUVs are too costly.

Well, the Qashqai itself is a small SUV.

It's only a little shorter in the wheelbase that the Mazda CX-5, last year's best selling

medium SUV.

That means more rear legroom for teenagers and adults in the Nissan compared with most

of its direct rivals, and being a small SUV the Qashqai costs nearly $2,000 less than

the CX-5.

That all sounds too good to be true and in some ways it is.

Drivers have to do their own shifting, for one thing.

You get a rear-view camera but not parking sensors.

The headlights won't switch themselves on and off either, and there are no vents in

the back for the kids.

But unlike the base model Ford Escape, the entry level Qashqai ST does come with alloy

wheels and that essential fixture of the modern infotainment system, Bluetooth, is fitted

as standard, as is a push to start button.

Although the Qashqai is fairly easy to drive, some engine flare is evident during gear changes,

so forget about fast and smooth shifting.

Relaxed in commuter traffic, the Qashqai needs to be pushed harder for performance out in

the country, but the refined, sporty engine doesn't mind a rev and higher in the rev range

is where it delivers.

Running on standard unleaded, the Qashqai's official combined cycle fuel economy figure

doesn't match some of the newer medium SUVs.

The Qashqai comes with a touring suspension calibration and provides surefooted grip that

can match passenger cars of similar size and price.

Ride comfort is firmer at lower speeds but feels better on the open road.

The light steering lacks the feel of some competitors, the driving position is comfortable

and commanding, but the front seats lack support.

All controls are placed where they should be and the instruments are easy to read at

a glance.

Despite the Qashqai's shorter overall length, the boot is large enough and practical for

urban shopping trips, thanks in part to the space saver spare under the floor.

SP The Qashqai is a popular choice with Aussie families anyway but with the same roominess,

decent drivability and affordable value, perhaps the base model should be on more shopping

lists?

Jessa Duggar Reveals Son's Surprising Health Condition - Duration: 3:39.

Jessa Duggar just can't seem to catch a break lately.

It seems that ever since Jill Duggar's husband, Derick Dillard, was fired from Counting On,

the scrutiny of Jessa and her family has only intensified.

On social media, Jessa has remained as famous as ever amongst obsessive Duggar fans.

Unfortunately, these days, her interactions with her followers tend to be strangely hostile.

More often than not, the negativity takes the form of critical comments about Jessa's

parenting .

In recent months, Jessa has been slammed by fans for everything from failing to properly

homeschool her children to putting them in harm's way by living too close to a highway.

Needless to say, followers have devoted a shocking amount of time to combing through

her social media posts in search of something to get angry about.

Sometimes, however, the outrage stems not from a minor background detail in a photo

on Jessa's Instagram, but from comments she's made on her family's popular reality show.

And it seems a minor revelation Jess made on this week's episode has the Duggar faithful

all whipped up into a frenzy. 

"When Henry was about three months old, he had what appeared to be 'cradle cap,'" Jessa

told the camera.

"But I tried a lot of different washes, lotions, creams, and things like that, and then I started

to figure it out that this was actually eczema and probably an allergy."

She added that the problem is persistent, and that she and husband Ben Seewald are often

forced to take action in order to stop Henry from making things worse:

"Henry has some pretty bad flare-ups on his head and in his neck creases and so we have

to keep socks on his hands to keep him from scratching it," Jessa added.

Apparently, a sizable percentage of the Counting On audience is made up of medical professionals,

and many of them feel that Jessa is to blame for her son's condition:

"I just saw the episode of Henry and his eczema allergy.

I saw you eating eggs, and eggs can also be a huge flare up," wrote one viewer on Mrs.

Seewald's Instagram page.

"My son has eczema too, we found out it's a wheat, egg, and soy allergy," wrote another.

"Cut gluten, dairy, and sugar," advised a third, cautioning that scents and lotions

Jessa is using might also be making the problem worse.

We're sure most of these folks intended to be helpful, but the tone often comes off as

a bit smug and scolding - especially since Jessa already addressed these possible causes

in Monday's episode:

"I'm trying to address what's irritating his stomach and trying to eliminate things

from my diet to see what's up," she said on the show.

"I've cut out all inflammatory foods: gluten, dairy, corn, nuts.

It's just a matter of figuring out what it is."

So there you have it, folks - Jessa seems to have access to the same medical information

as the rest of us.

But we're sure that won't keep you from offering unsolicited advice.

On March 8, International Women's Day, Farah shared a heartfelt letter for her daughters, Diva and Anya, explaining to them what it is to be a woman in today's world.

She writes how she wants to prepare them for the hardships they might face while they grow up.

Farah writes, "My loves, Diva and Anya.

I am hoping and praying that by the time you go out into the world to make your own lives, it will be a New, Modern World! A world that will not care about which nationality, which race and most importantly, which gender you belong to — it will only care about your merits, your hard work and your talent.

And I am hoping that you will well know that changing yourself to fit into the society's idea of how a woman should be will never make any woman happy — least of all.".

She further added, "The two of you, who see gender equality on a daily basis in your home, I am hoping you will be true to yourself then, too.

I also know that we are a household of true feminists — it's never to be believed that it means 'Hating men' — never.

It's truly believing in gender equality (that's why Czar also ties you a Rakhi and you have to protect him too) and reversing roles to know whether what's fair for the man is equally fair to the woman — something we conveniently forget when we do it vice-versa.

I hope that just like your mother, you never play the 'WOMAN CARD' — it's not a secret trump up your sleeve to be used when the game is not going your way." .
