Youtube daily report w Mar 7 2018

Hear at the Infographics show, we've mainly discussed what life might be like for the

extremely wealthy and even discussed some of the world's billionaires, many of whom

live in one country, the United States.

But there are approximately 2,043 billionaires worldwide, with a lot of countries having

at least one billionaire.

China is home to the most billionaires in the world at 647 people, and the surprising

thing is many of these people have amassed their fortunes in a relatively short amount

of time.

The U.S. is second on the list with 550 billionaires, and way behind in the low hundreds is Germany

and India, followed by Russia at 96.

There are also many countries that have no billionaires, but they obviously have a richest

person.

Today we move all over the globe in search of the rich, in this episode of Infographics

Show, Richest people around the world.

We'll start with Belgium, and the accolade goes to Albert Baron Frère, a 92-year-old

businessman that started off in the steel business and later invested in a whole host

of industries.

His worth is currently $6.3 billion.

Over in France, the richest person is Bernard Arnault.

The 68-year old's accumulated wealth at a staggering $73.3 billion.

He made his money in luxury goods, which seems like a very frenchy way to get rich.

Next up, South Africa, and the award goes to 72-year old Nicholas F. Oppenheimer.

He made most of his money in precious stones, as the former Chairman of De Beers diamond

mining company and also the Diamond Trading Company.

According to Forbes, he is worth $7.7 billion.

He's not the richest person on the continent of Africa, though.

That title goes to Nigerian Aliko Dangote, a cement and commodities king worth $12.2

billion.

Over to Asia and Pakistan.

This isn't an easy one and many sources give very different answers.

This might be because big business in the country is often shared by entire families.

Is it Malik Riaz, with a net worth of $2 billion, or is it Shahid Khan, who owns an American

football and a British soccer team.

He's actually now an American citizen, though, but said to be the richest person of Pakistani

origin and now worth around $8.7 billion.

Hopefully Finland will be less confusing.

It seems the accolade goes to Antti Herlin, a 61-year old who made a lot of his $4.6 billion

in elevators and escalators, but also maintenance and manufacturing.

Now the United Arab Emirates and the richest man there.

He's Majid Al Futtaim and is said to be the richest person in the Middle East with

a net worth of $10.9 billion.

But that source was probably wrong as it seems Saudi Arabia's Prince Al-Waleed bin Talal

bin Abdulaziz al Saud has a worth of $25.5 billion.

Mr. Majid made his cash with the Majid Al Futtaim Group, which builds some really impressive

malls around the world.

Far away in Denmark, the richest person is 70-year old Kjeld Kirk Kristiansen, a person

who holds a place in all of our hearts because he is part of the family that created Lego.

He's said to be worth $23.6 billion now, thanks to those little colourful plastic bricks.

Across the world in New Zealand the richest geezer we could find is Graeme Richard Hart,

a man who is a whizz at buying companies in trouble and making them very profitable.

The 62-year old left school at 16 and became a panel beater.

He's now worth around 9.5 billion dollars.

In Norway sources also disagree, so we went right to a Norwegian publication written in

English.

According to that publication it is easily John Fredriksen, who is worth around $13 billion.

He made most of his cash as owner of the largest oil tanker fleet.

But it seems this man now lives in London, and is a Cypriot citizen.

So, it could be Odd Reitan, a supermarket guy worth about half of what Fredriksen is

worth.

Now we head to Romania and meet a once top-ranking tennis and ice hockey player.

It's said he's now worth about one billion dollars and made much of that money going

into business after retiring from tennis.

Over to Ireland, a favourite place of Apple Inc.

According to Forbes the richest person there is Pallonji Shapoorji Mistry, an Indian born

construction magnate worth $18.7 billion.

He married an Irish gal, but right now the 89-year old lives in Mumbai.

Over in Mexico we have one of the richest persons in the world with 78-year old Carlos

Slim Helú.

Worth around 70.7 billion he's had his hands in just about every industry you can imagine.

He's said to be worth about 6 percent of Mexico's GDP.

In Poland the accolade goes to Sebastian Kulczyk, son of Jan, who used to be the richest.

Their money came from Kulczyk Investments, and it's thought the son is now worth in

the region of $3.9 billion, but this is also shared with his sister Dominika.

Not too far away in Sweden it seems there is no doubt that the richest person is 70-year

old Stefan Persson.

He's worth 18.9 billion and was fortunate enough to take over the fashion company H&M,

which his father had built.

Far away in the Far East we have Indonesia.

Forbes tells us the richest there are two brothers who made their money from tobacco,

electronics and banking.

Together it's said they are worth $32.3 billion.

Staying in Asia we go to Singapore, a nation that wasn't so prosperous not long ago,

relatively speaking.

Again, we have two brothers, Robert & Philip Ng.

These property magnates are worth around $10.9 billion.

Far away in the Netherlands the prize goes to someone whose name you might know.

That is Charlene de Carvalho-Heineken.

Yes, she controls most of the beer company Heineken and is worth about 15.4 billion.

In Malaysia the winner is 94-year old Robert Kuok, who made his dough in palm oil, shipping

and property.

He's thought to be worth $13.82 billion.

Staying in South East Asia we head to the Philippines.

The richest is Henry T. Sy, though at 93, he might not be with us much longer.

Mr. Sy is worth $21.7 billion.

He made his money in retail and started out working in his family's convenience store.

Far away in the colder climate of Germany there are lots of billionaires, but the richest

of them all is a brother and sister duo.

They are Beate Heister & Karl Albrecht Jr.

They amassed a fortune of $31.1 billion from selling supermarket goods at very competitive

prices.

That supermarket is called Aldi.

Downunder, in the country of Australia, the richest person is a 'Sheila' and she is

called Gina Rinehart.

Her worth is around $17.7 billion.

She made her money in iron ore.

Because the price of this commodity goes up and down a lot, her fortune constantly fluctuates.

Another former part of the British Empire, Canada, and the richest person is the Baron

David Thomson.

He took over the Thompson Corporation, a once powerful information business.

You might have heard of Thompson-Reuters.

The business now has long arms into other areas of industry, and the 60-year David is

said to be worth around $27.2 billion.

And in the country of India, where we've seen massive wealth grow for individuals in

recent years, the richest person is 60-year old business magnate Mukesh Dhirubhai Ambani.

Much of that money came from oil and gas, and he's said to be worth $41.8 billion.

Now to the former home of the Empire itself and the United Kingdom.

That's said to be the Hinduja family and four siblings called Srichand, Gopichand,

Prakash and Ashok.

The family business, which is very diversified, is said to be worth around $19.7 billion.

The fab four were actually born in Karachi, then a part of British India, now a part of

Pakistan.

They soon learned how to make money in trading and exports and haven't stopped making tons

of cash since.

Last on the list is the United States, and it seems we have a new boy on the list after

a fairly long run – interrupted from time to time – from Microsoft co-founder Bill

Gates.

Bill is officially off the number one spot for now and the current holder of the richest

person in America and the world is Amazon.com founder Jeff Bezos.

As of February 2018, the 54-year old was worth a staggering $120.4 billion compared to Gates

$91.1 billion.

Bezos' wealth has skyrocketed due to a lot of savvy investments as well as from his Amazon

shares.

That's a long list, so why not tell us what you think about it.

Should individual people be allowed to amass that much wealth?

Is it fair to the average joe?

Projeto MOÇAMBIQUE Ana e Alain - Duration: 4:26.

So, the matter of making these dresses is a way of honoring those children,

what are their needs? they have several, but ahh, every little girl likes a dress,

a dress that spins, right? So, it´s a teaching too, it´s for the teachers,

for them to see one of the ways to honor these kids. Well,my name is Ana, and you,

who are you? "Alain", Alain doesn't speak portuguese yet, so we talk in english

or french and we are part of the "Vila"

here in Piratininga, we work with YWAM, I´ve been working since 2004

and Alain´s been working since 2011 we work in the area of Education and

our goal is to train teachers 'cause we have a dream that in all the YWAM bases

we may have schools For we do believe that through education we can change a society,

we can disciple a nation through the children; we already have some

students 'cause we had a school in Maputo in 2013 and now we are heading

north of Moçambique to have a school to train teachers, we already have a

school at the YWAM base in Lichinga which it is a model school and now

with these students who have already been students at this school, they are

going to be workers for the school, we want to train other teachers,

along with that, we want to have workshops for the girls and teenagers, so they can make

cakes, beautiful dresses, stuff that they can have as tools to make their

own money, thus, have a better life, The Dresses project

was something like this, I went to visit a friend of mine

and I saw her 8-year daughter who had made dresses for

all her friends from the church at christimas time So I thought,

wow, if this kid can make dresses so can I,

Since I love to make handicraft, and I was having a lot of tests because

some health issues and I was a little tense, I thought, let´s make some

handicraft, and then I thought, what am I going to make?

then this idea came to my heart, cause I´ve seen so many kids in

Mozambique, so many needs, so much poverty

I thought I am going to make dresses to honor these children,

Because honoring these chldren I´ll be already teaching my students that

if you want to disciple someone you have to honor that person

so I've already made more than 80 dresses with some friends support,

who are supplying the material, like the sewing thread or making crochet parts

so when we get there, we want to have a celebration, a fashion show,

a party for those children. So our challenge first is

we must have the tickets, which make around 8,000 reais

And we don´t know yet how God is going to provide that

But we do know that He somehow is going to do it

that´s why we need partners for this project

who would be willing to help us with the tickets, even to pay for the

Excess luggage which certainly we are going to have

Because I´ve already made more than 80 dresses

There´s already a suitcase full of it we have to make shorts for the boys

We want to make some toys and some stuff we also want to take 20 bibles

There is a Teachers´bible which has lesson plans, it´s an APEC´s bible

A very good one, I have a friend who´s engaged in making a campaign

to raise funds for these bibles, our desire is to take at least 20

Well, look my facebook is ANA GREGO and my email is Anadrymael

DRYMAEL is D R Y M A E L @ gmail.com

So I thank everybody who´s arealdy been contributing, So I can make

this quantity of dresses, it´s because a lot of people have already helped

So, Sometimes the person cannot go

but they can help those who are going

PLANNING, FLAMES AND NOTHING | GARBAGE GARAGE 7-2018 - Duration: 13:47.

Hey, I have Supra's differential

Big thanks to Teemu Järvenpää for it

And big thanks for Simo Yli-Karro for delivering it

Guy delivered us several differentials

We have now something to break

I need to check out

What is our differential gear ratio

3,769

To be specific

3 dot 7 - 6 - 9 is this differential ratio

Pretty close. Not bad with DIY

Calculation. Kalle your guess was?

It was not guess, it was knowledge. 3 dot 7 - 5

We just tought cause we dont have decimals into our calculator

In your head you mean?

Yeah, both are 3.769 differentials

We have...

"Some" differential there

No idea, can't remember what it is

But we have to send it back to Tony

to Sweden

Can't remember Tony's surname... Lagerfeld?

It was Lagerfeld. Karl? Karl Lagerfeld's son

Oldest son?

Yeah, drive's race with red Supra

Come here to push button! Let's get this thing up!

PUSH!

Need to check carefully where to lift it up

He want that differential back. Yeah

Can you clarify what is happening now?

Viewers can't make any sense now

We bought two differentials from Teemu Järvenpää

150 euros for two pieces

And I believe Tony wants 500

Krona..

Why is it even mounted on our car?

Cause our differential got broke (at Gatebil)

It got total bulls*it

Lift it totally up

Be brave and push the button. Now stop it.

Look at it. This one is welded too

How much might the ratio be if we start spinning and calculating

Can you give me marker?

One..

Two..

Three..

not yet.

now.

nooo

This would be perfect!

Should we ask Tony...

If he would like to have one of our differentials

We can always ask him

Ask him what the price of this 100€ differential is

I bet he will say its 150

then I'll say he's lying

Well, this is...

I have to check from Google or Supra MK forum

We have 3.266 differential there

And that is lovely

Is that desert differential?

That is basically desert differential, cause there ain't any longer ones

looks like we are in the middle of changing it here?

Unfinished? Mmmmm...

Have to put on Järviset and cross-country skiing

Is Niko there? I bet so

I am at the meeting.. He is at kids skiing contest

And so excited to get silver spoon of last place

And warm juice. Tin spoon

I just wish Tony would be so nice friend of us

And tell us to send 3.76 differential back

How you type it, duugar?

Is it duugar?

I dont know

It's spelled with U

**Something very weird talking...**

Is that ratio?

**Weird mumbling and some swedish**

Let's see. I can tell he's name

He is...

He is Tony

Averstedt

Basically there ain't name like that

But for some reason he is Averstedt

It's very hard to spell for Finnish people

Surname.. or name..

Maybe if Tony

Decide to

It's ok for him to have 3.769 differential

We are very pleased for him

And we will giantly reward Tony for this decision. Yes!

Have we earned a coffee break now?

I would say YES

We have done for three differential

Very challenged calculations

Done with Kalle

And mentally it's been tough

Let's say, coffee and cookie

Is good to continue from

Should we spin to the coffee room?

Welcome to have a coffee

You know what I am doing?

We have 5 degrees in the workshop

So I have to warm up my mug with hot water

We can sit a bit longer then

It's very bitumen like coffee

And so are we

We just have to do it. If I get some free time

Some day

And paint it over with new color

I have 10 liters of yellow paint

It's good example for Chiquita to be sponsor

Also good for Dole. Yeah, would be ok too.

Dole, Chiquita and Blåklader

Pretty sure color of it

Let's go with yellow cause I have it so much

We can ask from JCB too. Cause it's JCB yellow.

I have also Merlo green. That's awesome color!

It's damn ugly color

One side Merlo green and other side JCB yellow

Let's make it like zebra

yellow green zebra

This is pain in my ear

There is already tiny voice's inside my head

Battery low...

You going to get

I almost said vernier caliber

But that is too precise

We can measure it by walking. Meter by meter.

Maybe we should measure it

That's kind of what I was saying at beginning

It's not impossible mission

This will collapse very soon

I'm calling the Piritech guy, telling him that he is in the end of his existance

I havent heard anything about bodykit

Molds are gone

Just kidding,

And guys are just waiting here in a row

I am not going to blame anyone but... Now Juho!

You didn't call?

I am already calling. Oh! you have that headset.

Low battery, so it hangups all time

Hello there

How are you doing?

I am approaching with question about bodykit

No way! What is situation for us.

Maybe a whole bodykit is done at next week

Whole bodykit with all parts on it

Everything new around whole car

What a fine man!

Let's not call him fine yet. We have to see first what we get.

Do we save both doors? Yes both doors.

Should we take car lower a bit?

No, lets get some ladders in there

Hello? No, out of battery...

So much work this way...

Here is few exhaust holes

Cause we have a very notable

desire to make exhaust to the back of the car

YES VERY NOTABLE!

Cause it is the most stupid thing, to have it coming throught the hood

Where do you want this?

What is it?

GoPro mount

Put it on your forehead

Hi!

Hi hi!

You came here to work?

I don't know.

You can do something.

It depends..

You live in Kokkola?

Yes.

Thats very nice.

Tomorrow 7am again

Teemu, what about that shirt you have, can anyone buy it?

I don't know

I got Whatsapp message which said it is

but that guy couldn't buy it

You can go and check if it's available

blacksmokeracing.com

Basically yes

This have nothing wrong, does it?

Well, it have something wrong

It's not like brand new

It have atleast some metal on it? Yes it is metal.

It's just done like that

Had to make it this way to get lights fitted on it

It normally goes upright

We had to bend it a bit

Dont know..

Maybe we just straighten it

Maybe refine it and paint again

Cause it's a bit hard to make a new one

There is not much ways to do it

It's also not a big problem...

yes, it's a very small problem here

We will use em again.

But we need a heater to remove stickers.

Where is another one?

I don't know

Let's do this gently

Flame it more and stickers burn away

Flame it even more and we don't have to drive at all

It seems to work

You want to be a flameguy?

Kerosineman?

We have more hands to do the job

When I start to flame

We dont know how many hands we have after that

Looks pretty sick. We only need some sausages here.

Would be awesome

All right then

It seems to work

This aint warm at all

Thin black line is crap. We need em more for next season.

More of em. Let's make whole text with only lines.

This didn't get warm at all. Here it's little warm.

We need more flames

I was too picky before

That is better. It have abit smaller flame.

It feels to happend slower

With big flame it feels to work better

This does not feel like that

This aint #unsupervised this way

Rather fail with big flame than do it nice with small flame

We need mid size hammer

It's there

I missed the spot abit. It dint little.

It's not so bad. But in pretty wrong spot.

When you do it quick. What can you except?

I do it quick again

Anyone knows it's been in bigger accident?

No... And yes, its been.

But you know..

Overall its a pretty good

Kalle would say: It's fine

Kalle is so international guy. Everything is always fine.

This door wont be fixed anymore

Not even by guy with education for it

I send message to Aki Parkkila, Autopalvelu Parkkila

That we need some good rusty doors

Maybe I got a message from Aki Parkkila now. Yes!

What is judgement?

Answer is yes, we prolly have something under snow

This hood is original

Yeah, from original bodykit

This we just smash into mold

And then laminate and fill big holes

There is few big holes

Everytime turbo has changed we have made new hole

Half of the hood is missing now

We get fiberglass back sides now

We get rid of 10 kilograms of putty

I would like to have back corners away

It would help if you hit back in wall

There wont be effect to get front into wall

It's been happened

It's very destructive

A Brief History of Rose Gold - Duration: 4:37.

Rose Gold.

It's seemingly everywhere these days.

The Disney parks are especially going through a period of Rose Gold mania, but even outside

of Disney the color is experiencing a new wave of popularity.

So what is Rose Gold, where did it come from, and why is it so popular?

Gold is an extremely soft metal.

So soft in fact that one of the ways prospectors would test the gold nuggets they found in

order to make sure it wasn't pyrite was by biting down on it.

So naturally it wouldn't make sense to craft jewelry with pure gold.

It would just get damaged too easily.

So in order to make gold jewelry more durable, it's almost always mixed with other metals

to create a more durable alloy.

For instance, a typical 18 carat gold ring would be about 75% gold, and the other 25%

would be a mixture of metals like copper, zinc, and silver.

What people found was that playing around with the combination of that 25% would affect

the coloring of the final product.

For instance if you work a decent amount of nickel into that alloy, you'd end up with

white gold.

It was the late 1800s when famous Russian jeweler Karl Faberge found that if that 25%

of the alloy was primarily made up of copper, the gold would take on a light pinkish hue.

He worked the metal into what would ultimately become his namesake, Faberge Eggs.

It wasn't the very first instance of rose gold.

After all, the metal had been used by people for thousands of years and impurities when

smelting would naturally lead to gold of different colors.

However, it was certainly the catalyst of it's modern popularity.

From there the pink metal would become commonplace in Russian jewelry crafting, so much so that

at first it was referred to as Russian Gold.

Then, like most aspects of fashion, it would spend the next hundred years falling in and

out of style.

It would fall out of style at the end of the Victorian era, and then find itself in style

again in the 1920s when Cartier, in 1924, would create the famous trinity ring which

featured yellow, rose, and white gold all at once.

It would hang around for a decade and then in the 1930s the more minimalist and monochromatic

trends of the time would push rose gold out of the spotlight for platinum.

That too would go on for a number of years until World War II.

Platinum was an important metal when it came to the war effort, and so it's civilian

use was limited.

As a result it forced jewelers to turn back to traditional yellow gold, as well as rose

gold, which lead to a resurgence in popularity.

Most recently we saw it start to make a comeback in the fashion world around 2012, and it would

only be another couple of years before that would spread to another field: technology.

While Apple is seldom the first to do something, they usually manage to popularize whatever

they put out.

Usually.

In May of 2015, with Rose Gold a year or two into it's resurgence and already offered

on a few Samsung phones, Apple decided to work the color into their new product that

merged tech with fashion accessory, the Apple Watch.

A few short months later in September the color would make it's way over to the new

iPhone 6S and that's when it really took off.

It was reported that up to 40% of the phones pre-orders were for the Rose Gold color.

It would take another two years for the trend to officially make it's way over to the

Disney Parks, and in the summer of 2017 Disney would release a pair of Rose Gold Minnie Ears.

Now perhaps it was forced scarcity on Disney's part, or maybe they really didn't know

how popular it was going to be.

Whatever the reason, the initial run of the ears quickly sold out and future restocks

would find themselves being bought up within hours.

Then, as is often the case, the rarity of the ears further fueled their popularity,

which in turn kept them rare.

And now here we are, a year later.

They're no longer impossible to find, and we sit in the middle of what might be the

height of rose gold fever.

We've got rose gold ears, rose gold spirit jerseys,

rose gold cupcakes, and even rose gold churros.

Will it go away?

Certainly.

Like most fashion trends, it's popularity will wax and wane over time.

Let's just hope that happens before we end up with a Rose Gold Spaceship Earth.

Edit Photos Like MATT KOMO - Duration: 3:59.

Recording YouTube videos while you're sick is not the responsible thing to do

but this week I wanted to talk to you a bit about a filmmaker and photographer

named Matt Komo, particularly how he edits his Instagram photos. He has a

really cool, unique orange and grey style and today I wanted to show you how to

replicate that using GIMP. So if you're using Lightroom or Photoshop you have

all the same effects and you can follow along with the techniques but if you

don't have an expensive photo editing software you don't need that, you can

just use GIMP which is completely free. The first adjustment that I'm going to

add is the curves adjustment which we'll just be using to adjust the brightness

and contrast of different parts of the shot. The overall image should be pretty

bright but you want the highlights to really be crushed. If you have something

like the sun or a light in the photograph then you want to really

brighten that and make it completely white. Moving on to the shadows in the image,

I'll brighten the completely black pixels just a little bit so we're not

completely crushing those shadows. Then I'll take the parts of the image that

are shadows but that are not completely black and move those down to darken them.

This way you are adding contrast without completely crushing the shadows. The next

adjustment that I'll add is hue/saturation which is an adjustment

that allows you to change the tones of individual colors in the image. And this

is the adjustment that we're going to be using to get that orange and gray color

palette. One kind of interesting stylistic choice that you might notice

in a lot of Matt Komo's photos is that any plants or grass in the photo are

often desaturated to the point that they're almost gray. In most photos

plants will be made up of green and yellow pixels so I'm going to go into

the green and yellow channels of the image and just desaturate those to get

rid of some of that color. After adjusting the yellow saturation you

might notice that you've lost a lot of vibrance in the orange parts of the

image. Oftentimes the orange tones in your image

are made up of both red and yellow pixels so you can compensate for that

lost saturation in the yellow by simply raising the red saturation. You'll notice

that Matt Komo often does go for that kind of teal and orange look, so if you

have anything blue in your shot like the ocean or the sky then just go into the

blue channel and shift that over a little bit towards turquoise. A lot of

his photos push that teal and orange look even more by having kind of that

teal cast throughout the shadows. To recreate this just add another curves

adjustment to your image. Go into the red channel and remove a bit of red from

the shadows. When you remove red from the image you're basically adding cyan or

teal. Finally, just add a bit of sharpening to the image and hopefully

you've successfully recreated that orange and gray Matt Komo style photo.

This is a really cool and unique style that you might even want to use in some

of your own photos and posts, and that's fine, but do what you can to not rip him

off. Putting together a feed that looks exactly like his won't make you a better

photographer, it won't help you gain followers, it'll just make you a discount

Matt Komo. And why follow discount Matt Komo when you could just follow actual

Matt Komo? See my point? Anyway that is all for this week's Wednesday video. I

hope you enjoyed it and if you did do feel free to show your support by

leaving a like on the video or even subscribing to my channel for two new

videos every single week. Most importantly keep creating and I'll

see you in the next one.

MAJOR WWE STAR RETURN?! EX TNA Stars DEBUTING In WWE! | WrestleTalk News Mar. 2018 - Duration: 4:07.

Hello and welcome to the WrestleTalk News - I'm Oli Davis.

Who Can Top The Bar?

The last few weeks has seen Raw announce its major WrestleMania 34 matches.

We've got Kurt Angle and Ronda Rousey taking on Triple H and Stephanie McMahon, Seth Rollins

vs The Miz vs Finn Balor for the Intercontinental Championship and, of course, a Triple Threat

for the Universal title between Brock Lesnar, Roman Reigns and the crowd booing everything.

But while Raw's main belts have either announced or started building their feuds, Sheamus and

Cesaro's tag team championships have no such programme in place, and after beating

both The Revival and Titus Worldwide clean in recent weeks, the only other options are

Galanderson, the Miztourage or Heath Slater and Rhyno.

Presumably sensing a throwaway multi-team pre-show match at WrestleMania, Sheamus decided

to challenge literally anyone: "Who will Step Up To #TheBar at #WrestleMania34?

The Greatest Tag Team on Earth has NO worthy opponents on The Grandest Stage of Them All.

This is an Open Invitation..."

To which current Ring of Honor enforcer Bully Ray stage whispered: "Psssst" with a picture

of him and D-Von Dudley with all the belts.

Bully still actively wrestles outside WWE, and, more importantly, he'll be going into

the WWE Hall of Fame on WrestleMania weekend.

Also, his tag partner D-Von works backstage in WWE as a producer, meaning a surprise nostalgia

match really could be on the cards.

But Bully wasn't the only Ring of Honor talent teasing answering the challenge, as

The Young Bucks Nick Jackson tweeted: "We happen to have that date open…"

With The Bucks heavily involved in The Bullet Club's All In show this September, though,

it's very unlikely they'll debut for WWE.

Especially with their WrestleMania weekend opponents from last year possibly ready to

reunite…

Jeff Hardy Cleared For WWE Return Dave Meltzer reported last month that Jeff

Hardy is back in training and could be ready to return "anytime soon" - and now Pro

Wrestling Sheet is reporting Hardy has been given "the green light from his surgeon

and now he's just waiting on clearance from WWE."

Jeff underwent shoulder surgery last October after suffering a torn rotator cuff and labrum,

with initial estimates putting him out until after WrestleMania.

With Matt then lacking his Hardy Boyz tag partner, WWE pulled the trigger on his Woken

gimmick - and he's been feuding with Bray Wyatt ever since.

Wow...that's four months… four months they've been feuding.

Ex-TNA Stars Debuting In WWE But the Woken Hardy saga took an interesting

turn on Monday night, with Matt announcing he'll face Bray in an Ultimate DELETION

match on the Hardy Compound, teasing the returns of his drone sidekick Vanguard 1 and Skarsgard

The Dilapidated Boat - both characters from Matt's Broken Universe in Impact Wrestling.

And it turns out they're not the only former TNA characters who will feature in the match,

as Matt's revealed on Twitter he's bringing the whole gang:

"It's time to CONVOKE my TRUSTED Platoon.

Queen Rebecca Senor Benjamin Vanguard 1 King Maxel Lord Wolfgang Skarsgård The SACRED

Land of DELETION, The #HardyCompound, will be where Bray Wyatt is sentenced to The #UltimateDELETION."

And Matt's real-life wife Reby has already been hard at work on the match, as she's

revealed it was her who shot the Hardy Compound footage used on this week's Raw, meaning

it wasn't taken from the old TNA segments - to which Matt reportedly owns the rights.

With Jeff medically cleared to return, perhaps he'll reunite with Matt as Brother Nero

to take on The Bar at WrestleMania.

Speaking of debuts, what huge NXT match has been teased for WrestleMania weekend!

it's one of those things if we really want to help promote these diets as

potentially healthy lifestyle, maybe an alternative for athletes, we really have

to have a higher fidelity conversation. essentially we have to stop the bullsh-- we

have to get real. So myth number ONE: keto diets are great for your brain. Pretty

simple right? Pretty straightforward. Hitting it hard coming out of the box,

and right now the way you've read about keto info keto diets, you would think

that they're just miraculous inventions, like everybody benefits from them

there's nothing but great stuff. I mean people are describing ketones PROMOTING

ketones as "rocket fuel for the brain" which is insane! I will get to that in a

bit, but right now this is just patently intellectually dishonest and it doesn't

mean that they can't help people -that the keto diet can't help people, there

are people who benefit dramatically with these diets, but it is a minority of

people, so we need to have a like I said higher

fidelity conversation about this, get real what does the real research show?

And there are two things that help perpetuate this myth one is that we rely

really really heavily on neuropathologies like epilepsy when referring

to the key to literature, and man this is overblown this needs to stop okay the

fact that we have to lean so heavily on neuropathology research that is very

telling about the strength of the research and healthy people okay that's

a problem and if you're getting triggered by this it's probably because

you're stuck in the echo chamber I am NOT anti keto, I'm not trying to take a

keto diet away from you -if you've had success with a keto diet that's awesome

-that's exciting! I love hearing the stories I get excited by them, you know

it's very motivating I think we all like those stories, so I'm not saying anything

negative about that it's the fact that we have to understand that referring to

neuropathology and extrapolating to healthy people that's not the way to do

it in fact it's a bit like casting an arm after a break and saying "Hey look,

the bone got healthier -the bone was stronger after it got casted after it

had a cast on it, so we should all just cast all of our limbs all the time, and

they will get stronger!" Well obviously that's absurd right? So if you have a

specific neuropathology that's going to benefit from a keto diet and you're

extrapolating that to healthy people that's a problem okay, we need to stop

this. Now full disclosure: I'm a little more

sensitive to this with regard to epilepsy because I've been personally

touched by it, but that's a whole separate issue, right now really we just

need to have a higher fidelity intellectually honest conversation and

we could start by shifting our perspective to healthy individuals

-research on healthy individuals. The second thing that perpetuates this myth

about keto diets is a brain hack is anecdotal evidence, and I don't know of

another industry that relies on anecdotal evidence more than the

supplement industry but the keto claims are approaching that so that's a problem

now again if you've had success with these diets if you've had clients

athletes who have had success that's fantastic

I am not taking that away from you okay you should be proud of that no one can

take that away from you the point is we need to have a higher fidelity

intellectually honest conversation say look we can't rely on anecdote as

objective evidence okay we know most people are going to be reporting in echo

chambers and the people who are typically reporting especially the long

term are those that have the success with it you are not hearing stories from

all the people who fail years after they fail right if they die didn't work for

them if the lifestyle overhaul didn't work for them you're not hearing about

those stories you're typically only hearing the success stories and the

longer the success the more likely we are to hear about so just keep that in

mind with regard to the conversation again we're really trying to help

promote these diets as a potential alternative maybe something help people

we really need to have a higher fidelity conversation myth number two keto diets

are for everyone hopefully you're not buying into this one because keto diets

are not only just they're not diet they're a lifestyle change and a lot of

people that is fantastic that is exactly what they need for a lot of people that

is something that they love it's very easy for them that is not the majority

of people and we have to be honest about that that's okay it doesn't take away

anything from anyone else who succeeded including yourself again this is just

higher fidelity conversation now special thanks to dr. Mike T Nelson he

introduced me a research showing that even something like fat oxidation is

incredibly idiosyncratic it has great individual variability different people

burn fats at different rates and people respond to keto diets at different rates

we also have neurotransmitter information on keto diets different

people respond in terms of different magnitudes with regard to the

neurotransmitters that are produced and this is particularly relevant when we're

talking about keto diet brain hack so again important to understand this is a

lifestyle overhaul may be very easy for some people that is not the majority of

people may be very effective in some people that is not the majority of

people there is no problem it doesn't take anything away from us to

acknowledge these facts question of the day how is the keto diet affecting your

lifestyle is it affecting your health as if

in your overall performance is it helping you with clients athletes that

kind of thing let us know in the comments below I'd really like to hear

from you tip number three is coming up and stay tuned because there's two key

questions that we have to answer in order to figure out whether or not we're

going to use keto supplements and keto diets to really hack the brain so those

are coming up stay tuned for those myth number three for keto diet brain hacks

the idea that ketones are the preferred fuel for the brain now this one has just

been blown out of proportion it is basically a marketing technique it's a

way to put a positive spin on using ketones and don't make us feel good

about trying the keto diet whatever it is the reality is you can think of

ketones as junk fuel that the brain uses so it can save the real valuable stuff

that glucose for when it's needed and if that sounds harsh if you're having an

emotional reaction to that then unfortunately you've been targeted by

that marketing so consider this how does that affect the application how does

that change from preferred fuel to junk fuel change anything it doesn't that's

the point it doesn't change anything so the idea again if you're triggered by

this it's you've been targeted by that marketing unfortunately but we see this

with muscle right we know that the body uses facts first if it can once we get

metabolically wrapped up to using fats they will use glycogen or glucose for

those higher intensity needs right so it's using the neverending fuel of fat

think of his junk fuel and then preserving the gold preserving that

really valuable high intensity fuel and you have to think it's very ironic that

some people are also invoking another marketing term referring to ketones as

rocket fuel for the brain well no it's the exact opposite most likely right I

mean just as we see with muscle the rocket fuel is the glucose the junk fuel

is the ketones so again this marketing spin to try to sex up keto diets and

ketone supplements today it's got to stop if we're going to be perceived as

scientifically legitimate but rather than just putting out all this nonsense

this marketing hyperbole I mean it's approaching the level of the

supplement industry so again have a higher fidelity conversation to really

help promote the scientific fidelity of the diet consider that ethanol or the

alcohol that we ingest is a preferred metabolite when we ingest it right it

gets metabolized before anything else before fat before carbs before other

types of alcohol that are used as poisons like antifreeze

I mean ethanol is actually used medically to help treat antifreeze

poisoning because it's metabolized first so by that rationale we should be using

ethanol as our primary fuel source because it's the primary fuel it's the

preferred fuel right no it's absurd and it's the same thing with ketones we just

don't need to have this marketing spin that it's preferred fuel it's not a big

deal it doesn't change anything it's just a way of looking at and that

perspective seems to change whether or not people like the diets people like

using keto it doesn't need to be that way so the two key questions we have to

ask about ketones and keto diets number one the neuro suppressive effects of

ketones on the brain is it really direct result of ketones themselves or is it

caused by a decrease in glucose and maybe insulin or is it a combination of

all of them because once we're able to figure that out very precisely and the

effects of each then we can start to figure out whether or not we're going to

have benefits from applying ketones in certain situations because it's not a

one-size-fits-all type of intervention right key question number two about

Paquito brain hack is going to be whether or not the neuro suppressive

effect is a net limitation or if it's going to be an overall limitation so if

we're talking it's just not gonna let the brain go above a hundred percent

activity dip into that pathophysiological range then that's

awesome right that's exactly what we would want but if it's a net suppression

saying overall net 20% suppression then that's going to be a problem because

that means it's going to suppress those times of healthy normal activity when we

are trying to learn and we want to have higher brain activity so again it's that

difference between not letting the brain dip into a pathological state versus

an overall suppression effect and that's very important right now the literature

doesn't seem to have a lot of information about that although there

are a couple studies showing a neuro suppressive effect in healthy

individuals unfortunately I don't like to go into rodent research unless we

really have to and unfortunately when it comes to keto and neuro stuff we

typically have to rely on rodents because it's a lot harder to get a brain

biopsy from a human I've only had a couple myself but it's really unpleasant

so not something you want to do but in the one case there was a pretty serious

about 50% decrease in out learning response in rodents when keto diets were

applied so it's one of those things we need to be careful of that and

understand that we can have higher brain activity when we are learning thinking

long term potentiation that kind of thing but it's not necessarily going to

be pathophysiological so there are times when well not everyone needs higher

brain activity but hopefully if you're watching this you're having a higher

brain activity and my point isn't to specifically cherry-pick the studies

that have been negative and we're not even talking about the key to adaptive

period I mean let's get rid of that we understand that's going to be

problematic but right now what's presented in the literature is so

overwhelmingly biased in terms of Proheat oh stuff again largely

pathophysiological neural pathologies so it's good to actually acknowledge that

yeah there are some studies that show this may not be the best thing in the

world this could actually affect athletes it could affect you know

students people who require the high cognitive function do a lot of learning

so we need to be very careful and present a well-rounded approach and I'm

not trying to do a lit review here I'm just saying there's more to it than

what's typically being presented now we do talk about the athlete impact of

Phaedo diets on performance in a book I co-authored with an TL Matta this is

free I'll link to it and it is fully referenced there is a ton of information

I really think this helps advance the conversation and it's one of those

things where yeah we actually worked for a carbohydrate company when we produce

this book that's not just acknowledge that's discussed I think in depth but I

no longer work for that company nor does my co-author auntie Al Motta

and the beauty is we could still be proud

that work we can still stand by that work because it's based on the objective

literature there's no bias now even though there was one at the time or

there was a conflict of interest at the time there is no conflict of interest

now and they still stand behind the book but goal is to help advance the

conversation have a higher fidelity conversation I think the book can do

that videos like this can do that so let me know what you thinking maybe we can

work together on this help advance that conversation help people out here I like

to other videos in this series you'll definitely want to check those out but

overall for keto diet brain hacks definitely not a rock solid solution for

anybody we haven't talked about the energy fluctuations I mean that's great

if that helps you but again that's a specific subset is not specifically the

ketones impacting your brain and we need to make that distinction while also

saying this is a hugely potentially beneficial impact for a lot of people

but if you're not having blood sugar swings if you're not having fatigue all

the time it's maybe not something that's going to impact everybody again we just

need to be honest about that component so if it's affecting you and positive

way that is awesome I'm psyched let me know I want to hear about it but

otherwise again let's just help advance that conversation yet special thanks to

Dr. Mike T Nelson of Mike T Nelson dot com I love the stuff there, be sure to check

it out. Thanks for watching, I'm David Barr, until next time Raise The Barr

Real Estate Is Not For You If... - Duration: 7:46.

You know you can hang on this channel and be like, "Wow, Kris thinks real estate is

for everybody."

and part of me kind of does but the reality is, real estate may not be for you if you

fall into one of these 5 categories.

That's coming your way right now.

So I'm going to share with you my top 5 reasons why real estate may not be for you, okay.

Real estate is not for you if...

Let's talk about these 5 reasons and break it down because there are some people that

really shouldn't be in the game of real estate and often failed expectations why we become

disappointed in life so let's save you a lot of heartache and disappointment by just sharing

with you upfront some of the things you need to know and expect about real estate.

Number one, you're going to struggle with real estate if you're afraid of getting out

of the box.

There's fear because society has bred us in a certain way that says go to college, get

a degree and then work in a company, work there for 40 years, put money in a 401k, get

your match, set aside an IRA, try to pay off your house and then be done.

Okay, society's game plan is not a bad game plan, it's a smart game plan for the average

person that doesn't have a plan.

If you're looking at real estate, it's because you might have started to realize that society's

plan i anemic and it falls short, you could even classify it as broken because you could

follow this great plan for 40 years and that retirement have very little of what you actually

need for retirement and so, if you're really attached to society's plan, I'm just going

to tell you right now, real estate is outside of the box.

It's a business, you're becoming an entrepreneur whether you're doing the work or not and that

business mindset means you that you need some mental training, you need some mental strength

training to learn how to be a business owner because they employee mindset is, I check

in, I check out and I get a check and real estate says, I got to do things and I got

to work and I got to be self-motivated, no one's riding my back and so I got to be in

charge of this.

That's a different mindset so the first one is, if you're afraid of getting out of the

box, you will probably make it easier and potentially create your own stumbling box.

Okay, reason number 2 real estate may not be for you is if you're an emotional human

being that ca't separate business and emotion.

Real estate and winning in it is really a game of getting to the crucial numbers and

knowing how to crunch them to know when you have a winner or not and a lot of people that

are highly emotionally charged will look for the real estate deals that emotionally speak

to them or excite them or cause them to think in romantic ways about their dream homes.

Let me tell you right now, real estate is not a romantic sport, it's not heartless,

it's actually filled with heart but not necessarily the emotion that says I'm falling in love

with the house.

I want you to fall in love with the numbers, I want you to fall in love with the deals.

So if you're an emotional human being, you need someone on your team that can help balance

that because I can't tell you how many times I sat down with someone that got so romantically

involved with an idea of a home and they just had to do it and years later turned back and

was like, that was a nightmare.

Well of course it was, you weren't thinking straight, you were thinking just with the

heart and weren't thinking as far as numbers go and real estate, you got to be in your

head to know those numbers so that you have a winner.

So where can you be an emotional human being?

I want you to be emotionally charged about putting someone in that home and giving them

an opportunity for home ownership or beautiful home to stay in.

I want you to be emotionally charged with your goals and your dreams and things that

you want to create but when it comes down to doing the deal, the numbers.

Third reason why real estate may not be for you is if you're afraid of debt.

When you buy a home, you're not going to buy home paid off, that's not how you capitalize

on great ROI's, we're controlling debt for short period of time, we're buying a home,

we don't have a goal of paying it off, we're not doing the 30-year game plan here.

It's like, well if I buy it, I'm paying my mortgage 30 years and now it's paid off.

Better, I'll actually go negative because I can afford to take the hit.

I'm going to do a 15-year mortgage and pay it off.

We're not paying off houses through banks, they want to get their money back 2 to 3 times

over.

We're going to play the game a little bit differently, we're going to control the home,

we're going to get great games and profits on it and then we're going to release it by

selling that home and eliminating that debt.

Real estate is game of controlling a lot of positive debt.

You know, I've shot a video about good debt and bad debt.

Make sure you watch that if you're like, "You just said debt is positive, Kris Krohn?

Are you smoking something?

Are you crazy?"

No, I'm not smoking anything and I'm certainly not crazy, there's actually one word in the

human language for two very different things and one is a bad version and one is a good

version.

Debt, it can be good and debt, it can be bad.

So get educated on that because you got to get accustomed to controlling debt and having

debt and if that debt makes you money, that's what we call a positive debt.

Okay, third reason real estate make not be for you, you're lazy.

Lazy people that don't want to work, don't want to put in the effort and just don't like

efforting of working, that can be a problem but you're totally a hundred percent allowed

to be lazy, some classified me as lazy cause I got a team.

I don't really call that lazy, I call that smart.

I know the things that I like to do and I know the things that I don't.

If you're never landlorded before and you buy your real estate and you're going to play

landlord, you're going to put the tenant in the home, you're going to deal with vacancies,

you're going to deal with loss rent for those months, you're going to deal with talking

to them about the repairs, you're going to be dealing with a lot of entitled people and

if you know already right now, oh my gosh, that does not sound fun to me, that is something

that can really hurt you, so the solution is to have a team and a lot of people will

hire me or my team and say, "Hey, will you help me do my real estate deal?"

I've found ways to do that and leave you with 100% of the profits.

So a lot of people, if you don't have a team backing you up or you're lazy, real estate

is definitely not for you.

And the fourth and final and maybe the most important reason is real estate is not a get

rich quick fix.

At least not the way that I do it.

If you want it safe, sustainable, if you want it to work long term for you then the reality

is, it's going to take time and my belief is that real estate portfolios need 5 to 10

years to match your way and turn into a level of cash flow and equity and net worth that

can create financial freedom for you.

So if you're wanting it to be get rich quick, you're going to gravitate towards strategies

like flips and aggressive flips and some other strategies that people get hurt in every single

day in real estate.

You can do them the right way but when you're and you don't have the team and you don't

have the help, it may not work out for you.

There's a lot of blind spots and unforseenables when you're brand new to the game of real

estate.

So just for a review friends, we're talking about real estate, it may not be for you if

you have one of these 5 situations.

Number 1, you're afraid of escaping society's box and you like the comfort it provides.

Number 2, you're an emotional human being and real estate is an emotional game versus

the numbers game.

Number 3, you're afraid of debt and you don't want to have any debt in your life.

Number 4, you're lazy or you want to figure out how to do it on your own even though you're

not going to enjoy it and don't have the access to team and number 5, you're in it because

you just want to get rich quick.

Real estate can create a tremendous amount of wealth and it can create freedom but in

my world, it takes a team of people to make that happen.

If you want to learn more about my team, click the link up here so that we can educate you

on your different options on how we can train you, work with you, help you, and even do

it for you and otherwise, if those 5 things are for you, don't ply the game of real estate,

it's not for you.

Listen, if you don't fall into one of those 5 categories, then what that really means

by inverse, is that real estate is absolutely for you, it's right up your alley.

And if you want to know the shortcuts on how to get fast, check out my website up here

Cheyenne Rope Bag How to With Pins + Needles Kits | Whitney Sews - Duration: 20:00.

*This video is sponsored by Pins + Needles Kits*

Hi everyone! I'm Whitney and I post a new tutorial every Wednesday to help sewers of

all skill levels learn new projects and techniques. This week I'll be sharing how to make the

Cheyenne Rope Bag using the pattern from Serendipity Studios. I got all the supplies needed for

the project sent right to my door in the February

Pins and Needles Kit. There is a link and a coupon code down below so if you want to

check out Pins and Needles Kits you can get a discount on your first month's box. So let's

get right into seeing what all came in the February premium box.

The kit came with the project pattern, hardware for the bag, 2 yards of beautiful fabric,

2 zippers, a matching spool of thread, fusible interfacing, and fusible foam stabilizer.

I do want to mention that this pattern was unusual in the fact that it didn't have every

piece that needed to be cut listed out at the beginning of the pattern and a few steps

were a little hard to understand. Thankfully I read through all the directions prior to

starting so I knew that later I would need to cut out a few extra things like the bias

strips for finishing the inside and the straps. So always make sure to read all the directions

before starting a project – or in the case of a video tutorial – watch the entire thing

before starting. This way you will know what pieces to cut, supplies needed, and techniques

to know. But Pins and Needles definitely had me covered on all the needed supplies, so

I just had to make sure to cut the fabric correctly.

The pattern suggests tracing the pattern pieces onto freezer paper and using those to cut

the foam down to size. So I did that then tried to carefully iron the freezer paper

to the foam. Then carefully cut around each piece. Use the pattern to mark where the zippers

will be inserted later. Peel the paper pattern away and cut the zipper opening out of the

foam. Then it's time to add on the fabric. Place the foam with the fusible side up and

lay your main fabric good side facing up on top. You can feel along the edges of the foam

to make sure the fabric is laying straight and smooth. Then use your iron with a little

steam to fuse the fabric to the foam for the bag front, back, pocket body, pocket tab,

and the strap tab. Then flip each piece over and trim the fabric right along the edges

of the foam. Repeat the same process with the fusible interfacing

and the lining pieces. The only difference is you don't cut the zipper openings in the

lining pieces. Here are all the pieces the pattern has had

us prep up until this point and it's time to start sewing. Use the pattern to mark the

dark placements on the external pocket. Then fold the piece between each of the angled

dart lines and sew from the base of the line up to the dot. Do this to create all four

darts and repeat for the pocket lining as well. Here is how it should look.

Use the pattern again to mark where the magnetic snap needs to be placed. Then with the snap

centered over the dot you just marked also mark where the prongs are. Use an exacto knife

to cut a small slit where each prong will be inserted. Insert the prongs through the

two slits that were cut and add the backing piece. Then press the prongs down in opposite

directions. Place the pocket lining and outer right sides

together lining up all the edges. Clip the layers together and sew around the outer edges

leaving a small opening to turn through in the top straight edge. Trim the top corners

and cut tiny triangles out of the curved edge to lessen the bulk. Turn the pocket right

sides out through the opening in the top. Tuck the raw edges of the opening inside then

sew a top stitch along the top edge. Pin the pocket onto the bag body using the

pattern as a guide and sew around the sides and bottom to attach it into place.

Next get the pocket flap lining piece and add the other half of the snap the same way

as before. Place the flap lining and outer right sides together and sew around the outer

edge leaving a small opening in the top side for turning it through. Trim the seam allowances

like shown on the pocket and turn through the opening. Make sure to poke out the corners

and tuck the edges of the opening inward. Then top stitch all the way around to finish

the flap. Attach the snap pieces together and make sure the flap is straight. Then sew

another top stitch along the straight edge to attach the flap into place.

Cut a piece from your lining fabric measuring 8.5 by 11 inches and position it 6 inches

from the top on the bag back. Add a couple of pins to hold the piece in place then flip

the entire thing over and sew just inside the rectangle cut in the foam. As you can

see there is a rectangle of stitching right inside the hole in the foam.

Use a pair of scissors or a rotary cutter to CAREFULLY cut a line down the center of

the rectangle you just sewed. Then cut snips at angles from the end of the line to the

corners of the rectangle. Cut right up to the stitching line, but do NOT cut your stitches.

Then push the entire pocket piece through the opening that you just cut. Take some time

to smooth it out so it lays as nicely as possible around the opening. If you are getting a lot

of gathering around the short sides of the opening you may need to go back and make sure

your corner cuts went all the way up to the stitching line.

When you are happy with how it looks lay a zipper down right sides up and place your

bag piece on top. Line it up so the zipper tab as at one end and the zipper teeth are

centered in the opening. Sew around the rectangle to attach the zipper and hold the zipper lining

back into place. I stitched around mine twice for extra detailing. You should have a fully

functioning zipper, but the pocket is still incomplete. Flip the piece over and trim off

any excess zipper tape. Fold the long end of the pocket lining up

so it is even with the top and sides and has a fold along the bottom. Then sew around the

three open sides to form the pocket. You will need to move the main part of the bag out

of the way as you sew so you are only sewing the pocket lining fabric. It takes a little

bit of maneuvering, but as long as you are careful you can do it. And there you have

it, a fully functioning zippered pocket. You can add this type of pocket into a lot of

different bag projects. Lay the bag piece right sides down and the

corresponding lining piece on top with the right side facing up. Add craft clips to hold

the two together then sew all the way around the outer edge with a ¼ inch seam allowance.

Your bag back is done. Set it aside and grab the body front piece. Sew up each of the triangle

cut outs to create darts. This gives the bag all of its dimension so the bag stays in it's

nice rounded shape. Repeat for all the darts on the lining piece as well.

Place the lining piece over the outer piece with the right sides together. Match up all

the edges and use craft clips to hold the two in place. Then sew just inside the rectangle

that has been cut out, the same way we did for the other zipper. Cut the rectangle open

like before with a long slit in the middle then angled cuts toward the corners. Then

push the lining through the opening. After you get the lining laying nicely place the

zipper on the lining side and sew around the rectangle the same way as before. I sewed

around mine twice because I love how that looks. Trim off the excess zipper inside.

Then sew all the way around the outer edge to attach the lining to the outer. It may

not line up perfectly all the way around because of the thickness of the foam. So just let

any excess lining hang over the edges and trim it after you sew.

Cut two pieces 3 by 4 inches and interface them. Place right sides together and sew along

the long side with a ½ inch seam allowance. Open the piece up and iron the seam allowance

open. Fold each side of the piece in toward the center seam and iron flat. Then fold along

the seam line and iron again. All the raw edges should be tucked inside now except for

the short ends. Sew 4 lines of stitching down the length of the piece to secure the open

edges and to give it a nice look. Feed the swivel clasp onto the piece, fold it in half,

and sew the two short ends together. Use the markings on the pattern to sew the tab into

place. At this point the directions show how to make

and attach tabs next to the zipper, but I didn't want tabs on mine so I skipped it.

They are sewn together in almost the same way as the clasp tag I just showed, so if

you are following the pattern this step should still be easy to do.

For the straps cut two pieces measuring 3.5 inches by the width of the fabric and 5 strips

from interfacing 3.5 inches wide. Iron the interfacing on the backside of the straps.

Interfacing only comes in 20 inch widths so you will need to combine a few interfacing

pieces to make it long enough for each fabric strip. Place the two interfaced strap pieces

right sides together and sew along one long side with a half inch seam allowance. Open

it up and iron the seam open. Then turn one long edge inward and press with the iron.

Fold along the seam and make sure the strap will fit on the D ring from the seam edge

to the folded edge. If it fits then go ahead and fold in the last remaining side and press.

Sew 4 stitching lines down the length of the strap.

Place the strap on the strap tab and stitch across the end to attach. Place the other

strap tab on top right sides together and sew around leaving the bottom edge open.

Trim down the seam allowance to reduce bulk. Flip the tabs right sides out and smooth everything

flat. Then top stitch all the way around. Center the raw edge of the tab with the top

of the bag and sew with a 3/8 inch seam allowance to attach.

Unzip the zipper on the bag front and place the bag back right sides together with it.

Make sure the strap and tab are tucked inside and line up the edges. Add craft clips to

hold them together then sew all the way around with a ½ inch seam allowance. Be very careful

while doing this because the foam and seams can be pretty thick in spots. Trim the seam

allowance down to about ¼ inch. At this point you will need to make some bias

tape to finish off the seam allowances inside the bag. I created mine the same way I showed

in my continuous bias tape video that is linked in the information icon in the upper corner

of the screen. I believe I used a 15 inch square to start with and it made more than

enough bias tape. Turn one short end in by about a half inch

then fold the bias binding in half along the long side and press. Place the bias tape with

the raw edge lined up the raw edges of the bag and sew to attach all the way around.

Bring the folded edge of the bias tape around to the other side and top stitch it in place

so it encases all the raw edges inside. Reach in through the open zipper and turn the entire

bag right sides out. Feed the strap into the slider up then over

the middle bar, through the D ring, then back up and over the bar of the slider underneath

where it went through first. Clip the corners off the unfinished end of the strap and fold

over twice. Sew the folded end to itself to secure the end of the strap and finish off

your bag! I really enjoyed making this bag because it

had several techniques I had not tried before. So while I'm sharing this awesome sewing kit

service with you all, I'm learning new sewing techniques and teaching them to you all as

well. Don't forget about the coupon code I mentioned earlier that is in the description

box down below. What you didn't see in this video is all the

crazy things I had happen behind the scenes, like the belt breaking on my sewing machine

and a whole lot more. So if you want to see everything that I was going through with my

sewing machine while filming this tutorial check out that vlog linked right over here.

It's on my Whitney's Tiny Life channel and you can subscribe to it by clicking my picture

right there. Until next time, Happy Sewing!

10 Things That Would Happen if the United States Went Bankrupt - Duration: 11:34.

The specter of the American government declaring bankruptcy gets trotted out particularly often

any time there's a change in the majority party.

Because we've been told for decades what a large, scary number America's National

Debt is, the populus fears that the time when it causes another Depression could come at

any time.

It couldn't even be said to catch us by surprise, since there were many alarmists

that would be able to tell us that they told us so.

Well we here at TopTenz are not alarmists.

We're here to tell you what would happen in the event of the USA declaring bankruptcy

for the first time since 1933, and the prospect isn't pretty.

But we'll also tell you why certain aspects of it, by their nature, ensure it's very

unlikely.

Certainly, stranger things have happened, though.

After all, other nations have experienced it hundreds of times in modern history, and

their experiences are the evidence we'll be using for this list.

10.

Massive Shortages Across the Board

In 2001, Argentina declared bankruptcy brought on by the fact its government had attempted

to match the value of its pesos with the US dollar.

The impact went far beyond the immediate impact on their currency and their accounts.

It meant that gas stations often no longer had fuel to sell.

It meant that grocery stores ran out of food.

After all, what company would ship such goods to regions filled with little to no money,

but lots of desperation?

You might be inclined to believe that America is a resource-rich country that can sustain

itself off home-produced goods (especially if you have an anti-globalist, America First

outlook) but America imports vastly more resources than it exports (roughly fifty percent more),

and not for nothing.

Considering that bankruptcy also comes with with massive inflation, many communities will

be full of people whose money no longer has enough value to make sending resources to

them worth it for companies.

9.

Banks Will Empty Out

Back in 1933 during the Great Depression, banks were forced to close as they were reviewed

for solvency.

As a result, thousands of local banks were closed and savings went with them as patrons

rushed them to withdraw their money, although it's worth noting that at the time there

was an overabundance of banks so that there was one for every thousand people.

Since then, we've seen a similar event happen in 2008 when the US government had to bail

out its largest national banks.

However, as of 2016, the Federal Reserve reported that the banks had only grown larger since

their bailout nearly a decade earlier.

In the event of the government declaring bankruptcy, there will be no one to bail the banks out,

so then the closings would be far larger in impact, and in terms of lost savings.

It would be a particularly embarrassing case of not being able to learn from a mistake.

8.

Chinese Currency Will Collapse Too

It's scary for many Americans to think that America owes $1.2 trillion to China as of

August 2017.

Indeed, that was used as a campaign point during the 2016 presidential race.

But actually, in a somewhat twisted way, it's the result of a policy that keeps America

and China strong.

China needs to keep its currency, the Yuan, lower than the US dollar because keeping their

products affordable in America keeps their manufacturing profitable.

Thus they have a fixed exchange rate with the US dollar.

If the US dollar collapses, then the yuan plummets in value in order to continue staying

at a fixed rate during American trade, or they'll lose vital demand to keep their

manufacturing centers open.

So if you were ever worried that the Chinese government would use this debt leverage to

sink the US economy, you can be assured it would be only slightly less suicidal for them

than it would be for North Korea to use any of their nuclear weapons.

7.

Barter Economies Will Be Ready

Nothing would help the average person remember that money is merely a medium of exchange

with no intrinsic value more than if they suddenly had none and no reliable means of

getting it.

Such was the fate of much of the American public in 2007 when the nation was rocked

by a major recession.

What millions of Americans did instead of succumbing to fear was turn to a barter system.

According to Reason.com, by January 2008 Craigslist.com's barter pages had increased one hundred percent

in terms of postings and traffic.

Now consider how much more extreme the financial pressures brought on by a national bankruptcy,

instead of a recession, would be.

This was not something that was only done among average poor people, either.

2007 also saw companies and corporations in the United States increase their use of bartering

for goods and services by roughly $16 billion.

Under these circumstances, people who have stockpiled basic necessities may well make

off like bandits or gain considerable influence in their communities for when the economy

recovers from the bankruptcy.

6.

Selling Off Public Property

In Albert Brooks's bestselling novel 2030, he postulates a scenario where, after a particularly

devastating earthquake strikes Los Angeles, the USA is too bankrupt to pay to restore

the city and has to let Chinese contractors come to fix it at the cost of Los Angeles

becoming part of China for 50 years.

While in real life something that extreme is unlikely, it certainly would not be unprecedented

for the federal government to sell off assets for debt, even in relatively recent times.

Westcoastbk.com tells us that in the 1990s this was the reason that a number of military

bases in America were closed.

Even without selling off the Gross Domestic Product of any cities, the federal government

has access to resources that would more than deal with projected debt.

In 2014, it was reported that the US has access to $128 trillion in mineral rights alone,

on land and offshore.

The square mileage of that is larger than the entire land surface of Canada.

Just maintaining all tens of thousands of underutilized buildings owned by the federal

government costs $1.66 billion annually, so if a significant number of those buildings

were sold it would save the government considerably, never mind all the money that could be made

from the sales.

In short, the federal government has plenty to offer our debtors and many ways to tighten

its belt if debts come due.

5.

Many Will Be Driven from Their Homes

Despite the ability of the government to (likely) eventually deal with enormous debt on a national

level, in the interim it would still be able to wreak havoc on even government employees.

During the 2013 government shutdown, employees were evicted while on furlough or even those

that were still active because their pay was suspended and their landlords couldn't wait

for them to receive back pay before removing them from their homes.

Considering that's what happens to the people that continue to be vital to the government,

what fate can the privately employed people expect?

Well, consider this: in a three month period following Greece's economic crisis and despite

billions in bailouts, Athens' homeless rate rose roughly forty percent, and there was

little improvement to the economy years later.

For an indication that's closer to home, the Mortgage Bankers Association reported

that 1.2 million households were lost to the 2007 American recession.

Frankly, it would be amazing if there weren't cities of homeless people for at least awhile

after the government declares bankruptcy.

4.

Bond Lawsuits

It's often forgotten in this turbulent political climate that part of America already has declared

bankruptcy: the recently devastated territory of Puerto Rico.

Even before it was devastated by Hurricane Maria, Puerto Rico was in such massive debt

that it sought bankruptcy protections in May 2017 for its seventy billion dollar debt.

One consequence of this was that the US government was sued.

This was because it had guaranteed that the bonds that had been issued to people who invested

in Puerto Rico back when the Puerto Rican government was doing much better (the downturn

essentially began in 2006 when financial stimulus from the federal government was cut off).

So if America's federal government defaults on the approximately four trillion dollars

that the government owes to foreign governments other than China, there would be lawsuits

that would last long after the economy would likely be restored.

3.

Demanding Money from the World Bank

In the event that that then-President and others do not want to risk the humiliation

of selling off American land and mineral rights to pay off debt, appeals can be made to the

International Monetary Fund/World Bank.

There certainly wouldn't be any moral objections that the IMF could be expected to express.

In February 2016, for example, the organization was contemplating providing four billion dollars

to Azerbaijan and $3.5 billion to Nigeria in bailout money even though the two countries

were notorious for corrupt and abusive actions taken to prop up their petroleum industries.

By contrast, in 2011 it was reported that IMF had exerted considerable effort in attempting

to persuade developed countries, particularly the United States of America, to give loans

in developing countries even though there was little to no hope that they would ever

see a return on their investments.

So naturally if the IMF wants the developing world to continue developing, it and other

nations will very likely be willing to provide some measure of bailout money.

2.

Get Away With Not Paying All Debts

Before we get to the grimmest single entry on this list, let's take a break and talk

about something that's not so dark, at least as far as the US itself is concerned.

Returning to the 2001 Argentinian bankruptcy once more, or more specifically an act performed

by the Argentinian government several years after.

With equal amounts of gall and savvy, they offered to pay their creditors back one third

of the amounts owed in exchange for the forgiveness of all debts.

That might seem completely unacceptable, but the thought of getting one third of their

money back, even if it meant sacrificing the promise of getting twice as much down the

line at some unspecified time, was enough that fully half of all the creditors took

the deal.

Thus it's quite possible that if, in this hypothetical situation, the American government

waits some time, it could persuade its creditors that accepting considerably less than they

were owed would be preferable to making it impossible for the American economy to recover,

and thus increase the risk they never get anything.

As a popular saying in the world of finance goes, "When you owe the bank $100, you have

a problem.

When you owe the bank $1,000,000, they have a problem."

1.

Massive Increases in Violent Crime

Unsurprisingly, newly bankrupt governments have consistently seen massive drops in their

security if for no other reason than they can't afford their law enforcement.

Examples of this in recent times include when, in 2013, the 2012 Olympics left Rio de Janeiro

bankrupt.

What ended up happening was the budget for all forms of security was cut in half and

only police salaries were still funded.

Now imagine the impact that could have on DNA tests and other forms of crime scene investigation,

airport security, secret service protection, etc.

Now add on top of that all the people that will be furious because they lost their life

savings (forever, as far as they know), anxious because this is a highly unfamiliar situation,

and potentially a situation where vital resources such as oil and food won't be accessible.

Consider that in 2013, a year after declaring bankruptcy, the city of San Bernardino, California

saw a fifty percent rise in its homicide rate, and remember the advice city attorney James

Penman gave: "Lock your doors and load your guns."

THE POWER OF GIVING - Duration: 3:03.

When we grow up in the West

Society is conditioning us in taking. The more you are able to take, the more you are able to accumulate

The more you are considered to be a higher person the higher standards people will look up to you

The power of giving is not considered a very very

high thing to do in our countries

So, but when I came here to Thailand we did a meditation retreat and one of my friends

he had a terrible phobia against snakes and

In the middle of the retreat our teacher said come on we go into the forest

and we are going to continue meditating. Then we came there

He started meditating and, of course, after a short period of time he saw a snake and I saw him running

through the hoff of the jungle screaming and the first person he could get a hold of

Was a monk and he told him I have to go out

I saw a snake and this monk just smiled at him and said "Oh, don't worry be happy. "

So he thought ok, I try

But then the night came and he had to sleep so he was sitting there with his torch every noise

he heard he was just freaking out and in this moment the monk he had spoken to came and

put down a bamboo mat in front of his mosquito net and said I will sleep here

So when a snake comes it will bite me not you. I will die before you die

And this moment my friend realized that this monk meant what he was talking about

Imagine we'll all relate to each other in that way and that you just give whatever you can give

In this way we would just radiate love with each other

We would help the poor, we would just be able

to live together in the most harmonious way

Amma, this great Saint from India, is always saying you can to lack two things in life the first one are

The basic necessities food shelter medicine or clothes and the second thing is you can lack love

She said we have to

work mainly on the second thing because if there would be enough love in this world there would be never ever

Anybody who does not have enough food shelter medicine clothes.

And the magic of it is that neuroscience have found out that one of the four major pillars of

Happiness is if you are able to give because then you are in this mind state that you are rich

That you can offer your love, your appreciation,

your companionship, your friendship to other people. And that means you are connected, socially integrated.

The power of giving is the most magic thing to transform life on this planet

So whatever you have, whatever it is, just give it away and to make other people happy
