Welcome to the Wonderful Wednesday Shave Of The Day! Hey Eric here with Adventures In

Wet Shaving and welcome back it's good to see it if this is your first time

tonight I'm going to be using my Magnetic Silver Steel is just a

beautiful razor it is an extra hollow oh yeah and it's vintage as well very

nice now for so we are going to be using Sterling Soap Company

this is Gatlinburg if I enjoy this I enjoyed being outside and in the woods

and things like that so this is excellent I'm going to enjoy it

I really have now I've had that soap blooming like normal so we are going to

a pour off most of that bloom water and put it on its pre-shave yep now this

is a toallow based soap as well so it's nice and slick mmm and what a wonderful

scent I really enjoyed this one and for our brush tonight we're going to get

most of that water out of it yeah this is the Semogue Owners Club very

nice this is the one we've been using recently yeah it's working out quite

nicely yes it is all right so we made it to the Wonderful Wednesday Shave Of The

Day yeah hump day hopefully you're having a good week

and that you're in high spirits and the world's treating you good if you work

hopefully work is good and if you're not working whatever it is you're doing I

wish you the best yep that is it uh-huh

and hopefully you're having some good shaves as well yeah that is always good

I'm gonna put a little more water in this I think we're just about there

though so you know let me know how you're doing let me know what you're

shaving with how it went I know I've been seeing some really good reports

lately so I'd like to hear from you as well yep now I think we're there on this

so I do I think that's gonna probably be enough to make it happen oh yeah now

clean up around the bowl like normal okay and we're gonna put most of that

back on the brush just because we want to have enough soap in that brush yep

and then what's left I'm just going to put on real quick like that

the last big storm we had up here in Connecticut alright so that was last

Friday and I lost two trees well over 40 foot and it just sad it really was one

was the fir tree one was a spruce but you know it is what

it is so we just keep going on right let's do it and you know there's nothing

you can do about it anyway so I just cleaned them up got them off in the

woods everything's good

yeah hopefully wherever you are the weather is good

yeah and it's treating you well because that's important you know you got to

have some good weather that way you can do what you need to do right

oh yeah nice yeah Sterling Soap Company makes some fine

soaps they do

there we go nice pass one complete yep looking good let's see how we did get

that washed off oh nice that's good yep that is really good there we go all

right - yeah

and get a little more water on that here we go

then is starting to look like it right there

all right there we go now Tip Of The Day is this is a round point and it is much

more forgiving in general than my last razor that you saw which is the Finedge

Ostiso and it's got a point down here that you have to like mute

when you shave with it go ahead and run it over like the mirror glass just real

quick and kind of dull it that way you don't get any little mishaps yep all

right so now this is past two and that means this primarily against the grain

let's do it

I hit a little bump right there but it's okay not a big deal

here we go okay yeah lay cleaned up we're gonna

switch hands

yeah this extra hollow always gets me somewhere yeah that's just a little bump

but you know and it's not a big deal you really didn't but it always gets me

a little bit here there

here we go seems like the extra hollows do that to me

all right yeah let's go ahead and just do a refresh

probably jumped the gun there a little bit when I was loading that brush and

needed to probably do a loop anymore but I was just you know one leg say I'm

tired and I was just ready to go so let's do it

there we go nice now I get that Blake cleaned off yeah we get this other side

all right

yeah see that one's gonna be fine that one's fine so no big deal

nice

we go almost there yes we are yeah okay

finish this off

there you go pass to complete yep really good yeah good yeah it's a fine

shaver I kinda like that Finedge Ostiso though it's a beautiful razor

the one I use in last Sunday really nice and for being almost 100 years old it's

really pretty it's amazing I have it haven't tried to restore it clean it up

or anything it's just the way I found it so that's cool

you know now I'm gonna just get more that soap out for that brush I have not

quite figured that one out for the Sterling Soap Company I don't know if I

got just a little mixture or what it's fine no big deal and it's working

because it like I say it's the tallow based soap so it's super slick and that's one

of the things you really need all right now this is the Half Pass and if you haven't

you know this is really wet

mm-hmm so for you who like their so really wet and slick this is it

generally speaking I like mine to have just a bit more cushion but not a big

deal I'll have to try this again all right and we'll get it just a matter

of time

okay getting this all over everything

but why say he's super-slick and it does the job we got it down yeah

we are going to stop there though because I know that chin is going to be

fine because every time I use an extra hollow I don't have to do that chin

twice yep oh yeah that's nice okay that's a really good shave yeah

and that's Alum everywhere

and that's the astringent and antiseptic as well

now for an aftershave tonight Thayers and this is the Extra Cool which is nice

this is got like grapefruit, tangerine that kind of set up it's wonderful

yeah that's nice you know I'm just gonna put that everywhere because I like it

I do and for after shave lotion or a cologney thing really for me Clubman

Pinaud and this one is brilliant I really enjoyed this one go ahead get

By this point in time, we all realize that President Donald Trump's declaration that

the swamp runs somewhere down in the country's capital is substantially more than campaign

talk.

The President is spot on about the issues brewing in Washington D.C., and he's been

doing his best to clean them up.

For a really long time, an over the top measure of balls have been dropped by those that are

unequipped for playing out their occupations as expected.

What's more, that is precisely how the previous administration and previous president wanted

it to be.

Gratefully, with Trump now in office, another of those Obama ball droppers has been urged

to refresh their resume.

Via The Verge:

Election Assistance Commission chairman Matthew Masterson is being removed from his post by

the White House and House Speaker Paul Ryan, according to a report from Reuters.

Appointed to the commission in 2014 and serving as chairman since February, Masterson was

expected to be appointed to a second four-year term.

The dismissal of Masterson comes as the debate over asserted Russian intruding in the 2016

presidential election rages on.

As the Left keeps on pointing their finger at Trump and friends as though they were some

way or another complicit, confirm keeps on developing that the Obama administration was

very much aware that some clever stuff was going on – yet they don't make a move.

It's unclear why Masterson was removed, but the timing is likely to be a significant

blow to the ongoing effort to secure voting machines against hacking.

Less than nine months remain before the 2018 elections, and several types of voting machines

remain vulnerable to remote hacking through remote-access software attacks and other vulnerabilities.

Observers expect Masterson's replacement to be former prosecutor Christy McCormick,

the other Republican member of the committee.

In 2017, McCormick publicly criticized efforts to designate voting machines as critical infrastructure.

In the same letter, she dismissed evidence that Russian agents were probing election

infrastructure, describing the evidence as "disappointing, underwhelming, and thin."

There stays zero proof to recommend that a solitary vote was alarmed by the endeavors

of the Russians, however, that hasn't ceased an unreasonable measure of time and assets

from being spent on getting to its base.

Irritatingly, scarcely any of the time and resources have been given towards making sense

of why such a significant number of balls were dropped under Obama's supervision.

Maybe the dismissal of another swamp creature will prompt Special Counsel Robert Mueller

getting the scent lastly conceding that it is Obama he should stress over and not Trump,

but rather we won't hold our breath on that.

Liberal states love to show off against President Trump.

Until the point that it comes time for federal support.

Numerous states depend on the sponsorship of the federal government.

The White House gives huge amounts of assistance to the states, including grants, funds, staff,

and protection.

On the off chance that you remove this Welfare for the government, numerous states would

go belly up.

Maybe the most belligerent liberal state is California.

From the very beginning of Trump's administration, they've been a foe.

It appears like Jerry Brown and his senators have overlooked all the assistance the White

House sends his beleaguered state.

Presently the president is undermining to pull back this one pillar of protection.

Also, California is stuck in an unfortunate situation.

President Donald Trump said on Thursday that he's considering pulling Immigration and

Customs Enforcement (ICE) officers out of California.

Why?

Because he feels the state is giving his administration "no help" in targeting the violent MS-13

gang, especially in Los Angeles.

"We're getting no help from the state of California," Trump said from the White

House.

"Frankly, if I wanted to pull our people from California you would have a crime nest

like you've never seen in California.

All I'd have to do is say 'ICE and border patrol, let California learn…'"

"You would see crime like nobody's ever seen crime in this country," he said of

California without federal immigration agents.

"And yet we get no help from the state of California."

Liberals cherish bashing President Trump.

Be that as it may, the reality remains, they need him frantically.

The excellence flagging you see on the news is totally vacant.

Without continuous help provided by the government, states like California would be in ruins.

hey guys what's up this is my third week day two and I showed you a sample menu

before but I don't feel like I did a very good job at laying everything out

for you guys about what I eat into like a specific day granted you have to take

this with a grain of salt because this is not what the diet is like every day

or every week like I said it's constantly changing it's always

different and the third week is the hardest of the diet so I'm going to show

you the sample menu that I put together for week three and then I've got some of

my meals laid out for today of what I'm eating from breakfast to

dinner just so that you guys can see what it is I'm eaten in a day and again

this is the third week it's the hardest week and I'm not having as much of the

grains and dairy products as what I was and week 1 and week 2 so let me switch

this over so you guys can see this is my guidelines for week 3 the only thing

that's really changed is that now all of my shakes and smoothies have went from

300 calories which is what they were in week 1 and then we - they were 252 now

be in 200 calories or less and very low in sodium no more than 480 milligrams

the other thing that's changed with week 3 is that for breakfast every morning

you're adding instead of the orange juice for the most part every morning

you have to have a cup of water with a fresh lemon squeezed into it I've read

the benefits of having lemon water you can either have it hot or cold

I see where a lot of people have it warm I just do water from the refrig and

squeeze a lemon in and chug it because it's it's very tart but it's supposed to

help get rid of any toxins in your body and it's

be really good for your skin so I've been doing that for the last two

mornings so that's the only other thing that's really changed this is called the

transformation week of the diet for a reason because you're you're usually in

about the third week of dieting you start hitting that slump or you're not

losing weight anymore which thank goodness I've not had that problem but

this is kind of like a kickstart for your system to kind of get it back

rolling again to where you're losing weight so this is my actual menu for

this is day one and okay I hope you guys can see this like for day one my meal

one I had my cup of lemon water with you can add sugar to it if you want but I

didn't then I had a half a cup of berries a small bowl of oatmeal which is

about one and a half cups cooked and what I did was when I heated my oatmeal

I just threw my berries in there with it to give it a little bit of flavor and

then I had a half a cup of orange juice then I had a hundred calorie snack and

then I had my protein shake with a serving of veggies and water and then I

had 150 calorie snack and then for my third meal a bolus soup in a water my

fourth meal I had a milkshake a bowl of soup a piece of fruit and water and then

I had another snack at the end of the day which was 100 calories so that is

just a sample of what my menu looks like and like I said I go through and I

highlight exactly what I'm eating because there's a lot of choices that

you can choose from but it's easier for me to just go ahead and highlight it

that way I'm not guessing what I'm eating that day it's already done and I

know I just look at the highlighted parts and that's what I'm eating whether

I like it or not so let me walk over here so you guys can see I've already

drank my smoothie so I'm sorry I can't show you what it's like made but I had a

smoothie for breakfast with my in water so you just take a glass of

water and then you take a limit I only used half because these lemons were

really big but if they were smaller I'd probably use a hole and then you'd

squeeze the lemon in stir it up and drink it with your breakfast then I had

my smoothie and my smoothie consisted of it was half of a banana peeled of course

and chopped up a quarter cup of strawberries which is about five

strawberries sliced up I mean I'm sorry not 1/4 cup 1/2 a cup of strawberries

and then I had a tablespoon of honey I did one and a half tablespoons of the

flaxseed and then 1/2 a cup of the all-natural plain non-fat yogurt and I

put all this in the blender mixed it up and surprisingly I've had this flaxseed

in my pantry for quite some time now I mean it's not expired or anything but it

I've had it for a while and I've been really afraid to use it

I've seen what I bought it because I had the intention of using it because I've

heard it's so good for you they just never really knew how to use it and I

put it in with the smoothie this morning and not that it added to the flavor

anything I couldn't even really taste it but my smoothie was really good and I

was reading on the cover of the flaxseed and it says it's got 2,600 milligrams of

the omega-3 oils per serving it's a good source of fiber can't talk gluten free

no sugar no cholesterol no salt so it's supposed to be really good for you and I

guess for me I don't know how else to make it other than to put it in a

smoothie so I'll definitely be adding this to my smoothies from now on because

I really enjoyed it this morning and then so that's my breakfast my lemon

water with my smoothie and then I did not have I could have had a hundred

calorie snack in between my breakfast and my second meal but I didn't I just

didn't feel like eating it so now I'm about

to eat my second meal and I'm using the ESA lean 15 get toned protein shake the

protein powder and I'm making a protein shake so what I did was I took about

eight ounces of water added some ice to it and two scoops of the protein powder

so I'll be drinking this and this is chocolate flavor office obviously with

spinach this is a serving the spinach and I don't know about you but I really

really really love spinach and this is fresh Minister this is not canned my

grandma grows this stuff and it's awesome and I added a little bit of

baking into it which probably shouldn't have but I like it it's just a southern

thing so and it doesn't have much it just has like a few little pieces of

bacon in it so I'll be having my protein shake with my spinach and then for my

snack about an hour later I will have my hummus and I really like spicy things so

this is awesome it's called supremely spicy hummus and I do about two

tablespoons of this and a bowl of carrots and this is ten carats so ten

carats with my hummus that's my snack then for my third meal here's in the way

my third meal I'm using what I was telling you guys about the Publix soups

this has only 85 milligrams of sodium and I'm only using half of it because I

had the other half last night and this is called split pea if you don't like

split pea they have other flavors but I like it I'm not particular on my veggies

I I will eat anything I really like them

so believe it or not this is a half a cup of the split pea soup and I'll have

an apple with it that's my third meal and then I will have a hundred calorie

snack after that and I've chosen popcorn because it's like a little treat for me

at the end of the day this is only in under salaries and it's from Orville

Redenbacher I said that right and then my last meal of the day

I am to have another fruit smoothie which it won't be the same as what I had

for breakfast but I haven't decided really which one I want to go with yet

so I don't have all the ingredients out but you guys get the idea fruit smoothie

200 calories or less that's what I'm having for dinner with a serving of

vegetables and I've chosen this is asparagus that I've already cooked up

and I love asparagus so that's my meal for the day I've got my breakfast I've

got you could have had a snack in between but I didn't I've got my second

meal I've got my third I'm sorry I'm messing this up got my second meal my

second snack my third meal my third snack and then my fourth meal with a

fruit smoothie that I have yet to make so that's kind of like the layout and my

plan for week 3 of this diet like I said every day is different so I won't be

eating the same foods every day but the general idea of smoothies and shakes and

soups that's what I mean with my third my third week so I'll see you guys again

nice this is the one we've been using recently yeah it's working out quite

but you know and it's not a big deal you really didn't but it always gets me

here we go seems like the extra hollows do that to me

all right yeah let's go ahead and just do a refresh

probably jumped the gun there a little bit when I was loading that brush and

needed to probably do a loop anymore but I was just you know one leg say I'm

tired and I was just ready to go so let's do it

there we go nice now I get that Blake cleaned off yeah we get this other side

all right

yeah see that one's gonna be fine that one's fine so no big deal

shaver I kinda like that Finedge Ostiso though it's a beautiful razor

the one I use in last Sunday really nice and for being almost 100 years old it's

really pretty it's amazing I have it haven't tried to restore it clean it up

or anything it's just the way I found it so that's cool

you know now I'm gonna just get more that soap out for that brush I have not

quite figured that one out for the Sterling Soap Company I don't know if I

got just a little mixture or what it's fine no big deal and it's working

because it like I say it's the tallow based soap so it's super slick and that's one

you know this is really wet

mm-hmm so for you who like their so really wet and slick this is it

generally speaking I like mine to have just a bit more cushion but not a big

but why say he's super-slick and it does the job we got it down yeah

we are going to stop there though because I know that chin is going to be

fine because every time I use an extra hollow I don't have to do that chin

Pooja, who is in her late 40s, has never kept her personal life under the wraps.

She is quite open about her relationships and the men she fell for in her life.

After falling in love with five men, Pooja has now found a new love in her life.

Pooja Bedi is now dating Maneck Contractor, who is an alumnus of her school, The Lawrence School Sanawar.

Maneck was three years ahead of Pooja's batch, and despite many mutual friends, they never interacted much.

It was their alumni WhatsApp group that played the Cupid between them.

Sharing how their conversation started, Pooja revealed to Telly Chakkar, "He is based in Goa and was opening a restaurant there.

When he posted that on our group, I replied to him that I will surely visit his restaurant.

He is such a person who can get along with anyone.

He cooks very well.

Just the other day he cooked a bowl of hummus for Aliyah.
