And it feels really weird to have someone growing inside of me

What was the first thing you thought when I told you I was pregnant?
See the first time... Like what I first thought the first time she told me like: Yeah, we're pregnant was I was going work
Was at the station and my first thought was "I KNEW IT!". Because it was weird like she wasn't feeling well
And I kept joking like oh you're displaying all the symptoms of pregnancy, maybe you're pregnant
Like you should take a test, and I actually said that to her as I was giving her
You know the goodbye kiss in the morning. Yeah, you should take a test just in case. You're like late at this point.. might as well and then
The first reaction I had when she told me was "I knew it!" and then immediately afterwards was like wait

I should probably not said that but you get.. you know.. Oh damn! That's a big deal!
But yeah, so it was like I was really shocked to hear it
But I kind of was like I knew it at the same time and I was excited to be honest and definitely wanted
Oh, you know wanted a kid at some point, so it was definitely a really good thing for us
But the time I was very shell-shocked in like the same time the kind of like I knew it
But like it's a weird thing to say like I knew it I can see it coming when it's something like you're not planning
It just happens. And I freaked out more than he did. Yeah!.. It's your turn

My next question is what are you most excited for and what are you most nervous about for when the baby comes?
I am definitely VERY, VERY
Excited to have a doll!

And nervous, I'm very very nervous about diapers!
I have no idea how to change diapers...

How many times a month do you think you hang out with your friends who don't have kids?
Yeah, so um. I'm gonna say it's gonna be a number. That's greater than zero

Just cuz you know some months we're gonna have different schedules and we're gonna kind of work it out in a way where
You know if people want to come visit. You know have dinner
Yeah, definitely come visit roll through you know come play with the baby is gonna be cute. We're having a good time
Yes, so that'll be cool. I think that'll kind of depend on that, but yeah.. I think the first three months. It's gonna be more difficult
Yeah, it's gonna be way more difficult. I think as the baby matures
It's gonna be easier to like to go out with the baby
To certain things and obviously certain things are not I'm not gonna go to any music festivals anytime soon
I don't think either of us will be. Yeah I don't think so.. But you know...
Happy hours. Yeah, definitely after work have a drink and come home. You know that that I think is okay..
But yeah, probably not
As frequently as we used to..

But uh, what would you like out of me as a husband for the last trimester and as a father
for when the baby arrives?

Have a you know have an adorable baby that you get to raise and you know indoctrinate as your own you get to
You get to basically teach them everything from from nothing and then
Basically get them to grow into
Hopefully someone that reflects. You know your own values and your own
Your own ideals, and I think that's gonna be a really exciting process. I think it's gonna be
Especially, especially rewarding to provide all these awesome experiences like I know my parents
You know took me out when I was
Young to all these trips and try to teach me all sorts of different things
And I'm really excited to do the same
And you know pay forward to the next generation and try to learn from their mistakes and try, you know, make my own mistakes as I go

In a word, her mood during pregnancy has always been there's just like a line where she'll hit and it just won't

She won't be able to just pretty much go anymore
She'll keep running and then just hit that stopping point and it's just she's tired needs to relax and
It's not as common to see her just coming be like I have to lie down right now instead of I need to get
Up and clean and do all sorts of other things and make everything look nice. My back hurts!
Yeah, my feet hurt everything hurts everything you know you're sore and tired. Everything hurts!

Hungry
You're not as hungry, I mean like this is also a hungry family like your appetite still hasn't hit my level, and I'm not pregnant so
