What up GreenBox Growers and welcome back for week 6 of vegetation to be chemdawg beginner
grow series!
So now that we have gotten that plant all defoliated and we have added that second light
in, you can see that that plant on the left is caught up while it is not caught up but
it is definitely doing much better.
And I can imagine in the next week or so it should be at the scrog and then hopefully
after the following week after that, it will be through the scrog.
And then after those two weeks hopefully we will be able to go into flower.
Yeah so the second light is definitely helping with the left plant and speeding the growth
up for that.
I think like Cody was saying, the right plant I just kind of overgrown the left one and
was kind of shadowing it and that is why it hasn't really reached this frog yet.
But I would say hopefully this week is the week when it will reach the scrog and then
hopefully throughout next week we will fill out the scrog net and then like Cody was saying
after that we will flipping to flower.
So now that you guys know we are doing in this week's video, let's get started with
day one of the week!
Hey guys, welcome back to the chemdawg grow series!
So does the first day of this week and today we are not going to be doing too much since
we have been doing a whole lot with the plants yesterday.
We are going to be doing a misting, of course go ahead and shake your tnb Naturals CO2 canister.
And then we are going to raise a the light power of it on our new light over here.
It is going to go up another 7 to 10% somewhere in there, the dial is not totally precise
and just to remind you this is our new CannaGrow 200w LED that we put in this tent just to
augment the light power For the plants.
Okay so let's get that misting going for the guys, all right and I already shook the CO2
canister because I like to do it early in the day so they get the maximum benefit of
the CO2.
So that's already taken care of, the light is raised and we will see you guys tomorrow
for day 2!
Hey guys welcome back to become dog grow series!
It is the second day of the week and we have kind of a lot of things to do today.
So for one we are going to be shaking our TNB naturals CO2 canister of course.
We are going to be doing a little bit of LST here, we are going to be doing a nutrient
feeding today, it is week 4 of the vegetative cycle from the fox farm Dirty Dozen feeding
schedule.
And we wanted to point something out here, so on the right plant you can see there is
some markings showing up on the leaves, and this is a sign of a Calcium deficiency, Cal
Mag deficiency.
So what we are going to do today is double the amount of cal-mag that we use in our gallon
of water.
So we will use two teaspoons instead of one.
Hopefully that will make the difference but we will have to just keep an eye on it and
see what happens so, this is the first time this has happened to me on this grow, so you
know some trouble has to happen and then, you have to learn somehow.
And then other than that we are going to be doing some misting as usual, and then that
should do it.
It is a gallon of water today, like I said.
And then that will do it for day 2.
And we will see you tomorrow for day 3!
Hey guys, welcome back to the Chemdawg grow series.
It is day three today and as you can see the plants are looking pretty good.
The plant on the right still seems to be showing some signs of either cal-mag deficiency, perhaps
phosphorus, but we went ahead and clipped those leaves away.
So hopefully no more leaves return with that deficiency sign.
And it is okay that that showed back, I mean I'm sure it doesn't just respond immediately
it is possible that it will take a few nutrients feeding before the plant really shows a restored
amount from that deficiency.
And then other than that today, just shake your tnb naturals CO2 canister and then we
will do a light watering today.
Just splitting about a half of a misting bottles worth between the two plants.
No misting, we kind of want to wean the plants off of the misting as we get up to flower.
And then no LST today, we want to give the plants a rest today.
Okay so that does it for day 3 you guys, we will see you tomorrow for day four!
Hey guys, welcome back to the Chemdawg Grow Series!
It is the fourth day of the week today, and we got a couple things on the agenda.
For one we are going to be replacing our tnb naturals CO2 Canister.
We have to empty it out, clean it out and then we will refill it with one of these packets.
You will use the entire packet of sort of like this dry powdery material.
And then you will add a liter of lukewarm water to that, and then just shake it up and
you are all set.
And it is okay if it doesn't hiss when you do it that first time, that is pretty normal.
And then today we are also going to do a plain water in, this is the first plane watering
since the last nutrient feeding, we are going to split a gallon between these two plants
and then we are going to do a very light misting.
We really want to kind of ease off the misting now as we are getting closer to flower because
once you are in the flower stage is really important to not get those buds with too much
humidity otherwise they are going to get some bud rot going.
Okay so that does it for today you guys, we will get this all taken care of and then we
will see you tomorrow back for day 5 of the week!
Hey guys, welcome back to the Chemdawg Grow Series, so it is the 5th day of this week
and today we have very little to do actually.
So for one just be sure to shake up your TNB Naturals CO2 canister.
Cover the central Hall and give it a good shake, and then we will be doing just a very
light misting today.
As I've been saying as the plants get closer to flower you just don't want to give them
too much mist because that can lead to Bud rot during the flower stage.
So it's very mild just like that, and then that does it.
We will see you tomorrow for the 6th day of this week!
Hey guys, what's up it is day 6 of the Chemdawg Grow Series.
Today we do not have a whole lot to do, we are going to shake the TNB Naturals CO2 canister
as usual.
We've already done so, I recommend doing it earlier in the day just so you can get the
full benefit of that.
And then today it is time for a water in, we are going to do a whole gallon of just
plain water split between these two plants.
And then no LST today, we are just going to let the plants rest there.
But we will do a light misting on the plants after all of the watering and shaking of the
CO2.
Just a little bit, we kind of want to ease the plants off the misting as we get closer
to flower to prevent Bud rot from happening.
And just to remind you this is our second plain watering since our last nutrient feeding.
So we still have one more to go before we get to the next round of nutrients.
Okay so that does it for day 6 you guys, and then tomorrow is the last day of the week
and we will see you then!
Hey guys, welcome back to the Chemdawg Grow Series!
It is the last day of this week and today we are going to start off by shaking the TNB
Naturals CO2 canister.
It is good to do that early in the day just so you get the maximum benefit of that CO2,
and then we will go ahead and give about a half a spray bottle worth of water to these
plants today just to get them through to their next watering.
It is better to keep the soil moist and that way when they do get a full watering they
are actually more likely to retain the water.
And then we will do a little bit of light LST today oh, I'm just going to work on the
tall tops, anything that is beneath the scrog I will let be.
But if it is through the strong then I will do some LST on it.
And then of course we will finish today with a light misting and remember it is important
to keep it very light as we get closer to the flowering stage.
You do not want to end up with some bud rot!
Okay so that does it for today you guys, we will finish this week with a bang I hope,
and then we'll see you tomorrow for a whole new week!
Ok GreenBox Growers, that officially concludes week 6 of vegetation for the Chemdawg Beginner
Grow Series by Cody!
So yeah now that we have bad left plant reaching the scrog net, the goal is to start training
it outwards and hopefully we can get it to fill up that end of the scrog and getting
a full plant on that end.
So we will see what happens in the next one to two weeks and hopefully we can get the
flower at that point.
Yep so hopefully we can get it to train out and fill that half of the SCROG Net pretty
quickly.
And we will see you guys back here shortly for the week 7 update of vegetation for the
Chemdawg Beginner Grow Series! until then I just want to thank you guys for watching
this week's episode, we really appreciate it and until next time…
Happy Growing!
