He will be working as the brand's new creative collaborator and global ambassador.

We're back.
For those who haven't seen, we've been doing new episodes of seanwes tv for the first time this year.
It feels good to be back.
We are focusing on a theme of hiring and building your team.
Yesterday, we talked about getting people on board with your mission and vision.
A couple of days ago, we talked about building a remote team and delegating.
Today, we're going to talk about where you actually find those people—the people you want to hire.
How do you find those good people?
Where are the places you go?
What do you look for?
One of the most important qualities I look for in someone I want to hire is the willingness
to seek and acquire responsibility.
They're looking for ways to be responsible.
They want to be responsible.
Those are the people I want to give responsibility.
Most people want to shirk responsibility.
They want to say, "The problem wasn't my fault.
It was someone else."
They want to blame.
They want to make excuses.
When I see someone who goes out of their way to take responsibility for a problem—
I love it when people on my team, something happens that wasn't even
their fault neccesarily, and they go out of their way to find a way to take responsibility.
"Sean, I'm sorry this happened.
I'm sorry I didn't prevent it.
What I'm going to do to keep this from happening in the future is this."
They don't come up with excuses.
They don't blame other people or systems.
They take responsibility.
They're also good at communication.
You want people who are good at communicating, who are effective communicators.
It's a deal breaker if they're not.
If they can't effectively communicate, we're not going to be able to get anything done.
It's just going to be a problem.
You want people who are hard workers, who are passionate.
This is so counter-intuitive...
Someone in the Community was recently saying that they went to a job interview, and it
was a deal breaker for this employer that he had a side project.
This particular candidate worked on a side project.
That's exactly who I want—someone who's dedicated, someone who's driven and passionate and motivated.
What do you think that kind of person is going to be doing?
Do you think they're going to be sitting around, not doing anything?
Of course they have side projects.
You should welcome that.
You want people who are already on board with your mission.
What is your mission?
We talked about this in yesterday's episode, getting clear on your vision and your mission.
Once you know that, the question you want to ask yourself is, "Where are the people
who are already on board with my mission hanging out?"
Where can you find those people?
This is a huge competitive advantage that we have.
This is where having your own community comes in super handy.
Once you've built up an audience, an audience and a community aren't exactly the same thing.
An audience is people who are coming for your message.
It's one-to-many, but a community is many-to-many.
The relationship is a bunch of people talking to each other.
There's a difference between an audience and a community.
If you have a community, this is something we're very passionate about at seanwes, not
just because we have our own private community, but also because we're building software.
We've built a community messaging system that we use internally, and it's incredible.
It's the glue to our membership.
We're going to be making that available to others at CommunityTalk.com, if you want to check that out.
We're probably going to be launching a beta later in 2017.
We're very passionate about communities, and when you have your own community, I don't
ever want to hire outside of our community.
These people are already on board with our mission, our values, and our principles, so
if you have that, if you have your own community of people, that's the perfect talent pool
to pull from when you want to hire.
Honestly, my recommendation is not just to blast out a message and say, "Hey, I'm accepting applications.
Apply to join!"
You're going to have to wade through and sift through a whole lot of applications from people
who probably aren't going to be a great fit.
Most of them are not.
Instead of blasting that out on job boards, I would go where the people are.
Most of them are probably busy, with their heads down, making things, doing side projects.
Find out where those people hang out and build relationships with them, because they also
know people who would be great candidates.
A referral is going to be a lot better potential employee than blasting out a job application.
When I've hired people for the different businesses I've had in the past 10 or 11 years, I've done it different ways.
I didn't always have a community, but since having a community, it has been incredible—hiring
people from the Community who are already on board.
It's so wonderful.
You have people who are already invested, and it's a seamless transition, a seamless on-boarding.
I still remember those days when I felt stuck.
I didn't know who to hire.
I didn't know who the first hire should be.
What do I hire them to do?
Should they do what I do?
Should they do what I can't do, what I don't want to do, what I'm not good at?
Should they help me make money or free up my time so I can make money?
I was confused, and that confusion had me stuck.
I felt like I couldn't move, I couldn't do anything, and the results of my business looked the same.
You look at my revenue and the growth of my audience, and it was also stuck along with me.
I know you're in the same place.
I don't want you to be there.
I don't want you to waste years like I did.
I want you help you.

My parents have always told us that
education is your way out of poverty.
You know once you're educated you gain
knowledge, and when you gain knowledge you're
able to pass that knowledge on.
I've been in the US for at least 12 to
13 years now.
I came as a little girl. At first, it
was challenging, of course. You know:
getting used to a new community, people
that look different from you, people that
sound different from you, and
really struggling to be an individual
while trying to kind of fit in.
After high school I attended Brooklyn College.
I went to college from home, so throughout
my four years in college this was
you know my library. I was here on the
weekends and this is where I studied all
those hard sciences.
Every Saturday I was here and then
i went up to medical school in
Philadelphia, and then this is me coming
back home. I finished med school in May,
and now i'm working right here in the
Bronx, so it's kind of coming back to the
community that sort of helped raise
me in a way. The library for me was really
the place where I kind of found
myself. I realized my love for learning
while sitting on one of these tables.
I always had access to Ms. Aikens,
and I would tell her, hey, you know I need
research on these topics. Can you help me
find books that are related to the topics
that i need to write on?
And she was always so helpful.
Just living in the Bronx and seeing the need.
I've always said the Bronx inspires me,
and it definitely influenced
my decision to go into medicine.

As you can see I arrived in Chanel, and waiting my SA.
You may already know my husband and I have a deal or promise.
Since I got my Hermes Garden Party in September.
I won't buy any handbag for one year, means until September in 2017.
But I got a bag in December because you may know Chanel caviar black mini with gold hardware is hard to get.
They're so popular. They sold out so fast, they are gone in one morning!
So I had a chance to get this bag, I couldn't miss it.
I decided expend my promise 3 more months, so until December in 2017.
Me: Ah... You have this one!! My friend really want this one!!
SA: Yes! You can ask her does she want because we just received them and not much.
SA: Er....Why there is this color of Casio TR15?(Selfie beauty camera)
Me: It is really old version one.
Me: Is there any WIFI? I need it to contact my friend.
SA: No! We don't have WIFI!
Me: Oh...what to do then? No WIFI! She really want this one! She said she want to come today..
SA: You search the WIFI if there is the free CSL one.

Did you watched my HKVLOG 2? Lindie and I went to 4 Chanel stores.
In the last Chanel store, we saw this pink coco handle, but Lindie didn't get it at that time.
But after she back home, she wanted it so much.
But they're out of stock everywhere in HK at that time.
Before I came to get my bag, I helped her to ask my SA do they have the pink coco handle?
And she said no, but when I arrived in Chanel, she brought one to me and said just arrived 6 pieces and last one left.
So I quickly asked Lindie and she said she wants it.
But the SA said she couldn't help her to hold the bag because it is really popular and not much stocks.
I couldn't help her buy it because I didn't have so much cash, I just brought what I need for my bag.
My Swiss debit card is only can withdrawal HKD 15000 per day, not enough to pay her bag.
I also thought I may find my sister and take her credit card and buy for her first.
But go and come, I think the bag is gone already.
Then I decided to hold the bag in my hand and wait Lindie in the Chanel store until she come.
But Lindie said need few hours to come, and probably the SA didn't want me to wait there and bother them XD
She asked her manager and said they can hold the bag until 8p.m for her.
And Lindie asked her friend help her to buy the bag on that day.
And I planned to shop in Zara but I discovered I have no money and no card.
Because I changed my bag and forgot to bring the card with me, only have the octopus(transportation card).
I paid by the octopus because I really don't have any cash/ money at that moment.
After I bought this cakes, I went back home directly because I had no money left.
I already unbox this bag in HK and I filmed, I will put it in the other video, not in this one because it will be so long.
At night, I dated 3 of my friends to eat early christmas dinner together.
We ate sushi.
That day was Christmas eve, my huaband and I went out and feel the christmas.
Compare to Switzerland, there are many and big decorations for Christmas in HK.
There are simple decorations for Christmas in Switzerland.
Then we went to City Super, my husband really like shopping in Supermarket.
He loves walking in Taste & City Super, this make him happy and good mood.
Because my father need to work on Christmas, so we moved our christmas party on 27 of December.
My husband is a camera shy, but he said hi in front of the camera because he was in good mood in the supermarket.
When my husband and I were young, look like we're so old, I mean when were dating,
We always came here and drink some alcohol and spent the time.
You see my husband and I were nothing to do to look at the fish in the beauty counter.
And we also discussed about the fishes and laugh.XD
I think people around us must think we are idiots.
My husband: Ah...He is making shit! XD
My husband and I always like to take the MTR to IFC means Hong Kong Station, then take the boat to TST.
We booked the table at 6:30p.m to have dinner.
So we were taking the boat to TST and eat dinner.
At the end, we arrived earlier at 6p.m to the restaurant.
Because we were hungry and not much to do.
And we wanted to finish the dinner earlier and back home earlier because too many people outside.
If it not because we rarely cross the christmas in HK and wanted to feel the christmassy, we won't go outside that day because too many people.
We discovered the new place in TST, we never saw before.
But we went there so many times and never saw it before, how come? Just opposite to the Harbour City.
We went to this restaurant called Fisher and Farmer.
Because we tried with my friends at last time when I was back.
I think it was quite good and my husband liked it.
So we decided to eat our christmas eve dinner in this restaurant.
If you like to eat strong taste food, this restaurant is suit you because the food is really strong taste.
If you like less taste for food, this may not suit you.
You can see I was so work hard to take the noodles and I couldn't.
I finally gave up and something else. XD
After dessert, we decided to back home, it was around 8p.m something.
It was the time people went out for celebrating christmas.
We avoided the crowded period.
When we were in TST, we saw some people wear the decors on the head.
My husband wanted to wear just for fun but we didn't see anyone selling this.
He wanted to get a deer ears one.
We saw it when we went to the supermarket.
So we got it and wear it until we back home.
Me: They also wear deer ears, we look normal now.
My husband: But they are 5 yrs old. XD (but we more almost 30!)

Trying to Reconnect - League of Legends - Duration: 4:09.
hello guys , im here to talk about
this problem , that frustrating all the players
that trying to reconnect to the server, everytime that they are on a queue
and make all the team mates go upset
and making you really mad (xD)
cause only what you want is play!
Ok , so lets go throught few things first.
So, first thing i've talk with the leauge of legend support they really help me to figure out what the problem is
And they told me that the problem was with the ISP company after many many talking
and they was right after all , cause i tried to connect few computers to my Internet (wifi) and they had the same problem
So the problem didnt was with the computer (not internet , i was mistaken :X)
Ok, so i've talk with the ISP company , and after only 2 weeks i've reached the "Right Guy"
Cause all told me rubbish stuff ,and they didnt understand a thing
so i had a luck today.
So, few things he told me
First of all he told me to reset the router , do that with the ISP company
I dont take any responsibility on that cause ,it may cause problems so let them do that with you.
Ok , second thing i opened Ports
League of Legends support tell you to open ports by the same way ok?
but they tell you to open many ports, and when i told that to the ISP guy he told me :
"Wow thats many ports so lets open all the ports by the DMZ Server".
Ok, to wich of you that don't know how to reach into the CMD command it's the Windows Key + R
and then you press enter , and write down /ipconfig
After you press enter it show you few adresses
the Default Gateway is the Router site ok?
so, when you get into the router site you take this adress and you write it down in your adress bar by your browser
and it taking you to this site, and remember , the username and password is Admin.
there is two sections , Basic and Advanced
you go to Advanced --->Setup--->Wan Setup
the Default DMZ server should be marked, and write down your IPv4 Adress (cmd -->ipconfig).
to me its 10.0.0.1 , thats what the ISP guy told me to use , its the "global" adress or somthing.
there is few IPv4 adresses , but use the 10.0.0.1 or somthing that familiar with it, thats the adress you should look to put in the DMZ box
Click Apply , make sure the router does his reset, and that's it , i hope this helped you , enjoy !

Cut cotton pads into 4 equal pieces.
Attach first piece on a tip of egg.
Attach second piece on the opposite site.
Add 2 cotton pads on the sides.
Now, second row. Attach piece between to pieces from the first row.
Now, third row. Do it in the same way - attach piece between to pieces from second row.
Make more rows.
Paint the Easter egg and let it dry.
Unfold the pieces, but only a little.
Attach 3 cotton pads to the bottom.
Crease them a little.
And secure by using office pins.
Decorate the Easter egg by using sequins.
And it's done.
This is very unusual and nice Easter egg.
You can paint it by using one or several colors of paint.
Also, you can paint dots or other pattern on it.

My method of work?
Chaos.
I usually start with this.
I weld a few elements together and I don't stop working until I decide I've created something interesting.
It usually means a few days straight in the workshop,
struggling to bend some pipes, welding, getting electrocuted and breathing some nasty fumes.
The art exhibited in galleries is undoubtedly extremely important, but I've been always more into urban space.
The art for the people... One that could be, for instance, stolen.
Just imagine a gloomy steampunk tram at night moving slowly down the streets of Wroclaw
surrounded by a huge group of people, with some amazing music in the background.
Everyone who took part in this march felt like actors in some very bizarre theatre.
Art is an escape that everybody needs,
regardless of whether you're a student, welder or an engineer.
My art is a spectacle in which a spectator always plays a role.
