Despite fewer working days and a high base effect, South Korea's exports jumped four
percent on-year in February,... logging the 16th straight month on the incline.

South Korea's exports moved up four-percent in February compared to the same month last
year.
According to data compiled by Seoul's Trade Ministry on Thursday,… despite fewer working
days due to the Lunar New Year Holiday and the high base effect,... the uptrend continued...
although growth was weaker compared to previous months.
Outbound shipments hit 44-point-eight billion U.S. dollars in the one-month period,… thanks
to solid demand for memory chips and petroleum related products.
Shipments of semiconductors soared by a monthly-record of 40-point-nine percent on-year to nine billion
U.S. dollars due to sales of high-value memory chips and storage devices.
Petroleum products spiked nearly 16 percent as a rally in oil prices boosted their sales
prices.
But numbers were affected by the Lunar New Year where people in China, South Korea's
largest export destination, take days off to work to celebrate the occasion.
Although exports to China rose three-point-seven percent on-year to nearly twelve billion dollars
last month,… there was a decrease of nearly two billion dollars compared to the previous
month.
Shipments to the United States also backtracked due to downbeat sales of autos and wireless
communication equipment.
South Korea's trade surplus with the U.S. slumped nearly 77 percent on-year to 360-million
dollars in February.
South Korea's total imports, however, rose 14-point-eight percent on-year to more than
40-billion U.S. dollars in February,… and the nation's total trade surplus came to three-point-three
billion dollars, marking the 73rd straight month in the black.

Wesley Sneijder has revealed that he turned down the chance to join Liverpool because
he wanted to win trophies.
The iconic Netherlands midfielder won Champions League and Serie A titles during his three-and-a-half
year spell with Inter Milan,
but dropped down the pecking order at the San Siro before completing a move to Galatasaray
in January 2013.
Sneijder went on to score 46 goals in 175 appearances for Galatasaray but the 33-year-old
Dutchman's career could have panned out very differently.
'Many clubs wanted to know when I was leaving Inter, and Liverpool was one of those clubs,
so people were surprised I chose Galatasaray.
Why Galatasaray and not Liverpool?' he explained.
'But I am a winner, I play for prizes, so I went to Galatasaray,
because I thought that I would win more at Galatasaray and be a champion more so than
at Liverpool and I think that I made the right choice.
'I have had nice years in Turkey.'
Liverpool signed Philippe Coutinho and Daniel Sturridge in the winter when Sneijder supposedly
rejected them so it was hardly their worst January ever.
Sneijder won two league titles during his stay at Galatasaray before joining Nice on
a free transfer ahead of the 2017/18 campaign.
However, the Netherlands star only managed eight appearances for the Ligue 1 outfit and
signed for Qatari club Al-Gharafa last month.

We organise the Conference for University Pedagogical Development
because we want to offer a forum for teachers at Uppsala University
to meet and discuss questions related to teaching,
and be inspired by each other on how to improve one's own teaching practice.
My participation here definitely gives me the opportunity to develop.
I get to listen to what kinds of studies other people have done,
and hear what questions others find interesting.
Finding inspiration, seeing what's possible in teaching and to improve my own teaching.
You have some kind of common ground to discuss, because you're all working with education in university,
so it's very valuable to be able to share and discuss your problems, or maybe some success stories,
but then also hear and discuss what other people are struggling with.
The second reason we organise this conference every other year,
is to provide an opportunity to develop your portfolio of teaching qualifications.
In later years it has become increasingly important for teachers in higher education
to develop a portfolio of teaching qualifications.
One way to do that is participate and present at a conference like this,
sharing your thoughts and development, and getting feedback on that.
I came to this conference for the first time four years ago, when I was completely new as a teacher.
I was trying to understand my role as a teacher, and trying to listen to more experienced teachers.
I met lots of interesting people who later on have helped me a great deal
in my own pedagogical development.
They've made suggestions on what to think about, what to work on,
and new perspectives to pedagogical development.
The conference theme this year is
Liberal Arts, Education, "Alternative Facts" and Factual Resistance - The Role of The University in Society
You could say that factual resistance is when facts don't effect your point of view.
Instead, you find support for your opinions in various communities,
either online or in real life.
Of course it becomes a serious problem for society and its development, when facts suddenly don't matter.
And, of course, it becomes a big issue for us working in higher education.
The university has several important roles to play in this -
both in communicating the knowledge students need in their field of study
but also raising awareness of the mechanisms
that sometimes prevent people acquiring, or wanting to acquire, certain information.
And of course, training students in critical thinking.
I think everybody needs to have an awareness of how difficult it can be to acquire new knowledge.

hello so in this video we're going to take a look at what to do if you're involved in a car crash
I'm going to tell you what the legal requirements are what you must do then
more importantly maybe well you mustn't do there are certain things you mustn't
do or say or you could end up in trouble so let's get straight into the video now
look at three major things you must do immediately if you're involved in a car
crash so the first one is most importantly check if anyone in your
vehicle is injured make sure you look at everyone but ask everyone if you feel
okay say if you've had a friend asleep in the
back seat don't just assume that they're still asleep that may have been injured
you do need to if it's safe to do so wake them up and check if they're okay
they'll probably been working up anyway but even in fairly minor crashes
people can get injured quite easily know if anyone is injured of course call for
an ambulance the next thing you need to do is make
sure you get the number plate of the other vehicle
it's very common I've had this happen to me where people crash into you they
realize it's their fault and it's Drive off and it's hoping that you haven't got
the number plate now if you've got an in-car camera system they are invaluable
not the one I use it's so handy to have that because if they do drive off no no
you can't prove they drew they drove off before other than them to apply to
anyway because you'll have got it recorded before the crash they even
happened the third thing you need to do is don't just jump out your vehicle so
before you get out your car have a look around and taken the situation around
you does it look suspicious are there any people standing at the side of the
road he looked like they may be talking to
the other driver is the more than one person in the other vehicle it's a two
or three people in that car is anyone on the phone before the crash even happened
they got cameras filming you because when I last what happens a lot on a
nowadays is people will get together in a car they'll go and cause a crush then

had their phones out filming at the time of the crush to trying you know to make
the money off you to try and get the conversation another thing that can
often happen is that people which won't steal your car they'll go and Nick a car

see what damage you is they'll get in your vehicle and drive off so those
things are rare but they do happen so if you involved in the crush number one

look suspicious lock the doors and stay in your vehicle if it's safe to do so
now let's move on to why you actually need to do when you meet the driver so
when you carry your vehicle then you made the other driver the main thing is
keep calm and polite don't start making threats don't get angry don't start
saying they're an idiot and they've crashing their serum and all that you
learning about the situation worse now by law they must give you their details
if they refuse that's a good enough reason to call the police you can't just

situations where you might feel threatened maybe the other person has

police station so you say to the person look I won't give you my details now
because I believe you're going to do something stupid I'm going to go down a
local police station I'm not going to give them my details tell them which
station it's going to be now that advice used to be on an official government
website he was actually taken down a few days ago just before I film this video
so I would say that you're better off giving them your details right away but
if you've got a very good reason to feel that threatened by them although they
are making threats against you don't feel ashamed to call the police if
they're being aggressive and they're threatening you you've got every right
to do that now next thing you need to do is take photos and/or video of your
vehicle now pretty much everyone's got a phone with a camera on these days so get
your phone out take some photos why because what can happen is people
will have a fairly minor crush and then the other person will go away and have
another crush although you start getting a hammer smashing the car in and I
minded damaged much worse than it is to try and get and you car out of it
instead he just have a linear bumper but I'll know my hole for an end it was
smushed in look at it and they've gone in driven into a lamppost or something I
know it sounds unlikely but it does happen you need to take pictures of your
vehicle and the other vehicle to make sure that that's the damage there was
there trying to video it you know I've done this several times as you'll see
almost sites there were several videos on there you can watch me involved

vehicle and the other vehicle it's essentially the eyes because
unfortunately people are not honest anymore and people will try and make
money out of a bad situation now if you've been involved in the crash

the other drivers name address and number trying it up before you move away
from the area unless you in the media danger because guess what some drivers
won't give you the details they'll just say oh yeah we'll drive around the
corner pull over there and I'll give them a name then they just
drive off when you get the other person to give you the details make sure that I
buy them name don't write them down yourself don't be there with a pen and
paper so much your name what's your address get them to write it down why or
two reasons first of all it proves that over there because you've got their
handwriting on a piece of paper I had a crush once where the other driver said I
wasn't even there on the only thing about it and I'll send
the document a bit of paper he'd written on so my June scum date and I said to
him ball can you explain if you weren't there how come he's got your handwriting
with you know him the dress on and he tried to make out all that's because I
know him any was going to come into my house do some painting or some rubbish
get them yeah get them to write down their details it proves one they over

vehicles you need to design for each vehicle if you're involved in a three or
four car pileup each person needs to give their details well if you've
crashed into a parked car we need to make a know the details it's a good idea
to leave your details on a paper underneath their windscreen wiper just
put a note saying you know this vehicles involved in accident these are Mardis

might need a day off work or off whatever you do so take it easy up to a
crush and give yourself a few days to recover even if it's fairly minor
the final thing I'll say for now is don't talk to the other persons in

a few days later or even a few hours later saying we understand you've been
involved in a crush we're really sorry it was our our persons full will give
you some money we'll settle it now that normally means that I know it's going to
be very expensive and I know that they were a fault

2018 Range Rover Velar SUV in-depth Review: Off Road, Interior, R-Dynamic - Duration: 7:14.
The 2018 Range Rover Velar is the best crossover for you if can't define reductive design -- but
you know it when you see it.
This all-new five-seater is the sleekest Range Rover ever - literally...
and like every Rover, it can churn mud.
But its primary mission is to turn heads.
The Brits responsible for this new premium compact call it an object of desire.
We're here to find out how it works as transportation.
I'm Chuck Giametta join me for a CarPreview video review of the 2018 Range Rover Velar.

In the family tree of British brands owned by India's Tata Motors, Range Rover is the
debonair sibling of Land Rover.
Jaguar occupies a branch, as well.
Velar, in fact, shares its underskin engineering with Jaguar's similarly sized F-Pace premium
crossover.
Slotting between the smaller Evoque and larger Sport, Velar is Range Rover's first direct
rival to the Audi Q5, BMW X3, and Mercedes-Benz GLC.
The F-Pace competes here, too.
But nothing quite matches the Velar for sheer panache.
Range Rover loves the word - reductionism to describe how designers paired away anything
extraneous.
And the body's forms are tailored and simple.
But it's the interior that nails it.
Tranquility base here.
Black panels, calm lines -- the cabin's in peaceful repose until the controls awaken.
[car sounds]
Range Rover calls it a meeting of the digital and the physical.
Yes, it's dramatic.
And we'll get to how it well it all works in a moment.
First some nuts and bolts.
Velar is available with three engines, the lineup badged to reflect the horsepower of
each: P250 for the gas -- or petrol - turbocharged four-cylinder; D180 for the turbodiesel four,
and P380 for the supercharged gas V-6.
Every model features three or more trim levels, and each Velar comes with an 8-speed automatic
transmission and all-wheel drive.
Cousin F-Pace shares these powertrains but has firmer suspension tuning.
The Rover feels less tightly wound, a little less athletic than the Jag.
That's not a bad thing.
The relaxed manner fits Velar's urbane personality.
The supercharged V-6 is a stormer and while the turbo fours are lazy off the line, underway,
they furnish plenty pep.
You can dial up sporty Dynamic mode and use paddle shifters to hover at the redline, but
this is not a hot-rod crossover like, say, the Porsche Macan Turbo.
It is fully capable off-road, with a generous eight-and-a-half inches of ground clearance
- ten with the available air suspension.
The five-hundred-eighty-dollar Off-Road package adds all-terrain response, and the P380 can
be equipped with a locking rear differential.
Yes, you can monitor the impressive twenty-five-inch wading depth.
Steering isn't razor sharp and handling favors gentle transitions rather than sudden darts.
But there's plenty of grip through corners and a satisfying absorbency to the ride, even
on the available 22-inch wheels and tires.
Fuel-economy ratings are par for the competitive set.
On the move is when you'll truly test Velar's meeting of the digital and the physical.
The results are mixed.
We love the configurable instrument panel and the high-definition crispness of all the
screens, although they can look wavy through polarized eyeglass lenses.
Range Rover thoughtfully provides a traditional volume knob, and elegant dials help with climate
and drive-mode choices.
Separate steps are required to access each interface, though, and that's a distraction
when you're trying to concentrate on driving.
Velar makes a few other concessions to its high-fashion design.
You'll have to decide whether any is a deal-breaker.
This is the most aerodynamic Range Rover ever, with retracting door handles doing their part.
The stretched hood and raked windshield do reduce off-road visibility -- a break with
a brand tradition.
Front-seat space is good, although the cushions are narrow enough to squeeze some bums.
Designers provide decent legroom and headroom beneath Velar's tapered roofline but achieve
it by mounting the rear cushion rather low.
The effect is slightly claustrophobic.
And watch for this sharp edge formed by the aggressive cut of the rear doors.
Interior storage space is stingy, but cargo volume is at the top of the class, even if
this lip means you can't just slide stuff in and out.
When it comes to pricing, Velar isn't really very reductive.
It's more expensive than the F-Pace and is in fact priced near the top of the class.
Only three of the eleven trim levels for 2018 have base prices under sixty-thousand dollars;
four start above seventy grand.
That's rich for a compact crossover, although in addition to all-wheel drive, every Velar
does come with a hands-free power liftgate...

LED headlamps, and rain-sensing wipers.
Leather upholstery and imbedded navigation are standard on all but the entry-level trim.
On the safety front, autonomous emergency braking is included across the board, but
adaptive cruise control and lane-maintaining automatic steering are standard only on the
flagship HSE trim - you'll pay up to two grand to get those driver aids on other grades.
And there are lots of tempting extras, from a contrasting black roof, to the trendy shadow
finish of the R-Dynamic versions, to massaging front seats, and a sixteen-hundred-watt twenty-three-speaker
Meridian audio system.
Refined, beautifully finished, and head-turning inside and out -- the Velar achieves its goals
-- with a few compromises.
There are more value-conscious alternatives, of course.
But this may be the one for you if your crossover must also be an object of desire.

It's filled with chicken and Yakiniku beef and its slathered in the spicy and yummy gochujang
sauce along with some mayo its so yummy
The sauce goes perfectly with the veggies in here Since it's a mix of gochujang sauce and mayo
The sweet and spiciness is mellowed by the mayo making it super yummy
the breading on the chicken is very crispy as well
Veggies are so crispy too
