How To Do Warm Compress For Eye | How To Do Eyelid Massage | How To Treat Blepharitis At Home (2018) - Duration: 3:45.

Blepharitis is a common condition where the edges of the eyelids become red, crusty and swollen

and it actually affects many people

in this video I've done research into the best way to ease your symptoms at home

through good eyelid hygiene and we're going to learn how to do it

and if you have any tips which work for you please leave a comment below and let us know

blepharitis often affects both eyes but one eye can be affected more than the other

now it's a long-term condition it can't be cured

but practicing good eyelid hygiene can prevent it from coming back and keep it under control

this daily routine consists of three parts now to begin with you need to do it twice a day

long-term though you can reduce it to two to three times a week

always remember to wash your hands before and after you do it and now let's begin

start with a warm compress and apply it to your eyes for at least five minutes and here's how you do it

to make a warm compress soak a clean washcloth or flannel with hot water

wring it out and place it over your closed eyelids

and as it cools rewet it with warm water again and wring out and reapply

another option is to buy an eye bag which can be heated in the microwave

and it releases heat longer so it doesn't need to be reheated

but be careful you don't heat it up too much because you could burn yourself

warm compresses will loosen dandruff and soften oil secretions around your eyelashes

next massage the eyelids immediately after the warmth

this helps push out the oily fluid from the glands and here's how to do it

first close your eyes massage along the length of the upper and lower eyelids

sweeping downwards when moving along the upper eyelid

and sweeping upwards when moving along the lower eyelid

massaging should neither be too gentle nor too firm

the idea is that you're moving the oily secretions towards the edge of the eyelid

so they can come out of the glands

and the last step is cleaning so after the warm compress and the massage

it's time to clean the eyelids now there's a few different methods for this

but I prefer the traditional one and that's what I'm going to show you now

add a few drops of baby shampoo to clean warm water the ratio of water to shampoo should be 10:1

next dip a cotton wool bud into the liquid and squeeze any excess liquid

to prevent drips getting into the eye

in front of a mirror gently rub along the upper and lower eyelids several times away from the eye

without wiping the inner margins of the eyelids

be careful you don't poke yourself in the eye as the upper eyelid can be quite difficult

and that's how you clean your eyelids properly

and if your blepharitis doesn't respond to regular cleaning

then it's important to speak to your doctor or health care professional about it

because you may need prescribed treatment

I've also left a link in the description below which tells you about the complications of blepharitis

and what to do about it, which I'd highly recommend reading

and let me know if these eyelid hygiene techniques work for you by leaving a comment below

and also read some research that omega-3 supplements can help with the symptoms of blepharitis and

dryness of the eye so if you've tried it and it's helped then leave a comment below and let us know

and if you like this video if you found it helpful then please hit that like button now

and if you've got any friends or family who suffer from blepharitis

then share this video to them or tag them in

hey guys thanks for watching this week's video

make sure to click that like, follow or subscribe button now

to stay up to date with new weekly videos

in this video I've done research (DROPPING BOX SOUND) into (LAUGHTER)

feel so refreshed now

it's actually quite a nice feeling this I could get used to this

and that's how you clean your eyelids properly and if your blepharitis

I can't say it, blepharitis and if your blepharitis

and that's how

I use to stick around

To watch how the sunset and think aloud

They thought i was crazy

When am making vows

Its moreorless my demons deal

I use to drink alot

Thought I'ld get inspired and creative, When am being drunk

Suddenly i will fall asleep And the day is gone

Its moreorless my demons deal

And i'm reaching out

For someone to love Despite my flaws

Take it or leave it Am breaking down ( dont let me down )

Cause am Drown in carelessness My greed and my selfishness

My ego my rudenesss Might just strike me down

out of my conciousness My Anger was meaningless

My ego is my weakness And it might just strike me down

So i Surrender (4×)

I gave it a thought And getting high was one of them

I dint get enough Sometimes it drives me nut

Maybe i lie But am talking to you

U fuckin your life You just gon keep ridin

Get a new life Ur past will come chassing

Maybe i lie But am talking to you

And i'm reaching out For someone to love despite my flaws

Take it or leave it Am breaking down ( dont let me down )

Dear Celebrities: No One Cares What You Think - Duration: 4:33.

Dear Celebrities,

I'm sorry to be the one to have to break this to you, but we do not care—not in the

slightest particle of an imaginary thing—what you think.

If this surprises you, I understand.

Because, let's be fair: We play an important role in your delusion.

We camp out for days to buy tickets to your sold-out shows, then shout for you to reach

down from the stage to touch our hands.

Faster than science would believe humanly possible, we learn the lyrics to your every

song and master the choreography to your every dance move.

We devour your movies, TV shows, and Netflix specials.

From that angle, I suppose it's easy to believe that after all the adulation,

all the fan mail and all the magazine covers, you may have actually come to believe

that we care what you think.

But you're wrong.

Nobody cares what you think.

Nobody!

Well, maybe your mother and your therapist do.

But we don't—not even a little.

Allow me to spell this one out for you.

I go to a Lady Gaga concert to hear her belt out tunes that remind me of my messy college days.

But watching her desperate protest against the results of a free and fair election?

Hardly an event I'd ever care to see again in my lifetime.

I follow Beyoncé because—let's face it—nobody does a break-up anthem better.

But can someone please tell me why I should care if she's for Hillary… or for Garfield the Cat?

And here's to you, Marc Jacobs—you design a killer pair of shoes.

But as a political philosopher you leave a lot to be desired.

In fact, it's difficult to comprehend why you thought it necessary to publicly refuse

to dress our first lady.

And to the scores of celebrities who threaten to move out of the country if we don't vote

your way—wow!

Just how long on a private jet must one travel to reach that level of narcissism?

This may rock your glittery world, but we don't care whether you stay in America

or move to another country.

Why would we care where you live?

On the one hand, we should find all of this amusing; but on the other, it's actually

deeply offensive: It's offensive that you confuse our admiration for blind faith.

When Eminem raps I have to either pick him or the president of the United States,

I don't know whether to laugh or cry.

Which is why it's important that I take this moment to offer each and every one of

you celebs a free ride back down to Planet Earth.

What happens outside of your gated communities, chauffeured SUVs, and personal assistant's

iPhone is the real world.

It's the rest of us, working very hard to earn a living—working toward that weekend

break, when we can perhaps afford to treat ourselves to your concerts, your movies,

and your handbags.

You see, we want to enjoy what you do.

Sing. Dance. Act. Design.

It's a wonderful gift you have.

And it's extremely valuable not only to you, but to us.

Entertaining people—making them laugh, or cry—is something that you should take pride in.

You enrich our world with your talent.

But when you go on a political rant on late night TV or call your fans racist and sexist

—my God, these people are your fans!— just because they don't think or vote the way you want

them to, you cross a line.

You lose touch with reality.

You become just another shill for another politician.

And who wants to be a fan of that?

I'm Candace Owens for Prager University.

80s RETRO Typography Tutorial Illustrator Retro Typography - Duration: 10:16.

today we're going to do a little bit of time-traveling i'ma gonna head back to

the 80s in this tutorial on how to design your very own retro 80s

typography in Adobe Illustrator so follow along and design your very own

retro 80s typography with Satori graphics what is that people welcome

back to the Satori graphics home of graphic design content right here on

YouTube so I hope you guys had a great weekend and that you're ready to dive

into some typography in the retro kind of 80s style this tutorial is pretty

straightforward to follow and it's a tad long but follow along with me today and

design your very own retro 80s style typography in today's 80s retro a

typography tutorial we're going to want to activate the grid to create precise

typography in Illustrator so head up to view in a link to show the grid

you can press P for the pen tool and the users stroke with no fill

your lettering for this part of the typography will be made up of three

thick lines so imagine how you're gonna make your design using three lines per

letter I'm gonna show you the letter M here and

how it's done you can use the option key to duplicate a line and then you can use

the grid to evenly spaced the line of higher so I'm moving this line over

three squares to the right you can then press a for the direct selection tool to

manipulate it and move the anchor points around obtained on the smart guide

settings which you'll find in the literature preferences in the top left

of the screen as you can see a district shows me where the middle line is

perfectly positioned at an intersection

seeing us letter M symmetrical you can make half the letter and then duplicate

it to save time and to be precise so use the option key to duplicate the lines

over to the right and they reflect them

again the smart guides will inform you when the lines are perfectly aligned you

can zoom in with command or control + on your keyboard to check the lines are

connected like mine here and if you need to change the anchor points you can use

direct selection tool I need to select two lines or in pairs so I'm gonna

select the two top lines here and then press command or control J to join them

together as one line you then need to do this two more time to the other lines

you should end up with three lines in total for your retro 80s typography and

you can now increase the stroke weight up to something quite thick and

appearance so here I have one word from an 80s retro typography and now we're

going to add the gradient effects to it you can go ahead and hide the grid you

don't need to use anymore in today's illustrator tutorial so when you're

hundred percent happy with the thickness of your lines outline the stroke to

convert the stroke lines into a shape bring down a guide from the rulers that

is halfway across to typography then access the pen tool we want to make a

shape that's going to fit around the top half of the typography with the pen tool

you can add to leave the guide and then select everything and press command or

control C to copy it open the Pathfinder window and use the crop option here this

will cuts out half of the retro typography press command or ctrl V to

paste the copied section as we want to cut the bottom half out now with this

election highlighted press R for the rotate tool and then drag the target

icon down to the bottom of the shape like I've done here

click on the icon just once and then hold down the alt option key and click

one more time in the new window type in hundred eighty

degrees and hey okay

select everything and then use the crop option again in the Pathfinder window

now you can bring the two shapes together it doesn't matter if there's a

slight gap between them still in the Pathfinder window and use a trim option

which is going to allow us to add a gradient to 80s retro typography in

Illustrator for this bottom section here you're going to want to create a three

color gradient from very dark blue to light blue

change the direction to minus 90 degrees so the darker side is at the top of the

topography

you will need to take the gradient tool and draw a line across the entire

topography to spread the gradient evenly throughout the entire design we're going

to do the same for the upper section of a retro topography so use the trim

option in the Pathfinder window and add a gradient

this time we want to create a gradient that's almost white to navy blue if you

guys been trained today tutorial drop a like and a comment letting me know and

if you're new here to Satori graphics subscribe for weekly graphic design

content which I upload three to four times a week

so again use the gradient tool to spread the gradient across the 80s retro

typography essentially that's the hardest part of today's tutorial

finished now select a very dark blue to almost black in color in the color

palette and access the rectangle tool with M on your keyboard make a shape

across the entire canvas send it to the back and then lock it down in place to

act as a backdrop for this retro typography design this next step is

optional but we can add a white stroke round typography you might want to play

around with the stroke weights but also in the stroke window you can change the

stroke T to be centered to be inside or on the outside of your design

for the last part of today's in district 2 retro typography design I've chosen

this one here you can search for it on google or places like define or font

squirrel

I find it a light pink color to the type and now we're going to add an inner glow

add a white color for the glow with a 100% opacity and the blend mode is

overlay the blur value we paste around the size of your design so play around

with the until you think it looks best for your design lastly we can't add an

outer glow which is really going to add to the eighties retro effect

I use pink for this effect a normal blend mode and eighty percent opacity

now what you need to do is to figure out the layout for your retro type you can

also add a little section of typography giving more detail and information but

make sure to use a color from the design itself for this pie I have one last

important step to mention you will need to select everything in your design then

expand the appearance this means that when you change the size of your design

the strokes and the effects of the scale proportionally

so there was today's tutorial on a retro 80s star typography in Adobe Illustrator

let me know what you guys thought of today's video in the comment section

below and drop a like if you did enjoy it also share my content on social media

if you do find it useful I'm gonna be right back tomorrow with more graphic

design content as well as two other videos on Thursday and Friday

so until then design your future today peace

you

Changes are good. Polish Dota 2 experts on VP - Duration: 3:54.

I reckon that Dota 2 is so foreign in Poland that the Major's organization here, undoubtedly, is quite problematic.

I think ESL were risking it, regardless.

As a big Dota 2 fan, I hope that there are more such tournaments to come,

and I'm looking forward to ESL One Katowice to develop the Polish scene by paving the way to more and more future tournaments.

I think there is a high chance that Dota 2 will benefit from it, considering the way the tournament panned out.

From the community point of view, Poland isn't that huge, so there still are many free spots for everyone.

And lots of free spots for those who would like to join the game.

Turns out Virtus.pro builds its Dota 2 line-up similarly to its Counter-Strike roster.

Usually, the organization's name plays a minor role since the focus is on the famous players who represent it.

But since Virtus.pro is a massive organization with many years of experience and history of success, it can attract the fans between the tournaments.

Virtus.pro's good reputation in Poland is mainly due to the fact that it was the first organization to approach Counter-Strike in such professional manner.

Considering the particular Virtus.pro's Dota 2 roster, its first great success was the victory on the Hamburg Major last year.

The organization itself also shows great results on the Dota 2 world championship, i.e The International, even if they didn't achieve the end goal – the Aegis – yet.

Despite that, they always remain one of Europe's most dangerous teams,

and, undoubtedly, the entire Dota 2 community, including experts, consider it a team to be reckoned with.

The latest change in Virtus.pro, i.e the RodjER's transfer – rather, Lil's switch to RodjER – I consider it to be a very positive change.

RodjER is a very talented player whose arrival immediately benefited Virtus.pro line-up.

Unfortunately, Lil was lagging behind for some period of time.

Because of that, I believe this to be a well executed, well-thought-out change by the organization.

I believe that the Katowice Major had already displayed that the new player perfectly fits in within the organization – the team performed as if they have played together for many months.

On an individual level, RodjER is one of the best players in the region. I think it was nearly the best possible decision.

RodjER, without any dispute, is a more skilled player, and he looks quite good in this line-up.

Katowice was been their first tournament, and so far everything is going great. They faced almost no problems during the group stage.

This team is held up by two pillars: the old pillar – Pasha, no, not the Polish player, but 9pasha – pashaebashu, excuse me for my Russian.

and Solo. They are the veterans of the scene with experience from many different teams.

Solo and pasha are the experienced players, and No[o]ne and Ramzes are the young generation of the Russian scene.

We didn't hear about them much merely two or three years ago.

They are young and promising players – among the most skilled in the world.

This is quite an explosive mix. I believe RodjER to be closer to more experienced players,

since he has been playing and getting experience in many high-level Russian scene teams for years.

I believe this mix of youth and experience to be a great decision.

Weekday Daily Vlog - The Power Of Storytelling - 036 - Duration: 11:54.

Good morning Facebook, good morning - just! Oh it's just before

lunchtime so hoepfully we'll get some of the lunchtime crew on the video. So today

I'm talking about storytelling and there's two reasons why, one is because

Adam is doing a daily video about storytelling, it's a bit of a rant actually, we

were having a good rant this morning about it and I told him a bit of a story

that I had myself, and it was about a guy called Gerald Ratner, which for those of

you that are my age and below, so I'm 34, so sort of 35 and less, you probably wouldn't

remember Ratner's. If you're 40 plus you should remember Ratner's. So I'm gonna

tell you this story first so hopefully it makes some sense to some of you, and

then I'll tell you why it's important about stories. So Ratner's was a jewellers

and it was ran by Gerald Ratner, his dad first, and then Gerald Ratner eventually

took over. When he took it over the he had a loss of three hundred and fifty

grand that year, something like that, and in the next eight years - oh and there

were seventeen shops - and then in the next eight years he took it to something

like a thousand plus shops, 120 million profit, 1.2 billion turnover,

really transformed the business, and this was all during the eighties. Now

Ratner's and the brand during that time, people must have thought they were

unstoppable, they were taking over people for fun, it

took over H. Samuels, a company called Zales, Ernest & Jones, and then you

had a 500 stores in the U.S. at that time as well, and this was all going

swimmingly at that point for Gerald Ratner, he was doing very well and he was invited

to the Institute of Directors to do a speech about business to a bunch of

other businessmen - for those of you that are not UK-based, the Institute of

Directors is like a group you can join if you're a

director of a business, it's probably still

quite grey and suit based if you know what I mean. Traditional directors - I'm a

director of a company, I don't feel like I'm a traditional director in that

sense, it seems a bit old-fashioned to me, but anyway, so he went to this Institute

of Directors and if you watch the videos done in 1991, it's on YouTube now, I just

searched for Ratner's or Gerald Ratner, and at this speech he said how

his jewellery was crap - that's the story that goes, that was reported in the press.

Now I watched the speech and actually he made a couple of jokes about his

jewellery, and he said how this particular decanter he had that came with some

crystal glasses was cheap basically, and he made a big joke about it

but then he went on to say but we sold a quarter of a million of them, so the

point there was really about the fact that even though they were cheap and

some people thought they were crap, he sold a quarter of a million of them which

was huge, you know, and he's talking to directors, so he's kind of getting that

message across, but the papers then went and destroyed him, they said that he said

his jewellery is crap and, you know, he was mocking the sort of everyman because

this was a rich playboy, you know, in a time where there was a recession - the

recession hit at the sort of the late eighties, and Gerald Ratner basically

lost his whole business so, and I looked at the business recently in the business

turned over X amount of money, paid four hundred and fifty million pounds to its

shareholders last year, so he had this business he created, it was a family

business, he built it into over a thousand stores and then he lost it all

because the tabloids, the red top's, they took that small part of the story

and they destroyed him throughout. Now why this is important is because I

was speaking to a guy who I work with, like I say, he's 40-plus and I said oh do

you remember Ratner's and he said yeah, yeah he said, if they sold

pitchforks now I would take my pitchfork to that

guys house because he was an absolute bastard, that's I think, that's the word

he used, something to that effect and I was like, what are you talking about?

Like I've been listening to this guy's autobiography and I think he's amazing,

like a proper entrepreneur, you know, managed to turn it round and made a

couple of million selling some gems and stuff after he lost everything, so I was

really inspired by the story, but of course the narrative in this guy's head

was about the story that the tabloids put across, and and it's deeply in his

brain, you know, like when he said about the pitchforks, he was not joking

he was saying that the story that was there was so powerful that twenty years

later - twenty years - it was still in him that he would take pitchforks and go

to this house. This is a guy, Gerald Ratner, you know, I was listening to

this story in his autobiography, he has a family, he has kids, he has grandkids, this is

a normal person and you want to take a pitchfork to his house. Anyway, so

that shocked me right, I was just - yes, Natalie that's it, that's the exact one,

yeah, fascinating story, if you've got Audible, it's read by Gerald Ratner as

well, it's definitely worth listening to, it's about five hours long, listen to it

on 1.25 or on a half speed you'll get through it no problem. So this is what the

main point about this is about the story, right, so there's two parts of it,

one is about how the story connects with the people emotionally at the time, the

context was around the recession but it had a deep emotional connection, so

when this guy, the colleague that I'm working with referred to it from

20 years ago, it was still within him, he still had this deep connection and when

I asked him I said where do you get this feeling from? Why do you have

this hatred, and it can't be described as anything else other than hatred. He said

Well, you know, that's what was reported in the media, he was a rich

playboy, just sort of making us, you know common folk look like idiots, basically,

and that's not the case, you know, he's - Gerald Ratner's got his own

side to that story, it didn't seem to be misreported in the press, but it touched

those people deeply, it connected with them deeply, and for me

that just proves the power of storytelling - if you can connect with

people in that way, they're going to remember you, good or bad. I'll say that

I've done a Facebook live every day since the start of the year,

Adam's been doing videos every day, he's on over 50 videos now, and there

will be one or two things within those videos or in my lives that people

remember, that they connect with, that touches them personally, that makes them

think and they say it to me, you know, when I meet them they say, I saw that

Facebook live and it's not the one where I rant or whatever it might be, it's the

one that connects with them specifically, and why this is important, why I'm

doing what I'm doing this Facebook live is to say to you what are you doing to

tell your story? It's all good being like, oh I'm Matt, I'm the businessman, I've got

this business, and we sell these things - no one really cares, but if you ask them

like, why you sell it, you know, there's that Simon Sinek book, Just Start

With Why, if you ask them why you're doing it, that's more interesting, it's more

emotional, I can connect with you on that front, if you tell me the stories that

you had along the way to get to where you're going, or get to where you are now,

that's more important to me, I appreciate that story more because you

tell me things where you're not showing me the highlight reel - we talked about that

before as well - you're telling me the ups and downs, and what happened as you got

to that place, so think about it, if you're running a business and if you're

trying to sell your shit whatever your shit may be, think about the stories that

you can tell that will get people to connect with you on an emotional basis,

not necessarily just emotionally, it could be something where it appeals to

their wants and their desires, what can you tell them that's going to get there,

and actually if you think about it, you start to look around you, you start to

see the good businesses are doing the same stuff. If you think about

Christmastime, John Lewis and the other advertisers now - Lidl did one as

well, Aldi did one at Christmas, they were telling you stories and there was a kind

of a big debate then, that was like which is the best

Christmas video, and it's because now it's less of a game about selling you

something, it's about who can come up with the best story. Of course they've

got all the product placement, you know, there was a thing Adam was saying he was

watching about John Lewis and how every scene had things you could buy from John

Lewis, there was a lampshade in one of them a few years ago, they sold half a

million of those lampshades after that advert, you know, people want stuff.

Remember the penguins, I've got two of the penguins at my house because we

bought them from their penguin advert that John Lewis did a few years ago, so

it's story based, it's connecting with people by telling them stories, it's

certainly the winner, and Adams rant today is definitely worth watching, it

will be on the Kinetal Media page at some point, we're talking about various things

in storytelling, and where the media industry should go, and I think we

see it a lot, quite often people create videos and they just do the boring, this

shot, that shot, this shot, that shot, and it's all snap based, and really you want

to be connecting with people and telling them stories. Ok, that's it I think for

today, I hope you had a good weekend, let's have a look, what did Natalie say?

So you have to make it relatable, don't you, how your story can help them - yeah

exactly, yeah Karen's saying draw them in emotionally

and they buy - yes, so, and this is difficult right for us, we have a few

things, we sell websites, we sell videos and we're trying to think ourselves like

how can we get to their desires, you know, people talk about pain

points and pain points is great because you're solving someone's problem,

what is it - you take them pain to happy, or whatever it is - pain to

pleasure, that's the one, so we're trying to think how can we describe that, and

when we're selling somebody a website, what can we get them to

understand the stories of how that might go, and certainly when we did some case

studies recently, we filmed some, we said to people, we went down, we said right

tell us what's great about Kinetal, and they said it, and it was like blah blah blah blah

blah, and then at the end of it Adam showed me the case, then I was like Adam

this does nothing for me at all, it just tells you like benefits of

features really, you know, Kinetal did this for me and it was great - I really

want to see some context around the company that we're talking about. We

worked with a charity that works with terminally ill cancer patients, and like

the whole thing they do, their whole environment is fantastic, but when we

went and did the case study, we were like tell us something how we helped you

and there was just no context to it really,

so we want to try and go back and review that and say, let's tell the story of

how awesome you are as a company, and then how we helped you be more awesome

if that makes sense. Anyway I'm just ranting now, so that's it for today,

thanks very much for watching guys, and I'll see you tomorrow. Bye bye! Bill's back -

hey Bill, how's your knees? Bye-bye!

Weekday Daily Vlog - Apprentice Funding Madness - 035 - Duration: 5:54.

Facebook live - hello Facebook! Right so positive discrimination, let's talk about

that just for a second. So we've had Kira here with us for - did

you say this is the eighth month Kira? I keep asking you - eight months. Adam says

it feels like eight years, that's great. She's obviously well-rounded part of the

team now because we mock her just as much as we mock each other, which is good,

probably more... no, I shouldn't do that, discrimination right? So I called the -

what the council used to do is they used to give you a grant if you wanted to get

apprentices into the business, did this for a few years and

they said if you're be between 18 and 24 then - I think it was 18 and 24 - we would

help- no sorry it was something like 16 or 19-24 - whatever, they said we will

give you as a business some funding towards that, we'd kind of like to help

you employ apprentices into your business, right, and you got support as well

from various organizations, so what you would do is you'd employ an apprentice,

you pay them about 500 a month and you could get up to 3 grand back, so over a

12 month period it's quite a good amount of the funding for that first

year. Now some people abuse this - they would hire apprentices for 12 months and

get rid of them maybe, that's why things have changed, some people would just take

the funding after six months and get rid of them as well, but generally speaking

for people that wanted to get apprentices and sort of nurture them and

build them as part of the business, it was a really good thing, it helped get

young people into work and encouraged businesses not to go for people that

have just got experience, actually give them a chance and they can sort of learn

on the job, and so we we've done this

over time, and we've brought people into the business, some of stayed longer than

others - hey, Bill the knee guy, he's back again! Right anyway, sorry, I get super

excited when you're there, Bill, we're just going to have to do a Facebook live

together, me and you I think. Anyway, so we get these apprentices in, and you're encouraged

to do this, but then I just called the council, and I said hey guys, there was this

funding that I'm sure we should have been getting at some point, but we've not

received it, what's going on? And they said oh we don't do the funding anymore,

and I said oh right, that's fine, unless you're one of these people, and they

started listing this stuff, have you got somebody that's disabled, have you got

somebody that's been to prison, have you got somebody that's been unemployed for

six months - they're the people we support now, so they went from saying we

have this amount of people that we support - pretty much young people in

general - to just this amount of people here because we identified that the

10% of people that were not in businesses, needed supporting and so we

give all the money to them now. I've been around a little while right

and a seen funding - in fact I live next to Braunstone, LE3 for the locals here,

and I've seen all the funding that gets put into these disadvantaged areas, that

was the other category, disadvantaged. There's an absolute shit ton of money

put into disadvantaged areas. Now I get it, I understand right, disadvantaged,

you want to help them out, want to get them into business, but what about everybody

else? Just because I don't live in LE3 1- which was the postcode they were

targeting at the time and there's high crime there and all that kind of stuff,

means you don't get the support and the funding. Can I not be disadvantaged and be in

a different postcode. Do I have to move into that postcode to get that support?

Do I have to have had a disability? Do I have to have been to prison to get their

support? That is a ridiculous mentality. That's the positive discrimination that

people are putting out there, that's where we're saying, oh you know,

the council have identified you as needing support so you're the only ones

that need support - we're in a situation where there's poverty across this city,

there's loads of people that support the homeless, there's food banks set up in this

city, people are supporting these people all the time and what we're saying is

yeah, actually well they don't really fit into these categories, so balls to them,

basically, we don't really want them to get a job,

or get put into industry, it's an absolute ridiculous situation to be in.

Hey Matt, I have to pay five and half grand - what's that say, Ian - per apprentice

which comes back when certain time frames and targets are met - yeah

and I get that, and that's good Ian, right? Like for me, I see it like, if

you take someone on as a full-time member of staff on a certain normal wage,

that's quite a lot for a small business a lot of the time, so apprentices are quite a

good thing because it means they're a little bit lower paid, but then

naturally they move towards a normal wage - it's not normal,

is it? But the point is that you can then sort of build

their skills up, they start earning new money, which means you can start paying

them more money, etc, etc, so there's a good logical sort of path

for that process, but anyway going back to this situation, I'm just

amazed, so the council have gone from

allocating all this money to sort of every young person, available to every

young person to saying you have to fit this small category of people, and it's

just really sad, I just think it's really sad, there's a lot of funding for

disadvantaged people with disabilities, there's a lot of funding available all the

time, grants etc, do we really need to say for apprentices

there's no funding available unless you're in those categories? Anyway, that's what

the council have done. Leicester Council, LOVE YA! Bye-bye!

How To Make Better Decisions - Duration: 28:55.

Hello and welcome everybody.

Janet Beckers here with Romance Your Tribe radio.

And I'm so excited to introduce you to my wonderful guest today Kevin Breeding is one

of my favourite favourite people in the world.

Kevin and I have spent quite a bit of time over the last year masterminding in business

and the thing that I absolutely love about Kevin is this is a man who has an incredibly

strategic mind man who makes big impacts in a whole lot of businesses and all big businesses

and yet he has the most humble most non-judgemental and absolute true interest and curiosity for

every single person no matter where they are in their business.

So I'm really excited to bring you know the way that Kevin thinks and also it's really

great strategies that he uses and that he has used with me to help me with my rebranding

in my business so Hello, Kevin.

Hey, Janet.

I am so glad to be here.

Thank you for the invitation.

An honour.

I've been looking forward to this for for days now so I'm glad it's finally here.

That's fantastic.

So I think the biggest challenges that I have with the Romance Your Tribe radio podcast.

I try to keep things as tight as we can so people can get maximum value in the shortest

time that we can give.

Now I know you and I can talk for hours and hours and hours because we have.

So to cut straight to the chase.

Can you share with us who it is that you serve and how you do that.

Sure.

I am all about coming alongside entrepreneurs and leaders who are looking to scale their

business quickly.

They realize that they're going to have to do some internal work to do that.

And third that they see their business as a vehicle to do something greater in the world.

It's not just about the money.

And how I do that is very simply it's through a series of interactions and a coaching model

then that ranges from one on one through group models all the way down to kind of self guided

courses that have taken the hundreds if not thousands of entrepreneurs now through just

to help unlock some of the roadblocks and the things that all of us do.

So I mean the roadblock busting business that's what I do the Roadblock busting business.

I love it.

I love it.

Yeah.

So Kevin and I were talking about there's so many- I mean Kevin has this amazing tool

kit that he has developed from using experience to help different people through those roadblocks.

And one of the ones that I've had personal experience with is the five step process so

we could talk a bit about the five step process and show some examples about how you've been

using them recently because there's some pretty exciting stories happening in Kevin's business

at the moment so let's just start with the five step process.

Can you explain what actually led to the five step process and what is the need for the

process that we're going to cover today.

Sure.

The interesting thing about five step and why I think it's an important tool is I realized

early on in kind of rebuilding my life I'd gone through a bankruptcy and a divorce - all

of it in a six month period.

And it just absolutely was catastrophic.

It not only took away you know financial gain and relationships and things like that but

I didn't realize at the time the damage that it did to me both intellectually and creatively

as I would start to do new ventures.

I didn't know at the time that I was locked up inside and I didn't have that freedom.

But you know it's funny Tony Robbins always says that we have to remember that our brains

are wired for survival not for creative thinking.

And so we're constantly thinking of what's going to go wrong.

And so something like five step framework allows you a model that in the midst of chaos

both good chaos and bad chaos if we all say wait a minute everybody take a breath.

I know that there's a thought process that I could put myself through.

It allows us to take emotion out of what could be a challenging circumstance and you just

work your way right to a model to say okay what about this.

Is it this or that.

Is it A or B. Is it one or two.

And then it helps me kind of know OK I have I have a trusted proven way to identify roadblocks

even when you don't see them there in the first place and then two, how do you move

and move them quickly or are all of a sudden it gives you confidence as well as a structure

that says hey this is no big deal.

Let me apply that framework.

And as you mentioned I've seen this happen and we can get into that example here all

of it about exactly how the framework works.

You know I don't know if it's if it's helpful but there's five pieces to it.

And I'll tell you I started out in a five day model but I realize entrepreneurs and

leaders like you and me, we don't always work in the structured time and so we do it in

five steps.

They are quite simply: imagine, illustrate, indicate, integrate, and implement and just

the kind of two second versions of each one of these.

I love this, you know, iteration.

All this start with letter I.

They are, always is.

Imagine - imagine is all about brainstorming and we all know how to do that.

We have different models and methods I use mind mapping and I remember you and I had

a faint mind mapping session with the second second one is probably where it would be most

useful for our group listening today is on illustrate.

We'll come back to that where you're literally developing each idea more indicates where

you actually make your choice.

Integrate is where you look at the impact of that choice all the way through your personal

life, your business, your team, your systems all of that and then the Implement phase which

is how do you physically bring it to real life.

And I love this quote and I want to brag on you all that because you have given me the

branding name has resonated for people who go through five step you said to me, this

process is deceptively simple and incredibly powerful.

And as soon as I use that that quote from you, people go oh wow.

This really does feel too simple to do all the things that you say it does.

And every person that goes through it just simply says Wow I didn't think it would do

what it does.

You just nailed it.

And so you've actually given me the by-line of the process.

Thank God, I'll take clients from that.

And then when you know when you first introduce me to the process look and work through I

thought I got that.

I got that.

Like, the variants there and it wasn't til we were working through us that I thought

oh actually this is really.

I've skimmed.

A lot of things that we actually dived into deeper.

Before we go a little further into the process.

Can we just backtrack a little tiny bit because I'm just thinking when you talk about how

during times of chaos or indecision that this takes the emotion out it gives you a chance

to be able to step back and have a logical process.

And I know, I thought we can talk about a few example scenarios there because one that

I see oh, look so much.

And you know I would be very surprised if anybody listening today could not not be here

inside his head.

As entrepreneurs, there are so many ways to be right.

And we're always bombarded with you know you should be doing podcast, no you should be

doing video.

No, you should be doing workshops, you should be doing just eBooks.

There's all these different ways to be right.

And I think there's always it's without fail.

There is this sense of overwhelm because we have this fear of you know like my fear of

missing out if I focus on this I'm losing so much.

So I know that this is one particular scenario that a lot of people will have numerous times

throughout their business when trying to make that decision because everybody is framing

it the way they should be doing things.

I thought it might be interesting to look at some different examples of when this process

when you use this process either with yourself or with some of your your clients that you

work with.

Yeah, thank you for that.

One.

I have to go back to what it did for me personally because I do want to I wouldn't believe it

unless I'd gone through it and did this.

This came out of what was a point where I wasn't sure that I had the ability to kind

of get back into the entrepreneurial game.

I was like we all do from time to time I ready to say fine I'm just going to get a job and

you know you'll be somebody else's problem.

And I realized that that's not who I am and not what I'm about but I didn't know how to

begin the method and the process.

Now whenever I experienced it first time I was just journaling.

I didn't know it was the five steps.

I start a five step framework because I was creating it at the time.

And so one, it comes personally for me.

But probably the most powerful illustration that I've seen of something like this working

and I want to make sure that to say to everybody that's listening.

It's not just the five step framework which I'm a huge fan of obviously but it's that

we have to, as entrepreneurs, do the hard work and do the prep and have systems and

frameworks because what happens is if we don't have some sort of model either massive success

or something catastrophic happens and all of a sudden we get devastated and we don't

know what to do.

What happens is our brain kind of goes into survival mode we're into fight or flight.

And it's actually one of the things that I talk about as we start to experience what's

called progressive cognitive atrophy.

And it's where every time we try to fix something we think our way through it and we can't.

We're frustrated.

We back off from it and it becomes that much harder to fix it the next time.

Yes.

Now that's a fancy - progressive cognitive atrophy is a fancy way to say We psych ourselves

out.

Yeah.

It's another way of saying what was it, sorry?

We psych ourselves out.

It's like we tell ourselves that the wall is that much bigger.

And in actuality it's not any bigger it's just that we've made it harder because we

think we've exhausted a process so frameworks like this work.

And I can give you an exact example that I am living in right this very second.

I have one of my very dear friends and a client Dr. Rick Rigsby who has had a is a viral video

that since October the 5th has been viewed more than 120 million times.

Wow.

And so he's gone from you know a stage platform speaker and an author to now being pursued

by ANE network, by NBC.

Being invited on Good Morning America.

Book publishers coming out from left to right and as entrepreneurs we're going to look at

that saying wow.

Yeah you know we want that.

That's exactly what we were chasing in our business.

And the truth is that that kind of exposure can both show how vulnerable you are and can

completely leave you paralyzed.

Rick called me and he began to explain what was going on.

At one, I couldn't believe it.

Two, I went and watched the video and I was like that's classic Rick.

I've known him for a long time but he was instantly overwhelmed with what to do next

because there were so much so much coming at him.

Yeah it was it wasn't planned it was it wasn't as if this was an orchestrated viral video.

No we did not build the video.

This was produced by a media company called Goal cast who is in the business of creating

inspirational motivational videos.

Their- their Facebook page has 600 million views a month.

And we are now the largest viewed video on their platform.

And so it's it's one of those.

Be careful what you wish for because you just might get it because it's although we would

think it would make our business skyrocket it can also make your business implode if

you don't have models and frameworks that can kind of guide you in the midst of chaos.

Because chaos can be, chaos can be bad.

Yes.

Yes.

And so, well let's have a look at- what was the name of the video.

So if people haven't watched it then we'll have a look but there's a good chance they've

have seen it.

I'd say with 120 million viewers, they probably have.

The easiest way is if you're going to Facebook and just search Rick Rigsby, R-I-G-S-B-Y,

you'll find it.

It'll play, it'll be the first thing that pops up.

It's all- it's all over the place and still growing every day.

So you know it's it's been a it's been a really powerful picture for me one because you know

I love my friend and I'm excited for him I'm excited for our business together.

But at the same time it was a great reminder for why I coach the way that I do is that

you want to dream big but you always come back and do the mechanics you do the work.

It's like going to the gym you know for ever you know in your love you know you're not

going to get out and swim the distances that you swim without being in you know you got

to be in the water doing the reps every day.

Otherwise you just won't have the stamina and something goes wrong and also you're in

real trouble.

And so it's just it's a great reminder for us to be excellent business people as well

as you know entrepreneurs full of vision that just go you know fly by the seat of our pants.

Yeah.

And you know that's one of the frustrations with people who like us that help entrepreneurs

is there's, there's so much, you know, rubbish has been put out about "you have the idea

that the money will come".

That's as soon as you start going well you know there's some boring bits, you know, there's

some boring bits.

So you actually got to work hard, keep consistent.

You know that's a hard one to sell.

But I reckon, let's have a look at your process.

Let's talking about diving into one of the five step process.

Let's start I mean we might reflect on what's been happening you and Rick because this is

FRESH right.

This is only in the last few weeks much more in the mix right now as we're recording this.

So let's reflect on that and then we can also reflect on that process because it was that

process that actually helped me get clarity on changing my brand from one of over to Romance

Your Tribe.

Yup.

Let's look at those two examples because they are very quite different.

And as a way of diving in have this five-step process.

Yeah it's perfect of the timing of this because the kind of the Aha! day for you as I remember

going through five steps together was day two, it was the illustrate day.

And it it's interesting that as we are talking about this, Rick and I did illustrate day

this morning.

I'm sorry.

I didn't think about the timing of all this.

It's fructuous.

The whole thing.

You know, the day one is all about brainstorming and you're trying to just put every idea you

can possibly pick up on or just throw it up on the wall and say OK what what's possible

here.

But day two is where you're looking at each idea and you're trying to boil it down to

three to five that you think have the highest potential to solve whatever your challenge

was.

And so you know in Rick's case we're looking at you know are we looking at live events.

Are we looking at a TV show and if it is a TV show is it a documentary style you know

news magazine telling stories.

Or is it a talk show.

And so you know it's all of this sort of sort of analysis of ideas.

And as I think back to when ever you and I went through illustrate day just the way it

works for everybody that's listening is illustrate as you take your three to five sort of what

we call our finalist ideas.

And we take them one at a time.

Put it in the middle of the table and we say OK.

All of a sudden this is now we pretend this is our only option that we have left and we're

going to take the other four and set them aside and for a moment we're going to assume

that they will not work.

We have to make this idea the one that we are talking about at the moment work and we

take 10, 15, 20 minutes and sort of develop it out and let it let it sort of blossom into

a full fledged idea with with great things.

Now I will tell you.

Sometimes, looking at the three to five that one of them will instantly sort of wither

away as we think about it and let it sort of expose a bit.

We'll realize that it's not as good of an idea as we thought.

There's something about it that doesn't really work but the beauty of what an illustrate

day does in five step is one of these.

You do your first one and you set it aside and you take number two and you'll do the

exact same process again you'll think through as though it's the only one of the five that

you're, it's going to be your magic bullet it's your your Barney Fife silver bullet in

the Andy Griffith American parlance there.

So you're trying to figure out how.

Which is the best idea.

And for what reason.

And the beauty of it is as I remember the day that I went through this is the note that

I tell people in the process that is you want these five ideas to compete with one another

so that you have the potential of having multiple great winning ideas that are competing for

your final choice which happens on session 3.

And I remember you said to me that whenever you do that want to give you freedom that

you didn't have to make a decision that day and that minute so you just think creatively

and strategically.

But then it also gave you the confidence that you're making a great decision because you're

giving it the ability to breathe and show itself to be the best idea.

And it sounds so simple but I've seen it hundreds of times now be incredibly powerful to let

people kind of be open up and say I can make this decision with confidence because now

I know I fought my way through it strategically and systemically.

Yeah.

Absolutely because I can remember that process because it made me realize that I do.

I have tended to fast track some parts of it because like a lot of entrepreneurs it's

like this you just get this stuff done like this.

So I'm thinking and going down all these paths and so sometimes you'll go with this seems

like the right option.

And then you go down that whole path.

Some of you actually use the process I did with you.

And then I've used that thing happen with the next step.

So for me I was trying to make the decision of do I go back to the future you know do

I make Wonderful Web Women very much all about women again.

And because I had generalized out I mean I go back to that do I reap, I totally brand

everything as Janet Beckers, is it Janet Beckers dot com.

Everything Janet Beckers?

Or do I let the Romance Your Tribe system become the hero.

And so the three of those would all work, all of them would work really well.

And so I was I reckon I was in a state of flux for about a year.

I tried to make this decision and every time it went straight back to what was the fancy

term that you had given about my.

You went back to progressive cognitive atrophy.

Yes.

I was sitting in absolutely.

And I can actually remember when we went through this process and then I came back to you when

I realized that one that I had always defaulted back to which was going back to Wonderful

Web Women was the one that was not going to work.

And actually I had a grieving process.

I remember you said to me it's like choosing one of your children.

It was!

Exactly.

And so that's that's the thing that I love about a framework model.

And here again it doesn't have to be this one.

I'm saying this about any framework model that you can plug in your business and plug

into how you are building up your tribe is that it.

In the midst of confusion where emotions can taint the logic in the decision making process

you want to go back to that which you know has served you well before.

And so you know again I'm a I'm a visionary guy and I like to go do things and kind of

wander off and explore.

I'm an explorer archetype by my wiring but I know that.

I've seen it.

A lot of it but I've figured out that that explorers sometimes can go with our gut but

in our gut sometimes is jaded by what we're comfortable with or by what we know vs. what

we don't.

You know in some ways we end up sort of defaulting and sometimes maybe even settling.

And so a framework like this gives you the freedom to say you know what I've thought

it through well.

I have good reason to make this decision and it doesn't take long.

It does in fact you've done it now enough to wear it it's just become second nature.

You can test when it's really kind of work through.

How do I look at this objectively.

To be able to say this is the best and the most right and the most on brand decision

I can make.

Yeah.

Yeah.

And I think an important part for us entrepreneurs is say if you've got three to five you know

is giving each one an even chance to win.

And quite often we'll go down one and we'll go.

Well now you know that's some work.

And so you'll tend to not pay attention so giving yourself that freedom and permission

to take the time and really focus on each one equally.

I like the idea that they were competition.

Yeah.

And I use that since then once I made the decision that it was Romance Your Tribe with

my social media being Janet Beckers and then I looked.

Okay.

Now when it comes down to what am I going to be doing for my content what's going to

be the best for that brand and rest the best for my Tribe.

And you'll see the results.

It was the podcast.

Because one of the things that I recognized through that process that I wasn't doing that

I absolutely love was interviewing people and talking to people like you can.

So it's a great process to be able to work through so I think as a way of kind of wrapping

up let's do a little bit of a loop because we've seen what the result was when I worked

through the process.

We've looked at the change in the brand and then we've also looked at making the decision

on the content marketing plan.

So you, I know that you're right in the middle now.

All of this one one client, and you know you have numerous clients.

So yeah I'm curious about you've gone through now the imagining stage but you've got the

next stage to go through so.

Yes.

So what's going to happen next in the life of Kevin.

Well you know the right answer this very moment is I'm not completely sure.

But the beauty is I have complete confidence in the process because what's happening is

what was a friendship that turned into a client is now turning into media opportunities for

me and and a lot of exposure.

I mean Rick, just the other night, on one of his Facebook lives talked about his personal

coach and his business coach and how had he not had that relationship in place he'd been

curled up in the corner and has called me very very quickly in moments when he was up

against going on and doing a live moment where he was like you know I'm not sure what to

say.

And it was just a good picture that you know we all go through those challenges and thoughts.

And so just by him mentioning me in one of his Facebook lives I had this influx of people

come over and start to look at my page and it goes back to when you have exposure that

we all desire and want in our business.

You have to have a method and a process to be able to think your way through it.

So so what's happening for me is the good news is the business is growing.

The question is is how do I go into a more public sort of taking a role and being that

thought leader or do I stay in the coaching model where I'm sort of the visionary and

sort of the wizard behind the drapes that's helping them craft the way a story gets told.

And that's right where I'm at.

I'm in the middle of of Step Three of the five which is where I'm trying to indicate

which one that's going to be.

And the only thing I can tell you is as soon as I know, you're going to be the first to

know, because I'm just I'm at a spot where I don't have to make a decision today which

I'm happy about but I'm also really weighing what fits me as a brand what I enjoy doing

that can be most impactful to my tribe and even my eventual tribe.

And then also what can do the most good because I go back to you know the people that I serve.

They want to grow quickly.

They want to.

They know that they have to do internal work to do that done and they want to do something

bigger than just make money.

Yeah.

That's me.

Not everybody's true about this but I am my own consumer.

And so the reason why it works for me is because I am making a decision now to figure out where

the greatest impact is in helping leaders move to that level or do I step in that role

myself while also helping leaders do that.

So that's that's where I'm at and I'm interested in what the outcome is going to be because

I don't know.

Yeah.

And you know by the time that we go through live with this, we may know the results.

And so I think that's a beautiful note for us to end on.

I love how you brought this back to your tribe and tell what your core values are which is

how your tribe knows if they belong hanging around with you as the leader.

And that's actually you're just such a beautiful demonstration of what a tribal leader looks

like and that tribal leader is around clarity and being able to say this is what we believe

around here.

And you've just done it so beautifully and clearly there at the end.

And so I'm very excited to see what happens next.

And I know whatever's it's gonna be, Kevin is going to do it with absolute brilliance.

And and and a sense of fun.

Thank you so much for your time Kevin.

I'm really excited to introduce you to my Tribe.

So people should be able to connect with you more and get more information on the sort

of frameworks that you do.

What's the best place for people to contact you.

I'm an easy date on this one.

The easiest one is to go to my website.

Kevin Breeding dot com.

And right right there on the front page there is an e-book called Mastering Mindset in it

and it starts the conversation around the five step process.

Mhm.

It's also the notes of about 15 interviews that I did with some of the top entrepreneurs

in across multiple industries and so it'd be a super handy tool for everybody to come

over and grab and I'd love love for them too.

Absolutely.

Well thank you so much Kevin.

And thank you everybody that's been here listening.

Thank you so much for your time.

And one of the things that I do encourage you to do is you know Kevin's been incredibly

generous with his time and his transparency today.

And one of the most rewarding things for us is to hear back from you.

What do you get out of that.

So I really do encourage you to hunt this man down.

So I will not go to any of your mailing list or you find him on Facebook.

It's just going connect and telling him you know at least one aha that you got from today

is one of the greatest gifts you can get.

That's awesome.

Thank you for that.

That's awesome.

Bye everybody.

Our memory is not always our most reliable companion.

Most of us has probably forgotten something on a bus at some point,

which of course can be frustrating but it is rarely a catastrophe.

But in some situations, inaccurate memories can have devastating consequences.

In a legal context, it can result

in a person being convicted of a crime not committed.

It's difficult being a child in a judicial process.

It's a process written by adults, for adults.

Therefore, there are high demands on those who conduct forensic interviews with children.

Social influence of others, for example the child interviewer,

can make children tell about things that hasn't happened

and not talk about things that actually did happen.

In other words, it can make us mistrust the child on an inaccurate basis.

I have been conducting research on children's reliability and credibility for many years

and have been reviewing the forensic interviews with the child suspects in the Kevin case

where a four year old boy was found dead

and two brothers, five and seven years old, were accused of killing him.

Other experts as well as myself are deeply critical of the child interviews in this case.

On one item after another they violate scientific recommendations

on how forensic interviews with children should proceed to get reliable information.

The police held over 30 interviews with the children and some of these interviews went on for hours.

Many of the questions were closed and suggestive.

The children's answers were questioned and corrected according to the police own theories.

When children are subjected to that much pressure there is a risk that their picture of reality

is so colored by the police interviews

that they start believing in things that actually has not happened.

And that is a very tragic consequence for those affected

and for the whole legal system.

7 Tactics Narcissists Use to Keep You in Love with Them after They're Gone - Duration: 3:42.

7 Tactics Narcissists Use to Keep You in Love with Them after They're Gone

Narcissists are the best character in any drama.

They can convince many people and put them in misery.

Even if the partners have left them, they still haunt you with these 7 tactics.

They always try to be around with you because they need constant supply of energy absorbed

from other people.

They actually can find new victims easily.

However, they usually prefer use the old victims because they are easier to be manipulated.

Be sure to stay away from them by recognizing these patterns.

#1 - They play victim

At the first stage after you break them up, they will feel guilty.

They will try to get you back through remorse, self-harm, and willingness to trade something

they think valuable to you.

However, they basically only want you to be under their power once again.

Some people are really attracted to what they are doing because normal people will feel

empathy or guilty.

However, it is what narcissist want to get you again.

#2 - They take the blame

Every time you fight with narcissists, you will realize that they never take the blame.

However, when you broke them up, they start to apologize and they admit they make mistake.

They are also willing to take the blame with the hope you come back.

However, it is all only their tactics to keep you under their power.

#3 - They keep coming back

Narcissists will be coming back knowing that you have vulnerabilities that they can attack.

Thus, you should be aware of that.

They will keep the string attached to you, and they will never give up.

They will text you, chat you, call you, and meet you.

They also stalk you if you give them a chance.

They are really passionate and patient in executing their plans.

Be careful.

#4 - They talk nicely about you

Do you remember why you dump the narcissists from the very first place?

They never say something nice about you.

That is why there is absolutely something fishy if they start saying something nice

to you.

It is also worth mentioning that toxic people like narcissists say nice things only in the

beginning of the cycle.

That is why it is extremely difficult to get what they really want.

#5 - They move on immediately

If the above plans do not work, they are trying to make you jealous.

It is one of the tactics that make you lick their shoes once again.

Don't be tempted as you should be relieved that the narcissists have another target.

#6 - They turn nice when they need you

Their friendship surely fail miserably once again because they just cannot change their

behavior.

However, they still keep coming to you because they need the power to live in.

if you have set the boundaries, you should not be worried.

#7 - They refuse to give closure

They do not want to admit that the relationship has ended.

In their reality, you are still under their control while in fact you are not – at least

as long as you are not falling into their trap once again.

Well, that's all of the 7 tactics narcissists use to keep you in love with them after they're

gone.

Really cool information isn't it?

Should I make Live videos On Youtube? - Duration: 3:26.

Want to know if you should start making live videos on your Youtube channel?

My answer is definetly YES.

Stay up to the end of this video so I can explain exactly why it's good to start making live shows

If you're interested in topics that teach you how to dominate Youtube or Google,

I invite you to subscribe to this channel. Hello, I'm Ionut from Meps.ro. Welcome to a new video.

I've been asked lately by many youtubers if it's time to start doing

Live videos on their channels.

My answer to them and to you all is yes, it's time to make live shows on your channel.

At this time, Youtube greatly promotes these lives,

At this point, you need also these 4000 hours of watch time to monetize your channel,

And doing lives is the main way to get those hours of watch time

Also, for those who do not know, between platforms like Youtube, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram,

Probably Linkedin soon,

There is a very strong fight for these live shows.

That's why all these platforms support lives.

So besides encouraging you to make as live videos on Youtube,

I encourage you to go live on the other platforms like Instagram and Facebook, because these are ways

Very easy and very good to grow on these platforms.

Also, for those who do not know yet, live shows are a great way

To get closer to those who are following you, is a natural way of expressing yourself,

You do not edit your clips anymore, you stop improving them with effects,

If you said wrong a word, you can no longer change it,

That's why everything seems more natural, the people's get to trust in you,

It creates a connection between you and your subscribers,

So, I will encourage you to start making lives on your channels.

Let's say you do not have many subscribers and you're afraid people will not appear on your live.

The main way to get rid of this fear is that before you start the live you have a subject ready

About what to talk,

So it does not need to be anyobody on your live, so you can do that live.

If they appear, the better.

I guarantee that after some live shows people will start to show up on your lives

And then the discussion will be more engaged, but until then, you should think ,

To make the live for those who will see it afterwards.

So get started, just like you have on your other clips

Have a subject to talk about, have a closing phrase,

Have a call to action to teach people to subscribe to your channel

And so on.

All this will make sure you have a very good live show, no matter if people come to your channel

Or they will not come.

If you are interested in such topics and want to see similar videos in the future,

The first step is to subscribe to this channel,

Also, if you have youtubers among your friends who might be interested in such a subject,

Please share the video with them too. And I until next time I wish you Good SEO.

Beşte 5 - Sevda - Duration: 2:11.

I am Sevda Çanak.

I am 22 years old, from Kahramanmaraş.

I work in the Iranian border demining project

I am a health vocational high school graduate as an Emergency Medical Technician.

After that, I have graduated from the two-year Paramedic department.

There are specific restricted areas in the demining project.

We wait in those areas in case of an explosion

or a health problem of our deminers.

To be honest in the beginning, I did not know what the job was exactly.

But when I did, I could not quit and worked for another 2 years in the same job.

When you are a young woman, everyone is surprised when they hear it first.

When you say demining project, they get scared actually.

But when you enter the field, there is nothing to fear.

I think every woman could do it.

Climate conditions and working hours are not the same as other jobs

when love your work, you don't have a problem.

My family was prejudiced in the beginning, but then their prejudices were overcame as well.

This work has changed some of my thoughts for sure.

I realized how important my job was once again.

It's not like emergency situations when I worked at the hospital

it was a little more emotional what happens to our colleagues.

I understood that I could do this work anywhere outside the hospital atmosphere.

I am 22 years old

this has been my first experience.

There was this perception that men could do the same job better

but we disintegrated this perception within 2 years.

My age may seem young

but this job can be done at any age after the training has been completed.

Should women work?

Of course, they should work.

Nowadays the working rate of women has increased

I think it must increase even more.

5. Sustainable Development Goal

5 Places

5 Jobs

5 Women

5 out of 5
